Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Here's your host, Alex Dearren. All right, Well, firstly, I
- 0:08Speaker 1: want to give a big thanks to Lucas Ferrara, who
- 0:11Speaker 1: is putting this podcast on the map in primetime on
- 0:16Speaker 1: AM nine. Some of the answer he filled in for
- 0:18Speaker 1: Dottie Herman today and I in real Estate. This podcast
- 0:22Speaker 1: got a mention, so thank you Lucas for that. But
- 0:27Speaker 1: there is some heavy news I want to talk about
- 0:29Speaker 1: because a couple of days I came on here and said, hey,
- 0:34Speaker 1: you know what Israel's in trouble. Hesbela is continually attacking.
- 0:37Speaker 1: For God's sakes, they even attacked Nazareth, the birthplace of
- 0:40Speaker 1: Jesus Christ, and there was no outcry about that. There's
- 0:43Speaker 1: no outcry that that Israel had to intercept Hesbela missiles
- 0:49Speaker 1: in Tel Aviv. We know what, Benjamin, I know in
- 0:52Speaker 1: the brilliant minds the Idea did to stand up for themselves.
- 0:58Speaker 1: They went and attacked the Hesbela leader. And I want
- 1:02Speaker 1: to say it right, although he doesn't deserve to even
- 1:04Speaker 1: get his name pronounced right at this point, but Hassan
- 1:08Speaker 1: Israla killed by a IDF airstrike in Beirut. And while
- 1:13Speaker 1: many will probably spend this as a look at Israel
- 1:15Speaker 1: continues to attack bea Root and Lebanon, and they continue
- 1:19Speaker 1: to blow up different things, and look how many civilians
- 1:22Speaker 1: they are getting terrorists. And if you can't get behind
- 1:26Speaker 1: the fact that they are killing terrorists, then what soul
- 1:29Speaker 1: do you have? If you want to continually sit there
- 1:33Speaker 1: and complain about Israel instead of seeing the good they're
- 1:37Speaker 1: doing by killing off Hesbilian leader and other Hamas leaders
- 1:42Speaker 1: as well, then you know, don't have to see the
- 1:45Speaker 1: table because if you're not going to see the good
- 1:49Speaker 1: in what Israel has been doing, even with the pager
- 1:52Speaker 1: attacks there I said it. The pager attacks killed off
- 1:56Speaker 1: Hamas leader, Hesbelow leaders. The pager attack were a huge
- 2:03Speaker 1: ingenious move actually to get rid of terrorists. We are sorry,
- 2:12Speaker 1: and I think we all should be sorry for the
- 2:14Speaker 1: loss of life. But you know, and again you can
- 2:17Speaker 1: bring me down to two stars from five stars on
- 2:19Speaker 1: the show. You know, my thought is on October seventh,
- 2:24Speaker 1: not many people really called Israel innocent for being kidnapped
- 2:31Speaker 1: and attacked and raped and pillaged. So if you're gonna
- 2:37Speaker 1: call out the innocent life of one country, you better
- 2:41Speaker 1: damn sure call out for the protection of innocent life
- 2:44Speaker 1: in Israel. If you're gonna say free Palatine, well, free
- 2:48Speaker 1: Israel from Hamas and from Hesbelah. And you know what,
- 2:54Speaker 1: if America is gonna flip flop, it looks like the
- 2:56Speaker 1: Idea has got it on their own because he just
- 3:00Speaker 1: killed off a Hesbel leader, hesbel A leader. They killed
- 3:04Speaker 1: off a terrorist. And if I have to remind you
- 3:06Speaker 1: that's a good thing, that's a problem. But they did
- 3:12Speaker 1: after his fiery speech at the UN, the Idea him
- 3:15Speaker 1: being Benjamin n who the IDEF stepped up and killed
- 3:20Speaker 1: off a has Bel leader. Good for the world, good
- 3:26Speaker 1: for Israel, and good for America. I had said the
- 3:27Speaker 1: other day, we can't have a city in crisis, We
- 3:30Speaker 1: can't have a Washington in crisis, and we certainly can't
- 3:33Speaker 1: have Israel in crisis all at the same time. That
- 3:36Speaker 1: just does not work for the safety of anybody. So
- 3:40Speaker 1: see the IDEF do this and kill off a heasbelo
- 3:44Speaker 1: a leader. Is massive, is huge, and it might be
- 3:52Speaker 1: crew controversial to say, but free Israel from Hamas and
- 3:56Speaker 1: they're gonna do it themselves. Free Israel from Hesbela attacks,
- 3:59Speaker 1: and they're gonna do it themselves. And they're gonna do
- 4:04Speaker 1: it because they see that America is maybe supplying some
