- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: I can't believe we're at episode 200.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: This is crazy.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Really, can you imagine me speaking on 200 different?
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's a lot of times.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: That's a lot.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Like, and there's been a lot covered.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Which is kind of what we're gonna be diving into today.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: I brought Morgan back because I love when Morgan like interviews and asks questions, and I think it's just like having the dynamic of you with me, also because you've been with me since episode one.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which is also crazy.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Which is also insane.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: For those of you who don't know, Morgan used to, you know, do my podcast before I brought her on to do other things, and so it's really been like such an incredible journey to be also like do this with you from the beginning.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: So obviously, I'm gonna have you on for episode 200.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: So exciting! It's honestly been such an honor.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: Like this journey, and we're gonna talk about it, has been incredible.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know you have some questions for.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited that we're gonna kind of talk about like the glow up.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about glowing like in all the different realms.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: We have questions from our broadcast channel, which if you're not part of on Instagram, come on over to Keep Up With Live on Instagram and join the broadcast channel.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: And yeah, let's dive in.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about everything.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: We're talking about physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, all the things.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: So Morgan, take it away.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Dive in.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: Okay, so all of your allergies, all of your sensitivity sensitivities have been things we've discussed on the podcast.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: You've discussed it in posts, like it's been talked about everywhere.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: But I would love if you could take us back to live at the start of Keep Up With Live and to where you are today, like how you've healed a lot of that.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: You know, it's so fun.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: I I honestly feel like all those health things were a different lifetime ago.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Like, I actually, it really feels like such a different lifetime.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: Like, oh my god, who is she?
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Who is like, and I remember I when I started this podcast, you know, it was very much focused on physical.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: I talked a lot about physical in terms of like, you know, gut and this and that.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: And I still do from a nervous system perspective, but it was very much focused on that.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: And I remember, for those of you who don't know, maybe this is the first episode you're listening to of me, I was intolerant to 180 foods.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Can you imagine being intolerant to 180?
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: I mean, I also had like IBS, chronic bloating, chronic fatigue, PMS, PCOS, chronic acne, anxiety, chronic fatigue.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: Am I forgetting anything?
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Heart palpitation.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: I feel like I had it all or almost it all.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: And really, like the nervous system affect everything.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: See, guys, the nervous system is everything.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Um and I think the biggest thing for me was I remember not being someone who's willing to not have an answer.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: And so I think that's all if we talk about, you know, one of the reasons I've healed, or you know, the glow up with if you will, it's because I didn't, oh, these are just my symptoms, or something I'm gonna have to manage for the rest of my life.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: And I was like, that's bullshit, and not everyone has an eye, so I don't have to do it.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: No, we're gonna find an answer.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: And I know I'm I'm a one-line in human design, which means we're an investigator, so I was like, that's not gonna work for me.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And so it was really through obviously healing my nervous system, which is why I do what I do, that all of those things really kind of went away.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: And I remember like I'm still very passionate about you know, eating healthy, eating whole foods, you know, nourishing your body well, not eating processed foods.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: But go back and listen to episode one.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: I like I tell my whole journey, and I think it was interesting to see from that episode until now, even.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: But just how if you feel like clean eating is not doing it, you know, you're gluten-free, you're dairy-free, there's no seed oils, you're taking all these supplements, you move your body, and like, why was I still like having all of these symptoms?
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: It is your nervous system.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: And the thing is that your nervous system unfortunately overpowers everything, right?
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: It overpowers, you know, you could be eating clean, you're like, why am I bloated?
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: I'm having avocado and sweet potato and chicken.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: And it's like, it doesn't make sense.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: I'm not eating like McDonald's full of process, and it's because your nervous system then overpowers your digestion.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: And I just really think that people do not understand just how significant your nervous system is, especially in your physical body, right?
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Because you're taking the supplements, but the supplements are not gonna work well, you're not absorbing the nutrients, all of that if you're living in fight or flight, and that's why like the foundation of like is getting people out of fight or flight, and that's really what allowed my physical symptoms to fully go away, where I don't have to manage them, they're just gone, and like it brings me so much joy.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: A client said to this to me on Voxer last week, and she's like, I know you say this all the time that things you know just they're just gone, you don't have to manage them anymore.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: She's like, but now it's me, now it's actually happening.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I love that.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Yes, but I love it because it's so because I understand what it's like to be frustrated, you know.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Before then, I probably struggled with depending on the symptom, anywhere from seven to ten years, which that's that's a long time to struggle with.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: And I know there are people who struggle for that long, perhaps even decades.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Like I've worked with women in their 60s that have been struggling with symptoms for decades that then resolve, right?
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: And so if you get anything from like my physical glow up, it's that nervous system is so so key.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: So key.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: And as we're talking about the glow up and the physical glow up, I say this all the time, but like every single time I see you, even today, like we haven't seen each other in two weeks, and I'm like, oh my god, you're like like when you were talking about the acne, I'm like, there's no way because like you just glow, you always just glow.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: Um, and I say this every photo shoot too.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: Like, it's like you've literally glowed up to the next level, the next iteration.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: Can you share with listeners the experience?
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: And I know like we know you've done the work and we've talked about it, but the work you've done to continue to glow up because it you've talked about this before.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: It's not like we've healed it and we're done.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: So, two things I want to say to this.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: One, I don't from one perspective, I don't want people to get caught up in like there's healing, but then there's also embodiment.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: And I think the embodiment is where it never kind of stops versus constantly needing healing.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: To me, if you're healing the same thing over and over again, you're probably not embodied in it.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: So let me give an example.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: I'm using skin because you we brought up skin, right?
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: Skin is very much tied to self-love, self-worth, how you view yourself, etc.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: So you can heal that, you know, do the trauma release, go back to why you, you know, you label this, but it's actually the embodiment of like how you talk to yourself during the day, you know, where you put you put yourself down, what you think when you look in the mirror.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: But if that dips, if that doesn't stay solid, then all those things kind of like come back.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: And so that's why things like come back, quote unquote, is because it's not embodied in the day-to-day.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: And I think that's the main thing people miss, and that's why I always drive home, you know, if you work from before, like I would say probably half of it is also the embodiment of it, it's who you decide to become.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And so part of the reason I think that I keep growing in the step up and step up and step up is because of who I've decided to become, and because all those deeper layers, they're solid.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: It's it's a foundational, right?
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: And so then it becomes not something I have to think about.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, I no longer walk past the mirror and think I'm fat.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: I no longer look in the mirror and you know, pick apart my face thinking about how gross I look.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: I no longer struggle to make eye contact with people, you know, because my skin is so bad.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: I remember because you know, you go to these workout classes and you don't want to wear makeup because you're working out, but at the same time when I had acne and I would just not make eye contact with people, I would not want to be seen.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: I would, and all that was doing was just perpetuating more of not loving myself, which perpetuated more of it.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: However, it's that embodiment that I continued to carry over and it just becomes someone who I am.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: And so then it doesn't take up a lot of space when it becomes who you are.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: It's no longer something you have to try to do.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: It doesn't take up a lot of time, it just becomes who you are.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: And so that I think that's like the biggest thing.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: And then from there, I feel like also everything else I do works better.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: So, like, I still love supplements.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: And if you know, I have a, I think a product phase, or there's I've done an episode on it.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: We'll maybe link that down below.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: You know, I love symbiotica, their supplements are great, and I and I take them and I take my vitamin D in the winter, and and so I'm passionate about those things still as well as a trained naturopath.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: However, those things actually work as they're supposed to.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: So it's like, oh great, I love collagen, but there's not enough collagen in the world that you can take that's going to, you know, counterbalance and outdo the self-hate that you have when you look in the mirror.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: And I think that's the biggest thing for people in terms of like really compounding that that glow and compounding that growth, is not staying embodied in that.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: It's not just, all right, you you join goddess activation and you love yourself for four weeks.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And so for four weeks, you are saying you love yourself by showing yourself this.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: It's who you are beyond that container and whether you actually take that and integrate it into your being.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: And that's why it's like it's the integration and the embodiment is so important.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Um, and we just briefly got cut out, so I'm gonna say this again in case I need to.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Is that then all those things work better, right?
