- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning!
- 0:11Speaker 2: The Root!
- 0:11Speaker 3: The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 1: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 1: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 1: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 1: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 4: It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:55Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the root, the root, the
- 0:57Speaker 3: root is on fire. I'm making notes to the last
- 1:01Speaker 3: second here. I had to get two notes in before
- 1:03Speaker 3: I start the show. So I know what to do
- 1:05Speaker 3: the minute the show's over. I've got two phone calls
- 1:07Speaker 3: I've got to make the minute the show's over. I'm
- 1:09Speaker 3: Wayne Allyn Root. This is Warzone Live. Great to be
- 1:13Speaker 3: with you. I want to start the show with my commentary,
- 1:18Speaker 3: but first I've got to go with... Oh, there's no... What?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Oh, all right. Cool.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Make sure the air conditioning's on. It's off.
- 1:28Speaker 1: It's off.
- 1:29Speaker 3: So it probably just wasn't on its highest level. Sorry,
- 1:32Speaker 3: we're trying to get everything ready here. So much to do.
- 1:35Speaker 3: So before I get to my opening commentary, I want
- 1:38Speaker 3: to start with the funniest story that represents everything going
- 1:40Speaker 3: on in the world today. The idiocy of the Democrat Party.
- 1:44Speaker 3: The Oakland mayor has her car stolen from her city
- 1:47Speaker 3: hall office. Doesn't that just sum up everything going on
- 1:50Speaker 3: in America today? The crime wave that Democrats allow and the...
- 1:55Speaker 3: The justice that allows, revolving door justice that allows criminals
- 1:59Speaker 3: to come in and out.
- 2:08Speaker 3: And minority cities just
- 2:11Speaker 3: filled with crime. Cities run by Democrats just filled with crime.
- 2:15Speaker 3: No quality of life in those cities. It's all represented
- 2:19Speaker 3: by this one story. Oakland mayor has car stolen from
- 2:22Speaker 3: city hall office. I'll get to the details later. a
- 2:25Speaker 3: little later in the show. In the meantime, I want
- 2:27Speaker 3: to start the show with my latest commentary I wrote
- 2:30Speaker 3: this morning. The roadmap to GOP midterm victory starts with
- 2:35Speaker 3: the Trump economic miracle, a booming economy, the SAVE Act,
- 2:39Speaker 3: and then the magic deportation formula, E-Verify. Have you ever
- 2:45Speaker 3: heard anyone talk about E-Verify on TV or radio? Not
- 2:47Speaker 3: in years. The naysayers in the mainstream media, I know,
- 2:51Speaker 3: I repeat myself, believe Democrats are a lock, to win
- 2:55Speaker 3: the midterms. They base this view on historical trends and
- 2:59Speaker 3: fake polls showing how unpopular Trump is. But I have
- 3:03Speaker 3: news for them. First, the polls are fake, as usual.
- 3:06Speaker 3: President Trump is as popular as the day he was elected.
- 3:09Speaker 3: And even among a few random conservatives, by the way,
- 3:13Speaker 3: who hate Trump over Epstein and Israel and et cetera,
- 3:17Speaker 3: et cetera, the Tucker Carlson types, the Candace Owens types,
- 3:22Speaker 3: They got nowhere else to go. You're going to sit
- 3:24Speaker 3: home and let Democrats win and let the nation be destroyed?
- 3:26Speaker 5: Really?
- 3:26Speaker 3: Are you going to vote Democrat? Really? So there's nowhere
- 3:29Speaker 3: else to go. So Trump's the only choice, the only
- 3:31Speaker 3: game in town. The GOP Congress is the only game
- 3:34Speaker 3: in town or Trump's presidency is over. The billion-dollar question
- 3:37Speaker 3: is why was Trump elected? Two reasons stand out above
- 3:41Speaker 3: all else for Trump's electoral landslide. Swing state sweep and
- 3:46Speaker 3: popular vote victory. Okay? Nobody should forget. He won everything.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Anyone in the House, anyone in the Senate, anyone, governors
- 3:53Speaker 3: and state legislatures. Number one was fix the economy. That's
- 3:57Speaker 3: what he's elected to do. Fix the economy, number one.
- 4:00Speaker 3: And number two, end illegal immigration. Everything else is 3, 4, 5, 6,
- 4:03Speaker 3: 7 to 3,000. They all are far behind. Fix the
- 4:07Speaker 3: economy and end illegal immigration. In other words, Trump was
- 4:10Speaker 3: elected to, number one, make America prosperous again. And number two,
- 4:14Speaker 3: build the wall and deport them all. President Trump is
- 4:18Speaker 3: delivering on the economy. You know, number one, the economy
- 4:21Speaker 3: is delivering on it. The news in the past week
- 4:23Speaker 3: has been fantastic. Today, we found out that U.S. industrial
- 4:28Speaker 3: production soared in January. Last week, we found out jobs
- 4:33Speaker 3: soared in January. Not just any jobs, but private sector
- 4:37Speaker 3: jobs soared while we eliminated government jobs. I mean, that's perfect.
- 4:41Speaker 3: That's the Goldilocks economy. That's just right. That's what we want.
- 4:45Speaker 3: The news doesn't get any better than that. Then we
- 4:48Speaker 3: found out wages are up and inflation is down, and
- 4:50Speaker 3: wages are growing much faster in inflation. There is no
- 4:54Speaker 3: tariff inflation. Despite all the experts and economists and Democrats
- 4:59Speaker 3: and naysayers predicting and begging and praying for the absolute
- 5:03Speaker 3: worst news possible, as usual, they were all wrong. There
- 5:06Speaker 3: is no tariff inflation. Now, maybe there will be down
- 5:09Speaker 3: the line. But right now, stop lying. There is no
- 5:13Speaker 3: tariff inflation. And one more piece of fantastic economic news.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Just out this morning, our massive $ 550 billion trade deal
- 5:22Speaker 3: with Japan has just launched, including $ 36 billion invested in oil, gas,
- 5:28Speaker 3: and critical mineral projects inside the USA. That's only a
- 5:32Speaker 3: small piece of the almost $ 20 trillion invested into America
- 5:38Speaker 3: by foreign countries. And it's all kicking into gear this year.
