• 1:24
Speaker 1: is joining us this morning live. It is the third
• 1:27
Speaker 1: of July. If you've got a question, I love to
• 1:29
Speaker 1: have you get on the air. Six eight three two
• 1:31
Speaker 1: one thirteen ten. That's six eight three two one thirteen ten.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: Of course, uh, tomorrow is Independence Day, fourth of July,
• 1:37
Speaker 1: and we know what comes along with this. I think
• 1:39
Speaker 1: for most of us, we've kind of and our pets
• 1:41
Speaker 1: have probably been experiencing fireworks and explosions for probably the
• 1:46
Speaker 1: last week or so. And I know, doctor, the last
• 1:48
Speaker 1: time you and I spoke, this was something we talked about,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: is kind of putting that plan in place and being
• 1:54
Speaker 1: ready for the fireworks for your pet. And there are
• 1:57
Speaker 1: obviously things as a VET that you're able to do
• 1:59
Speaker 1: to help with that. For folks that hadn't taken that opportunity.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: Are there still some tips and some other things folks
• 2:05
Speaker 1: gonna be doing to really keep their pets calmer and happier,
• 2:09
Speaker 1: and certain warnings this time of year.
• 2:12
Speaker 2: Yeah, you have just a few hours left before your
• 2:15
Speaker 2: vet clinic closes for the holidays. So if it's does,
• 2:18
Speaker 2: if it's another veterinary clinic, to be sure that you
• 2:19
Speaker 2: get in touch with them immediately so that you can
• 2:22
Speaker 2: get in against the medications to help us sound with
• 2:24
Speaker 2: noise anxiety. Tonight, in my small village, the fireworks are
• 2:29
Speaker 2: in July third, not July fourth, So be careful what
• 2:31
Speaker 2: time you take your pets out in the evening, but
• 2:34
Speaker 2: mostly just get those medications. So if it's Gaba Penton,
• 2:37
Speaker 2: if it's down Presilem, if it's Filiilio is a really
• 2:40
Speaker 2: interesting drum. It was actually developed for noise phobias. It's
• 2:45
Speaker 2: a gel that you put in their mouths, and essentially
• 2:47
Speaker 2: what it does is it goes directly from the mouth
• 2:49
Speaker 2: up to the brain. It doesn't have to be absorbed
• 2:51
Speaker 2: to the stomach and substrupt to the gums, and there's a
• 2:53
Speaker 2: pathway it goes straight to the brain. And it tells
• 2:56
Speaker 2: your brain to relax. It's not so scary, it's okay.
• 3:00
Speaker 2: So this is your opportunity to get some of those
• 3:02
Speaker 2: medications before it's to a bendrel promazines. Those are not
• 3:06
  Speaker 2: anti anxiety peentications.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: What do and doctor with that? You mentioned obviously the
• 3:11
Speaker 1: importance of you know, getting getting your pet and getting
• 3:15
Speaker 1: into your vet today. Are there things for folks that
• 3:17
Speaker 1: can do maybe a dog doesn't have, you know, I
• 3:19
Speaker 1: think I think of my dog for example, is is
• 3:22
Speaker 1: most things don't bother him, fireworks and things. He's pretty
• 3:26
Speaker 1: oblivious to it. The big ones, though, do tend to
• 3:29
Speaker 1: you know, you can tell he's a little on edge.
• 3:31
Speaker 1: Are there things you can do around the house to
• 3:32
Speaker 1: kind of kind of keep them a little more calm
• 3:34
Speaker 1: for those that may not may not reach that threshold
• 3:37
Speaker 1: of like severe anxiety or or or other things. Are
• 3:40
Speaker 1: there things that folks can do to maybe make things
• 3:42
Speaker 1: a little more comfortable for their pets this time of year?
• 3:46
Speaker 2: Sure, So keep your blind drawn if it's fireworks, if
• 3:49
Speaker 2: it's thunderstorms, keeps the blinds of the curtains so that
• 3:52
Speaker 2: it's a little less likely that the flashes will bother them.
• 3:55
Speaker 2: Run a machine though, white machines, so you can buy
• 3:58
Speaker 2: those for little babies, your dogs. Turn on the t
• 4:01
Speaker 2: turn on the radio, you know, turn on music on Pandora,
• 4:05
Speaker 2: whatever iHeart app whatever you do so that there are
• 4:09
Speaker 2: some opportunities for your pet to be a little bit
• 4:11
Speaker 2: more relaxedrous not that background noise that's bothering them. So
• 4:15
Speaker 2: there's a lot of little things that you can do.