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: Then the supplements you take work better, the foods you eat work better.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: And so also, like, I'm not now getting inflamed when I eat avocado.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: So, like when I was intolerant to the 180 foods, it wasn't just things like you know, gluten and stuff like that.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: It was oranges, watermelon.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Like, why am I reacting to watermelon?
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like water, right?
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: It was just like uh so that's why I feel like then everything else works better, I can absorb things better, everything everything is just better.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: But that's the the foundations.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I love that.
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: So we have a question from the broadcast channel, which if you're not a part of it, we are gonna link it in this episode.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: So join it.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: It is amazing.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: What are the steps to lose weight by nervous system regulation?
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: So I know weight loss is a big thing for a lot of people, and I have many clients who work on it, and the big thing, especially, and I know this can be very frustrating, is that if your nervous system is not safe, you might have a lot of troubles losing weight and or keeping it off, even though you're doing all the quote unquote right things, right?
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Because if you do not feel safe, your nervous system will literally create a cushion, and that cushion is like physical pounds to protect you.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: So when we come to nervous system, nervous system can mean several things.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: It can mean safety, it can mean self-worth, it can mean personal power, but big for weight is the safety in your nervous system.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Are you living in fight or flight?
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Um, how safe do you feel in your environments?
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: And it I think where people get it wrong is that safety has to mean, well, well, I'm not being hit at home or, you know, I have a roof over my head, so I'm safe.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: There's so much more complexity to safety, right?
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Because it's not just the safety that you feel right now, it's the safety of like, all right, when did you start gaining weight?
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: When did you start feeling like weight was packing on and you couldn't lose it?
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: When do you like it?
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: It's beyond the food that you eat.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's also about if your nervous system feels like it's in fight or flight, it's not gonna let go of weight for safety.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: So it's also about bringing in safety to all of those aspects, all of those parts of you that are still living, not safe, right?
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Because what happens is when something traumatic happens, and if you guys know from my episodes, trauma can be anything.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be big T trauma like sexual assault or something like that.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Part of you splits, right?
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: Like uh think about I like I think about it like Harry Potter and the Horcruxes, when he splits his soul into seven pieces, a part of you splits.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: That part is still not safe.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: So you could be like, well, I'm safe.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: Like I have, you know, roof, my house is good, and I have like a good marriage, my my job's okay, like it's nothing, but it's that part that maybe wasn't safe from high school or from you know a few years ago when you went through a bad breakup or when you were bullied or when you were this, right?
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: It's that part, and I think that's the connection people miss a lot when it comes to really anchoring in safety until that part feels safe.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter how much you slow down, how many times you dunk your face in a bowl of ice water, because TikTok said that's what you should do for your nervous system, right?
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Because that's not gonna allow her to feel safe.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: She needs love, she actually needs safety.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: She you need to rewire that experience.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: Like that's kind of the missing link.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: I do believe I have an episode as well on weight.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: If you guys aren't familiar with my podcast directory, you can go ahead and head to the podcast directory and type in weight or weight loss.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: I know we have at least one, if not two, that really dive deeper into this for you.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So I would highly recommend listening to that episode if that applies, but also just heading to the podcast directory and being able to search.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: It's a beautiful thing that uh we have.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: So go ahead and search that.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: But safety, safety, safety, safety when it comes to nervous system and weight.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: Okay, we're gonna shift to the mental component of the episode.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: So can you share with us where you were mentally at episode one to now at 200?
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: And how you've talked about this before, like life's going to happen.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: It's always not going to be rainbows, but how do you not let things dysregulate you now and spiral?
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Oh, I feel like that's five questions.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: Where was I where was I?
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: That took two, three years ago now.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: I mean, I would say that mentally I was I was good.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: I was good-ish, but I wouldn't say I'm as unwavering as I would as I am now.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Now I feel like I've built literally why we have a program unwavering, such an unwavering mindset where like I was good, but there were still little moments where I would dip my mindset, or especially then, maybe like all my physical stuff kind of resolved, but I was very much new to my business, um, new to the world of like mindset money manifestation type energy.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: And I was very much still healing, you know, programming and beliefs and mindset around like lack and scarcity, around you know, money in general, just based on the programming I had growing up, the way my mom is with money.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: And it was very much blown into the world of like, oh my god, I need to fix like my money programming, my money mindset about lack and scarcity, even just how I noticed that I would create lack from abundance simply because I observed my mom doing it, right?
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: I was a general positive person, but I would notice things that were lack, or I would turn things from lack from abundance into lack, like it wasn't enough.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: You know, and I think we can even get into that when we were talking about weight, or even like looks-wise, like you know, you're not skinny enough, you're not smart enough, you're not successful enough, you're not making X money enough, right?
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So for me, I would say the biggest mindset glow up has been like healing lack and scarcity, that that feeling of not enoughness, and especially as a as an Enneagram three, if you guys are familiar with Enneagrams, I love Enneagrams.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: I am a three, so in like the biggest wounding of a three is like nothing feeling enough.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Like we're really ambitious, which is great, but like the shadow side or the wounding side is nothing's ever enough, and it's like the next, the next, the next.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: And as I'm saying this, I remember when I I don't even know what year this was.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: This I think this may have been maybe the beginning of the podcast or right before.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: I remember all I wanted to do was hit 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: I remember once I hit 100,000, I will have made it.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: It will be then everything just flooded in.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: Like that's the answer.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: And I remember being with my ex in Montreal when I hit 100,000 subscribers and it felt like nothing.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: It felt like I was and I was like, oh shit, like you, and so it was really that mindset of, oh, I I think I'm gonna feel a certain way, you know.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: I think that's gonna be the answer, I think that's gonna be enough, and then like it's not enough, and not from like a oh, I've normalized it, like of course kind of energy.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: It was very much a that's it, that's it.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: So it's very much like chasing something and chasing something.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: I feel like that has been like the biggest blow-up for me mentally.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And what was the second part you were asked?
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: How to not can you read where the spirals are?
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so you've said this before in episodes and in posts everything, like life's going to happen, right?
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: And it's not always gonna be rainbows, but you don't let things dysregulate you.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: So, how do you do that?
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: How do you remain so unwavering?
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: So, if you've gone through, you know, my podcast from like episode one until now, uh there is a massive evolution personally, professionally, um, even like being pregnant twice, and like I wouldn't call it losing both pregnancies.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: The first one I was induced from birth, second one was a molar pregnancy, so technically there was no fetus, but both like pregnancies, quote unquote.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: And I think for a lot, so many times I get this question of like, how, how, how, and it was actually interesting this weekend, and I've talked about this I think on the podcast before, in terms of mindset of having other people's mindset about something make you feel like you should feel a certain way, and it came up and I mentioned it, and it's like everyone suddenly turns like this, oh my god, oh my god, and it only in a they it's like they create lack about something that I wasn't feeling lack about, yeah, or I wasn't feeling like a bad mindset, and not like a bad mindset, but I wasn't feeling negative or lack about it, and it's almost like they make you question it.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: So for me, my ability to not do that is because I choose to let experiences expand me, and not from like a spiritual bypassing, like every cloud has a silver lining, but can I actually find the way where I can let this expand me instead of let this contract me?
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: Can I feel the feelings of you know, duality of holding this while also letting it crack me open to more?
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Because notice when things happen to us, even our body language, our whole selves like contract, our shoulders roll forward.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: We we feel like a crumbling inside of can you actually allow yourself to be bigger?
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Can you hold it?
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: Can you not find the quote-unquote silver lining, but find more love?
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Can you let it crack you open instead of make you implode?
