- 0:00SPEAKER_00: You ever see a shadow out of the corner of your eye?
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: You ever had a feeling that something someone is watching you?
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: You ask yourself why these spirits are here.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: What do they want?
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Are they lost or are they trapped?
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: I'm Ryan, and I run a paranormal group called Nuclear Soul Seekers.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: These are just some of the questions we ask when we do an investigation.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: We just don't try to get evidence of the paranormal.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: We try to get answers.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: You're listening to Trap Souls.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: Hey, welcome, Trap Souls.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: I'm Ryan.
- 0:41SPEAKER_03: I'm Aaron.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: And you're listening to another episode of Dead Space.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Today we're talking about paranormal equipment.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: Going through social media, and a lot of people that know that we do this now, they're starting to ask us, what equipment do you use and why do you use it?
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: So we figure we'd do an episode on equipment.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: There's a lot out there.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna tell you right now.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of stuff that works.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: We'll give you the stuff that we use, what we think is best.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: The other stuff that's out there that we're not too sure of yet, um, maybe because we haven't used it, or we just don't think it's legit.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: We'll go with that.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: We're gonna start, jump right into it.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: Erin has some stuff she wants to talk about.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: You want to go over what we use first?
- 1:23SPEAKER_03: Sure, yeah.
- 1:23SPEAKER_03: I basically wrote all that down so we kind of have an idea.
- 1:27SPEAKER_03: And how I separated it in two is ease of use, you know, beginner-friendly or not, cost, things like that.
- 1:34SPEAKER_03: The first one that I have on there is a voice recorder.
- 1:38SPEAKER_03: You can get a decent cheap voice recorder just about anywhere.
- 1:43SPEAKER_03: I know that Amazon has them cheap, Walmart, all those places.
- 1:47SPEAKER_03: They're simple and they're effective.
- 1:50SPEAKER_03: So, the biggest reason that we use the voice recorders is to pick up EVPs.
- 1:54SPEAKER_03: So we'll do an answer and or call and answer session, and then you know, go over everything when we're done.
- 2:02SPEAKER_03: So we have that.
- 2:04SPEAKER_03: It's it's simple.
- 2:06SPEAKER_03: Anybody can use it, it's a good thing to have.
- 2:08SPEAKER_03: Even using your phone, your recorder on your phone, same difference.
- 2:12SPEAKER_03: Again, beginner-friendly, fairly inexpensive.
- 2:16SPEAKER_03: So the voice recorder I do like.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: She said there's a lot of voice recorders out there.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: I have three of them.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Um, I have a$40 one, is where you hear most of my EVPs from.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: I have a new one that's over a hundred dollar one.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna tell you.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: Ding is sensitive.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, when I use it, we're on a third floor.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: I can hear people talk on a second floor.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: So when you try and do EVPs, be careful.
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Um, make sure they're actually EVPs and not people talking.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: So if you get a really, really good recorder, just be careful that because I mean I heard people 200 feet away talking.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: And it's you gotta make sure that I I'd go with the$40 one personally.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: They're easy, they're simple.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: The only issue with EVPs, you don't hear it till the next day.
- 3:06SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: So that's all my input on that.
- 3:09SPEAKER_03: The next one would be our spirit boxes.
- 3:12SPEAKER_03: So basically, spirit boxes are a way to communicate with the spirit and capture EVPs in real time.
- 3:19SPEAKER_03: So you're gonna get a response or something that you're gonna be able to hear.
- 3:23SPEAKER_03: It uses radio channels, radio frequency, runs through um AM channels that are the best to run through instead of FM.
- 3:32SPEAKER_03: You're gonna have more of that like clicking, it's like that as it goes through.
- 3:38SPEAKER_03: But there are times you can really pick up a good word or whatever something you know talking to you.
- 3:46SPEAKER_03: The other cool thing is you can either speed it up or slow it down on how fast you want it to run through the cycle of whatever channel it happens to be picking up.
- 3:55SPEAKER_03: It's fairly easy to use.
- 3:56SPEAKER_03: Again, it's pretty beginner-friendly, is what I would say.
- 3:59SPEAKER_03: They can be fairly inexpensive all the way up to a couple hundred dollars.
- 4:04SPEAKER_03: You know, there's again Amazon, there's a bunch of websites that I go through and look.
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: I think the one that I got was about$90.
- 4:13SPEAKER_03: $90.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: It was SB7.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: And I think that's the most common usable one.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think there's an SB8 out there now.
