- 0:02Speaker 1: Two teas in a pod which Teddy Meloncamps and camera Jedge. Hi, guys,
- 0:13Speaker 1: welcome to two cheese and a pod with myself, Teddy
- 0:15Speaker 1: Meloncamp and camera Judge. Good morning, Teddy, Good morning Sunshine.
- 0:21Speaker 1: How are you, sweetie? You know, just finished up binge
- 0:24Speaker 1: watching some Beverly Hills and Dubai and I know I
- 0:31Speaker 1: literally watched it last night, but I was like not
- 0:34Speaker 1: in the mood to watch. So you know how when
- 0:35Speaker 1: you scroll and watch, you can't do that when you
- 0:37Speaker 1: have a podcast, you can't scroll and watch TV because
- 0:40Speaker 1: you don't get you know, well, I mean perfectly, this
- 0:44Speaker 1: perfectly sums up my research. This is my Beverly Hills notes.
- 0:48Speaker 1: These are my Dubai heard this bag. I didn't even
- 0:51Speaker 1: treat I did not even take any for Dubai because Dubai.
- 0:54Speaker 1: The only thing I liked about it was the last
- 0:56Speaker 1: five minutes um, which we'll get into it. And we also,
- 1:00Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I watch What Happens Live because that was
- 1:03Speaker 1: a situation. So do you want to start It's it's
- 1:06Speaker 1: your choice today. Would you rather start with Dubai or
- 1:07Speaker 1: Beverly Hills. Let's just go under Beverly Hills, all right,
- 1:11Speaker 1: but why not? I mean not, I mean, I know,
- 1:14Speaker 1: what's your favorite? I mean, how many more episodes? Like
- 1:17Speaker 1: twenty a hundred and sixty four episodes? Isn't it brutal
- 1:21Speaker 1: to have to recap your year old show? I mean,
- 1:26Speaker 1: I guess it's less brutal than having to watch Dubai. Yeah,
- 1:31Speaker 1: but I think it's hard when you're you know, you're
- 1:34Speaker 1: friends with people that are on the show, and then
- 1:35Speaker 1: you have to you know, call them out. But I'm
- 1:38Speaker 1: sure they all understand. Well. I think the thing that
- 1:43Speaker 1: I can, I can kind of live with here is that, yes,
- 1:47Speaker 1: when I'm watching the show, I do have certain ways
- 1:51Speaker 1: that I feel about certain people, and that that is
- 1:53Speaker 1: of course going to play into it. But I think
- 1:56Speaker 1: I also can at least be objective on seeing what
- 2:00Speaker 1: the audience is seeing as well and understanding that people
- 2:03Speaker 1: aren't necessarily going to agree with me. Um, which brings
- 2:08Speaker 1: us right into the episode where it starts out or
- 2:11Speaker 1: at Lisa tells Sutton that Diana does not have the
- 2:15Speaker 1: same takeaway from their conversation at Garcela's party as Sutton.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Sutton had the idea that they hugged it out and
- 2:22Speaker 1: it ended on a good note it did not end
- 2:28Speaker 1: on a good note. But I think that Sutton's hopeful
- 2:31Speaker 1: Diana is so hard to read well. I think the
- 2:36Speaker 1: problem is is Diana is not necessarily likable. Granted, one
- 2:43Speaker 1: of our producers really likes watching her um, but most
- 2:47Speaker 1: of the audience is choosing to no matter what Sutton does.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Sutton is crushing it so because of that. But you
- 2:56Speaker 1: know how that works. It's like, it's the one that's
- 3:00Speaker 1: going to cry and the one that's going to be like,
- 3:02Speaker 1: but I just wanted to work. No matter what they've
- 3:04Speaker 1: done it, no matter what they've said, no matter horrible
- 3:06Speaker 1: things they've done, peep the audience feel sorry for them.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I call that the Shannon syndrome. But I don't know.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I think where I'm struggling a little bit as how
- 3:17Speaker 1: Sutton could have possibly thought that conversation went well. Diana
- 3:22Speaker 1: is blatantly mocking her in the middle of the conversation,
- 3:25Speaker 1: and prior to that, sudden approaches Diana and accuses her
- 3:32Speaker 1: of not necessarily really being needing to be on bedrest.
- 3:35Speaker 1: So I definitely see both sides. I see they both
- 3:41Speaker 1: did the same thing to one another in regards to
- 3:43Speaker 1: a miscarriage but Sutton has honestly punched somebody in the face,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and people will be like, yes, Sutton and Diana, I know,
- 3:52Speaker 1: you know why. It's because of that Southern sweet She
- 3:55Speaker 1: could say something so sharp and so mean and have
- 3:59Speaker 1: a little acts and her smile on her face and
- 4:02Speaker 1: and people buy it. Well, it's not helping us that
- 4:06Speaker 1: Diana has so much money and she can't even wear
- 4:10Speaker 1: a hat that's fitting paraly I know, I know, Like,
- 4:14Speaker 1: don't you feel like they are so polar opposite, Like
- 4:17Speaker 1: they're both kind of like I look at them and
- 4:20Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't know if I love you or
- 4:21Speaker 1: I hate you. Well, I think Sutton has what's going
- 4:26Speaker 1: on is she has this level of delusion that if
- 4:29Speaker 1: you say you're sorry and you hug it out at
- 4:31Speaker 1: the end, things are good. When the hug was like this,
- 4:34Speaker 1: the hug like stiff as a board, trying to push
- 4:38Speaker 1: her off. I mean, Diana even went blah blah blah
- 4:41Speaker 1: bang blue eyes and sons like they're green, Like there
- 4:44Speaker 1: was no there was no warmness, no nothing. But I
- 4:50Speaker 1: think from the beginning those two did not have a connection.