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: And I think my ability to not label things as bad, wrong, or not as it should be is one of the reasons I am like not only with that scenario, but when things happen personally, when things um happen like in business, like because things will happen, life will happen.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: But when we label things are bad or wrong and not as it should be, we actually tell our nervous system to be on alert.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: We say, oh no, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: So what will happen is your nervous system will start to then want to avoid bad because that's just a natural response of our brain.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: It will want to avoid lack and avoid bad.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: So when you label something as bad, and I'm gonna go back to the pregnancy example, bad, bad, bad, what's gonna happen is next time you get pregnant, it's gonna be no no okay, don't happen what's happening again.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna happen again.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: Hopefully it doesn't happen again, right?
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: And it's a very different energy to move away from lack than towards abundance, and so that's why, like mindset-wise, that is such a big thing when it comes to not spiraling.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: But you can only do that if you actually allow yourself to fully feel the feelings, right?
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: So it's not that bypassy energy of sweeping emotions under the rug, it's feeling it so deeply, whole, and completely while doing this at the same time.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: So that's a synopsis.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we have unwavering if you want to dive into more mindset stuff, but that is honestly that's gold.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: If you do that, it's gold.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: I'm over here, like that was just an episode in and of itself cut, like release.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: This is episode 201.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: Like, listen to this, guys.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: Um, can you share one takeaway for for listeners who feel like life has to be this like one step forward, two steps back all the time?
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: Like they can never keep walking and being ahead.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: Ooh, I like this.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: I'm starring this one already.
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: Star underline.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: I have two things to say to this.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: Number one is I find a lot of people have the story that it is one step forward and two steps back.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Things don't last.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: Oh, it like it comes and then it goes, it doesn't last that long.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's always like it's actually the story you are creating through your words, right?
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: Because your words are spell, you're like, your word is law.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: And if you actually treat your word as law, oh, full body chills as I said that.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: If your word is law and what you speak happens into existence, then you actually take your power back and realize, like, huh, how often do I speak into existence that it's one step forward and two steps back?
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Where do I create the story of it's it's hard, it has to be difficult, life is hard, it's always a struggle for me.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Even if you're not saying like it's always a struggle for me, you can maybe be saying relationships are always a struggle, money is always a struggle, business is always a struggle.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: Like clear, cancel, delete.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: I don't mean that, but notice where you're saying it, right?
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: Because your word is lost.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: That's the first thing I want to say is that oftentimes you feel that way because you're creating that.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: That's why I'm very proud passionate about personal power and really taking back that power to realize that, like, oh.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: When I really feel into the fact that I'm the creator of every moment, every moment is a quote unquote manifestation, everything is my creation.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: I can actually change that.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: But it requires you taking back that power.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: And so as I'm saying this, taking back the power and changing it, my biggest thing is like, where can you actually just decide things are gonna be easy?
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: Where can you let things where can you decide?
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: Finding a parking spot at the mall during Christmas is easy.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: Where can you decide that checking into hotel is easy?
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: The airport's gonna be easy.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: You know, I've just been traveling.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: I went to Banff and then I went to Austin, which love Austin.
- 22:34SPEAKER_00: I just decide things are gonna be easy.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: Security is gonna be easy.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get through the line with ease, I'm gonna board with ease, I'm going to arrive at the hotel with ease.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: It's going to be easy, it's going to be fantastic.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: I'm going to meet the most amazing people.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: Everyone I encounter is going to be so polite and so happy and so generous.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I'm going to have wonderful conversations and this is going to go easy.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: And I'm just going to post my offer, and I'm so aligned and excited about this offer.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: People are just going to join and they're going to want to get into my world.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm providing value.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Like, this is the inner dialogue of my life in my world.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: So, like, there's no, there's no reason.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: And it's so funny.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: And I even do this with tennis.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: And I think I've, I don't know if it's episodes or programs, but I always give this example of like, or I also do with skiing.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: Skiing is easy.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Playing tennis is easy.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: And when I say skiing is easy, my body seems to naturally flow a lot more into this state, into this rhythm beyond what my brain is thinking.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: It's like my body knows what to do.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: Because I'm just saying it's easy.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: Skiing is easy.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: I'm a pro skier.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: I can get down this mountain with ease.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: I flow.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: Look at that.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: Look at how like what you're speaking into and like whether you're deciding things are going to be easy and the level of conviction you have.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: Because the next thing I'll say is that people are like, well, I said it was easy and it didn't happen yet.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: I was like, great, you didn't get instant gratification for a hot second.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: Like, also, like, did you say it was gonna be easy and you fully felt it with full belief that it was going to be easy?
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: Or did you say it was gonna be easy?
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Like, no, I don't believe this is not gonna happen.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: I feel like that.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: And it's so it's that kind of energy.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: Like, and I you have to practice this.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: So if you feel like this is like a point for you where you're not good at this, practicing is easy for like small things, like the parking spot example.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: It's easy for me to find a parking spot, you know, or you want to do money, like it's easy for me to receive$20.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then you'll get into overflow.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll give two examples, and I laugh when this happens now.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: And these are just like smaller examples, but I think for a lot of people it's important, and I'm actually gonna say one more thing about this as well.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Um, small things are just as important as big things.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: Before I give my examples, I find a lot of times, oh, we're kind of going to a bit of money recoding, but whatever, it's coming out for a reason.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: People turn abundance into lack.
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: So the day I arrived in Austin, if you've not saved anyone going to Austin, stay at the proper hotel.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: It is the most beautiful hotel.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: It's not the most expensive hotel I've stayed in.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: Like really, it's it's it's not like it is at a more expensive hotel, but like I've I've stayed at you know, the Ritz in uh New York, which is like three grand a night, and it's blew it out of the water.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: So if you go to Austin, stay at the proper hotel, anyways.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: I got there day one, and I had been up early because it was like 4:30 when I had to drive to the airport, etc.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: So I wanted like a latte, so I went down to like the lobby bar and yeah, you know, ordered an almond milk latte.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: She went, she made it, and I was like, Oh, can I just charge it to her room?
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: She's like, No, don't worry about it.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: It's okay.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: Free latte.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: But what people do when they should get shown that life is easy, when they get shown that there's an overflow of abundance, they turn it into lack.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Okay, it was just a free latte, it's not like it's a thousand dollars.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: How often do you do that?
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: Which then blocks more ease or bigger amounts of ease from coming.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: This happened with green juice.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: I don't know what this is about like off like the proper hotel and like beverages for me.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: Oh, green juice.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Oh, I didn't order green juice.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: He's like, I know it's just because and I was like overflow, and I like that's why I want to highlight these small examples, is because I guarantee there are small examples of ease like this, but you turn abundance into lack, and then that's why you feel like life life is difficult because even the quote unquote easy things are what you are receiving, you're not actually receiving it and like magnifying it and amplifying it, you are turning it into lack.
- 26:23SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: No, we're doing more of this in Walt Weekend.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited for uh for January next month.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I'll leave it at there for now.
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: The fact that you just the kids and I do that too.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: Like they will go to like the one coffee shop we have in our small town and we like play the game.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, do you think some like our order is gonna get paid for, right?
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: Like, do we think the car ahead of it's gonna do it?
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: And we play a game, and every time my kids are like, you need to tell that girl, you know that girl Liv that you talk about and you listen to her podcast, mom?
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: Because I'll like listen to it while we're doing stuff around the house because it's like good for their brains to soak this up too, right?
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: And they're like, you need to tell her that like we just got that, mom.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: Like they just keep that to us.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: So I love her.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: This is so good.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: Okay, we have questions from the broadcast channel for the mental component that I want to get your answers on.
- 27:11SPEAKER_01: How do you love, live, and have an open mindset?
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: I think the biggest thing, and I've noticed this again with my mom, if you know, like my mom's one of the biggest examples of what I've learned not to do, unfortunately.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: And I know we're just talking like abundance into lack, but what I want to bring that forward is assuming good things happen to you.
- 27:36SPEAKER_00: Like run with the assumption of the best possible outcome versus running with the assumption of like the worst or a negative outcome, right?
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: And I think people don't realize how much they do this and what your like I said, every moment's a manifestation, right?
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: But it's a product of the dominant frequency, the dominant energy that you have.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: And so when you are assuming the worst, you kind of receive the worst, and so it's not assuming the worst, like, oh, so-and-so is gonna get into a car accident and die.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: It's oh, the parking lot's gonna be jammed, the mall's gonna be absolutely insane, it's gonna be horrible, oh, the planes are gonna be uh whatever it is, right?
