We'll learn some basic German words for gadgets and online stuff. Let's start with a big one: das Handy. Luna: das Handy. That means mobile phone, right? Lucas: Right. Das Handy. The word is neuter, so 'das'. Let's say it together: das Handy. Luna: das Handy. Lucas: Good. Now, what about a computer? In German it's der Computer. Luna: der Computer. That one looks a lot like English. Lucas: Yeah, many tech words are similar. But careful: it's masculine, so der Computer. Luna: der Computer. Great. Lucas: Next: das Internet. It's neuter in German too. Luna: das Internet. Like 'the internet' but with a different article. Lucas: Right. And then we have die E-Mail. That's feminine. Luna: die E-Mail. Like 'the email'. Lucas: Exactly. And finally, a modern word: die App. Also feminine. Luna: die App. Like 'the app'. That's easy. Lucas: Now let's put them together. Listen: Ich habe ein Handy.
