How we do say to you? He must say to you, happy dole
0:55
say how to do? That's right. Happy birthday today is June sixth,
1:07
twenty twenty four, as today is your birthday. Happy birthday, and here
1:11
is some people who share a birthday with you. Drew McIntyre from the WWE
1:17
turns thirty nine today. Freddy Krueger Robert England is seventy seven. Football wide
1:23
receiver DeAndre Hopkins is thirty two. NFL quarterback Kenny Pinkins is twenty six.
1:30
YouTuber Nikki Baker is thirty six, actor Paul Giamani is fifty seven, and
1:36
that bitch Carol Baskin, she's sixty three years old today. So happy birthday
1:42
to all them, and happy birthday to all of you. We got a
1:46
great show for you. We're gonna talk a little entertainment, not much though
1:51
there's not a lot going on in the entertainment world. We'll talk about some
1:53
movies coming out in the summer, because Bad Boys four releases today and I
1:59
consider that to be the start of summer for movies. We're gonna talk NBA
2:05
and NHL, Stanley Cup and NBA Finals, and then we're also gonna talk
2:10
a few minutes about the Cubs and White Socks and how bad the socks are
2:15
right now, and then I've got, of course, predictions for NXT Battleground
2:20
this weekend. No NFL news this week. I am gonna do a quick
2:25
thing about Angel Reese and Kaylin Clark and that's about it. And then it's
2:30
a little entertainment and that's it. So let's get into the show. Let's
2:34
kick it off with the NHL and the NBA Finals. So in the NHL,
2:40
let's see what we've got. The NHL Finals are starting this Saturday,
2:46
and it's the Oilers and the Panthers. The Oilers won their series four games
2:52
to two, and so did the Panthers. I've got the Panthers winning.
2:54
They're back to back Stanley Cup going on to the Stanley Cup. Last year
3:00
they lost to the Golden Knights of Las Vegas. I think this year they're
3:04
gonna win it in six, so definitely check that out. It starts Saturday
3:08
night. Game one and two will be in Florida. Games three and four
3:14
will be in Edmonton, Game five back in Florida. Six is back in
3:17
Edmonton, and if it goes to seven games, which I think will be
3:21
over in six, it'll go back to Florida. I think that the Florida
3:24
Panthers are gonna win it in six in Edmonton. And our NBA Finals start
3:32
tonight and it is the Dallas Mavericks, the number five seed versus the number
3:38
one seed Boston Celtics. What a series that's gonna be. I believe that
3:43
the Dallas Mavericks. I think Mark Cuban's got that team ready to go,
3:47
and he is excited to get his second ring, one with Dirk Nowinski and
3:52
one with Luca Donnik. It is gonna be amazing. I can't wait for
3:57
that series and start tonight. It's gonna be good. I won't be home
4:00
to watch it. I'll probably catch the last maybe quarter of it, but
4:03
I'm excited to see it. And I've got the Dallas Mavericks winning that one
4:08
in six. Also, I think both the NBA and the NHL go to
4:12
six games in their series. And I've got Florida and I've got, like
4:17
I just said, Dallas, so we'll see what happens there. Let's go
4:21
into some w NBA news. Angel Reese. A lot of people not happy
4:26
with her after she kind of was bullying Caitlin Clark a little bit during their
4:30
matchup. Look, I'm a fan of Dennis Rodman. He was Chicago's biggest
4:36
bully. I don't have a problem with it. I really don't. I
4:42
think that there's nothing wrong with a little bullying in sports. You know,
4:46
that's what happens. Caitlin Clark is amazing. She's gonna be a great w
4:51
NBA player. So its Angel Reese right now. They're a little bit off
4:58
to me, but you know, it's their rookie year. Here's the biggest
5:01
problem that I have, and I'm gonna ran about this for a minute.
5:05
Everybody just assuming that these rookies are gonna come in and just be amazing off
5:11
the bat. Does that happen? Sometimes? Yes, Sometimes you have a
5:15
CJ. Stroud in the NFL who goes in and he wins and makes it
5:19
all the way to the you know, to as far as he can get
5:25
into the playoffs, and then loses. But he did it as a rookie.
5:29
Some guys just aren't there yet, and some girls aren't there yet.
5:32
You've got to realize college to pros is a big difference. In college,
5:38
You've got so many people that aren't gonna make it to the pros and they're
5:44
just not that good. So you're going against a bunch of players who even
5:48
starters aren't gonna make it to the pros one day. They're gonna be doctors,
5:53
they're gonna be lawyers, they're gonna work at Amazon like I do.
