- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Welcome to the naught Even Night Show. I'm your host,
- 0:16Speaker 1: drop Shooter. It's Friday and normally we have Corey joining
- 0:20Speaker 1: us today, but unfortunately Corey can't be with us, so
- 0:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna be alone. Don't worry, We've got tons of gossip,
- 0:27Speaker 1: tons of news. We're never really alone. We have each other.
- 0:31Speaker 1: So the Naughties and my good self, are we ready
- 0:33Speaker 1: to jump right in? Yes we are. Hey, single long
- 0:36Speaker 1: at home if you can. What time is it, my friend?
- 0:40Speaker 1: It is DW time. So breaking news at the top
- 0:43Speaker 1: of the show. Prince Philip has passed away. Buckingham Palace
- 0:47Speaker 1: put out a statement this morning. The Queen is devastated. Obviously,
- 0:52Speaker 1: Brittain is five hours ahead of us, so it's the
- 0:55Speaker 1: early afternoon there. They put out the statement that Prince
- 0:58Speaker 1: Philip died at nine nine years old. He was out
- 1:03Speaker 1: of hospital. He passed away in his bed at Windsor Castle,
- 1:07Speaker 1: which is really what he wanted after over a month
- 1:10Speaker 1: of being in hospital. He is back home at the castle.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I get it. I know it's a castle. I know
- 1:17Speaker 1: we think that is something very splendid and he is.
- 1:20Speaker 1: But he still has a bed there in a bedroom.
- 1:22Speaker 1: This was his home, so he passed away there. Unfortunately,
- 1:27Speaker 1: now all the attention, all the attention has turned to
- 1:31Speaker 1: Harry and Megan. I know already we don't want to
- 1:35Speaker 1: think about it, but we have to. Will they attend
- 1:37Speaker 1: the funeral it's going to happen soon. Will they be
- 1:40Speaker 1: welcomed back? They have to be invited. I'm assuming they
- 1:44Speaker 1: will go, but you never never know. Let's focus on
- 1:47Speaker 1: Philip just for a moment. He had an extraordinary life
- 1:50Speaker 1: and at years old. I don't think anybody can say
- 1:54Speaker 1: they are surprised. Sad, yes, surprised not. I do feel
- 1:58Speaker 1: for the queen. They got married in ninety seven, five
- 2:02Speaker 1: years before she became the queen. Her father died unexpectedly
- 2:08Speaker 1: and suddenly, as a very young girl, she was on
- 2:11Speaker 1: the throne. Now it's interesting he did not become king.
- 2:15Speaker 1: He was a consort, the longest reigning consort in British history. Historically,
- 2:22Speaker 1: it is the boy that becomes the next king, not
- 2:26Speaker 1: the girls in the family. As we know, Queen Elizabeth
- 2:29Speaker 1: just had a sister, Princess Margaret, so had they had
- 2:32Speaker 1: a boy, he would have been king. That's why there's
- 2:35Speaker 1: so few queens in British history. If you look back
- 2:38Speaker 1: over British history, it's all kings because the boys always
- 2:42Speaker 1: had the advantage. That has changed now. So the funeral
- 2:46Speaker 1: plans are taking shape inside has tell me that really
- 2:49Speaker 1: already been planned. When you're that that big a deal,
- 2:53Speaker 1: when you're that high profile and you get to nine,
- 2:57Speaker 1: the plans had already started to take share. He was
- 3:00Speaker 1: not a big fuss and nonsense type of guy. In fact,
- 3:03Speaker 1: he said that he didn't want a big deal to
- 3:06Speaker 1: be made of this. He didn't even want a state funeral.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I'm told there will be a big ish funeral, but
- 3:12Speaker 1: because of COVID and what's going on in the world,
- 3:15Speaker 1: it will not be a massive, massive affair. Brits have
- 3:19Speaker 1: already started to buy flowers and go and lay them
- 3:23Speaker 1: outside Buckingham Palace. The flags are at half mast and
- 3:28Speaker 1: I want to remember here, just a wonderful life. I
- 3:31Speaker 1: try to do this when somebody passes, particularly somebody of
- 3:34Speaker 1: that age, Let's remember all the good things, what a
- 3:38Speaker 1: wonderful life, when an extraordinary life? I mean, I don't
- 3:42Speaker 1: think at that age Brits can remember anybody else on
- 3:45Speaker 1: the throne apart from Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip nine
- 3:49Speaker 1: years old. Our heart goes out to Queen Elizabeth, and
- 3:53Speaker 1: at least for a day, let's try and not focus,
- 3:55Speaker 1: not focus on Harry and Megan, and focus on the
- 3:59Speaker 1: Queen Philip and this amazing, amazing family moving along. I
- 4:06Speaker 1: know it's a hard transition, isn't it. Chloe Kardashian is
- 4:09Speaker 1: receiving support after all that BICKENI drama. That's right. Oh so,
- 4:16Speaker 1: just to recap here, Chloe is very upset that a
- 4:20Speaker 1: picture was accidentally posted of her online in a bikini.