- 4:54Speaker 1: They weren't going to hit it off. It started with
- 4:57Speaker 1: you know from the very start, and it's now just
- 4:59Speaker 1: continue And once Sutton realized what she did to Diana
- 5:04Speaker 1: at the beginning of the conversation, then she tried to
- 5:06Speaker 1: flip it. And now here we are and we're trying
- 5:09Speaker 1: to pretend everything is good, which is very similar to
- 5:11Speaker 1: the Crystal situation. Crystal wasn't much in this episode either.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Huh no, but she's in for the scenes for next week. Okay,
- 5:19Speaker 1: was she out of town? She was here? She was Okay, Um, yeah,
- 5:28Speaker 1: it gets more brutal, but Garth, then you know, we're
- 5:31Speaker 1: still at Sutton's. Garcel tells Kyle that she jumped ship.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Kyle doesn't feel she does this and says she doesn't
- 5:38Speaker 1: have problems with anybody. Okay, I'm confused. What does jump
- 5:42Speaker 1: ship mean? Well, I didn't really understand what jump ship
- 5:45Speaker 1: meant until she said, Kyle, she just wants you to
- 5:51Speaker 1: be neutral. Yeah, I understand that, But jumping ship isn't
- 5:55Speaker 1: it means you're like getting away from the situation. Doesn't
- 5:59Speaker 1: she mean she's been on board? I think what she
- 6:02Speaker 1: means is she won't ever just let somebody. You know,
- 6:07Speaker 1: that's that she's close with protecting her and jumping in
- 6:12Speaker 1: when she shouldn't. But I don't know if that's the
- 6:15Speaker 1: right word. I might be wrong, but I don't know.
- 6:17Speaker 1: The jump ship was correct, but I never what Garcella
- 6:20Speaker 1: was saying didn't necessarily make sense to me until Shari
- 6:23Speaker 1: said that, Um who Sharia is a fan favorite already.
- 6:28Speaker 1: I love her, um love her. I love her. I
- 6:32Speaker 1: also want to point out, though, when you are doing
- 6:35Speaker 1: when you're on, people are loving you. People are loving you.
- 6:39Speaker 1: And then even if you're only in there for two
- 6:42Speaker 1: you know, Zinger lines the entire episode like we haven't
- 6:45Speaker 1: seen the talking head from Shariat. True, but people are
- 6:50Speaker 1: loving her because she's the voice of reason. And however,
- 6:56Speaker 1: I want you to imagine if Kyle or Renna or
- 7:03Speaker 1: pretty much anybody else would have said when Erica apologized,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and it would have said, well, I want to your
- 7:12Speaker 1: son too, I know, right, I know that would have
- 7:16Speaker 1: gone down. Well, thank god, he's in his thirties. It's
- 7:19Speaker 1: not like he's a fourteen year old or sixteen year old, right,
- 7:23Speaker 1: But I want you to imagine everybody laughed at it
- 7:25Speaker 1: because they were having fun and it was a joke.
- 7:27Speaker 1: But I want you to imagine if one of the
- 7:30Speaker 1: Foxforce four. But you know what, the way that Erica
- 7:35Speaker 1: said it, it was a little invasive and saying like, hey,
- 7:38Speaker 1: let's I mean, she had details like let's have a threesome.
- 7:42Speaker 1: I know Erica when Erica said it wrong, wrong, wrong,
- 7:46Speaker 1: But I'm saying if in that moment after the apology, Yeah,
- 7:51Speaker 1: if Kyle would have responded with that, or if Renna
- 7:56Speaker 1: or to read or a. So you think ourselve would
- 7:58Speaker 1: get mad if if anybody else had that response. I
- 8:01Speaker 1: don't know if she would have gotten mad, but I
- 8:03Speaker 1: don't know that it would have been a laugh. Yeah,
- 8:06Speaker 1: everybody's taking things. I thought it was funny when she
- 8:10Speaker 1: said it. Of course I thought it was funny too,
- 8:12Speaker 1: But I want you guys, that's just food for thought, okay, okay, um.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I thought it was a little bit. I mean, Garcella
- 8:20Speaker 1: was on point in her confessionals when she talks about
- 8:24Speaker 1: how many drinks Erica has had, and she's like, I
- 8:27Speaker 1: never paid attention to how many three I know, you know,
- 8:31Speaker 1: I'm kind of with Kyle on this one. To call
- 8:34Speaker 1: somebody an alcoholic or have alcoholism, those are pretty strong words.
- 8:40Speaker 1: So I would have been kind of the same, like
- 8:44Speaker 1: has she been drinking for years. No, she's going through
- 8:47Speaker 1: a tough time. That's how she's dealing with it. Am
- 8:49Speaker 1: I saying it's right? No, And to say like, oh,
- 8:53Speaker 1: well I'm taking meds and drinking, well, first of all,
- 8:55Speaker 1: you're not supposed to drink. When you take meds, you're
- 8:58Speaker 1: not helping yourself out. But it also I wish she
- 9:01Speaker 1: wouldn't say med's It makes it seem like it's like
- 9:04Speaker 1: fitnal she's talking about like an antidepressant. I don't know.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I don't, I don't really, I mean, but I don't
- 9:12Speaker 1: really think much about that. But I think that the
- 9:16Speaker 1: Kyle was very open about the medication she takes for anxiety,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and I thought that was pretty brave. I thought that
- 9:23Speaker 1: was brave too. And I think it's hard to accuse
- 9:26Speaker 1: somebody on a television show of being an alcoholic. Yes,
- 9:31Speaker 1: I mean, it's one thing to say you drink too much.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It's another thing to give them a label like that.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Already after two times, granted the two times have been
- 9:39Speaker 1: dramatic that there's probably going to be more this season,
- 9:42Speaker 1: but two times, and how many years has she been on?