5:57
They're gonna do all this stuff. Maybe there'll be a podcaster one day,
6:00
but they definitely won't always be going into the pros of sports. So no,
6:05
I'm sorry, that's not how it works. It's a lot faster when
6:10
he gets to the pros, and sometimes there is an adjustment period. Same
6:14
thing with Caleb Williams. I'm gonna look at it that way. I hope
6:16
he comes out in CJ. Stroud's it this year, and he might,
6:20
but he might not. He's got the team built to do it. He's
6:24
actually got a better team built than I believe Houston had last year when they
6:29
got c J. Stroud. But we'll see what happens. Kayln Clark is
6:33
gonna be amazing. Angel Reese is gonna be amazing. Right now, Kayln
6:40
Clark in points per game is number eighteen with fifteen point six a game.
6:46
Right now, Angel Reese is number forty on that list with ten point eight
6:53
points per game. But Angel Reese also rebounds. Kayln Clark can also pass,
7:00
so there you go. It's not always about points because not every player
7:06
is going to score thirty points a game. It's just not gonna happen.
7:12
In fact, in the WNBA, the highest is twenty seven point eight and
7:16
it is the girl in Las Vegas. I don't know everybody's name. I
7:19
don't want it consistently, but these girls are bringing attention to the game.
7:26
Whether it's good or bad, it's still attention and that's what happens. So
7:31
we'll see what happens with them. I'm hoping that both of them have great
7:34
careers, but we'll see what happens. Let's go into the Chicago White Sox
7:41
and their thirteen game lose streak. I'm a diehard Socks fan. It's very
7:46
hard to defend this team right now. Thirteen game losing streak. After they
7:50
lost to the Cubs seven to six and back to bad games. Game one
7:56
events of that series, they were five to nothing. They went into raind
8:03
lay in about the fifth or sixth inning. They were up five to nothing.
8:05
Everything looked good. Just like always. And then the reindo lay ended
8:09
and the Cubs ended up coming back and winning seven to six. Now,
8:15
remember I just said five to nothing, then I said seven to six,
8:20
So that means the Cubs from the fifth or sixth inning when they resumed to
8:24
the ninth inning, scored seven runs and only allowed one run out of the
8:28
White Sox. That's terrible. I just don't know what to say anymore.
8:37
I'm at the point where I just believe that the White Sox. They're coming
8:41
up to the All Star break in about like a little over a month,
8:43
the middle of July. If you don't go on a win streak, now,
8:50
you might as well just wrap the season and be done. There's no
8:54
reason to even continue playing. Sometimes I wish they could just stay in the
8:58
locker room and say I forfeit and don't even come out, because it's embarrassing
9:05
right now, it really is. Thirteen game losing streak. Here is a
9:09
stat that nobody wants to hear. Well, maybe cub fans want to hear
9:13
it because they hate the Socks, but okay, in nineteen twenty four,
9:18
the biggest losing streak the Socks ever had was thirteen games since then, they
9:24
have never went on a thirteen game losing streak since that year of nineteen twenty
9:30
four, they just tied it. So the twenty twenty four and the nineteen
9:35
twenty four White Sox are tied for the most losses in a row. If
9:43
the Sacks lose to Boston today, they play them tonight at Comiskey. I
9:52
still call Comisky Us Cellular Guarantee Rayfield, whatever you want to call it,
10:00
the Losing Dome. I don't care what you want to call it. If
10:03
they lose tonight to Boston, they will have the most losses in a row
10:11
that that team has ever had, not by any team in general, just
10:15
by them. But that's still a record. You might as well lose tonight
10:18
and set that record. You might it's a dubious honor, but at least
10:24
you will have something something to brag about, like, oh my god,
10:28
we have the most losses since nineteen twenty four. You might as well do
10:31
that, because at this point you've got nothing going for you. You just
10:37
don't. That's all I want to say. You got All Star break coming
10:41
up in a month. The All Star voting has already taken place. But
10:45
honestly, right now. There is nobody that the Socks I don't think can
10:54
be right now. I don't think that anybody in the socks can be in
10:58
a series. So we'll see what happens. Let's move on. Like I
11:05
said, there's nothing going on right now in football. It's OTA's people making
11:09
a big deal about it. It's not a big deal. It's honestly,
11:13
it's like a voluntary thing. I don't even know if they have to be
11:16
there for it. I think OTA's are voluntary. Yeah, so I'm not
11:22
worried about it. Whatever. Let's go into this weekend at XT Battleground twenty
11:30
twenty four. It's gonna be taking place in Las Vegas on June ninth,
11:35
on Sunday on Peacock. It's gonna be from the ufc Apex. I love
11:41
to see that. I love seeing the cross promotion of it WWE. It's
11:45
awesome to see that happen sincere under the same umbrella. But it's also amazing
11:52
that TNA is working with WWE. I love it. I can't wait for
11:58
more of it. I can't wait so NXT and TNA do like an invasion
12:03
of each other, because I'm sure it's gonna happen WWTNA Invasion. It's gonna
12:07
be awesome. So here's the matches, and here is my predictions for the
12:11
match. First match is NXT Underground Match. It's gonna be Shanna Basler versus
12:18
Lolavice. I think because it's at the UFC Apex and Shana Basler obviously was
12:22
a big UFC fighter. I think that Shanna Bezler is gonna win that match.