- 4:23Speaker 1: She was on vacation in Palm Springs. It's lovely there
- 4:27Speaker 1: and she was wearing a bikini. She was with her
- 4:29Speaker 1: family by the pool. Somebody took a picture posted it
- 4:33Speaker 1: on Instagram. But it's quite confusing because we don't really
- 4:36Speaker 1: know who are The Kardashians are saying it was an assistant,
- 4:39Speaker 1: but we don't even know where it was posted. If
- 4:42Speaker 1: this picture was posted on Kim's page or Kendall or
- 4:45Speaker 1: Kylie or one of the sisters would know about it
- 4:47Speaker 1: because they have hundreds of millions of followers. The theory,
- 4:51Speaker 1: it's not proven, but the theory is that Grandma MJ
- 4:55Speaker 1: posted the picture, who probably thought her granddaughter looked adorable. Now.
- 4:59Speaker 1: MJ does not have an official Instagram account, but she
- 5:02Speaker 1: does have a secret one. Kim has confirmed that. So
- 5:05Speaker 1: this picture was posted, Chloe didn't like it. It was
- 5:07Speaker 1: circulating online and then legal letters, but Bob, don't mess
- 5:12Speaker 1: with the Kardashians. Legal letters went out to remove the picture.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I've seen it. She looks adorable in the picture. Adorable
- 5:20Speaker 1: now Chloe is commenting saying she struggled all her life
- 5:22Speaker 1: with body image. I think we can all understand that.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Family members are coming forward telling her she's amazing. You're beautiful,
- 5:31Speaker 1: Kendall said. Kylie wrote, we love you so much. Her mommy,
- 5:35Speaker 1: Chris Jenna said that Chloe is very kind and supportive
- 5:38Speaker 1: with her beautiful heart. Even Kim has said I love
- 5:42Speaker 1: you Chloe. So the picture was taken without her permission
- 5:46Speaker 1: and a family gathering posted to social media. They said
- 5:50Speaker 1: it was a mistake by an assistant, which brings us
- 5:52Speaker 1: to our pole question of the day. Who do you
- 5:56Speaker 1: think leaked the unauthorized Chloe cardassially had the GINI picture.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Do you think he was an assistant or do you
- 6:03Speaker 1: think it was a family member. I'm looking at your Grandma,
- 6:08Speaker 1: don't forget to vote to go to our Twitter page
- 6:10Speaker 1: at Naughty Nice Robber. On Facebook page is Naughty Gossip
- 6:13Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 6:17Speaker 1: More news, Niecey Nash is dishing on a wedding gift
- 6:21Speaker 1: from Oprah So Easy is sharing what all her famous
- 6:25Speaker 1: friends got her when she got married to Jessica Betts.
- 6:29Speaker 1: She said all her friends were supportive. She told Andy
- 6:31Speaker 1: co In this, and she said they all wanted her
- 6:34Speaker 1: to be happy, happy, happy, lovely. However, Nissy did give
- 6:38Speaker 1: a shout out to Sherry Shephard and Oprah Andy koe
- 6:41Speaker 1: In That cheeky devil, I love him. He asked, Nissy,
- 6:44Speaker 1: what gift did you get from Oprah? Good question? I mean,
- 6:47Speaker 1: what does Oprah get to as a wedding gift? She
- 6:50Speaker 1: said the following quote. I got one of her favorite things,
- 6:53Speaker 1: which was a beautiful cash me a blanket. Will you
- 6:56Speaker 1: wrap ourselves up in it at movie time at her home? Oh? Lovely?
- 7:01Speaker 1: What do you think about this? Here's a cashmere blanket
- 7:05Speaker 1: A big enough gift from Oprah. I'm not judging here, Oprah,
- 7:08Speaker 1: send me anything. I'll take anything from you, Oprah, if
- 7:11Speaker 1: you send flowers, I'm never going to throw them away.
- 7:13Speaker 1: There from Oprah, she sends out cash near blankets. What's
- 7:18Speaker 1: the best gift you've ever ever received? When I got married?