• 4:17
Speaker 2: Taking them out and trying to desnthitize them to fireworks
• 4:21
Speaker 2: today is not going to work tru late, So if
• 4:25
Speaker 2: you want to try desensitization, you have to start that,
• 4:28
Speaker 2: you know, like in January. Tell me, don't think today
• 4:33
Speaker 2: is your day to start that process. It's not going
• 4:35
Speaker 2: to give you enough time to get them ready to go.
• 4:38
Speaker 2: Doctor mostly just protectives, so you just don't accidentally go
• 4:42
Speaker 2: out when there's fireworks going off. Go outside first and
• 4:44
Speaker 2: make sure that it's quiet.
• 4:46
Speaker 1: Docor this morning with doctor Marty Greer of Checkout Veterinary,
• 4:48
Speaker 1: you can learn more about doctor Greer. Learn more about
• 4:51
Speaker 1: Checkout Veterinary, what makes them so special but an amazing
• 4:54
Speaker 1: clinic Checkout vet is and how unique it is and
• 4:57
Speaker 1: how it's great for you and your pet, your family
• 4:59
Speaker 1: real easy to get in and get out. And of
• 5:01
Speaker 1: course they've got check in Vet and of course the
• 5:03
Speaker 1: Marshall Clinic as well. All the details online check out
• 5:06
Speaker 1: vet dot com. That's checkout vet dot com. Don't forget
• 5:09
Speaker 1: that first visit is free, that exam is free. All
• 5:11
Speaker 1: the details on the website checkout vet dot com. That's
• 5:15
Speaker 1: check out vet dot com. One of the things too,
• 5:18
Speaker 1: that and we talked about on the show earlier this week.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: Robin here at Madison in the morning at thirteen ten, Wiba,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: her dog she had a few years ago, had run off.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: She had expected the fireworks to start at a certain time.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: She's getting ready to put the dog in the house
• 5:34
Speaker 1: and boom, one of the fireworks went off. Dog was her.
• 5:38
Speaker 1: Poor puppy was missing for a couple of days. Thank goodness,
• 5:41
Speaker 1: it turned out okay. But that's another thing that I
• 5:44
Speaker 1: don't think people always understand is, and I know you
• 5:47
Speaker 1: had referenced it the other week, is dogs don't know fireworks,
• 5:51
Speaker 1: and they hear these sounds, and we may expect them
• 5:54
Speaker 1: to act a particular way, but until it happens, you
• 5:58
Speaker 1: really don't know how they're gonna going to be behave
• 6:00
Speaker 1: and they may just bolt.
• 6:03
Speaker 2: Yes, and we actually have that happen to a dog
• 6:05
Speaker 2: that my daughter had bred and sold to a very
• 6:09
Speaker 2: dear friend and client of ours, and that dog took off,
• 6:12
Speaker 2: never to be found in the line again. So be
• 6:15
Speaker 2: really careful with the doors, keep them inside, make sure
• 6:18
Speaker 2: they're leash put on, make sure you've got your microchip
• 6:21
Speaker 2: and your microschip is registered. If you're not sure, make
• 6:23
Speaker 2: sure it's registered. And last but not, we put an air.
• 6:27
  Speaker 3: Tag on him.
• 6:27
Speaker 2: I know Apple doesn't want me to say that, but
• 6:30
Speaker 2: put an air tag or a tile or something on
• 6:32
Speaker 2: them so that you can track it with your phone
• 6:34
Speaker 2: and find that dog or pat or whatever pet it
• 6:37
Speaker 2: happens to be if they do take off on you.
• 6:39
Speaker 1: By the way, how do those chips work? Would like
• 6:41
Speaker 1: that registration? Obviously? I know you have a scanner at
• 6:44
Speaker 1: the clinic and you're able to do that. How does that?
• 6:47
Speaker 1: We don't get too deep into it, but it's something
• 6:49
Speaker 1: I've always wondered. Is there like a national registry or
• 6:52
Speaker 1: how does that work?
• 6:53
Speaker 2: Doctor? Yeah? Yeah, The American Hospital Association AHA has a
• 6:58
Speaker 2: national registry. They all get REGISTERAC throughs AT and then
• 7:01
Speaker 2: each individual registry has their own you call the eight
• 7:04
Speaker 2: hundred number if there's a scan. But there's also some
• 7:07
Speaker 2: things on the Buddy ID badge that you can put
• 7:09
Speaker 2: on your pest collar and has a QR code on it.