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: Those are all like things you assume versus like assuming the best.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: And I know sometimes I talk to my mom and she's like, Well, like everything just works out, you just always assume the best.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Yeah, versus assuming things are not gonna work out, assuming that things are going to be bad, or it's you know, so-and-so's not gonna like you, or I don't know, you won't find a partner, you won't get married, or you won't have kids, or you won't be successful, you won't make this.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: Like, just look at how much power you give away in terms of assuming the negative.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: Like, the what you assume is how you lead your life.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: And so, if you want to like live like whatever the question was, like have an open mindset, you need to be open to the best possible thing happening.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: And I know, like, as I'm saying this, you know, like, yeah, but you know, what about this and that, and there's gonna be projections, excuses, you know, reasons.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: And I can tell you I've had 500 of them, you know.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: But when you actually rewire and recondition your mind, and again, this is why I, you know, I've brought in the mindset program this year of unwavering, you know, this is why we have things like wealth recode, it's because I understand that in your nervous system, right now, everything is telling you that that doesn't, that's not true.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: It doesn't happen that it works out.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: You actually might have evidence that things don't go your way.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: But so what's happening is your brain and nervous system are running on the past evidence.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: But if you allow it to keep running on past evidence, oh, this is so juicy as it comes through, and so I'm hearing it in my head, then you keep receiving more of the past.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: You keep receiving more of that same past evidence, which might be lack, you know, not enough, whatever.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: So that's why we gotta we gotta fix that.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: We gotta rewire that.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 29:51SPEAKER_01: I've got so many little timestamps written down.
- 29:54SPEAKER_01: You guys, the best social media content is coming from this episode.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: Um, one more question from the broadcast channel for this category.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: How do you change your mindset and your responses?
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: So, the first thing I want to say is that bringing awareness to the responses is huge because you may not even notice every time you turn abundance into lack, you may not even notice how many times your mindset automatically goes to the negative because it can be very habitual.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 30:27SPEAKER_00: And so, yes, obviously, you can jump into like unwavering, you can jump into wealth reco.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: But what I really want to say is watch your stories that you tell and to tell better stories, so even with you know, like what you're focusing on.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: I could have okay, I could have gone to the airport yesterday and awesome, like, oh, go to the airport, and the airport is like it was busy, and then there was a line, and you know what?
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: For some reason, the app didn't put my TSA pre-check in there, so I couldn't use the TSA precheck line.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: I had to go in the normal line, and then I went in the normal line, and then this guy is like making me push my thing into the scanner because he can't touch it, and so like I'm having to wait there.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: And like, do you notice that story?
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: All those things happened to me yesterday, but the for some reason the pre-check didn't load on, whatever.
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: I had to stay in the long line.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: But I could tell that story from that perspective, uh, or and I'll also add in, and then I stand at the line on Starbucks, and then after waiting for 15 minutes, I get to the front and they say that they don't have any non-dairy milk, and obviously they can't drink real milk, and so like it could have been one after the other after the other, and I could have been very lack, very like, oh, this sucks, but bad airport experience, whatever.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: Or I could tell better stories.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, went to the airport and it's no big deal.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: I went from that line, so then I moved to the other one, and then I, you know, didn't get the Starbucks, but I got this water, so I was able to board the plane early, and then well, you know, whatever it was.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: But like, notice the the stories that you tell, notice the parts you're focusing on because the parts you're focusing on are the parts you're expanding.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: And I actually I briefly, I think it's unwavering.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: I briefly talk about this, so you might want to jump in there, but it's also about noticing, and I think this is also a byproduct of sometimes the people we surround ourselves with.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: Either they like expect things to be negative, so we almost kind of tell a negative story, like, oh, how was that?
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: Or like, you know, when someone asks, How is your day?
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: Notice if you jump into all the bad things first.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: Notice if you jump into well, this went wrong and this was bad, and you know, that I was late for this, and then I spilt my coffee and I forgot my lunch, and blah blah blah blah blah.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: And I don't know, they overcharged me for this, and I don't know.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: But like, notice that.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: Notice and just look when you're there's probably good things that happened to you.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: I guarantee you there's good things that happened to your day, but notice even like when you're telling stories, what are the stories that you tell?
- 32:50SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 32:51SPEAKER_01: That is so good.
- 32:52SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I have goosebumps.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: We're marking this.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: This was another like star nugget.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, we're gonna have like 30 of these.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: Might have to make little like a video clip so these because I feel like these need to be shared.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: So your timestamps and just yeah, let's make little video clips.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: Okay, we're gonna move on to the emotional category of today's episode.
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: And we've talked about this on the podcast before, but going back to the start of Keep Up With Liv, you used to do a lot of recipes and you shared how if like a re we talked about this on a podcast episode together.
- 33:24SPEAKER_01: If the recipe didn't work out, you went into like a really negative reaction.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: Can you share the moment you realized something you needed to change emotionally and sort of the first things you started to do to like heal and start your journey of that glow up?
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, can we I'm gonna ask the first question because I'm not gonna remember the second part, so we'll break this into two.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, I remember that.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: I think I remember just feeling fed up.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: And I had discovered I think my second, my second mentor that I had worked with, and you know, I started consuming her content and listening to things, and it was just like everything I was experiencing, I was like, whoa, like there's there's actually another side, like it doesn't have to be this way, and I think that's why it's very powerful to be surrounded by expanders, be surrounded by people, I wouldn't say like quote unquote have the answers, but just the people that can support you in integrating those answers and like rewire or whatever, like trauma healing, whatever it is you need.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: Because at that time, like I didn't know up until that point that that none of that wasn't normal because I know it's quote unquote not normal, but I didn't actually have an example of anything else.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: And so I think one of the things that really helped was like having someone be an example of like what I wanted, and that that wasn't actually normal, and there was a different reality I could be living, and it didn't have to be this way.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: And that to me, when you are perhaps surrounded by people who like aren't open to this work or don't know anything about it, you can normalize it.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: You can normalize it in your physical body, mental body, emotional body, spiritual body, financial, like all of these things, what you're normalizing, you sometimes need someone outside of you to kind of hold you and support you and help you to grow, but also to provide that expansion of like, no, no, life like doesn't have to be that way.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: There is something on the other side if if you are feeling that way.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: If you feel like you know, the cup is overflowing, you're anxious, you know, like me breaking down over a recipe that that didn't work out.
- 35:22SPEAKER_00: And actually, actually, every time you see it, I can see the kitchen, I can see that exact moment.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: I feel like that was probably a pivotal like point in my timeline where like it probably catapulted me to be able to do what I do now.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I think you said in terms of the first steps, yes, in terms of the GLOA.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's very much realizing and not shaming yourself that your nervous system is out of capacity.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: So then I think what people do is they try to battle against their nervous system, right?
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: It becomes them versus their body, and it's like a versus thing versus a loving, compassionate wanting to heal from love kind of way, and also really then giving themselves the space and the support, obviously, but also the space to do so.
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: Because I remember at that time I was very much not only busy, but like rushing from thing to thing.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: Like I'd get up, do this, rush there, rush to breakout glass, come back, film a recipe, added the recipe.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: Like it was it obviously was just no space for my nervous system to just chill out on a day-to-day basis, let alone everything that obviously needed to be processed, you know, trauma-wise that happened.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: And so, yes, I know like provide getting space can allow things to come up, you know.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: Every time I tell someone to slow down and they're in resistance, it's because things are gonna come up.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: You have to be willing to do that.
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: But if you can allow more space for yourself, if you can actually allow more space for your system and just stop being an overdrive all the time, you'll actually give it a little bit more space.
- 36:50SPEAKER_00: So that would I say is like first step is like actually creating tons and tons and tons of space in your day and in your life, not rushing around, like not having to run here, quickly shower, run to the car, drive here.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: Like all of that is very dysregulating.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: Like, really look at where your current environment is contributing to your dysregulation.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: You know, what are the things that you are doing?
