The DISTURBING Reason Gold is Flooding into the U.S.—Martin Armstrong EXPOSES the Truth · Man in America Podcast

Seth Holehouse: Welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. The make America healthy again movement is beyond exciting for me, because it's not just about people getting healthy. It's about people finding the truth. And the truth is, through my own research and digging, is that Americans were a lot healthier a hundred years ago.
• 0:34
And our medicine that we were using a hundred years ago before Rockefeller and these these massive corporations took over our entire medical health system, the treatments were natural. The treatments came from what god gave us on Earth, and they didn't have these terrible side effects where it's like, okay. Hey. You take this one pharmaceutical, but then take these other three pharmaceuticals to balance out this other pharmaceutical. And, oh, yeah, we have to do gene therapy as well because everything else is screwed up, and, oh, your kidneys are failing.
• 1:02
Who would have thought? Which is really just the modern medical system. And so I'm feel very fortunate on this show that I get to talk to people that have been really fighting this fight for a very, very long time. And my guest today, miss Kim Bright, has been fighting and and working to help educate people on really how easy it is to bring the body back into a healthy place to help rid the toxins they're putting into us, but also just to find balance in our bodies. And so I think you're gonna really enjoy this interview.
• 1:33
It's a fascinating topic to me. So we're talking about mRNA, the mRNA vaccines, COVID, this is shedding, but also very, very simple natural ways that we can return back to that healthy state that we're all hoping that we can get to. So please enjoy the interview. Kim Bright, it is such an honor to have you on the show. So you are the founder of Brightcore, and you're someone that has been making America healthy again before it was popular to make America healthy again with, you know, over forty years of really concentrated focus on nutrition and and health.
• 2:06
So thank you for coming on the show, and I guess I'll let you just give a little background of your you know, of yourself that we can help frame the today's discussion with.
• 2:15
Speaker 2: Well, thanks for having me. I really appreciate it, Seth. Well, there's a huge background here, so I'll try and condense it and stay interesting so we don't I don't drone on and on. But, I I started out I was a model and actress. I went to college.
• 2:32
I started college over in Europe and decided that wasn't for me, and came back and went in, went to Hollywood and, grew up, you know, typical American diet, the sad diet. And, by the time I got out there to Hollywood, of course, I was drinking a lot and, eating sugar, running on 20 cups of coffee a day, three tablespoons of sugar in every cup of coffee, alcohol out the kazoo, and, you know, not eating very well. I didn't know anything about anything, other than what I was doing, just trying to do three jobs and break into acting and modeling. So, eventually, what happened was, I had a near death experience, from alcohol poisoning. And, I missed my first debut on TV and got really upset and then drank a bunch of alcohol.
• 3:24
So the next thing that I knew was, you know, I I came back, and I I just had this knowingness. You know? God had put my my feet on a different path. And, so I came back with this knowingness about I should fast, and then I went into a health food store and, got some bone or not bone broth, but vegetable broth because people were saying, you're just drinking water. What's going on?
• 3:52
And later on, I had doctor friends that said, you were drinking a bottle of alcohol a day plus and all this caffeine and sugar, and didn't you have d d t DTs? And I said, no. I had nothing because I know it was from above. You know? It was I was directed to do this and let, you know, and and it happened.
• 4:15
So I did that. I picked up my first thing on Nutrition Anywhere of Let's Live magazine and Prevention magazine and started, educating myself. And then I started, I read old books from the nineteen twenties all the way up, you know, Del Davis, Walker on juices. I started doing juicing. I I just started really my full concentration was on, I've got to get better, and I've gotta find out why is my body at 20 years old, why did this happen?
• 4:49
So I had the whys, and I wanted the the wherefores. And so I went searching for those, and I studied with all kinds of esoteric teachers and, I mean, everything. And then very early on, I got the the metals out of my mouth, you know, the mercury, and I I started really analyzing how our body works. I visited farms where they were raising the chickens. I saw the agricultural production.
• 5:18
What was going on? And I started you know, it was like putting a jigsaw puzzle together for me. And then I started really researching, you know, the conspiracy theories. And why why was all this going on, and who was behind it? And so I have a really vast background in understanding why we're on this gerbil wheel of health and, why it happened to me.
• 5:44
And then I got so much better, and I started sharing it with other people. And, eventually, you know, I studied all over all over. I got to go to some of Bernard Jensen's teachings. I I studied at the Coochie Institute in Boston and also taught there. Macrobiotics.
• 6:00
I studied, you know, color therapy, sound therapy, massage, different massage therapies, all kinds of vibrational energies and therapies so that we're just, like, weird. In fact, my own family said, why can't you just go be a doctor if you wanna help people? And I said, you know why? Because they are not really about helping people. They're they're about keeping people sick.
• 6:26
By that time, I knew what was going on. So, ultimately, I started, you know, helping people through cooking classes. I opened my own restaurant, a change of seasons in Westport, Connecticut after all these people that I was counseling, and changing their diet towards instead of using surgeries and drugs and all of these Western approaches. And I also studied some Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. So I wanted them to understand the natural way, god's way.
• 6:59
And so they said, you've got to open a restaurant because I had them eating at my house every Tuesday night, and they were all over the stairways and the beds and everywhere. There was no room left. So I did that, and I was teaching I was teaching people how to eat in season, how and and locally, you know, because all of this produce and everything is trucked in or flown in from wherever, that's not healthy for us. What's healthy for us is to eat in season and eat as local as we can and eat as clean food as we can, organically as we can, and that's what I was teaching them. And then also with the macrobiotic background of yin and yang, you know, you've got you've got, people that were way out on both ends.
