- 0:02Speaker 1: heads up again with the weather. We are preparing for

- 0:08Speaker 1: just a wind and rain event, right? It's going to
- 0:10Speaker 1: be a nasty day. Don't get me wrong. Like, we'll
- 0:12Speaker 1: be okay. But I don't think we're going to be, like,
- 0:15Speaker 1: stifled at home or anything. Okay. But we'll have more
- 0:17Speaker 1: on this later. Good to know. Yes. So it's Friday
- 0:19Speaker 1: evening into the weekend. You nailed it, right? Okay. Here
- 0:22Speaker 1: in town, of course, we've got the U.N. General Assembly underway,
- 0:25Speaker 1: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. is set to address the U.N.
- 0:30Speaker 1: around 2 o'clock this afternoon, and there are some protests
- 0:33Speaker 1: that are planned in the area. So once again, gridlock alert.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Take it seriously. Don't try and drive in town, especially
- 0:40Speaker 1: heading over to the east side. NYPD investigating whether another
- 0:45Speaker 1: incident of people emerging from the sewer tunnels on the
- 0:48Speaker 1: Upper East Side has anything to do with the U.N.
- 0:52Speaker 1: because it was in that area that those people were seen,
- 0:56Speaker 1: and so far they haven't caught up with them. Three
- 0:58Speaker 1: media outlets banned from the White House by President Trump
- 1:01Speaker 1: will have their access temporarily restored. This was an overnight ruling.
- 1:06Speaker 1: A federal judge said CNN, MSNOW, and Politico journalists must
- 1:11Speaker 1: have their credentials returned and block the ban from being
- 1:13Speaker 1: enforced for at least 14 days. A very important day today.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It's Remember Me Thursday, a day dedicated to pets in
- 1:22Speaker 1: the shelter, which means a good day to adopt or
- 1:24Speaker 1: volunteer at your local shelter. Always adopt if you can.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Keep those little loving beings in mind, yes. In sports, baseball,
- 1:31Speaker 1: the Yankees beat the Rays 9-2. Mets defeated the Rangers 7-2.

- 1:38Speaker 1: It is official that Jackson Dart is out for the season.
- 1:42Speaker 1: The Giants have let us know. All right. We're always asking,
- 1:46Speaker 1: can money buy you happiness? Long-term happiness, according to experts,
- 1:50Speaker 1: is fleeting no matter what your bank account looks like.
- 1:53Speaker 1: But Short-term births are definitely there. They just say spend wisely.
- 2:00Speaker 1: So if you buy yourself an experience like a concert
- 2:02Speaker 1: or a vacation, that is linked to greater happiness than
- 2:05Speaker 1: material purchases. But maybe most importantly, people who spend money
- 2:09Speaker 1: on others have proven to be much happier than those
- 2:12Speaker 1: who spend money just on themselves. So do yourself a
- 2:15Speaker 1: favor and buy happiness for someone else. It does make
- 2:18Speaker 1: you feel good. It does, yeah. If you won the lottery,
- 2:21Speaker 1: like say you won like $ 120 million. Would you buy
- 2:24Speaker 1: me and Kristen a house? We'd all be set. Of