• 7:11
Speaker 2: All you have to do is use your phone to
• 7:13
Speaker 2: take a picture of the QR code. It'll link you
• 7:15
Speaker 2: to their website and you can find the pet family's
• 7:18
Speaker 2: information as well, so phone number, get things like my
• 7:20
Speaker 2: dog is a medical condition and needs medication, so please
• 7:23
Speaker 2: return into this, you know, make sure there's an ID
• 7:25
Speaker 2: tag on with your phone number. There's lots of little things.
• 7:28
  Speaker 3: You can do.
• 7:28
Speaker 2: You can run out and get those made sometimes at
• 7:30
Speaker 2: the pet stores or at some of the bigger department stores,
• 7:34
Speaker 2: like you write in the the lobby of those areas,
• 7:38
Speaker 2: and then you'll instantly have identification on your pet and
• 7:41
Speaker 2: not have to be quite so concerned about I mean,
• 7:43
Speaker 2: it's still bad as they run away. You still don't
• 7:44
Speaker 2: want to get injured, but at least you have some
• 7:47
Speaker 2: way to get the back home.
• 7:48
Speaker 1: That is great to hear, is a great thing to
• 7:51
Speaker 1: think about as well. As we talked this morning with
• 7:53
Speaker 1: doctor Marty Greer of check out vetany the website check

• 8:23
Speaker 1: Sometimes pets run away out of fear. Sometimes they run
• 8:26
Speaker 1: away out of amore, a little bit of love. We're
• 8:28
Speaker 1: going to talk about tis the season. This time of year,
• 8:31
Speaker 1: litters are popping, whether it's whether it's planned or if
• 8:34
Speaker 1: you've got a neighborhood dot cat that may may end
• 8:37
Speaker 1: up with kittens. We're to talk with doctor Greer a
• 8:39
Speaker 1: little bit about that. We will do that and so
• 8:41
Speaker 1: much more as Ask the Experts with doctor Marty Greer
• 8:44
Speaker 1: and checkout Vet continues right here thirteen ten Wibi thirteen
• 8:52
Speaker 1: ten Wiba and Ask the Experts talking with doctor Marty Greer.
• 8:56
Speaker 1: Of course, doctor Greer comes to us from Checkout Veterinary.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: If you've got a question for doctor Greer, whether it's
• 9:01
Speaker 1: about fireworks and tags and that type of stuff, or
• 9:04
Speaker 1: anything about your pet. You've think something, maybe you've just
• 9:07
Speaker 1: wondered about pets. Doctor Greer is a fantastic resource. You
• 9:10
Speaker 1: can get a call right now. We'll get you on
• 9:12

Speaker 1: That's six O eight three two one thirteen ten. Don't forget.

Speaker 1: You can learn more about Checkout Veterinary on their website

• 9:35
Speaker 1: the Marshal Clinic and check in Vet as well. You
• 9:37
Speaker 1: can learn more about all the clinics, the doctors and
• 9:39
Speaker 1: what makes checkout vets so unique online. Check out vet
• 9:42
Speaker 1: dot com. That's checkout vet dot com. And doctor I
• 9:46
Speaker 1: know when it comes to uh, when it comes to
• 9:49
Speaker 1: pets this time of year, they get especially you know,
• 9:53
Speaker 1: they look to make more pets, and uh and and
• 9:56
Speaker 1: there are obviously some things that you want to be
• 10:00
Speaker 1: very careful about and uh and you know, I find
• 10:03
Speaker 1: it interesting about this is there are certain like I'll
• 10:08
Speaker 1: use the cats we've got, like neighborhood cats, and every
• 10:12
Speaker 1: year there seems to be new ones. And how like
• 10:15
Speaker 1: with that with obviously you don't really want that to
• 10:19
Speaker 1: be happening. Stray cats, feral cats, those type of things.
• 10:23
Speaker 1: It's really not good for the cats, it's not good
• 10:25
Speaker 1: for the songbirds. Are there things that folks can be
• 10:27
Speaker 1: doing to either discourage or or maybe prevent prevent some
• 10:32
Speaker 1: of the problems that can be caused?
• 10:35
Speaker 3: Well, yes, there are organizations that do low cost span neuters.