• 7:43
You know? Just to give an example, you go into a bar, let's say, up in the Northeast, and you get you get, peanuts, you know, salted peanuts or salted potato chips. And, and then you want more to drink at the bar. That's why they set out salty things because it's that yin and yang. And then I really discovered the pH is so valuable in my own body and in others, and that's what I concentrated on is balancing the pH, balancing the yin and yang in everybody.
• 8:13
And it comes down to that simplicity of taking the macro view and and then using the mind the the micro for detailing. And, and then I arrived here. And, you know, prior to that and and during all that, I was on Wall Street for a while. I was doing oil and gas. So, I also have all these different, you know, components that have allowed me to see different venues.
• 8:41
And then I I still have I have my own farm. I have an eight and a half acre farm where, you know, I grow organic and all of that. So that's a little bit of my background. And I've canceled over 15,000 people and had my own center too, and, that's that's that's a little bit of my background.
• 8:58
Seth Holehouse: It's incredible. What made me think as you're talking, know, my my so my wife and I were into all kinds of this alternative health. And and now it's actually it's it's hard to even call alternative. It seems like it's we're into the non, you know, medical industrial complex health. Right?
• 9:14
And as an example, you even, you know, we've you know, my wife, especially, we you know, has studied and and I have through, you know, through her my own way as well studied Ayurvedic, you know, Chinese medicine, the the ancient ways that they look at the human body. And, what I've come to through my understanding is it's really, you know, a couple things that are very, very basic. One is stop poisoning our bodies. Right? So remove the stop adding poisons and remove the poisons that we have, but also then become in balance with nature, align ourselves with with nature.
• 9:46
And as an example, so I've got two little girls, a one year old and a four year old. And when my my two year my four year old was gonna be two or so years old, you know, she always had nasal drip, and she had just a lot of congestion, and she was getting sick more often than than it should have been normal. And and we we never vaccinated her and never will, and we couldn't understand it. And we had a hard time finding the right pediatricians, and we went through a handful of pediatricians and, you know, even the ones that seem to be much more natural oriented. And they don't even really look at her.
• 10:18
They just look down, and they're kinda like, okay. What are the symptoms? And so, well, you could try this or you could try this. It's all treating the symptoms. But then we found there was a there's a guy named Larry Pilevsky, who's actually he's out in on on Long Island in New York.
• 10:31
So we took a long trip with my daughter to go visit this guy because I I I'd asked a few doctors like doctor Tenpenny and Carrie Miday, and they all said, go see Larry Pilevskiy. He's the best. And within within two minutes of him seeing her, he had fully diagnosed her. He goes, okay. She's too cool and she's too damp.
• 10:50
He all of it. He goes, well, her problem is that she has too much dairy. He goes, so her body's out of balance. He goes, so cut back her dairy, and within three weeks, you're gonna notice she's gonna become healthy again. And that was it.
• 11:16
And so we did. We we cut back her dairy a lot, and within three weeks, I had a picture of her before and after. It looked like she lost five pounds from her face. I mean, she was so, you know, kind of from all that dairy. And so within three weeks, her her drip was gone.
• 11:30
She was breathing through her nose. She was sleeping well. And it was just this simple thing of she's out of balance. And so
• 11:38
Speaker 2: I too. Seth, I wanna say there, though. I'm sorry to interrupt you.
• 11:42
  Seth Holehouse: Was it
• 11:43
Speaker 2: came into my mind. The dairy is very acidic. And when people are having flu symptoms or runny noses or anything, that's the body's natural way of putting the body back in balance. It's trying to rid the body of the excess acid. And dairy causes inflammation, so that's why you saw that reduction in her face.
• 12:06
And, so that's awesome that you did that. I mean, I used to take my kids. My kids never got vaccinated either, and I used acupuncturist. I did massage on them. I used homeopathic.
• 12:16
They ate, you know, miso soup from, you know, the day they were born and umeboshi pickles, which is Japanese because macrobiotics, my teachers were Japanese. But that's awesome that you did that and that you knew to do that.
• 12:29
Seth Holehouse: It was. And and another kinda funny story is I had these back pains lately, and, like, I my my my posture wasn't great and everything. And so I went I had a roll thing session done. Right? This is gonna get it shows, you know, where we're at with our our approach, and my mom's like, roll thing?
• 12:43
What's roll thing? It's like, oh, actually, they they explained the fascia. And I had one session done of roll thing, and my posture has been corrected. My back no longer hurts, and and all these other things are back in the balance. And this is the wisdom I think that I'm excited because with this whole movement, this ancient wisdom, which I think was intentionally suppressed, especially, you know, once Rockefeller came into the medical system and bought up all the medical schools and the training and everything, this this ancient wisdom was demonized.
• 13:12
It was, you know, kinda put in the bucket of quackery. But now what we're seeing is like, wait. So we did the whole pharmaceutical path for a hundred years, and our our country is fatter and sicker and more full of more chronic illnesses than it's ever been. And so we have this huge resurgence of people that are now you know, people that say five years ago would only do what the doctor in the white lab coat said. Now that, you know, I'll have someone like doctor Groupon or Brian Artis and, you know, these kind of people that would have been wax and quacks fifteen years ago are now the people that are are leading this resurgence, which is it's a really exciting time to to be living in.
• 13:50
Speaker 2: It is. Yeah. I studied Rolfine. I I I use that and also shiatsu and many other different modalities of massage, but it's you know, I got called a quack. I can't tell you how many times, and people that I was counseling would come back and say, you know, I went to my doctor, and my doctor said that what I eat has nothing to do with what's going on in my body.
• 14:09
And I'm like, are you crazy? Is he crazy? And and, you know, I dealt with this. We're talking about this is back in the, you know, late seventies. So this is long ago and far away, and I was really considered a whackadoodle.
