- 0:29Speaker 4: O two point nine Billy the Kid. Candice Lopez is here.
- 0:32Speaker 4: It is April ninth. Candice, what is going on with you?
- 0:35Speaker 5: Do you ever just waste your own time and then
- 0:37Speaker 5: think about, Hey, I just wasted my own time every
- 0:41Speaker 5: day thinking someone else was wasting my time.
- 0:43Speaker 6: And I felt really stupid.
- 0:44Speaker 5: Yesterday because I went to lunch and then you know,
- 0:47Speaker 5: I had a good lunch, everything was all good. Asked
- 0:49Speaker 5: for the check. She didn't bring the check for like
- 0:51Speaker 5: twenty minutes. And I'm sitting there and she's walking by,
- 0:55Speaker 5: and she's training a girl and they're going that way
- 0:57Speaker 5: and they're doing all these things. I think she's coming
- 0:59Speaker 5: with the checks. Never come with the check, And I
- 1:00Speaker 5: realized there's a QR code on the table for you
- 1:03Speaker 5: to scan to pay for your meal. And I sat
- 1:06Speaker 5: there for so long, like trash talking her in.
- 1:08Speaker 6: My head, like what is she doing?
- 1:11Speaker 7: You get your life together?
- 1:12Speaker 5: And she's obviously in a hurry every time she passes,
- 1:14Speaker 5: so I don't want to be like excuse me and
- 1:16Speaker 5: like stop her every time.
- 1:17Speaker 7: Yeah, you're too nice.
- 1:18Speaker 5: And then I thought I just wasted twenty minutes of
- 1:20Speaker 5: my own time when there was a QR code right there.
- 1:22Speaker 5: And it also made me think about how easy like
- 1:25Speaker 5: servers and restaurants have it these days.
- 1:27Speaker 7: Like that wasn't the case when you were at Benigan's.
- 1:29Speaker 5: No, I had a book full of cash and all
- 1:31Speaker 5: these things in my pockets, you know, just stuffed full,
- 1:34Speaker 5: you know, pens, papers, all these things, Yeah, in my
- 1:37Speaker 5: apron and they.
- 1:38Speaker 6: Don't have that.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Well, I always feel weird doing that too, because that's
- 1:42Speaker 4: becoming a new trend. Yeah, you know, you just QR
- 1:45Speaker 4: code scan it pay because I never know if they
- 1:47Speaker 4: know I.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Paid, yes exactly, So then I walk.
- 1:50Speaker 7: Out I have to make it and I look like
- 1:52Speaker 7: a guy who would jump the bill.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Yeah, she could have told me, oh, just scan the
- 1:56Speaker 6: QR code if you want.
- 1:57Speaker 7: Oh.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Yeah, No, she definitely could have did it, and she
- 1:59Speaker 4: should have. Should Usually most places it's an option, right,
- 2:02Speaker 4: So I'll do it. I always feel bad on the
- 2:04Speaker 4: way out.
- 2:04Speaker 7: I'll always tell the hostess, hey, I paid, I paid
- 2:06Speaker 7: it with the QR code. Don't tackle me on the
- 2:08Speaker 7: way out.
- 2:08Speaker 6: How do they trust us that much?
- 2:10Speaker 7: I don't know, but why do you trust me? Don't
- 2:13Speaker 7: trust me? It makes it super easy, though, totally because
- 2:16Speaker 7: I just tip and boom, you're gone and you know
- 2:18Speaker 7: you can don't split.
- 2:19Speaker 6: The bill on this one.
- 2:20Speaker 5: And I was like wow, and then it says like
- 2:22Speaker 5: how much is each You can like see what's on
- 2:23Speaker 5: the on the receipt.
- 2:24Speaker 6: It's amazing.
- 2:25Speaker 7: It's actually Pooh's worst nightmare taking it easy to split
- 2:29Speaker 7: the bill.
- 2:30Speaker 4: Man, I don't have cash, Well this does Apple pay?