• 10:39
Speaker 3: So if you can catch the little critters, you can
• 10:42
Speaker 3: get them into places like SAMI and some of the
• 10:45
Speaker 3: other organizations that do low cost or spades and newters
• 10:48
Speaker 3: for them so that you don't end up with a
• 10:50
Speaker 3: repopulation issue. And if you have those cats in your neighborhood,
• 10:53
Speaker 3: they're less likely to have new cats move into the
• 10:55
Speaker 3: neighborhood that aren't. That's an interesting cat population dynam like
• 11:00
Speaker 3: that I think people don't know about. If you're feeding
• 11:02
Speaker 3: the cat, So I have people that come in. This
• 11:05
Speaker 3: has happened today. I got a phone call about this
• 11:07
Speaker 3: from one of my managers. They were feeding the cat
• 11:09
Speaker 3: and then they come in and they say, well, it's
• 11:11
Speaker 3: really not my cat, it's a stray cat, so can
• 11:13
Speaker 3: you do it for free? And the answer is, it
• 11:15
Speaker 3: is your cat now aaus you were feeding it and
• 11:18
Speaker 3: it's here under your name, So I'm really sorry.
• 11:21
  Speaker 2: We can't.
• 11:21
Speaker 3: There's free services for everybody. We are you know, we
• 11:24
Speaker 3: have to have enough profit to pay the staff and
• 11:27
Speaker 3: pay the rent and all the things. So I think
• 11:30
Speaker 3: that it's important that people understand that there is there's
• 11:33
Speaker 3: a distinction there. So if you're not ready to obligate
• 11:36
Speaker 3: your stuff to a cat, then maybe you don't feed it,
• 11:39
Speaker 3: and maybe you don't bring it into the veterinary clinic.
• 11:41
Speaker 3: Not that you're being mean or uncaring, but that's just
• 11:45
Speaker 3: the reality of it's your cat then, and if you
• 11:47
Speaker 3: can't justify the cost of it, you can't afford it,
• 11:50
Speaker 3: or you don't want to spend the money on it,
• 11:51
  Speaker 3: and that's kind of a that's kind of a problem.
• 11:54
Speaker 3: So you know, basically, try to stay in new or
• 11:59
Speaker 3: what you can afford to and they're pretty cost effective.
• 12:01
Speaker 3: I can't compete with their prices because what we provide
• 12:04
Speaker 3: for services different than what they provide for monitoring, for anesthesia,
• 12:08
Speaker 3: for bloodwork, for all the all the associated costs. So
• 12:11
Speaker 3: we can't be competitive for those prices because those even
• 12:14
Speaker 3: though you may think it's you know, free or low
• 12:17
Speaker 3: cost to use, somebody's paying for it. It's subsidized. And
• 12:20
  Speaker 3: I don't have subsidies. I'm not subsidized by a nonprofit.
• 12:23
Speaker 3: So those that's where the money comes from on those
• 12:25
Speaker 3: is a nonprofit. But if you do want to help,
• 12:28
Speaker 3: like if you have a nonprofit that you want to help,
• 12:31
Speaker 3: I do encourage people to buy supplies, take in paper
• 12:34
Speaker 3: towels or cat food or dog food or you know
• 12:36
Speaker 3: those kinds of things to support your local humane society,
• 12:39
Speaker 3: which is different than HSUS or whatever they're called now.
• 12:43
Speaker 3: So if you feel like you want to support somebody,
• 12:45
  Speaker 3: don't send a check to ASPCA, don't send a check
• 12:47
Speaker 3: to HSUS. Send a check to your local shelter or
• 12:51
Speaker 3: go into your local shelter, volunteer to walk dogs, take
• 12:54
Speaker 3: in paper towels, toilet paper cleaning supplies. You know, they
• 12:56
Speaker 3: usually have a list of the things that they need
• 12:58
Speaker 3: on their website you can help them, or Facebook page
• 13:02
Speaker 3: or whatever. You can help them by providing some of
• 13:04
Speaker 3: those items they can't take, donated medications. There's certain things
• 13:08
Speaker 3: they can't take. But if you see a good price
• 13:11
Speaker 3: on cat food, pick up an extra bag and drop
• 13:13
Speaker 3: it off at the shelter.