• 14:24
So, I just kept you know, I I had the persistence. I knew what I studied, and it was right. I had a group of like minded individuals around me. It made more sense than any other thing I'd ever studied. And so for me, I was going to take that, apply it to myself, and it worked.
• 14:41
And when I saw that it worked, I started sharing it. And that's you know, it's empirical, you know, from that point. And then, you know, 15,000 people later, here we are. I mean, I've helped a lot of people. And people with stage four cancer, heart disease, up to healthy athletes, Olympic athletes.
• 15:01

• 16:10
Speaker 2: All kinds of people, children, you know, people that couldn't get pregnant. I I I changed their diet, changed their environment, taught them how to live this lifestyle, and they got pregnant. You know? People that had all these problems. I mean, I had, I had a gal, Nancy Cahan.
• 16:29
She was senior vice president of Crown Publishing. I don't think Crown's around anymore, but, in New York. And she had been to the Mayo Clinic and all over the place, and she found me through a friend that I had helped. And, her symptoms that she'd been dealing with for years and all the experts, the western approaches couldn't help her. And, she came to me, and two weeks later, everything was gone.
• 16:54
And, she wanted me to write a book. She was after me for years to write a book, and I met all the head guys, and they put a book deal together. And I'm like, who's gonna read my book? I don't have MD behind my name. I don't have any initials nor do I want any.
• 17:08
You know? And I was just very young at the time, and I didn't have the confidence that you know, I thought, oh, you're gonna lose money on me, and I just my integrity wouldn't let that. But I I never realized how much knowledge I had at that young age and how many people I could help. And I, you know, I should've I should've gone ahead and done it, but I didn't, and I still haven't. So I've just been I've been too busy helping people.
• 17:32
Seth Holehouse: Well, that's not a bad thing. It's funny because, you know, if someone wants to become a doctor, it's like, when I look at it, it's like, no. They're indoctrinated. Like, that that's what that means to me. It's like, oh, I'm medically indoctrinated.
• 17:42
Oh, okay. That's what the MD stands for. But but, you know, so so as we're looking at, you know, obviously, the onslaught of poisons, and this is something that I I cover so much and and we focus on so much because even if we're eating so healthy, we're eating organic, where where we grow a lot of our food, we've got chickens. You know, the whole nine yards, they're still dumping toxins in the sky. They're still sneaking them into our meat.
• 18:05
Actually, there's a a tweet I'll pull up here really quickly here. This is something that Tom Rins really went viral for. This person actually Eric, the biologist, shared that he said, just found out that Costco's beef supplier, Harris Ranch Beef, uses and promotes vaccines for their cows. So this is from their own literature from the beef company that says vaccination vaccination protocols to prevent common bovine diseases, blah blah blah, can help us help accomplish his goal. And so what Tom said, he said, this is a big deal for me.
• 18:32
My family my family uses Costco a lot, and the fact that they are poisoning their organic beef with vaccines is both misleading and horrific. By the way, did you know that there is an exemption to the organic food act that allows meat to be labeled organic even if it is exposed to mRNA gene therapy vaccines? And this is, like, atrocious. Now there's something that I'll on the flip side that's more positive that this just came out. This article oh, stupid.
• 19:01
I had it in their way. How basically the let me cancel this ad real quick. I hate these website. There we go. COVID vaccine faces ban for all Americans in radical u-turn by Trump team.
• 19:13
So, obviously, I I we were talking about before we recorded that him bringing out Larry Ellison talking with these massive AI data centers to develop, you know, AI rapid, you know, response mRNA vaccines. It sounds like something out of the, you know, the Terminator movie. Was so bad. But
• 19:27
  Speaker 2: Yeah. Frankenstein. Yeah.
• 19:29
Seth Holehouse: Absolutely. So I'll I'll read this quickly here. It says, so COVID vaccines and this is, you know, Daily Mail. This is, you know, it's not some fringe website. Says COVID vaccines could be suspended for all age groups in America under new radical new plans backed by key health figures in the Trump administration.
• 19:42
Several experts poised for top jobs in US health agencies subscribed to the disputed idea that the shots are causing widespread side effects and deaths. Doctor Jay Bhattacharya, who has been nominated to lead the NIH, has backed a petition calling for the mRNA vaccines to be paused and retested. So this is huge because what I the people I've talked to, a lot of folks I've interviewed, they say, look. Everyone's so focused on the COVID mRNA technology. And, yes, of course, that's bad, but the real problem is that they're now slipping that mRNA tech into the flu shots, into, obviously, the animals that we're still labeling as organic.
• 20:19
So this is a a a massive hopefully, a a positive thing, but it's the mRNA that I think is the it's like you thought glyphosate was bad. Well, how about all this mRNA tech? What are your thoughts on this?
• 20:32
Speaker 2: Well, I'm shocked that the Organic Trade Association and the whole you know, them looking at this and allowing it to be labeled organic with that there. I'm wondering who the heck is involved with that organization now that's allowing this. Do they not understand the devastation that this is not organic? This has nothing to do with natural and organic. Why it's in there?
• 21:02
I don't know. And it they need to they need to correct themselves, or or being organic is gonna mean nothing. And so I'm shocked at that. I really am. But, for me, you know, it's devastating to see that people took and were forced to take, you know, the COVID shots with this in there and that they're that they're poisoning our food even further.
• 21:29
Like, the chemtrails aren't enough or the artificial fertilizers aren't enough or, you know, on and on we go. All the pharmaceuticals that are ending that everybody's taking more than ever are ending up in our water and our soils, and we're drinking, you know, Viagra for goodness sakes. You know, better get a really good reverse osmosis or a good, you know, filtration system because we need water. That's the second most thing we need, and oxygen is first, and then our food. But, wow, this is like crazy town, isn't it, Seth?