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: What are the supports you need to set in place?
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: Like, if there's so much going on in the house, I don't know, would be very supportive for your nervous system to have a cleaner come in.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: Would it be very supportive for your system to, I don't know, have meal kits delivered or meals delivered or whatever it is, like for somebody who perhaps doesn't like cooking.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: That's also a thing when I was making healthy recipes.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: People would like want to love cooking.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: Like, if you don't love cooking, like that's okay.
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: You don't have to love cooking.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: How can you make me like cooking?
- 37:36SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I've loved cooking since I was like seven years old in the kitchen.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: I used to make my mom breakfast.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: I loved cooking as soon as I was allowed near a stove, but that's me, but you can still find ways to enjoy healthy food.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: So I think it's also about really looking at where you can add space into your day and where are you getting dysregulated now and like boundaries and all of these things because our environments are kind of contributing to chronic dysregulation.
- 38:00SPEAKER_00: You know, the fact that we have so many notifications on our phone, we're in response mode, we're so available for people.
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: This I think is another big one.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: I used to always be available, always be on, constantly checking Instagram, DMs, YouTube, emails, this, that.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Like, if there was a stimulation or response, I'd be like this.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: So my energy is obviously very scattered, my nervous system is very like if you can quiet that turn notifications off.
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: All right, like the only notifications I have is like Morgan for like you know, work time.
- 38:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but really my fiance, but he knows that like you're not using notification unless you have to, it's for emergencies, and like my mom's emergencies only because she's going through cancer treatment with them.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: Before she got cancer, I didn't have her, she wasn't allowed to like notify me.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: Now it's only why.
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: So really like these things seem small, but they all stack and they really add up to to you being in an environment that's further contributing to dysregulation and further yeah, contributing to dysregulation.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: End of thought.
- 38:57SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: Did that answer both parts?
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: I think I did.
- 38:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that answered both parts.
- 39:00SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, absolutely.
- 39:02SPEAKER_01: Okay, so one thing that I love about you and your social media and your podcast, and we've talked about this, is like you don't shy away from sharing something that's happened that may have dysregulated you before you built this unwavering belief, right?
- 39:16SPEAKER_01: Before you really like healed your nervous system.
- 39:21SPEAKER_01: I'd love for you to dive into the past 12 months um and how things have happened that would have sent someone else into dysregulation and how you've stayed so even and regulated emotionally.
- 39:32unknown: Oh wow, that's such a good question.
- 39:34SPEAKER_01: We're diving into the deep stuff, guys.
- 39:36SPEAKER_00: Whoa, whoa, this is the way you formulated that is beautiful.
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, past 12 months, how I've I mean, other than everything I've said already, I think honestly, everything I've said already have been very big pivotal things.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 39:50SPEAKER_00: What I will say, and I don't think I've touched on this in this way, is and you may have I may have mentioned this before in an episode and described it, but when your glass is really full of past trauma, past condition, like your nervous system is full, like in a bad way.
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: I know people think if your cup is full, it's a good thing.
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about it like it's full of experiences.
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: You actually don't have the capacity to handle as many life things.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: So what happens is, and I have a beautiful visual on my Instagram, it's pinned to the top when it's at every human needs to understand this.
- 40:22SPEAKER_00: Go watch that because it's it's from oh my god, it's actually from when I was pregnant the first time.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: So it's very relevant.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh it points to what then when life happens, right?
- 40:34SPEAKER_00: The cup overflows.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: When the cup overflows, think about that, it's when your nervous system gets dysregulated.
- 40:39SPEAKER_00: So if you're a visual person, you'll you'll like the visual I do in the real.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 40:43SPEAKER_00: And so I feel like one of the big things as to why I can like hold so much now is because I've cleared out all of the things that I was holding from when I was born up until that point that I actually hadn't fully processed.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: And so, like, that's actually how you, you know, not only expand your capacity to hold more, but you become someone who can hold these things is because I'm not also holding the fact that I was never enough for my mom.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: I'm not also holding the fact that, you know, I don't really know my dad.
- 41:10SPEAKER_00: Like my dad and my mom split up when I was young, and like I met him when I was a baby, but otherwise I have no recollection.
- 41:15SPEAKER_00: So I felt very deeply abandoned by my dad.
- 41:17SPEAKER_00: That's no longer in my system.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: You know, if someone would mention like your dad or even ask about, you know, when people don't know you, they, oh, what are your dad?
- 41:24SPEAKER_00: I would like burst into tears because I had so much trauma on it.
- 41:27SPEAKER_00: Now like I can equally talk about, yeah, my dad abandoned me.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: I didn't really know him.
- 41:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: But he knows my brothers and sisters, but never talked to me.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: You know, there could be a lot there, but I don't have that anymore.
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: And so I think it's like it's working through all those things because the childhood stuff, also, right?
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Kids we kind of take things to heart, right?
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: Like, not in a bad way, but like they they can cut so much deeper.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: Like the severe bullying that I went through, you know, when I was younger, starting like grade three, all the way up to like grade 11.
- 41:59SPEAKER_00: Like the shit that I the backstabbing of the friends and the bullying, like I could tell you stories about the things that people did to me in high school and in grade school that would shock you.
- 42:08SPEAKER_00: And now these people follow me, and some of them have actually like seeked out and worked with me.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I love that.
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 42:14SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, loving forgiveness, and it's fine, but it's because I process all those things, so then that cup is more empty, right?
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: My nervous system has more capacity, so then things don't get to me.
- 42:23SPEAKER_00: But when you haven't done that, right, and new life experiences happen, you're more likely to get dysregulated.
- 42:29SPEAKER_00: And then everything I said about like labeling things bad and everything in this program too.
- 42:34SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 42:35SPEAKER_01: Okay, can you share your biggest takeaway right now for the listener who's like, okay, I've just realized like I'm not in a good spot emotionally, whether it be like relationships, reacting to the little things in life.
- 42:46SPEAKER_01: They've you know, they've discovered, yeah, I had this trauma that I never labeled as trauma.
- 42:50SPEAKER_01: What would be your biggest takeaway for that?
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: Like the biggest next step or the biggest thing they should like do?
- 43:01SPEAKER_01: The biggest thing they should do now that they've realized that.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: Not only realizing, but fully validating that even if you don't have quote unquote big trauma, like maybe your dad was there, you know, it's all like, oh, it's not like my dad abandoned me.
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but maybe he worked a lot, you know.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: Maybe for my mom, my mom hit me a lot growing up.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: Maybe your mom didn't hit you.
- 43:24SPEAKER_00: Maybe she didn't like so like, oh, but that's not as big as the like libs thing.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: It's to like, oh, can you fully validate that little girl who went through that experience?
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: And how can you love her more?
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Like that.
- 43:38SPEAKER_00: And that sounds simple, but like it's it's that part of you that that needs love.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: And so, how can you be more gentle with her?
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: How can you love her?
- 43:45SPEAKER_00: How can you stop wronging yourself for having a response?
- 43:48SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 43:48SPEAKER_00: Because oftentimes we either feel shame or we judge ourselves, or we, you know, blame our our bodies or our our systems for having that reaction or having that symptom or being anxious or being this, and like We get down ourselves, and that kind of shame spiral kind of just locks it in.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: Like, can you actually bring more love and compassion into the equation versus it really being a battle?
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: Because you'll notice a big part of you soften just by doing that.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 44:17SPEAKER_01: That is so good.
- 44:19SPEAKER_01: Okay, one more question for this area from the broadcast channel.
- 44:24SPEAKER_01: I struggle with relationships with my mom, and I want to grow and be closer.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: I like this question because my mom and I are not like, I know there's some mother daughters who are like best friends, and so I have several things to say about this.
- 44:39SPEAKER_00: Number one, do you want to be closer?
- 44:43SPEAKER_00: Because you see Instagram moms or someone you know being really close and best friends with her mom, and they're really like this, and so that's why you want it.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes, you know, that can be very, I remember back before I was healing, like I'd see moms, you know, and daughters be best friends, and like, why can't I have that kind of relationship?