- 4:08Speaker 1: weaponry in some dollars, but they're not overly committed to
- 4:12Speaker 1: protecting and defending alongside Israel. That's the gist I'm see. Look,
- 4:20Speaker 1: I love chopping up about sports, adaptability and life and
- 4:23Speaker 1: accountability have at one leg up, but this is a
- 4:26Speaker 1: serious thing that I have to address because it's a
- 4:30Speaker 1: good thing. For once, since October seventh, good things are
- 4:35Speaker 1: happening for the Israelis. For IDF, they've been under attack
- 4:41Speaker 1: from it. I ran from Hamas, from Hesballah. Finally, nearly
- 4:47Speaker 1: a year later, they're not putting up with a bull
- 4:49Speaker 1: crap and they're taking their efforts into their own hands
- 4:53Speaker 1: and saying we're gonna kill off. This has been later
- 4:56Speaker 1: and they did, and they did, so that's some good news.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And that is a one leg up story that I
- 5:04Speaker 1: want to cover today because I'm tired of hearing the
- 5:12Speaker 1: rhetoric against Israel. I'm tired of hearing how the innocence
- 5:16Speaker 1: and you know, we can all mourn the innocent life
- 5:20Speaker 1: lost in Palestine and in Lebanon, but that should come
- 5:26Speaker 1: with acknowledging there are innocent hostages that have been killed.
- 5:31Speaker 1: There are innocent Israelis and Israeli Americans who have been
- 5:36Speaker 1: going through hell, and that they aren't mourned as much
- 5:43Speaker 1: as they should be. They aren't mourned as much as
- 5:48Speaker 1: they should be. And then I read from Mark Goldfetter,
- 5:53Speaker 1: this is an interesting story. The DOJ is lawyering up.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I have to talk about this now. I'm going to
- 6:02Speaker 1: get him on the show against the Victims of September
- 6:07Speaker 1: of October seventh. Are you hearing about this? I don't
- 6:13Speaker 1: know if you're hearing about this because it was in
- 6:15Speaker 1: this op ed and this article was from Mark Goldfeater
- 6:34Speaker 1: and Eugene Contorvich. They write, the Harris Biden administration is
- 6:42Speaker 1: arguing in federal court that lots of people are above
- 6:45Speaker 1: the law. In particular, get this, the many employees of
- 6:49Speaker 1: the UN who helped Thomas build its terror facilities and
- 6:53Speaker 1: launch its genocidal pagram on October seventh. Some victims of
- 6:58Speaker 1: the October seventh massacre at actually filed suit in New York.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Did you know about this? Where the UN is based
- 7:04Speaker 1: against the UN and Relief and Works Agency for Palestine
- 7:08Speaker 1: referenceees also known as UNRAW, alleging UNRA and its officials
- 7:15Speaker 1: have aided and abetted Hamas. There's evidence of collaboration between
- 7:20Speaker 1: the un staffers and HAMAS and they were fired. Sure,
- 7:25Speaker 1: but I am glad the victims of October seventh are
- 7:28Speaker 1: taking it many steps further because then UNRA Commissioner General
- 7:37Speaker 1: Peter Hansen said, you know four, I'm sure there are
- 7:40Speaker 1: HERMAS members on the UNRA payroll, and I don't see
- 7:43Speaker 1: that as a crime. This was the then Commissioner General,
- 7:47Speaker 1: Peter Hansen, so the un didn't see that as a crime.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Back in two thousand and four. Twenty years later, they
- 7:55Speaker 1: write many UNRA staffers participated in a directly in the
- 8:00Speaker 1: October seventh terror attack, while others were imprisoned, while others
- 8:04Speaker 1: imprisoned and tortured the Tassas afterward. The United Nations, which
- 8:09Speaker 1: claims to be dedicated to advancing human rights, has pledge
- 8:12Speaker 1: that will waive any claims to immunity for acts of terror,
- 8:18Speaker 1: but it responded to the victim's lawsuit by invoking immunity
- 8:21Speaker 1: for itself and its employees, and the USDJ has joined
- 8:28Speaker 1: the effort, filing its submission to the US District Court
- 8:31Speaker 1: arguing that UNRA and its workers should have absolute immunity
- 8:37Speaker 1: from the lawsuit. Our own DOJ is working against the
- 8:42Speaker 1: victims of October seventh. Where are you hearing that anywhere else?
