- 0:43Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:41Unknown: Well,
- 1:42thank you, mister Alvin Lee, for issuing issuing
- 1:45us into another little two hour kinda gab session here, the old radio ranch. Roger Sales, your host, People's Patriot Network, our platform venue,
- 1:55and got Chris already on the phone here with me with
- 1:59stuff to talk about. I think we ended up the show yesterday with Paul
- 2:04and when
- 2:06freedom and I'll just call him by his his real alias, Samuel.
- 2:12When Samuel called in and I said, well, look, two times in a row almost, you called in right there at there he comes right at the start this time.
- 2:21Right on queue, man. Right on queue. Let's see when I hold it. Morning, Freda. There he is. Okay. I think we got him in there now. And
- 2:30I said call back tomorrow, and and we'll deal with them. Hey. Good morning, sir. How are you doing?
- 2:37Okay. Good. Good. Well, Chris is with us, and we're just getting started. And I appreciate the fact that you called in early.
- 2:44And
- 2:45because I was saying give a little background for people might have missed yesterday.
- 2:50You called at the end, and and I said, we'll call back tomorrow. We'll just start the show off with your questions. Now
- 2:56so you're it's interesting, and and probably most of the audience has heard your story, at Samuel.
- 3:02But you called in first time about a month or two ago and just said, I've been watching you for seven years and all that. And so
- 3:10and then you gave me a little bit of your background and
- 3:13life's kinda
- 3:14beat you up a little bit in the interim of those years, hadn't it?
- 3:20Didn't you? A few things. Yeah. Yeah. You had had your ups and downs there like, I mean, that's the way life's supposed to be. You know, it's certainly not isolated to you. We've all had them. And the best thing that any of us can do is when you have those bad times is to learn from them because there's lessons that can be gleaned out of there. And that old cliche that was so popular a couple of decades ago, no pain, no gain,
- 3:45that's that's a real truism right there.
- 3:49Unknown: Yes.
- 3:50Indeed.
- 3:52Unknown: Those are those scars
- 3:54the scars from those kind incidences,
- 3:56maybe even mental or physical or emotional,
- 4:01those are the ones that you really remember because they hurt so damn bad.
- 4:08Unknown: Yeah. Well, when I first heard your message, I think it was on Joyce Riley. Yeah. It
- 4:15really hit home to me because I had filed paperwork into court in '93 very similar to what you're saying.
- 4:24In fact, I think I cited the slaughterhouse case and Kimono Arc,
- 4:29etcetera,
- 4:30and I was trying to
- 4:32challenge the court's jurisdiction.
- 4:35It dragged it out a long time. I was there for about two years going through that crap, but finally, they, you know, slammed me.
- 4:45But
- 4:46Unknown: it was an interesting experience. Well, let me let me comment on that because I comment on it all the time. It's good to have a real life petri dish example
- 4:55is our community, so long as I've been in it, evidently as long as you've been in it,
- 5:01has been trying to fight this jurisdictional
- 5:04status issue from the bottom up.
- 5:06And it just doesn't work because there's too many people in between that have a vested interest in seeing your butt defeated because you're a threat to them.
- 5:15And that's why the magic of this really, again, for everybody
- 5:20is the underlying
- 5:22feudal
- 5:23era system
- 5:24because
- 5:25in that system and it parallels it exactly.
- 5:30In that system,
- 5:32you couldn't go to one of the other serfs
- 5:34or one of the knights on hey. Hey, mister Knight. Tell the lord I'm checking out. See you later. It didn't happen like that. You contracted with the lord when you went in and you have to tell him the contract, you're breaking it and leave.
- 5:48And so that's the magic piece I think that a lot that we've been missing as a community
- 5:53and that connection
- 5:55to that system of law is also a big a big
- 5:59deal that you know, and I understand it totally that people can't believe it,
- 6:04but you gotta realize who the hell we're dealing with here. They do stuff that is intentionally
- 6:11set to make your mind have that thought right there.
- 6:17Unknown: They're slick, man. You know, even even
- 6:20though I had been studying somewhat prior to this all happening to me, I I certainly didn't understand what I was doing.
- 6:29And I had a,
- 6:30basically, a Brent type of guy do my paperwork that I filed into court,
- 6:36and
- 6:37I didn't know my arguments. I didn't understand anything.
- 6:42The judge and the DA hated my guts because I wasn't belligerent. There's no doubt about that. I mean, I got thrown in jail for five days for contempt.
- 6:51Unknown: Good man.
- 6:53Good man.
- 6:54Unknown: We like you already. What kind of guy?
- 6:58And
- 6:59when the judge and when the judge threw me in there,
- 7:03I wouldn't sign in because I I was told not to sign anything, so I wouldn't sign into jail.
- 7:08And they told me because if you don't sign in, you can't go into your other room. I said, well, what's the difference between that one and this one?
- 7:17So finally, they threw me in jail, and then they came to bring me food. And I said, I'm not eating nothing. I'm just drinking water. So what are you suicidal?
- 7:25I said, no. I'm pissed off.
- 7:29So I fasted for five
- 7:33I
- 7:34told I I said I want that judge to know I
- 7:39am dedicated
- 7:40and against him.
- 7:43Unknown: Okay. Where was it? Where in the country was this?
- 7:48Unknown: California.
- 7:49Unknown: Okay.
- 7:51Wow. California. That's
- 7:53And what year and what year did this all happen in, Samuel?
- 7:58Unknown: That was '93,
- 8:00and what was really unusual and even my parents thought I had done something wrong because they used a deadly force raid on a on a business issue.
- 8:09I mean, they had nine cops with nine millimeters in our faces at 08:00 08:15 in the morning Mhmm. Along with a whole bunch of other agencies and the press, and the whole thing That was a real bizarre. Oh, you were you were an example. They were using you. They staged it.
- 8:29Well, you know, I don't know what it why it was that they did this.
- 8:33I was a product development company. I was, you know, maybe in competition with too many corporations getting,
- 8:40you know, millionaires started out.
- 8:42But whatever reason it was,
- 8:46they didn't have any cause to be there. They
- 8:49one of the things we used to do is is build prototypes for new projects.
- 8:54Right?
- 8:55I know we used to build molds and then pour plastic in order for that prototype to to be made. Right? Yeah. Off of drawings or whatever.
- 9:05And when you mix up a part a and a part b, they're both liquid. Right? Right.
- 9:10You mix it together, and they catalyze and turn into a solid. This is what they charged me with. Follow this. Okay?
- 9:17Part a in a liquid is a hazardous material. Part b in a liquid is a hazardous material. And when you mix the two together
- 9:25and then you have a little extra left in your cup after you pour it apart, we used to throw it in the wastebasket. Well, because it was an a disin disoriented,
- 9:35not flat level thing in the cup,
- 9:38they said I threw it away as a hazardous material and was putting it into my dump dumpster stream.
- 9:44Unknown: Oh my god.
- 9:47That was my charge. While they let these corporations
- 9:51run open
- 9:52toxic chemicals into all the rivers and don't do a damn thing to them.
- 9:57Unknown: Environmental
- 9:58terrorism.
- 10:00Unknown: Well Absolutely. I mean, I When
- 10:02Unknown: I got into this years ago and I wanna find out about how you got into it and knew this stuff that early, Samuel. But when I got into this years ago early on, and I why do they wanna take over governments?
- 10:13You know? Of course, I mean, that's the big hammer and all this stuff and the big
- 10:18trough they can they can waller in. But one of the main things is because
- 10:23these guys' main deal is monopoly.
- 10:26They love monopoly,
- 10:28and with the regulatory
- 10:30state,
- 10:31they can do exactly what you're telling us they did to you, which is come in and squash somebody that's a threat, but the ones that they own and control, they let them run wide open.
- 10:44Yeah. I remember Pete pastor Pete Peters was talking about on a sermon one night,
- 10:50and I don't know if all the audience is familiar with him. I would assume you are, Samuel, but scripturesforamerica.org
- 10:57was his website. I always thought Pastor Peters was somewhat of a prophet. He had a wonderful gift of being able to simplify things but he was talking about a story of his own personal experience when he was younger and he had a friend that was Jewish back when he was still doing civil service work and they went over to his house one night on some invitation or something, and he said, the only thing the guy had on his wall,
- 11:24what do you think was the only thing the guy had on his wall?
- 11:32Unknown: I don't know.
- 11:33Unknown: Chris, you gotta guess. Across.
- 11:36Shane? No. It wasn't no. It wasn't across. His wall had been covered with spit. Shane, well, you gotta guess here. You've joined us.
- 11:44No, Shane. Insists
- 11:48on being mute. Well, it was a monopoly. I don't know. Okay. Good. Well, there you are. Welcome, Shane. It was a monopoly board.
- 11:56He had a big picture of a monopoly board on the wall, and he said it was the only thing on the wall in the whole damn house.
- 12:05Unknown: I knew that.
- 12:06Unknown: Well, you should've come forward then, Shane. So their deal is monopoly,
- 12:11and your experience is a perfect example
- 12:14of what we're talking about here, Samuel. Now how did you stumble in that long ago
- 12:20to things as specific
- 12:22as the slaughterhouse cases, Wong Kim Ark, and this argument, and it makes me wonder, were you exposed to some of the peripherals
- 12:30of John and Glenn's teaching? Because there was a lot of that that went on back then.
- 12:37Unknown: Well, yeah, I had followed a lot of different people,
- 12:40you know, just because of my interest, because of the things that were happening in the country. But originally,
- 12:46in high school, I I started reading all of the
- 12:50John Birch stuff. Mhmm. And I was like, oh, this is we started the Bolshevik revolution.
- 12:57Right. You know? Right. Stuff like that. And was like and my
- 13:01liberal
- 13:03librarian came up to me. She told me that
- 13:06I was reading one of those, the first one I think. And she says,
- 13:11you can't read that in my library.
- 13:13And I told her, I says, I've seen my dad's tax bill. I think it's his library. I'll read anything I I damn well, please, but she has spurred me to read them all.
- 13:23There you go. Now that So I read everything that
- 13:26Unknown: That was in California?
- 13:27That was in California back in the nineties, and you had a librarian with that socialistic
- 13:33attitude at that No.
- 13:36Unknown: This was in Wisconsin
- 13:38in about '71
- 13:42Unknown: to Holy. Right around there. Holy smokes. Well, then Wisconsin's
- 13:46where if I'm not wrong, in Wisconsin, where the John Birch Society's headed up there somewhere, one of those town towns outside Milwaukee?
- 13:55Unknown: I thought so, but the other day I heard it started in Indiana.
- 14:00Unknown: Well, it may have started there, but their headquarters is up in Wisconsin, I believe. I can't remember the city.
- 14:06Well, they do put out good information, and you're, again, you're perfect a example of how a counter control
- 14:13organization,
- 14:14because that's what they are, can still influence people in the right way. I remember back when I was a kid driving around and seeing those billboards because, you know, we moved
- 14:24quite a bit around, the air force family, and I'd see billboards around that said, get us out of the UN. Well, that was all John Birch. Mhmm.
- 14:35Unknown: And then I I I listened to Benson up in, Montana and Jeffrey Sayer, who I believe did get arrested.
- 14:43Unknown: Ryan, I think I vaguely remember his name. You mean,
- 14:46Bill Benson in Illinois with the law that never was that just popped again onto the news yesterday. Him, I've met him. He's a nice guy.
- 14:55And
- 14:56Yeah. The I got an article right here about it that did you know that in 2008,
- 15:01he got an injunction
- 15:03out of a court up in Illinois
- 15:05that he cannot use his
- 15:08sixteenth amendment research anywhere?
- 15:12Oh god. Yeah. I was unaware I was unaware of this until I saw this article yesterday. 01/10/2008,
- 15:20federal district court in Chicago
- 15:22issued a permanent
- 15:24injunction.
- 15:26Permanent injunction against Bill Benson on the grounds that by offering information
- 15:33demonstrating that the sixteenth amendment was not legally ratified,
- 15:37he was promoting an abusive tax shelter.
- 15:43Unknown: God.
- 15:45Unknown: So there you go. Just in the news yesterday. I just He was defending against the abusive tax bill. I I think so, Chris. But, you know, he put them in a real
- 15:55tight position with his research in those books because he'd take it to court right here, and they'd go initially, and they'd go, well, this isn't a legal issue. This is a political issue. And so he'd go over to congress, and they'd go, well, this isn't a political issue. This is legal issue. And they're bouncing
- 16:12back and forth like a badminton thing there. So finally, they came back and did a permanent injunction.
- 16:18They also did that,
- 16:20guys,
- 16:22on Glenn
- 16:23and Michael Ellis' research here a couple years ago,
- 16:27and they put a permanent injunction
- 16:29against doing any inquiry into the push code.