• 22:01
Seth Holehouse: Oh, it is. It is. And, again, we try so hard to eat organic, and I probably have I probably have 30 pounds of that beef in my freezer because back in, I think it was 2020, we went you know, we were kind of starting, you know, a lot of our prepping activities, and part of that was going to Costco and buying a hundred pounds of organic beef because it was $5 a pound and then throwing it in a deep freezer. So, it'll probably turn
• 22:24
Speaker 2: into important to, you know, support your local farmers, know who's growing your food, find people that that's their passion, that that's their purpose in life is to do the right thing and grow things correctly. You know, growing greenhouses, at least you're not getting, you know, the chemtrails falling on the food. But we have to be so vigilant right now. This is really something. This is this is huge news, what you just put up there, because we now have people in office.
• 22:54
We have a cabinet that president Trump's put together that their agenda is to make America healthy again, make it great again. And it's not let's tear down America, and let's let's, depopulate America, and let's keep Americans sick so we make tons of money off of them. You know, we've got two fractions here. We've got we've got, you know, the demon rats, and we got the good guys. And so, we've got to expose the wrongdoings, and it's everybody's responsibility, I think, to, to first really start paying attention to your own health and how can I make my health better?
• 23:36
How can I make my children's health better? Read all the labels. Yes. Is it gonna take time? Yes.
• 23:42
But have the patience to understand that not only is president Trump reworking America to get it back on a track of normalcy instead of all of this incredible crazy that it's been, but we've gotta do the same with ourselves. We have to start to understand. We can't place the responsibility for our own health over here with doctors or with hospitals or, you know, the Western approach. We have to take the time. Turn the TV off.
• 24:15
Start reading books. Start, you know, listening to podcasts that that offer people that know what they're talking about with this, but it's time. We've got we've gotta make a turn, and everybody's gotta be involved.
• 24:27
Seth Holehouse: I couldn't agree more. Actually, Ed Grupp in in the, Interviders did, he said his whole focus is MYHA, m y. Make yourself healthy again. And then that's it. Right?
• 24:36
Because that's where we have and then so, you know, likewise, what you're saying is that now, you know, we're a place now where we get almost everything is local. There's a few things that we you know, if if you know, my daughter likes raspberries, and obviously, raspberries aren't growing in our region. So there's a few things that we have to get from outside of our region, but we're we're we try so much to make everything local. But I wanna pivot a little bit to the mRNA because it's obvious to me that you're a good teacher. So you sent me a PDF that I was looking through, that walks through the mRNA vaccines, and I've, I've interviewed a lot of doctors that have explained mRNA technology, but this is something that was easy for my, you know, kinda limited brain power to grasp.
• 25:14
So do you wanna just walk us through this a little bit? This this spread little presentation you made about the the truth about mRNA vaccines and the hidden dangers?
• 25:23
Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, the mRNA, that's a molecule, and it's carrying genetic instructions. And, of course, with COVID, they threw in, you know, aborted fetus, molecules. They it's it was, I don't know. It's a Frankenstein concoction.
• 25:37
And so what that did is it was carrying those weird genetic instructions from the DNA in those cell nucleus to our body's protein making machinery. And so what it's doing is it's changing the blueprint in our own bodies, for the creation of of proteins that are essential for our cellular function. And so this manipulation and using synthetic, you know, things that don't belong in our body is craziness, and that's, you know, and the spiking that happens, and the inflammation that happens from when we're ingesting these types of things and, the clogging of our arteries and the clogging of you know, the when we clog our arteries up with with people that took these vaccinations, what they're doing is they're actually blocking the ability to get oxygen in our lungs, to our brain, to our heart, because these white fibrous things that form, and our body's attacking this awful Frankenstein stuff that's coming in, and it's causing super inflammation. It's causing all kinds of weird things and proteins to happen in our body. Our body doesn't know what to do with it, so it keeps trying to store it, you know, in in different places.
• 27:01
And then, ultimately, our body can't get the nutrients that it needs. It can't get the oxygen flow. It can't carry away toxins. So they're killing us. I mean, is this some form of population control?
• 27:13
Yes. I think it is. I mean I mean, bioweapons now in our bodies, bioweapons in the air, bioweapons in the soil. I mean, these evil people, and they are evil, and they do have evil intentions, and we gotta get rid of them, and we have to expose them. And we have to put back in what god wants us and how to be, and we've and and it's it's gonna be a trip because these things aren't aren't easy to get out.
• 27:38
Seth Holehouse: No. They're not. They're not. Yes. So continue with this.
• 27:41
So okay. So how mRNA vaccines are used here? You got so mRNA vaccines deliver a synthetic strand of mRNA to instruct cells to produce a fragment of the virus, such as the spike protein of SARS CoV two. The goal is to trigger an immune response, but questions remain about whether this process could cause the body to react in harmful ways or lead to long term health effects. So here do want me to read through this?
• 28:07
Is or do you wanna is that okay? Go ahead. Go ahead. Okay. This is this is fascinating to me.
• 28:10
I I love reading things. So so why the shift to mRNA? So quick production and adaptability. The technology allows vaccines to be developed rapidly, but critics argue that speed came at the expense of rigorous safety text testing. Precision with risk.
• 28:24
The targeted approach of mRNA vaccines may inadvertently affect other biological processes lead leading to unforeseen consequences. The Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna vaccines were rapidly developed and approved for emergency use during COVID nineteen pandemic. While hailed as groundbreaking, the rush has left gaps in their understanding of the full effects. So, hidden dangers, safety and long term effects. So unproven longevity, long term safety of mRNA vaccines remains unverified, sparking concerns about potential chronic health issues, adverse events, case of severe side effects, myocarditis, neurological complications, blood clotting have been documented, albeit in small numbers.