- 9:46Speaker 1: Eight seasons or whatever? It is? Like, I mean, yeah,
- 9:49Speaker 1: I mean, not that we're making excuses for her by
- 9:52Speaker 1: any means, but I don't know. I just feel like
- 9:54Speaker 1: those are that's like saying somebody is psychotic. Jesus jugs.
- 10:01Speaker 1: But I do wish you wouldn't have come in and
- 10:04Speaker 1: said how many drinks she was gonna have, because then
- 10:06Speaker 1: it makes it weird, like just have your drinks, just drink,
- 10:12Speaker 1: be an asshole again, have your drinks, or don't like
- 10:15Speaker 1: drinking and set somebody else. Yeah, that's fine. It's probably
- 10:18Speaker 1: happening next week, as we saw in the scenes. But um, yeah,
- 10:23Speaker 1: it is what it is. Um, But do you think
- 10:25Speaker 1: there was resolution between Erica and garcell? Garcella says, Erica
- 10:31Speaker 1: earned a point in my book because she complimented me
- 10:34Speaker 1: on being a mother. And but the wild thing about
- 10:40Speaker 1: watching housewives is even though there is a little bit
- 10:43Speaker 1: of a resolution between eric and Garcell, anybody watching is
- 10:47Speaker 1: not going to see that, right, and so the hate
- 10:51Speaker 1: is going to be just as much. Um, So I
- 10:54Speaker 1: think it's a little bit tough. Better episode for Kyle,
- 10:58Speaker 1: better episode for Kyle. Um. Kyle has Hanukah with Dret.
- 11:03Speaker 1: That's a really touching moment, and Deret's little son was
- 11:06Speaker 1: so cute. Deret's kids are so cute, by the way,
- 11:09Speaker 1: Happy birthday to its street's birthday. Happy birthday dat uh
- 11:14Speaker 1: but so smart, so smart, has so much information there
- 11:19Speaker 1: there And I mean, those kids, they are hilarious, They're
- 11:24Speaker 1: so cute. Um. I normally don't really, I don't watch
- 11:27Speaker 1: house live shows to watch kids normally, honest with you,
- 11:30Speaker 1: I really don't. I mean, but that was a really
- 11:32Speaker 1: cute saying. I thought, how about And then there was
- 11:36Speaker 1: like that awkward moment at Hanukah where Maria's dad walks
- 11:41Speaker 1: in and they go to hug and kiss and she
- 11:44Speaker 1: accidentally out the lips and she's like, oh like she
- 11:49Speaker 1: was all like frazzled. There is nothing more awkward that. Well,
- 11:53Speaker 1: I don't understand. I wish we could just like make
- 11:56Speaker 1: some kind of like hand gesture if you're gonna do
- 11:58Speaker 1: one kiss or two the COVID times don't do we
- 12:01Speaker 1: still have to kiss like that. I'm not like a
- 12:03Speaker 1: kissing person. Eddie has a fun well unless I'm drunk,
- 12:06Speaker 1: and it's girls, it's girls. But so Eddie has a
- 12:11Speaker 1: friend that kisses he's he's from a different country like that.
- 12:14Speaker 1: They do that other places. I don't want to say
- 12:16Speaker 1: where because then he'll know it's but he kisses, and
- 12:21Speaker 1: you know, it's one of those awkward things when you
- 12:22Speaker 1: go to side to side and he goes the wrong side,
- 12:24Speaker 1: and then you kiss him on the lips and then
- 12:25Speaker 1: he's like, what do you kiss him on the leg?
- 12:27Speaker 1: Go I it's not me. I'm telling you it's not me.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I don't it's like long hugs. I don't want to
- 12:33Speaker 1: be kissing on the lips and I don't want long
- 12:35Speaker 1: hugs from so I don't like to be touched. Yeah,
- 12:38Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not really interested. I'm okay with a
- 12:41Speaker 1: hand holding. I guess hand holding. I guess who it's from. Well,
- 12:47Speaker 1: I mean have one, but like I know, I thought
- 12:50Speaker 1: you meant like you know a stranger, what are your
- 12:53Speaker 1: what are your friends friends? Husband's take? And I hold
- 12:56Speaker 1: your hands? Oh no, like under the table, that's not
- 12:58Speaker 1: under the table. I'm a red legs, just a little Diane.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I gotta I gotta talk about this because she's just
- 13:16Speaker 1: she's getting on my nerves. As soon as they start
- 13:19Speaker 1: filming in her house and she has to say, oh,
- 13:23Speaker 1: the Kashmir sweater, and like she's always throwing money, name
- 13:29Speaker 1: brands and to everything, and it just bugs me so bad.
- 13:32Speaker 1: But I will say her son adorable. I didn't realize
- 13:36Speaker 1: maybe I didn't pay attention. Has he filmed before? Her
- 13:38Speaker 1: son and her daughter so cute? But my question is
- 13:43Speaker 1: did the father raise them? I read that online, but
- 13:46Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know talk well. She actually
- 13:50Speaker 1: kind of insinuates that in that scene. She did insinuate that.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I do know that she had that apartment and partied there,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and her kids lived in a different place, but I
- 14:02Speaker 1: I really don't know, so I don't want to speak
- 14:04Speaker 1: out of turn. Um. Did you know that Diana's sons
- 14:10Speaker 1: girlfriend is the daughter of Damon Dash and Rachel roy Um?