- 16:34And the push code is nine,
- 16:37which is where they put the teeth at the back end of the system. Now you're gonna talk about taxes, I think, as we get a little bit forward, Samuel, but this is is for those who don't know. We probably need to do a whole show on this and go over the whole thing again here for the fifteenth before the real April Fools Day comes upon us But they
- 16:57the the the tax system is voluntary.
- 16:59And when they say it's by voluntary compliance, they're exactly correct.
- 17:03So what they did to ensure your voluntariness
- 17:06and your voluntary nature of giving
- 17:09is they put teeth in the back end with fraud,
- 17:13and that's how they slip in if you don't file a statute staple contract or a ten forty form if you don't file one,
- 17:21and
- 17:22there's got to be one in the system
- 17:25because it's programmed that way. They've got to go in at the back end and override the system
- 17:31and insert the substitute for returns. They call them SFRs
- 17:36or dummy returns, And that then there's a ten forty in the system, and then it can go forward to where they come start seizing your stuff. But
- 17:46those things people need to understand. It is voluntary.
- 17:51So go ahead, Samuel. You got you got exposed to some good stuff. You had somebody write you up something. You didn't know what you didn't make the information yours and which is understandable.
- 18:02And you went in there and they made mincemeat out of you.
- 18:07Unknown: Yeah. Pretty much. Oh, I also speaking of
- 18:12the truth, and I have a bumper sticker on my car. It's a quote from Orwell.
- 18:16This is in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary
- 18:21Unknown: act. Right.
- 18:22Well, that's what we do here. I'll tell you even more specifically, you know what we do here in a big way?
- 18:28We speak truth to power.
- 18:33Unknown: Heary, heary. K.
- 18:35Unknown: Just on the right shoe. And power,
- 18:38Unknown: for some reason, for about at least the last seven years, stands there mute.
- 18:46Unknown: Is is Chris's middle initial u?
- 18:49Unknown: I Chris, are you a u?
- 18:54Unknown: Just Chris?
- 18:56Well, it depends on if you're a y o u, y e w, or some other e w. Yeah. How about a e w e? That's what I was gonna say.
- 19:08Unknown: No. I I I I I thought it it it might be you for ubiquitous because I I hear and see you all over the radio. He's
- 19:16Unknown: he is. Let me tell you what. This guy gets around. If you were if you were hanging around the night spots in Clark County, Nevada, you'd probably see him over there a bunch too.
- 19:28Unknown: Yeah. I was there last night.
- 19:33Unknown: I'm not sure if I'm complimented or I'm just fine because of it. So I guess it depends on what the information or who's hearing it. No, man. For an old fart our age, if you get out and do all that all day and all night, more power to you, man.
- 19:50Unknown: Well, you know, like, I know Chris has called in to Ralph Witter Road.
- 19:55Ralph is, like, right on tack with this. He just doesn't
- 19:59Unknown: know the one piece, I think. You know? Yeah. Here you know, Samuel, what I've seen over so many years and and I
- 20:07is just that, is they don't I don't wanna have anything to do with that federal government. They don't have any jurisdiction on me. It's that attitude. Attitude. I'm gonna go to court and fight them, and we just don't have to use that approach.
- 20:21And the reason I appreciate Ralph Wineroot so much, and I always talk favorably about Ralph,
- 20:27is because I understand what he's doing because was in that for a couple of years. I took that path.
- 20:33And at one point, I said, hell, there's gotta be an easier way to do this. And that's when it shifted, and this information
- 20:41just kinda opened up to me in all honesty.
- 20:45If I wouldn't have the background so thoroughly known myself and made it mine, and I lived it, if I if that wouldn't have happened,
- 20:54I wouldn't have been able to identify what I saw in the passport application
- 20:58as the magic bullet.
- 21:05Unknown: Well,
- 21:06you know, from
- 21:07that ray down, my life was turned upside down, and it it it it it was really so bizarre. I if they put things like that in your administrative file, do you think that No. They might?
- 21:19Unknown: No. It won't be it won't be in your administrative file. It's sequestered down at the court level on the lowest level.
- 21:29Then the individual Let me tell you one more thing Hold on. Chris wanted to add something. We'll we'll pick up. Chris, what were you gonna say?
- 21:37Unknown: Well, they false enter this push code,
- 21:40fake out code into the individualized
- 21:42master file within the IRS? It's not in your database
- 21:47Unknown: with the secretary of state. No. No. No. And when you when they see, that's the problem. The problem we've had as a community is people not understanding
- 21:56this, so the only way they notified it is the bottom up. And when you hand them those documents,
- 22:01well, obviously, they didn't recognize them. They threw you in the slam. So you don't think they reported them on up the line all the way to the top.
- 22:12Right. Okay? I mean, as I I know you've probably heard me talk about. The only time I know for sure that this information got into a court of record was one of the students is going through a divorce and a child custody case, and his wife's family being foreign thought this was all a bunch of sovereign citizen gobbledygook
- 22:31and
- 22:32they submitted it as evidence against him.
- 22:36So, now, the information, my name, the book, all that stuff was submitted into evidence. I don't know that the book physically was, but it was talked about and mentioned. Okay? Evidently, from what he told me. And so he got up on the stand in the course of the trial,
- 22:53and because the affidavit was in the record now, he pulled it out and started reading it, and the judge said, Don't read that document.
- 23:04The only time I know this has gotten into court and been utilized
- 23:08to some extent. Now I'm gonna tell you, because see, the judge knew that it was on file at the Secretary of State already. The people you did
- 23:18knew that you hadn't done that,
- 23:21and that's how they could squash you.
- 23:25Unknown: Chris? Here's a Yeah. I've
- 23:28got a little bit of information that might clarify this. I worked
- 23:33in the
- 23:34sterilizer
- 23:35business with Castle Sidebomb for a while, and we had computer oriented sterilizers and part washers and blanket warmers and all this microprocessor
- 23:44controlled stuff. I've also installed
- 23:46systems
- 23:47of building management process controls,
- 23:52f one all kinds of crazy stuff that most people don't deal with. But in those industries, in order to service that equipment, the service technicians, which I was and have been
- 24:03in multiple different places around the Western US
- 24:06and going back to
- 24:09other places to study these things where they were
- 24:12developed.
- 24:14You frequently have what are termed fake out plugs. They're they circumnavigate
- 24:19the normal operation,
- 24:21allow you to plug into the system.
- 24:23I suggest the system is a reverse word,
- 24:26meaning the cancer as a cyst of move.
- 24:29But never mind when you deal with a system, you can't see the system, and it operates on the data that's put in or is extrapolated
- 24:37from sensors and monitors and stuff throughout the thing that monitors the processes, advances it from one cycle to the next cycle in the hierarchy of control
- 24:47to the completion or non completion, and that gives you a warning that it didn't complete the cycle.
- 24:52So in the IRS system, the other data entry terminals,
- 24:57they have to enter a fake out number to override the normal Yes. Aspects of the system. Yes. And that's what the push code is. That's that fake out number that they use broadly
- 25:07that identifies you as somebody dealing in alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or explosives,
- 25:13or perhaps other
- 25:15government licensed activities where they can claim that you're involved in this type activity that gives them the illusion, the premise, the false premise that you're one of their people that they can regulate. Well and and, you know, that's what Glenn Glenn's
- 25:29Unknown: when they went through the trial,
- 25:31he made two observations.
- 25:33He said, first of all, in all the discovery and the
- 25:37all the interact interrogatories
- 25:40and everything they had because they had access to all those tools.
- 25:44And he said, man, every time this push o nine code came up and them getting the code to that, he said they were not letting it out, drugged their feet, did everything possible not to get that out. Obviously, that's where the fraud is.
- 25:58And he said that the other problem was that to get this to a trial level and get it in front of a jury,
- 26:04it's so damned complex
- 26:06that not only the old layman jury over there, the jury of your surf peers,
- 26:12but he said, hell, the judges can't even understand it.
- 26:18Unknown: Yeah. I wouldn't be surprised.
- 26:19Unknown: Okay. And that's when it get it it got Glenn. It got Glenn so upset, I think, really, that he just turned his back on the whole movement. He's off trying to get in the trucking business or something. You know?
- 26:31So
- 26:33it it's just sad, but we've got these tools. We if now we know how to preempt the IRS,
- 26:39a, if you come with a clean slate.
- 26:42But I think from your circumstances,
- 26:45I wanna get into it a little more for the audience's sake so we're all on the same page, Samuel.
- 26:51I I think it's kinda mute at this point. So with you, for one thing,
- 26:56because it's been a long time, but let's discuss that as we go forward. Tell audience and pick up in your story and whatever you feel comfortable telling us.
- 27:05Unknown: Okay. I would just like to add a couple of other things just so you have an idea that this was no regular weird,
- 27:12you know,
- 27:14bugaboo by the local authorities alone, I don't think. Because
- 27:19first off, they shut my business down for fourteen weeks while they were charging me. It took them fourteen weeks to deliver the charges to me, and they brought a stack of paper about six inches thick. After the raid? After the raid had happened, they've done all that damage. They didn't even have you charged. What kind of documentation did they come in with? Stuff from a judge?
- 27:38Because see here, you say it wasn't the local authorities. District attorney. Well, here's the thing. They had they had just created an an a new office called the Environmental Crimes Unit, and they had a deputy dick district
- 27:51dick attorney
- 27:54who who was the head of that. He was a real numb nut,
- 27:58and it this was his deal. You know? It was a way for him to make a living. Yeah.
- 28:04Unknown: Okay. A
- 28:06Unknown: year into this thing
- 28:08a year into this thing, I lost all my business. I had to give my technology away to people so that they they wouldn't be heard, etcetera. It just crushed me. But it I I I've still got the same I had bought an industrial condominium,
- 28:22and I was in that yet.
- 28:24It had these,
- 28:28you know,
- 28:29tile ceilings in it with the Yes. Two foot by four foot, you know, trash. Yes. Little things you pop up. Yeah. Right?
- 28:37I get a call one day, anonymous,
- 28:41about a year into this going to court and crap.
- 28:44And he says, somebody planted a gun in your place.
- 28:49And I said, what? He says, yeah. It's up in your ceiling.
- 28:54So right above my desk, I pop up this tile and there's a mach 10 machine gun sitting in there. No.
- 29:02This
- 29:04guy also told me who put it there.
- 29:09So I called him up and I said, get this damn thing out of here.
- 29:12I don't even wanna touch it.
- 29:15This guy comes over and gets it out. Now I when this all happened to me, I attracted all kinds of scumbags
- 29:22that were just looking to pick the bones and whatever,
- 29:26you know, vultures
- 29:29and and and advice and, you know, just crazy stuff. But just to give you an idea of how bizarre the whole thing was. You know?
- 29:38Unknown: That's pretty bizarre, man.
- 29:42This guy really wanted to make a name for himself, didn't he?
- 29:46Unknown: Well, I don't think it probably had anything to do with him.
- 29:51Unknown: That guy who come and got it, there was rumors that he was CIA. No. No. I don't know that. I can't I meant the guy that just got the new office and the new appointed thing. It sounded like from what you told me, he's trying to miss Mark and get get some
- 30:05get a little publicity and go, boy, this guy's really we really needed him. Maybe we need to give him more money.
- 30:13Unknown: Yeah. Maybe. I don't know. You know, I've got more questions about the whole thing than I've got answers, but I just wanted to give you a feeling for how bizarre it was. That's pretty bizarre. I don't think I've heard a story like that, Samuel.
- 30:27Unknown: Obviously, they were vindictive. Getting a deadly I
- 30:31Unknown: was close to the Silicon Valley. I was in the in in the Northern Bay Area,
- 30:37and I had a a guy who was helping me on the environmental crimes part of it, and he he was from the Silicon Valley where he used to put in circuit board, you know, manufacturing
- 30:48facilities down there.
- 30:50And they asked their district attorney how they would have handled this instead of a deadly force. Right? Well, it would have been like some paperwork would have been sent to you and asking you if you've got a problem. And if there is, we would like you to correct it. Right? That was it. Right.
- 31:06Unknown: But they went to the end. They went to the end not to do. The end remedy before they did that. Obviously, he's looking for publicity or something. Well, anyway, so as a result of that, you mentioned to me that you've you've got some IRS lien, notice of liens on you,
- 31:22that this
- 31:24Unknown: eventually ended up Before I get to Oh, okay. Well, you tell us. I got some basic I
- 31:29I got some basic stuff I'd I'd like to ask you first. I I don't intend to file at this time for the passport. I'm gonna do that later once I know this goes through. Right. So
- 31:39I'm gonna be just sending the affidavit.