- 5:42Speaker 3: just in time to make the economy boom before the midterms.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Thank you, President Trump. All of this $ 20 trillion investment
- 5:51Speaker 3: is possible only because President Trump is the greatest salesman
- 5:54Speaker 3: and booster of America in history. Finally, this great economic
- 5:58Speaker 3: news all comes before the cavalry arrives. And the cavalry
- 6:03Speaker 3: is tax refunds. American taxpayers are are about to receive
- 6:07Speaker 3: the biggest tax refunds in history. And that money will
- 6:10Speaker 3: wind up in stocks and real estate and gold and
- 6:13Speaker 3: Bitcoin and consumer spending this spring. Look for 5% to
- 6:18Speaker 3: 6% GDP coming soon to a town near you. Folks,
- 6:23Speaker 3: this is the Trump economic miracle. It took a year plus,
- 6:27Speaker 3: as I predicted. I said 12 to 18 months. But
- 6:30Speaker 3: the economy is coming to life. We can expect a
- 6:32Speaker 3: Reagan-like economic boom by summer. just in time for the
- 6:36Speaker 3: midterms but that's only a small start trump's low tax
- 6:41Speaker 3: low regulation pro energy policies will start to grow like
- 6:46Speaker 3: a snowball rolling downhill by 2027 and beyond expect the
- 6:52Speaker 3: highest and strongest economic growth in history so with trump
- 6:56Speaker 3: job number one fix the economy It's mission accomplished. We
- 7:01Speaker 3: are making America prosperous again. That alone has the power
- 7:05Speaker 3: to change the midterm results. So what is left to
- 7:09Speaker 3: be done to guarantee a midterm victory? First, pass the
- 7:14Speaker 3: damn SAVE Act already to make elections secure again. If
- 7:19Speaker 3: the GOP Senate can't manage to pass the SAVE Act,
- 7:22Speaker 3: then we know they're either incompetent cowards or bought and
- 7:25Speaker 3: paid for and playing for the other side. They will
- 7:28Speaker 3: forever be known as the failed, do-nothing GOP Senate. No
- 7:33Speaker 3: matter what Trump achieves, no matter what Trump does, if
- 7:36Speaker 3: we allow Democrats to rig, cheat, and steal elections with
- 7:40Speaker 3: fake mail-in ballots, dead voters, and millions of illegal aliens voting,
- 7:45Speaker 3: we will lose. All of Trump's heroic and Herculean efforts
- 7:49Speaker 3: will be for naught. If we let Democrats cheat, then
- 7:52Speaker 3: we are fools, morons, and cowards who deserve to lose.
- 7:57Speaker 3: And then there's one last priority to kick this mass
- 7:59Speaker 3: deportation into gear. which fulfills President Trump's promise to end
- 8:04Speaker 3: illegal immigration and get the lawbreakers out of our country.
- 8:07Speaker 3: It's the magic formula. That's what I call it, the
- 8:10Speaker 3: magic formula. E-Verify. Right now, this mass deportation is one gigantic, expensive, complex,
- 8:19Speaker 3: and difficult undertaking. It's costing time, manpower, massive dollars, and
- 8:24Speaker 3: producing bad PR. But E-Verify is already the law of
- 8:28Speaker 3: the land. We don't need Congress to do a damn thing.
- 8:32Speaker 3: There is nothing Democrats or the fake news media can
- 8:35Speaker 3: do to stop it. It's the law. All we have
- 8:38Speaker 3: to do is enforce it. So why aren't we enforcing it?
- 8:42Speaker 3: If E-Verify is ever actually enforced, there will be no
- 8:46Speaker 3: jobs for illegal aliens anymore. This saves us tens of
- 8:51Speaker 3: billions of dollars for mass deportation. This is how we
- 8:57Speaker 3: force illegal aliens to leave without ICE even involved. Without jobs,
- 9:03Speaker 3: all the illegal alien lawbreakers go home tomorrow of their
- 9:07Speaker 3: own free will, as long as you cut off all welfare,
- 9:10Speaker 3: food stamps, and free health care as well. They need
- 9:13Speaker 3: jobs to survive. Without job prospects, they have no choice
- 9:18Speaker 3: but to self-deport. But right now, not only is no
- 9:21Speaker 3: one enforcing E-Verify, no one is even mentioning it. I'll
- 9:25Speaker 3: talk in detail about E-Verify and how to supercharge mass
- 9:29Speaker 3: deportation in my next column tomorrow. So this one was
- 9:34Speaker 3: about the GOP roadmap to victory and Trump is fulfilling
- 9:38Speaker 3: the economic fix the economy priority number one. And then
- 9:43Speaker 3: priority number two is to get rid of illegal immigrants
- 9:45Speaker 3: and illegal immigration issues. And he's doing a lot of
- 9:48Speaker 3: good things. But so far, it's not making enough of
- 9:52Speaker 3: a difference. We've gotten about two million out of the
- 9:54Speaker 3: country and that's two million good things. But it's not enough.
- 9:57Speaker 3: And I believe you need to force them all to self.
- 10:01Speaker 3: And I have always said the way to do that
- 10:02Speaker 3: is a mixture of E-Verify, so they don't have jobs,
- 10:05Speaker 3: and cut off all welfare, and cut off all funding
- 10:08Speaker 3: to sanctuary cities, and then offer them a huge amount
- 10:11Speaker 3: to leave, like maybe 5,000, 10,000 a person. I don't care.
- 10:14Speaker 3: You go, Wayne, you're going to give them 10,000? They're lawbreakers. Yes,
- 10:18Speaker 3: I'm gonna, because you know what that saves long-term? Every
- 10:21Speaker 3: one of them is costing us like $ 100, 000 to $ 200, 000
- 10:24Speaker 3: a year. If it's a family of six, multiply six
- 10:27Speaker 3: times $ 200, 000 a year. They're costing over a million dollars.
- 10:30Speaker 3: So it's a bargain to give them $ 5, 000 or $ 10, 000
- 10:33Speaker 3: to leave. So cut off their welfare, cut off all
- 10:37Speaker 3: funding to sanctuary cities, and cut off all their jobs,
- 10:41Speaker 3: access to jobs, and then give them $ 5, 000 or $ 10, 000
- 10:43Speaker 3: and watch them all leave. All right, um, I even
- 10:48Speaker 3: came up with a simple way to wipe out Obamacare
- 10:51Speaker 3: today and solve the nation's health care problems. I'll talk
- 10:53Speaker 3: about that when we get back as well. In the meantime,
- 10:56Speaker 3: I want to mention the Clark County Republican Party Lincoln
- 10:58Speaker 3: Day Dinner. Clark County is Las Vegas, Nevada, one of
- 11:01Speaker 3: the biggest counties in the United States of America, one
- 11:03Speaker 3: of the fast-growing cities and counties in America. And we're
- 11:06Speaker 3: having our Lincoln Day Dinner on Friday, February 27th. That
- 11:09Speaker 3: should be a week from this Friday, right? A week
- 11:11Speaker 3: from this Friday. Friday, February 27th. The stars of the event,
- 11:15Speaker 3: emceed by yours truly, Wayne Allyn Root. I'll be the
- 11:18Speaker 3: master of ceremonies. And my good friend, keynote speaker Kevin
- 11:21Speaker 3: Sorbo of Hercules. Speaking of a Herculean effort by President Trump,
- 11:25Speaker 3: Kevin Sorbo is Hercules. One of the, if not, I
- 11:29Speaker 3: think he's the most syndicated series, star of the most
- 11:32Speaker 3: syndicated series ever. In the history of the United States
- 11:34Speaker 3: of America, go to ClarkCountyRepublicanParty.com. ClarkCountyRepublicanParty.com to buy tickets for
- 11:41Speaker 3: the Lincoln Day Dinner, Friday, February 27th, starring yours truly,
- 11:45Speaker 3: Wayne Allyn Root. All right, a special treat for you.