- 7:21Speaker 1: Out of the blue Jerry Springer, Hello, Jerry, Hello, Hello, Hello.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Is a fan of our show and listens to it.
- 7:27Speaker 1: So his publicist called me, I swear and said, Jerry
- 7:31Speaker 1: wants to send you a wedding gift. You sent me
- 7:33Speaker 1: a beautiful silver picture for him. Thank you for that.
- 7:36Speaker 1: A cash me a blanket sounds lovely too, But do
- 7:40Speaker 1: you judge really rich people should reach people super rich
- 7:43Speaker 1: people should they get you really fancy fancy gifts of
- 7:47Speaker 1: cash me a blankets? Pretty good? Pretty good? Let me
- 7:50Speaker 1: know this is quite serious. So the cops have been
- 7:53Speaker 1: called to Harry and Meghan's home nine times, one, five, six, seven, eight,
- 7:58Speaker 1: nine times, fine times in the last nine months. That's right.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So a new report from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's
- 8:07Speaker 1: office show all the phone calls and the alarm activations
- 8:11Speaker 1: and all the property crime. Some of them look like
- 8:14Speaker 1: they were just mistakes, miscellaneous incidents, is what one says.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I'm assuming they just forgot the alarm. Can you imagine
- 8:22Speaker 1: the alarm they have. What do you think the code
- 8:24Speaker 1: is to their alarm? What would you put in there?
- 8:26Speaker 1: I put Royal, his Royal Highness. You know, what do
- 8:30Speaker 1: you think would be your codes? Can you imagine? They
- 8:34Speaker 1: must have an amazing security system. A few more serious
- 8:37Speaker 1: incidents too. On Christmas Eve, deputies were called because people
- 8:41Speaker 1: were trespassing on the property. Maybe that was an accident.
- 8:46Speaker 1: The person was booked but later released with a misdemeanor.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Also too, on December twenty six the police were called
- 8:54Speaker 1: at about three pm. It was listed under property crimes
- 8:59Speaker 1: and their alarm seems to have gone off on February sixteenth.
- 9:04Speaker 1: You don't think about this stuff, but celebrities and security,
- 9:08Speaker 1: it's very, very tricky, isn't it. I remember a couple
- 9:11Speaker 1: of times going for dinner with some celebrities and they
- 9:14Speaker 1: had their bodyguards with them. Once I was with Jessica
- 9:17Speaker 1: Simpson and her bodyguard was there, and as a human being,
- 9:20Speaker 1: you want to say sit down and join us have dinner,
- 9:23Speaker 1: but you can't. You're actually getting in the way of
- 9:26Speaker 1: their job, so they have to sit at a separate table.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I was having dinner in Harlem at the Red Rooster
- 9:32Speaker 1: with Bruce and Oprah Winfrey came in and she had
- 9:35Speaker 1: a separate table for her security people and they did
- 9:38Speaker 1: not eat, which I thought was a bit mean at
- 9:41Speaker 1: the time, but you know what, it wasn't mean and
- 9:45Speaker 1: they were working. So if you ever see a celebrity
- 9:48Speaker 1: out with their security, don't don't try and talk to
- 9:53Speaker 1: the security. Don't be funny their job. It's almost like
- 9:56Speaker 1: secret service. Stay away. That one's quite concerning gives, isn't it.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Taylor Swift is responding to Sophie Turners compliment. Now, the
- 10:05Speaker 1: reason this is so interesting is Taylor used to date
- 10:08Speaker 1: Joe Jonas, who is now married to Sophie Turner. So
- 10:13Speaker 1: Taylor put out a new song. It's called Mr. Perfectly Fine.