- 31:41So is there a different address to send the affidavit to?
- 31:45Unknown: I would just say whatever the main address is
- 31:49at sec at the Secretary of State up there in DC, and I don't know what it is. It's probably
- 31:55different from the one you'd send the passport application to because they got their own systems and branch field offices and all that stuff.
- 32:03Unknown: That looks like it's a it's a Philadelphia address from There's a document. There
- 32:09Unknown: are some things I've learned. There is an information
- 32:12policy
- 32:13section
- 32:14of the secretary of state, And I think the address, as I recall,
- 32:19is on Mercure,
- 32:21M E R C U R E, Drive Northwest,
- 32:25and it's in Pennsylvania
- 32:27or
- 32:28I forget what state it's in. But these
- 32:32different locations
- 32:35are really critical,
- 32:37and the secretary of state, inspector general, their ombudsman,
- 32:42their information management section,
- 32:44different aspects can ensure if you send it to the secretary of state or his assigned
- 32:50and
- 32:52your individual master record or file Administrative
- 32:56should get
- 32:58Unknown: division.
- 33:00I would send it to the Well, administrative, that's under the APA.
- 33:03Unknown: Under the Administrative Procedures Act.
- 33:06Unknown: You could call there. If you go to the website, Samuel, they prob I know they got an 800 number. You could call the nice lady there, and with most people, they're very nice,
- 33:17and and ask them, tell her you're you'd like to submit
- 33:20you'd
- 33:21like to submit some your citizenship evidence
- 33:24and ask them specifically where you should send that.
- 33:30Unknown: Okay.
- 33:31Unknown: Then be sure and use those words. Your we need to use their terms.
- 33:36Your citizenship
- 33:37evidence because that's what they call it. So if that's what they call it, that's what the hell it is.
- 33:44Unknown: Ship evidence.
- 33:46Okay.
- 33:48Okay. And then I I have
- 33:51your one page affidavit. I think you said that is yours. Right? Yep.
- 33:57Okay.
- 33:59Unknown: On the Actually, let me let me be totally correct. It's John and Glenn's.
- 34:05It's excerpts of the five page one that we all originally filed that I filed with secretary of state that you guys don't need to put all that in there.
- 34:16Unknown: Right. I I'm taking your advice to make it simple as I can and keep it on one page for other reasons as well. Yep.
- 34:23But but when I read that, Roger, I noticed there's no mention of noncitizen
- 34:28national on that. Should that be included somewhere? No. And here's why.
- 34:33Unknown: Once again, it goes back to what we were talking about the other day.
- 34:36You don't wanna tell them what you are because any time you make a statement, it gives people an opportunity to challenge you. And so it's best to tell them what you're not.
- 34:46And it because it's virtually impossible to disprove a negative.
- 34:50Okay? And so Okay. Help. Let me finish it off here, Chris, and I'll let you add what you're gonna add. There's only two statuses we know. There's one's free and the other's bond.
- 35:02Now these people get paid a hell of a lot of money to sit up there and shuffle all this paper. You tell them what you're not, and you let them decide what you are.
- 35:13Unknown: I was going to say, maybe helpful
- 35:16in your communication
- 35:17to have a cover letter and explain that you have all their document, but you have included a copy of their document
- 35:25where you have highlighted
- 35:27the segment in the warning box that you're referring to for clarification
- 35:32and delineation
- 35:33of the particular status that you're seeking to acquire.
- 35:37Unknown: I I let them let That is acceptable.
- 35:40Well, I just take a difference with Chris because I Well, I don't know Chris I don't want Is Go ahead. Is Chris
- 35:47is Chris familiar with the single page affidavit that I'm talking about here? Sure. He just I am. He listen. I my experience is in our community, and I've been in it for almost thirty years is everybody we've spent so much time and and and sacrificed so much to go learn and read all this stuff and internalize it and we get a chance to go regurgitate
- 36:08it to somebody that is in the right person. We wanna regurgitate
- 36:12it. K?
- 36:14What every time you make a statement, it gives somebody a chance to challenge you on it. When you make a positive statement, it gives I'm a noncitizen national. They can challenge that.
- 36:28But if you tell them you're not black and not related to slaves that received civil rights after the civil war,
- 36:35they can't challenge that.
- 36:39Unknown: K.
- 36:41Unknown: Negative aberrimentary bow.
- 36:43Unknown: I mean, really, you know You're exactly right, Raj.
- 36:47So that's just something I've noticed over the years. Why not
- 36:51put their little asses in a corner. We know the game. We know how they did it. We know there's only two statuses. One's free and one's bond.
- 37:01And we're telling them we're not bond.
- 37:04Challenge me.
- 37:06Because under Vattel's Law of Nations,
- 37:09that is my capital r right is to make my own establishment
- 37:13of my political status.
- 37:17Unknown: It's worthy to note
- 37:20in title eight, that's the Immigration and Naturalization
- 37:23Act that the secretary of state involved with
- 37:27administrating
- 37:28under title eight,
- 37:30USC
- 37:32section
- 37:3211
- 37:33o one at sec
- 37:36parenthetical
- 37:37small a
- 37:39parenthetical
- 37:4022
- 37:42parenthetical
- 37:42capital b,
- 37:44explicitly not capital a,
- 37:47it delineates
- 37:48those terms
- 37:50US citizen
- 37:51and
- 37:52noncitizen
- 37:53US national
- 37:55with specificity.
- 37:57Unknown: Hey, Chuck. Right there where you're saying and quoting all those numbers, Chris,
- 38:01does it say noncitizen
- 38:03national, or does it just say US national?
- 38:07Unknown: It says,
- 38:08though not a citizen owns permanent allegiance
- 38:12to The United States Of America.
- 38:15Unknown: Yeah. That's because they're a state citizen. So that but they don't say the only time I've seen them use that term is in the oath of the passport.
- 38:25Unknown: On the DSM
- 38:2611, immigration and passport application
- 38:30form and the
- 38:31renewal,
- 38:33on the original application form, the DSM 11, in the warning block at the bottom of page three,
- 38:40on the first line, it says specifically,
- 38:43we only issue passports
- 38:44to.
- 38:45The first one they list is US citizens
- 38:48or
- 38:49noncitizen
- 38:50Unknown: US nationals is the with the language that it incorporates. It does say it there. Okay. Well, that's just but that's on the passport
- 38:58information
- 38:59sheet there. And so they're sowing it in. They're
- 39:04those are the only two places I've ever seen it. So what they're trying to do, because that document is critical,
- 39:10that passport application is critical because they've got to tell you what the system is because it's a public information form, gathering form,
- 39:18and they gotta run it past the office of management and budget and get everything on there okay before they put it out. It has to pass muster,
- 39:26and that means they have to tell you you can volunteer out. And so they did all these little tricks
- 39:33document so that people look at it and go, well, I don't know what a national is,
- 39:38but it it's a noncitizen,
- 39:40and I know I'm a citizen because I've been conditioned that way, so I know I can't be that and dispel
- 39:47any questions.
- 39:48That's the reason that's in there. That's your enemy. That's how they think. That's how they plan, and that's how they execute.
- 39:56And if you wanna beat them, you gotta know as much as they do and be as smart and as wise as they do just like Jesus told us.
- 40:06Unknown: Mhmm.
- 40:10Okay.
- 40:11Well, a small change.
- 40:12I sorta like bringing God into my
- 40:15business.
- 40:18On
- 40:19the first line of the affidavit, it says, I name,
- 40:22being of sound mind and lawful age, do solemnly declare,
- 40:26and I'd like to add that,
- 40:28do solemnly declare to all and my heavenly father. Okay. Anything wrong with that? Nope. Stick that in there if that makes you feel better. My feet.
- 40:40Unknown: Thing I noticed in my court case, I And I I let me just inject this, Samuel. It's good when it's not totally cookie cutter stuff when people do put their own
- 40:50inputs into it because how many have you ever Chris, have you ever heard them say this is a form document and send stuff back? A
- 40:59number of years ago, they do that. We can't accept form documents.
- 41:03Unknown: In fact, you'll find that in Iqbal,
- 41:07I q b a l, and Formbly, q w o m b l a y, mere wrote recitations
- 41:13of
- 41:14emotion
- 41:16infusing words are fatally insufficient to support probable cause. They don't want cookie cutters.
- 41:21Each one really is to
- 41:24each man or woman's
- 41:25particular situation.
- 41:27In fact, in my situation,
- 41:30I've
- 41:31used the affidavit
- 41:33for not only delineation
- 41:35of
- 41:36political status
- 41:37qualification,
- 41:38but also to ameliorate
- 41:40dangerous
- 41:41labels that have been falsely put on me that threaten my very life. That's part of what I've been dealing with the Department of Justice, the Secretary of State, and passport division over the past few weeks.
- 41:53Unknown: You know,
- 41:54you you're the opposite of Garth Brooks. You got friends in high places, Chris.
- 42:01Unknown: No. I have enemies in high places.
- 42:03Unknown: In
- 42:05fact, for
- 42:07Samuel's
- 42:08interest,
- 42:09I have run across some very
- 42:13troublesome issues with the California
- 42:16LA division of the passport administration
- 42:19on their district
- 42:21or federal zone of control
- 42:24and obstruction of justice,
- 42:27denial due process of law, and, in fact, they seem to be stonewalling
- 42:32and not providing
- 42:34honest services,
- 42:35breaching their terms of contract. They're advertised on their travelstate.gov
- 42:40website terms of contract,
- 42:43and they have acted with bad faith, not good faith. And they have been not providing my passport in an expeditious fashion
- 42:52even though I paid to expedite Why why are you dealing with California?
- 42:57Unknown: The satellite office. We,
- 43:00Unknown: yes. Well, I entered it here in Las Vegas. They directed it to California.
- 43:05I'm thinking redirecting
- 43:06it to Oklahoma, my birth location,
- 43:09as an augmentary
- 43:11or in the realm of California's
- 43:13Unknown: all in state activist group. Well, you know, Chris, you're just not I thought this stuff all went to
- 43:20Well, it goes this stuff all went to Philadelphia.
- 43:23Unknown: It goes to either Virginia or Philadelphia or something, and then they can farm it out to the satellite offices around the country is the impression I get. Oh. Samuel.
- 43:34Unknown: I get it. It may be that because
- 43:38of the ninth circuit here in Las Vegas being in that particular area, they forward it as a matter of internal policy
- 43:45to the California
- 43:46when I entered it here.
- 43:48But I did notate and append the documents to launch them whenever I entered it at the data entry portal here in Las Vegas at the passport office.
- 43:57Now I have since then sent a IG complaint, a former complaint
- 44:02on failure to provide our services to the secretary of state, Mike Pompeo's,
- 44:09director administrative director of the passport division.
- 44:13And so I begged some phone calls relative to that in the past couple of days, and I am following fervently upon that. Well,
- 44:21Unknown: you know, I would speculate that Mike didn't get your correspondence because he was over at the wailing wall with Netanyahu.
- 44:30Unknown: Yeah. You're probably right. The humping wall is a little bit.
- 44:34Oh,
- 44:37Unknown: lord of mercy. You gotta laugh about this stuff, man. We got a couple people. Doug joined us and and Michael
- 44:44in California
- 44:46joined us too, but I want Samuel to continue on in this, make sure we got enough time to get
- 44:51the primary things covered
- 44:53that are on your agenda, Okay.
- 44:59Unknown: On item three on the affidavit, it says I'm a free citizen of the aforesaid
- 45:04state of my birth and
- 45:07derivative and
- 45:09mediate thereof. I really have trouble with how that reads and I'm not comfortable with can write. No.
- 45:15Unknown: No. Go in there and switch it around. If it makes you more comfortable and says the same thing, then you do it.
- 45:22Unknown: Can I just drop it and put my birth
- 45:25and I'm a citizen of The United States? Just drop it completely. I wouldn't put citizen of United States anywhere.
- 45:33Unknown: I I would put citizen of The United States Of America.
- 45:37And by the way, in your affidavit,
- 45:40form it
- 45:41under
- 45:43and Chris can give us the title. I think it's over in '17.
- 45:46But right there in the code, there's two Jurass. Have you seen that, Samuel?
- 45:5118 USC seventeen forty six. Okay. Could we repeat it again so he can write it down slowly, Chris?
- 45:59Unknown: Title 18 US code section one seven four six
- 46:05affirmations.
- 46:07Unknown: He'll get that'll get him there. That'll get him it's the two Jurats. I think they call them in their Jurats,
- 46:13which are penalties of perjury.