- 11:52Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 11:55Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 11:59Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In the United States,
- 12:02Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation.
- 12:09Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 12:12Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 12:15Speaker 3: production much easier. Mark, you're a legend in the oil
- 12:19Speaker 3: industry and the gas industry. Tell us about your track record.
- 12:23Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 12:26Speaker 6: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 12:30Speaker 6: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 12:32Speaker 6: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 12:36Speaker 6: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 12:39Speaker 6: United States. When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I
- 12:43Speaker 6: worked with him for four years. I've been in the
- 12:44Speaker 6: oil and gas business ever since. You would probably know
- 12:48Speaker 6: me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And Ultra
- 12:53Speaker 6: had a pretty good track record, which you're very familiar with,
- 12:56Speaker 6: I think.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 13:00Speaker 3: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run
- 13:04Speaker 3: of your publicly traded company.
- 13:06Speaker 6: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 13:08Speaker 3: $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 13:11Speaker 3: $ 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now tell me
- 13:15Speaker 3: why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is so important.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I hear about projects and deals all the time. What
- 13:23Speaker 3: makes this one special, Mark?
- 13:25Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 13:27Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 13:30Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 13:33Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 13:35Speaker 6: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 13:39Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 13:42Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 13:45Speaker 6: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 13:49Speaker 6: only operator in this field. And right now we can
- 13:53Speaker 6: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 13:56Speaker 6: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 14:00Speaker 6: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 14:03Speaker 6: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 14:06Speaker 6: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 14:09Speaker 3: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 14:16Speaker 3: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 14:20Speaker 3: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 14:23Speaker 3: That's the project. But the website, Lostsoldier.com. If you're an
- 14:28Speaker 3: accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 14:30Speaker 3: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 14:33Speaker 3: the form and you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and
- 14:35Speaker 3: his people will get back to you as CFOs. and
- 14:37Speaker 3: let you know all the details you need to know, LostSoldier.com. Thanks, Mark,
- 14:42Speaker 3: for being with us today.
- 14:43Speaker 6: Hey, thank you, Wayne.
- 14:44Speaker 4: Good to see you again.
- 14:45Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allyn Root.
- 15:06Speaker 3: The root, the root, the root's on fire. See, I
- 15:08Speaker 3: don't like war the way Bush wages war. What were
- 15:11Speaker 3: Bush's wars, right? Iraq and Afghanistan, we were in them forever.
- 15:15Speaker 3: We spent trillions of dollars. How does Trump wage war?
- 15:18Speaker 3: I think you're going to find out in Iran. We'll
- 15:19Speaker 3: just bomb the hell out of the mullahs, bomb their palaces,
- 15:22Speaker 3: bomb their military installations, and leave lots of holes in
- 15:25Speaker 3: the ground and leave.
- 15:26Speaker 1: That's it.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Then the fleet leaves. That's the way we should have
- 15:29Speaker 3: fought Iraq and Afghanistan. Okay? You don't pay for them
- 15:32Speaker 3: after you bomb them. This isn't a toy story. You don't,
- 15:34Speaker 3: you know, if you break it, you don't own it.
- 15:36Speaker 3: That's not, the United States didn't have to own Iraq
- 15:38Speaker 3: and Afghanistan. We didn't have to pay for their water
- 15:41Speaker 3: to be reattached. We didn't have to pay for democracy.
- 15:45Speaker 3: You bomb it, you kill Saddam Hussein, you hang him,
- 15:47Speaker 3: and you leave. And that's what Trump's going to do.
- 15:49Speaker 3: We're not going to have ground forces. We're going to
- 15:51Speaker 3: bomb them into submission, and then we're going to leave.
- 15:53Speaker 3: In and out. In and out, exactly. In and out,
- 15:57Speaker 3: in and out. The way old men like it, in
- 15:58Speaker 3: and out. So... What else can I say? I mean,
- 16:03Speaker 3: I'm not a fan of war. I don't like wars.
- 16:05Speaker 3: But sometimes you have to do things. You have to
- 16:07Speaker 3: bomb people in order to get their attention. And you
- 16:11Speaker 3: have to bomb people who, like Iran, fund terrorism all
- 16:16Speaker 3: over the world. That's an exception to the rule. Iran
- 16:20Speaker 3: causes trouble everywhere in the world for Americans and for
- 16:23Speaker 3: Christians and for Jews. So I don't mind it. Let's
- 16:27Speaker 3: eliminate Iran. Let's eliminate the mullahs. And let's leave the
- 16:31Speaker 3: people alone. because I think the people of Iran are
- 16:34Speaker 3: good people. I told you I'd give you my idea
- 16:37Speaker 3: for Obamacare, to replace Obamacare. So for the moment, let's
- 16:42Speaker 3: call it root care. Here's my version of root care.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Tell me this doesn't make sense. See, the problem is
- 16:49Speaker 3: politicians and lawyers like to make things complex. The more
- 16:53Speaker 3: complex it is, the better it is for them because
- 16:56Speaker 3: they can steal all your money. And also if it's complex,
- 16:59Speaker 3: they look smart. What if we just made it simple?
- 17:01Speaker 3: I think it should be so simple. It should be
- 17:03Speaker 3: as simple as this. It makes total sense. And that's
- 17:05Speaker 3: why no one's ever done it. This was what I
- 17:08Speaker 3: came up with. Everyone in America has to pay a $ 5, 000
- 17:11Speaker 3: a year deductible. So the first $ 5, 000 is on you.
- 17:16Speaker 3: And you go, Wayne, that's terrible. Wait a minute. I've
- 17:18Speaker 3: already got a $ 10, 000 deductible right now. And that's not
- 17:21Speaker 3: even for a family of four or six. That's just
- 17:23Speaker 3: for me. A single policy for me and I have
- 17:26Speaker 3: a $ 10, 000 deductible. Everyone in America, the first $ 5, 000 is
- 17:30Speaker 3: on you because every time you go to the doctor
- 17:32Speaker 3: for a sniffle, the bill should be on you. That's
- 17:34Speaker 3: not should be on the government. Shouldn't be on a
- 17:36Speaker 3: health insurance company. Should be on you. The first $ 5, 000,
- 17:39Speaker 3: everyone has to pay themselves. But that's the last money
- 17:43Speaker 3: they will ever pay. How can anyone complain about that?
- 17:46Speaker 3: From $ 5, 001... To a million dollars, everyone has to get
- 17:52Speaker 3: a catastrophic health insurance plan. And because it's catastrophic, it
- 17:57Speaker 3: doesn't start. So $ 5, 001, it's going to be dirt cheap.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Instead of paying $ 3, 000, $ 4, 000 a month, you might pay
- 18:04Speaker 3: like $ 200 a month. So all you've got is the
- 18:07Speaker 3: first $ 5, 000 on you, which should dissuade you from going
- 18:10Speaker 3: to the doctor unless it's absolutely necessary. No one should
- 18:12Speaker 3: go to doctors or emergency rooms, only in an emergency.