• 29:04
But actually now, they're they're becoming huge numbers compared to, you know, relative, you know, amount of population. Immune system overload, autoimmune disorders, reproductive health risks, neurological concerns. I mean, these are things that we're now hearing everywhere. But then also we have the shedding. Right?
• 29:21
And this is a big topic is because let's just say that you're a a husband and say you're you know what's going on, but say your wife is scared for her grandma, and so she goes and she gets that COVID vaccine. And maybe you're intimate. Well, now she's given you all that stuff too. What's the most important part of getting my family to share a healthy drink with me? Well, to get them all on board, it's gotta be delicious, and that is vinedastic.
• 29:46

So get Seth at vinetastic.com for your health, for your body, for your life. Or she coughs on you like these things or you're just next to her. Right? There's the the shedding. So so what what is shedding?
• 30:57
Shedding refers to the potential release of vaccine lid particles to spike proteins from vaccinated individuals to others through close contact. Is shedding real? And, actually, it's remember, actually, in the past maybe three or four weeks, there's there's a lot of research coming out saying, yes. Shedding is real. So for all the people that were alright.
• 31:15
Deemed conspiracy theorists that, yeah, shedding is real, but then here, I'm glad you highlighted this as oppression of dissent, censorship and media bias, inform consent. Like, this is this is so important because I know that for me, I've had multiple videos taken down off of YouTube. I've gotten strikes, you know, threats to canceling my, you know, my channel. You know, I've had people on Facebook saying, look, Seth, if I shared your video, your interview with, say, doctor Artis on Facebook, I got put into Facebook jail for thirty days just for sharing this information. And so, you know, you mentioned this whole depopulation goal, and it's like, yeah.
• 31:49
If if you're trying to you know, say you have a village, you wanna kill the village and you poison the water supply, Like, the 10 people that saw you do it or that tested the water know there's arsenic in it, you're gonna find ways of making them disappear. And so that's exactly what they've done here. So it's obvious that there's very, very evil intentions behind this.
• 32:10
Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, if you read anything in history that really delves into the area of these evil people, you will find there's been a lot of very strange deaths around people that go to expose them. You know? So, yeah, so I understand.
• 32:28
Seth Holehouse: And so I do. In terms of okay. So it gets into protect your here actually, slide here, I'll cover it. It's protect your yourself and your family. So stay informed, seek out independent research, and avoid relying solely on mainstream narratives.
• 32:41
Get involved. Join advocacy groups demanding transparency, accountability, and vaccine policies. Share your story. Personal experiences can help shed light on the broader impact of mRNA tech. Agree completely.
• 32:53
So but I wanna I wanna pivot a little bit, though, because so, obviously, you know, in in this overall discussion, it's removing poisons from your body. Stop putting poisons into your body the best that you can. Like, you know, I refuse to not go outside because there's chemtrails. It's like I'm not gonna just, you know, not experience fresh air and sunshine because of chemtrails. Like, yeah, otherwise, I'm just gonna be living in in my basement my whole life, and that's not how I wanna live.
• 33:17
Speaker 2: You don't need to do that. There's ways to protect yourself, but it's from the inside out.
• 33:22
Seth Holehouse: So, yeah, so walk us through that because, obviously, you've got a huge background in understanding just how the body works, how to get back into balance. And that's the one thing that I've found through all of my research is that the key, obviously, is removing poisons, but just getting our bodies back into balance. And that disease and all the sickness, it's not how God made our bodies. We weren't made to be dying of cancer at 45 years old all the time or, you know, you have chronic illness or neurological diseases. It's there's something really off.
• 33:51
  So walk us through.
• 33:52
Speaker 2: When we're sick, cancer is just a a severe form of the flu. It's like our body will you know, every year we have colds. Okay. Well, that's a natural thing. Let's get rid of the toxins.
• 34:07
We're not sweating enough. We're not exercising enough. We're not letting the toxins come out through our skin. So let's do something you know? So people are taking things to keep the toxins in.
• 34:17
They're taking medications. They're you know, they they don't move. They, you know, they they're eating too much. Their body can't process the foods, overeating. And so, what happens is these they just keep staying in the body, and they build and build and build.
• 34:33
And pretty soon, they've got tumors because the body wants to live. So it will collect all these poisons, and it will put them away, and it will put them around organs and things that don't have a lot of movement. So one of the most important things that we can do is understand keeping our pH in and understanding that our body, our health starts in our gut, and we have to keep our gut, our liver, which is our detox avenue, Those have to be healthy, but it all starts in the gut. And fermented foods and this was something, you know, I I grew up making fermented foods with my grandmother. We used to pickle things and put it in the cellar.
• 35:16
So I was familiar with when I started studying macrobiotics is fermented foods are the the most important thing that you can have on your plate with the rest of your meal, every single meal. And why is that? Because they are loaded with enzymes. They're loaded with probiotics. They are going to go in and help digest those carbohydrates, those proteins, everything else.
• 35:41
And without that, your body has to utilize its own enzymes, and we only have a certain amount of enzymes, and then we run out of them. So fermented foods are are so important to keep our gut healthy and in balance. And we have that microbiome of trillions of different organisms in our mainly in our large intestine. We also have a microbiome on our skin. We have it in our brain.
• 36:06
And so those things have to stay in balance. And, we have the gut access, to the brain, gut brain access, gut skin access. And so if you have skin conditions, you got a problem in the gut. You have brain fog, you got a problem in the gut. And you have to keep that in balance, and the way you do that is to eat a a fermented food.
• 36:28
The best fermented food that I ever found out there was a Korean food called kimchi, and I made it homemade. I studied martial arts with the top black belt in Korea. He was one of my teachers, and he used to take me to his home for his wife and his grandmother, you know, to have Korean food, and, of course, that's where I got introduced to kimchi. Woah, though. Does it smell?