- 46:15And you'll notice when you look at them that one is within The United States and one is without The United States. And you wanna use without The United States, and it specifically
- 46:26says one of the differences you'll see just looking at the two, it's specifically the nomenclature
- 46:32is The United States Of America
- 46:35versus just The United States in the other one.
- 46:39Unknown: Okay. Let me read this without their vative and Derivatives. Out there all. Derivatives. Okay. This is how it would sound.
- 46:47I am a free citizen, uppercase c,
- 46:50of the aforesaid state of my birth,
- 46:53and I am also a citizen, uppercase, of the lowercase United States Of uppercase America
- 47:00as contemplated
- 47:02in the constitutional contract of 1787.
- 47:05Unknown: Man, it sounds like you just graduated from law school.
- 47:09Unknown: Well, I'm reading year after date.
- 47:13Unknown: John well, you're reading what John and them wrote. And and
- 47:17and Glenn,
- 47:18who is
- 47:19man, Glenn is one wonderful
- 47:21he's got a real legal talent, that guy does. Okay?
- 47:25So I don't. I know. Well, most of us don't, and he and he does. And he's waved he's waved his magic wand over these things. So go ahead, Samuel. I'm sorry.
- 47:36Unknown: I hate this stuff, honestly. I love knowing it, but,
- 47:40I I just you know, I when I had to go to court when I had to go to court, I I couldn't eat breakfast.
- 47:46I'd dry heave. I was so upset. I had to put my suit on and go in there. It was just torture.
- 47:53Unknown: I know. I've been there.
- 47:55I mean, listen. I fought the IRS on a summons on books and records in the Richard B Russell Building down there, and we had a a hearing on the summons because I challenged it. And I went through the same thing, didn't sleep for all day, wrote a wonderful brief that I'm sure nobody ever read.
- 48:13But I did get an IRS agent on the stand
- 48:16for four and a half hours,
- 48:19and buddy, she hated my guts. Okay? I never got one piece of evidence. It it it put into evidence because it's procedure stuff, and you don't know all that, and they fly down. Anytime there's a tax case,
- 48:32they never they never
- 48:35have the your attorney local. It's always the guy they fly in from the tax division in DC that specializes
- 48:42in this gobbledygook
- 48:43garbage.
- 48:44So I know what you're talking about. And this is another reason that we're here today because after going through that experience, I told myself there's got to be a better way.
- 48:55There's gotta be.
- 48:57Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:59Unknown: I'm hoping this is it, man. Well, it is it. It is it. If seven years experience
- 49:04of speaking truth to power and power stands mute, that's gotta tell you something.
- 49:11Unknown: I will interject my willingness for
- 49:15Roger to convey my communication because I think we,
- 49:19Sam and I, may wish to have a conversation regarding the origination of the word term citizen
- 49:25and what its true
- 49:27Unknown: etymology may be. Well, we got there. Chris and I have a little distinction in what we think too, but if you guys wanna get put together, we can handle that. Go ahead, Samuel.
- 49:39Unknown: Okay. On the face of the affidavit,
- 49:41do
- 49:43do I need the to put the address I'm sending to on it?
- 49:47Unknown: No. I don't think so.
- 49:50Unknown: Okay.
- 49:52And then do I need to send any ID with this thing seeing it doesn't have the passport?
- 49:58Well, could. Is the the notary
- 50:01Unknown: is the is the notary good enough? Yeah. The notary is good enough because she's looking at your ID to get it notarized.
- 50:09Unknown: Right. Right.
- 50:11Unknown: And maybe I could get also
- 50:13bring my birth certificate and have her make a a jot on there that she's also seen that something as well. I don't see any good that'll do you, but if it makes you feel better, you can bring it along.
- 50:26Unknown: Have her put in the marks because it destroys the efficacy of the evidence. The only one only place
- 50:32Unknown: the birth certificate comes into the whole procedure is if you're applying for a passport and they're trying to be able to be sure it's it's you.
- 50:42Unknown: Okay. One. And
- 50:44Unknown: then and then we've got the opposite of that going on with Thomas,
- 50:48who may be listening today in this group in Texas. Have you heard any of that discussion here lately?
- 50:55Unknown: You asking me? Yeah.
- 50:58Thomas?
- 50:59Unknown: Uh-huh. I'm not sure. Well, he's he submitted his, and he didn't have a picture ID. And, evidently, where he was in Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I caught that, Joe. Right. And they're wanting five more pieces of identification.
- 51:11And I think
- 51:12Chris'
- 51:13is unique,
- 51:14and I think Thomas'
- 51:16situation is unique.
- 51:17I don't believe the average person applying for a passport right now would have to go through that, but I may be wrong.
- 51:27Unknown: And I expect Sam's may be unique.
- 51:30Unknown: No.
- 51:31I think Sam will because your stuff is old. Your old your stuff is thirty years old for the most part, and we haven't got the IRS stuff yet. I hope so.
- 51:41At some point I noticed
- 51:44Unknown: Go ahead. I noticed at the bottom, Roger, when you're
- 51:48you've got your address, you used a bold, and I'm gonna use a PO box. I'm assuming that's gonna be okay. So I just put, you know, location shown below and drop above my That's fine. That's fine.
- 52:00Okay.
- 52:02Unknown: Little simple things. I just wanna dot the i's and cross the t's. It's probably mundane for you guys. But No. No. No. No. Listen, Ed. You know the you know my mantra. The only the only dumb question is the one that didn't ask.
- 52:16Okay.
- 52:19Unknown: Well, now we're getting into the weird stuff.
- 52:22Unknown: Oh. Oh, good. We've been waiting an hour.
- 52:30Unknown: Okay. On on on item five
- 52:33and I have a reason for this. Did you see that on my email? I asked you why I would put homeless on the thing. Did you see that email?
- 52:41Unknown: I I read one of your emails. I don't recall this stuff about homeless on there, so give us give us the background.
- 52:49Unknown: Okay. Back when all this crap happened to me and I got put through the meat grinder, lost my business and everything,
- 52:55you know,
- 52:57lost my properties,
- 52:59just
- 53:01ended up homeless.
- 53:03I was living in a tent,
- 53:05And my mom calls me and says the IRS is looking for you. And she was very upset.
- 53:15Unknown: I'm sorry to laugh at at your misfortune.
- 53:18Unknown: But He didn't he didn't wanna see her son, you know, being pursued by the IRS. She was she was very concerned. I I said, mom,
- 53:26just tell them I'm homeless somewhere in California
- 53:29and you'll
- 53:31be telling them the truth and
- 53:33leave it at that. And she did. And then I never heard from them again. Way. And what year was way of expressing homeless
- 53:40Unknown: is
- 53:41Unknown: transient soul journey. Yeah. That's that's another way of putting it.
- 53:46So what year did all this transient soul What year did they add insult
- 53:51to injury?
- 53:54Unknown: The
- 53:55term I've learned from reading their stuff is a transient
- 53:59Sojourner. S c I n t,
- 54:02souljourner, s o u l
- 54:05or Or souljourner.
- 54:06Unknown: Sojourner.
- 54:07Unknown: Yeah. Or souljourner.
- 54:08Unknown: Yeah. Or you can also use some people have used yeah.
- 54:12He he is. He's not using his headphones today. Some people use the word I am. Oh, are you? Okay. Well, it's my my bad. Yeah. Some people use the word inhabitant
- 54:23too. I've seen that used in those arguments made for it. But
- 54:26I think that if you'll just tell them you're not that,
- 54:30I'm not related to black slaves after the civil war, which were given civil rights under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 54:38I honestly believe you could put that sentence right there, get it notarized,
- 54:44send it to them, and it would do the job.
- 54:48Unknown: Okay.
- 54:50I'm trying to establish
- 54:51some path
- 54:53to give this some ex post factual feeling I get Uh-uh. Proper term. Gonna happen.
- 55:00Unknown: Ain't gonna happen. Okay.
- 55:02Unknown: Well, let me I I put some effort in this, so let me run it by you just Okay. For craziness or whatever. Alright. It's it's sentence it's sentence five here on the affidavit.
- 55:12I am therefore nonresident
- 55:14to the residency
- 55:15Yes. And alien
- 55:17to the citizenship
- 55:19of the fourteenth amendment.
- 55:21Correct. K?
- 55:23Unknown: I was gonna add to that. Very well stated sentence too. Gotta tip my hat to John. Go ahead.
- 55:31Unknown: I was gonna add to that. I
- 55:34may be homeless,
- 55:35but claim dominion
- 55:37from my heavenly father. No.
- 55:40Unknown: Okay. Uh-uh. Okay. If you wanna put that in there.
- 55:44Unknown: Now the reason for dominion
- 55:47is because I own a piece of land.
- 55:51And
- 55:52I want them to know that without knowing that.
- 55:57Unknown: You look at the word term dominion and its definition,
- 56:01it is your permanent
- 56:03that means eternal place of dwelling. It's what couldn't be on this planet I at
- 56:07Unknown: wouldn't worry about honestly, I wouldn't worry about that. I think that what are you gonna do with that land?
- 56:16Unknown: I
- 56:17it's it's where I am. It's it's my thing. It's everything. Okay. So you wanna live there. You are living there.
- 56:26Yes. But homeless
- 56:27because it's not a whole Maintaining a temporary abode.
- 56:31Unknown: I you know, I I don't think there'd be any problem with all that
- 56:36down the line. I don't know that you see, we think that they scrutinize every word. They get one of these in. It's a clerk. They're gonna put it in your administrative file. It's not gonna be scrutinized other than they see what it is and stick it in your file would be my guess. Now I don't know for sure. Well, I I know how bureaucrats
- 56:55thousand and I I know that. Alright. Where's that coming from?
- 57:00I know where how bureaucrats
- 57:02work and how they think to a large extent. So,
- 57:06you know, just keep all that in mind, but I don't see there's anything wrong with that. I don't know that it's gonna do you any good or any bad.
- 57:14Unknown: Okay. Because the
- 57:16main thing is to protect this
- 57:1820 acres I have.
- 57:20I put a land patent done in 2010,
- 57:23but, of course, I did that as a slave. So I figured I'm gonna redo the land patent after this has been been That
- 57:31Unknown: might not be I'm gonna redo it. Might not be a bad idea. I tell you, one of our listeners
- 57:36gave me a good idea a while back. Lynn,
- 57:39I hadn't heard from Lynn in a long time. She's
- 57:42over
- 57:4370 years old and lives out in Texas out in the middle of nowhere off the grid and raises wolves.
- 57:52Okay?
- 57:52So just a cross section of my listening audience here.
- 57:57She said that what they did is they took and sold the land.
- 58:02Let's say you sold it to an entity
- 58:05for
- 58:08something you'd set up, trust.
- 58:10You sold it to a trust
- 58:12for $1 another valuable, or $10 another valuable consideration,
- 58:17and then
- 58:18trust doesn't go down and change it on the property rolls. So
- 58:22when they come to you and say, Yo, property tax, and of course it's blank land, so taxes on land are pretty Raw land are pretty cheap. You come back and say, I don't own that land anymore,
- 58:32and it's effectively off the rolls.
- 58:36Mhmm. I've I've now I don't know any of the repercussions of that, but it should work. You're in your position. They come and say, hey, mister Trust, you gotta put this on the property rolls, and mister Trust says, oh, no. I don't.
- 58:52Unknown: Sam may find it intriguing to know that I have successfully
- 58:57defended
- 58:58a land patent in the state of Arizona County of Yavapai
- 59:02and received a sub Valencia decision
- 59:05on
- 59:06international
- 59:07law of treaty,
- 59:09private grants of landmaid patent, and constitutional diversity of citizenship, and they paid 11 miles of previously unpaved road
- 59:17to say they were sorry
- 59:19being caught being criminals down there. So it was a rather long fought battle in defensive medicine, but it was very interesting and there were some repercussions later on that were rather intriguing. Well, there you go. See, Sam, you and Chris can have lengthy phone conversations
- 59:36Unknown: later.
- 59:37Go ahead.
- 59:39Unknown: Yeah. Chris Chris mentioned team law yester a couple of days ago, I think, and that is where my land patent comes from.
- 59:48Unknown: That's very good except there are some other things to know about land patent that maybe he didn't know or at that time didn't know, maybe has learned. But Okay. Well, I'm I'm also looking at at defending defending
- 1:00:01Unknown: in defense of rural America. Are you guys familiar with that website?
- 1:00:05No. They they also have land a land patent
- 1:00:09situation
- 1:00:09that looks good.
- 1:00:11I don't know if anybody's looked into that one, Chris. Have you? I have some personally familiarity
- 1:00:18Unknown: from sometime back with that one.
- 1:00:20That's a
- 1:00:21cattlemen and ranchers and agricultural
- 1:00:25land rights protection
- 1:00:26as I recall.