- 18:16Speaker 3: And then everything above $ 5, 000 is on this catastrophic policy
- 18:20Speaker 3: up to a million, or maybe it would be $ 2
- 18:22Speaker 3: million or $ 3 million. And then everything after that is
- 18:25Speaker 3: on the government. So Wayne Root is actually endorsing free
- 18:28Speaker 3: enterprise combined with government health care. So like only for
- 18:31Speaker 3: the worst of the worst, if you're paralyzed for life,
- 18:34Speaker 3: If your whole family of six gets in a car accident,
- 18:37Speaker 3: it's $ 10 million worth of bills. If you're dying of
- 18:39Speaker 3: cancer in the last few months, it's a $ 5 million
- 18:42Speaker 3: bill for chemotherapy. That's all paid by the government. Government
- 18:45Speaker 3: is the option of last resort. So it starts with
- 18:49Speaker 3: a $ 5, 000 deductible on you. Then it goes to a
- 18:51Speaker 3: catastrophic health insurance policy you've got to pay that's dirt cheap.
- 18:55Speaker 3: And then it goes to the government to pay everything
- 18:58Speaker 3: bad so no one will ever go broke ever again
- 19:01Speaker 3: because of medical bills. No one's ever gone broke because
- 19:03Speaker 3: they had a $ 4, 000 medical bill. They go broke because
- 19:06Speaker 3: they have a $ 300, 000 hospital bill. They go broke because
- 19:09Speaker 3: they got cancer and they have a million dollar bill.
- 19:12Speaker 3: That'll never happen again under root care. The government will
- 19:15Speaker 3: pay all the million dollar bills. And health insurance will
- 19:18Speaker 3: pay from $ 5, 000 to a million. And then poor people
- 19:21Speaker 3: don't even have the deductible. Their deductible should go down
- 19:24Speaker 3: to like $ 500 and they lose $ 4, 500 to the $ 5, 000.
- 19:28Speaker 3: But it's got to be strict. So the average middle
- 19:29Speaker 3: class person can't get it. The average person that's rich
- 19:32Speaker 3: can never get it. Only the poorest of the poor
- 19:35Speaker 3: will have almost everything paid for. Is that not fair?
- 19:39Speaker 3: Is that not good for the middle class to have
- 19:41Speaker 3: a $ 5, 000 deductible and then everything after that is paid
- 19:44Speaker 3: for by either insurance or the government and you never
- 19:46Speaker 3: get a bill again beyond $ 5, 000 no matter what happens?
- 19:48Speaker 3: And if you don't go to the doctor, you don't
- 19:49Speaker 3: have the $ 5, 000 bill either. I think it's the best
- 19:52Speaker 3: plan that's ever been out there. There's never been anything
- 19:55Speaker 3: like it. So simple and yet so effective. No one's
- 20:00Speaker 3: ever going to go broke ever again and no big
- 20:01Speaker 3: bills ever. You can sleep at night, but you got
- 20:04Speaker 3: to pay the first $ 5, 000. What's the difference? Every middle
- 20:07Speaker 3: class person is already paying $ 5, 000. $ 3, 000 a month for
- 20:10Speaker 3: insurance because of Obamacare. All right. Jim's Amazing Bread is

- 22:13Speaker 3: And number five ranked conservative news site in the United
- 22:16Speaker 3: States of America. Only beaten by Fox News and Wall
- 22:19Speaker 3: Street Journal and Breitbart and the New York Post. So
- 22:22Speaker 3: number five in the USA. We're number five with a bullet.
- 22:25Speaker 3: We're number five. We're number five. Soon we'll be number one.
- 22:28Speaker 3: And this is the podcast of that number five ranked
- 22:31Speaker 3: conservative news site in the United States of America, which
- 22:34Speaker 3: probably makes it number five in the world, right? Where
- 22:36Speaker 3: else do you have a bigger conservative website in the
- 22:39Speaker 3: world than in America? So sponsor of this segment, this
- 22:42Speaker 3: is my interview segment. Got a great interview coming up
- 22:44Speaker 3: with a doctor who has been literally persecuted, literally persecuted,
- 22:49Speaker 3: like President Trump's been persecuted. I only wish they'd persecute Dr.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Fauci the way this guy's been persecuted, because this is
- 22:56Speaker 3: a good guy. Fauci deserves to be prosecuted. This guy's
- 23:00Speaker 3: been persecuted. But VRA is the sponsor of this segment.
- 23:04Speaker 3: After 15 years on Wall Street, at the highest levels
- 23:07Speaker 3: in 2003, Kip Herridge founded VRA. He left Wall Street
- 23:10Speaker 3: behind because he didn't want to work for the fat
- 23:12Speaker 3: cats anymore, and he wanted to help the little guy
- 23:14Speaker 3: and gal. His global investment and economic newsletter is called
- 23:18Speaker 3: VRA Insider. And it started then. And since then, it's
- 23:23Speaker 3: top-performing recommendations, which he spells out. Everybody can see them
- 23:27Speaker 3: every single day that the newsletter comes, which is five
- 23:30Speaker 3: days a week. And you can see them. And they've
- 23:34Speaker 3: beaten the market over 86% of the time, 19 out
- 23:36Speaker 3: of 22 years. And all 22 years of records of
- 23:40Speaker 3: his 10-baggers, his biggest recommendations, are on his site.
- 23:45Speaker 1: All of them.
- 23:46Speaker 3: And he doesn't just beat the market, but he often
- 23:47Speaker 3: beats the market by a mile. His top recommendations were
- 23:51Speaker 3: up 35.7% last year and an average of 38% over
- 23:55Speaker 3: the past three years. Meanwhile, Barron's reports the average Wall
- 23:58Speaker 3: Street money manager loses to the market 90% of the time.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Kip is... like a man with a crystal ball, the
- 24:05Speaker 3: Nostradamus of Wall Street. I've followed his recommendations for all
- 24:09Speaker 3: 22 years. I'm a witness. Facts matter. The VRA portfolio
- 24:13Speaker 3: beats the market in good years and down years. When
- 24:17Speaker 3: the market and the economy are up, it wins. When
- 24:19Speaker 3: the market and economy are down, it wins. Let Kip
- 24:22Speaker 3: prove it to you for free, exclusively for my fans
- 24:25Speaker 3: and nobody else. Kip is offering his daily VRA investment

- 24:36Speaker 3: free as well. Free two weeks at VRAinsider.com, a place
- 24:41Speaker 3: where red pill patriots go for their investment advice. And
- 24:44Speaker 3: my belief is, after two weeks of free, you'll choose
- 24:47Speaker 3: to pay. It's a very small amount, and you'll stay forever,
- 24:50Speaker 3: just like I have. All right, our guest is here, Dr.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Ron Higgins. Elfenbein. I hope I'm pronouncing that right. Elfenbein.
- 24:57Speaker 3: He's a highly respected emergency room physician in Maryland facing
- 25:00Speaker 3: his second trial against bogus charges from the corrupt Biden
- 25:04Speaker 3: DOJ during the COVID era.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Dr.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Ron Elfenbein, welcome to the Wayne Allyn Root Show. How
- 25:09Speaker 3: are you? Great. Thanks, Wayne.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Thanks for having me. And Mazel Tov on being number five.