- 4:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: But it it works great.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: I mean, it works great.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: Again, you gotta be careful that you're not picking up just radio channels.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: And you're hearing voices.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: When you do hear a voice come through, it's your first time it's noticeable because they'll actually go over like two or three channels.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: So make sure you got the speed on decent speed.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: Going through the channels, you'll hear a voice come over like two or three channels, and not like me, who like you create great car insurance.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: You know, that's the stuff kind of I hear.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: I'm not good at it.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Like the spirit box itself, I'm okay with it.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: But be careful, just don't assume that it's a ghost.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: Make sure it is a spirit.
- 4:57SPEAKER_03: Be discerning.
- 4:59SPEAKER_03: Take a take a moment, think about what you just asked, and think about the answer that has come through, too.
- 5:04SPEAKER_03: But then the next thing we would have would be uh night vision cameras.
- 5:09SPEAKER_03: A literal handheld camera, again on Amazon, runs about 60 bucks.
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: They work really well, they charge really well.
- 5:18SPEAKER_03: You can see the movement, you can see things if something shifts, you can watch a shadow move across, especially with those.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: They can be pretty cheap in price all the way up to super expensive.
- 5:28SPEAKER_03: Again, what you want to put into it is what you're gonna get out of it.
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: And the nice thing is being able to go back and you know, using your SD card, even setting one up that you can just let it run for a while.
- 5:38SPEAKER_03: So I can watch it for three hours.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 5:43SPEAKER_03: I know I have a problem, but it's okay.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: Again, the night vision cameras, if so, usually they come like the 60 to$100 ones, little you flip the little screen open, it has a little two IR light on it.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: So you're only gonna be see how far that IR light goes.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: It's usually like 15-20 feet.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna go like a$60 route, which is fine because we have there's IR attachments that you can buy that are rechargeable, big IR attachments that will let you see 30, 40 feet.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: So I'd invest in one of those.
- 6:17SPEAKER_03: The next thing is a laser grid or a laser, they're super cheap.
- 6:22SPEAKER_03: Again, you can get them online.
- 6:24SPEAKER_03: Again, beginner-friendly because it's just click a button, you've got a laser.
- 6:29SPEAKER_03: They're easy to use.
- 6:30SPEAKER_03: Uh, you could see movement when you put the grid on.
- 6:34SPEAKER_03: So it's it'll shine, it's a bunch of little dots that create a grid, and you can watch things move through if something happens to be walking through.
- 6:42SPEAKER_03: We have I got one now.
- 6:44SPEAKER_03: Okay, we've got uh we've had a couple, and they're nice.
- 6:47SPEAKER_03: I mean, you can they're easy to use, they're dummy proof.
- 6:51SPEAKER_03: So yeah, we do like the laser grids.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna use a laser grid, use a camera too.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it doesn't have any night vision because it's a laser, you know, because you don't want to be sitting there like, oh, do you see that movement?
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: And everybody's like, what are you talking about?
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: Have a camera up so you guys can reveal later.
- 7:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, and a lot of these things, like what he just said, you're using them in conjunction with each other.
- 7:10SPEAKER_03: It makes more sense, obviously.
- 7:12SPEAKER_03: But next would be the REM pod.
- 7:15SPEAKER_03: The REM pod, the biggest thing is it changes and it picks up changes in ambient temperature.
- 7:22SPEAKER_03: It can show different things like a red or a blue, you know, a drop or an uh increase in temperature.
- 7:30SPEAKER_03: I just actually was looking at something about that right before we left.
- 7:35SPEAKER_03: They can be fairly like middle range, not super expensive to start with, but then you can get the super expensive ones.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there's there's different ones out there now.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: They're all paranormal equipment or making their own, and it all depends what you want.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: I mean, everybody sees the ghost hunting, like everything we talked about is what you see on shows.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: So the REM pod uses the EMFs too, and I think we've used ours the last four investigations.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: And to be honest, I think it's gone off three or three times.
- 8:08SPEAKER_03: I think the two times I remember was in Bel Air on the um piano, and definitely at Fairfield in the hallway when we were talking.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: Joseph, yeah.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:20SPEAKER_03: Sarah.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: Sarah.
- 8:22SPEAKER_03: Um, so yeah, we've got that.
- 8:24SPEAKER_03: And again, you can look online.
- 8:26SPEAKER_03: You can they literally make kits that you can put together or you can piece piece parts.
- 8:30SPEAKER_03: Another cool thing that I do recommend, and I kind of like it, is going to something like Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace.
- 8:39SPEAKER_03: There are a bunch of places that sell these things that you know, people are selling them because either they've upgraded their equipment or they're getting out of it, you know, things like that.
- 8:48SPEAKER_03: So you can get it for fairly cheap and try it out.