- 2:32Speaker 4: You can do whatever? Oh really, man, my phone's down
- 2:34Speaker 4: totally just did Yeah, my phone doesn't work. I don't
- 2:38Speaker 4: know what happened. No, but that's a weird thing right
- 2:40Speaker 4: now that's going around with QR codes. All right, producer poo,
- 2:43Speaker 4: what's over you? You want to talk about wasting time?
- 2:45Speaker 4: I need to take my aunt to candas cord.
- 2:47Speaker 8: Oh right, so yesterday I rushed went to my house
- 2:51Speaker 8: way in Saxy because I was supposed to go mow
- 2:54Speaker 8: her yard for her rent house or whatever. I get
- 2:57Speaker 8: through traffic, get to the house. I pull up and said,
- 3:00Speaker 8: aguilar landscaping service. I'm like, they heard me talking about
- 3:05Speaker 8: how bad of the job you doing.
- 3:07Speaker 9: I called.
- 3:08Speaker 8: I said, hey, I rushed all the way over here
- 3:09Speaker 8: to cut your grass or whatever, and there's a lawn
- 3:12Speaker 8: service here. And she was like, child, I thought I
- 3:14Speaker 8: canceled them. I said, come on, man, I wasted all
- 3:18Speaker 8: that time, wow to watch some other people cut your
- 3:22Speaker 8: grass right?
- 3:24Speaker 1: And she was like, I'm sorry, baby, what you want
- 3:26Speaker 1: me to do about it?
- 3:27Speaker 4: She is guilty of being a landscaping lupita.
- 3:31Speaker 9: Exactly.
- 3:32Speaker 7: There you go so bad?
- 3:34Speaker 8: Yeah, wasted all that gas on, Like gas is too
- 3:36Speaker 8: expensive to be driving to south Old Cliff to cut
- 3:39Speaker 8: some grass and I can't even cut it right?
- 3:41Speaker 7: Man, you should have cut somebody else's grass just for fun.
- 3:44Speaker 7: Do you even have a lawnmower?
- 3:45Speaker 1: No, there's a lawnmower.
- 3:46Speaker 2: In the garage.
- 3:47Speaker 7: I was gonna say, because you asked me for a
- 3:49Speaker 7: lawnmower the other day.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I did, I'm starting a landscaping business, are you I can?
- 3:57Speaker 6: Eric should hey?
- 3:59Speaker 7: Eric should? Your husband should? Pooh should not?
- 4:01Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 4:02Speaker 7: It all looks so good, I can rake leaves or
- 4:04Speaker 7: something year that makes abound sense.
- 4:09Speaker 4: I get a list right now, though, and I thought
- 4:11Speaker 4: that this will might be helpful to start your day off.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Is ways that you'll start your day that will make
- 4:17Speaker 7: your day miserable. Oh great, well this is no things.
- 4:20Speaker 4: To avoid, okay, So I'm like, maybe we should go
- 4:22Speaker 4: over this because people are just getting up getting going
- 4:25Speaker 4: for sure. Top three things running late and spending the
- 4:28Speaker 4: first hour catching up on everything.
- 4:31Speaker 7: That's the worst. I was running late today I had
- 4:34Speaker 7: to get gas. Actually I didn't, though I didn't. I
- 4:37Speaker 7: am when I tell you I'm beyond E.
- 4:39Speaker 6: You stay on.
- 4:40Speaker 7: I stay on E.
- 4:42Speaker 5: We get in your car like last week to just
- 4:44Speaker 5: do a joke video and you were on E.
- 4:46Speaker 7: Then yeah.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Today, Oh when I say I'm on E, I'm gonna
- 4:51Speaker 4: be running on fumes to get there today to the
- 4:54Speaker 4: gas station, I might have to poof follow me.
- 4:58Speaker 7: So don't run late. Don't I hate snooze, they say,
- 5:00Speaker 7: because it's just gonna it's gonna throw your whole day off.