- 1:00:29Unknown: Okay.
- 1:00:32Well, after I purchased this piece of property,
- 1:00:37I
- 1:00:37about
- 1:00:38four years in the county local plan changed
- 1:00:43my
- 1:00:45use of land because it was
- 1:00:48residential agricultural
- 1:00:50usage.
- 1:00:51But the agenda twenty one thing tried to shove it into a category where basically they could say
- 1:00:57that if you didn't have the resources, you couldn't be on the land. And that's sort of like open
- 1:01:02ended. They can do any damn thing they want. They can say, well, you don't have enough water or whatever. Right? Yeah. So
- 1:01:09I I
- 1:01:10sent them certified mail saying I do not accept this ex post facto
- 1:01:15changing of my ownership, and I never heard back from them, and I have that in my file. Good. Well, that's a that's a good non you know, no rebuttal. That's good. This
- 1:01:24Unknown: is this is the kind of crap they're up to. You know? I mean, they all wanna force us all into stack and pack on the on the highway corridor. That's what they want. Yep. And and you saw last week when you called in on Friday and Stephanie called in and you got to hear a little bit of her story. We hadn't heard anything from Stephanie. I did put her in touch with Chris and and Brent. So maybe there's some things going on there, but they you
- 1:01:48know, when the when the empire is about to crumble,
- 1:01:52it's when the most looting occurs.
- 1:01:56Unknown: Oh, that's it.
- 1:01:58Unknown: They're gonna get everything they can get on the way out the door. I'm gonna tell you about this ex post facto thing.
- 1:02:05I my experience is and I didn't know the Secretary of State connection at this point when I was getting robbed,
- 1:02:15and they stole $35,000
- 1:02:17from me at the closing of my house.
- 1:02:19That's an interesting story on its own because it verifies our thesises.
- 1:02:24But
- 1:02:26after that, even though I had had it on file with the IRS,
- 1:02:30and part of what they grabbed were all the frivolous filing penalties and penalties
- 1:02:36and interest and stuff on that, is I've never heard from them again. So, my my experience is
- 1:02:43there, if they've got you in some sort of a contractual nexus
- 1:02:47up to this point,
- 1:02:50they're gonna try and get as much of a pound of flesh out of your rear end as you get out the door as they can get.
- 1:02:58But post the satisfaction
- 1:03:00of those specific contracts,
- 1:03:03there's no action.
- 1:03:08Now
- 1:03:09I think for the audience that may be listening out there, again,
- 1:03:13it's like a job interview here. The ideal candidate
- 1:03:17possesses, boom boom, a clean slate because
- 1:03:21you should be able to file the affidavit with the Secretary of State. That severs the nexus through the whole system. Now
- 1:03:30you go back and send it to the IRS
- 1:03:33with a cover letter telling them that it's on file with the Secretary of State ahead of their receiving it, and I don't think you'll ever hear from them again.
- 1:03:44Unknown: Okay, well I'll cross that bridge carefully when I get there. No. It's no. Around here, we no. Say
- 1:03:50Unknown: Around here, we say it's what Ted
- 1:03:52told Mary Jo. We'll drive off that bridge when we get to it.
- 1:04:00Unknown: Good bet.
- 1:04:01Okay.
- 1:04:03I
- 1:04:04hope not.
- 1:04:06You know, Roger,
- 1:04:08Unknown: I am really glad that
- 1:04:11Freedom found his way to the show today because he is a very interesting man. Oh, it's an interesting story too. He brings a lot of different aspects
- 1:04:21to the program that
- 1:04:23bears some pretty
- 1:04:25extensive introspection
- 1:04:27and investigation.
- 1:04:28Well Because we are really searching for the truth here, and he's on paths with it that we haven't reversed. That's why I encourage people to do this
- 1:04:39Unknown: because we can sit here, explore them, have a brain trust,
- 1:04:43other people get
- 1:04:45a different some insight in, and we all grow through it.
- 1:04:55Unknown: Well, I have
- 1:04:57one more thing. This is an addition.
- 1:05:00And now that you guys know a little bit more about this background,
- 1:05:04this is
- 1:05:06trying to give the affidavit maybe a little more time date
- 1:05:10back to this rage. So this is what I wrote.
- 1:05:14This is probably gonna be the most You're not giving up on this, are you? Gonna be the most
- 1:05:19this is probably gonna be the most controversial
- 1:05:22thing about this whole thing. So here we go. I I saved it for last. Okay.
- 1:05:29Yeah. I I would insert it between seven and eight on the affidavit.
- 1:05:34It's furthermore,
- 1:05:35in 1993
- 1:05:37to 1995,
- 1:05:38I made these affirmations
- 1:05:40concerning jurisdiction
- 1:05:42in documents that I filed into a California court and supported verbally
- 1:05:47that the court did not have jurisdiction over me.
- 1:05:51Unknown: But they did. They
- 1:05:53did because you didn't sever it from the top.
- 1:05:56See, that's the deal. We don't impute the feudal system into this. And when you wanna volunteer out Am I gonna get hurt with this project? No. But there's just there's no there's no sense to me to me. This is my opinion. No sense in putting it in there. I understand you got your ox gored,
- 1:06:13and and you're carrying a heavy burden. Okay? But it just didn't gonna do any good. And to me, anything that additionally clouds the water shouldn't be there.
- 1:06:23Your main object with this is to get your status changed and get it into their possession in form that they recognize
- 1:06:32and
- 1:06:34c'est la vie.
- 1:06:36Unknown: Okay.
- 1:06:37But this
- 1:06:41Unknown: go ahead, Chris. I wanna hear what you have to say. Somebody's banging around. These microphones are real sensitive.
- 1:06:47People that are are sitting on here and not on mute and and that stuff's distracting from what we're trying to do. So please put it on mute if you're not talking. Go ahead, Chris.
- 1:06:58Unknown: I was just going to say, I think if I draft
- 1:07:02Sam's position,
- 1:07:04is in that case where he challenged jurisdiction,
- 1:07:07they eventually
- 1:07:08conceded that he they did not have jurisdiction over him based upon that affidavit
- 1:07:14and his challenges
- 1:07:16squarely on the record back then.
- 1:07:19And then that may have some meritority
- 1:07:22on this operation.
- 1:07:23That's kind of what I've done in mind. I've put in there that I have entered this very substantially similar affidavit in multiple federal cases, local city state and county
- 1:07:35and other location
- 1:07:37and has never been rebutted
- 1:07:39whatsoever.
- 1:07:40Therefore, it stands as truth and rebutted
- 1:07:42Unknown: in federal rule nine zero one parenthetical seven irrefutable evidence. They didn't recognize it, though. They threw you in the funny farm and did all that other stuff.
- 1:07:53Unknown: Well, because they just What I'm trying to do, guys what what I'm trying to do is give this this affidavit that I file
- 1:08:01here soon.
- 1:08:03I'm trying to give it some past
- 1:08:07of that I've been thinking this way, and I believe this way, and I act this way, and I have lived this way.
- 1:08:14And
- 1:08:15even even though you may not have recognized it, you're not gonna find
- 1:08:22a voter roll on me. You're not gonna find a bank account. That that make you're not gonna find a lot. Okay, here's
- 1:08:29Unknown: the misnomer of our community,
- 1:08:32not knowing
- 1:08:33that it's the feudal era,
- 1:08:35not knowing that the nexus
- 1:08:38of the jurisdiction they're imposing on you was from birth.
- 1:08:43Every other one of those things, when you opened up a bank account, when you applied for Social Security,
- 1:08:49when you applied for a job and they ask you those questions,
- 1:08:52all those things are doing is confirming
- 1:08:55the status you're already in. You don't have to they didn't make nothing except give them the consent of the governor because they asked you, Samuel, are you involuntary
- 1:09:07servitude under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment?
- 1:09:10And you, in both instances, said yes, a citizen and a resident,
- 1:09:15and you signed it. And what you did was confirm their question.
- 1:09:20Now they have the consent of the governed
- 1:09:23to make it constitutional.
- 1:09:29Unknown: K.
- 1:09:30So you don't think there's any
- 1:09:33benefit to me putting that in there Let let's say a lien comes in after
- 1:09:40'93
- 1:09:40between now and then.
- 1:09:43Unknown: You don't think that helps me at all to They can only dispute go back seven years.
- 1:09:49Okay?
- 1:09:50Unknown: Okay.
- 1:09:52And
- 1:09:53But you didn't really answer the question.
- 1:09:56Unknown: I don't I don't think it does any good to put that in there. But, again,
- 1:10:00if it
- 1:10:02you sleep better at night and get a little of that
- 1:10:06aggression off of your chest and shoulders, then, you know, put it in there.
- 1:10:11Unknown: Yeah. Can I read it one more time? Yeah.
- 1:10:15I read one more time? And
- 1:10:17and then I wanna make sure it's not gonna hurt me. Okay? Yeah. I'm gonna read it one more time. Furthermore, in 1993
- 1:10:24to 1995,
- 1:10:25I made these affirmations.
- 1:10:28And, you know, this isn't the document of the of the affidavit.
- 1:10:32It's in there talking about Kim Wanoffer and all this. So I'm basically
- 1:10:37saying that I made these statements in the in in documents that I filed into a California court and supported verbally that the court did not have jurisdictional plea. Whatever happened again. That's what I did. What happened after they threw you in jail and you went on a hunger strike?
- 1:10:54Oh, that was before the trial started because he was gonna go he was gonna roll over my jurisdictional plea, and I got pissed off. I said something to the judge, and that's when he threw me in jail. And I fasted
- 1:11:05for five days,
- 1:11:07just drank water,
- 1:11:08and I wanted to let him know. He sent his a relative in there, an attorney, to talk to me.
- 1:11:17Unknown: Okay.
- 1:11:18Unknown: Unbiased individual, mean, actually. So so let's continue. So after he sent that you went through that period and there was still a trial afterwards?
- 1:11:29Yes. Well, they didn't recognize your damn jurisdiction.
- 1:11:33We why are you expecting the secretary of state to recognize it twenty twenty something years later?
- 1:11:41Unknown: No. I'm I'm just saying whether whether
- 1:11:45whether they were right or wrong,
- 1:11:47this was my thinking. This is where I've lived my life like ever since.
- 1:11:51Unknown: Well, I actually throw crap at me.
- 1:11:54Unknown: You know? That's all. That's
- 1:11:57Unknown: all nice and it's all good, but it doesn't make a damn bit of difference. Axe to grind. I'm done with it. Know? I'm not saying that, like Until you the axe or anything. Yeah. The date of demarcation,
- 1:12:08Samuel,
- 1:12:09is when they receive this affidavit at the secretary of state of the United States'
- 1:12:15office up in DC,
- 1:12:17not in a court.
- 1:12:19And look, I've seen it for thirty years. I've seen people do this, and I've never seen anybody be successful at it from the bottom up. Chris, have you ever seen anybody Oh, I understand that. Jurisdiction from the bottom up and and come out a winner?
- 1:12:34Unknown: I have not. However, I have read the passport
- 1:12:40manual
- 1:12:41from the
- 1:12:42secretary of state's office to their agents.
- 1:12:45And it does say that there are alternative
- 1:12:49methodologies
- 1:12:50where the public functionaries
- 1:12:52and court officers have a duty to transmit
- 1:12:57as an alternative entry point to the
- 1:13:00embassies or passport entry portels.
- 1:13:04And so there could be a case made that putting them into federal courts or other courts
- 1:13:10could have some materiality.
- 1:13:14Unknown: Keep it simple is my suggestion.
- 1:13:16I'm glad we're having the discussion, though, so we can explore the parameters.
- 1:13:21Unknown: I just basically wanna know, will it hurt me? That's all. I don't think it will,
- 1:13:27Unknown: and I'm not sure it'll help you either. It may be just totally benign,
- 1:13:32but like I said, you're making
- 1:13:35statement. It's a factual statement in a document based on facts,
- 1:13:41and if that's the case, they can't come back and ding you for it. And if it makes you feel better and sleep a little better at night and get a little bit of that off of your chest, then you do it.
- 1:13:52Unknown: Okay. I I remember when I was I was doing this paperwork and stuff and trying
- 1:13:58to get it even the clerk of the court didn't wanna file it. You know? I had to give her paperwork
- 1:14:04Yeah. To to sue her in order to get her to file the document.
- 1:14:09And one of my buddies out at the pub was studying law, and I gave him a copy of my paperwork.
- 1:14:16And he read it. Couple days later, we were we were we were talking.
- 1:14:21And he says, you know what? He says, this this has either been written by a nut or an absolutely
- 1:14:28genius.
