- 0:00You're listening to Thursday Mornings with Alex and Don. Team Ed.
- 0:04Don is a pastor with 40 years experience.
- 0:07And Alex is just as curious as you are. We look at the most important and interesting
- 0:12questions about the Bible and Christian faith.
- 0:15So let's talk about it. Pastor Don.
- 0:18Good morning, Alex. How are you doing? Oh, so good. I can hardly stand it.
- 0:22Hardly stand it. Hardly stand it. Can't you tell? We're sitting, so we're all right.
- 0:26Yep. All right. We got three questions left. Three questions from Hillcrest.
- 0:31That's right. And then we'll be all polished up on it. Before we do that,
- 0:34we got an announcement to make. We've got Vacation Bible School.
- 0:38Help us get some kids in here and fill this up. June 24th, 27.
- 0:43Westchester Community Church starts with supper at 530, right? Yes.
- 0:49And yeah, start your, yeah, an evening away from the kids.
- 0:53That's right. Bring them over and we'll share the word with them.
- 0:57That's right. Right. If you're in this area, or even if you're not, talk to someone who is.
- 1:02Tell them that exact same thing. Right. Let's drop off our kids and go to eat.
- 1:06Yeah. Or maybe you want to volunteer or something. That's true.
- 1:10It's a lot of fun. That's some of my fondest memories growing up.
- 1:13So, yep, 24th through 27th, Westchester Community Church website.
- 1:18Go there and you'll be able to sign up there. Right.
- 1:22All right. Cool. First question. Have at it, Don. Question number one.
- 1:27What is the appropriate context for baptism? This is from Cohen.
- 1:33Cohen. Okay. The appropriate context. For baptism.
- 1:37Well, I like John's gospel. In other words, baptism, we know who Jesus was.
- 1:46And he knew who he was.
- 1:48And so he went to John for baptism.
- 1:52Because of righteousness that's what jesus
- 1:55says your your baptism is
- 1:58like a wedding ring it is what you
- 2:01do publicly to declare
- 2:05to others that you're baptized i like that analogy yeah and so you want it to
- 2:10make it special you want to know what you're doing you don't just oh i think
- 2:16i'm gonna put water on my head no right or jump in the pond and i'm baptized
- 2:20that's not that kind of thing.
- 2:22So it's, it's a place where you, you need to share your testimony,
- 2:25why you're doing it, when you, when you're doing it, you're doing it in such
- 2:29a way that you're surrounded by family and friends and maybe some of the clergy
- 2:34that helped you get where you're at.
- 2:36And I think immersion is really good if you have a way of doing it.
- 2:42And if you don't have a way of doing it, get a big pitcher and pour.
- 2:48Not a little pitcher, but a pitcher and pour the water out to symbolize how
- 2:55the Holy Spirit, we're asking the Holy Spirit to come in baptism,
- 3:01much like Jesus had the Holy Spirit descend upon him like a dove.
- 3:05And we're asking for the same thing, that the Holy Spirit would anoint, if you will, immerse.
- 3:14The person with the Holy Spirit. And maybe we'll see the gifts of the Spirit
- 3:18right away. You never know. You might.
- 3:20But that's the context of baptism. Okay. And then to walk in newness of life.
- 3:26Interesting that in the first century, it was a complete turnaround for people,
- 3:32because they would go through the catechism, the teachings of the church.
- 3:37They didn't have the Bible to read. Right. So they were getting the reading
- 3:40from, from getting the instruction from the ones who were ahead of them,
- 3:44if you will, and the disciples ahead of them.
- 3:46And so that would happen maybe five to six months, maybe a year.
- 3:50We don't know for sure how long that period of time.
- 3:53But we also know from some indicators of the early church that they didn't change
- 3:57clothes and they didn't bathe during that time, which would make one very conscious of sin. Oh, sure.
- 4:05Or stink anyway. And so the baptism process was coming to the river or the pond
- 4:12or the body of water, and they would shed their clothing and cleanse.
- 4:18They would actually be bathed in the process.
- 4:22And they would leave the old clothes behind and even their old identity.
- 4:28And they would be given fresh clothes coming out of the water and a brand new name.
- 4:34Brand new name. And so in that period of time, there's a lot of people who would
- 4:40be like Paul and Saul, Saul, who's now called Paul, but there'd be double names.
- 4:45So their Christian name would be. Yeah.