- 5:03Speaker 7: Number two miserable ways miserable things to do in the
- 5:06Speaker 7: morning that's gonna start your morning off awful, consuming, difficult
- 5:10Speaker 7: content before you're ready for it.
- 5:11Speaker 6: Oh yeah, that is so true.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Okay, it's so hard.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Though, because I want to see something fun in the
- 5:16Speaker 5: morning and then it's like, well do zoom.
- 5:18Speaker 7: Yeah. Well that's number one.
- 5:19Speaker 4: They say the first one thing you should not do
- 5:21Speaker 4: if you want to start your day in a good way,
- 5:24Speaker 4: don't reach for your phone.
- 5:25Speaker 7: Before you fully wake up.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Okay, that is such a good thing, right I that's
- 5:30Speaker 4: the first thing I do is I grab my phone
- 5:32Speaker 4: and you start scrolling. I'm not ready to scroll. My
- 5:34Speaker 4: eyes are still squinting. Don't do it, and I'm just like,
- 5:36Speaker 4: what am I doing? And why am I doing this?
- 5:38Speaker 4: So put your phone down right now. But I wouldn't
- 5:41Speaker 4: have seen this if I didn't grab from my phone.
- 5:44Speaker 6: That's a good point.
- 5:46Speaker 1: It's tough stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 5:49Speaker 1: in the morning.
- 5:49Speaker 6: Only on the New Mix one or two point nine.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Right early on a Thursday morning, Let's catch up with
- 5:54Speaker 4: Candice low Pans, Candace.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Well Taylor share it in Frisco. King is casting extras
- 5:59Speaker 5: here in the Metro. The show started production in Fort
- 6:01Speaker 5: Worth just a few weeks ago. So remember this is
- 6:04Speaker 5: the Tulsa King spinoff that was originally called Nola King.
- 6:08Speaker 6: It starts Samuel L. Jackson. It's going to go for
- 6:10Speaker 6: eight episodes.
- 6:11Speaker 5: While Legacy Casting posted notices for filming and.
- 6:14Speaker 6: What kind of options there are.
- 6:17Speaker 5: I know, who really wants to be an extra in
- 6:19Speaker 5: a Taylor Sheridan show.
- 6:20Speaker 6: So maybe you would fit one of these roles. You
- 6:23Speaker 6: want to know what they are?
- 6:24Speaker 7: Are they?
- 6:24Speaker 5: So April fourteenth they need well, this one won't work
- 6:27Speaker 5: for you.
- 6:28Speaker 7: Cool.
- 6:29Speaker 6: They need female cheerleaders washing cars. Oh yeah, you have
- 6:33Speaker 6: to be eighteen enough though for that one. That film's
- 6:35Speaker 6: in South Lake.
- 6:36Speaker 5: Okay, you're gonna make three hundred and fifty dollars for
- 6:39Speaker 5: twelve hours of coo.
- 6:40Speaker 7: Okay, no, thank you? Yeah, wow, twelve hours. Yeah, it's
- 6:43Speaker 7: not easy being an extra. So they need female cheerleaders
- 6:47Speaker 7: to wash cars. Correct, that doesn't sound creepy?
- 6:50Speaker 5: Well you know that's the thing. Yeah, high schools. It
- 6:53Speaker 5: makes sense for the show. But April twentieth, they need
- 6:55Speaker 5: baseball game attendees with vehicles that films in Keller.
- 6:59Speaker 7: You could do that, okay, yeah, I can watch baseball.
- 7:02Speaker 7: You look like someone who would just be you know,
- 7:04Speaker 7: randomly in the stands.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Yeah, just drive up in your car.
- 7:06Speaker 6: And walk in maybe kind of scene.
- 7:08Speaker 8: I thought you mean I looked like an athlete. No, no, no,
- 7:10Speaker 8: not a baseball player.
- 7:11Speaker 7: Baseball fan. Yeah.
- 7:13Speaker 5: They also need just you know, random people at a
- 7:16Speaker 5: gas station, warehouse, background vehicles, and also a sheriff's deputy.