- 8:47Speaker 1: Where are you hearing that? I was going into this
- 8:49Speaker 1: whole thing with Arthur Engron, But that can wait for
- 8:52Speaker 1: another episode, because where are you hearing that the DOJ
- 8:55Speaker 1: is going up against the victims of October seventh? Maybe
- 9:02Speaker 1: not anywhere else, because nowhere else was reporting this and
- 9:08Speaker 1: the DOJ is in fact lawyering for some of the
- 9:10Speaker 1: attacks perpetrators. I'm having heart auputation just talking about this.
- 9:15Speaker 1: It's very outraging. The DOJ letter asserts that UN officials
- 9:21Speaker 1: have immunity under the nineteen forty five International Organization Communities Act.
- 9:31Speaker 1: But these were directly involved with the perpetrating of October seventh,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and this administration is defending the un hamas terrorists. That's
- 9:48Speaker 1: what Mark Goldfetder and Eugene Kronovitch are talking about. This
- 9:57Speaker 1: is disgusting. This should make not one person Jewish American
- 10:06Speaker 1: or not pay their taxes because our taxes that I
- 10:10Speaker 1: talk about accountability on the show, our taxes are going
- 10:13Speaker 1: into this bull crap that that the DOJ is standing
- 10:22Speaker 1: with UNRA and those who perpetrated October seventh. I don't
- 10:29Speaker 1: usually raise my voice on here, but you have to
- 10:32Speaker 1: be outraged, Asho. I am right. Thank you Mark Goldfetter
- 10:37Speaker 1: and Eugene Contarvich for talking about this in the New
- 10:42Speaker 1: York Post. It's horrific. It's absolutely horrific and needs to
- 10:58Speaker 1: be called out. And that's why here on one leg
- 11:05Speaker 1: up on News we're calling it out. You would want
- 11:14Speaker 1: a DJ that's for us, not against us. And when
- 11:21Speaker 1: you're against the victims of September of October seventh, and hell,
- 11:26Speaker 1: if you're the Pentagon cutting play deals with terrorists from
- 11:30Speaker 1: September eleventh and you're not with us there either, what
- 11:33Speaker 1: faith do we have in this administration? What faith do
- 11:39Speaker 1: we have in this administration? And you might say, wow,
- 11:41Speaker 1: Alex theay, remove the plea deals. They're back in. They're
- 11:44Speaker 1: going to be back to sentence a life, Okay. But
- 11:46Speaker 1: the person that originally did the September eleventh play deal
- 11:50Speaker 1: is not fired. As far as I could tell, Lloyd
- 11:52Speaker 1: Austin should have fired her and and Merrick Garland and
- 11:59Speaker 1: the do for outright rating mar A Lago and everyone
- 12:07Speaker 1: around Trump and I'll go further to say, dealing with
- 12:12Speaker 1: this Mayor Adams thing is at the same time saying,
- 12:17Speaker 1: oh no, the DOJ is gonna stand with the UN
- 12:21Speaker 1: Ahamas collaborators. Everybody should be outraged about this. And I'm
- 12:33Speaker 1: hoping that Mark Goldvender on before the anniversary of October seventh,
- 12:36Speaker 1: the very somber anniversary in which are still hostages unknown
- 12:41Speaker 1: where they are. There are hostages that have died, and
- 12:48Speaker 1: I am disgusted. I am disgusted reading more into this story,
- 12:58Speaker 1: and you should be too, to post this link. And
- 13:01Speaker 1: I'm gonna tag the UNRA if they have a Twitter
- 13:04Speaker 1: account or x account, because while we can celebrate Hesbulon's
- 13:11Speaker 1: leader being killed off by the IDF, the US is
- 13:15Speaker 1: not helping anymore anyway. Any While we can celebrate the
- 13:22Speaker 1: hesbal leader being killed off by the IDEF, there is
- 13:26Speaker 1: no way we can say the US is joining that
- 13:29Speaker 1: celebration when right behind Israel's back, they're now siding with
- 13:33Speaker 1: the UN, the UN workers who helped make October seventh
- 13:42Speaker 1: Hamas attack happen. I get why Henry David Thureau did
- 13:50Speaker 1: what he did. He got thrown in jail for it.
- 13:53Speaker 1: He wanted to pay taxes to something that was a
- 13:55Speaker 1: worthy cause. When you pay taxes, you're paying into this bullshit.