- 25:14Speaker 4: That's awesome.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Thank you. Did I pronounce your name right? Elfenbein?
- 25:18Speaker 4: Very few people do.
- 25:21Speaker 3: So at the start of the pandemic, you donated large
- 25:24Speaker 3: amounts of PPE, the personal protective equipment and supplies to
- 25:29Speaker 3: patients who are in need, which gains you national attention.
- 25:34Speaker 3: And then you took exception to the Biden administration policy
- 25:38Speaker 3: of or a Biden administration policy during an appearance on
- 25:41Speaker 3: Fox News. Tell us about what you took exception to
- 25:45Speaker 3: and what happened next.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:48Speaker 4: So thank you for the opportunity.
- 25:50Speaker 7: So I was I owned an urgent care center and
- 25:53Speaker 7: we very quickly became the largest testing site in the
- 25:57Speaker 7: state of Maryland, certainly within our area, county, and then
- 26:00Speaker 7: probably the state of Maryland. And then once the monoclonal
- 26:03Speaker 7: antibodies became available, I became a very early adopter of
- 26:06Speaker 7: monoclonal antibodies. And I went on national, international TV, talking
- 26:10Speaker 7: about it all the time, about how wonderful they were.
- 26:12Speaker 7: And I began to question the vaccine narrative, the vaccine,
- 26:16Speaker 7: the vaccination for everybody, universal vaccination. And then for the
- 26:21Speaker 7: first time in the history of medicine, as far as
- 26:22Speaker 7: I know, the Biden administration began to use DEI to
- 26:27Speaker 7: determine where the monoclonals would be distributed. And rather than need,
- 26:32Speaker 7: they were using equity to determine who was going to
- 26:34Speaker 7: get this life-saving medication.
- 26:35Speaker 3: I didn't even know that. I didn't even know they
- 26:38Speaker 3: used DEI on that. Wow.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Absolutely. Absolutely.
- 26:41Speaker 3: So I could have never gotten it because I'm a
- 26:42Speaker 3: rich white man.
- 26:44Speaker 7: It would have been very hard for you. So we
- 26:47Speaker 7: sort of took exception to that. And I said, this
- 26:49Speaker 7: is ridiculous. You don't do this for any other medicine
- 26:51Speaker 7: in the history of mankind. Why would we do it
- 26:53Speaker 7: for this medicine? So I went, I was very outspoken
- 26:57Speaker 7: about that. And then in late December of 2021, the
- 27:00Speaker 7: Biden administration just made a catastrophic decision. They decided to
- 27:04Speaker 7: shut down the entire program nationwide. And their rationale for
- 27:08Speaker 7: it was they said, well, the monoclonals that we're using
- 27:12Speaker 7: once the Omicron variant reached a prevalence of 70%, the
- 27:15Speaker 7: monoclonals were no longer effective, which I questioned to begin with.
- 27:19Speaker 7: I don't know that that data is even true. But
- 27:20Speaker 7: I certainly said, look, I went on Fox News, and
- 27:23Speaker 7: I went on Newsmax, and I went on a couple
- 27:24Speaker 7: of other right-leaning news organizations, and I said, they're going
- 27:28Speaker 7: to kill people, and they don't know what they're doing.
- 27:30Speaker 7: They're misreading the data. And it turns out I was right,
- 27:33Speaker 7: and I took no pleasure in that. But Two weeks later,
- 27:35Speaker 7: the government said, oh, yeah, believe it or not, Wayne,
- 27:38Speaker 7: they said we misread the data. It's not a 70
- 27:40Speaker 7: percent prevalence. It's a 20 percent prevalence. They got it
- 27:42Speaker 7: wrong by 50 percent. Now, only the government can make
- 27:46Speaker 7: a mistake like that.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Right.
- 27:47Speaker 4: Right.
- 27:48Speaker 3: And not go to prison. Right.
- 27:49Speaker 4: And not go to prison.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Right.
- 27:50Speaker 7: So I was making all these statements and saying horrible
- 27:53Speaker 7: things about the administration, deservedly so.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 27:55Speaker 7: And they allowed us to start giving these monoclonals back.
- 27:58Speaker 7: And by the way, we were the largest supplier monoclonals
- 28:00Speaker 7: in the state. We're bigger than Johns Hopkins, bigger than
- 28:02Speaker 7: University of Maryland. We had refrigerators full of this stuff.
- 28:05Speaker 7: And for those of you that don't know, this really
- 28:07Speaker 7: was the cure for COVID. And it was like godsend,
- 28:11Speaker 7: this medication. It really was.
- 28:13Speaker 3: Did you have multiple urgent cares or just one?
- 28:16Speaker 4: No.
- 28:16Speaker 7: So we had one before the pandemic. And then by
- 28:19Speaker 7: the time it was towards the middle, we were up
- 28:21Speaker 7: to eight, employing over 300 people. So we went from
- 28:23Speaker 7: employing six people to employing over 300.
- 28:27Speaker 4: It was crazy.
- 28:28Speaker 7: And the federal government actually approached me and said, hey,
- 28:31Speaker 7: you're really good at these monoclonals. Can you set up
- 28:33Speaker 7: a site for us at FedEx Field where the Washington
- 28:36Speaker 7: Redskins play football?
- 28:37Speaker 4: And I did.
- 28:38Speaker 7: And we did it in partnership with HHS and with
- 28:40Speaker 7: the Maryland Department of Health. And we were actually the
- 28:44Speaker 7: blueprint for the nationwide program because I had to convince
- 28:47Speaker 7: them that we should test there as well because you
- 28:50Speaker 7: could take somebody right from the test if they tested
- 28:52Speaker 7: positive and they were symptomatic and put them right in
- 28:54Speaker 7: the infusion chair and cure them of their COVID. So
- 28:57Speaker 7: the government loved that, and they said, we're going to
- 28:59Speaker 7: take this and run with it throughout the rest of
- 29:00Speaker 7: the country. So we had refrigerators full of this stuff,
- 29:04Speaker 7: but we had to close our program down and turn
- 29:06Speaker 7: away like 500 or 600 people who were scheduled to
- 29:09Speaker 7: get infused that week because the government wouldn't let us
- 29:11Speaker 7: do it. And I was really angry. And anyway, two
- 29:14Speaker 7: weeks later, they admitted they were wrong and they let
- 29:16Speaker 7: us start infusing again. Four months later, completely out of
- 29:20Speaker 7: the blue, with no warning, I find out I'm the
- 29:22Speaker 7: victim of lawfare. I had gotten indicted on federal health
- 29:25Speaker 7: care fraud charges, with really no investigation having been done.
- 29:29Speaker 7: They got my name wrong on all the paperwork. They
- 29:31Speaker 7: gave me a middle name, which I've never had, and
- 29:33Speaker 7: they gave me my wrong first name.
- 29:35Speaker 3: So what were you indicted for?
