- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice Shooters. Now, welcome to the Naughty but Nicia. I'm
- 0:17Speaker 1: your host, Rob Shooter, and it's Tuesday, which means that
- 0:19Speaker 1: dear friend Delamer Dixon joins the same as day.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Are you there, I am here and can I just
- 0:24Speaker 2: get like a little Marvel nerdy for a moment. Yes, okay,
- 0:28Speaker 2: So I'm going to D twenty three. That's the big
- 0:31Speaker 2: Disney event on Friday. Okay, And the word on the
- 0:35Speaker 2: street is they're going to announce the new actress to
- 0:38Speaker 2: play Storm. So if that happens, because you know, they
- 0:41Speaker 2: just announced Black Panther and if you've read the comics,
- 0:44Speaker 2: they are together in some of the comics. So if
- 0:47Speaker 2: they announce it, I'm calling you Rob the minute it happened,
- 0:50Speaker 2: and you gotta let the Naughties next.
- 0:51Speaker 1: We want to break this Naughties hold on, We're going
- 0:53Speaker 1: to break this on Friday. Okay, let's jump into Today show.
- 0:56Speaker 1: What time is it? My friends? Is tea time assive
- 1:00Speaker 1: story that Brad Pitt is back off the wagon after
- 1:04Speaker 1: seven years of sobriety. Let me point out here he
- 1:07Speaker 1: was not caught in a bar having a drink. He
- 1:10Speaker 1: told this to Esquire Magazine. He's on the cover of
- 1:12Speaker 1: Esquire magazine. It comes out in a few days, and
- 1:16Speaker 1: he said that he was sober for seven years and
- 1:19Speaker 1: then I got back off the wagon, he confessed to
- 1:23Speaker 1: the magazine. The Oscar winner say is that he can
- 1:26Speaker 1: now have a few glasses of wine, but he can't
- 1:30Speaker 1: have a lot. He admits that he has overdone it
- 1:33Speaker 1: on a few occasions. This is big, big news. If
- 1:37Speaker 1: you remember, Brad's sobriety journey really started after that infamous
- 1:44Speaker 1: eraplane incident with Andrew, Lina, Jolee and the kids back
- 1:48Speaker 1: in twenty and sixteen. She made some wild accusations about him.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Ultimately he was cleared of those by the FBI, of
- 1:55Speaker 1: all people, but after that, he knew he had to
- 1:58Speaker 1: get help. So back in two two sixteen he started
- 2:03Speaker 1: to think about it, and then a few years later
- 2:05Speaker 1: he went to AA. He credits Bradley Cooper of all people,
- 2:09Speaker 1: for helping him get through this. He also talked about
- 2:12Speaker 1: it and this is something that I find so interesting.
- 2:14Speaker 1: The older I get, the mornings are so precious to him.
- 2:17Speaker 1: He loves waking up without a hangover. He likes to
- 2:20Speaker 1: wake up and feel fresh and start the day and
- 2:23Speaker 1: have all the dreams of the day ahead of you,
- 2:26Speaker 1: and if you're hungover, if you are drinking the night before,
- 2:29Speaker 1: those mornings are very very different.
- 2:32Speaker 2: What do you think, mister, Yeah, I mean, I guess
- 2:36Speaker 2: everybody can decide for themselves what they want to do.
- 2:38Speaker 2: But I've spoken to people who have been through AA
- 2:42Speaker 2: and the things that they say is I just don't
- 2:44Speaker 2: know when to stop, and so I can't even start.
