And my wife convinced me, you should do it the night before regardless,

guess what happened this morning. I was still rushing. He meant to get

We're in the age of social media rate and it seems like everybody on

social media is an influencer. But listen, not only on social media,

in life, you are definitely, definitely being an influence to someone or to

many people, whether a good influence or bad influence, whether a golly influence

or opposite of whatever, the golly influence opposite of a golly influences. And

James, Chapter three, sixteen to eighteen. Have you seen man's wisdom fail

lately? Lately? Have you seen man's wisdom fail lately? Or I should

say, has your worldly wisdom failed you lately? Are you living in godly

wisdom or not? A man? There's a lot of I think we make

a lot more options than there are available. It's either true or a lie,

is either yes or no. It is either good or evil. It

is either light or dark, and we're putting options in between. It is

either male or female, but we're putting things in between, creating these options.

Right when Moses went to the mountain, came down, came down with

ten commandments, and they were already worshiped America calf a golden calf an idol,

and then on top of that they started building other putting other rules and

regulations on top of the ten ended up with six hundred and thirteen rabbinical codes

or six hundred and thirteen commandments around there, right, I think that's the

number. So why so many Because we're trying to be influencers right outside of

the influence that God wants us to have, Golly wisdom. So many people

would rather have this social media influence and this monetarily monetary influence or this leader

influence. They rather have that more than golly influence. And James deals with

that today, Amen, and through the world the inspired work. So let's

my situation, finances, relationships, right, work, job, business,

school, church, ministry, decision making. Golly wisdom. Amen. That's

a great, great thing and a great benefit that we have as believers.

Someone who has a personal relationship with God has golly wisdom, Amen, available

at our fingertips. Better than Google, better than TikTok. I heard TikTok

is increased in their searches, so that somebody told me that TikTok with the

number one search engine now, so passing Google. I don't know if that's

true, but if that's true, that's scary going to little bite sized videos

and saying, well, that must be true. I looked it up,

and I saw it on TikTok. And now they're being influenced by those TikTok

influencers and those social media answers, and they're looking at those people and their

wisdom, and they're using that and applying that right away, and they're bypassing

the golly wisdom that's available to them. Wow. So let's pray first.

After we pray, we'll share this out for like sixty seconds. On the

Lord Jesus, that we don't have to figure it out all on our own.

Thank you Lord, as we walk in your wisdom. In your wisdom,

then we can know that we don't have to rely on our own sending

your word to lean not on our own understanding, but to go to you.

Please look, God, keep us from living according to our flesh.

Godly influence, Godly influence. James, Chapter three, verses sixteen to

eighteen. James says it like this, For where jealousy and selfish ambition exists,

and a highlight of jealousy and selfish ambition. For where jealousy and selfish

ambition exists, there will be disorder and every vow practice so be careful,

just like I'm careful when someone is being jealous, someone is self ambitious.

When those things exist in a person, or in a people, or in

a community, there will be disorder and every vow practice right bad. But

the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to

reason, full of mercy and good fruits. Wow, impartial and sincere.

So you get all of the sauce when you're getting the wisdom from above,

who is above all, God is above all, who is in the highest

God is in the highest realm. The wisdom from above, the rism from

God, the godly influence, is pure. Purity is a thing still,

Ladies and gentlemen, peaceable, gentle, open to reason. Oh my goodness,

why are people the soul not approachable anymore and not open to a discussion

or question? Q and A whatever. We need to be open to reason,

full of mercy, Amen, and good fruits. You know them by

their fruits. The word says impartial and sincere, showing no favoritism. And

we're sincere about what we know and what we believe. Jeovah witnesses put a

pamphlet. They were in my neighborhood yesterday and I saw a pamphlet under my

well Jehole witnesses here, they were like, yeah, I left a pamphlet.

I was like, man, I wish I was here, because sometimes

they're open to reason and sometimes they're not. But for sure they are sincere

by what they believe. Continue going and a harvest of righteousness. I want

that. You want that, trust me, you want to harvest of righteousness.

because you're going to be having golly influence. People are going to recognize the

difference. We don't have to try so hard to be different. We're already

different because we are children of the living, holy, righteous, loving God.

I notice a lot there. Godly influence is way way more powerful and

way better than a social media influence and being influencer that's into attraction, attraction

marketing, all that that's going on probably works for a lot of people.

Well, actually it doesn't work for a lot of people. If you look

at the stats, it's a small percentage of how these things work online.

Now, if you could throw money at things, you could make the system

work for you. You have to have money to throw at the system to

get the money out of the system. But if you're like me, a

hardworking person individual, I don't do a lot of credit card stuff. Amen.

That's why I'm slow on a lot of payments, and I'm slow on

a lot of things that I need to get and I usually deal with real

time money and finances. I try to stay away. This is me my

personal stay away from the credit card stuff. Amen. I had bad experiences

with it before. I think I'm ready for it now. I'm more mature,

I'm more reasonable now, Amen. But let's see what happens. But

God is faithful anyway regardless. So these influencers online, they might be sincere

about what they're doing or what they're teaching or how they're attracting people. But

if they're not using Golly wisdom, and then they're using worldly wisdom, there's

only two options. Like I always say, he's either or. Either you're

right or you're wrong. Either you're telling alive, you're telling the truth.