• 36:50
And and does it taste weird, growing up in America? So, you know, but that is this food is so incredibly rich in in in all of these incredible, I mean, antioxidants, probiotics, prebiotics, which allow our body to do produce a postbiotic metabolites. So it really improves the digestion, and then all of a sudden when people eat kimchi, they don't get as sick, or they stop getting sick because their body's able to do what it's supposed to do naturally, and it's cleaning up not only the gut, but the liver and the heart and the brain and the skin and everywhere. So, this kimchi is so vital to to eat on an everyday basis. And, here at Brightcur, we decided to, you know, do something about that.
• 37:45
Seth Holehouse: I'll say two two quick points. I want you let you continue. One is and we were talking about how we're not allowing our body to get rid of toxins, and we're adding toxins in. You know, growing up, you know, as a, you know, as a kid in high school, you're always nervous and you're self conscious. And, you know, one thing that you hate is sweating.
• 38:02
And so growing up, I always had used antiperspirants. Right? You'd go and get some old spice, and and then I realized in in my adult life that antiperspirants are literally just clogging your sweat pores in your armpits with aluminum. Like, of all things, it's aluminum. It's like, oh my gosh.
• 38:16
Like, I how because then also, you know, I grew up, you know, in the eighties, and my I I certainly had vaccines because my mom didn't know these things at that point. So it's just to think that, gosh, like, as much as I'm healthy now, how much damage was done? Because even, you know, sticking aluminum in your one of the areas where is a major release of toxins. Right? And why is it some people have have, you know, wreak of body odor?
• 38:38
It's because they're they've got so many toxins coming out that it just stinks. And as I've gotten healthier, I still have to wear I wear I don't wear antiperspirant. I wear, like, a natural deodorant, but that's a key. But also something that that we do is, you know, we're big on sauerkraut. So we do sauerkraut.
• 38:56
Like, we we try it as much to to do a lot of fermented foods in our house. So we do we're all drinking kombucha every day. You know, sometimes we're actually we have our own SCOBY, and we're making our own kinda weird looking kombucha brew. We do homemade sauerkraut. You know, we even my little my little one year old, my actually, my four year old, they both love sauerkraut.
• 39:15
So if we you know, we're having eggs or whatever it is, I throw a pile of that on their plate, and they're just just shoving it down, which
• 39:21
Speaker 2: Their children's bodies know. They they're not eating. They're eating from this knowingness. They're not eating from, oh, it tastes bad or whatever. Their body craves it because it's got all these good things.
• 39:33
But you know what's the great thing about kimchi, is that it has over 900 different probiotics in it. There and there there's certain strains in kimchi that are found not in sauerkraut, not in pickles, not in kefir, not in yogurt, not in kombucha, nowhere else in any other fermented food. And that's why I love kimchi so much because it's the most powerful of the fermented foods that I have seen. And in in fact, we have some incredible stories that I would like to share with you of people that took the COVID vaccine that actually used our kimchi.
• 40:14
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. So so walk me through it because that that's amazing to me because I'm seeing all kinds of different things, different products and solutions to detoxing from the COVID vaccines. And I think there's a lot of them that are good. You know, zeolite's a powerful one and, you know, pulling up metals, but, you're the first person that's that's actually told me the story of something that is so natural. Right?
• 40:34
Kimchi. Right? It just so we've beef I I wanna hear the testimonials, but explain to me because I've I've eaten a lot of kimchi. You know, I used live in New York City. I love going down, you know, Koreatown and doing you know, I I yeah, I love, know, kinds of different cuisines.
• 40:48
Actually, think that, you know, I used to go to your favorite macrobiotic restaurant down by Union Square, all the time. So I used to live in that area.
• 40:55
Speaker 2: Yeah. So when before I opened my own macrobiotic restaurant in Westport.
• 40:59
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. And so so what is kimchi, and and how is kimchi different even in the preparation than, say, sauerkraut? So when we do sauerkraut, we, you know, we it's just, you know, it's a very simple process. But so how is kimchi different?
• 41:13
Speaker 2: Well, with sauerkraut, it's just salt and cabbage. And then you let it ferment, and it develops a lactic acid. Whereas kimchi and there's all many different ways to make it, but it starts with, you know, cabbage and shrimp paste and chilies. I think the chilies, the capsaicin in the chilies have a great effect. And so, you know, because they open up, they can open up our blood vessels too.
• 41:39
They can help with weight loss. There's all kinds of things that go into the kimchi that really ultimately affect our overall health. And, and so when it's made and and you can eat it freshly made or you can eat it where it ages more. And when you eat the kimchi, and that's what we use is the more aged kimchi because it's all developed, you know, further the probiotics and enzymes and everything else in there. So, you know, there's been studies done over in Korea on using kimchi, and, they did a nine year study.
• 42:12
They just published it. They did a nine year study, and I think it was over a 15,000 people, men and women, ages 49 to 65. And, they the the main markers were BMI and body mass index and, waist circumference. And everyone used different amounts of of kimchi, and they found using a lot more didn't help. And so it was kind of in the middle.
• 42:39
And all of these people had reduced BMI. They had, reduced waist circumference. So when you take care of your gut and you keep those beneficial bacteria and all of those bad guys in balance, then you are reducing your weight. They you know, people have reported, that had alopecia in studies. You know?
• 43:04
That's male pattern baldness, and it happens in women too. They eat the kimchi, and then their hair grows back. It grows back thicker. It grow the strands grow back again. It stops falling out.
