  Speaker 1: I do, man. I thank God for it every day.

  Speaker 1: You know, um, my message this morning, man, is real clear.

  Speaker 1: It's something that's been on me to share. And, um,

  Speaker 1: It's amazing, you know. God can do some amazing things

  Speaker 1: for you. But what happens along the way is, and

  Speaker 1: I don't know that I mean to say but, but

  Speaker 1: the fact that God can do some amazing things for you,

  Speaker 1: there comes adversity along with it. Every single time. It

  Speaker 1: just goes without saying. And I was having a fairly,
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: I mean, well, not fairly, but a hugely successful week.

  Speaker 1: I had never seen this type of hatred before. I
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: hadn't seen it. And it's a great trick that the
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: devil does, you know, when God is blessing you and
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: giving you Some of some some great opportunities in your life,
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: as all of you have gone through. And it is
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: isn't it amazing how some negative thing crops up and
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: that's what you have to focus on. I found out
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: that I don't have to, but you wind up focusing
• 1:39
  Speaker 1: on it and your energy goes over to that to
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: try to deal with it, counteract, wonder why it was happening.

  Speaker 1: You got to make phone calls. What was this about? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

  Speaker 1: And it throws you off the course you are on.

  Speaker 1: The beginning of the week, I was so grateful. I
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: was so amazed. I was really thanking God for opportunity.

  Speaker 1: For this brief moment, the enemy slides this This little
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: factor in that it causes you to, and it requires
• 2:10
  Speaker 1: your attention. You have to pay attention because you don't know.

  Speaker 1: You're going, wow, man, let me see what this could
• 2:15
  Speaker 1: really be. How much dirt is this really that they're
• 2:19
  Speaker 1: trying to do? And so it requires your attention. But
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: in that attention, you lose your focus on really all
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: the blessings and the good thing that God does for you.

  Speaker 1: The enemy has an amazing trick that he does that.

  Speaker 1: And it was, and it was in my head. I
• 2:37
  Speaker 1: got to tell y'all all week long, man. And I
• 2:39
  Speaker 1: was doing some amazing stuff. I was having such a
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: blessed week, man, in terms of press and PR and
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: where God was taking me. And then when I got back,
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: I was talking with my wife and then I was
• 2:54
  Speaker 1: talking to a good friend of ours and they shared something.
• 2:59
  Speaker 1: That really helped me out. And they said to me,
• 3:04
  Speaker 1: new level, new devil. You know, it's something really simple.
• 3:11
  Speaker 1: But new level, new devil. Every time you go to
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: another level, every time you go a little bit higher.
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: Every time God has a blessing in store for you,
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: every time he moves you in position, do you understand
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: that the enemy's job is to make you not see
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: the blessing, make you not be grateful for it, lose
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: your focus and focus on this that I just threw
• 3:38
  Speaker 1: in your way, this stumbling block, this obstacle, this trickery.

  Speaker 1: And man, I was, I was, I got, I just
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: got to tell you, man, I mean, it was so
• 3:48
  Speaker 1: filled with hatred. I really spent some time addressing it.

  Speaker 1: I got publicists on the phone. I said, what's happening here?
• 3:55
  Speaker 1: Y'all not watching this? What was this attack? You didn't
• 4:00
  Speaker 1: know these angles? And, you know, Steve, chill. New level,
• 4:06
  Speaker 1: new devil. If you get a promotion on your job,
• 4:10
  Speaker 1: guess what? Somebody ain't happy that you got the promotion.

  Speaker 1: So here come the hate. You don't even really know
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: these people. You have no idea. Every time you make
• 4:22
  Speaker 1: a decision to make your relationship with your spouse better, man,
• 4:27
  Speaker 1: this is it. You know what I'm going to start doing?

  Speaker 1: I'm going to do this, man, so me and my
• 4:31
  Speaker 1: girl can go on and have this, or me and
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: my man can go on and have this. Watch what happens.