- 8:50SPEAKER_03: The other nice thing, again, like what we've always said with our group, is you know, you come with us, we have the equipment, you can try it out.
- 8:57SPEAKER_03: You can see how what you like, what you don't like, you know, what you're like, oh yeah, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, you know, stick with this from here on out.
- 9:04SPEAKER_03: So there's there's that.
- 9:06SPEAKER_03: The next thing we have, and this one is new to us, it's the Para Force Pultrascript.
- 9:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 9:15SPEAKER_03: So this is a handheld device that literally translates voices and words into text, so you can actually see what it's saying as it's saying it to you.
- 9:25SPEAKER_03: This is one of our brand new things that we've had, so we've only used it once.
- 9:30SPEAKER_03: You want learning how to use it is okay, is okay.
- 9:33SPEAKER_03: The biggest thing is the sensitivity, because I know that we had talked about that, because it does pick up on things like other equipment, or you know, if you have your cell phone in your pocket, you gotta watch with stuff like that.
- 9:44SPEAKER_03: And it's expensive, it's definitely up there in price, but you know, once you learn how to use it and you start getting more comfortable with it, I think it's a decent thing to have.
- 9:57SPEAKER_03: I like I'm guess I'm old school in the fact I like my camera and I like my recorder.
- 10:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 10:04SPEAKER_03: Also, dowsing rods.
- 10:06SPEAKER_03: You know, I'm gonna go old school.
- 10:07SPEAKER_03: Uh, dowsing rods and a pendulum.
- 10:10SPEAKER_03: Uh, dowsing rods, you can buy them super cheap anywhere.
- 10:13SPEAKER_03: It can be kind of tricky to get yourself in that mode of holding them in the correct manner, you know, because you think you've got them steady and then they'll you're tipped or whatever.
- 10:27SPEAKER_03: They're easy, they can be easy to use once you get used to them.
- 10:32SPEAKER_03: We've used them quite a few times.
- 10:33SPEAKER_03: I've had a lot of people say, you know, the worst thing about it is you feel drained after using them.
- 10:38SPEAKER_03: Same with the pendulum.
- 10:40SPEAKER_03: That's pretty easy.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: We have one, and I have a board that is like a yes-no board, you know, sometimes rephrase things like that.
- 10:48SPEAKER_03: I feel more comfortable using that.
- 10:50SPEAKER_03: I probably will never use a Ouija board.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: We don't mess with that.
- 10:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's that is not something I want to deal with nor ever want to see.
- 10:59SPEAKER_03: I just that's a line that I don't want to cross.
- 11:03SPEAKER_03: But the yeah, the Dozier rods, the um pendulums, things like that, those are a group of the things that I I really like using.
- 11:13SPEAKER_03: And you know, Ryan, I'm sure if he's got some of his favorite equipment that he uses, but again, I again back to the voice recorder and the camera and the spirit box to get whatever I can pick up.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: So I'll talk about dowsing rods.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm the one who brought the dowsing rods, and we used them at Trans Allegheny when the guides had them, and I always thought they were interesting.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: My only issue with dowsing rods is that you can get a lot of human interference, I guess you want to call it.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: And I don't care if you are trying your hardest not to move them, are you moving them smoothly?
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: Like, because you want that yes no answer, even though you're trying not to, you still there's a human factor in it, so it's they're cool, they're fun to use.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I it's like a lot of stuff.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: Degree of error to it.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, degree of error.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: How much credit do you take into your answers?
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: They're fun.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you're there and you just want to get answers, try the dowsing rods.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: All this, not all this quote, but some equipment.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Like we have a guy that does a dowsing rods, he does it great.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Spirit box, same thing.
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: We got certain people that are awesome at the spirit box and pick out words, and we got people that just blurt out shit, you know.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's you gotta take the human nature.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: Like, you don't want to go into an investigation that you're not you're gonna get something no matter what.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like we went to Fairfield, I got nothing.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, the guys literally got nothing.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: I mean, you guys probably heard the episode if you listen to it.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: It was a short episode, yeah.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: It was really not even that experience.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: Cool place, great history.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: The girls got a lot more than we did.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, EVPs and all that.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: There was really nothing in Fairfield, so I'm not gonna make something up just to put it on the podcast.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: If it's there, I'll do it.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: If you guys saw the video I did of Sarah, that's out on YouTube.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: Check it out.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: That's my first video, so be gentle.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: Be gentle.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: And those were EVPs that I did get, and they were, I guess you want to call class A, some of them.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: I mean, they were pretty clear.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: So check out that video and let me know what you think.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 13:24SPEAKER_01: There'll be another video coming out in a little over a month of Aaron's solo at Ross House.