- 1:14:31Unknown: Well, let's we'll defer to the second. Who's breathing into their phone?
- 1:14:35Somebody's, like, hot and heavy on the phone there.
- 1:14:40Unknown: Well, didn't Einstein
- 1:14:42say that there was a very small
- 1:14:45separation
- 1:14:46between
- 1:14:46Unknown: a genius and an idiot? Well, I'll you one thing. I know for sure their plan is genius,
- 1:14:53and I don't think I don't think you'll get anybody to argue that point.
- 1:15:00Okay. You got some anything else to add, Sam? Because I haven't even
- 1:15:04hardly heard
- 1:15:05from Doug or Michael.
- 1:15:08And Freedom just left, it says. So Samuel just left. I guess he'll call back in there. He's calling right back in already.
- 1:15:15Okay.
- 1:15:16So we'll click him in and get him back.
- 1:15:19Samuel, we lost you. You're back.
- 1:15:22Do you have anything else to add that you wanted us to know about?
- 1:15:27Unknown: That was pretty much it, Roger.
- 1:15:29Unknown: Thank you. Well, I wanna congratulate you,
- 1:15:32and I'm sorry you've had all these downtimes in your life, but we all have them.
- 1:15:37And, you know, it sounds to me like you've taken the right
- 1:15:41course and made them into learning experiences.
- 1:15:44And I'm real happy to have you on with our group here and
- 1:15:49a regular listener of the program. I appreciate you coming to us with that and having a chance to cover it because
- 1:15:55these
- 1:15:57are, a, the reason the show's here, and b, real important to everybody. K? Because everybody learns from this stuff. Alright? And as I've said so many times, you can't hear it enough.
- 1:16:09You can't hear that r plus d equals r and those basics of law and the kind of stuff that we've covered today. You can't hear that enough.
- 1:16:21Unknown: Yeah. I I listen to your science of law
- 1:16:24thing in the last few days twice.
- 1:16:27Awesome.
- 1:16:28Unknown: Good.
- 1:16:29That those basics, man. When I started doing this, that was because I was monitored. I was on Republic over there where Ralph is, and the Southern Poverty Law Center was monitoring Republic.
- 1:16:42I had seen that mentioned in an article.
- 1:16:46And so I got on here and started on Jeff's show and started putting this out, and then Jeff said, man, somebody got ahold of me and running you down, this, that, and the other. And then I was on another show
- 1:16:58on RBN with some kids that were from Atlanta. It was a morning show, and a male female morning team. And I got on with them for three hours,
- 1:17:07and they were contacted by this same guy. Okay? And then a guy that was a student of John and Glenn's that was an avid remember Tommy from Brooklyn, Chris?
- 1:17:20Yes. I do. Oh, Tommy was one of John and Glenn's students. He's a wild guy. We knew each other. And he got ahold of me, and he said, Roger, I was listening to this guy named Russ called in to some show, and he was running you up one side and down the other. And he said, I called into the program, and I said, look. I had the same teachers this guy had. He knows what he's talking about.
- 1:17:42And so then they one of the hosts or somebody got a letter, an email from him that they forwarded to me. It may have been Bennett.
- 1:17:51And so
- 1:17:52I was sitting there and I knew that the Southern Poverty Law Center was
- 1:17:57monitoring them. And I was talking to one of my real good students up in Georgia. And I was telling him this story because the guy was going, that stuff that Roger Sales is teaching is going to get a lot of people in trouble. He used to be an MLM and all this stuff. Just anything derogatory,
- 1:18:12you know? And
- 1:18:13so, Rick, my student, he said, well, you know, Roger, I was in a cop station the other day and I saw one of those Southern Poverty Law Center things they send out to the police all over the country and I grabbed it and I said, well, do you still have it? And he said, yeah, I do And I said, well, go get it. And so he went and got that publication, and he opened it up, and there's all the credits.
- 1:18:34And the very top guy, the editor and all that stuff is a guy named Russell
- 1:18:39Estes.
- 1:18:40And so I said, well, look down the rest. Are there any other Russes on the list? No. There wasn't. And so I got on the air and started calling him out with his last name,
- 1:18:50and we never heard from him again.
- 1:18:52But their big complaint
- 1:18:53was that stuff that Roger Sales is teaching is gonna get a lot of people in trouble. And I wrote him back, and I said, it is gonna get a lot of people in trouble, and it's you son of a bitches that have done this that are gonna be in the trouble.
- 1:19:08And I never heard from him, obviously. Okay?
- 1:19:11But
- 1:19:12that was when I was teaching those basics of law that's in that video. That's what they don't want out.
- 1:19:20That's what they're not teaching in the law schools for fifty decades.
- 1:19:25This is how you beat them. That's what they're scared of. It's what's on that video, the science of law. They're scared that you know that basic substantive law so well that they can't pull the wool over your eyes.
- 1:19:39That's what they're scared of right there.
- 1:19:47Doug. Roger, I I just wanna Yeah. Go ahead, Samuel, and then I'll go to Doug.
- 1:19:51Unknown: I I just wanna confirm your cover letter thing I I've got here. To whom it may concern,
- 1:19:57please place this affidavit firmly and permanently
- 1:20:00into my administrative file. No. Please place this
- 1:20:05Unknown: citizenship
- 1:20:06evidence.
- 1:20:09Unknown: Or
- 1:20:12Unknown: you could put leave affidavit
- 1:20:14and put in parentheses
- 1:20:16citizenship
- 1:20:17evidence in quotes.
- 1:20:20Unknown: Okay.
- 1:20:20I'll wait here. Please place this citizen evidence
- 1:20:24firmly and permanently into my administrative file. Correct.
- 1:20:28Unknown: Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Have
- 1:20:31a nice retirement.
- 1:20:38Unknown: Thank you. Oh, I gotta put thank you. I'm I'm sorry. Yeah. Well,
- 1:20:42Unknown: I mean, you know, mama taught me that honey draws more flies than vinegar.
- 1:20:48And our people wanna get on there and be belligerent. And, you know, they're just clerks, man, and you don't need to be real belligerent with them unless they get ugly with you. We have had that happen once or twice.
- 1:21:00Bob, who hadn't called in today, actually is the only person I know that's gotten a phone call from the state department.
- 1:21:08And are you sure you wanna do this and this, that, and the other? And finally, Bob got aggravated, and I guess the discussion got a little the exchange got a little heated. And he said, listen, lady. I don't care what you do with it except you make darn sure it's in my administrative file. Thank you very much.
- 1:21:27Unknown: Yeah. When I when I was looking in into the
- 1:21:31the the changing of the
- 1:21:33status on on the land, when they changed it to, like, the agenda 21 thing, I went down to the county to try to find out what this new
- 1:21:42name they put on the land, what it meant. And I was digging and digging and some really older nice ladies
- 1:21:49knew exactly what I was looking for and why and they set me in the right direction to get it. Good.
- 1:21:59Unknown: Well, there's there's some good people in the system. I mean, they are they're just marginalized and overridden because they put all of their people in the key positions.
- 1:22:07Douglas,
- 1:22:08you joined us twenty minutes ago or more. We hadn't heard a peep out of you. What's going on up there in Arkansas today, buddy?
- 1:22:15Unknown: Well, let me give you this. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
- 1:22:20Unknown: I'm a I'm
- 1:22:22a
- 1:22:23I'm an eagle on the wall watching what's going on. You know? Good.
- 1:22:28Just waiting
- 1:22:29waiting to pounce,
- 1:22:32so to say. It's not really not really
- 1:22:36about that, but with my 2¢ I'll add here, maybe that'll
- 1:22:43prepare us to to do that. So first
- 1:22:47thing, Roger, thank you for welcoming me. Hello to all.
- 1:22:51Except
- 1:22:52the enemies.
- 1:22:54Unknown: I don't welcome you. You scumdog. No. Listen. We're glad we're they may learn something, Doug.
- 1:23:01Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. If they
- 1:23:04yeah. If they've taken up drugs
- 1:23:07and then wake up, they might learn something, but I I don't give them that
- 1:23:14I won't I won't give them that
- 1:23:17Unknown: assumption. Hey. Hey, Doug. Doug. Doug.
- 1:23:20Even even even Saul
- 1:23:23was changed.
- 1:23:28Unknown: Then what? You mean Paul Saul? Yes.
- 1:23:31Paul Saul. Yeah. Not the original one, Saul. But yeah. Well, anyway,
- 1:23:37the first thing I wanted to ask of Chris,
- 1:23:41because I was writing this down feverishly,
- 1:23:45and
- 1:23:47on this
- 1:23:48thing, I I think it relates I've been making notes here.
- 1:23:54You know, one of them is feed the cat, feed the dog,
- 1:23:58whatever. Just kidding.
- 1:24:01But
- 1:24:03the
- 1:24:04this title a
- 1:24:07USC
- 1:24:09section
- 1:24:0911 o one exec,
- 1:24:12I I believe he said the small
- 1:24:15a in parenthesis
- 1:24:17two zero one in parentheses,
- 1:24:20but I I just read the no.
- 1:24:23Unknown: He's he's about to he's gonna he's gonna correct you. Because Chris likes to give all these docket docket numbers and stuff. So correcting,
- 1:24:32Chris.
- 1:24:34Unknown: It's title eight
- 1:24:36USC
- 1:24:38section
- 1:24:3911 o one,
- 1:24:41Perrin, that's short for parentheses,
- 1:24:44small a,
- 1:24:45Perrin 22,
- 1:24:49paren
- 1:24:50capital b,
- 1:24:52not paren a.
- 1:24:56Unknown: Got that. Capital b what? Capital b, not a. Capital b what? Not a. Explicitly not capital a, paren.
- 1:25:06Unknown: The capital a Perrin says means a US citizen.
- 1:25:10The capital b says, although not a citizen,
- 1:25:15owns permanent owes permanent allegiance
- 1:25:18Unknown: to The United States Of America. And they're right there. If you know those basics of law, that tells you what it is. Why? Because you receive your benefits and duties. You still owe the duty to the greater country, so therefore, you've got to be the old state citizen.
- 1:25:36Unknown: Well, you know, the way I look at it is I have different tools, and, like, I have framing nailers,
- 1:25:44I've got finish nailers,
- 1:25:46and they have specifics
- 1:25:50to them, like a certain gauge,
- 1:25:53which is the thickness diameter of the nail,
- 1:25:56and then the
- 1:25:58angle,
- 1:25:59so many degrees. Okay? So these are specifications.
- 1:26:03So that's why I wanted to ask that for clarification
- 1:26:07there.
- 1:26:08And the next thing I want to address was this
- 1:26:11OMB number.
- 1:26:15When I was doing some of the work I was doing in the defense of others and myself,
- 1:26:22when I first began in my case, which lasted about eight months, and and I took time off
- 1:26:30to
- 1:26:31I was working about eighteen hours a day
- 1:26:34doing this. And
- 1:26:37I I didn't know anything about documents or the law or anything, and I have this
- 1:26:45man I had met who
- 1:26:48proposed
- 1:26:49well, he did know a lot.
- 1:26:51So he would write these things to me, and they would be voluminous.
- 1:26:56Okay? Just hundreds of court cases and all this stuff, and I would
- 1:27:03put it into the case,
- 1:27:05etcetera.
- 1:27:06And nothing was really it was like I was talking
- 1:27:10Unknown: to the air. It's like and I Doug, can I make you a guarantee right now? Nobody read them.
- 1:27:19Unknown: They were put in the circular file, I'm sure.
- 1:27:23And but because of my time I was putting in,
- 1:27:27I became kind of a quick study
- 1:27:30and started
- 1:27:31writing my own papers
- 1:27:33and
- 1:27:35rebuttals,
- 1:27:36etcetera.
- 1:27:37And
- 1:27:38but after the whole thing was done,
- 1:27:42which I brought up to Arkansas
- 1:27:45appellate court, you know, they they shut me down.
- 1:27:49So I relate to
- 1:27:53Freedom Dump there. And
- 1:27:56so
- 1:27:58I continued on and still continue on. That's why I love I love the law. I love understanding truth and application
- 1:28:08and
- 1:28:09this kind of thing. And back to the OMB number,
- 1:28:13you know, we
- 1:28:14me and this other guy, he was a little older than myself, and we used to look at OMB numbers
- 1:28:22because
- 1:28:23I I don't remember exactly,
- 1:28:25but I'm I'm pretty sure they have an expiration date. They do. So if there's a document
- 1:28:32that has an OMB number on it and it's expired
- 1:28:36because it has to be renewed, then it's invalid.
- 1:28:41Unknown: Doug, do you remember when you were looking in there the definition of a ten forty form in the OMB's
- 1:28:48nomenclature?