12:28
NXT North American Championship Match, it's Oba Femi versus wes Lee versus Joe
12:33
Coffee. I'm going wes Lee. I'm not a big NXT guy, so
12:39
I really don't know every single wrestler there. I do know wes Lee though,
12:43
and I'm gonna take him winning the NXT North American Championship Match. NXT
12:48
Women's North American Championship Match. I believe this is a brand new title for
12:52
the women over there, so they're doing one, two, three, four,
12:58
five, six women in a six pack match. It's gonna be soul
13:03
Ruka versus Lash Legend versus Jada Parker versus Fallon Henley versus Kalanie Jordan versus Mitchen.
13:13
I'm gonna go with Jada Parker. Just because I like her name.
13:15
Don't know who the girls are. Lash Legend is a cool name too,
13:18
but I'm gonna go with Jada Parker. Just sounds like it would be like
13:22
a w NBA Chicago Sky basketball player woman. So yeah, I'm gonna go
13:26
with that. Let's see the NXT Tag Team Championship match Xman Nathan Fraser versus
13:33
the OC. I'll take the OC. I always like the OC, so
13:37
I'll go with them. The Good Brothers NXT Women's Championship match Rock sand Perez
13:43
and the TNA Knockouts Champion. I love saying that NXT Jordan Grace. That
13:52
is gonna be an awesome match. I don't feel like the WWE is going
13:56
to let Jordan Grace come in though, and take that title away from Rock
14:00
sam Perez. So I don't foresee a title change there, but I do
14:05
see it eventually with cross promotion possibly happening where they may do like a title
14:13
for title type match, you know, for a while, and then maybe
14:16
go back and forth. But I'm gonna take Rock sam Perez in that match.
14:20
But seeing Jordan Grace theyer for the Royal Rumbling Now for this and NXT
14:26
on Wednesday, Sue was there. That's awesome. And then the NXT Championship
14:30
match, Trick Williams, the champion is going to take on former aw Superstar
14:35
now ww NXT superstar Ethan Page. What does HBK got up as sleeve for
14:41
this one? Is Ethan Page gonna come in right off the bat and take
14:46
the title off Trick Williams. I could see it happening, but then I
14:50
can't, So I'm gonna go with the safe vet of Trick Williams being the
14:56
new champions or not the new Champion retaining his title. So we'll see what
15:01
happens there. I'm excited for that. We're gonna go into it looks like
15:07
our entertainment segment because there's really not a lot. Oh wait, one last
15:11
thing before I do that, Let's look at the Clash at the Castle and
15:16
see what's going on there. Because the Clash at the Castle is next weekend,
15:26
June fifteenth, next Saturday, and it's gonna be from Scotland, which
15:28
is gonna be awesome. Drew McIntyre and Piper Nevin both from there, both
15:35
in World Championship matches. So let's see what's gonna happen. So let's go
15:39
through the card. There's not that many matches yet, but we still have
15:43
Friday Nights, SmackDown tomorrow. We still have Raw Monday, and then a
15:46
SmackDown next week, so we'll see what happens there. Here's the guaranteed matches
15:52
already. World. Have you a championship Damian Priest Champion versus Drew McIntyre next
16:00
week Thursday, when I do my show, I will be doing my predictions
16:06
obviously for this, and then I'll have my reaction to NXT, which I
16:12
won't get to see live, but I am gonna watch it sometime during the
16:15
week next week so that I can see what happened there. I want to
16:19
watch all the matches, but Clash at the Castle. I'm not gonna do
16:23
predictions today. I'm gonna do that next week once we have a somewhat final
16:29
card. Let's see WW Women's Championship, Bailey the Champion versus Piper Nevin.
16:36
That's gonna be a good one. And then finally we got the Intercontinental Championship
16:40
Sammy Zain Champion versus Chad Gable. Here is some predictions that CBS Sports came
16:48
up with for possible matches for next week that we might see at Clash at
16:52
the Castle. Obviously, this one is I believe almost guaranteed for it,
16:57
but they haven't fully announced it. The undisputed WW Championship Cody Rhodes versus AJ
17:04
Styles after they attack that AJ Styles did on Cody Rhodes. I could foresee
17:10
that happening. Well, we don't know yet. I haven't heard a final
17:12
with that yet, so we'll see United States Championship. I could see this
17:17
possibly Logan Paul champion versus La Night versus Carmelo Hayes. I can see that
17:22
happen now. I would like to see possibly at SummerSlam. I don't think
17:27
they'll do that have money in the bank, but possibly at SummerSlam. I
17:32
like to see Logan Paul and La Night one on one for the title.
