Bali is facing a fuel distribution crisis, with long queues at gas stations. Authorities have introduced an odd-even license plate system for subsidized fuel purchases from October 17 to 19. Cars are limited to 20 liters per purchase and motorcycles to 3 liters. Officials blame delayed shipments and distribution disruptions rather than depleted fuel reserves.