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: She doesn't know about that yet.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: But yeah, we'll do a video on that too.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna try to keep doing that.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna do a solo there too, and we'll see which one's better, and I'll make a video of it.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: You may continue anything else.
- 13:42SPEAKER_03: No, I mean oh, another thing I would say a notebook.
- 13:46SPEAKER_03: Have a notebook, have a pen.
- 13:48SPEAKER_03: Write things down, write, you know, a feeling of okay, I feel a change in the atmosphere or in that room, I or wherever you are.
- 13:58SPEAKER_03: Cold, you know, sounds, things like that, making notes and then you know, kind of going over those notes, and again with the time, then looking back on, you know, whatever uh recording EVPs, whatever, you can kind of piece things together to make things make more fun sense, but it also helps you kind of keep your thoughts in order.
- 14:17SPEAKER_03: So, I mean, oh, one of the things that I've seen recently that I was uh we've kind of talked about, so it is a light cord that is motion sensor, and as something walk past is it pasts it.
- 14:31SPEAKER_03: I can't talk today, you can see it light up.
- 14:34SPEAKER_03: That's cool.
- 14:35SPEAKER_03: I would love to try that.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: That's actually EMF detected.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: Is it okay?
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: So it's EMF detected.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: A lot of the stuff out there, like we use a ghost box that I made.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: Um, you can make it, yeah.
- 14:47SPEAKER_01: You cannot find anything on that thing.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: So that's something we'll have to buy in the future.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: Another thing you did motion detection stuff.
- 14:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: So there's like cat balls.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 14:57SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, I can't even believe I didn't think that.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: Simple.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, they're cat toys, people use them everywhere.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: You see all the ghost shows use them now.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: I mean, you hit it, it lights up, put it down, but the light thing's like 30 seconds, might go out.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: And we we tested them.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: I mean, we walked around them within like six inches.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: They don't go off.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: Hopping around.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: Hopping around.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Let's try on a carpet and they're gonna move.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: On a Harvard floor, they're not gonna move.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: You actually have to touch it.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: So we put those everywhere, we lose them everywhere.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: Um, but everybody does.
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: We go to like Bel Air, we go to Madison, there's cat balls everywhere.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so be careful where you walk to because you might trip on a cat ball.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: I have definitely done that.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: You are using cat balls, but you do put them in a path, a walkway path, whatever you want to call it, make sure you pick it up, okay?
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: Because the next group might trip on it.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: And if you have a problem forgetting where you put stuff, don't put it where someone's gonna walk, right?
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: You know, so we don't no one gets hurt, and that's safety's first, yay.
- 15:58SPEAKER_03: Safety third.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: Not really, but whatever.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: So motion detector, there's a lot of motion detectors out there.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: Um, you got the shadow box also that supposedly see shadows, so it's a sensor that the change of light it'll go off.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: EMFs, there's so many.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: You got the tripwire, the periscript actually does use EMF too.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: I have a whole bunch here.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: The music box.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, whatever they call that, death box or whatever.
- 16:29SPEAKER_03: Uh it was um expedition.
- 16:34SPEAKER_03: I can't remember which which expedition with Josh Josh Gates.
- 16:38SPEAKER_03: They had a uh gramophone set up.
- 16:41SPEAKER_03: That was pretty cool.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so they have the dead bell too.
- 16:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: So dead bell's like old bell, and all of it is the same concept.
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: Some of them use EMF.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: When you get close, the bell goes off.
- 16:53SPEAKER_01: Um, some of them use motion sensor, and same with the music box.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: Some of it's motion sensored, some of it like Project Fair uses a motion sensor one.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: But I've seen one where they're EMF.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: It's kind of cool.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: Like, there's a really it's I say really expensive.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: There's an expensive one out there that looks like a little coffin, it has a music box on it.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: But if you go like ghost hunting equipment, I don't know which side it is, they have one that they make.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: Doesn't look like a little coffin, it's just a regular box, but same concept, and it's like half the price.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, do you do I mean it'd be cool to have a coffin one, but you're just starting out, yeah.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Just get the cheaper ones.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:33SPEAKER_03: Uh blindfolds for SS method, you know.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: We'll talk about SS method because we didn't talk about it.
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: So SS Method, I'll let Air explain.
- 17:42SPEAKER_03: So SS Method is pretty cool.
- 17:43SPEAKER_03: So it's where you take your um spirit box, you've got a set of headphones, you plug them in um to your spirit box, you're blindfolded, you've got noise-canceling headphones over that.
- 17:53SPEAKER_03: That way you can't hear what's going on.