17:37
So if this match does happen, I don't see Logan Paul losing it just
17:40
yet and then one last match or they also have Solo Sakora versus Kevin Owens.
17:48
I could definitely see that happening. Seamus and Ludwig Kaiser. Kaiser scored
17:53
the biggest win of his career on the June third episode of Rod, defeating
17:56
a compromise Seamus, so I can see that happening possibly, and then the
18:02
Gunther and Randy Orton. I could see maybe putting the King of the Ring
18:07
on the line. That'd be a kind of cool match. And given that
18:10
it is in Scotland, which is close to the UK, maybe a King
18:15
of the Ring match for that possibly, we'll see. And then they also
18:22
have this one which I don't know. This just came out of less skilled
18:25
to me, bron Breaker versus Ricochet versus I just Drognov. I don't know
18:30
if I see that happening, but maybe who knows. So yeah, that
18:36
is my that's the card so far. Three guaranteed matches and four possible matches,
18:41
so we'll see what they have in store. I didn't see anything with
18:45
Live Morgan yet, but they may not have her defend the title there.
18:49
They might not want to put all four world titles on the line there,
18:53
so maybe they're holding her off for money in the bank. She'd just be
18:56
Becky twice in a row. Possibly they're gonna give her that pay per view
19:03
off. She'll probably be there, but yeah, maybe they're gonna give her
19:07
that one off, So we'll see what happens. But we'll do our preview
19:11
of that next week. Let's go into some fun news about movies. That's
19:17
right, Bad Boys four comes out. It's called rd Or Died. Awesome
19:22
movie. I think it's gonna be number one at the box office this week.
19:26
But we'll see what happens with that. But let's go over some movies
19:32
that are coming out this summer. All right, So here's the summer movies.
19:37
I feel Bad Boys for is kicking off the summer movies for the year.
19:42
Here's some movies coming out that they've got listed. I think there's more
19:47
that are gonna be released. I don't think this is it, but this
19:49
is all that movie web has. So let's see June seventh, which is
19:56
tomorrow, a movie called Lounging Trim Season, The Crow twenty twenty four.
20:03
I didn't even know there're making another Crow movie. And The Watchers that's coming
20:07
out with Bad Boys for this weekend. Also June eighth, which is Saturday,
20:12
which is a weird day. The Devil's Bass. I don't know why
20:15
that's coming out on June eighth. That's kind of weird. That's a Saturday
20:21
release. I think that they made a mistake on that June fourteen, next
20:25
week ghost Light, Firebrand Tuesday Tuesday Tuesday, and Inside Out too, So
20:34
if you want to take your kids to see a kids movie besides the Garfield
20:38
movie which is out right now, inside Out two is coming out June fourteenth,
20:44
and then June twenty first, Colleen Hooverbrook and ends with Us is gonna
20:48
be a movie that comes out June twenty first. Also a movie called Selma
20:53
with an old lady of the picture. I have no clue what that is.
20:56
And then the last weekend of June June twenty eighth is Kevin Costner and
21:00
Horizon and American Saga in a Quiet Place Day one, so that one comes
21:07
out July twenty twenty four. July fourth weekend July third is Despicable Me four
21:15
with the Minions. Minions are back. I think everybody's excited for that one.
21:21
The movie Maxine also comes out July fourth. July twelfth, there's only
21:25
one movie called Long Legs. It looks like a scary movie type thing.
21:30
Let me look at this really quick. Let me click on this and see
21:33
it, says FBI agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case
21:37
that takes an unexpected turn, revealing evidence of the occult. Oh boy,
21:42
that sounds good. It's a horror movie. Nicholas Cage is in it,
21:47
Alicia Wick and Blair Underwood decent cast for that one. The movie Twisters comes
21:52
out July nineteenth. It's not a sequel to Twisters. They're calling it an
22:00
update to the nineteen ninety six movie. But yeah, it's definitely not going
22:06
to be considered a sequel. So we'll see. We'll see if it's any
22:12
good. We'll see if they mention anybody from the original. I doubt it,
22:17
but we'll see. Maybe he'll be good. Who knows. And then
22:21
end of July, July twenty sixth, and then everybody's waiting for this one.
22:23
Deadpool and Wolverine. That's right. Ryan Reynolds is gonna be back as
22:29
Deadpool, and then of course Wolverine. I'm just clicking on to make sure.