- 1:28:50Unknown: Not
- 1:28:51not not not specifically
- 1:28:54with the ten forty, but I understood the application
- 1:28:58of the OMB
- 1:29:01numbers. So, yes, it has to have a beginning date and an ending date. Right. A 10:40,
- 1:29:07Unknown: because it's a public information gathering form,
- 1:29:10has to have that number. And when they assign and look at those forms in the Office of Management and Budget,
- 1:29:18they have a lot of information about it, all these different government forms.
- 1:29:22But boy, there's a lot of outside noise coming in.
- 1:29:26Y'all please be cognizant. Those microphones are real sensitive.
- 1:29:30And if you go to the OMB definition
- 1:29:33of a ten forty,
- 1:29:35it says something about recapture
- 1:29:38property.
- 1:29:39So it's something about they're recapturing
- 1:29:42property. Well, what's the property they're recapturing? The fruits of their property's labor.
- 1:29:48Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:29:51Unknown: And so,
- 1:29:54anyway,
- 1:29:56the
- 1:29:58the when we also
- 1:30:01when I was
- 1:30:02fighting this case here,
- 1:30:05I always used the 1787
- 1:30:08constitution
- 1:30:09because it's different.
- 1:30:11I think it was the 1787.
- 1:30:14It might have been the 1783,
- 1:30:16but
- 1:30:17anyway.
- 1:30:18So it is a love hate relationship.
- 1:30:22And
- 1:30:23while I was doing this, I've got this little book, little it was a soft bound book, but it was how to
- 1:30:33perform in court. And and the main thing I got out of it was don't get don't get out. You know? Don't don't get angry. So I and I'm I I
- 1:30:44at that time, you know, I was more had a more propensity
- 1:30:48to get kicked off and and
- 1:30:51etcetera.
- 1:30:52So I would show it, but I wouldn't
- 1:30:54exercise it in
- 1:30:58you know, by
- 1:31:00getting angry.
- 1:31:02You know, the only thing I ever did with the judge was when he
- 1:31:08said something, I I said one time to to him, should I have to look at this? And it seemed to be something good to say.
- 1:31:17And I said, well,
- 1:31:20you know, are you rushing to judgment?
- 1:31:23And he had
- 1:31:24an answer already for that,
- 1:31:28and I was, you know, a neophyte
- 1:31:31in this whole thing
- 1:31:33here. And
- 1:31:35so
- 1:31:38the
- 1:31:40the jurisdiction,
- 1:31:43you know,
- 1:31:44the
- 1:31:45I'll I'll just say this that, see, if you if you always have to go to the top dog, and that's what you should do. Yep. You go to the top dog.
- 1:31:57And and then if he doesn't rebut it, now you've got standing.
- 1:32:02Okay?
- 1:32:03And I'll
- 1:32:05just tell this little story.
- 1:32:07I may have told it before, but for those who've never heard it, maybe I never told it to you. But when I used to travel around with my quartz, yeah, I'm a street smart guy.
- 1:32:19And
- 1:32:20so but now I was in a Christian, quote, ministry.
- 1:32:25And so me, me, and my other three compadres
- 1:32:28are
- 1:32:30somewhere out wherever, Wyoming,
- 1:32:32because we traveled all around
- 1:32:34The United States. And so we go into this bar. It's about noontime,
- 1:32:40and
- 1:32:42we go in there. It's really dark in this place,
- 1:32:45and
- 1:32:46the
- 1:32:48like, the cockles on the back of my neck
- 1:32:52stand up. And so I know we're in trouble
- 1:32:55here,
- 1:32:56that this is control.
- 1:32:59Okay? There's there's, like, one guy.
- 1:33:03And in this case here, the the
- 1:33:05the
- 1:33:07what I'm talking about is the secretary of state, but it wasn't him. There's one guy in this bar out in the middle of nowhere.
- 1:33:16And
- 1:33:17so I
- 1:33:18I
- 1:33:20discerned this that we were kind of in trouble.
- 1:33:25And we walked in there, and it's like the classic bar scene where the stranger walks in and every all of games and all the talk and everything stops
- 1:33:35and everybody looks at you
- 1:33:37and,
- 1:33:38you know, like a
- 1:33:40a mouse to a cat.
- 1:33:42So
- 1:33:44so we sat down. We were gonna order food,
- 1:33:47but I discerned what was going on. So I went up to the bar, and I said to the bartender,
- 1:33:53who's the guy, the top guy in this place? And he pointed over to me like a gun smoke episode or something.
- 1:34:01So I went over there to the guy. He's looking at me,
- 1:34:06and
- 1:34:07I sat down there.
- 1:34:09And
- 1:34:11we didn't say much. And I looked at him, and I said, you know, you're the most ugly guy I've ever seen in my life.
- 1:34:21Unknown: Dale Carnegie School of influence men and people. And
- 1:34:27Unknown: the guy got really stern faced,
- 1:34:30and then he
- 1:34:32he just smiled
- 1:34:35and he declared,
- 1:34:36leave these guys alone.
- 1:34:38Give them whatever they want, and we ate, and we walked out of there.
- 1:34:45Okay?
- 1:34:46True story.
- 1:34:47Unknown: Well,
- 1:34:48miss mister
- 1:34:49Unknown: Pompeo is that you gotta go to the secretary of state. Mister Pompeo
- 1:34:55Unknown: guy, you gotta confront there. If you can drag him away from the bowing at the wailing wall over there, mister Pompeo will do the same thing.
- 1:35:04Unknown: Tass it. Well, when he's away, somebody else is gonna be there
- 1:35:08doing his job,
- 1:35:10and that's probably the case most of the time. So unrebited,
- 1:35:14there you go. You have standing.
- 1:35:17Okay?
- 1:35:19And and it's evidence.
- 1:35:21Unknown: Okay? That's what they call it. Not
- 1:35:24sure what they call it. You could also, on that cover letter, say, would you please send a copy of this to all the traders on the 7th Floor?
- 1:35:34Unknown: Yeah. Well, I was telling you one other issue here that's relevant.
- 1:35:38Whenever I filed my documents,
- 1:35:42every time
- 1:35:43I went to the clerk of court and I wanted a time stamp
- 1:35:49legitimate
- 1:35:50copy
- 1:35:50of all the documents filed,
- 1:35:53and through the process,
- 1:35:56they stuck documents in there that weren't on the paperwork.
- 1:36:01Okay?
- 1:36:02They stuck it, like, backdated it and stuck it in there. Well, I don't know about that. So this is the kind of day to go.
- 1:36:10Unknown: When I did mine now, Kate, keep in mind, this is before anybody was doing this thirty years ago. Okay? This is John and Glenn's instructions.
- 1:36:18File it in the property records office. Hell, I didn't even know there was a property records office, much less how to do any of that stuff. And I remember I went down there. If you check it in my book, it's on the one that's published in the book. The filing date was 12/31/1992.
- 1:36:36It was the last day of the year. And I went down there. I was home for Christmas.
- 1:36:41And I went down there, and the lady looked at me and she said, are you sure you wanna file this?
- 1:36:48And I said, yeah.
- 1:36:50And she's five pages in 1992
- 1:36:54cost me $30
- 1:36:55to file. K?
- 1:36:57And so I then knew that we were supposed to get it certified
- 1:37:01by the clerk of the court.
- 1:37:03Now what they do is take your document with all the information on it with their stamps,
- 1:37:09and you take it to the clerk of the court,
- 1:37:11and he goes back and checks to make sure that it's on the books, and he comes back and puts a little stamp on it. They never added any documents or anything to mine in that process, Doug. They just stamped it. And what the clerk of the court stamp is is a surety
- 1:37:27that the paperwork that he's stamping is filed in the record that you are saying it is.
- 1:37:36Unknown: Well, and the most important thing is kind
- 1:37:39stamps.
- 1:37:40So it goes to the very hour and minute
- 1:37:43and day. Yeah. And
- 1:37:46so every time that I would do this, because I would do this consistently,
- 1:37:50then
- 1:37:51I found the doc when when I would do the next one, I'd find a document that wasn't in the previous one. Okay. So this is fraud. It's
- 1:38:01fraud upon the court that there's collusion
- 1:38:05going on and but because
- 1:38:09I didn't have
- 1:38:11the standing
- 1:38:12of the affidavit,
- 1:38:15which you're promoting,
- 1:38:18that's why they could just brush brush it away.
- 1:38:22But once you have that I the top dog It's the key.
- 1:38:26Yeah. You know, look. It Gary, it's very simple. Die. What?
- 1:38:31Unknown: It's very simple. The fish rots from the head down.
- 1:38:35They control from the top down.
- 1:38:38All of our people have been, for whatever instances, in many in some instances, it's because they're damn scared interacting with them, and I understand that. But in whatever the reasons,
- 1:38:49they insist on doing it from the bottom up, and we know after twenty five plus years that that just doesn't work.
- 1:38:58Unknown: Well and and in the the situation in the bar that I was telling you about, see, these people are cowards.
- 1:39:06They got a lot of people backing them up, but I realized we were in trouble. So I went face to face with the head guy.
- 1:39:13I, you know, I had the foresight
- 1:39:15and the intelligence
- 1:39:17to say, who's the top guy here running this far?
- 1:39:21And and I when I went down there and insulted him face to face,
- 1:39:25he was probably afraid
- 1:39:27because he didn't know,
- 1:39:29okay, who he was dealing with. And, you know, you can have a lot of people sitting around, but there
- 1:39:37you know, one guy can
- 1:39:39do away with another guy pretty damn quick. Well So
- 1:39:43whatever whatever his his motivation
- 1:39:46was, maybe he liked my courage.
- 1:39:50You know? I don't know. But all I know is we ate and walked away from there free.
- 1:39:56And if I hadn't have done that, I don't think that would have happened. They would have robbed us and probably beat us up and and everything like that. And and I don't think any of my com comadres
- 1:40:06really
- 1:40:07knew what I did there,
- 1:40:10and I didn't tell them.
- 1:40:12But
- 1:40:14I you know, as a street guy growing up,
- 1:40:18I I I
- 1:40:19knew what to do, and it was inspirational
- 1:40:22in a sense of whatever.
- 1:40:24It's just what I do. Well Okay? I'm not gonna I don't care what the odds are. If I see someone hurting,
- 1:40:33especially a child,
- 1:40:35it's over. I have to act.
- 1:40:38Okay?
- 1:40:39And I can at least get to one.
- 1:40:42And if that's the enemy, that's it. So these battles in court were dealing with a bunch of compromising
- 1:40:51judges,
- 1:40:52prosecutors,
- 1:40:53scumbags
- 1:40:55who do this stuff and get away with it day in and day out and put money in their
- 1:41:01retirement funds and etcetera.
- 1:41:04And I hate that, and I hate them
- 1:41:07for doing that. And
- 1:41:10so,
- 1:41:11anyway, that's my
- 1:41:13That's your story. That's
- 1:41:16Unknown: an attitude. Yeah. I can do it. That's is an attitude thing. There it is. But you need to know ways to apply it. Well, you remember, Doug, it's your attitude and not your aptitude that determines your altitude. Let me defer here, Douglas, since we've heard your story. I wanna touch in and check up with Michael here. He's been very quiet in the background. Michael, how are you doing out there in California today?
- 1:41:44Well, I guess he's not doing at all. He's not doing enough to unmute his button. Alright. Well, if Michael wants to listen in, that's fine.
- 1:41:53As
- 1:41:54we get towards the end of the program, I wanna go back. Samuel is the one we originally structured this round. Is there anything else that's popped up into your mind here with this subsequent discussion
- 1:42:06that we could help satisfy?
- 1:42:11I don't guess so. Okay. Samuel might have dropped off too.
- 1:42:16Chris, you got anything to hear me? There you are. Oh, I'm sorry. No. That's okay. I was on mute. That's okay. Thank you for muting. Was there anything else that we've stimulated for you?
- 1:42:28Unknown: No. I'm good. I just wanna thank you all
- 1:42:31for all your work. Roger,
- 1:42:33you know, you wonder sometimes the
- 1:42:35you say, you know, why more people didn't get into this thing, but the first page of your book,
- 1:42:41that HL Menken quote put some stuff, doesn't it? Yep. I just wanna don't you pass me on the side?
- 1:42:48Pardon me? I'm sorry? Hop now from the side, please.
- 1:42:52Unknown: Oh. Oh.
- 1:42:53Unknown: Thank you. There's Michael. He's having another conversation on the Okay.
- 1:42:59Well, you know, we're informal. Morning. Yeah. We're very informal. Good morning, Roger.
- 1:43:04Unknown: There you are. Okay. Good morning, everybody. I can you hear me? Yep. Hear you fine.