- 7:20Speaker 6: Oh can we get poo that role for the sheriff?
- 7:23Speaker 9: What?
- 7:26Speaker 7: Why laughing? I could be poo in a you.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Why are you laughing?
- 7:34Speaker 6: That would be perfect for you.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Pooh pooh reported for duty.
- 7:39Speaker 6: I'm gonna sign them up.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Sign up for all of those, even the cheerleading. I
- 7:44Speaker 4: mean there's male cheerleaders.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, but I think they're specifically casting female cheerleader.
- 7:50Speaker 6: Come on, Hollywood can Yeah that's not fair. Well casting
- 7:53Speaker 6: gets a pass.
- 7:55Speaker 4: I know that's funny. Who was ever cast to be
- 7:59Speaker 4: a sheriff?
- 8:00Speaker 7: Would?
- 8:00Speaker 4: I would not be able to watch anything, you would lose.
- 8:03Speaker 4: I sign them up? Ye, how they get How did
- 8:06Speaker 4: they do it?
- 8:06Speaker 7: Though?
- 8:07Speaker 5: Legacy casting is where you would go on their website
- 8:09Speaker 5: to fill out an application, So good luck, guys.
- 8:12Speaker 6: Look update on this guys.
- 8:14Speaker 5: The woman known as the Ketamine Queen who distributed those
- 8:17Speaker 5: drugs that killed Matthew Perry.
- 8:18Speaker 6: She has been sentenced. She will serve fifteen.
- 8:21Speaker 5: Years in prison for her role in his overdose. She
- 8:24Speaker 5: pled guilty to multiple federal charges and did express her
- 8:28Speaker 5: remorse from those actions. She also thanked the judge for
- 8:31Speaker 5: giving her the harshest reality check of her life and
- 8:34Speaker 5: taking her out of the equation. Prosecutors in the case
- 8:38Speaker 5: said she kept selling even after this happened, though, of course,
- 8:41Speaker 5: Matthew Perry died in twenty twenty three. Four others, including doctors,
- 8:45Speaker 5: have also pleaded guilty in connection with the case. So
- 8:48Speaker 5: the latest update on that one, I get more to come.
- 8:50Speaker 4: I get kind of frustrated when I see things like
- 8:52Speaker 4: this happen. Not that she's going to prison. I'm glad,
- 8:55Speaker 4: I mean, she did something wrong. But here's what frustrates me.
- 8:58Speaker 4: And this is a whole other topic. That that happened quick,
- 9:01Speaker 4: she's gone, she's in jail, She's going to prison fifteen years. Yeah,
- 9:04Speaker 4: there's not one person that's went to prison in the
- 9:06Speaker 4: Epstein files.
- 9:07Speaker 6: No, that was.
- 9:09Speaker 7: He drives me absolutely crazy.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Yeah, that there's so many victims, there's so many people,
- 9:14Speaker 4: and nobody's went to jail.
- 9:16Speaker 5: How can one person has pure just leaving it at
- 9:19Speaker 5: her and then calling this a closed case when it's
- 9:23Speaker 5: obviously not.
- 9:23Speaker 7: It's driving me crazy.
- 9:24Speaker 4: I think about it every day, all the victims, the
- 9:27Speaker 4: people and the things, and it's like, well, if you
- 9:28Speaker 4: have money, you could just get off money and power. Well,
- 9:31Speaker 4: I just forget about it. We'll just pretend this didn't happen.
- 9:34Speaker 4: I don't want to pretend it didn't happen. No, we're
- 9:36Speaker 4: not good. I want everybody on that list exposed.
- 9:41Speaker 7: Nuts.
- 9:41Speaker 4: When I see someone like this, I'm not saying she
- 9:43Speaker 4: shouldn't go to prison, but it just happened so quick.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Boom boom boom in jail, done a couple of years,
- 9:47Speaker 4: A couple of years gone.
- 9:48Speaker 6: Yeah, oh for sure. Let me update you on this
- 9:50Speaker 6: real quick, guys.