22:34
Yes, Hugh Jackman is gonna be back, Jennifer Gardner is gonna be
22:37
in it, So it's gonna be a decent movie. Definitely go check that
22:41
out. That's gonna be good. And then August August second, we've got
22:47
Harold in the Purple crayon. It was a book by Crockett Johnson. And
22:52
then a movie called Cuckoo is coming out August ninth, Let's see. Also
23:00
on August ninth as Borderlands. Who is gonna be in that one? Kate
23:04
Blanchette, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Arianna Green Bass, and Jamie Lee
23:11
Curtis. Now that sounds like a good movie. Also August sixteenth, it
23:17
looks like Mark Wahlberg is back in a movie called The Union. Let's see
23:21
what that's about? It says Mike, a down to earth construction worker from
23:26
Jersey, is quickly thrust into a world of super species and secret agents when
23:30
his high school ex girlfriend Roxanne recruits him on a high stakes US intelligence mission.
23:37
Only Mark Wahlberg will get a movie like that. It's gonna be Mark
23:41
Wahlberg and Haylee Berry. JK. Simmons is also in. It sounds like
23:49
a good movie, it says Netflix. So I don't know if it's a
23:53
direct to Netflix movie. I don't think so. I think it's gonna be
23:56
in the actual theaters. And then September, everybody's waiting for this one,
24:02
the sequel everybody always wanted, never got, but they finally did, We're
24:07
all ready for it. Michael Keaton went on a ryder, Catherine O'Hara all
24:11
back and then including Wednesday, Adams herself. Oh what's her name? Man?
24:19
That's how you know you're getting old Jenna Ortega. That's right. Beatlejuice
24:25
two called Beatle Juice. Beatlejuice is hidden theaters on September sixth. September thirteenth
24:32
is Transformers one, and that movie is an origin story set on Cybertron,
24:38
home of both Autobots and the Decepticons. The film is said to focus on
24:42
the relationship between Optimus Prime and Megatron. That's gonna be a good movie.
24:48
Definitely want to see that one, possibly in the theaters. I think it'll
24:52
be good. That one comes out September thirteenth. Kate Winslet's gonna be in
24:57
a movie September thirteenth called Lee looks like an old war movie. Uh.
25:03
And then The Wild Robot comes out in twenty twenty four and September twentieth and
25:10
one movie so far is listened for October. I'm sure there's gonna be more.
25:15
I'm gonna go through the end of the year really quick with these Joker
25:19
Fally ad that's the sequel to the Joker movie. Joaquin Phoenix's back as the
25:25
Joker, and Lady Got Guy's gonna be in there as Harley. Harley.
25:27
Quinn Rock is in a new movie it looks like called Red one coming out
25:34
in November. Gladiator two comes out in November. What what is it?
25:41
A sequel? Sequel? No way, Russell Crow's back in it. Man,
25:48
he's an old Gladiator. Wow, geez, I'm been shot on that
25:56
one. I didn't even know they made that. And then Wicked is gonna
26:02
be in the theaters. I believe they made it into a movie November twenty
26:06
seventh, and then the end of the year December, some decent movies are
26:11
coming out. It's funny because they have unconfirmed release dates of movies. We'll
26:18
go through those two, but here we go. December twenty twenty four,
26:22
Craven The Hunter on December thirteenth, December eighteenth, Avatar three December twentieth,
26:30
Mufasa The Lion King, and then Doc Savage on December thirty. First unconfirmed
26:36
release dates, which this is bullcrap. Beverly Hills cop AXL Foley comes out
26:41
on July third. Shangshai two is coming out in twenty twenty four. Tron
26:48
Aries is coming out in twenty twenty four. Venom the Last Dance is released
26:52
supposed to be released in twenty twenty four. Let's see, I'm just looking
26:57
for ones everybody would know. Zootobia three. Let's see Spider Man beyond the
27:04
Spider Verse. Let's see Demolition Man two. Oh my god, really they
27:14
made a Demolition Man two is solvester Stone and Wesley Snipe's gonna be in this
27:19
one, man, I'm telling you, they're bringing some bag, some oldies
27:22
with some goodies. Mousetrap, Mickey's Mousetrap. Whoa, that's a horror movie
27:32
with Mickey Mouse. That's awesome. That's cool. That's gonna be hopefully in
27:37
twenty twenty four. And then Year two. Don't know what this one is?
27:41
Oh two, Scientists try to stop the mutation that turns people into werewolves
27:47
that were being touched by a super moon the year before. Well, there
27:49
you go. They have a released date of twenty twenty four, but no
27:53
actual date yet. Lou Diamond Phillips is in it and could trade a law.
