- 0:26Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable in your very
- 0:31own bed. Take a deep breath into your nose and
- 0:39slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. Take another
- 0:48deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through
- 0:55your mouth. One last time, deep breath in and slowly
- 1:05and gently breathe out through your mouth. Just feel a
- 1:12gentle rhythm of your breath. Feel a steady beat of
- 1:16your heart as it beats merrily in your chest, knowing
- 1:24that you are alive. Or take a moment to listen
- 1:31to your heartbeat and just feel a gentle rise and
- 1:35fall of your chest as it moves in time with
- 1:39your heartbeat. Can you feel it? Can you feel your
- 1:46chest rising and falling as you breathe peacefully. Now imagine
- 1:57yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light so bright,
- 2:06a light of protection just for you. Now, breathe in
- 2:12this white light and feel it as it enters your body,
- 2:19making you feel all warm and safe, and it feels
- 2:25so wonderful, so peaceful. Now imagine that you are standing
- 2:35in a beautiful meadow and there are wild flowers dotted
- 2:40all around the field, and they look absolutely amazing, and
- 2:47their colors are so vivid, and they sway just a
- 2:52little bit in the gentle breeze. Hows you look around.
- 2:59You can see the birds as they fly all around
- 3:03the field, probably looking for some food. Can you see them?
- 3:12Can you hear them singing their beautiful songs. You can
- 3:20also see large trees all around the edges of the field,
- 3:27trees of many different shapes and sizes, And there are
- 3:31quite a few pine trees too, and they smell wonderful.
- 3:37Can you smell them? Can you smell the scent of
- 3:42the wildflowers, because they too smell amazing, quite like nothing
- 3:47you've smelt before, And that too makes you feel so
- 3:52peaceful and so very calm. And the scent of the
- 4:01flowers their own went makes you think of happy things,
- 4:07happy times in your life, with the people you love,
- 4:12with the animals you love, with the friends that you
- 4:16love to So you begin to walk into the center
- 4:24of this wonderful field, and as you do, you notice
- 4:29something up ahead of you. You see a doorway, a
- 4:35doorway just standing in the center of the field. How strange.
- 4:43You decide to go and investigate this door standing alone
- 4:47in the middle of the field. And so you walk
- 4:50towards it, and very soon you are standing in front
- 4:55of it. It is white, with a large black hand
- 5:00in the middle of it. It's quite big too. You
- 5:05walk all the way round it and are very puzzled.
- 5:09Why is there? You ask yourself, why is it there?
- 5:14Why would there be a door in the middle of
- 5:16a field? Again, very strange. So, because you are curious,
- 5:26you decide to open the door. After all, it doesn't
- 5:30seem to lead anywhere, does it. So you press down
- 5:34on the handle and opened the door. What do you
- 5:39see beyond the door? It's really quite amazing. There is
- 5:45another place there. Maybe it's another world. Maybe this door
- 5:50is a portal to somewhere else. How exciting is that?
- 5:56I should peek through. You can see beds through that door,
- 6:00lots and lots of beds. Surely that can't be right,
- 6:05can it. So you walk around the door again, and
- 6:10as you go to the other side of it, you
- 6:13see that that side of the door is closed. How odd.
- 6:20One side of the door is open to another place,
- 6:23the other side is still closed. Oh my. So you
- 6:30go back around again to the open doorway, and as
- 6:34you look inside, you hear someone call your name, and
- 6:39you look down to where the voice came from, and
- 6:43you see, to your amazement, a big ginger cat with
- 6:47a great, big fluffy tail. Now this cat has beautiful
- 6:53green eyes and a great big smile on his face,
- 6:58and he has very long, silky whiskers and a red
- 7:02bow tie around his neck. He says hello again and
- 7:08tells you that his name is Mango, and that he
- 7:13is your guide to day on this little adventure. So
- 7:19you tell him below, and you tell him your name,
- 7:21and you say thank you very much for guiding me.
- 7:25Mango tells you to step through the door so that
- 7:28he can close it and you can begin to explore
- 7:31with him. So you step into the most beautiful place
- 7:38with rolling hills and a bright blue sky with a
- 7:42few fluffy white clouds just drifting along. The sun is
- 7:47shining low down now, as soon it will be getting dark.
- 7:52And you see that there are beds everywhere, and I
- 7:57do mean everywhere. There are so many of them that
- 8:03you can't count them. There are different sizes, different shapes,
- 8:08different colors. There are beds that look like cars, beds
- 8:13that look like water beds, beds that look like big trucks.
