Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is this? Is Nate's Daily Wager for July
• 0:25
10th, 2023. We got the win for us yesterday
• 0:30
as we figured the bats weren't going to do anything.
• 0:33
I mean, they still put up some runs, but they stayed under the
• 0:35
9 1/2. So we got the win.
• 0:38
All right. Tonight we got this Home Run
• 0:42
Derby and you know, there's a fair number of different ways
• 0:45
you can approach this. I got a couple different bets.
• 0:50
I'll. I'll give you my official bet at
• 0:51
the end. But first of all, I'm just
• 0:53
looking at this opening round parlay of winners in the
• 0:58
matchups. So I'm going with the Vlad
• 1:01
Junior, Luis, Junior J Rod and Rosa Reyna.
• 1:06
That's going to give me a like plus 1027 or something like
• 1:10
that. So we're going to go with that
• 1:12
for that first round parlay. But my official pick that I'll
• 1:17
be grading myself on is the over under.
• 1:21
So is is a total and I'm looking at this first round.
• 1:24
So we have 8 batters. The total is sitting at 168.5,
• 1:30
which means they're thinking that each batter is going to
• 1:32
  average like 21. I don't think that's going to
• 1:35
happen. Somebody's going to flame out
• 1:36
and Adley Rushman and it's just not going to go well.
• 1:40
And you know, it's just not going to happen.
• 1:43
So I'm taking the under. So we're going under 168 1/2
• 1:47
total home runs in the first round of tonight's MLB.
• 1:51
Hall. Of fame, All Star home run,
• 1:55
hitting, contest action. Anything better than that?
• 1:58
Found it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 1:59
to it. Don't forget to rate, review,