- 4:49I see. Yeah. I think the Catholics still do that, don't they? In some ways. Yes. Yes.
- 4:56How about the correct age? Because we've actually talked about this before,
- 4:59I think. We've talked about it before.
- 5:02In my tradition, we talk about the age of accountability. Eight.
- 5:05When does a kid know right from wrong and can make decisions well and decide
- 5:12this on their own to follow Jesus?
- 5:15And so, right and wrong? A kid eight years old knows right and wrong.
- 5:20I mean, even my... But do they know the ramification every decision they make?
- 5:23We believe in believers baptism which should
- 5:27be anything from 13 to 89 95
- 5:31you know on up i have baptized
- 5:35kids 11 that had wherewithal to
- 5:38know what was going on okay because i
- 5:41say my my son is five he knows right from
- 5:44wrong right but i don't think he understood i know
- 5:47he doesn't understand why we don't
- 5:50want him to hit somebody well and
- 5:53he probably understands that because he doesn't want to hurt somebody but like say
- 5:55he doesn't understand why we make him go to bed at 7 30 every
- 5:58night right right uh even if we tell him you know well you're kind of a poop
- 6:03head if you don't go to bed at 7 30 right but we don't okay in our judicial
- 6:09system right somebody under 18 we we treat them differently if they commit a
- 6:14murder than if they commit the murder after 18 Right.
- 6:18And so that's part of the accountability that we have put into our judicial system. Okay.
- 6:24And so when we talk about the age of accountability, it's that period of time
- 6:27when they not only are responsible for the decisions, but the consequences of those decisions. Okay.
- 6:34And that is a, yeah, they understand it. And then we are actually holding them
- 6:38accountable for that. Correct.
- 6:40And so where do we get that age of accountability? accountability i don't
- 6:44know that there's a biblical spot other than the bar mitzvah
- 6:47you know right the the age by which
- 6:50even in the jewish tradition you became a son of the church son of the word
- 6:55okay son of the law okay bar mitzvah son of the law okay that makes sense it's
- 7:01more cultural than it is actually biblical okay because i don't i can't think
- 7:07of a single passage that you You could say,
- 7:09this is the age of accountability.
- 7:12Okay. I thought I remember someone referencing the Bible and saying it was eight, but that seems off.
- 7:18So let us know out there. Yeah. If you find it, let me know.
- 7:22I need that one. Yeah. That'd be interesting to find out.
- 7:25What would be some other signs that we would see that someone is ready?
- 7:30The maturity of the individual. Okay. They understand what it means to not only
- 7:35understand scripture, but to make it a part of their life.
- 7:39I mean, it's one thing to read the scripture, oh yeah, we've got a lot of people,
- 7:43who understand scripture, stem to stern and have no faith. Right.
- 7:49One illustration is the guy who followed.
- 7:54The guy who was the leader of textual criticism of the Bible,
- 7:57so he could take a word and get it down to its root, and he knew all that biblical stuff.
- 8:04His successor that he taught all this to is actually an atheist.
- 8:10So you not only need to know the word, but you need to be able to understand
- 8:15its influence on us and adopt it as your own.
- 8:20Yeah. yeah so that yeah that does that's pretty
- 8:23stark contrast it is yeah we wouldn't baptize someone
- 8:26who is an atheist ff bruce was the man of
- 8:29faith yeah who did the textual criticism of the bible and it's tremendous work
- 8:35okay he i mean it was a tremendous contribution to our understanding of the
- 8:40biblical context and literature his successor however while he understands a great deal is not
- 8:47a man of faith okay okay does it
- 8:51have to be up in front of everybody i do believe that
- 8:54okay and the reason i believe that is well jesus was
- 8:57baptized in front of a crowd but also
- 9:01okay if i'm gonna make a commitment am i gonna make it in secret right you know
- 9:06am i ashamed of it or is it something that i'm bold and going to live out right
- 9:12if i'm gonna live it out i not only want I want you to know that I'm doing it
- 9:16so that you can keep me on task,
- 9:18but also everybody else I know.
- 9:20Right. So there's not some spot of my life I can crawl off and say,
- 9:24well, in this little spot, I don't have to act like a Christian.
- 9:28Just as we want an age of accountability, we want the action to be,
- 9:31you want to be, have at least a bit of a little bit of accountability on that. Right. Yeah.