- 17:55SPEAKER_03: Somebody's going to be asking questions sitting in front of you or in the area that you were in.
- 18:01SPEAKER_03: You're going to get those EVPs back through the spirit box.
- 18:06SPEAKER_03: And the concept is to try to eliminate as much, if not all, outside stimulus that could influence something that you would say.
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: I know Tegan's really good at Estes.
- 18:21SPEAKER_03: I like doing it too.
- 18:22SPEAKER_03: It is, it's interesting, it's intense, but I mean, that's that's a really simple one, too, to you know, a a way of using a couple of the pieces of equipment together to get that, you know, somebody could be writing something down while you know somebody's running through the Estes method.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: So we've used Esther method.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: You guys heard a grave room, one of the Madison's.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: We had Tegan and Lane in the grave room.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: Devil's Toy Box.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: Devil's Toys Box, yeah.
- 18:46SPEAKER_01: Devil's Toys Box.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: We used a phone, put my phone in there.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: They had the Estes on.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: We went all the way down the hallway, and we used Aaron's phone to ask questions as a speaker, and we got good responses.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: Again, just because you hear a word doesn't mean it's a spirit.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: So same with the Oculus, the peruscript, all that stuff.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: Like you're asking, what is your name?
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: It goes outside.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: Look, all you're outside.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: Like right.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: Get if you get a direct answer, like what is your name, Sarah?
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: You know, I okay, that's a direct answer, but don't.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm not saying it's not a spirit talking.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: But it's not a direct answer.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Don't keep jumping.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: You're just looking for answers like that don't have nothing to do with what you're talking about.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: And ask specific.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: Ask generic questions, but then ask specific questions.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: You know, always lead out to more specific questions.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: Teddy Bear.
- 19:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the teddy bear.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: So I mean, one of the guys really wants a teddy bear.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: He never got one when he was a kid.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: But they're there are cool.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: And there's$150 ones, there's$400 ones.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: I think they're neat.
- 19:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: Again, like REM pod's like$200.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: We've used it for investigations, got three or four headsets.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: Um teddy bear is the same thing.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: So you can get a teddy bear that will say stuff when like EMF comes close, or you get one or it gets temperature changes that say, ooh, it's cold.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Then the more responsive ones actually light up.
- 20:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: Like when an EMF gets close, you'll hear it, it'll light up red and be like, ooh, that tickles.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 20:31SPEAKER_03: That's terrifying.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: And that would be uh a little freaky hearing that, but cool.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, again, another piece of equipment that you're you're gonna put somewhere and hopefully you get something.
- 20:42SPEAKER_01: Again, um, recorders, um, cameras, and there's night vision cameras, there's full spectrum cameras, um, your cell phone camera.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: Um, I always take a take a lot of pictures.
- 20:56SPEAKER_01: Now I was never a huge video and photo person when I was doing paranormal.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: A lot of people started asking me to, so I just started, that's why I made that video.
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: I I believe 90%, 99% of everything you're gonna get spiritually are recordings or visual, like EMF.
- 21:17SPEAKER_03: I think it's easier for it to come across.
- 21:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it just makes more sense that that it's the least amount of effort to make a sound as opposed to a you know a visual apparition.
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and ask simple questions, like I said.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: I mean you get more in-depth questions, but you know, in theory, they always say it takes a lot of energy for a spirit to say something.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: So don't try to ask like, give me your family tree.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: You're not gonna get it.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: Yes, no questions, names, how many spirits are here, who am I talking to?
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: You know, were you?
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: I would say were you murdered?
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Because of the places we go to.
- 21:51SPEAKER_01: Did you kill yourself?
- 21:52SPEAKER_03: Uh rapping, you know.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, things like that.
- 21:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: I mean, knocks are great.
- 21:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 21:57SPEAKER_01: I mean, we got trans Allegheny, there's a lot of.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Knocks and they'll actually respond directly to you.
- 22:03SPEAKER_03: I hate that.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: And uh you know, obviously I play games and I don't know if they're games, but you know, go through your group.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Like, who do you want to walk down the hallway?
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: Knock if you want someone to walk down the hallway.
- 22:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's what happened at Fairfield for Craig and Sarah.
- 22:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: So try to just get a response, but also like our group, we try to get some answers.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: We're doing okay with it, I think.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's not our fault they don't want to talk to us sometimes.
- 22:30SPEAKER_03: No, they think you're the asshole, remember?
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: But I mean, it's just be careful of the equipment, that's what I'm saying.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: It's just don't always think you have something, just think about it before you post it.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: And we get that with pictures too, and even on social media.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: Sorry, social media people, but if you have to circle a picture to tell me what I'm looking at, it's probably not paranormal.