- 14:18Speaker 1: You can tell they all like each other and they
- 14:20Speaker 1: like being around each other. But I don't. I don't
- 14:24Speaker 1: understand the magnitude of it. But also the biggest thing
- 14:27Speaker 1: I'm getting from Diana is she doesn't want to engage
- 14:31Speaker 1: really in anything. And then I agree, But I also
- 14:35Speaker 1: the only thing I'm getting from her is her she's
- 14:38Speaker 1: got a lip problem. I think her lips are too chopped. Well,
- 14:41Speaker 1: she can't talk to her licking her lips. I did
- 14:44Speaker 1: spend a lot of time researching why this could be,
- 14:49Speaker 1: and I really think it's a nervous tech and that's
- 14:53Speaker 1: her tell. Like my tell is that my chest is
- 14:55Speaker 1: going to get bright red right Like whenever I have
- 14:59Speaker 1: to like have a conversation, I don't want to have her.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I'm on camera and things are awkward at the same
- 15:03Speaker 1: as my daughter. The same thing is like if that's
- 15:09Speaker 1: why I'm obsessed with the spray tan, but I think
- 15:11Speaker 1: hers is this, but it's gotten to the point. I
- 15:16Speaker 1: don't know if it's editing, but it seems like it's
- 15:19Speaker 1: happening every two seconds. I know that's what I'm saying.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I can't even listen to what she's saying because I'm
- 15:23Speaker 1: concentrating on her licking her lips. Well, I'm concentrating on
- 15:26Speaker 1: her confessional look where she has like the hair that's
- 15:29Speaker 1: like okay, wait wait. I had to pause that only
- 15:33Speaker 1: because I was so confused on what was going on there.
- 15:37Speaker 1: I don't know, I think, I mean, I don't even know,
- 15:39Speaker 1: Like it was like a curl than a fool was
- 15:42Speaker 1: supposed to be like a Marilyn Monroe thing. This is
- 15:44Speaker 1: the problem with Beverly Hills, and I myself felt probably
- 15:50Speaker 1: it was a problematic situation for me. Some of the
- 15:52Speaker 1: girls are so interested in style and so interested in
- 15:55Speaker 1: looks that then all of a sudden us regulars feel
- 16:00Speaker 1: the need to try to level up. Like the one
- 16:02Speaker 1: time I clipped in Banks and it is I need
- 16:06Speaker 1: a picture of you with Clipton Banks. You the first
- 16:10Speaker 1: Thankfully we changed it after the first confessional, Like you
- 16:14Speaker 1: know how, we do four confessionals per look. The first
- 16:16Speaker 1: one was so bad, Laura and I still cry laughing
- 16:19Speaker 1: because it honestly was just like this, I need do
- 16:23Speaker 1: you have a picture? Yeah? I mean it was so
- 16:27Speaker 1: bad and we were like, professionals are hard, especially when
- 16:31Speaker 1: you're trying to elevate yourself to everybody else. I'm not
- 16:35Speaker 1: especially happy with my confessional look on Ultimate Girl's Trip
- 16:39Speaker 1: with the charl look, because the one with the brown
- 16:44Speaker 1: I think that's you look gorgeous in that well, I
- 16:46Speaker 1: just felt like because the camera cut me off right here,
- 16:49Speaker 1: it just looked like I have this like helmet on
- 16:51Speaker 1: it because my hair was really long. No, I think
- 16:53Speaker 1: you looked amazing. If somebody wants to worry about a look,
- 16:56Speaker 1: it's Taylor with the like the first vest I'm confused.
- 17:03Speaker 1: It's I've got some of some of my earlier ones.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Back in the day where we didn't have any client.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I think we did our own makeup in the beginning. Yeah, well,
- 17:11Speaker 1: I mean that's what vanderpump Wool still does their own
- 17:14Speaker 1: makeup for confessionals. They probably cause they choose to no. No,
- 17:21Speaker 1: they I mean as of a couple of years ago,
- 17:23Speaker 1: they still did their own gland. Wow, it looked good,
- 17:26Speaker 1: but they're also so young. They're young. They learned from
- 17:29Speaker 1: YouTube tutorials. It's not like me where I can't figure
- 17:31Speaker 1: it out. I have an SPF tent on right now. Okay.
- 17:35Speaker 1: It was definitely a little bit shady how they have
- 17:39Speaker 1: Erica coming during the part where Diana is donating her clothes,
- 17:45Speaker 1: Oh my god. And I love when she goes and
- 17:48Speaker 1: her confessional she goes, I'm not broke, like broke, like
- 17:52Speaker 1: broke broke. I'm not broke broke. Oh my god, girl,
- 17:57Speaker 1: you're better off just saying I'm broke, just hand broke.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Rank everybody what they tell everybody what they want to hear, right,
- 18:03Speaker 1: But I mean it was it was pretty funny. Uh
- 18:07Speaker 1: but once again, you don't really see the connection between
- 18:09Speaker 1: Diana and anybody. I know. It's just so weird. And
- 18:14Speaker 1: you know, you never see Diana having fun. It's like
- 18:18Speaker 1: she's zero emotion. Well, I think my guess is that
- 18:22Speaker 1: Diana probably thought while filming, I'm crushing this. Yeah, like
- 18:29Speaker 1: I have got this handled. I am worldly. I've gone
- 18:33Speaker 1: to every big party there is. People are gonna love
- 18:36Speaker 1: the lifestyle stories that I'm telling. But if you're not
- 18:39Speaker 1: engaged with the group, nobody cares. Yeah, my best line
- 18:45Speaker 1: out of the entire show. I always like to pick
- 18:47Speaker 1: one good line. So you say that I know. So
- 18:51Speaker 1: you say that I know when you were going back
- 18:55Speaker 1: and forth with Diana and Sutton. So Sutton says something
- 18:59Speaker 1: like um um, I love to the end or I'm
- 19:04Speaker 1: a good friend, and then and Dinah goes, so you say,
- 19:08Speaker 1: and then Sting goes and I know or so well
- 19:11Speaker 1: you know or something like that that I know. That's
- 19:13Speaker 1: what she said that I know. And they went back
- 19:14Speaker 1: and forth like four times, And I'm thinking, I don't
- 19:16Speaker 1: even know if they really went back and forth four times,
- 19:18Speaker 1: that it was really like fancy editing. Well, my question
- 19:22Speaker 1: is do you think they just both have never had
- 19:26Speaker 1: anybody have a difference of opinion? Than them. So that's
- 19:30Speaker 1: why they can't even have a regular I mean, it
- 19:33Speaker 1: was so brutally awkward for me to watch that it
- 19:36Speaker 1: was painful. I've even said, like I would have gotten
- 19:40Speaker 1: up and walked out if it was me doing that.