• 13:13
Speaker 1: Oh, really good guidance on that, really good advice and
• 13:16
Speaker 1: great ideas there too. Doctor. What about And I know
• 13:19
Speaker 1: this is sometimes I shouldn't say sometimes oftentimes I'm quite
• 13:23
Speaker 1: ignorant of things. And I can admit that. Do we
• 13:27
Speaker 1: deal with with stray dog populations in this area or
• 13:31
Speaker 1: is that something I feel like when I'm like in
• 13:33
Speaker 1: the southern part of the country. Obviously the weather's a
• 13:35
Speaker 1: little more conducive to that. Do we have issues with
• 13:38
Speaker 1: that here in Wisconsin and southern Wisconsin?
• 13:42
Speaker 3: Very little? Very little. I'm not going to say never,
• 13:45
Speaker 3: because there's always a possibility of austray and people do
• 13:48
Speaker 3: find them from time to time, but they're usually not
• 13:50
Speaker 3: really strays. They're usually well, I mean, they're a temporary stray.
• 13:52
Speaker 3: They're not usually something that somebody just dumped and got
• 13:55
Speaker 3: rid of. Doesn't happen, Yes, but not nearly to the magnitude,
• 13:58
Speaker 3: but that does happen in the Southern States, so you're
• 14:01
Speaker 3: absolutely correct about that. And up here we've done a
• 14:03
Speaker 3: really good job of staying and neutering our dogs to
• 14:05
Speaker 3: the point that we don't have a population issue. So
• 14:08
Speaker 3: a lot of the dogs that come into shelters in
• 14:10
Speaker 3: Wisconsin come from Texas, come from Arkansas, come from Arizona,
• 14:14
Speaker 3: come from Southern States. Some of them come from Caribbean
• 14:18
Speaker 3: countries that they're flown in, sometimes not legally, oftentimes not
• 14:22
Speaker 3: legally the papers that they should have, so they're coming
• 14:25
Speaker 3: in without vaccines, without preventive some of those things. A
• 14:28
Speaker 3: lot of the dogs that we see that come from
• 14:30
Speaker 3: the South from these shelters are heartworm positive. They might
• 14:33
Speaker 3: not be heartworm positive the day that you bring them
• 14:36
Speaker 3: home to your house, but they may. It takes six
• 14:39
Speaker 3: months from the time they get a mosquito bite until
• 14:40
Speaker 3: the time that the heartworm test shows up positive, so
• 14:43
Speaker 3: oftentimes they will be incubating that disease and you won't
• 14:46
Speaker 3: be aware of it, and then you'll be strapped with
• 14:48
Speaker 3: the cost of treating for heartworm, which is an expensive treatment.
• 14:52
Speaker 3: It's much less expensive to prevent and it is to treat.
• 14:54
Speaker 3: But in the Southern States, two things happen. One is
• 14:57
Speaker 3: a lot of people don't treat either the pets astray
• 14:59
Speaker 3: or they can of for it, and too as they're
• 15:01
Speaker 3: starting to see HeartWare resistance issues. So in other words,
• 15:04
Speaker 3: the medications that we've been using aren't as effective as
• 15:08
Speaker 3: they used to be. So we're seeing breakthroughs even with
• 15:09
  Speaker 3: the appropriate medication.
• 15:11
Speaker 1: That is fascinating is that is that's we talked this
• 15:15
Speaker 1: morning with doctor Greer of Checkout Veterinary. Of course, you
• 15:18
Speaker 1: can learn more online the website checkout vet dot com.
• 15:20
Speaker 1: That's checkout vet dot com. And speaking of new litters,
• 15:23
Speaker 1: you know, we think about folks that that maybe you
• 15:27
Speaker 1: have a show dog or or a particular breed that's
• 15:30
Speaker 1: very desirable, and I know that that's that's really important.
• 15:34
Speaker 1: I know I have a lot of friends that have
• 15:36
Speaker 1: very very particular types of dogs that that they are
• 15:40
Speaker 1: that they that you know, they've had when they were
• 15:42
Speaker 1: kids in their entire life, and they just love them.
• 15:43
Speaker 1: And you have a great conversation coming up about I
• 15:47
Speaker 1: think it's called pedigrees to pops talking about about for
• 15:51
Speaker 1: folks that want to kind of understand a little bit more.
• 15:53
Speaker 1: Let's talk about pedigrees to pops.
• 15:56
Speaker 3: Sure, we're having two seminars. One of them is in Hawaii,
• 16:00
Speaker 3: so if you really have the need for a vacation,
• 16:02
Speaker 3: it's going to be in Hawaii. The other one in Wisconsin.