• 43:16
I mean, why is this happening? Because you're putting into your body what your body actually needs. So the exciting thing is that we have been able to take kimchi, which Americans normally don't like, the smell and the taste, and we've been able to keep all of its vital components and and put it in a capsule so you could have it, every day. And it remains a food, a whole food, and you get all these incredible benefits.
• 43:46
Seth Holehouse: So I'm I'm particularly interested to hear the response that people have had in terms of undoing some of the vaccine side effects because it's easy to think, okay. Yeah. Kimchi, it makes sense, and, yeah, I could see feeling better and maybe not being as sick and all those things. But then getting into this complicated high-tech alien almost, you know, mRNA technology that something as simple as kimchi can undo that, which is fascinating to me. But I I'd like to hear what your testimonials are saying because it's it's particularly interesting.
• 44:17
Speaker 2: Yeah. It's pretty exciting. And and just to let you know, after hearing directly from the customers that this affected them so profoundly, you know, I really do believe that it might be doing something to, help them, break down that, the the the clots of those fibrous white weird things that the body has produced in order to fight off this weird thing. That's just my conjecture, but it seems like that could be happening. I made the unfortunate decision to get the COVID vaccine.
• 44:54
After months of trying to manage strange lingering symptoms on my own, kimchi one, that's our capsule of kimchi, provided the balance my body needed, my digestion, energy, and even mood have significantly improved. Kimchi one helped me recover from unexplainable flu like symptoms and exhaustion that appeared after being around those who had recently been vaccinated. That's the shedding effect. Right? Since taking it, I feel so much better.
• 45:22
I started taking the kimchi after dealing with lingering digestive issues and brain fog that I suspect were related to shedding. Not only has my gut health improved dramatically, but I also feel sharper and more energetic. This product truly supports the body in ways I have never expected, and I had unusual muscle aches and fatigue after getting vaccinated. A lot of people dealt with that.
• 45:46
  Seth Holehouse: Yeah.
• 45:47
Speaker 2: After starting kimchi one, I felt a noticeable improvement in my energy and physical comfort. I'm so grateful for this product. Exposure to mRNA, either through contact or with other people or in food, left me with restless nights and constant anxiety. Kimchi has helped me sleep soundly and feel more at peace during the day, and I am never going to stop taking kimchi one.
• 46:15
Seth Holehouse: Amazing. And so one question I do have is because, obviously, you look at, you know, kimchi, and you look and and it's a it's a fermented food. You know, it's it's the cabbage and and the spices. And so how do you go from that, which is obviously, you look at it and say, oh, it's a very whole food. Right?
• 46:33
  Simple ingredients.
• 46:34
  Speaker 2: Right.
• 46:34
Seth Holehouse: How do you how do you take that and put it into a a capsule, right, without losing that that life essence that that you'd get from the the fresh kimchi?
• 46:48
Speaker 2: Well, you know, I've been at this. My first product was, first, wheatgrass juice powder and a capsule organic wheatgrass juice capsule and a powder that retained all of its live active enzymes. So we know what we're doing here. We use a special patented cold processing that allows us to keep those, components and where they stay active, and it's costly. I mean, a lot of your products that are out there, you know, your fruits and vegetable products that you know?
• 47:17
And they're not even organic or your, you know, other things out there. They use high heat because it's cheaper, and it's quicker. And their bottom line, you know, saves money for them. We're not interested in that. I didn't start this company, really.
• 47:31
I never even planned on starting a company, but I had people that were just couldn't change their diet to the degree they needed to, and that's why I started this company. So I wanted to have the most, if you will, the Rolls Royce of of products out there because I wasn't interested in the bottom line first. I was interested in, will this work for my people, and will it get them on board to changing their diets, and will it supplement their, everyday diet that they've been eating and that they're addicted to? And, yes, that's what happens. Our, you know, our supplement is we've we've we've been able to do this with with the, fermented food kimchi, and nobody else has done this.
• 48:17
So we're very excited about it, and we're very excited about the results.
• 48:22
Seth Holehouse: What's interesting is that a lot of what I find is the issue with Americans is just taste profile. Now but, you know, I'm I'm thankful, actually. So my my kids you know, yesterday, we had Indian food. We we love Indian food, it's you know? And and and we've, you know, big on that.
• 48:37
And we had our nanny sitting there, and we're all eating lunch. And my little my one year old and my four year old are just shoving down, you know, different kinds of butter chicken or different core vegetable korma. And she was like, gosh. She's like, it's so amazing that your kids are eating this food at this age. She goes, I never grew up with this.
• 48:55
I grew up all eating only the, you know, the standard American trash. Right? The and so the fact that we're feeding them young, but unfortunately, for a lot of people, you know, I've I've had friends, you know, whatever. Like, oh, you should have some sauerkraut. It's like, only on New Year's, I'll eat my sauerkraut.
• 49:09
Let alone, hey. Do you want some kimchi? It's like, no. I'm really a fan of that. So it's interesting that this little thing here, right, this little capsule so, basically, for people that don't like the flavor of kimchi, which I imagine a lot of Americans don't like it because it it's definitely an acquired taste.
• 49:24
It's kinda like, you know, the thousand year old eggs in China, you know, the Chinese eggs, affirmative eggs. It's like you you open one of those things, Or what is the fruit? What is the the there's a South American fruit that that it they're actually banned from taking on a public transport in a lot of areas.
• 49:41
Speaker 2: It stinks so much.
• 49:43
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. Yeah. Durian. Right? Durian.
• 49:44
I remember one time I was in Hong Kong with one of my clients over there, and we had durian ice cream, and they loved it. But I I I was I thought I was burping sour onions for a day after eating durian ice cream, but it's acquired. So for a lot of Americans, they don't wanna have kimchi because they just don't like the taste of it because they're used to the standard American diet. So this is basically the same thing. Right?