- 9:36Someone to hold you accountable in a way. You know, if I decided last night
- 9:41that I was going on a diet and then 20 minutes later had myself a pan of brownies,
- 9:45I didn't tell anyone though.
- 9:47So I'm not, I didn't technically fail. So no one knew. Right. But.
- 9:51Sort of. Yeah. If I had told all of Facebook or something and then said,
- 9:56I actually ate a whole pan of brownies, then there's some accountability.
- 9:59I enjoyed every one of them. Yeah. There you go. There you go.
- 10:02Then you'd be held accountable.
- 10:04If someone as a pastor let's say and someone
- 10:08just says i'm ready to be baptized do you have any other follow-up
- 10:11questions for them to make sure is that important
- 10:14as far as like what happens at the church well it's
- 10:17important that you have somebody a part of that process who can
- 10:20talk you through a pastor a mentor someone
- 10:24who knows you and says okay so
- 10:27have you ever considered this and have you considered that
- 10:30okay this this is i know you do
- 10:33this are you considering this part of it because sometimes
- 10:37we don't consider all the other things we just sort of we
- 10:41don't want to make an emotional decision right cognitively i
- 10:45think we're the medical term says well our
- 10:48frontal lobe isn't fully developed till we're 27 well if that's the case maybe
- 10:52we shouldn't be baptized ties till we're 27 right but in that so it's nice to
- 10:58have somebody around us that can help us with these decisions and all the ramifications
- 11:01of them okay that's fair all right next question,
- 11:07if salvation is a gift can we lose it or give it back just as easy this is from
- 11:13adrian adrian adrian yeah so adrian yeah,
- 11:18Probably the scripture I'll go to fastest that answers this is Hebrews chapter 6.
- 11:27Oh, come on. I want the pages to turn. They won't.
- 11:32It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened,
- 11:35who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared the Holy Spirit,
- 11:40who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to
- 11:44come, if they fall away to be brought back to repentance.
- 11:48Because to their loss they're crucifying
- 11:50the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.
- 11:55That's the answer to your question, Adrian. Yep. So what's interesting is then
- 12:00I've been in discussions that,
- 12:02okay, you can't lose it because if you got those four, you can't lose it.
- 12:10And the other side would say, if they fall away, they can't be brought back. Right.
- 12:15You can lose it, and then you can't be redeemed. Right.
- 12:18So which camp do you fall in i i
- 12:21fall in the camp of god's grace okay because on
- 12:25my side i think okay been enlightened tasted
- 12:28the heavenly gift who shared in the holy spirit who've tasted the goodness of
- 12:32the word of god and the powers of the age to come okay how many people have
- 12:35been have really encountered all five of those right to the fullness because
- 12:41you know it's been it's It's not that long ago that I felt like I had a new
- 12:45understanding of the Holy Spirit.
- 12:47Well, if I can do it, you know, many years later, then I just,
- 12:52I don't want to be judge this side of the cross.
- 12:59I don't want to be judge this side of heaven. Can you lose it?
- 13:03Well, I don't think I'd take the chance. Right.
- 13:05I think God's just going to keep working on you. I think. So I fall into that
- 13:10one because I don't understand this.
- 13:12I don't know if you've ever talked to anyone who says something like this,
- 13:16but I used to be a Christian.
- 13:19I go, no, you didn't.
- 13:23That's not how that works. If you had a relationship with Jesus, that's not a used to.
- 13:29If you knew who Jesus was truly, that is such a radical thing that that's never
- 13:34going to leave your mind. That's the idea behind it, the consuming nature of
- 13:40Jesus is not ever going to be a used to. Right.
- 13:44And that's one of the lies that Satan would like to put us in.
- 13:47Okay. Yeah. And so we might pause our discipleship and our growth because we believe a lie.
- 13:55Right. I'm too bad now. I've done something too wrong that God won't.
- 13:59So I'm no longer a Christian. Right.
- 14:03I've turned my back on Christ too big. I'm no longer a Christian.
- 14:07That is something that Satan wants us to believe. Right.
- 14:11And if we allow it to work in our life, it will undermine what Christ would have done in our life.
- 14:17Does it take away salvation? I don't think so. I'd still go back to 1 Corinthians
- 14:213, 10 through, what was it, 14?
- 14:25And it talks about what are we building on top of Christ.