- 2:48Speaker 2: And so by saying, oh, I have a few glasses
- 2:51Speaker 2: of wine, I mean a few glasses of wine could
- 2:54Speaker 2: be like, oh, now I can have one shot. Oh
- 2:57Speaker 2: maybe I can have one or two beers. It's like
- 3:00Speaker 2: where is the limit? And I love that. He said
- 3:02Speaker 2: that he loves being clear headed in the morning. Rob,
- 3:05Speaker 2: you and I have gone out, we've had maybe that
- 3:07Speaker 2: one too many cattail, and you wake up the next
- 3:09Speaker 2: morning and you're like, oh did I do this? And
- 3:12Speaker 2: it's so great. The past week I haven't been drinking,
- 3:15Speaker 2: and just to wake up every morning ready to work,
- 3:19Speaker 2: ready to work out, It's such a great feeling. But again,
- 3:22Speaker 2: he is a grown a man, so he has to
- 3:25Speaker 2: make the decision for himself.
- 3:27Speaker 1: He is he is also too He talked about having
- 3:31Speaker 1: suicidal thoughts. In this story, he said there was a
- 3:35Speaker 1: time when he had family issues. He didn't get into details,
- 3:38Speaker 1: but the weight of life. And this is so important
- 3:41Speaker 1: because somebody like Brad Pitt, at least on the outside,
- 3:45Speaker 1: seems to have it all. He's gorgeous, he's rich, He's
- 3:48Speaker 1: Brad Pitt. Like we make jokes about that, I'm not
- 3:52Speaker 1: Brad Pitt. He is. He is Brad Pitt. When he
- 3:56Speaker 1: looks in the mirror cleaning his teeth every morning, do
- 3:58Speaker 1: you know who's looking at him? Brad Pitt. Brad Pitt
- 4:01Speaker 1: is in his living room, in his bedroom, in his bathroom.
- 4:04Speaker 1: He lives with Brad Pitt. He is Brad Pitt. And
- 4:07Speaker 1: even the biggest stars in the world, even the people
- 4:10Speaker 1: who look like they have it all, have struggles. This
- 4:13Speaker 1: is why I try not to judge people. I try
- 4:16Speaker 1: to give them a little bit of grace. When you
- 4:17Speaker 1: meet somebody, you don't know anything about their life. Maybe
- 4:21Speaker 1: ten percent, maybe twenty if they're a really close friend,
- 4:24Speaker 1: maybe fourty or fifty if they're your best friend. But
- 4:27Speaker 1: there is a lot of stuff, a lot of information,
- 4:30Speaker 1: a lot of feelings that we all carry around every
- 4:33Speaker 1: single day, and we don't share them, and people then
- 4:36Speaker 1: don't know what we are going through. Brad Pitts might
- 4:40Speaker 1: be handsome and rich and famous, but he struggles with
- 4:44Speaker 1: life like you and I and I think as sad
- 4:47Speaker 1: as that is, it's also inspiring. Nobody gets a free
- 4:51Speaker 1: pass in life. I used to think, Gosh, if I
- 4:54Speaker 1: was a little bit more handsome, if I was just
- 4:56Speaker 1: a little bit smarter, my life would be perfect. On
- 4:59Speaker 1: the true it is, it wouldn't. Everybody struggles, so a
- 5:04Speaker 1: really revealing story. If you want to know Angelina Jolie's
- 5:07Speaker 1: reaction to this, I broke the news today just minutes
- 5:10Speaker 1: ago on my sub stag and so Robshuda dot substack
- 5:14Speaker 1: dot com. I hit the phones to see what Angie
- 5:16Speaker 1: thought about this. I spoke to some of her friends.
- 5:19Speaker 1: She's not surprised. She thinks Brad is who he is.
- 5:22Speaker 1: One of her friends said, she tried to warn us
- 5:24Speaker 1: about Brad for a long time, and now he is
- 5:28Speaker 1: drinking again. So I understand why people are very very
- 5:32Speaker 1: nervous about this. I want to find out what Bradley
- 5:34Speaker 1: Cooper thinks, but I also want to find out what
- 5:36Speaker 1: you think, which brings us to my pole question of
- 5:40Speaker 1: the day, Brad Pitt has admitted once again it was
- 5:43Speaker 1: not a reporter. This was not Radar or TMZ or
- 5:45Speaker 1: the Daily Mail. They did not catch him in a
- 5:47Speaker 1: bar drinking. He admitted to Esquire magazine in an interview
- 5:52Speaker 1: that he is drinking again after seven years of being sober.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Is this a good idea or a bad idea? Hey?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page, at X page, at
- 6:06Speaker 1: naughty nice rob at Facebook page is naughty gossip. I'm
- 6:10Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. He
- 6:14Speaker 1: miss d let do you work it all?