• 50:06
Speaker 2: Same thing. Or they don't wanna make it. They don't wanna travel around and try and find all these different ingredients that goes into it. You can buy it in a jar. It's expense it's expensive, but, you know, this gives them something that's convenient and easy, and they can take it every day.
• 50:21
And there's so many studies out there. I mean, it is thought of in Korea as that's their national health policy, over there is eat kimchi every day. Eat kimchi at every meal. And it's been done for centuries. So it's not like it's some new thing that's popped up, and we don't have, you know, we don't have the science on it.
• 50:40
So it's very exciting to see how when people will take this on an everyday basis that all these symptoms starts changing. Their gut gets healthier. Their skin gets healthier. Their skin actually starts to glow. Their hair is growing again.
• 50:54
It's getting thicker. It's shiny again. They're getting healthy because they're taking care of their gut, which then all of this is connected, you know, to the heart, to the spleen, to the pancreas, to you know? And it even helps people that are diabetic. We've got we've got stories where people have all kinds of maladies going on and different, you know, diseased states.
• 51:20
And, when you pay attention to your gut, that's where it all starts. That's where it all starts. So, this is a very important component to put in every single day, and it's easy.
• 51:31
Seth Holehouse: Well, actually, I just took one. It was it was actually it was painless. There's there's there's not even really, like, this, like, bad aftertaste like you get. So walk us through because I what are the PDF I wanna go through with you as it relates to aflatoxins? So this is a new term for me.
• 51:48
So just walk me through this because this is, again, this is new information for me.
• 51:53
Speaker 2: Well, aflatoxins, those can form if you're not, you know, they're they're a mold, a fungus, and they're in air. They're you know, we have people that, you know, have mold growing in their house, black mold. We in air conditioning systems, especially at schools. They don't take care of their air conditioning systems there as well as they should. And then when you're storing corns and peanuts and depending on how they're grown, I mean, if they have weakened immune system, the plant itself, it's going to succumb easier to molds.
• 52:24
And then molds and fungus produce aflatoxins, and they you know, they're they're really toxic to our system. They can kill us. And so kimchi's been proven to attack this this aflatoxin, specific aflatoxins that can kill us. And then, you know, we can develop candida overgrowth, and all that is is the body's trying to return everything. It's like, oh, you wanna die?
• 52:54
Okay. Well, let's just overpopulate with molds, yeast, and fungus, and we'll get rid of you. Just like you go out in nature and you see a tree that's sick or a plant that's sick, and it's got the molds and the yeast and everything growing on it. The same thing happens in our own body. So how do we stop that?
• 53:10
We stop these aflatoxins. We stop stop the molds and the fungus. And kimchi is antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial. So it's really an exciting thing to be able to cover this wide array of problems in taking kimchi one. So, you know, it it removes 81%.
• 53:32
They they have study now that shows, within three days of using kimchi, 81% of the aflatoxins in your body are gone. So, that's pretty powerful. There's nothing else out there that's that's shown to have this effect. And, so kimchi, you know, there we go. That's and parasites too.
• 53:54
  I forgot to mention parasites.
• 53:55
Seth Holehouse: Oh, parasites. Because I've done parasite cleanses before. So can you so kimchi also cleans out parasites?
• 54:02
Speaker 2: Yes, sir. I mean, so many people don't wanna talk about that because Oh,
• 54:06
Seth Holehouse: I love parasites. I've I've done deep dives. I've seen videos of liver flukes and and, like, tapeworms. And, like, I've
• 54:12
Speaker 2: done Let me tell you a quick story here. When I had my study house in Boston, and I had people from all over the world living with me there, and I would do applications on them, and I would do certain things. And I would do cleanses for them. And I literally saw things and help pull things out of people's bodies that you know, tapeworms, and it's weird. It's just like there's all kinds of weird stuff going on in our body.
• 54:37
That's why we have to take care of it, with things like this that kill off those. We don't we don't need that stuff inside our body.
• 54:44
Seth Holehouse: No. Don't want that
• 54:45
  Speaker 2: stuff inside our
• 54:46
Seth Holehouse: poop that they're believing in us, all the toxins. Yeah. I mean, parasites, that's a I mean, I've done some some a bunch of shows on parasites, and it's it was crazy is that a lot of other cultures outside of America, they know. Like, they do they do quarterly, you know, parasite cleanses, or they they work in their diet the regular foods that get rid of parasites. And I I tell you what, once I showed those those pictures of the liver flukes, people were like, okay.
• 55:11
Where do I sign up for this?
• 55:13
Speaker 2: Yeah. How do I get this stuff out of my body? And, you know, kimchi, interestingly enough, it has a sour taste too. And we're coming up on spring, and that is the flavor to also clean the liver out, is sour taste. Green things help.
• 55:27
So kimchi is very active in keeping our liver detoxed as well, not just the gut, but the liver itself directly. So kimchi really is an amazing miracle food.
• 55:39
Seth Holehouse: Incredible. So, okay, so that's interesting. Okay. So anti antiparasitic, antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral. Mhmm.
• 55:46
So if so if folks want to get this kimchi one, right, I know we've got a deal for them for Man in America. So where was there what website? How did how did they get this? Because I that's where I'm going. And and, obviously, I've got I already bought it already.
• 56:02
So walk us through this this process.
• 56:05
Speaker 2: Well, you can go online, mybrightcore.com, /manin America, or leave that up for me because I don't have the phone number.
• 56:15
Seth Holehouse: Oh, sure. Actually, I was I was pulling up the website there. So here's the okay. So here's the here's this. So okay.
• 56:25
  So mybrightcore.com. So okay. 88885756488.

So you you prefer people to call and talk to a real human that works for your company as not being outsourced to some factory in India. Right?