- 14:29Right. Those things are going to be tested. Right. If they're precious silver,
- 14:32gold, precious stones, or wood, hay, or straw, they're going to be tested.
- 14:41But Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Yeah, I agree with that.
- 14:47But you hear it a lot. Yep. So that's a difficult thing.
- 14:50Well, and I think we hear it probably even more than right now.
- 14:53Now, we have a lot of people who are de-churched, who maybe grew up in church,
- 14:59didn't find it useful, or didn't have the time for it and fell away from church,
- 15:05or were hurt by church things.
- 15:08And so they just don't go anymore. I call those the de-churched.
- 15:12And what we don't realize is, much like the baptism question is,
- 15:18we do need the community of faith to help sharpen us in our faith and to be
- 15:25there to keep us going when things happen that, boy, it's hard. Yeah.
- 15:31And we, we read and we go to Hebrews chapter 10, verse 28. It says, don't give up. Right.
- 15:39Don't give up meeting together as some have already done.
- 15:42There's a, a nudge towards being community and we need the body of Christ.
- 15:49Right. That's first Corinthians chapter 12.
- 15:52We have to be a part of it because the body needs us. Yeah.
- 15:56Agree with that i think there needs to be a little bit more scrutiny let's say
- 16:00it's a different way i'm kind of taking a hard turn here or left turn the sunday
- 16:06school teachers they need to be.
- 16:09Chosen wisely you need to
- 16:12talk to them i found myself at some times you
- 16:15know you get the sheets and the colored and things that the kids bring about
- 16:18from sunday school and they know as you know what to talk about at home and
- 16:20those things never happen and i
- 16:23started to wonder why i was doing that so the stuff
- 16:27is there but you got to know what they're
- 16:30being taught because i've seen way more
- 16:33people be hurt by what happens at church
- 16:36when the adults are learning or
- 16:40worshiping the kids are doing something else and whatever
- 16:44that is is not sticking not sticking all right okay they're not it's not it's
- 16:49not getting in the heads at least as far as i've seen i just know i know a A
- 16:53lot of people that have spoken poorly of the Catholic nuns that they were taught under.
- 17:01And I'm not attacking Catholics or the nuns or anything.
- 17:05It's just a common thing that I've heard multiple stories of.
- 17:08And back then, that's what would happen.
- 17:10There are a lot of churches, a lot of schools, too, that were Catholic schools as well.
- 17:15So, I don't know. They just turned a lot of people away from the faith.
- 17:19And that's why I think that's a very important thing. It is a very important
- 17:22thing. And we had a cultural shift that changes things as well. And so...
- 17:29The church has been slow to make the changes it probably needed to make to be
- 17:35didactically appropriate.
- 17:37In other words, have dynamic teaching. Oh, yeah.
- 17:41And remain a relevant part of people's lives because, well, if I don't like
- 17:47what that preacher says, I'll go over here.
- 17:49Right. And if I don't like what's done there, or if I've been hurt there,
- 17:54I'll do something else. Or if I, I don't have to have church.
- 17:57Right. And that's, that's also been a teaching because I can watch TV and those
- 18:02TV preachers can feed me. Yeah.
- 18:05That is something I know that we've already committed to going long.
- 18:09Cause we got one more question in the bowl and I've got a question for you. Oh, really?
- 18:13It's about the, how do you respond to like a, someone who is saying they're
- 18:17not, they're Christian.
- 18:20They're not really sure what about the Bible they do or don't,
- 18:24you know, believe because Because some of it is, you know, at least this is my idea.
- 18:29It can be kind of tossed by the wayside. It's just old people writing.
- 18:32And they're just not really sure organized religion's the right way to go.
- 18:36Yeah, that's probably the central piece. Right. Okay.
- 18:40And we're deinstitutionalizing many things right now.
- 18:45And so the institution becomes the bad guy.
- 18:49That's not all bad. Right. The thing that will end up happening if we don't
- 18:55if we aren't careful by saying we can't be a part of any institution,
- 19:00then we're going to throw the baby out with the bathwater and realize that there's
- 19:04groups that we should probably for our community.
- 19:08We should probably be a part of some group that is living into our community. Lions Club, our church.
- 19:14We ought to be doing something for our community other than coming out and voting.
- 19:18And I hope we're at least doing that. I mean, we, we talk about the least investment
- 19:23in my community and the most investment of my community. I could be mayor.