- 19:44Speaker 1: And then they but you know what, those two girls
- 19:46Speaker 1: are exactly alike, but total opposites. Their extremes the opposite.
- 19:51Speaker 1: So that that's my point. I think what they are
- 19:53Speaker 1: doing to each other is the exact same thing. And
- 19:56Speaker 1: this isn't for anybody that has reached out. This isn't
- 19:59Speaker 1: my bias or how I feel about Sutton. I have
- 20:02Speaker 1: no ties to Diana. I've met her one time. Um,
- 20:07Speaker 1: I just feel like they both behave the same way,
- 20:10Speaker 1: but they have a slightly different delivery. They're both kind
- 20:14Speaker 1: of but they're mean. They say mean things. When Diana
- 20:19Speaker 1: sitting there and going are you all right? Are you
- 20:22Speaker 1: all right? And she's doing the crazy sign, I'm like, oh,
- 20:25Speaker 1: I think I would have thrown my glass of water
- 20:27Speaker 1: or wine or whatever I was drinking at her. Now.
- 20:29Speaker 1: It was dirty, it was the whole thing was not
- 20:32Speaker 1: the best. I didn't think this was their best episode,
- 20:36Speaker 1: but then they panned to you know, next week where
- 20:43Speaker 1: they show Kathy and I'm excited for that. Well, Kathy
- 20:48Speaker 1: trended last night, Kathy trended, and so we'll have to see.
- 20:54Speaker 1: I mean, I think people are hoping that there's gonna
- 20:55Speaker 1: be a whole new set of drama, and I think
- 20:58Speaker 1: we just have to kind of wait and see. Yeah,
- 21:01Speaker 1: but hopefully. Yeah, we gotta breathe through fan thoughts here.
- 21:05Speaker 1: All right, go ahead, Danna needs to stop licking her lips.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Oh my god, I think that's what everybody's talking about,
- 21:11Speaker 1: just licking the lips and licking the lips like. I
- 21:13Speaker 1: don't think she's going to stop. I don't think she's
- 21:16Speaker 1: gonna stop. Um. A lot of questions comments about our
- 21:19Speaker 1: Diana's lips overly dry, hundreds of comments on yeah, I'm
- 21:24Speaker 1: sure she's going to get like a good a sponsor
- 21:27Speaker 1: with chopstick or something. Max, Uh, can we give Sharie
- 21:34Speaker 1: Diana's diamond. I think that's gonna happen. I definitely think that.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I think next year. I feel like there's gonna be
- 21:41Speaker 1: a little bit of a revamp next year. Yeah, I
- 21:43Speaker 1: do too. And I do think that Diana is going
- 21:45Speaker 1: to walk away on her own. Oh, I do too.
- 21:48Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know that she necessarily would have
- 21:49Speaker 1: been asked back, but I feel yeah, I wouldn't even
- 21:53Speaker 1: be surprised if she didn't show up to the reunion. Oh,
- 21:57Speaker 1: you're right, Yeah, like you she doesn't need the money. Yeah, well,
- 22:01Speaker 1: she's not really into the drama. She's not into the drama.
- 22:04Speaker 1: She's creating her own drama because she's so unaware. Yeah.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Eric has definitely used alcohol for a coping mechanism. We
- 22:12Speaker 1: all know that. That's that's a no brainer. Which I
- 22:14Speaker 1: think there is a difference between going through a rough
- 22:18Speaker 1: time and drinking some alcohol to alcoholism. I'm not making
- 22:21Speaker 1: excuses for her, but I have definitely had times in
- 22:24Speaker 1: my life where I am drinking too much. That doesn't
- 22:28Speaker 1: make your alcohol. Alcoholism is a disease, you don't, you
- 22:32Speaker 1: know what I mean. So it's that's what I'm saying.
- 22:34Speaker 1: They're strong words, they're strong words, and you know it
- 22:39Speaker 1: is Erica Kyle's too soft on Erica's behavior. I think
- 22:42Speaker 1: she is too. But you know what, when it's your
- 22:45Speaker 1: friend and your good friend and your friends on the
- 22:47Speaker 1: show and off the show, you tend to do that.
- 22:50Speaker 1: And when there's a big accusation coming out, you want
- 22:54Speaker 1: you go into like Mama Bear mode where you want
- 22:56Speaker 1: to protect the person from a huge accusation, especially if
- 23:00Speaker 1: you're Kyle and you already got your you know, ass
- 23:03Speaker 1: handed to you years before a season two with your sister.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Like they did that flashback, they they lined it right up.