- 6:16Speaker 2: Oh? I love this news. So Jon Ham is training
- 6:19Speaker 2: in mad Men's don draper for diaper duty. Now he's
- 6:23Speaker 2: fifty five years old and he and his wife Anna
- 6:26Speaker 2: are expecting their first child. So this comes three years
- 6:30Speaker 2: after they got married in Big Sur, California. So he
- 6:33Speaker 2: has left the door open to fatherhood. In twenty twenty three,
- 6:38Speaker 2: he said that having a family was t b D.
- 6:44Speaker 2: So he and his wife first met when he was
- 6:46Speaker 2: filming Mad Men and back in twenty fifteen, they met
- 6:49Speaker 2: each other. Took five years for them to get together,
- 6:52Speaker 2: but they finally did in twenty twenty. I actually got
- 6:56Speaker 2: to meet them at a party she was very nice, tall,
- 6:59Speaker 2: a sweet lag and now they're under the next chapter
- 7:03Speaker 2: of their life or entering into it with a baby
- 7:06Speaker 2: at fifty five. I mean, he's gonna have to get
- 7:10Speaker 2: in shape because running after a toddler ain't no joke.
- 7:15Speaker 1: That's gonna they can get into shape. That that you
- 7:18Speaker 1: sat next to John Hamm at the was it Critics
- 7:21Speaker 1: Choice Award?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, the TV Critics conference many many years ago.
- 7:29Speaker 2: So I'll admit I hadn't watched mad Man. So I
- 7:32Speaker 2: sat down next to John Hamm. I was invited by
- 7:34Speaker 2: our friend who was one of the vps at Stars Publicity,
- 7:39Speaker 2: and I turned to him, saw this very handsome man
- 7:41Speaker 2: and I.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Says, oh, you're on mad Man.
- 7:43Speaker 2: What part do you play? And he's like he's like, well,
- 7:47Speaker 2: I'm John Hamm. I play the lead. I was like, oh,
- 7:50Speaker 2: good for you. I didn't I knew that it was
- 7:53Speaker 2: an important show, but I didn't realize how big it was.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Season the first season of that show, people were still
- 7:59Speaker 1: discovering it. My best friends is the what's the VP
- 8:03Speaker 1: of publicity over there? And so I was on pretty early,
- 8:06Speaker 1: right towards the beginning. She would have screamers before we
- 8:09Speaker 1: aired on TV. We'd watch it at her house. And
- 8:12Speaker 1: I've met John many, many times through our mutual friend.
- 8:16Speaker 1: He is one handsome man. He's an old school Hollywood
- 8:21Speaker 1: oh and a gentleman.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Yes, old school gentle perfect way.
- 8:25Speaker 1: It's old school and he's not afraid.
- 8:26Speaker 2: To make fun of himself, which is what makes him
- 8:30Speaker 2: so charming.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Johnham, Oh, I'm a little jealous. Okay, moving along before
- 8:35Speaker 1: I get myself into any more trouble. Nibbie leaks he's
- 8:38Speaker 1: back on the Real house Wi've sought her. So the
- 8:40Speaker 1: Real Housewives have returned for the twentieth anniversary of that franchise.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Twenty years it's been at Andy Cohen. No wonder, he's
- 8:46Speaker 1: got a beach as for five million dollars. He has
- 8:49Speaker 1: made money from that show every week for twenty years.