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: It probably could have been, but all I see is this damn red circle.
- 23:03SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: So post a picture, and you can zoom in a little bit, but again, if when you zoom in, stuff's gonna get distorted, and you're gonna see stuff.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like we did it at Madison.
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: I had a picture, and we'll talk about that coming up in our next episode.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and uh literally I just clicked on the picture and I was like, Oh, what's this?
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and showed Aaron.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: Aaron's like, holy shit.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: She's like, No, I'm never going up there again.
- 23:31SPEAKER_01: Nope, never we'll talk about that in the next episode.
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: But like that was something I didn't zoom in, I didn't do anything.
- 23:37SPEAKER_01: I did put it on Facebook a little cut, wasn't really Zoom, but it was cut, right?
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: But if you have to sit there and explain and circle stuff, it could have been something.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: No one will ever know.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: And it's don't overthink it.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: That's the biggest thing.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: That's the one thing like annoys me.
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: Like, if I have to sit there and stare at this picture for 40 minutes trying to figure out what it is, it could have been something.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: Don't look into it too much, and that's why I never call it I never call anything evidence.
- 24:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I just call it interesting.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, even EVPs.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: You watch the video, there's some really good EVPs there.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: I'm a little freaky, but can I say 100%?
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: No, I can't.
- 24:21SPEAKER_01: It's interesting, that's all it is.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: It's interesting.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: I wish we had evidence.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: I mean, I was a cop and you need evidence, but I think the best evidence we really could say was evidence is people getting scratched.
- 24:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's physically, you see it.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Bruised, scratched, you they're around nowhere, and you got three big scratches going down your back.
- 24:46SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: That's good evidence.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Did I see who did it?
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: No.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: It's interesting.
- 24:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:52SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 24:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and always try to look at your, like you said, whatever it is that you've captured.
- 25:00SPEAKER_03: Look at it and really think about what you're looking at too.
- 25:05SPEAKER_03: You know, going back to don't overthink it.
- 25:08SPEAKER_03: Look at that.
- 25:09SPEAKER_03: You know, if it could be as simple as a speck of dust, you know, don't try to convince yourself otherwise.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: And that happens with the orbs a lot.
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's a big one.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: So my belief in orbs is I don't believe.
- 25:23SPEAKER_03: Well, he's wrong.
- 25:24SPEAKER_03: It's okay.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: That's okay.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: That's my belief.
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: Because there's too many other aspects into it.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 25:31SPEAKER_01: Um, people have like, oh, these orbs, like, and actually again on Facebook, orbs.
- 25:36SPEAKER_01: The place I work at, we have a lot of cameras.
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: No, that's a freaking spider.
- 25:41SPEAKER_01: I've seen many spiders on cameras.
- 25:43SPEAKER_03: Stupid midges.
- 25:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:45SPEAKER_01: Like the other night we're like I'm looking at the camera, I'm like, man, that's like a shadow figure.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: No, it was a midge just on the camera.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: A Canadian soldier, like just sitting there marching on my camera.
- 25:56SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, I mean, don't like she said, don't overthink it with cameras, flashes, yeah, back shadows.
- 26:03SPEAKER_01: And the picture I showed you of you when we were there last time, Tegan took a picture in the mirror.
- 26:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: And she actually saw it, and it looked like kind of like the same person.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: In the mirror, right by the dolls.
- 26:18SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 26:19SPEAKER_03: I gotcha.
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: And when you take pictures, take two to three pictures in the same spot.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: Using if you're using a flash, three pictures of flash, and I use a flash, three pictures of a flash.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: So you compare.
- 26:30SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: And I've had that trans-allegheny.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: I saw the mist come out of a room.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: I took three fast pictures, and we actually see the mist going down the room.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: I actually saw that with my eyes.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Because it was I was using a flash.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: We're at the end of the hallway.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: I was using a flash, and I saw when it flashed, I saw the mist go out.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: So I took a couple more pictures.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: It was, it was a mist.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: Leaving a room, going down the hallway.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what the hell is that?
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: So taking multiple pictures so you compare it.
- 26:59SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: Because the fourth picture, no mist.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: So always take pictures.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: And she had two or three pictures of that same mirror.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: And you can see something.
- 27:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:11SPEAKER_01: It does look like a face.
- 27:12SPEAKER_01: And I had it actually sent to me the other night.
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: See if it was the same person standing behind you.
- 27:19SPEAKER_01: Um it wasn't clear enough, so I didn't post it.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: Again, take pictures.
- 27:25SPEAKER_01: If you're not unsure, you can put it on Facebook.