- 23:13Speaker 1: It was a great flashback where she said, you know,
- 23:15Speaker 1: I'm not going to make that mistake twice. And I
- 23:18Speaker 1: think Erica is granted it took her too long, but
- 23:23Speaker 1: she did apologize for her behavior. Okay, it just took
- 23:27Speaker 1: her too long. I wish you. I wish they would
- 23:30Speaker 1: have done something empire, but you have to also remember production.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Sometimes we'll set it up in that awkward way. Remember
- 23:35Speaker 1: Erica was late, it was all these everything was right
- 23:39Speaker 1: for her, not just to come in immediately apologat uh
- 23:43Speaker 1: Garcela should have talked to Erica one on one if
- 23:45Speaker 1: she didn't want anyone in the combo. I said that
- 23:47Speaker 1: last podcast. Um, I do think that conversation should have
- 23:50Speaker 1: been one on one. I would have liked to see
- 23:53Speaker 1: that one on one, But I think that ultimately goes
- 23:56Speaker 1: to what I have been saying, which isn't about bias
- 24:00Speaker 1: to friendships it's about watching the show as a person.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I think you see what you want to see when
- 24:06Speaker 1: you're watching the show. And I think Garcell and Sutton
- 24:09Speaker 1: more than anyone else, are very aware of what the
- 24:13Speaker 1: audience thinks and what's the audience wants to see, and
- 24:17Speaker 1: they're playing up to that. So they know Erica's low
- 24:22Speaker 1: hanging fruit. Yeah, so if you want the audience no,
- 24:29Speaker 1: I mean, but you know who's easy to come after
- 24:32Speaker 1: at this point? Yeah, Well, one fan did notice something
- 24:36Speaker 1: that I did notice too, and think Goddart didn't notice it. Diana,
- 24:40Speaker 1: poor champagne and a wine glass. The horror, I know.
- 24:45Speaker 1: I mean, she needs to be fired just for that.
- 24:48Speaker 1: How could she do such a thing, I know, especially
- 24:50Speaker 1: with because she wants a bigger poor because you know,
- 24:54Speaker 1: let's face it, champagne glasses only gives you a few ounces.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I mean, I am glad for that time that I
- 24:59Speaker 1: did learn which glass is used. But now I just
- 25:02Speaker 1: refused to use any stemware. They're all like this or this.
- 25:07Speaker 1: You know who's very stripped on that Eddie on stemware? Yes? Yes?
- 25:12Speaker 1: Is he like that with forks too? I don't know
- 25:15Speaker 1: about forks. I mean, I only have one set of
- 25:17Speaker 1: forks in the house. So you don't have a salad fork, Yeah,
- 25:21Speaker 1: I mean have the bigger one, the smaller one that
- 25:22Speaker 1: is not a bother. But drinking like even his like
- 25:26Speaker 1: he's kind of bougie, even like his Pellegrino or peria.
- 25:29Speaker 1: He wanted in a big like red wine glass like
- 25:33Speaker 1: in a goblet. Yeah, or as Johnny Depp would say,
- 25:36Speaker 1: in a megaplant. And yes, but like even I have
- 25:40Speaker 1: stemless ones and some of them are like um copper
- 25:44Speaker 1: and different materials, and he won't drink out of this.
- 25:46Speaker 1: He's like, m he wants the nice long stem glass. Okay,
- 25:52Speaker 1: I mean he doesn't drink that much, but when he does,
- 25:54Speaker 1: he's a goot to be fancy. Oh, no one else
- 25:57Speaker 1: we need to talk about. In regards to Beverly Hills,
- 26:00Speaker 1: Renna yesterday tweeted something oh shocker. So yesterday Renna tweeted
- 26:05Speaker 1: some things and it says I shot a lovely breakfast
- 26:08Speaker 1: scene with Sutton where she filled me in on what
- 26:11Speaker 1: happened at Garcelves party. It's too bad they're not airing
- 26:15Speaker 1: it so we can see both sides of the story.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Then she tweeted twenty minutes after that, I wasn't at
- 26:22Speaker 1: Garcelves party, so I can only go off what I
- 26:24Speaker 1: was told. But the stories Diana and Sutton told me
- 26:27Speaker 1: were entirely different, like watching two different movies, which I
- 26:31Speaker 1: am curious. Why wouldn't they have shown Renna was Sutton.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Maybe it was boring, I don't know, or maybe they
- 26:39Speaker 1: just want people to keep loving Sutton. I don't know.
- 26:44Speaker 1: I don't know, but clearly she didn't make that up. No,
- 26:48Speaker 1: I would hope not. No, not. But production hates when
- 26:53Speaker 1: you do ship like that. Well, production hates when you
- 26:55Speaker 1: tweet stuff like that, not when you film. When you
- 26:58Speaker 1: tweet that being especially when you're a long time housewife,
- 27:01Speaker 1: they don't like it. She should know better than that.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I think, like you know, like everything, you know, when
- 27:08Speaker 1: you're filming, there's so many hours of stuff being filmed,
- 27:12Speaker 1: like that scene and we'll we'll talk about it later
- 27:14Speaker 1: on when Brandy gets on the scene with you know,
- 27:18Speaker 1: me talking about Denise. That's not how it went down. Okay,
- 27:22Speaker 1: all right, we're gonna get into that. There's so many
- 27:25Speaker 1: hours of filming, and you know, and then you condense it.
- 27:28Speaker 1: They have to get just enough in. But let's take
- 27:31Speaker 1: a little break and we'll come back and we gotta
- 27:33Speaker 1: blow through Dubai. Al Right, we are back, and I
- 27:48Speaker 1: really hoped after last episode that Dubai was going to
- 27:51Speaker 1: pick up. Mm hmm, it's I'm dragging. So how many
- 27:57Speaker 1: episodes do we have to suffer through? I mean, we're
- 28:01Speaker 1: to the point where, okay, it should be over soon
- 28:04Speaker 1: because we're about at the wedding. We're almost at the wedding,
- 28:07Speaker 1: which I feel like means we're almost done. Is the
- 28:10Speaker 1: wedding the season finale? I don't know, but it seems
- 28:12Speaker 1: like it would be. What else is it going to be?