- 9:51Speaker 5: A Kickcat delivery truck got a presidential level escort with
- 9:56Speaker 5: four unmarked SUVs flanking that truck as it drove on
- 9:59Speaker 5: a highway.
- 9:59Speaker 6: And so this was.
- 10:01Speaker 5: A marketing stunt that KitKat did. After that, twelve tons
- 10:05Speaker 5: of shipment was stolen in Europe. If you remember, I
- 10:08Speaker 5: guess this shipment supposedly of you know, Kitkats in the
- 10:11Speaker 5: shape of Formula one cars. It was like this exclusive
- 10:14Speaker 5: release that they put out. It was stolen while an
- 10:17Speaker 5: influencer got a tip on this and was able to
- 10:19Speaker 5: get pictures of it, saying KitKat has taking no chances here.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Either they don't want any more break ins or they
- 10:24Speaker 5: got Beyonce in that truck.
- 10:26Speaker 6: Those have of course since gone viral. But yeah, that's fun.
- 10:30Speaker 5: I love when the companies I get in on this
- 10:32Speaker 5: and have a good time with it.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Yeah, it looks like this truck is being like a
- 10:35Speaker 4: presidential style security espec. Yeah, which makes me believe did
- 10:39Speaker 4: this ever really happen? Did the kit cats really get stolen?
- 10:43Speaker 6: Yeah, it's hard to believe anything anymore. You really have
- 10:45Speaker 6: to like fact.
- 10:46Speaker 5: Check even but even then, sometimes there aren't like facts
- 10:48Speaker 5: to check on some things like how do I prove
- 10:50Speaker 5: that this story is real?
- 10:51Speaker 7: Or not to see the real police report. If it
- 10:53Speaker 7: was in the United States, it happened, we could pull
- 10:55Speaker 7: the police report. Yeah, but it didn't do that happen.
- 10:57Speaker 7: I don't know if you can do that in Europe.
- 10:59Speaker 6: Yeah, I have no idea, but you know.
- 11:01Speaker 5: Protect the cake cats at all costs. Okay, all right,
- 11:04Speaker 5: I'm canna Slowpez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 11:07Speaker 7: Realer fake news.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I'm gonna give you three headlines gonna tell me which
- 11:09Speaker 4: one is fake? One of these is fakes. Fun way
- 11:12Speaker 4: to talk about ridiculous stories. I should have put in
- 11:14Speaker 4: the jump the bridge jumper. Yeah he survived, by the way,
- 11:17Speaker 4: he's fine.
- 11:18Speaker 6: Oh good.
- 11:19Speaker 4: First headline, Florida man stopped at airport with forty seven
- 11:24Speaker 4: uncooked hot dogs tape to his body? What Florida man
- 11:29Speaker 4: stopped at airport with forty seven uncooked hot dogs tape
- 11:33Speaker 4: to his body?
- 11:35Speaker 7: Headline number one? Headline number two.
- 11:37Speaker 4: Research shows that crows don't just hold grudges, they recruit
- 11:42Speaker 4: other birds to hate you too. Research shows that crows
- 11:47Speaker 4: don't just hold grudges, they recruit other birds to hate
- 11:51Speaker 4: you too.
- 11:51Speaker 6: Wow.
- 11:52Speaker 7: Headline number three. Study shows that people who consistently eat
- 11:55Speaker 7: chocolate and cheese don't live as long as people who don't.
- 11:59Speaker 6: Okay.
- 12:00Speaker 4: Study shows the people who consistently eat chocolate and cheese
- 12:03Speaker 4: don't live as long as people who don't.
- 12:05Speaker 7: Okay. Three headlines. Gonna tell me which one is a fake? Headline?
- 12:08Speaker 7: It's pretty tough today.
- 12:10Speaker 6: Yeah, it's very tough, or is it not?
- 12:13Speaker 7: Okay? Candace, you want to go first. You pick the
- 12:15Speaker 7: fake story?