- 8:18Speaker 2: And beds that are hammocks. Beds that are anything you
- 8:24want them to be. It's just amazing.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So Mango tells you that the sun will be going
- 8:33down soon, so you need to choose a bed to
- 8:36sleep on for the night. Wow, you get to sleep
- 8:41here for the night. How cool is that? So you
- 8:47and Mango set off to search for a bed for
- 8:50you to sleep on. Later when the sun goes down,
- 8:54and you pass so many beds, and Mango says, eat
- 8:59and climb on them and see how they feel. He says,
- 9:03some of the beds are very soft and are made
- 9:06with feathers, some of them are a bit fairmer, and
- 9:10some of them really are waterbeds, he says. But it's
- 9:14your choice. You can choose any bed you want to
- 9:18sleep on. The beds are all different colors too, You
- 9:22can even see some in your favorite colors. Some of
- 9:27them have very large pillows and they look ever so comfy.
- 9:32Some of them just have normal sized pillows, but they
- 9:36too look so comfy, and you think you're never going
- 9:42to be able to decide what bed you would like
- 9:44to sleep in. Mango just laughs and he says that
- 9:49you will find the perfect bed for you. So for
- 9:55a few moments, go with Mango and explore all of
- 10:00at different beds, find the one you like the best,
- 10:04and that will be the one you get to sleep
- 10:07on tonight. So go with Mango nowt Wow, that was great,
- 12:49wasn't it. How many different beds did you see? Did
- 12:56you decide on the perfect bed? I bet you did so.
- 13:02Now with your chosen bed, you realize that the sun
- 13:07is almost gone and it's time for some sleep. So
- 13:12Mango leads you back to your chosen bed and he
- 13:16pulls back the covers for you, fluffs up the nice
- 13:20soft pillows, and you climb in, and Mango asks if
- 13:25it's okay, if he too can climb up and sleep
- 13:28on the top of the bed and maybe keep your
- 13:31feet warm and cozy. Well, you say, yes, of course
- 13:35you can. So the two of you snuggle down and
- 13:41you say good night to each other and you both
- 13:44close your eyes. You feel so happy to be staying
- 13:51here with Mango, and he really is keeping your feet
- 13:55nice and warm and cozy, and you feel so grateful
- 14:01to profound a new friend in him. He's been so
- 14:04kind to you, showing you all the beds and telling
- 14:08you which ones he likes to sleep on, and you
- 14:13can also come back and visit him whenever you want,
- 14:16and maybe have a sleepover again. Now that would be nice,
- 14:21wouldn't it. But your eyes are feeling really heavy now,
- 14:28and your body is feeling so very tired. It's been
- 14:32an exciting being here with Mango and choosing your own bed.
- 14:38But you take a gentle breath in through your nose
- 14:43and then just gently blow it out from your mouth,
- 14:49and you take another breath and gently blow that out
- 14:53from your mouth too, and you feel very sleepy now,
- 14:59so tired and relaxed, and you feel a gentle wave
- 15:05of sleepiness starting at your feet. It's a warm, gentle feeling,
- 15:13kind of like how a feather feels when you brush
- 15:16it up against your skin. So soft, so gentle, and
- 15:25you can feel your toes going to sleep, and it
- 15:28feels warm and tingly and ever so soft. And you
- 15:33feel the soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness coming up your
- 15:38calves and your shins, and you can feel going up
- 15:43your thighs, and you think your legs have already gone
- 15:47to sleep. Oh, you feel ever so tired now, so sleepy,
- 15:55but so very very happy, and your eyes just don't
- 16:01want to open now. They're quite happy. Just as they are.
- 16:08And this beautiful wave of sleepiness travels all the way
- 16:12up your body, down your arms, and into your hands,
- 16:18making your body feel very heavy, very tired, and very
- 16:27very sleepy. And this gentle, warm wave of sleepiness travels
- 16:35up your face and over the top of your head
- 16:40and down the back of your neck. And you feel
- 16:43so tired, so sleepy now, and you feel nice and
- 16:52warm and snugly, and your quilt is so soft, and
- 17:00your pillows are very fluffy. So just have a little
- 17:05sleep now, to sleep and relax and be calm. I
- 17:14should go deeper and deeper into a wonderful night's sleep.
- 17:22Night night sleep, Nights, Sai.