- 28:14Speaker 1: Brooks and her child to boarding school? Yeah, we're on
- 28:17Speaker 1: episodes sick, We're only on I know, right, Oh my god,
- 28:20Speaker 1: I can't. That's the only interesting scene I thought was
- 28:23Speaker 1: the end about yeah talking with We'll get to that,
- 28:27Speaker 1: but um, furniture shopping before. But her outfit killed me
- 28:33Speaker 1: and I was there for it. Every second. She's always
- 28:37Speaker 1: either like in feathers, she's so going to a store,
- 28:42Speaker 1: like who dresses like that? Because she's trying to create
- 28:46Speaker 1: a moment at all times, which brings me back to
- 28:48Speaker 1: watch What Happens Live. Last night, Andy Cohen asked Nina
- 28:52Speaker 1: and Brooks who the thirstiest was, and they both were like,
- 28:57Speaker 1: Ion wants this moment every second that she can get.
- 29:01Speaker 1: That being said, watch what Happens Live was as painful
- 29:05Speaker 1: as the episode, if not worse, and he burned his
- 29:07Speaker 1: hand on on Brooks's microphone, I mean on Brooks's uh
- 29:16Speaker 1: curling iron? Why did she have her curling iron in
- 29:18Speaker 1: the chair next to her? I don't know I did.
- 29:22Speaker 1: First of all, I didn't watch it all. I only
- 29:24Speaker 1: watched like the first like I don't know ten minutes
- 29:26Speaker 1: of it, so I didn't see that part. But um,
- 29:31Speaker 1: I just I couldn't. It was I just can't. I
- 29:34Speaker 1: don't know what it is. I want to like it
- 29:36Speaker 1: so much, but it's just not doing it for me. Um, yeah,
- 29:41Speaker 1: not doing it for me. Standbury and Surgery arrived at
- 29:44Speaker 1: the hotel their family leading up to their wedding day,
- 29:47Speaker 1: Sergio talking about tiki Tiki night. Okay, that made me
- 29:52Speaker 1: want to vomb in my mouth. A tiki tiki? Can
- 29:54Speaker 1: we tik tiki at first time? Like? What is he
- 29:56Speaker 1: talking about? Like? I thought they wanted to go to
- 29:58Speaker 1: a restaurant, the Tiki Tiki Lounge? Well Edwin and I
- 30:02Speaker 1: call s uh WICKI so, but he doesn't go like
- 30:05Speaker 1: ticky ticky, but we have called it wicky wicky. Okay,
- 30:10Speaker 1: but I did think I'm not a talker. I'm just
- 30:12Speaker 1: a doer. Well, sometimes we text, well you have little kids,
- 30:16Speaker 1: so sometimes he'll just be like wicky, question mark, that's good. Um,
- 30:23Speaker 1: And then Nina invites everyone to high t Stanbury says
- 30:26Speaker 1: she felt like feels like Lisa attacked her. Lisa says
- 30:30Speaker 1: Stanbury's comment was inappropriate and a lot of people have
- 30:33Speaker 1: warned her about Stanbury. They apologize at the end. Honestly, Okay,
- 30:38Speaker 1: you know what bugged me the most. It's what somebody says, well,
- 30:42Speaker 1: I like you regardless of what everybody's saying about you.
- 30:46Speaker 1: That is such a mean thing to say, Like, don't
- 30:49Speaker 1: say that. It's such a backhanded compliment. But I have
- 30:53Speaker 1: to say, Sarah really bugged me this episode. How tell
- 30:57Speaker 1: me how well? At the Global Citizens War, um Ion
- 31:01Speaker 1: came came in to sit with her in the dressing
- 31:03Speaker 1: room and just the white like Ion you could tell
- 31:06Speaker 1: was teasing her about how perfect she was. And then
- 31:09Speaker 1: she's like, yeah, I can't help just being great, right,
- 31:13Speaker 1: I can't. I can't help that. In the best human
- 31:17Speaker 1: of life. And and then if I sat at an
- 31:21Speaker 1: at a charity event, everybody's like, stand up, now, make
- 31:24Speaker 1: a pledge to me forever till the day you Like,
- 31:27Speaker 1: it was like a cult. It was very weird to me.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Granted you end up kind of forgiving her because then
- 31:34Speaker 1: Brooks absolutely loses it at the end, but um right,
- 31:40Speaker 1: it was right up there with Louise video. It was
- 31:44Speaker 1: very especially when we haven't seen very much of Sarah
- 31:48Speaker 1: and her child, but we get to. We also have
- 31:50Speaker 1: the pool party where we originally are introduced to Brooks's
- 31:54Speaker 1: best friend, who honestly tam if you ever spoke to
- 31:58Speaker 1: me the way the Brooks spoke to her best friend
- 32:02Speaker 1: on the show and then on watch What Happens Live
- 32:05Speaker 1: last night, we would not be friends anymore. That was
- 32:08Speaker 1: That was rough. That was rough. She's like, we're childhood friends.