- 29:38Speaker 7: Well, so they were alleging that we were upcoding. First
- 29:41Speaker 7: of all, I didn't see any of these patients. So
- 29:43Speaker 7: we had nurse practitioners. I had eight sites. So I've
- 29:44Speaker 7: been running around like a chicken with no head, making
- 29:46Speaker 7: sure my people were safe, making sure we had the
- 29:48Speaker 7: stuff we needed.
- 29:49Speaker 4: And the government said that we were upcoding.
- 29:51Speaker 7: So not to get too technical, but when you see patients,
- 29:54Speaker 7: there are– when a provider, a nurse practitioner, PA, or
- 29:58Speaker 7: a doctor see the patient, there's basically four levels you
- 30:01Speaker 7: can pick, two through five, five being the most serious,
- 30:05Speaker 7: two being the bottom of the barrel.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Got it. They claimed you were giving everyone like a
- 30:10Speaker 3: five when they didn't deserve a five. Is that what
- 30:12Speaker 3: they're saying?
- 30:12Speaker 7: Well, so first of all, I didn't see these people.
- 30:14Speaker 7: My PAs and nurse practitioners did. And they were billing
- 30:18Speaker 7: level four. And there's a reason that we were billing
- 30:20Speaker 7: level four. And I mean, we can go into all that.
- 30:22Speaker 7: But the government alleged that we were upcoding. They said
- 30:26Speaker 7: that we weren't spending enough time with patients. And then
- 30:28Speaker 7: they said, oh, and none of this was medically necessary.
- 30:30Speaker 7: And at trial, their own witness, their own expert, quote
- 30:33Speaker 7: unquote expert, testified.
- 30:35Speaker 4: That time is irrelevant. which goes directly against.
- 30:38Speaker 7: What they indicted me for, and that all these tests,
- 30:41Speaker 7: in fact, were medically necessary, which goes directly against their
- 30:44Speaker 7: own indictment. It was so bad, Wayne, that the first
- 30:47Speaker 7: day of trial, their expert witness got up there and testified.
- 30:50Speaker 4: He got so utterly destroyed by my lawyers.
- 30:52Speaker 7: Just purely based on facts, that the judge pushed the
- 30:55Speaker 7: jury out of the courtroom, pulled us up to the bench,
- 30:59Speaker 7: waved his finger at the government and said, what the
- 31:01Speaker 7: hell are you doing? And that's a direct quote. Where
- 31:03Speaker 7: is the crime here? And the government, oh, judge, you'll see,
- 31:06Speaker 7: you'll see, you'll see. And he said, well, you better
- 31:08Speaker 7: show me something because what I'm seeing here is just nonsense.
- 31:11Speaker 7: And even before that, before we even went to trial,
- 31:14Speaker 7: the judge called them out and said to the government,
- 31:16Speaker 7: this case looks like a case of, quote, shoot first
- 31:20Speaker 7: and ask questions later, which is exactly what it was
- 31:22Speaker 7: and what it is. So anyway, long story short, I
- 31:25Speaker 7: go to trial. I didn't do anything wrong. I testify
- 31:27Speaker 7: at my own trial, which is unheard of. Somehow the
- 31:30Speaker 7: jury finds me guilty because the government has.
- 31:32Speaker 4: Everything going for it.
- 31:34Speaker 7: But the judge issues a 93-page opinion completely obliterating the prosecution.
- 31:40Speaker 4: He overturns the conviction?
- 31:42Speaker 7: Overturns the conviction and grants me a new trial in
- 31:45Speaker 7: case the government appeals. So on their way out the door,
- 31:48Speaker 7: the vindictive Biden DOJ, literally two weeks before Trump's inaugurated,
- 31:52Speaker 7: decided to appeal. So now I'm facing going back to
- 31:54Speaker 7: trial a second time. And the judge said, if you
- 31:57Speaker 7: don't mind, I just want to read a couple of quotes.
- 31:58Speaker 3: How many millions in legal fees is this, Ron?
- 32:02Speaker 4: Oh, multiple millions in legal fees. And I mean, I
- 32:04Speaker 4: didn't have that kind of money and I still don't
- 32:05Speaker 4: have that kind of money. It's been destructive to my life,
- 32:09Speaker 4: to my family. I have four kids. They're all young.
- 32:12Speaker 4: It's been horrific.
- 32:13Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 32:15Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 32:16Speaker 3: This government is so terrible. You know, I went through
- 32:17Speaker 3: four years of the government under Obama going after me
- 32:22Speaker 3: for the IRS. In other words, they go after me.
- 32:24Speaker 3: It wasn't a crime. But they audited me for four
- 32:27Speaker 3: years straight, and I needed to hire the best law
- 32:30Speaker 3: firm in the country to represent me, Iris Tax Lawyers.
- 32:33Speaker 3: And they said, this is a persecution like we've never seen.
- 32:36Speaker 3: They're trying to destroy your life. And once they find
- 32:38Speaker 3: one thing wrong, even if it's $ 1. 50, they can open
- 32:41Speaker 3: up seven years going back from each of the four years.
- 32:44Speaker 3: And you'll never get out from under it, and you'll
- 32:45Speaker 3: owe them millions of dollars, and your life will be destroyed.
- 32:48Speaker 3: And thank God we beat them. And they never did
- 32:50Speaker 3: find $ 1. 50 that I did wrong. And the whole thing
- 32:53Speaker 3: wound up collapsing under the weight of... Whatever that lady's
- 32:57Speaker 3: name was. Now I forgot it. The IRS lady who
- 32:58Speaker 3: testified in front of Congress. We realized she had my
- 33:02Speaker 3: file on her desk. Lois Lerner had my file on
- 33:05Speaker 3: her desk. And when she testified and the whole nation
- 33:08Speaker 3: started calling her a fraud, my case got dropped by
- 33:11Speaker 3: the IRS and I was out of trouble. So I
- 33:14Speaker 3: really can understand what you're going through. And I did
- 33:16Speaker 3: spend a lot of money. We'll go to a break.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere. I want to hear more about this story.
- 33:20Speaker 3: So sit tight. We'll be right back with Dr. Ron
- 33:23Speaker 3: Elfenbein and all his travails against this Biden DOJ, this
- 33:27Speaker 3: crooked Biden DOJ. I'm Wayne Allyn Root. All right, one
- 33:38Speaker 3: of my favorite guests ever, Alan Pariser, is with us,
- 33:40Speaker 3: an advocate for GreatPatriotStore.com. He's been a customer for 36 years,
- 33:46Speaker 3: almost four decades. My wife and I, Cindy, do much
- 33:49Speaker 3: of our monthly shopping now at GreatPatriotStore.com. It's an alternative
- 33:54Speaker 3: to Wokeness. It's run by pro-American conservatives. USA Today voted
- 33:58Speaker 3: it one of the best stores in America in 2025.
- 34:02Speaker 3: And with all these communists taking over Alan Pariser, New York, Seattle, Chicago,
- 34:07Speaker 3: promising cheap government groceries are free. You need to buy American.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Tell us why.
- 34:13Speaker 6: Absolutely.