Either you're walking in the light or you're walking in darkness. Either you're born

again or you're not. Either your believe God, a believer in God,

or you're a non believer. There's like two options to everything right. God

want, says, to live in godly wisdom. It's obvious, he says,

Ask me and I will give you. Hey, man, you don't

understand something, asks me, God says, and I will give you to
18:48
understanding. You need wisdom, ask him and he will give it to you

liberally, Like we have the God available to listen to us, to speak

to us, to teach us, to guide us by way of His Holy

Spirit. So don't hesitate, don't be ashamed a man to ask God the

questions in your life about this and about that? Why is this happening?

The why question is, to me, is room for improvement. Like,

I don't think we're gonna get a lot of why answers, at least with

my experience with the Lord. He doesn't. He's not obligated first and foremost

to answer any of our questions, but he does answer the why question.

In my experience, I don't think I've got a lot of why answers,

but I got a lot of what answers. In other words, what's going

on? Lord? And he would tell me what's going on through his word,

through what he revealed already, and through personal revelation. He'll tell you

what's happening, what's going on the root of things, why certain things happen.

Sometimes he'll answer, sometimes he won't. The point is that when we

go to God, we'll get this godly wisdom. So I asked you earlier,

have you seen man's wisdom or worldly wisdom fail lately? Hey, man,

we see it unfortunately all over our government, failure failure in the world

and the world's government as well as well, failure failure. And we see

some good things, we see a whole lot of bad things. Why because

not a lot, a whole lot of not a whole lot of leaders in

our government are going for God, for godly wisdom, that is, taking
20:37
what they see and applying worldly wisdom, and they want temporary results. They

know it's temporary. As a matter of fact, some of them know it's
20:48
so temporary that they only have four years or eight years or the term that
20:53
they have to serve. So they're making decisions based on the time that they're
20:59
looking at. God sits outside of time. Some when God makes a decisions

based on eternal things, so he has the ultimate wisdom. Amen, my

to have. Doubts and doubt is influenced by We're influenced to doubt by worldly

wisdom. Think about it. Godly wisdom doesn't allow us to doubt. God

said it it is. But other influences outside of the word of God,

outside of the community of the Body of Christ, outside of the world,

they're convincing sometimes, and they're influential to a point where, especially on social

media platforms, if a million people agree with that influencer and only ten people

agree with you or me, then social media world says the person who has

the most votes is correct and the person who has the less is wrong wrong.

That's worldly wisdom one hundred percent. How do I know that? Because

it only took one Jesus to come to this world right and make things right,

it wasn't worldly wisdom. As a matter of fact, if we look

at the life of Jesus, or what was he telling to the people who

had this worldly wisdom, who were into this religion and all this other stuff.

Look at those conversations that come back to me and let me know.

Was Jesus happy with them or was he how you call it, influenced by

them? Or was he condoning their behavior? Was he satisfied with their answers?

Was he impressed by their influence? You let me know, Amen,

And that's where I'm coming from today about godly wisdom. Good morning, Good

think about it. Who's influencing you. Are you being influenced by the

Word of God or by the world or both? And it's fair to say

both, because I've heard preacher say I'll extract something from Egypt to bringing into

the land of God, to the land of living, and I don't know.

I don't know about that. Because if I'm extra worldly wisdom and applying

it into my Christian life, Amen, I'm doing two things there I'd rather

this is how I think about it. I'd rather say gollly wisdom and apply

it to the world. Let them have the word, Let them have this

gollly wisdom and activate it in my world, right in the world. So

that way they could know, wait a minute, he's operating different, she's

operating different, that person is doing this differently. And then the curiosity sometimes

will ask, well, you know, compel somebody to ask her, hey,

why do you move that way? Right? And then then we could

explain that when I'm living by the wisdom of this world, we're living by

the wisdom of God. That'll be a definite conversation started. Amen. So

in James word regarding worldly wisdom versus gollly wisdom, also James, if you

look at verse number fourteen, just make sure yeah, verse number fourteen.

Early on, he wrote that worldly wisdom results in bitter, jealous and selfish

ambition. Jealous and selfish ambition. Man, I hope I didn't put the

scriptures wrong sixteen and eighteen one. Second, ladies and gentlemen, let me

make sure I got this right at sixteen eighteen selfish and jealous ambition worldly wisdom,

that's what it results in bitter, jealous and selfish ambition. Everyone is

looking out for number one and doing whatever their own heart desires. If you

think about it, now strong to say everybody. Obviously it's not everybody,

but a big portion of people. Amen. I haven't seen everybody's heart.

I'm not going to see everybody's heart. God sees everyone's heart. So remember

that scripture that God says, I look to and fro throughout the world to

see on one that is good and not one is good. Amen. According

to his glory standards, we all fall show those glory standards. But God

still uses people. God still uses his people, his children in a position

of influence. When we use golly influence. Get ready, you're gonna be

engaging in things that are life giving and not life taking. We're gonna be

driven by God and his spirit. Amen. But unfortunately a lot of people

don't want to be led by godly wisdom. So therefore they're gonna be unfulfilled.

They're not gonna be happy, or they're just gonna want happiness instead of