27:59
Okay, well these all sound decent. Go check those out when they
28:02
come out. All right, let's go into the movies from last week at
28:07
the box office. Let's see what made the top ten last week and what
28:12
might be bumped out by bad boys for this weekend. Alright, so the
28:17
top ten movies from last week at the box office. In its first week,
28:21
the movie Summer Camp did a one weekend gross with a one point five
28:26
million total gross. Let's see the number nine was another first week movie,
28:33
the movie Ezra. It did one point two million weekend gross and a total
28:38
gross of one point six million. Let's see Number eight in a Violent Nature
28:45
weekend gross of two point two million, total gross of two point two million
28:48
in his first week. Number seven in its first week was Haiku the Dumpster
28:55
Battle three point six million weekend gross and four points for total gross for that
29:02
week. Number six was The Strangers Chapter one and it's third week out.
29:07
It did three point seven million last weekend thirty million total. The movie The
29:12
Fall Guy went to number five, weekend gross of four point two million,
29:18
total gross to eighty one million in five weeks. That's surprised. I didn't
29:22
think that movie was gonna do hundreds of millions of dollars. Not too bad,
29:26
I guess. For what it is. I'll see it, but not
29:30
till it comes streaming. Number four in its fourth week, The Kingdom of
29:34
the Planet of the Apes did nine million total gross last weekend, but a
29:40
total gross of one point or one hundred and forty three million dollars. At
29:47
number three was the movie If What Ryan Reynolds, did eleven million dollars at
29:51
the box office last weekend, total gross of eighty three million in three weeks.
29:57
Number two in its second we was Futurosa, a Mad Max saga.
30:03
It did eleven million last week and a total gross of fifty three million.
30:10
And then, of course the number one movie at the box office It's for
30:14
the kiddos, the Garfield movie and its second week it did fourteen million a
30:18
total gross of fifty five million. So Mad Max few, the Mad Max
30:22
movie, Futurosa, and Garfield movie both came out the same week. It
30:27
looks like the Mad Max took week one, and it looks like Garfield took
30:32
week two if I'm doing the mask correctly, because Mad Max made fifty three
30:37
million in its first week or in a in its total weeks eleven million last
30:44
weekend, which would have been what forty four million total gross in the first
30:49
weekend. Yeah, yep, because Garfield did fifty five million total fourteen million
30:59
last weekend, so yeah, that would have been what forty one million?
31:03
Yeah? So yeah, mad Max took week one, Garfield took week two.
31:07
Nice little flip flop. But I think both of those are gonna be
31:08
knocked down to two and three when Bad Boys four comes in. I think
31:12
they're gonna be number one at the box office, and I think they're gonna
31:17
do in the hundreds of millions. And it's opening weekend, so we'll see.
31:19
We'll see next week what that's gonna do. Everybody wants to know.
31:23
So what CD did I do? I told everybody I was gonna do a
31:26
CD this week. I did Stevie Wonder. I did it for This goes
31:33
out to Carolyn New Jersey. She's a follower of mine on TikTok podcast.
31:41
So I'm doing Stevie Wonder Songs in the Key of Life, one of my
31:47
favorite albums of all time. I'm glad she picked this. A lot of
31:51
great music on it, twenty one songs. It's amazing. Definitely go check
31:57
it out. I give it five out of five records. It was It's
32:00
hard to honestly pick my top five favorite song is because there's so many good
32:07
ones on there. I mean, I'm a huge Stevie Wonder fan. You
32:10
know, a couple of my favorite songs of his not on this album,
32:15
necessarily Sigin Seal Delivered, Isn't She Lovely is off that album is one of
32:21
my favorites. If you listen. Superstition that's another one of my favorites.
32:25
I just called to say I love you. You are the sunshine of my
32:29
life. These are all songs that I'm a fan of his. But let
32:32
me go and get my top five favorite songs. I wrote them down,
32:40
all right, So five of my favorite songs off of the album Love's in
32:45
Need of Love Today. That's one of my favorites. I love that song.
32:49
I wish knocks Me off my feet Pastime Paradise. It's actually funny because
32:57
listen to this, everyone wants to play if you don't know what song that
33:20
was made from, or what was made out of that song that we Can't
33:25
Be Friends. Kuro's Gangster's Paradise was a sample from that song Pastime Paradise.
33:34
He also has a song that Will Smith has used for a wild while West.
33:38
So, I mean a lot of people have used Stevie Wonder's songs,
33:44
but yeah, that's amazing. And then we're now redid it again what he
33:46
did Amish Paradise, So you know, I think that's awesome. That's that's
33:52
really cool. So uh yeah, those are that's top. That's my third
33:58
favorite song. Hold on, I gotta do two? So we did?