- 34:13Speaker 5: You know, a lot of our competitors have completely lost it.
- 34:16Speaker 5: They've gone totally woke over the years. But our founding
- 34:19Speaker 5: axiom is really very simple. For 41 years, we've been
- 34:23Speaker 5: focused on manufacturing exceptional products at reasonable prices made by
- 34:28Speaker 5: Americans here in America for Americans.
- 34:31Speaker 3: And we've expanded.
- 34:32Speaker 5: We have manufacturing plants across the United States, distribution plants
- 34:36Speaker 5: across the United States. And not only can Americans get
- 34:39Speaker 5: the best quality, the best price from Great Patriot Store,
- 34:43Speaker 5: in most cases, we can deliver to your front door
- 34:45Speaker 5: even faster than Amazon.
- 34:48Speaker 3: So prices are high everywhere. Procter & Gamble and Amazon
- 34:52Speaker 3: are considering price increases. How do the prices of Great
- 34:55Speaker 3: Patriot Store compare to national brands?
- 34:59Speaker 5: Well, we've got hundreds of products, Wayne, but if you
- 35:01Speaker 5: just take a look at one like our laundry detergent,
- 35:04Speaker 5: we make it. It's patented, and it's literally almost fractions,
- 35:08Speaker 5: almost half the price of our competitors, and you get
- 35:11Speaker 5: 96 loads of wash.
- 35:13Speaker 4: It's the best value. There's no toxic chemicals.
- 35:15Speaker 5: In any of our products whatsoever. And if you're looking
- 35:18Speaker 5: to lose some of those holiday pounds, you don't need
- 35:20Speaker 5: the shots with the LPG-1 drugs.
- 35:22Speaker 3: We have something called Berberine.
- 35:24Speaker 5: Nature's Ozempic is what people are calling it.
- 35:27Speaker 4: It's legit.
- 35:28Speaker 3: It works.
- 35:29Speaker 5: And we've got it at a better price than anybody, any.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Of our competitors.
- 35:33Speaker 1: All right.
- 35:33Speaker 3: We've got just seconds to go. So be quick. I
- 35:36Speaker 3: love your beef. I eat your sirloin and your New
- 35:38Speaker 3: York steak all the time. It's kind of breakfast and
- 35:42Speaker 3: lunch for me all the time. Why is your beef superior?
- 35:45Speaker 5: Made in America, never, ever any hormones, ever any antibiotics,
- 35:50Speaker 5: no mRNA.
- 35:51Speaker 3: It's all prime.
- 35:52Speaker 5: It's the best quality that you can find at the
- 35:53Speaker 5: best price, free shipping, and it's the best beef on
- 35:57Speaker 5: the planet.
- 35:58Speaker 1: All right.
- 35:58Speaker 3: To get your free gift, that's right, a free gift,
- 36:02Speaker 3: purchase the beef and other great American products. You've got
- 36:04Speaker 3: to be a member. Go to greatpatriotstore.com. Fill out the form.
- 36:08Speaker 3: One of their conservative team members will contact you right away. Greatpatriotstore.com.
- 36:14Speaker 3: Thank you, Alan.
- 36:16Speaker 4: Thank you, Wayne. God bless. Thank you.
- 36:47Speaker 3: All right, welcome back to the Vegas Strip. I'm Wayne
- 36:49Speaker 3: Allyn Root. It's not a Vegas show. It's a national show.
- 36:52Speaker 3: But I'm based in Vegas, right? I love Vegas. And
- 36:55Speaker 3: it's my kind of town. The sun's always out. Taxes
- 36:57Speaker 3: are zero. Best restaurants in the world. I mean, it's
- 37:00Speaker 3: just a great place. And the weather is... Truly amazing.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Today was like the worst day of the whole winter.
- 37:05Speaker 3: It was 50 degrees and sunny. It doesn't get any
- 37:07Speaker 3: colder than today. It was 50 degrees with wind, so
- 37:09Speaker 3: it felt like 38 when I woke up this morning,
- 37:12Speaker 3: and it was still sunny and beautiful. So I took
- 37:14Speaker 3: a walk with the dog, and by the time I
- 37:16Speaker 3: got back, it was 50, and I had to take
- 37:17Speaker 3: my jacket off. That's the worst day of the whole winter, really.
- 37:20Speaker 3: So we're here with Dr. Ron Elfenbein, highly respected emergency
- 37:25Speaker 3: room physician from Maryland, facing a second trial against bogus
- 37:28Speaker 3: charges from the corrupt Biden DOJ during the COVID era.
- 37:33Speaker 3: It says here, it's interesting, Ron, because it says facing
- 37:36Speaker 3: his second trial against bogus charges from the corrupt Biden DOJ.
- 37:41Speaker 3: You mean the Trump DOJ didn't drop the charges?
- 37:44Speaker 7: Well, I'm trying to get them to. That's exactly what
- 37:47Speaker 7: I'm trying to do. And I'll tell you something, you know,
- 37:50Speaker 7: just so you understand, I'm facing 50 years in jail
- 37:52Speaker 7: for really doing nothing.
- 37:55Speaker 4: I mean, seriously.
- 37:56Speaker 7: And the judge pointed that out. The Obama appointed judge
- 38:00Speaker 7: who oversaw my case. I mean, he said the court,
- 38:03Speaker 7: having closely observed the testimony and parsed the evidence in
- 38:06Speaker 7: this case, concludes that the evidence weighs so heavily against
- 38:09Speaker 7: the verdict that it would be unjust to enter judgment.
- 38:12Speaker 4: He said, quote, the.
- 38:12Speaker 7: Government did not carry its burden and no reasonable jury
- 38:15Speaker 7: could have so concluded. They presented no evidence of any wrongdoing.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Zero.
- 38:19Speaker 4: Like, it's just mind boggling.
- 38:21Speaker 7: And on their way out the door, they the Biden DOJ,
- 38:24Speaker 7: you know, didn't like the fact that the judge overturned.
- 38:27Speaker 4: This this this verdict. So they appealed.
- 38:30Speaker 7: And I just have to find that right person in
- 38:33Speaker 7: the Trump administration to make this go away, because, you know,
- 38:35Speaker 7: there's inertia and there's thousands of cases going on.
- 38:38Speaker 4: And I'm sure nobody's really paying attention.
- 38:40Speaker 3: Hey, Ron, do you have a pen there? Do you
- 38:42Speaker 3: have a pen where you're sitting right now? I do, yeah.
- 38:45Speaker 2: You do.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Write down wayneroot at gmail.com. That's my email, wayneroot.com. at gmail.com.
- 38:50Speaker 3: I'm not going to get my phone number out on
- 38:51Speaker 3: the air, but when you email me, I'll give you
- 38:52Speaker 3: my phone number. And I'll see what I can do.
- 38:55Speaker 3: You send me a letter. You write the letter, and
- 38:58Speaker 3: I'll send it to President Trump. But he reads most
- 39:00Speaker 3: of what I send him. I can't guarantee it, but
- 39:02Speaker 3: it seems like almost everything I send him goes in
- 39:05Speaker 3: front of him, and he acts on a lot of it.