- 10:18Speaker 1: It's actually an unreleased song from the vault that Taylor
- 10:22Speaker 1: is putting out, and a lot of people speculate that
- 10:26Speaker 1: the two thousand and eight song Mr. Perfectly Fine I
- 10:30Speaker 1: Love that title was really about Sophie Turner's husband, Joe Jonas.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Oh oh so. Undeterred by this, Sophie took to Instagram
- 10:41Speaker 1: and said, quote it's not a bop, to which Taylor responded,
- 10:47Speaker 1: quote forever bending the knee to the North for reference
- 10:52Speaker 1: to Game of Thrones. Can you get along with your
- 10:57Speaker 1: husband's wife's partners X? Is that pssible? I try to
- 11:02Speaker 1: I do try to get this. When I first got
- 11:05Speaker 1: together with Bruce, my husband, we were not married yet,
- 11:08Speaker 1: but we were dating and we were living together. Bruce's
- 11:11Speaker 1: ex lived in the same building. I know it was
- 11:15Speaker 1: awful and I only ever used to bump into him
- 11:18Speaker 1: when I was looking terrible, I had a pimple in
- 11:20Speaker 1: the middle of my head, or I was picking up
- 11:22Speaker 1: dog poop or something. I used to want him to
- 11:25Speaker 1: bump into me when I was wearing a fabulous code,
- 11:28Speaker 1: or coming back from a TV show where I was
- 11:30Speaker 1: full of makeup and my hair was done. Never ever happened.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Now when we should point out it was over a
- 11:36Speaker 1: decade ago that Joe Jonas and Taylor dated, So maybe
- 11:39Speaker 1: maybe time heals everything and quickly before we go to break.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Kate Middleton wasn't prepared for royal life. Recently, in the
- 11:48Speaker 1: Oprah interview, Mega Marco claimed that she wasn't offered any help,
- 11:52Speaker 1: no training and how to navigate life as a royal.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Now Andrew Morton, who's a very fancy royal geographer, he
- 12:00Speaker 1: worked with Princess Diana. He said the same thing basically
- 12:03Speaker 1: happened to Kate. Megan said the following quote. Nobody told
- 12:07Speaker 1: me about the national anthem where you can google that, Megan,
- 12:10Speaker 1: And quite frankly, nobody told her anything. There's no school
- 12:14Speaker 1: for princesses. There's no one to tell you to where
- 12:17Speaker 1: to sit or the procedures from A to Z. Morton
- 12:20Speaker 1: went on to say, exactly the same thing happened to Kate.
- 12:23Speaker 1: And at the moment, although the press and everybody does
- 12:25Speaker 1: seem to love Kate, when she first started to date
- 12:29Speaker 1: William ten years ago, the press were quite cruel and
- 12:33Speaker 1: she had to really work it out. This amount, this
- 12:37Speaker 1: intensity of being scrutinized, is something that is very new
- 12:41Speaker 1: for practically anybody. Even superstars don't get the same amount
- 12:46Speaker 1: of attention as these royals. It was very, very difficult,
- 12:49Speaker 1: but Kate did manage to learn it. She did do
- 12:51Speaker 1: it by herself, that William was there to help her.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Morton also compared Megan and Kate's experience to Princess Diana.
- 12:59Speaker 1: When Diana married into that family, nobody told her what
- 13:02Speaker 1: to do. They threw her in a palace and she
- 13:04Speaker 1: basically had to sort it out herself. Hey, we're going
- 13:09Speaker 1: to take a quick break here, but we will be
- 13:12Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but I show
- 13:18Speaker 1: up your host. Drum. Shoot, it's just us today, the
- 13:20Speaker 1: Naughties and my good self. Let's get to the polls.
- 13:23Speaker 1: DA last shower we talked about, Andy Korean is going
- 13:27Speaker 1: to host the season finale reunion of the Kardashians. So
- 13:32Speaker 1: they're all getting together. The Kardashians is ending on the
- 13:35Speaker 1: After twenty twenties seasons and so and it's going to
- 13:39Speaker 1: do a reunion show. He's made that into his industry.
- 13:43Speaker 1: He started doing the housewife reunions and now he's going
- 13:46Speaker 1: to progress onto the Kardashians. E and Brother Assistant Networks.
- 13:51Speaker 1: They're owned by the same company, so that explains why
- 13:54Speaker 1: this is happening. Will you watch? Yes or no? Let's
- 13:56Speaker 1: have a look. Oh wow, seventy six per and said, no,
- 14:00Speaker 1: you're not gonna watch. You know what I'm gonna watch.
- 14:04Speaker 1: I'm not going to admit I'm going to watch, but
- 14:06Speaker 1: I am going to watch. Maybe maybe you did the same.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Maybe don't forget to vote on today's pole. You can
- 14:11Speaker 1: go to our Twitter page and naughty Nice Rob or
- 14:14Speaker 1: our Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip and be sure
- 14:17Speaker 1: to check back on Monday to hear your results. And
- 14:22Speaker 1: now it's time for and nicest of the Day. Starbucks,
- 14:27Speaker 1: the great coffee giant, is trying to reduce their footprint
- 14:32Speaker 1: and moving forward to eliminate the use of single plastic cups.