- 32:12Speaker 1: That's the way we talked to each other. I'm like,
- 32:13Speaker 1: I don't even my sister and I don't even talk
- 32:15Speaker 1: to each other, like well even at the dinner. We'll
- 32:18Speaker 1: get to that. But the dinner they had together, they
- 32:22Speaker 1: were talking about how she needs to pay more attention
- 32:26Speaker 1: to her kids. Okay, so one thing that really bothered
- 32:29Speaker 1: me and confused me is when she asked the housekeeper
- 32:34Speaker 1: or I guess she's a housekeeper, to cut her son's
- 32:39Speaker 1: meat and bring it over to her, especially after she
- 32:42Speaker 1: said you want me to cut your meat for you
- 32:44Speaker 1: and that that support. It's one thing to be like, hey,
- 32:48Speaker 1: do you mind cutting his meat before you start, like
- 32:50Speaker 1: if she's serving everybody, and that's but she tried to
- 32:53Speaker 1: pretend that she did cut it so weird. And her
- 32:57Speaker 1: son was so sweet, and I really liked him. I
- 33:03Speaker 1: really like him, Like he's good to be, like, he's smiley,
- 33:06Speaker 1: he's happy, he's cute. Yeah, And I the thing is,
- 33:10Speaker 1: I don't necessarily know that she's the type of mom
- 33:13Speaker 1: she's portraying she is on the show. I think she's
- 33:15Speaker 1: trying to make good television, which kind of makes it worse. Well,
- 33:18Speaker 1: clearly she's not, because her friends are calling her childhood
- 33:22Speaker 1: friends are calling her out. Yeah, So then Sarah pretty
- 33:26Speaker 1: she doesn't go to put her son to bed. And
- 33:30Speaker 1: then Sarah's like, can I speak, you know, openly or
- 33:33Speaker 1: whatever she says, and and put your own child to bed,
- 33:38Speaker 1: and she's like, well, I don't need to. And then
- 33:40Speaker 1: she's like you should be closer to him, and then
- 33:42Speaker 1: the best friend times and yeah, but he found an
- 33:47Speaker 1: opportunity to express himself and probably something he's been wanting
- 33:51Speaker 1: to say for a long time. But then she kind
- 33:53Speaker 1: of contradicted herself because she's like, I haven't even he
- 33:56Speaker 1: was in the delivery room, she said at the pool party.
- 33:58Speaker 1: But then then she's like, I haven't even seen him
- 34:01Speaker 1: in five or six years. He doesn't even know us.
- 34:03Speaker 1: And I'm like, okay, what, yes, it might have been
- 34:07Speaker 1: on Watch What Happens Live, it's all blurring together because
- 34:09Speaker 1: they just record them run right after another. But she
- 34:13Speaker 1: absolutely loses it, and then she's kind of rude to
- 34:17Speaker 1: him on Watch What Happens Live last night as well,
- 34:19Speaker 1: and then she's like, you know, we have we have
- 34:22Speaker 1: one of those interesting friendships. I mean you saw when
- 34:24Speaker 1: he entered the door. I called him fuggly and Andy goes,
- 34:29Speaker 1: sounds like a good friendship, interesting friendship. I have a
- 34:33Speaker 1: friendship like that, though, but like with somebody, you know,
- 34:37Speaker 1: like he'll call me, he's like, what's up as face,
- 34:40Speaker 1: I'm like nothing, dick breath like that. That's how we
- 34:42Speaker 1: talk each other, I think, asked face and Dick Breath
- 34:45Speaker 1: are slightly different than Fuggly. Fuggly is ugly. Yeah, yeah,
- 34:52Speaker 1: not not ideal, um yea, but yeah, I mean, but
- 34:58Speaker 1: we didn't see we we got to see a little
- 35:01Speaker 1: bit of what's to come with Caroline and her family
- 35:04Speaker 1: and Sergio's family. The real scene stealer and this entire
- 35:09Speaker 1: show to me is Caroline's daughter. She makes jokes and
- 35:14Speaker 1: every single time died when she said something like see
- 35:19Speaker 1: the next one, to see you at the next one.
- 35:22Speaker 1: Give that girl her own show. I love her. She's
- 35:26Speaker 1: so good, it's so funny. Because we're her kids were
- 35:30Speaker 1: her kids in boarding school. I don't think her kids
- 35:33Speaker 1: actually were in boarding school. From what I'm gathering, I
- 35:35Speaker 1: don't think her kids are in boarding school because she's
- 35:38Speaker 1: she's seems like she's against boarding school. But she's so stiff,
- 35:42Speaker 1: so uptight. But her her kids are like so fun
- 35:45Speaker 1: and you know, like they're not a product of their
- 35:47Speaker 1: environment at all. I think she is probably more fun
- 35:53Speaker 1: off camera, off any type of platform. I mean, granted,
- 35:58Speaker 1: she was a little stiff on this podcast as well,
- 36:00Speaker 1: but I feel like when she feels like people are
- 36:03Speaker 1: judging her, Yeah, because we have d M back and forth,
- 36:07Speaker 1: and she but she said to me, how do you
- 36:11Speaker 1: deal with some of the hate that you get? And
- 36:15Speaker 1: I said, I've learned to just start embracing it and
- 36:18Speaker 1: just make jokes about it. I'm like you saw yesterday,
- 36:21Speaker 1: I was getting pummeled about you know, my thoughts on
- 36:24Speaker 1: the episode. Your word pummel just kills me. It is
- 36:28Speaker 1: it's a pummeling when I don't know what pumble means.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Pummeling was like, you're rolling over, okay, Like it's just
- 36:34Speaker 1: it's a lot. I told you not to use big
- 36:36Speaker 1: words around me, and actually pummeling counts. But when you're
- 36:40Speaker 1: trending and you're no longer on a show, it's a pummeling. Okay.
- 36:44Speaker 1: So um, But she said how do you deal with it?
- 36:47Speaker 1: And I said, I just embrace it and I kind
- 36:48Speaker 1: of push at the people that go for me because
- 36:52Speaker 1: that's what makes me feel better. And she was like, oh,
- 36:55Speaker 1: I guess that makes sense. Um, And I was like,
- 36:57Speaker 1: you just have to own who you are, if that's
- 36:59Speaker 1: who you are who you are. But about hearing that,
- 37:02Speaker 1: Sergio as Parents offered to pay her off. Wow. Now,
- 37:08Speaker 1: if she would have said that prior to her telling
- 37:11Speaker 1: us she did not want to sit with them. I
- 37:12Speaker 1: would understand then, Yeah, I wouldn't blame her. I wouldn't