- 12:15Speaker 6: You want to pass it to poo I think it
- 12:17Speaker 6: poo poo today?
- 12:19Speaker 7: What's fake? Which one? I'm gonna go with that?
- 12:21Speaker 1: Second story?
- 12:22Speaker 8: Crows getting ads in that gang gang.
- 12:26Speaker 6: I feel like rely's proven that that's true.
- 12:28Speaker 4: I mean, thank you, Candas, but it doesn't matter. Yeah, true,
- 12:33Speaker 4: I think it's fake.
- 12:34Speaker 7: He's locked in. He's locked in right now.
- 12:36Speaker 4: You know I don't trust birds, Yeah, especially crows. That's
- 12:40Speaker 4: just a personal thing. This could be made up. You
- 12:42Speaker 4: never know. All right, that's headline number two, He's locked
- 12:44Speaker 4: in cans. Which one do you think is a fake story?
- 12:47Speaker 6: I'm gonna go.
- 12:48Speaker 5: With that first story, the hot dog story.
- 12:51Speaker 7: First story, Yeah, yeah, I thought that one would be
- 12:54Speaker 7: the first pick for poo.
- 12:55Speaker 6: Yeah, I too.
- 12:56Speaker 7: A guy that taped forty seven hot dogs to his body.
- 12:59Speaker 6: Going to the airport, just casually, Stacks, are you smuggling on?
- 13:03Speaker 7: What's happening is Florida?
- 13:06Speaker 6: You want to lock that in?
- 13:08Speaker 7: Lock that in? The winner today is.
- 13:12Speaker 9: Me.
- 13:18Speaker 7: You didn't pick the fake story. The fake story was
- 13:20Speaker 7: the last one.
- 13:21Speaker 6: Really, Yeah.
- 13:22Speaker 4: I tried to throw you guys off, and it worked.
- 13:24Speaker 4: Study shows that people who consistently eat chocolate and cheese
- 13:27Speaker 4: don't live as long. It's actually the opposite. I was
- 13:32Speaker 4: like good news because.
- 13:33Speaker 7: You know me. And cheese.
- 13:34Speaker 6: Yeah, I love some cheese.
- 13:36Speaker 4: I some cheese yesterday, good, Just a slice of cheese
- 13:39Speaker 4: for no reason. I have a cheese drawer, and I
- 13:41Speaker 4: don't like all the fancy cheeses. I like the trashy cheese,
- 13:45Speaker 4: like just a good old sliced, plastic taste and cheese.
- 13:49Speaker 7: Not even sure if it's cheese.
- 13:50Speaker 6: I don't think it is.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Partly and I'm fine with off brand. Like, give me
- 13:54Speaker 4: some great value cheddar sliced cheese. Really, yes, synthetic. I
- 13:59Speaker 4: don't care what you're gonna do with this body. Gonna
- 14:02Speaker 4: hurt my body? Come on, either way, it says, yeah.
- 14:05Speaker 7: People in new study finds it more three million people
- 14:07Speaker 7: found that people who ate more chocolate and cheese and
- 14:10Speaker 7: fermented dairy like.
- 14:12Speaker 4: Yogurt had lower death rates. Huh, it's good for your
- 14:15Speaker 4: gut health. Okay, studies ridiculous.
- 14:17Speaker 6: Yeah, but chocolate's good for mental health too.
- 14:20Speaker 7: Yeah, keep telling yourself that.
- 14:21Speaker 6: Yeah it is.
- 14:22Speaker 7: No, it is, especially dark chocolate.
- 14:24Speaker 8: Yeah, well hello, who said hello?
- 14:33Speaker 7: Okay this story Florida man stopped at airport with forty
- 14:37Speaker 7: seven forty seven uncooked hot dogs taped to his body.
- 14:41Speaker 4: This surreal story. Yeah, Florida man stopped. Basically he was,
- 14:45Speaker 4: you know, they stopped. Tessa's like, hey, what's going on here?