- 19:28Least go out and vote then then there's
- 19:32lion's club and and all other things that we
- 19:34could be a part of and the church is one of those yeah that it
- 19:38is living into community but the church hasn't done community
- 19:41well enough no in the past 60 years
- 19:45that but what we could do better right so we
- 19:48write the church off because it's really ineffective yeah and
- 19:51so i can sense this coming
- 19:54generation if it's not making a change in
- 19:58the world i don't want to be part of it right and then
- 20:01if it's an institution just to be an institution i don't want to
- 20:04be part of that either and it's really easy to pick apart an institution say
- 20:07oh well they they believe this well that's that's not mine that's that's not
- 20:12that's what not what i was grown to believe right yeah that's a tricky one it
- 20:16is it really is and we just need to understand where we get our beliefs from yeah if we get it from
- 20:23some strange spot, we need to maybe keep it in check.
- 20:28That's why I guess the lack of Bible literacy bothers me, because people really
- 20:35don't know where in the Bible they get what they believe.
- 20:39And maybe we, well, okay, bottom line, we failed in teaching it.
- 20:45But really, people ought to be just as literate in the Bible as they are on anything else.
- 20:51So when you talk about the people that don't believe in the Bible, I have to ask them why.
- 20:57Because I'm finding the deeper I get in the Bible, the more I believe it not
- 21:03only has context for my Christian faith, but it has context for history. Oh, yeah.
- 21:09Very interesting historical context that's being proven day by day with archaeological
- 21:15finds and even the beginning of the world. Yeah.
- 21:21I'm captivated by that study. Me too. And I don't, this is like one of my big
- 21:27apologetic stances is I don't understand how,
- 21:32you can pick apart the Bible and then throw things out and other and keep other things.
- 21:36Because then I feel like the Bible is no longer authoritative. Right.
- 21:40And if some things are true and some things are not, then it's just up to whoever
- 21:44wants to come along and say, these things are true and these things aren't.
- 21:47How do you know We know that this is the way, this is the right religion even. Right.
- 21:52Boy, if you don't have answers for that, that's hard. And we know,
- 21:55we also know that's going to happen to the church because Paul said it.
- 22:00And his letters to Timothy and Titus allude to a time when people are not going
- 22:06to put up with solid teaching. Right.
- 22:09I mean, I think you can pretty much use that in any age since then.
- 22:13Right. There's always going to be people that aren't going to be.
- 22:15But it's a good way of testing what group you're part of.
- 22:18Right. If they're scratching your itch, why? Right.
- 22:22Right. Is the appropriate itch? as far as
- 22:25like solid teachings go and like you know good ideas and sound
- 22:28rational ideas and unsound things it's i
- 22:31mean if we can't figure those things out
- 22:34boy we're in trouble because i feel like it's super easy like anything
- 22:37said in a presidential debate is i don't
- 22:39feel like it's pretty unsound because it's all just a little clip
- 22:42bites thing it's for an emotional response and out
- 22:45of context often so if it's
- 22:49a if if you're getting an idea across let's say
- 22:51in a tiktok video or a short video and you
- 22:55can do it in one minute you're either the most efficient person ever who and
- 22:59in the world or what you're saying isn't that important you know what i mean
- 23:04yeah or it's wrong or it's wrong or it's wrong that could that could also be
- 23:07true you can get a lie across the world before the truth still lacing up its
- 23:10boots and that's also true that's right.
- 23:14Were you looking something up well all scripture is god breathed but also oh
- 23:20i was finding that there will be terrible times in the last days.
- 23:25People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful,
- 23:27proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,
- 23:31without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control. It goes on and on.
- 23:37They are the kind that worm their ways into homes, gain control over weak-willed
- 23:42women, and who are loaded down with sins and swayed by all kinds of desires.
- 23:46Desires it just sounds like
- 23:49what we have on going on boy i'd
- 23:53say tiktok and short form videos are yeah a perfect way to get that across yeah
- 23:59yeah so we're gonna go on to the next question boy yeah we really took a hard
- 24:04turn on that one that one was just about salvation being a gift and being able
- 24:07to lose sorry about that yeah we sort of got into it yep all right last question
- 24:11very last Sorry, this one's a little long, guys. It's big.
- 24:14What does it mean to fear the Lord? How does loving God go along with fearing Him?
- 24:19This is from Nate and Mike's small group.