- 1:43:10Alright. So thanks for giving me a call in call out because I did answer you, but somehow you didn't hear me. So, yeah, we're still in need, and
- 1:43:19I'm well. Thanks. And I did have a quick question, which is to do with the affidavit.
- 1:43:24Okay. And because I'm from The UK living in California and naturalized and all that, how would I actually work, you know,
- 1:43:33Unknown: the front part of that ladder, if you don't mind. Well, you would base yours not on the fact that you're white.
- 1:43:40You would base yours on Brown versus Board of Education,
- 1:43:44which because they said now everybody's
- 1:43:47equal and they'd hidden it. Well, now, because they'd hidden it and it's fraud, you found it and you're gonna apply for your freedom under that and they'll recognize it because they've recognized it for a bunch of blacks
- 1:44:01and
- 1:44:02and at least one naturalized person, you may be the second.
- 1:44:07I I've got I've got now listen. I've got Michael, I've got it. You you sent me an email over there to the RadioRanch@mail.com.
- 1:44:15Right? Didn't you? Yeah. Because you sent me those documents. I've
- 1:44:19got your email in there. I'll see I'll send you one. I'll send you a sample.
- 1:44:24Unknown: Okay. I appreciate that. Thanks a lot, sir. Yep. You're welcome, Mike.
- 1:44:29Unknown: Appreciate it. Hey, Roger? Yes.
- 1:44:31Roger?
- 1:44:32Yes, Doug. I just wanted to add one thing
- 1:44:36to this, and then I'll shut up.
- 1:44:41The somebody once said,
- 1:44:43gravity is the essence of wit.
- 1:44:47Okay?
- 1:44:48And
- 1:44:50I think that,
- 1:44:52you know, if you can hone things down
- 1:44:55Unknown: to using the least amount of words I I totally agree. To your benefit. You know what I've learned over the course of a lifetime now with some experience? Brilliance
- 1:45:06is always in simplicity.
- 1:45:13Unknown: Well, truth is simplicity.
- 1:45:15Look at those look at the sentences
- 1:45:19Oh. That our messiah
- 1:45:22made. They're
- 1:45:23they're, like, short sentences. Okay? Very, very short, but they can't be rebutted.
- 1:45:30They stand as truth,
- 1:45:32Unknown: and so I relate it to that. Let me let me give you a little bit more colloquial example.
- 1:45:38Blackstone's
- 1:45:39commentaries
- 1:45:40and the
- 1:45:41the whole concept of freedom and liberty, and those are big concepts. If I was to ask each one of you to write down what your concept of freedom and liberty is, hell, Doug, you'd write me four, five pages, okay?
- 1:45:54And and and every because it's it's a large concept, alright?
- 1:45:58Blackstone condensed that down to one
- 1:46:02word.
- 1:46:03He took all of those concepts in freedom, liberty, and the associated thoughts and condensed them down to one
- 1:46:12word.
- 1:46:13That's brilliance, and the word is locomotion.
- 1:46:25Unknown: Ability Well, I think it meant like light.
- 1:46:28Light. That reveals everything.
- 1:46:32Unknown: The ability to go from point a to point b unimpeded.
- 1:46:39Unknown: Okay?
- 1:46:42Okay. I will work that up.
- 1:46:44Unknown: So,
- 1:46:45anyway, the the simpler you keep it, the better, I think, it'll be for everybody.
- 1:46:52You see, when you've got, like, this complex stuff we talk about here, we spent a hour and forty five minutes talking about the complexities of all this stuff. When you can take all of that and internalize
- 1:47:04it and regurgitate
- 1:47:06it in a easily understandable way,
- 1:47:10then you've really been able to do something. That's honestly one after all these years
- 1:47:16of trying to reduce this complex thing down to where it's palatable for the masses,
- 1:47:22and you can go through the numbers and call out which ones respond easier.
- 1:47:29There used to be one
- 1:47:31status.
- 1:47:33They had a war, and they founded another one, and it was secondary,
- 1:47:38And eighty years later, they moved us all down into it.
- 1:47:42Now that tells you exactly what's happened. Okay?
- 1:47:47Unknown: Well, Roger, when you said those two words or three words, you know,
- 1:47:53brilliance equals locomotion,
- 1:47:57the thought that came to my mind
- 1:47:59is
- 1:48:01before you can run,
- 1:48:03you need to learn to walk. Or crawl. Yeah. So
- 1:48:07and learning to walk
- 1:48:09takes one step first, and you take one step, then the next step, and then you learn to walk.
- 1:48:16And then
- 1:48:18Unknown: after doing that a while, you learn to run. Yeah. Don't forget, Doug. Before you walked, you crawled.
- 1:48:27Unknown: Thank you.
- 1:48:30Unknown: And
- 1:48:31and once again, goes back to these basics.
- 1:48:33Why are the basics so important? Because if you know the basics,
- 1:48:37everything is simple.
- 1:48:40If you know the basics,
- 1:48:42anything is simple,
- 1:48:44but you gotta know those basics. And I just urge you guys, Samuel, you listen to it twice here lately. Everybody
- 1:48:52should listen to that that's interested in doing this and applying it to your lives, the necessity is you gotta know those basics,
- 1:48:59and you gotta know them cold. The good news is there ain't many of them. They're very simple to understand
- 1:49:05and master.
- 1:49:07K? It takes a little work. And
- 1:49:10Unknown: and there's a saying in the martial arts
- 1:49:15field
- 1:49:16that
- 1:49:17becoming a master
- 1:49:19is reliant upon
- 1:49:22practicing the basics. You never get away from the basics.
- 1:49:26If you master the basics,
- 1:49:29then you be be can become a master of the basics,
- 1:49:33and then you become a master. Okay. A mother, you know, you build upon the basics. Chris Chris gave us a perfect example of that today.
- 1:49:43Unknown: Chris,
- 1:49:44you were just citing that long string that Doug was writing down, and it goes down and says, and b and b not a, and it says, a US national owes total allegiance to The United States Of America.
- 1:49:58Unknown: Right?
- 1:50:02Unknown: Ain't that right?
- 1:50:05That that is correct. I'm looking for agreement here. Okay? Now you know where they pilp That is absolutely correct. They are slithery deeds. Do you know where they pull that? Do you know where they pull that from?
- 1:50:18I can't say that I am. Nationality Act of 1940.
- 1:50:22It's a definition a. A US national owes total allegiance to The United States. They just say United States. There, they mean United States Of America.
- 1:50:31How? If you're not a citizen of The United States under the fourteenth amendment, but you still owe allegiance to the country, what have you got to be?
- 1:50:40A state citizen.
- 1:50:44That is the statutes at large from whence the Title VIII emanates from. Correct. And that's why Title VIII can't be positive positive law because I didn't bring it totally over there. K?
- 1:50:56But
- 1:50:57but that's what and then when I when Larry B. Craft sent me that nationality act in 1940 and I saw it for the very first time,
- 1:51:06it right there in a, and it says a a US national has complete allegiance to The United States. I knew that I knew that was the critical piece I'd been looking for. For I ever read anything else because I know those damn basics cold, and I understood it was a state citizen by amputation,
- 1:51:23by omission,
- 1:51:24right there in the very first line of a whole big piece along legislation.
- 1:51:29And that's another example,
- 1:51:31guys, of whenever they do this stuff, they set the poison pill
- 1:51:37right at the start.
- 1:51:39I can name you three, four different instances. The Nationality Act is just one of them. Here's another one, the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:51:46The the whole hang of the fourteenth amendment is that first sentence, first clause.
- 1:51:52All persons born and naturalized in The United States, comma, etcetera.
- 1:51:56That's the whole meat of the whole thing and it's the very first sentence.
- 1:52:00And you can go through and start going and noticing all the regulations.
- 1:52:05Everyone of the titles of the code of federal regulations,
- 1:52:09the jurisdictional
- 1:52:10statements where?
- 1:52:12On the first page.
- 1:52:15On the first page, and then there's
- 1:52:18800 pages
- 1:52:20crap after it that doesn't apply to you if you know what you're doing.
- 1:52:25Unknown: And that devious word person.
- 1:52:27Unknown: Yeah. That devious word turned person. But my point here is two things. Know those basics,
- 1:52:33and you can go through anything like crap through a goose. And also the fact that they always set the poison pill at the first. And that's for our notation
- 1:52:43for anything we're gonna read in the future.
- 1:52:47It's always at the first. They they do the same thing over and over and over again because it works,
- 1:52:53and it's worked for a long time,
- 1:52:56and that means they gotta continue to do it. It's their Achilles' heel,
- 1:53:02their predictability.
- 1:53:07Unknown: Well, I particularly
- 1:53:09don't like
- 1:53:11thinking of myself as crap through a goose, but I I'd rather think Well, we Yeah. I'd think of myself as,
- 1:53:21you know, something
- 1:53:24Unknown: How about okay. Here. More
- 1:53:26Okay. Wait a minute. Growing a beat. Can I can I give us another suggestion,
- 1:53:30Doug? How about bus station how about bus station chili?
- 1:53:39Unknown: Yeah. I like really hot peppers.
- 1:53:42Yeah.
- 1:53:43Which
- 1:53:44is good for your health.
- 1:53:46So I hear.
- 1:53:48Well, I used to I used to carry around a jar of ground up cayenne pepper. Not the hardest stuff, but I put it on cereal,
- 1:53:57on eggs, on everything.
- 1:53:59And I I guess that's why I'm still,
- 1:54:03Unknown: you know, hot. I tell you. Dropped. Knew
- 1:54:06knew guy in our and there was a guy in our
- 1:54:10Atlanta Patriot group, and I can't remember his name right now, but he's one of these bodybuilder,
- 1:54:14mister Muscle guys,
- 1:54:16did construction like you, Doug. And I know every morning, he'd take a tablespoon, not a teaspoon,
- 1:54:23a tablespoon of cayenne pepper and just put it in his mouth and swallow it every morning.
- 1:54:29Unknown: Well, I used to put it in a glass of water and drink it
- 1:54:34every day, sometimes twice a day. I don't know what I was thinking at the time, but it didn't seem to hurt me. No. It's good for you. Racist. That's why that's
- 1:54:45Unknown: why I have hot blood. Yeah. Well, that's I said, you know, there's the nice Doug and the other guy. Well You don't wanna meet the other guy. Well, we'll keep him in the closet for our purposes here, Doug, and we sure appreciate you chiming in with your stories and your observations.
- 1:55:01Getting close to the end of the show. Brent, obviously, will be with us tomorrow.
- 1:55:06Sam, did we get you everything you had pretty much on your agenda addressed?
- 1:55:12Unknown: Yeah. I have one other thing that I thought of. How long does it take for it to be enforced? How many days?
- 1:55:18Unknown: I would imagine. I I I would imagine, you know, you could say thirty days or whatever, twenty days.
- 1:55:25The minute they get it and the fraud's exposed,
- 1:55:28it's operable.
- 1:55:29Because, see, that's what you're doing is exposing their fraud. So all the contracts previously are ab initio.
- 1:55:38Unknown: K.
- 1:55:38Unknown: K? Well well, once you get your
- 1:55:41certification
- 1:55:44e back,
- 1:55:45that's when it actually
- 1:55:47is
- 1:55:48usable.
- 1:55:49Unknown: I correct there, get notification
- 1:55:51that they have received it and signed for it, I'd say it's operable from that point on because it's fraud. And fraud evitiated
- 1:55:59any contract that it has anything to do with. And they've been caught in a pretty big fraud trap right here, probably the biggest in the history of the damn planet.
- 1:56:09Unknown: I received nothing.
- 1:56:11Unknown: Nothing back from them. Now they're they're not too communicative.
- 1:56:16They seem to stand mute, and they've done it for a long time, and they've got no repercussions. I've never heard one person have any blowback from filing this paperwork ever in seven years. So sleep well, Samuel.
- 1:56:30Congratulations
- 1:56:31on making the decision. If there's anything else we can do,
- 1:56:35you you be sure and let us know. I know we'll be hearing from you. And we'll have Brent on tomorrow. No telling what we'll talk about, but I guarantee you, it'll be interesting, educational,
- 1:56:46and fulfilling for you. So you guys have a good day. I'm a go chase down some propane and do some other stuff here this afternoon. I'll see you tomorrow. Thanks, Samuel. Thanks, Chris, Doug, and everybody that chimed in, and we'll see you manana in La Manana
- 1:57:01from beautiful Coyaki,
- 1:57:03Ecuador,
- 1:57:04Hasta la Vega and Ciao. See you guys.
- 1:57:08Unknown: Bye
- 1:57:09bye.
- 1:58:09Unknown: Blasting the voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 1:58:15Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