- 14:00Speaker 1: There I said it, And this means we need a
- 14:06Speaker 1: further change in November, because here we are the Harris
- 14:14Speaker 1: Biden administration allowing immigrant illegal immigrants to come into our
- 14:21Speaker 1: city and now saying those who perpetrated attacks on Israel
- 14:27Speaker 1: on October seventh have immunity. Spread this podcast out, share
- 14:34Speaker 1: it out, because I bet you won't hear it anywhere else.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Really that the un is being led being told it's
- 14:44Speaker 1: okay you have immunity for collaborating with hamas as the
- 14:49Speaker 1: victims of October seventh cry out for their loved ones.
- 15:00Speaker 1: It's very concerning and it should concern you too when
- 15:06Speaker 1: our own DOJ is against our interests and against the
- 15:10Speaker 1: interests of Americans who are looking for answers, who are
- 15:13Speaker 1: looking for justice from the Department of Justice, the US
- 15:21Speaker 1: Department of Justice, especially working with the United States not
- 15:24Speaker 1: the enemy God. November can come soon enough. It can't.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And if this doesn't put you over the edge about
- 15:38Speaker 1: what the Harris Biden musicians doing, I can't tell you
- 15:42Speaker 1: what will. So my advice to you is, if you're
- 15:50Speaker 1: hearing this the first time. Just keep reading, just keep
- 15:53Speaker 1: bringing the dailies, keep reading news outlets. If you need
- 15:57Speaker 1: a download press reader and find out that way, that's good.
- 16:00Speaker 1: They are a great source. They You can download the
- 16:04Speaker 1: posts and other outlets on your phone for just two dollars,
- 16:09Speaker 1: and those two dollars could tell you something like this,
- 16:13Speaker 1: could show you something like this. I have to enjoy
- 16:21Speaker 1: a Yankee game today. I can't keep stewing about this.
- 16:24Speaker 1: But now that I know about it more, I will
- 16:28Speaker 1: update you on how this is going, because this is
- 16:32Speaker 1: not a story you just post and run. This has
- 16:35Speaker 1: to be followed, followed. How the DOJ is going against
- 16:39Speaker 1: the victims of October seventh behind our backs. Well, let's
- 16:46Speaker 1: put it in front of the American people and say
- 16:48Speaker 1: this is what the DJ is doing. Do you approve
- 16:51Speaker 1: of that? On November fifth? Will you approve of what
- 16:56Speaker 1: they're doing now? Because if I won't even go there,
- 17:06Speaker 1: I don't even want to say if you're voting for Kamala,
- 17:08Speaker 1: you're voting against the Jewish people, because that just feels
- 17:11Speaker 1: anti semitic to say. But but if you're voting for her,
- 17:24Speaker 1: you're voting for this act of injustice for the victims
- 17:30Speaker 1: of October seventh, and someone's got to step in and
- 17:34Speaker 1: say enough's enough. Imagine this, President Trump gets rated, Mayor
- 17:41Speaker 1: Adams's whole administration's in chaos, yet the victims of October
- 17:46Speaker 1: seventh can't even get a freaking break, can't even get justice.
- 17:54Speaker 1: The more I think about it, the more I want to
- 17:56Speaker 1: talk about this, because it's so enraging to me that
- 17:59Speaker 1: we're gonna win, indeed, the mayor of New York City
- 18:01Speaker 1: first time ever, but for the victims of October seventh. No, No,
- 18:05Speaker 1: we're signing with the UN and they're workers who collaborated
- 18:10Speaker 1: with Hamas Ryan cut my mic. I'm done. I can't,
- 18:17Speaker 1: I can't, I can't deal with so anymore. It's it's
- 18:19Speaker 1: pissing me off. But I will keep following it and
- 18:26Speaker 1: I will have Mark goldfederon. I'm so glad they spoke
- 18:28Speaker 1: up about this. And the link to the full story
- 18:33Speaker 1: is going to be in the description below. The UN
- 18:39Speaker 1: the DOJ in collaboration to hide to keep immunity for
- 18:46Speaker 1: the workers that planned October seventh, while our mayor is
- 18:52Speaker 1: indicted and our cities in chaos. And oh, by the way,
- 18:57Speaker 1: Trump has like all these legal things against him. But
- 19:03Speaker 1: the October seventh victims can't get a break, The families
- 19:07Speaker 1: can't get a breaks, can't get justice. We'll find some
- 19:10Speaker 1: justice here at the One Leg Up Network. I'm Alex
- 19:13Speaker 1: Garrett throughout it all. Enjoy your Saturday, please enjoy your weekend.
- 19:19Speaker 1: But just think about this as we move forward into
- 19:23Speaker 1: October and November