34:00
Isn't she Lovely Pastime Paradise? I wish loves Anita loves any One more off
34:06
of this. My other one is all Day Sucker. This is cool.
34:13
I like that song. This is very cool song. Yeah, so I
34:16
give a five out of five records. And if you never heard songs on
34:21
the Kia Life by Stevie Wonder, well number one. I don't know what
34:23
you've been doing with your life that you haven't heard that. Even if you're
34:27
in your early twenties right now, go listen to it. If you want
34:30
to hear how music was when we were young, go listen to Stevie Wonder,
34:36
not just that album, but all his albums and you'll see and most
34:38
of you probably have parents that listen to Stevie Wonder or grandparents. Maybe that's
34:44
a scary thing to think of. But you could actually have grandparents now that
34:46
listen to Stevie Wonder too. That's a scary thought. But yeah, thank
34:52
you Caroll in New Jersey. I'm glad that you did that, and I
34:53
hope that you followed my new Facebook page. I did send her a link
34:59

35:20
podcast is because on this one, I'm gonna do entertainment stuff, entertainment,
35:24
celebrity, birthdays, fun stuff. On my other one, I'm gonna do
35:32
politics and all that other crap, because that one is turned into just like
35:37
me being attacked by everybody on there, which is fine. I don't care.
35:42
I am who I am, I like who I am, and I
35:44
love who I vote for. Okay, I don't care who who you vote
35:47
for, that's on you. But I'm gonna vote how I want to vote,
35:52
and who I think shouldn't be in office is somebody that's a felon and
35:55
that's just how I feel. But yeah, so you know my new page,
36:02
the Robbie g Podcast twenty three. Make sure you go follow that one
36:07

36:28
my top ten list. I am doing my top ten favorite TikTokers. So
36:34

36:39

36:45
good funny lives or fun lives, So make sure you go follow these people.
36:49
Number ten on my list is Underscore Stuff. It's ste pH Underscore twenty
36:57
nine. Underscore a lot of underscores her name, but she does really fun
37:01
content. She has a good time with it. She's a trumper, but
37:06
she has fun on there with her lives. She makes fun of people,
37:10
but she also does a lot of fun battles with a lot of fun people.
37:15
So make sure you check out her on TikTok. She's one of my
37:17

37:27
He knows his sports. He talks Bears, he talks Bulls, he
37:30
talks black Hawks, he talks about the Cubbies. I'm a White Sox fan
37:35
obviously, so we don't really see and eye there. But his name's Connor
37:39
Burns. He's awesome. Now all of these are gonna be tagged on my
37:45
new page, so definitely go follow my new page and you'll be able to
37:50

38:05
She does Wednesday Adam cosplay, and I swear when she dresses up as Wednesday,
38:13
she looks like Wednesday. She is awesome. Definitely follow her. She
38:16
does a lot of good lives. She also does coffee with Chris. It's
38:21
like just her as herself. She's not dressed up as Wednesday Adams, so
38:25
go and check that out. My number seven is el Roy Redbeard. His
38:30
name is Jason. He's from Indiana. This dude is awesome. He does
38:35
these awesome ones with his wife where he's cooking and he's drinking and he's having
38:38
a good time. He calls everyday Funday. You know how people call Sunday
38:43
Funday. He calls every day a Funday. And he just lives his life
38:47
having fun. I've never seen anything political on his stuff. Nothing. He
38:52
just has a good time with life and he enjoys it. Number six.
38:58
If you're an NFL fan, you should. I definitely know who this beautiful
39:00
woman is. Her name is Annie Agar. She does awesome content for the
39:06
NFL. She is amazing. I love her content. I really want to
39:12
get her to follow me back because she's awesome. I would love to do
39:15
something with her. Number five. One of my favorite Illinoians besides Connor Burns
39:21
who's also from Illinois, and somebody who's in my top fifteen who didn't make
39:24
this list, Lucky Chucky. He's also from Illinois. A lot of cool
39:29
Illinois people wink wink, are on TikTok go follow all of us. His
39:34
name is Tom Paul Junior. He does all politics pretty much, not all.
39:37
He talks about all other stuff, but his majority is politics, and
39:40
he knows what he's talking about. And he insults people who insult him,
39:45
which is even better. He makes it awesome. He's a smart ass.
39:49
He's cool. I love him. Number five he's right there. Number four.
39:53
He's from Michigan. His name is Sibbs. He does awesome content where
39:58
he's cooking food, showing you recipes of stuff he makes. He likes to
40:02
make things with chez. He cooks everything three fifty till at Quibbi. And
40:09
my favorite is when he opens up his gear he goes yeah, just like
40:14
La night. He is awesome. Go follow him. Number three. This
40:20
guy's amazing. He was a former police officer. He doesn't do anything really
40:24
politics on his thing, and he's just like me. He loves his kids.