  Speaker 1: Every single time, here comes the new level, the new devil,
• 4:42
  Speaker 1: the trick. You don't need to do that. What you
• 4:44
  Speaker 1: doing that for her? She don't appreciate it. He ain't
• 4:46
  Speaker 1: gonna appreciate it. Look over here, man. Look at that
• 4:49
  Speaker 1: right there. Ain't he not? You know, he missed. He
• 4:51
  Speaker 1: didn't call you. And he said, there's all types of stuff.

  Speaker 1: It just happens all the time. And I was sitting
• 4:57
  Speaker 1: here talking with this friend, really good friend, very spiritual person.

  Speaker 1: And they said, you know something, Steve, you know, I
• 5:03
  Speaker 1: was talking to Jesus and said, I was having this
• 5:06
  Speaker 1: conversation with Christ. And I said, God, for real? You
• 5:12
  Speaker 1: mean to tell me every time that something good happens
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: to me? You mean every time I try to go
• 5:19
  Speaker 1: to the next level, every time you put me on
• 5:21
  Speaker 1: the next level, you mean to tell me that I
• 5:24
  Speaker 1: got to go through this right here? Are you for real?
• 5:29
  Speaker 1: And then my friend said, Jesus said to her, they
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: did it to me. And we just fell out laughing.
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: They did it to me. They did it to him.
• 5:42
  Speaker 1: They did it to him for him to go to
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: the next level. And, you know, I was just I
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: was just going over the whole story about the crucifixion
• 5:50
  Speaker 1: and everything. That had to be amazing, man. Of all
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: the hate he had endured, all the prosecuting he had
• 5:56
  Speaker 1: do it. They thought ultimately what we'll do is we'll
• 6:00
  Speaker 1: nail him on a cross and crucify him. And that'll
• 6:03
  Speaker 1: be the end of him. And we'll put him in
• 6:05
  Speaker 1: this tune and we'll put this big stone up there
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: and that'll be the end of him. But what they
• 6:10
  Speaker 1: did not know was all you was doing was setting
• 6:13
  Speaker 1: the tone for the next level because eventually the stone
• 6:17
  Speaker 1: got rolled away and he went and got placed with
• 6:20
  Speaker 1: his father where he was headed to. Anyway, he ultimately
• 6:24
  Speaker 1: knew that his ultimate goal was to get to his father. So,
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: When you thought you were doing what you were doing
• 6:34
  Speaker 1: to him and you put him in a tune and
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: you put the big stone up in there and the
• 6:39
  Speaker 1: stone got rolled away and he went eventually to where
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: he was trying to get to. That story is in
• 6:48
  Speaker 1: place for all of us to remember that when we
• 6:53
  Speaker 1: are going through some things, could it be because we
• 6:56
  Speaker 1: are going to a place? You know, it could be
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: just a place in life. It could be just a
• 7:03
  Speaker 1: different level in life. That's all it has to be.
• 7:05
  Speaker 1: But there's going to be the adversarial challenges that come
• 7:10
  Speaker 1: with it. And those are the moments we must expect
• 7:15
  Speaker 1: and take them head on and still not lose your
• 7:18
  Speaker 1: focus or appreciation for what God has done for you.
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: So in light of all of that, I'm able to
• 7:23
  Speaker 1: say today that I thank my Heavenly Father. I really
• 7:26
  Speaker 1: do for all the blessings He's bestowed upon me. And
• 7:30
  Speaker 1: all of the haters and all of the liars and
• 7:34
  Speaker 1: all of the backstabbers and all those people. When you
• 7:37
  Speaker 1: get through lying, when you get through stabbing, when you
• 7:42
  Speaker 1: get through gossiping and doing what you do. I'm still
• 7:47
  Speaker 1: going to the next level. I'm still going. You cannot
• 7:54
  Speaker 1: stop what God has in store for you. No one
• 7:58