- 27:27SPEAKER_01: There's so many groups, I mean out there.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: Um you're gonna get ridiculed, like terrible, ridiculous about it, and take with a grain of salt.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 27:37SPEAKER_01: Don't fight with them.
- 27:38SPEAKER_01: That's their thought.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of people on these groups that are just like, oh, you're stupid.
- 27:43unknown: That's this.
- 27:44SPEAKER_01: Um, I put a picture, someone said something about it, and I was like, Yeah, like when you do zoom in, it might get distorted.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm not saying it's evidence, yeah.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: It's just interesting.
- 27:54SPEAKER_03: Just trying to get somebody else's opinion.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think it's a cat picture.
- 27:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:58SPEAKER_01: Oh, air.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: Beware of the cats, yeah.
- 28:01SPEAKER_01: They're creepy.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: But again, I mean it's not much more talked about equipment here.
- 28:08SPEAKER_01: If you're just starting out, cheap recorder,$30,$40 recorder, I'd get some cat balls.
- 28:15SPEAKER_01: Um, use your cell phone.
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:17SPEAKER_01: Because everybody has a cell phone.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: You get a recorder on that.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: I would say stay away from the ghost apps.
- 28:23SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: Anything that's hooked up to the internet, especially with AI today, yes, can make crap up.
- 28:30SPEAKER_01: So a lot of people are like, oh, I got this, this, this, this.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: Like, read the app instructions.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: It says for entertainment use only.
- 28:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:39SPEAKER_03: So and the other thing is how many people have something running in the background on their phone?
- 28:44SPEAKER_03: So it's already causing some sort of um interference with it.
- 28:49SPEAKER_03: So yeah, that I've tried the uh phone apps, I don't like them.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: No, I mean, I guess you put on like airplane mode.
- 28:58SPEAKER_03: But then a lot of the times they don't work because they need the internet to work, which is funny.
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so if it doesn't, your internet's probably better.
- 29:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: If it needs internet, yeah, delete your ad.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: But if you just want to have fun, like give it your house, you know, use it.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: But don't go saying I have all this evidence of the devil and it's just an ad.
- 29:20SPEAKER_03: It's your cat walking across your floor.
- 29:23SPEAKER_03: But I can actually go ahead and what I'll do is I will put together a post on our Facebook site of the equipment that we have.
- 29:30SPEAKER_03: Just as you know, somebody, if you want to pull things off and look at stuff, you'll have all of that, you know, fairly easy from all the different uh companies that we've used, because we've used a few different places.
- 29:42SPEAKER_03: So again, not a paid ad, just look what we use.
- 29:47SPEAKER_01: Again, the EMF detectors is a lot.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: We'll go over in Madison.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: Like, I have a few EMF detectors.
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: You got like the$20 ones.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: I use once.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: I mean, honestly, unless you get it right, because it uses electric magnetic fields, unless you get right onto like an electric outlet, it's not going off.
- 30:06SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:06SPEAKER_01: So different detectors are more sensitive.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: Um, the REM pod uses probably like a six-inch diameter until you get close.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Closer you get to it, louder it gets.
- 30:16SPEAKER_01: I used a new one in Sarah's room.
- 30:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:18SPEAKER_01: And that actually turned out really good.
- 30:20SPEAKER_02: That was, yeah.
- 30:21SPEAKER_01: And you got, and then you get question and responses with that too.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: Just because you're not hearing voices doesn't mean they're not responding.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: Maybe their energy, they only have enough energy to get close to that to make it go off.
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: And if you get one that like the one I use turns yellow, that turns red when they're closer.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: You can ask, hey, can you turn this red?
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: Or you know, just hit it, let me know you're here.
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: So different EMFs, you can get$20 one, you can get$300 ones.
- 30:48SPEAKER_01: I just go with one in between.
- 30:51SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: And if you're getting a high EMF reading, go around the room and see what's causing that.
- 30:58SPEAKER_01: Sarah's room, a high EMF by the register.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: Great.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: I mean, we're talking 110, 120.
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: So we did do a little experiment with that.
- 31:06SPEAKER_01: Nothing really happened.
- 31:08SPEAKER_01: So I put someone over there just to see, and nothing really happened.
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: But if you're like, oh my god, like or you're, you know, you have a good EMF detector and you're like have it at your waist and you're getting something, and you're like, go up, it's gone, you go down, it's gone.
- 31:25SPEAKER_01: It's probably a cell phone.
- 31:26SPEAKER_02: It's your phone.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: So think of all aspects of it.
- 31:30SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: I've done it.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh my god, there's something sitting next to me.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: Well, they're only six inches tall and floating in the air because you're looking for low.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: It's a split.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: It was my phone.