- 8:53Speaker 1: They have a Ultimate Girl's Trip. This is where they
- 8:56Speaker 1: take ladies from different franchises, put them all together, take
- 8:59Speaker 1: them Monday k very funny idea. Well, guess who made
- 9:02Speaker 1: a surprise appearance on the show. Ninni leaks. So she's
- 9:05Speaker 1: not back on the Atlanta Housewives. She had a very
- 9:09Speaker 1: troubled exit. If you remember, she alleged some really awful
- 9:13Speaker 1: things about Brather and Andy Cohen in a lawsuit. She
- 9:16Speaker 1: took them, she took them on. Ultimately this was settled,
- 9:20Speaker 1: It went away, the lawsuit, and now Nini's trying to
- 9:24Speaker 1: build bridges, shall we say? I think making a guest
- 9:27Speaker 1: appearance on this Ultimate Girl's Trip is a good idea.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I'm not sure she's going to be invited back yet
- 9:33Speaker 1: to the Real Housewives of Atlanta. It's tricky with these shows,
- 9:37Speaker 1: isn't it. Mister. You know TV better than any reporter
- 9:39Speaker 1: journalists that I know. I'm a little past the Housewives.
- 9:43Speaker 1: There was a minute when it was just so fabulous.
- 9:46Speaker 1: That's all we talked about. If we bumped into a
- 9:48Speaker 1: housewife at a party, it was so much fun. Now
- 9:51Speaker 1: they're sort of like a dimer dozen. There's so many
- 9:54Speaker 1: of them. There's so many new ones that I don't
- 9:56Speaker 1: really know, and they talk about it like it was
- 9:58Speaker 1: ten years ago. I didn't even watch this Girls Trip?
- 10:01Speaker 1: Did you watch it?
- 10:02Speaker 2: I didn't watch Girls Trip because of course it's all
- 10:05Speaker 2: about Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion right now. So we
- 10:09Speaker 2: just had part one, and as you've said a million times,
- 10:12Speaker 2: this is really when you prove if you deserve your
- 10:15Speaker 2: peach for the upcoming season, so we'll see. I mean,
- 10:19Speaker 2: people think that Duusidora gave good TV. They feel Kay
- 10:24Speaker 2: Michelle did, so if the other girls don't live up
- 10:28Speaker 2: to it, there may be an opportunity for Nini Leeks.
- 10:31Speaker 2: And I think that people have always wanted her back,
- 10:34Speaker 2: even if she comes back in a smaller role like
- 10:37Speaker 2: Cynthia Bailey has in the past year. No real peach,
- 10:40Speaker 2: but you're a friend to the ladies, and as we know,
- 10:44Speaker 2: people still clamor for those original casts. Over at ebony
- 10:48Speaker 2: dot com, we've got the twenty best moments in Real
- 10:51Speaker 2: Housewives history, and a lot of them are from Real
- 10:54Speaker 2: Housewives of Atlanta. Go check it out.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I'll check it out.
- 10:58Speaker 2: But I think she's just taking those baby steps because,
- 11:01Speaker 2: as we know, if you want all your other businesses
- 11:05Speaker 2: outside of Real Housewives to work, you need to be
- 11:08Speaker 2: on Real Housewives.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the anchor, isn't it. A lot of people
- 11:12Speaker 1: forget this. They get on TV shows and they think
- 11:14Speaker 1: they're selling all this stuff because people love them. No,
- 11:17Speaker 1: they love the show and if you lose that anchor,
- 11:19Speaker 1: the rest of that business falls apart. So Nini needs
- 11:23Speaker 1: this show back. But god, I admit I think the
- 11:25Speaker 1: show needs Nini. There's not been another Nini, really hasn't. Okay,
- 11:30Speaker 1: moving along, a celebrity is apologizing for praising Perez Hilton.
- 11:36Speaker 1: We've been reporting this on the show throughout the week.
- 11:39Speaker 1: He is still in hospital. An attempted suicide attempt has
- 11:44Speaker 1: now been confirmed by his family. Who am I talking about?