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: Why can't I this?
- 45:00SPEAKER_00: And so, like, notice where the motivation is coming from.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: Is it because you're just looking for that kind of loving dynamic, or is it actually like, no, I want to heal with my mom?
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: The second thing I'll say is that it's there's two people in the equation, right?
- 45:15SPEAKER_00: So I'm not obviously sure what happened with you, and then this person in this scenario between you and your mom, like whatever happened, but it also takes two people, and so you might want to be close, but be careful about you then burning yourself alive in order to be close because I could be quote unquote closer with my mom, but I'd burn myself alive 100% because she may not be able to meet me at the frequency standard that I hold.
- 45:45SPEAKER_00: And the third thing I will say is that as I've actually healed my nervous system, been in my power, and had better boundaries, she is also, I'm gonna quote unquote, magically started, like I wouldn't say closer, but she's she's been better.
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: So from a mom who's like never told me that she was proud of me, you know, like who put such pressure for me to get straight A's and this and that was never proud of me, has probably told me in the last like two, three years more times she was proud of me than she ever had growing up.
- 46:21SPEAKER_00: You know, more proud of me for this or that, or like who who I am, and blah blah blah.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: And I think it's a direct reflection of like how I am with myself.
- 46:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:29SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 46:30SPEAKER_00: So like me not needing her to do those things for me, me not needing her to be a certain way or do a certain something, or you know, hoping that she will.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: I I spent so much of my life hoping that my mom would change, hoping that she would fix herself and being the one trying to fix her.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: It's actually when I stepped away, healed myself, was in my power.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: Now she's nowhere near perfect, but I can say she has made strides in the last two, three years.
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: She is more affectionate versus always being negative.
- 46:56SPEAKER_00: She has said she's, you know, proud of me.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: Which is like that might sound for some people that may not be a big deal.
- 47:03SPEAKER_00: For me, that was like I was very taken aback.
- 47:05SPEAKER_00: Like, what's happening?
- 47:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, are you okay?
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 47:09SPEAKER_00: Like it a little bit more, you know, and it does wax off.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: I think those three things in tandem are very important because you could want to be close, but again, don't burn yourself if they're not willing to like hold a certain standard or respect your boundaries or be the type of person that you need, right?
- 47:23SPEAKER_00: And watch any invisible expectations, right?
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: Because we sure would it be great that you know, me and my mom were best friends, like some you know, moms are, and they were super close and we call each other all the time.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: Sure, but I can't create that from me needing that from her, or from me being mentally abused, emotionally abused, andor possibly, well, now I don't live with her anymore and I'm not young, but physically abused.
- 47:52SPEAKER_00: So that's my answer.
- 47:53SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 47:54SPEAKER_01: That was so good.
- 47:55SPEAKER_01: Okay, we're gonna move on to the next category, the spiritual category of today's episode.
- 48:00SPEAKER_01: So I would love for you to share with listeners how you went from recipes to each iteration of you and your journey spiritually, how you followed your intuition into the Akashic records and somatic healing and all of that.
- 48:11SPEAKER_01: Because that is like that blow up is crazy.
- 48:15SPEAKER_00: I feel like I've gone from Gandalf the gray to Gandalf the white.
- 48:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, a hundred percent.
- 48:21SPEAKER_00: And I think I know I've I'm maybe in in 2024, we'll bring more kind of like this spiritual lens in because it was a very, I think I have an episode on like my spiritual journey or something like that that you guys can go and listen to for like my first spiritual awakening.
- 48:36SPEAKER_00: But to me, like a spiritual awakening really connects you back to who you are, and I know people go through like what they call a dark night of the soul, and I definitely went through that, but when people want to like connect more spiritually, develop their spirituality or their psychic gifts or their intuition or you know, all of that, you actually have you actually have to be willing to meet the parts of you that you've deemed is not okay, that you've shamed, that you've wronged.
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: You know, there is a reason why that coincided with also like me doing the work.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: So I've definitely the reason I've expanded spiritually is because I've healed all that stuff.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: So I've become a clear channel, right?
- 49:13SPEAKER_00: If you think about it, like an artery that's clogged, and like the all the plaque in the artery is like your your trauma, wounding, conditioning, and like your ability to receive intuitive information comes through, they're directly correlated.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: So when you clear out that channel, there's more space in that pipeline for you to actually receive more information.
- 49:31SPEAKER_00: And I also want to say, like, people want you know more psychic information, they want their intuition, but like, do you even listen to your intuition on a day-to-day basis?
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: Do you listen to your intuition in terms of you know leaving a relationship?
- 49:43SPEAKER_00: I remember my intuition was telling me not even to like leave the relationship of like my my ex-fiance, but I shouldn't have been in it for definitely not as long.
- 49:51SPEAKER_00: Maybe well, I mean, you learn things, but like definitely should not have stayed as long.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 49:55SPEAKER_00: But I didn't listen to my intuition, right?
- 49:57SPEAKER_00: And so you you can't have one without the other.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: And so, like, you actually have to be able to hold the frequency of truth, and that's a big thing if you want to evolve spiritually.
- 50:08SPEAKER_00: If you can't actually handle the truth and you're not willing to accept the truth, how are you going to receive information, whether it's for you or other people?
- 50:14SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 50:14SPEAKER_00: And so your ability to be a clear channel and actually receive the truth of okay, I'm open to receive that truth.
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: If that means I have, you know, I know I have to leave my relationship or I have to move across the country, or I have to do this, or I have to do that.
- 50:25SPEAKER_00: You can't have one with without the other.
- 50:28SPEAKER_00: And I've noticed as I've listened to that more and followed the actual frequency of truth and not dimmed my light, right?
- 50:36SPEAKER_00: Not shining away from who I could have like discovered the Akashic Records and be like, well, that's weird.
- 50:40SPEAKER_00: People are gonna think I'm weird if I start pulling oracle cards and talking about the fact that you know I can talk to dead people and like I can see your grandma in the corner and I can tell you what she's wearing, I can tell you, you know, the things she said to you when you were growing up.
- 50:51SPEAKER_00: I'll be like, Oh, that's weird.
- 50:52SPEAKER_00: People are gonna think I'm weird.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: People probably think I'm weird.
- 50:55SPEAKER_00: I mean, also there's religious people who think I'm, you know, satanic.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: That's fine.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: That's fine.
- 51:00SPEAKER_00: But like if I shied away from that, like I can't be like, no, no, that it's not okay, it's bad, it's wrong, it's weird, but also want more information.
- 51:08SPEAKER_00: And I think that's normal where people don't allow themselves to evolve and glow, if you will, spiritually, is they they turn the volume down on themselves, and you can't have the one without the other, so you can't have selective intuition and then not listen to it.
- 51:23SPEAKER_00: Because I'm like, why would they give you information if you're not even listening to it?
- 51:27SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 51:28SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, that was so good.
- 51:30SPEAKER_01: That also answered like so many questions that we have in the spiritual side of things.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: What would you say to Liv back in 2020 when the podcast started?
- 51:39SPEAKER_01: To live who you know, the live who is maybe not fully aware of what you could tap into in this intuition to unlocking something so magical.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: Like, what would you say to her as she was recording that first episode?
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: That's a good question.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: You're so much more powerful than you think you are.
- 52:06SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I have child.
- 52:08SPEAKER_00: I have child, that was amazing.
- 52:12SPEAKER_00: And I feel like I've even just recently integrated that kind of learning even more.
- 52:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 52:22SPEAKER_00: And like really stepped into who I am spiritually and really not be afraid to own it, and really not question who I am.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: You know, a lot of people spiritually question like, am I hearing something?
- 52:41SPEAKER_00: Am I intuitive?
- 52:42SPEAKER_00: Am I having a clear feeling?
- 52:43SPEAKER_00: Like, can I like they just question?
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: It's almost like an imposter, uh, uh, who am I?
- 52:48SPEAKER_00: Like, can I have psychic gifts?
- 52:49SPEAKER_00: And I have the everyone has gifts.