- 39:07Speaker 3: And I've gotten a lot of people pardons, as an example,
- 39:10Speaker 3: who did not deserve it. There's one guy in Vegas
- 39:12Speaker 3: I'm working on now. He did nothing wrong. It's a
- 39:15Speaker 3: crime that's never been a crime in the history of America.
- 39:18Speaker 3: The DOJ of Biden went after him for a crime
- 39:20Speaker 3: that's never been a crime in the history of America,
- 39:22Speaker 3: found him guilty, and they gave him 30 years in prison.
- 39:27Speaker 3: He's 40 years old. 30 years in prison for a 9-year-old.
- 39:30Speaker 3: crime that's never been a crime in history try to
- 39:33Speaker 3: get a pardon for him he's supposed to report in
- 39:35Speaker 3: the next two weeks to prison to start a 30-year
- 39:38Speaker 3: stretch in prison it's all mind-boggling what a horrible horrible
- 39:42Speaker 3: thing this this biden administration and biden doj was so
- 39:46Speaker 3: i will work on this for you okay I'm on
- 39:49Speaker 3: your team. I'm on your team, buddy. I appreciate that.
- 39:52Speaker 3: You're my brother. I'm on your team. I say this
- 39:55Speaker 3: all the time, but.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Okay, sorry.
- 39:57Speaker 3: So where are you now? Are you able to work now?
- 40:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:02Speaker 7: So I never lost my medical license, but I had
- 40:04Speaker 7: to take two years off of work. So it was
- 40:06Speaker 7: very hard to get back into working in the emergency
- 40:08Speaker 7: room because I hadn't worked for two years. So insurance
- 40:11Speaker 7: companies didn't want to give me malpractice insurance. And then
- 40:14Speaker 7: hospitals looked at me, you know, like, what's wrong with you?
- 40:17Speaker 7: Why did you get indicted? Even though I got acquitted.
- 40:20Speaker 7: So I actually I am back in the ER, thank God.
- 40:23Speaker 7: And I'm still working very rarely in the ER. But
- 40:25Speaker 7: I found a wonderful job. Ironically, I am the medical
- 40:28Speaker 7: director for a company that provides medical care to the
- 40:31Speaker 7: prisons and jails in the.
- 40:32Speaker 4: State of Maryland.
- 40:33Speaker 7: So I drive around and I make sure that the
- 40:36Speaker 7: inmates are getting good quality health care. And I take
- 40:38Speaker 7: great pride in that. And it's very rewarding to me.
- 40:41Speaker 7: And I love my job. So I'm very happy that
- 40:43Speaker 7: I got that job. So it's been great. And these
- 40:45Speaker 7: people are downtrodden and they've forgotten members of society. And,
- 40:49Speaker 7: you know, they just they don't get good health care.
- 40:51Speaker 7: So I really were trying to make sure that they're
- 40:54Speaker 7: getting that.
- 40:54Speaker 3: And look, I'm like you. I'm a good guy. I
- 40:56Speaker 3: hate criminals. But once they're in prison, they still got
- 40:58Speaker 3: to take care of them. Just like I'm for ice.
- 41:00Speaker 3: I'm totally for ice. I think the deportation is good.
- 41:04Speaker 3: But once they're in their detention facilities, you can't let
- 41:06Speaker 3: people die. You can't feed a moldy bread. You got
- 41:09Speaker 3: to take care of people no matter what, no matter
- 41:11Speaker 3: what they did. Absolutely.
- 41:12Speaker 4: They're still human beings.
- 41:13Speaker 3: Exactly. So what can my fans do to help you
- 41:16Speaker 3: cover the cost of legal fees and provide for your family?
- 41:19Speaker 3: What can they do?
- 41:20Speaker 4: Well, thank you for asking. I have a Give, Send, Go.
- 41:23Speaker 4: It's DefendRonElfenbeinMD.
- 41:26Speaker 7: I'm on X at RonElfenbeinMD, if people could follow me.
- 41:35Speaker 4: Also, I have a change.org up to try to get
- 41:37Speaker 4: people to....
- 41:39Speaker 7: Just, you know, sign a petition that says that this
- 41:41Speaker 7: is baseless and ridiculous. I mean, just to give you
- 41:43Speaker 7: an example, Wayne, like I got an award from our governor,
- 41:47Speaker 7: personal citation from our governor for all the work I
- 41:49Speaker 7: did during COVID. I got a personal citation from our
- 41:51Speaker 7: state legislature And even after getting indicted, the state medical
- 41:55Speaker 7: society still named me its person of the year for
- 41:57Speaker 7: all the work I did during COVID. And the feds
- 41:59Speaker 7: come in and hand me an indictment for something I
- 42:00Speaker 7: didn't even do.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Amazing. So when they awarded you that doctor of the
- 42:04Speaker 3: year thing, and you must have had to give a
- 42:06Speaker 3: speech in front of all the other doctors, right? What
- 42:08Speaker 3: did you say to them knowing you were being indicted,
- 42:10Speaker 3: but they gave you the doctor of the year?
- 42:12Speaker 4: I didn't even go. I was afraid of my own shadow.
- 42:14Speaker 7: When you got hit with an indictment and you're facing
- 42:16Speaker 7: 50 years in jail, I could barely get out of bed.
- 42:17Speaker 3: I couldn't function.
- 42:18Speaker 4: I couldn't do anything.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Ron, I'm sorry. I feel for you. Look, I read people, man.
- 42:23Speaker 3: I have a gift. I can look at a person
- 42:25Speaker 3: in a matter of two sentences. I can tell you
- 42:26Speaker 3: if I like them or not. I like you. You're
- 42:28Speaker 3: a good guy. I can tell you're a good guy.
- 42:30Speaker 3: You did nothing wrong. It's very clear. You'll send me
- 42:33Speaker 3: a letter, wayneroot at gmail.com. from you, from your heart
- 42:37Speaker 3: for the President of the United States. Tell him you're
- 42:39Speaker 3: a friend of Wayne Allyn Root in the first sentence.
- 42:41Speaker 3: I will send the letter to President Trump. We'll see
- 42:44Speaker 3: what we can do, okay?
- 42:45Speaker 4: Yes, sir. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
- 42:47Speaker 3: You're a good man. I know you're a good man.
- 42:49Speaker 3: I feel it. I feel it. You'll come out and
- 42:50Speaker 3: thank me. Buy me a dinner in Las Vegas.
- 42:53Speaker 4: All right?
- 42:54Speaker 1: Happily. All right.
- 42:55Speaker 3: Dr. Ron Elfenbein, highly respected. Highly respected emergency room doctor
- 42:59Speaker 3: by Wayne Allyn Root. Highly respected. Facing a second trial
- 43:02Speaker 3: against bogus charges from the corrupt Biden DOJ leftover from
- 43:06Speaker 3: the corrupt COVID era.
- 43:08Speaker 2: All right, Ron.
- 43:08Speaker 3: Thank you. We'll be right back. Hour number two. Hi,