- 11:47Speaker 1: What's going on? Oh?
- 11:49Speaker 2: Well that would you Jared Plecki? Okay, So basically he's
- 11:53Speaker 2: apologized after supporting Perez Hilton, who had a very traumatic
- 11:59Speaker 2: episode on Live Social and he's been hospitalized because of it.
- 12:05Speaker 2: So basically he said, you know, surrounding you with love
- 12:08Speaker 2: and support. But the reason why this received backlash is
- 12:12Speaker 2: because if you think back to the original Perez Hilton,
- 12:16Speaker 2: before he got thin and did all these TV shows,
- 12:20Speaker 2: he was pretty mean to celebrities. He was awful. He
- 12:24Speaker 2: started his site, and he basically not only just mean
- 12:28Speaker 2: to celebrities. What he'd say, he would actually, and we're
- 12:33Speaker 2: going to say allegedly, he would take photos from photo
- 12:36Speaker 2: sites without paying for them and use them to support
- 12:41Speaker 2: his stories, which is just something you don't do these
- 12:44Speaker 2: You know, photographers are working hard. They need to get
- 12:46Speaker 2: paid you have to go through a subscription service, which
- 12:50Speaker 2: is what we do, what we've always done, or get them,
- 12:53Speaker 2: you know, from the different networks or parties that are
- 12:56Speaker 2: giving them to you.
- 12:57Speaker 1: He was shady. He was shady a marriage. Yeah, so
- 13:01Speaker 1: the mechanics of the business is awful, but it's the
- 13:04Speaker 1: fact that he just said cruel things like we just
- 13:10Speaker 1: a vicious and drawing sexual innuendum on people's faces and
- 13:16Speaker 1: giving them nicknames. I hate nicknames. I hate people that
- 13:19Speaker 1: make up nicknames. It's just so insulting and so demeaning.
- 13:24Speaker 1: That was Perez. He did it mistake.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so basically Jared, you know, deleted it and said
- 13:29Speaker 2: I do not stand for or support any of the
- 13:32Speaker 2: actions that I just found out that he has committed.
- 13:35Speaker 2: He said he never really went to his site, didn't
- 13:38Speaker 2: really pay attention to Brez Hilton in that way, which
- 13:41Speaker 2: is why you've got to do your homework before you
- 13:43Speaker 2: do on someone. And he just came from a belief
- 13:47Speaker 2: of grace and forgiveness. I think Jared thought, oh, here's
- 13:50Speaker 2: somebody who had a breakdown, let's support him, let's say something.
- 13:54Speaker 2: But again, like I said, as we do as journalists
- 13:57Speaker 2: before we write something, we have to check it.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Check out, check it out, check it out. And I
- 14:03Speaker 1: think both can be true. I think Perez can be
- 14:05Speaker 1: a terrible human being who has said some awful things
- 14:09Speaker 1: about people, and I think you can also feel sorry
- 14:11Speaker 1: for him. That's where I am. I want him to
- 14:15Speaker 1: be waking.
- 14:15Speaker 2: We did a show with him once, we did, and
- 14:18Speaker 2: he knows a lot of information. He's he can speak
- 14:21Speaker 2: in front of a crowd. He he's smart, but he
- 14:26Speaker 2: was very cruel back in the day and very very cool.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Just changing your appearance does not necessarily make you a
- 14:34Speaker 2: better person.
- 14:35Speaker 1: So it's a real big debate we're all having. Guy
- 14:38Speaker 1: was on my friend Maureen show yesterday. We were talking
- 14:41Speaker 1: about Perez. I've known him for twenty five years. I
- 14:43Speaker 1: knew him when he was Marrio, before he even became Perez.
- 14:47Speaker 1: It's complicated. You do not want people to suffer, but
- 14:51Speaker 1: you don't want to reward bad behavior. And that's the
- 14:54Speaker 1: dilemma that so many people, journalists, fans, everybody is feeling.