• 16:04
Speaker 3: So I will be presenting for two days with Laura
• 16:08
Speaker 3: Reeves and we'll be doing a seminar. She's starting off
• 16:12
Speaker 3: with pedigrees, so basically, how you select your pets based
• 16:15
Speaker 3: on or the pet dogs that you're breeding based on
• 16:18
Speaker 3: their pedigree. How do you pick a male dog, how
• 16:20
Speaker 3: do you pick a female dog? How do you know
• 16:22
Speaker 3: what the right combination is? And then I'm going to
• 16:24
Speaker 3: take over from there and we'll talk about health screenings,
• 16:27
Speaker 3: for healthy breeding situations, getting this female pregnant, raising the puppies.
• 16:33
Speaker 3: And I know there are people who are like, well,
• 16:34
Speaker 3: you know, we already have enough dogs. We don't need this.
• 16:36
Speaker 3: And actually, predictability of a dog is a really important
• 16:40
Speaker 3: feature for a lot of people that they need to
• 16:43
Speaker 3: know how they're getting a dog and they have kids,
• 16:45
Speaker 3: they need a Golden Retriever because it's going to be
• 16:47
Speaker 3: great with the kids, or they need when they're seventy
• 16:50
Speaker 3: five years old, they're getting their last dog, and it
• 16:52
Speaker 3: needs to be small and portable and something that they
• 16:54
Speaker 3: can pick up and carry. So they don't want to
• 16:56
Speaker 3: get a dog from the shelter because they're not quite
• 16:58
Speaker 3: sure what they're getting for size, activity, coats, temperament, all
• 17:03
Speaker 3: the parts that are important. So predictability of dog is
• 17:06
Speaker 3: a really important piece of dog ownership and making sure
• 17:09
Speaker 3: that you are responsible about taking in the right dog
• 17:12
Speaker 3: that's right for your lifestyle, for your you know, your
• 17:15
Speaker 3: exact setting. So I think it's really important that people
• 17:17
Speaker 3: have that option. If you have the ability in your
• 17:20
Speaker 3: life to take in a rescue, great, go for it.
• 17:22
Speaker 3: But if you don't, I don't want people to feel
• 17:24
Speaker 3: guilty about that. So the Pedigrees to Pops is a
• 17:27
Speaker 3: great program for people who want to breed their dog.
• 17:29
Speaker 3: Maybe want to breed, have never bread before, maybe you've
• 17:31
Speaker 3: read a lot. Laura and I bring a lot to
• 17:33
Speaker 3: the table. So even if you're an experienced breeder, I
• 17:36
Speaker 3: can guarantee you you're going to leave there going wow,
• 17:39
  Speaker 3: I didn't know that. I have a whole hour of
• 17:42
Speaker 3: presentation that I do called stuff we bet you didn't
• 17:45
Speaker 3: know about dogs, So we can do a lot of
• 17:48
Speaker 3: really fun stuff and it'll be in Lamira. For the
• 17:50
Speaker 3: Wisconsin one, it's in September, it's the second weekend in September,
• 17:53
Speaker 3: this eleventh and twelfth, and the one who in Hawaii
• 17:57
Speaker 3: is the fifth and sixth and fifth, sixth and sevens.
• 18:00
Speaker 3: They'll be partly a handling seminar as well. So if
• 18:02
Speaker 3: you have the need to go to Hawaii, great, If
• 18:04
Speaker 3: you have the need to stay in Wisconsin, we're going
• 18:06
Speaker 3: to have hotel rooms available. We're going to do it
• 18:09
Speaker 3: at the clinics, so you'll be able to see some
• 18:10
Speaker 3: of the things first hand. Based on our caseload, I
• 18:14
Speaker 3: can never predict if we're gonna have a c section
• 18:16
Speaker 3: or a breeding or whatever, but it'll be basically hands on.
• 18:19
Speaker 3: If we're doing something, you're going to be able to
• 18:21
Speaker 3: be involved and it's going to be very cool.
• 18:23
  Speaker 2: You know.
• 18:23
Speaker 1: I've heard Lamaira has been referred to as the Honolulu
• 18:26
  Speaker 1: of the Midwest.
• 18:28
Speaker 2: Oh really, I'm not familiar.
• 18:31
Speaker 1: With it is. And it's it's so you talk to
• 18:34
Speaker 1: you about about you know, good good health, genetics and
• 18:37
Speaker 1: other things as well, and some really really important stuff