- 52:51SPEAKER_00: For you might be more audio, more visual, like they might look slightly different, but everyone does.
- 52:57SPEAKER_00: But like you can't be afraid to step into the bigness of who you are.
- 53:01SPEAKER_00: And I feel like I I'm so I now I'm realizing how much bigger than I thought I was then.
- 53:06SPEAKER_00: And I just feel like you know, I just went on a spiritual retreat this weekend, and I'm like, oh shit, I'm so much bigger than I thought I was last week.
- 53:12SPEAKER_00: Oh god.
- 53:13SPEAKER_00: All right, okay.
- 53:16SPEAKER_00: So it's interesting that you asked this question because well, obviously, there's no coincidence, but it's like that lesson that's lessons now being like kind of reintegrated at every level.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: And so know that it's also perhaps for everyone listening, there's going to be different levels through which you you kind of bring this for and integrate it.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: But like, don't be afraid of your bigness.
- 53:37SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 53:38SPEAKER_01: I just marked so many clips because you guys it's social media, follow the podcast on Instagram.
- 53:42SPEAKER_01: It has its own social media channel as well.
- 53:45SPEAKER_01: And it's happening over there.
- 53:47SPEAKER_01: There's lots of good nuggets shared.
- 53:49SPEAKER_01: Okay, we're gonna move on to the final section of today's episode, the financial section.
- 53:55SPEAKER_01: So, what this question is from the broadcast.
- 53:59SPEAKER_01: So, we're gonna start off with a question from the broadcast channel.
- 54:01SPEAKER_01: What has been the biggest game changer when it comes to your finances and being able to move and glow up not only the physical but the and like the actual money moving through, but also your money mindset?
- 54:14SPEAKER_01: That's deep.
- 54:15SPEAKER_00: It is, but I know what I want to say.
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: But also, like go back and listen to all the the episodes I have about money, like just type in money into the podcast directly because there's so many juicy ones, and it's hard because I'm like, I want to say all of those episodes in one.
- 54:27SPEAKER_00: But the biggest thing, or one of the biggest things, is are you leading money or is money leading you?
- 54:39SPEAKER_00: And I think I actually have an episode called Are You Leading Money?
- 54:42SPEAKER_00: Or is money?
- 54:42SPEAKER_00: So it's talking about leading money, so it's right there in the title.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: And go and listen to that one as well.
- 54:46SPEAKER_00: But this is big because people then respond to a situation and then let that dictate how they feel emotionally, but how also like what they do in life.
- 54:57SPEAKER_00: And so they don't become the ones in power, they don't become the creator, they don't become the ones leading money, they let money lead it.
- 55:03SPEAKER_00: So I think I talked about this maybe in the broadcast when I gave it an example, but it's like walking Akasha, right?
- 55:10SPEAKER_00: Akasha could pull me in whatever direction she wants, she could lead the way.
- 55:15SPEAKER_00: You know, I've we've all seen, you know, dogs and owners where the dog is walking the owner, clearly, versus the owner walking the dog.
- 55:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 55:22SPEAKER_00: So is money like if Akasha was money and you are me, is who who's who?
- 55:28SPEAKER_00: Who's leading who?
- 55:30SPEAKER_00: Akasha leading you, or you know, are you leading?
- 55:33SPEAKER_00: So I don't, Kasha doesn't lead me, I lead Akasha.
- 55:36SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: And and so I can maybe feel this question in the field.
- 55:42SPEAKER_00: Leading money is very different than leading in feminine energy.
- 55:45SPEAKER_00: So I just want to make that very clear.
- 55:47SPEAKER_00: Just because you lead money doesn't mean like you're being masculine and like leading in, you know, you're not in your feminine energy.
- 55:53SPEAKER_00: That that's not true.
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: Rather, you're actually giving the container for your feminine to flow.
- 55:57SPEAKER_00: So I'll just add that little tidbit in.
- 55:59SPEAKER_00: But that's what I find normally holds a lot of people black or stop them from glowing or evolving, is that they they get stuck in this loop in this entanglement of money is leading me and I'm constantly responding to it, versus me leading the frequency and having money respond to me.
- 56:18SPEAKER_00: And if you like, I think I've also done um some like Instagram stories on this where I dive into it more.
- 56:23SPEAKER_00: So head over to Instagram and just tap through like the either the wealth recode or the money highlight.
- 56:28SPEAKER_00: But like I can't tell you how many times clients have come to me and when they become the ones leading money, money just flows in.
- 56:35SPEAKER_00: And I don't mean like the you know, the$20, the free juice, I mean like tens of thousands.
- 56:40SPEAKER_00: And it's so interesting.
- 56:41SPEAKER_00: And this is by no means me saying, oh, you know, lead money, pretend you have a million dollars and go buy a yacht because then it'll respond to you.
- 56:48SPEAKER_00: I mean, some people can do that and they know the million dollars will come, right?
- 56:52SPEAKER_00: But it's a you're toning your frequency muscle to get to be you know stronger and stronger.
- 56:57SPEAKER_00: So you maybe start off with like five, ten dollars and then go to a hundred and a thousand and this and that, and so you're growing that capacity.
- 57:03SPEAKER_00: And we're always all you know, expanding that and being able to lead in new ways.
- 57:08SPEAKER_00: So just balancing out, it's it's not a putting yourself in massive financial distress, but I guarantee you're not leading you know money as you should be right now, or as strongly as you could in terms of like the edge and the next level.
- 57:22SPEAKER_00: So really, when people think about you know, quantum leaping and collapsing time, yes, we can do so massively, and there's things that we can do when we massively change our frequency, but don't underestimate the power of compounding, right?
- 57:34SPEAKER_00: The power of compounding, like the latte, which compounded this, which compounds in the free juice, which compounds into$100, compounds in$1,000.
- 57:41SPEAKER_00: You know, I've had people, you know, in corporate jobs and like, well, you know, I have a fixed income, manifest like all of a sudden they manifest a Louis Vuitton purse, or they've gotten a$30,000 promotion in a you know company that doesn't give out that massive raises in a position like it's never for her age in her position.
- 57:59SPEAKER_00: Like this is brand new.
- 58:00SPEAKER_00: And so just look at, you know, we were also talking about earlier where you assume bad things.
- 58:04SPEAKER_00: If you want to glow up, look at where you're assuming, well, that's not possible for me.
- 58:07SPEAKER_00: That's not gonna happen.
- 58:08SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna tell you, I've had tons of like corporate stories or doctors get massive bonuses, promotions, things come out of nowhere.
- 58:16SPEAKER_00: Yes, sure, if you're an entrepreneur, I can understand that like you know, you're your own boss, but even when you have a quote unquote fixed income, no, like I've seen it like many, many times.
- 58:25SPEAKER_00: So just look at where you are leading and deciding the frequency or where you are in response mode.
- 58:31SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 58:32SPEAKER_01: Okay, and then from the broadcast channel, how to work with your nerves nervous system to call in more financial wealth?
- 58:44SPEAKER_00: So the biggest thing if you want to call in more is that you actually have to have a safe nervous system that's not in lack or scarcity to begin with, right?
- 58:54SPEAKER_00: Think about when if you've ever been on a date or maybe like dated someone who's very clingy or very needy.
- 59:01SPEAKER_00: Is that a very like sexy energy?
- 59:02SPEAKER_00: Is that a very like, do you want to flock to that person, or are you kind of like, oh, I kind of I kind of need some space?
- 59:08SPEAKER_00: That's a very stage five clinger energy.
- 59:10SPEAKER_00: Same thing with money, right?
- 59:11SPEAKER_00: And so if your nervous system is very much in a lack or scarcity, then it's gonna be very hard for you to like call in more from a place of overflow, from that safe grounded place.
- 59:21SPEAKER_00: So the first thing you actually have to do is bring safety into your system when it comes to like money and wealth.
- 59:27SPEAKER_00: And we talked about you know things earlier in this episode, like turning a button into lag and all of that.
