EP 84 - Chris and Liana Williams, Race Directors of 5 Peaks Ontario East
It is all about good people. This week on the Trillium Running Podcast, host John Shep catches us with good people and 5 Peaks Ontario Race Directors Liana and Chris Williams, including an interesting origin story of the great Andre De Grasse! With their love for each other and for trail running, they have expanded the 5 Peaks Ontario racing scene and we catch up before their Harold Town Harvest Run in Peterborough on Saturday, September 30th, 2023.