- 24:24Fear in the... Yeah. In some of the translations, you'll find fear as awe.
- 24:32So it's not the kind of fear that you're going to get whooped. It is the awe of...
- 24:42Fear the Lord, how does it, say the question again.
- 24:46What does it mean to fear the Lord? How does loving God go along with fearing him? Okay, yeah.
- 24:53So the fear of the Lord, that could be interpreted as awe of something much
- 24:58bigger and much more powerful than we are and able to whoop us in a moment.
- 25:03Right. And in control of everything. And so we should live in that kind of awe, fear.
- 25:08It's not awe, awe, it's fear. because of what God's power can really do.
- 25:15Understanding that we can love God, that's maintaining a heart that says,
- 25:20okay, this God is really living into my life rather than against my life.
- 25:26I'm amazed at what he's done. I'm amazed at the creation he's put around me,
- 25:30the beauty, and you love God.
- 25:35Most importantly is God sent Jesus
- 25:38jesus to help us understand how we
- 25:41could love him for god so loved the world that
- 25:44he gave his only begotten son because he wants us
- 25:46to love him like we love
- 25:49jesus yeah and we understand this jesus
- 25:53because he came and healed the sick
- 25:56he he gave strength to the lame he taught these principles that we could live
- 26:01by that help us live in contrast to the world around us in a very positive way
- 26:06and live into our communities in ways that change things and is better for other
- 26:13people if we live them out.
- 26:16So that the concept of the New Testament and what God is living into the world
- 26:22through Jesus Christ then derives from us a response of, hey, this God's got us.
- 26:28To the point he would send us this example in Jesus that we not only could learn
- 26:33from, but we could love. Yeah.
- 26:36As if Paul says it in 2 Corinthians 5, redeeming the world unto himself.
- 26:44And the cotton patch version I really like of that passage, God's hugging the world unto himself.
- 26:53How do we respond to that kind of love that would want more for us than we could even imagine?
- 26:58In fact that's ephesians chapter
- 27:02three in that prayer that can do immeasurably
- 27:05more than what we can ask or imagine
- 27:08right that's that's the god we love
- 27:11that's the the jesus we love i agree
- 27:15i think one of those one of those aspects too
- 27:18is just or the analogy i would say is think of a good father hmm I mean this
- 27:24is my this is why we're calling God he and calling him father you know a good
- 27:30father can put you in your place but doesn't want right he wants you to make the right choices yeah.
- 27:37God we're in awe and as a and as a little child maybe
- 27:40seeing your dad you know lift something heavy up or
- 27:42crumble or chop a block of
- 27:45wood could squish me oh yeah that's right he
- 27:49could pick up a whole something you know and you're like
- 27:51and then when he picks the baby up yeah and
- 27:55then holds the baby tight and loves so it's
- 27:58that yeah it's that awe of how powerful
- 28:01they are yet still chooses to to love
- 28:04me even though that's that's
- 28:07well put alex yeah that's well put yeah because yeah
- 28:10you don't want to be spanked but then you also know that he doesn't want to
- 28:13spank you right and god says that over and
- 28:16over i mean i feel like that's a lot of what's in the bible like i i
- 28:19can i remember the last time my dad spanked me
- 28:22and the tears in his eyes yeah yeah yeah so it's a it's a that's what i see
- 28:29with the fear and that's kind of what i showed or told my son from when i said
- 28:33you know teaching the fear of the lord because i read somewhere that that was
- 28:36important what does that mean i go well you know how i'm stronger than you yes yeah.
- 28:41You know have i i could probably spank you pretty
- 28:44good and he's oh yeah yeah i saw you spank reggie
- 28:47once i go that's our dog by the way i go yeah yes i did because he was what
- 28:53he goes eating my dinner off the table i go right he wasn't supposed to do that
- 28:57was he goes no but i love reggie he There it is.
- 29:04But yeah, I didn't make any worlds or create anything, but yeah.
- 29:09Know the love of a father that's right that's right okay yeah
- 29:13that's very good thank you alex we pray this
- 29:16out heavenly father we thank you for the questions that
- 29:19have come we thank you for each one who gave them we pray heavenly father that

- 30:17It's hard to get a preacher to make a short point, huh? Yeah.
- 30:2160 seconds short to the, boy, it usually ends up leading somewhere. So it's fine. I'm sorry.