- 14:59Speaker 1: A bad Peres is that he has a dark, dark past,
- 15:05Speaker 1: and to forget that because something awful happened is not
- 15:09Speaker 1: being true. For both can be true. We can wish him. Well,
- 15:13Speaker 1: we can wish him the best. We can show him mystery,
- 15:17Speaker 1: the grace that he never showed anybody else. Okay, we're
- 15:22Speaker 1: going to take a quick break and we will be
- 15:23Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but nine Shami
- 15:27Speaker 1: hostrom shooting with my dear friend Miss d Hey, let's
- 15:30Speaker 1: get to the polls. I love this story. Martha Stewart
- 15:34Speaker 1: is not backing down after accusing Megan Markle of gossiping
- 15:38Speaker 1: about the king at a dinner party. They were both
- 15:40Speaker 1: at RD Who side do you want? Who do you believe?
- 15:43Speaker 1: Are your team Megan? Are your team Martha? Eighty per
- 15:46Speaker 1: team Martha? This is so gangster here. Even if you
- 15:50Speaker 1: like Megan Markle, you gotta admit Martha Stewart is many things.
- 15:53Speaker 1: She's not a liar, She's not she she's got she's
- 15:56Speaker 1: got no reason to not tell the true. And so
- 16:01Speaker 1: this one began picking fights. Having fights not a great idea,
- 16:06Speaker 1: but having to fight with Martha Stewart is stupid because
- 16:08Speaker 1: as we know, mised it. She said New York Gangster.
- 16:11Speaker 1: She is fantastic, done best, she's the og. Don't best
- 16:17Speaker 1: with Martha Stewart. I don't forget to vote on today's
- 16:20Speaker 1: poul get about x page at Twitter page at naughty
- 16:22Speaker 1: nice warm Facebook pages naughty gossip and be sure to
- 16:27Speaker 1: check back to Marrow to hear your results. And now
- 16:32Speaker 1: it's time for a very silly but lovely nicest of the.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Well, our nicest of the day is Brookshields because she's
- 16:41Speaker 2: proving that confidence is the best comeback. So now she
- 16:45Speaker 2: is doing this TikTok challenge with her daughter called the
- 16:49Speaker 2: bully Mom Challenge. Listen, I'm gonna try it with my mom.
- 16:52Speaker 2: It'll last and seconds me saying bully mom, her punching
- 16:57Speaker 2: me in the face. No, so the twenty year old
- 17:01Speaker 2: pretended to be a bully and fired insults at Brookshields.
- 17:04Speaker 2: But here were Brook's answers.
- 17:07Speaker 1: You know.
- 17:07Speaker 2: When she pointed out Brook's gray hairs, bro calmly replied,
- 17:11Speaker 2: it's a sign of maturity. Criticized about her wrinkled she said,
- 17:15Speaker 2: because I'm worried about the world being filled with people
- 17:18Speaker 2: like you. How her funniest response came when her daughter
- 17:23Speaker 2: called her annoying. She said, well, I'm really famous, so
- 17:27Speaker 2: I guess it's worked out okay, And of course she
- 17:30Speaker 2: looks gorgeously quick if we all look like that at
- 17:34Speaker 2: sixty one, we will be very very happy.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I'll take it now. She's our nicest, nicest of the day.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I love sense of hum So there's also a real
- 17:43Speaker 1: lesson in this. When somebody bullishs you, brush it off.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Watch Brook. I know it's not real. I know it's
- 17:50Speaker 1: a bit of a joke. I know this is a gimmick,
- 17:52Speaker 1: but there's actually quite a lot of truth in this.
- 17:55Speaker 1: When somebody comes at you, brush it off, shake it off,
- 17:59Speaker 1: like Brook. And now our naughtyous of the day, naughty, naughty,
- 18:03Speaker 1: naughty Martha Stewart, who I love. I've just complimented that
- 18:06Speaker 1: because I'm naughtyous of the day. Because all I want