- 59:31SPEAKER_00: So really integrate that in, but also looking at you know the conditioning, perhaps, you know, the the how you grew up and all of that kind of rewiring.
- 59:39SPEAKER_00: And definitely I would say jump into to wealth recode as well as applying everything we said, because I understand it's a very primal process, and that's what I think people don't understand is that like in this world that we live in right now, you actually need money to survive.
- 59:52SPEAKER_00: We need money to pay rent or a mortgage or you know, buy food, buy this, buy that.
- 59:57SPEAKER_00: We are we need money, but it's that need and the the energetic that you're holding of that need that then creates that lack of safety in your nervous system, which unfortunately doesn't help.
- 1:00:10SPEAKER_00: And I know you can't help it because you're gonna be like, Liv, I need money.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_00: How can I not be like this?
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I get it, but you can't be like that.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_00: And I just actually did a story before we were recording this because I think sometimes, you know, and I've gotten into this before when I was, you know, talking about the glow up of these episodes in the beginning, right?
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_00: I'd look at people who have money and be like, Well, that's easy, like you have it, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_00: And then I actually had to do the work and become the person.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh, so I became the person who, like, you know, back in 2020, I just graduated, you know, med school, whatever.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_00: I had 111, which is so funny, it's an angel number.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_00: I can still like you know, remember um 111,000 of like medical school debt.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_00: You know, that February 2020, I made$236.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: I had that point, I didn't have a lot of brand deals that month, you know.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_00: People think just because you're on YouTube you make a lot, but like it's not that much ad sense for how much views I was getting.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_00: Like, I could very much, you know, be in lack and scarcity, but then I decided to uh decided to pay to like 10 grand into a business mentor because I became the one who led money, and then it came back in three days, and like that was it.
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_02: That was it.
- 1:01:13SPEAKER_00: And right, and so like I I understand what people are saying, and so if maybe you're not familiar with me or my story or like where I've been, and you might think that's easy.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you, I have had like quote unquote, like no money, you know, guaranteed money coming in.
- 1:01:24SPEAKER_00: It wasn't even like I had like a corporate job where I knew, oh, bi-weekly or whatever, I was getting it.
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_00: And I've been the person who can hold it and like so I could become relaxed with it.
- 1:01:34SPEAKER_00: Because it's not how relaxed you are when you have money coming in, it's how relaxed you are when it's not that will dictate your ability to like glow up, if you will, like we've been talking about.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_01: Okay, so then leading into our last question: how do you glow financially and continue to glowing and glow up with it?
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love how much glow up.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_00: Oh, we can't even talk about the glow membership.
- 1:01:57SPEAKER_00: Glad right uh because we're talking about glow so much, you should definitely check out the glow membership below where you get access to everything I do.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_00: So if you feel like you've been listening to this episode and you are like, oh, I need it all, like I don't need the mindset, I need the money, I need the relationship, I need the health.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_00: Uh definitely check out the glow membership because it's not only the best value, like if you added everything together, it'd be over 12k.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_00: You get it for like three, and there's payment plans and all that beautiful stuff.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_00: So definitely jump into there.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_00: But the continuing to glow, I would honestly say it's so much, and I talked about this in terms of the embodiment before, but it's being anchored so much in the foundations that it allows you to grow and compound momentum.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_00: Because if we think about it like a car, right?
- 1:02:42SPEAKER_00: If you're driving and then you stop and then you start and then you stop and then you start, your ability to not stop will allow you to keep going forward, right?
- 1:02:49SPEAKER_00: But how often do you stop, right?
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_00: How often do you dip?
- 1:02:52SPEAKER_00: Do you go into lack and scarcity?
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_00: That's really what really stops your momentum.
- 1:02:56SPEAKER_00: If you can actually resolve the part of you that doesn't dip into lack and scarcity, you'd be surprised how much momentum you're compounding because all that time where you were you know slowing down or other people are slowing down or stopping, you're actually propelling moving forward because you haven't stopped.
- 1:03:12SPEAKER_00: So I don't people feel like there's this magical answer, this magical secret, because they actually don't want to embody the fact that, like, oh, you actually have to not dip into the lack and scarcity, you'd be imagine like you know, what you can create from that.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_00: And yes, we'll expand your nervous system to hold more, right?
- 1:03:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think I've said this on other money episodes before in terms of gauging how safe your nervous system is.
- 1:03:33SPEAKER_00: You don't want to freak out, right?
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_00: And so even if you were to receive a massive amount of money, would you freak out?
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_00: If you receive one million dollars today, not one million dollars over a year, not a million dollars over ten years, one million dollars today in one maybe in one minute, all of a sudden, I don't know, lottery or whatever it is, and you you win money.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_00: Would you freak out?
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_00: Would your nervous system be like, oh my god, oh my god?
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_00: Or would you be like, okay, right?
- 1:03:55SPEAKER_00: And so you can expand yourself for that, but it's only from your beliefs about money, your conditioning about money, your wounding about money, and everything else we said in this episode.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love that.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_01: So good.
- 1:04:08SPEAKER_01: Okay, that was our last question.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_01: So, do you want any uh remaining words of wisdom for the listeners that are here right now?
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_00: I mean, I feel like that's a lot for everyone to take in.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_00: Like if you actually save this episode, come back and take notes.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_00: Because if you actually implement everything I just said, your life will be profoundly different.
- 1:04:27SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_00: I haven't done like such a long episode in a while, so I feel like I don't want to make it too long for people, like we're not in an hour, and I feel like that's a good sweet spot.
- 1:04:35SPEAKER_00: But I mean, if anything I said like resonated or you were like, that's me, like yes, then just send me a message.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_00: We can talk about what which container might be best for you, which program might be best for you, or if you're like, I'm ready to like go all in in my nervous system, not just my physical body, but like spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially.
- 1:04:54SPEAKER_00: We have a program for everything in the globe membership, and you'll be in for six months.
- 1:04:58SPEAKER_00: And like I said, like it's not only a place to call home, but it's a place where we are going to really take you from survival mode into thrival mode in all these areas of life.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_00: Because you know, that's another thing we'll end off in.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_00: I'm not just interested in making your symptoms go away.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_00: Like, I think that's really easy.
- 1:05:12SPEAKER_00: Like that that's the really the easiest, the most like that's not even the funniest thing of what I do.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, and I get there when when you have symptoms, that's your whole life, but it's also of everything after that.
- 1:05:23SPEAKER_00: Like, can your a relationship just make you so alive and so nourished?
- 1:05:27SPEAKER_00: Where he leads, or you're just like, oh, like you're you're dripping, and you want to bite your lip because of how nourishing they are, and your body feels amazing, and you look in the mirror and you're like, My God, I am a beautiful goddess, I am a gift to this earth, and you're overflowing with abundance, and you're receiving, and your business is flourishing, and like I want it all for you.
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_00: So that's what we do tomorrow.
- 1:05:47SPEAKER_00: If that sounds good to you, like I said, any questions, just send me a DM on Instagram and I'd be happy to find out which container is for you.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_00: But other than that, no, I just feel like Morgan, I love you.
- 1:05:56SPEAKER_00: I love all my listeners.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_00: If you've been here since episode one, can you please send me a DM?
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_00: If you've been here episode one, I'd really love to know who's been here through the whole journey.
- 1:06:05SPEAKER_00: Uh, because I think it'd be so interesting.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_00: So yeah, send me a message if you've been here.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_00: Or if you're just like, if you're recent, I mean I still love you so much.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_00: I just think it'd be really fun to see everyone who's who's been here for the whole ride.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_00: And get ready for 2024.
- 1:06:17SPEAKER_00: Like it's only we're only going up from here.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_00: Like, if you think this is good, we're we're it's just gonna get better.
- 1:06:23SPEAKER_00: And I say that to my clients all the time.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_00: You know, one of my clients who just celebrated another six figure cash month.
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_00: I was just like, this is only the beginning.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_00: This is only the beginning, more for here.
- 1:06:34SPEAKER_00: So, with that, yeah, that's that's the episode.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_00: I love you guys so much, and we will see you next time.