- 31:40SPEAKER_01: So look into it.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: Um, again, you can start paranormal investigating pretty cheap.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: We have a lot of equipment.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: We're starting to get a good stockpile.
- 31:49SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's other groups out there that have a lot more.
- 31:52SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: But when it comes down to it, keep it simple.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: I mean, Tripwire's cool because EMF, but or just a lot of these people get into all this stuff that you don't need, really.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's there's so much.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: So you go on ghost hunting equipment, you know, sites, there's so much.
- 32:12SPEAKER_01: They're fun, they're cool.
- 32:13SPEAKER_01: But you're gonna spend four or five hundred bucks or something use for like 10 minutes.
- 32:18SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: And if you can afford it or you already have everything you want, like we do, we're gonna start buying that stuff that we really don't need, but they're fun to use.
- 32:28SPEAKER_03: And with that, a try your stuff out at home first, get used to it, try that.
- 32:33SPEAKER_03: A lot of times I see that certain groups, you know, you have that one person that they're really good with, you know, that one piece.
- 32:40SPEAKER_03: Switch it up though.
- 32:42SPEAKER_03: Make sure that you're not always using that one, you know, go-to that you're like, nope, this is my thing, because you could just be so, you know, jaded by it at that point that you're like, oh, I don't want to use something else, and you might get something.
- 32:57SPEAKER_03: So, you know, switch it up.
- 32:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you're gonna find that one piece of equipment that that is your equipment, that is what you like to use, that's your thing.
- 33:03SPEAKER_03: And we have everybody in a group in our group that they do have like that one thing that they really like, but we try to mix it up and make sure that everybody's using everything and learning how to use it properly, too.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm not just a recorder guy, pretty much.
- 33:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's pretty much all I use.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: Like I've done dowser rods.
- 33:21SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm a dictator, so I just tell people what to do mostly.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: But yeah, like she said, switch up the equipment because you don't know what that spirit can manipulate a talk.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: So you're using dowser rods, you're gonna get anything.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: Try an EMF detector, you might get something there.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: Um, just switch it up because if you only take one piece of equipment in, you might not get anything.
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: But if you take a different piece of equipment, you might get a whole bunch of stuff.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: So have a few.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: Um that's why we have four different recorders, I think five different recorders that we use.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: And you heard in the last Madison one or Belair one, actually, when we did Aaron's recordings, my recorder is going next to hers.
- 34:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:03SPEAKER_01: And I didn't get that much stuff in the second floor.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: Hers got a lot.
- 34:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:08SPEAKER_01: And it could be vice versa.
- 34:09SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: So switch it up.
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 34:12SPEAKER_01: And that is all the equipment we use when that's out there.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's more equipment out there.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: Um, you just gotta try it.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: Um, some people don't like using their stuff in their house.
- 34:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: Because they're scared to find out if there's actually something in your house.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: But if you see me, hi, I'm that problem.
- 34:29SPEAKER_01: It's me.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: But you're a paranormal investigator.
- 34:32SPEAKER_03: I mean, I'm still a wreck, okay?
- 34:36SPEAKER_03: Still a wreck.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: You say your house, you're good.
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: I do.
- 34:38SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, it's it's cool.
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: Go out there, get some equipment.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: That's why we do what we do.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: Um, as a group, we always invite new people that don't have all that equipment, and they come and try all the equipment.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: And we had five new people there last time, and they all had a good time because they got to use, you know, see the REM pod.
- 34:59SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, I saw that on TV.
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: Everybody uses REM pod.
- 35:02SPEAKER_01: Had a couple of people trying like, I want to try the dowsing rods, like looking for gold.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't know.
- 35:07SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I mean, if you're not sure, there's I said Facebook, there's a lot of groups out there that always ask, hey, you know, we're going to this place if you want to come, 40 bucks.
- 35:16SPEAKER_01: And if you're close by, go check it out.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Do a flashlight tour.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 35:20SPEAKER_01: Mads and Fairfield, they have equipment you can rent.
- 35:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 35:23SPEAKER_01: Um, don't run a recorder, just buy a recorder because you're gonna want to take it home.
- 35:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, go through everything, yeah.
- 35:28SPEAKER_01: But keep it simple, keep an open mind on it.
- 35:30SPEAKER_01: And if you have any questions about any type of equipment, not an expert.
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: I've used them for over 15, 20 years.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: Um, drop us a comment, send us a message, and we'll try to get back to you and let you know what we think.
- 35:44SPEAKER_01: Again, thank you for listening to Dead Space, this equipment.