- 14:38Speaker 1: They are testing out a borrow a cup program, so
- 14:42Speaker 1: they've launched this new program. The initiative is to let
- 14:46Speaker 1: customers reuse cups when they returned to Starbucks, so the
- 14:51Speaker 1: reusable cup will be sanitized and put back into circulations.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Customers will receive a bonus if they used one of
- 15:00Speaker 1: these recitled cups. Starbucks plans to cut waste in half
- 15:05Speaker 1: by twenty thirty and Starbucks in Korea plan to eliminate
- 15:10Speaker 1: single use cups by twenty twenty five. Would you participate
- 15:15Speaker 1: in a borrow a cup program? Now? The reason they're
- 15:18Speaker 1: the nicest of the day is I want to say yes,
- 15:20Speaker 1: I'm all for saving the environment. I don't know, I mean,
- 15:24Speaker 1: I would terrible freendzier so we could tell the truth.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I think I want a new cup. Do you want
- 15:28Speaker 1: to recycle? I mean, I'm sure they sanitize them beautifully.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I don't know you don't want to cup after I've
- 15:34Speaker 1: used it? I chewy it. Oh my straw, I'm sloppy.
- 15:39Speaker 1: So you're the nicest of the day, and we're probably
- 15:41Speaker 1: the naughtiest. And now it's time for and naughtiest of
- 15:46Speaker 1: the day. Naughty, naughty, norty, naughty naughty. Pete Davidson tricked
- 15:51Speaker 1: Alec Baldwin into losing a hundred pounds. So you might
- 15:54Speaker 1: recall Peter and Alec worked together on SNL when he
- 15:57Speaker 1: was playing Donald Trump. Well, he's often shirtless on s
- 16:01Speaker 1: n L. Pete not Alec, and Alec went over to
- 16:04Speaker 1: him and asked, how do you look so great? And
- 16:06Speaker 1: instead of telling Alec that he is still quite young
- 16:11Speaker 1: and he has a great metabolism, he didn't want to
- 16:13Speaker 1: insult him by saying, do it. You're over fifty, so
- 16:16Speaker 1: he said to him he told a little lie and said,
- 16:18Speaker 1: I do push ups every day, a hundred push ups
- 16:21Speaker 1: and a hundred situps every day. Some time passed and
- 16:23Speaker 1: Alec pumped into Peter Gain at the show and said,
- 16:25Speaker 1: guess what I'm doing them every day. I'm doing a
- 16:28Speaker 1: hundred push ups and hundred stups. He lost a hundred pounds.
- 16:32Speaker 1: A hundred pounds. Alec went on to confirm this story
- 16:36Speaker 1: to Howard Stern Peter, although he was being very naughty
- 16:41Speaker 1: not telling the truth. Ultimately, Alec Baldren lost a hundred pounds. Wow,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and now it's time for a moment half rom You
- 16:49Speaker 1: gotta rotabet a rob So for fifteen twenty minutes we
- 16:54Speaker 1: hopefully make you giggle or smile, hopefully with a little
- 16:57Speaker 1: bit of celebrity gossip. But for a minute or a
- 17:00Speaker 1: moment where a little bit more serious. What if rejection
- 17:03Speaker 1: was really a present telling you that whatever you thought
- 17:06Speaker 1: you wanted was actually not really right for you. Think
- 17:10Speaker 1: of it as a gift. That's right, Think of rejection
- 17:13Speaker 1: as a gift. It doesn't strip away your dreams, no,
- 17:17Speaker 1: rather it leads you towards them. A rejection is not
- 17:21Speaker 1: a Noah, but rather it is a yes, guiding you
- 17:25Speaker 1: towards something better. The first memory I have have been rejected,
- 17:29Speaker 1: particularly romantically, was this guy Craig that I went to
- 17:33Speaker 1: school with, that I used to kiss when nobody knew,
- 17:36Speaker 1: I know and tell anybody I loved him. I thought
- 17:39Speaker 1: I loved him. I wanted to run off and be
- 17:41Speaker 1: happy and live forever with Craig. He rejected me. He
- 17:46Speaker 1: broke my heart. But you know, Mark, it was actually
- 17:48Speaker 1: a good thing, because if Craig had not rejected me,
- 17:50Speaker 1: I would have never have found Bruce. Rejection leads you
- 17:54Speaker 1: towards a Yes. That's it for today. Thank you so
- 17:56Speaker 1: much for listening to the Nordy but I Smith Rub Show,
- 17:59Speaker 1: a production of I Heart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe
- 18:01Speaker 1: on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcast. Wherever you listen,
- 18:04Speaker 1: leave us a review and remember everybody altogether. Now, if
- 18:07Speaker 1: you're going to be naughty, you've got to be nice.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Take care of your money. It's not even nice with
- 18:16Speaker 1: bro