40:29

don't, if you didn't know that before, now you do. Go check
41:27
out Justin Nunley. Definitely go follow him if you haven't. A reason I
41:30
did not do any celebrities is because they're already celebrities. These were all people
41:37
just like us that became content creators, that had jobs. Some of them
41:42
still have jobs. Oodi was a police officer. Sibbs works in a warehouse
41:49
like I do. Justin Nunley just came out and told everybody he's in the
41:52
military. He's literally in the Air Force. Nobody ever knew that about him.
41:58
He's awesome. Tom Powell Junior is retired, but he used to own
42:04
a landscape company. He now owns a trucking company. Oodi was a police
42:09
officer before he pretty much retired because he just couldn't take the politics of it.
42:15
He was there to save people, but those too many politics going on.
42:20
Connor Burns as a student in college. Steph, I don't know what
42:23
she does. She sits home all day. I don't know what she does
42:27
for work. I'm sure she does, but maybe she doesn't. Maybe she
42:30
makes content all day. Chris Casselino has a job Elroy Redbeard. He is
42:36
a garbage van out of Indiana. I mean, all of them have regular
42:39
jobs. I work at Amazon. We all have regular jobs, So definitely
42:45
go follow them. They are awesome. I'm gonna do a TikTok post about
42:49
them right after this with my top ten list, and then I am going
42:54
to post so make sure you follow my new page. If you don't,
43:04
it's at the bottom of this, so make sure you check that out.
43:07
I'm gonna take off for the day. I hope everybody has a great weekend.
43:12
Get out there. I'm gonna be in Romeovill tonight at a concert in
43:15
the park having fun. Make sure you go check that out. If you
43:22

43:25
You guys can live in the Chicagoland area. You guys can live all
43:29
around the world, but make sure you have fun this weekend. You know,
43:34
I don't want to bring down the mood of my show, but I
43:36
do want to throw this out there. It's summer. Go have fun with
43:39
your family, go outside, go do things, because you don't know how
43:44
much time you have on this earth. You don't know how much time your
43:46
family has on this earth. I've been seeing a lot of Facebook post lately
43:52
of people that I know passing away on there, not all personally where I
43:58
you know, grew up with them. But I haven't lost any, thank
44:00
god, not got one of my friends yet. But I've seen a lot
44:07
of posts of people losing family members at young ages, you know, forties,
44:12
fifties, sixties, of heart attacks and stuff. And you know,
44:15
me and my wife are both you know, close to fifty or mid forties,
44:23
you know, and stuff like that. And you just don't know how
44:25
much time you have in the world, So enjoy what you got. Enjoy
44:30
time with your family. I know a lot of us differ based on you
44:36
know, politics and sports, and we fight over it and stuff, but
44:40
at the end of the day, we're all humans, doesn't matter what color
44:45
you are, we're all one race, were the human race, and we
44:47
need to start treating each other like that. Yes, I do rip back
44:52
on people on my content, but as only when they do it to me
44:57
first. But you know, like I said, go ahead, love each
45:00
other, be there for each other, have fun with each other. I'll
45:05
see everybody next week. We're gonna talk Clash at the Castle. We're gonna
45:08
talk about NXT's battleground and we'll talk about the results of that. We'll talk
45:15
about where we're at in the NBA finals of the NHL Playoffs. We're gonna
45:19
talk about more movie news. We're the Bad Boys four end up at the
45:24
box office this weekend, did a knockout Garfield and the Man Max Futurosa movie.
45:31
We'll see all that stuff next week. Maybe we'll talk some TV and
45:35
movies. We'll see. I'll see what I can find for next week.
45:37
I'm gonna listen to another CD this week. I think I'm gonna do where
45:43
Al Yankovic's first one, because it's been a while since i've listened to that.
45:45
Cover to cover. I am doing other people still, but you know,
45:51
I'm kind of trying to space them out. A little bit, So
45:53
I'm gonna pick one. I'm gonna do where Al Yankovic's first album well is
46:00
one with the Nirvana cover where he was like the baby swimming in the water.
46:04
Do that one. I don't know if that was his first one.
46:07
I think he had one before that one or two, but we'll see.
46:09
But I'm gonna do that one. So we'll do that one next week.
46:14
We're gonna have fun and I'll do another top ten list of something different.
46:17
Come follow me on my new TikTok page that's down below in the comments,
46:23
along with my Instagram, my Facebook, everything, it's all under there,
46:28
so come follow me. I'll see everybody next week. I love you all.
46:31
Peace out and have a great weekend.