- 14:49Speaker 4: Because I'm just being efficient?
- 14:51Speaker 6: Efficient?
- 14:52Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what he told him. He said, what do
- 14:54Speaker 4: you mean, sixty three year old Pompano beach man, Pompano whatever.
- 15:00Speaker 4: He was stopped by the full body skinner TSA agents
- 15:03Speaker 4: and they were like, hey, what's happening. They had taped
- 15:06Speaker 4: all over his body, under his shirt and whatnot. He
- 15:08Speaker 4: told agents the hot dogs were for a family cookout
- 15:11Speaker 4: in Cincinnati.
- 15:12Speaker 5: You couldn't carry him in a backpack, did you know
- 15:16Speaker 5: want to have an extra carry on?
- 15:17Speaker 3: No?
- 15:17Speaker 7: Are you ready? He said?
- 15:20Speaker 4: He said, I'm sorry, but these check bag fees have
- 15:22Speaker 4: gotten completely out of control. So he taped forty seven
- 15:28Speaker 4: hot dogs to his body to avoid the baggage fees.
- 15:34Speaker 4: You imagine if his family, thank god he was stopped.
- 15:37Speaker 4: You imagine eating nut.
- 15:40Speaker 7: Hot dog that some dude taped to his body and
- 15:43Speaker 7: traveled from Florida to Cincinnati. Tell us, I don't think
- 15:47Speaker 7: that'll cook off.
- 15:49Speaker 6: You know, that's disgusting.
- 15:51Speaker 7: They were like, sir, you can't do that. He said,
- 15:53Speaker 7: why not? Ain't legal about it.
- 15:57Speaker 6: What.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Yeah, so his name is Eugene, I know, shocker. And
- 16:04Speaker 4: then he doesn't making time to the family cookout and
- 16:06Speaker 4: they're like, what happened?
- 16:07Speaker 7: Yeah, oh you know Eugene he had forty seven gizzies
- 16:10Speaker 7: safe to his body. Wow, he's coming to the cookout.
- 16:14Speaker 6: I mean, else, take that job next cookout?
- 16:17Speaker 7: And why forty seven?
- 16:18Speaker 9: Right?
- 16:18Speaker 4: I don't even think that's a number that would happen
- 16:21Speaker 4: if you bought you know, it's like an odd nights packs.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Like we're doing the math here. I don't think that
- 16:26Speaker 6: works out. There's a lot of math. But well we
- 16:28Speaker 6: probably ate one on the way there.
- 16:29Speaker 7: True, or forty eight smuggled somewhere else, all right.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Next study, research shows the crows don't just hold grudges,
- 16:37Speaker 4: they recruit other birds to hate you. This is why
- 16:40Speaker 4: I'm telling you birds are my enemy number one. Research
- 16:45Speaker 4: over the past decade has shown the crows can recognize
- 16:48Speaker 4: human faces and they hold onto these memories long term.
- 16:53Speaker 7: In a well known study, this just happened even years later.
- 16:56Speaker 4: The birds continue to scold and die with the same
- 16:59Speaker 4: people who treating them wrong, and then they recruit other
- 17:02Speaker 4: crows to also hate you.
- 17:04Speaker 6: Wow.
- 17:05Speaker 7: Yeah, so crow would be like, oh, Pooh, did me nasty?
- 17:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:10Speaker 4: Twenty years later he's like, hey, I already told my homeboys.
- 17:13Speaker 7: Yeah they hate you too.
- 17:14Speaker 4: Now they see Pooh walking into you know, Target, yeah,
- 17:19Speaker 4: or Walmart because he's a probably Walmart birds.
- 17:22Speaker 7: Yeah sure, and they're just swooping at his head. Gang
- 17:27Speaker 7: gang for real.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Just let you know.
- 17:31Speaker 4: When you see a crow today, stay on your toes. Yeah,
- 17:35Speaker 4: you don't know what's gonna happen. Or if you see
- 17:38Speaker 4: Eugene with forty seven hots to his potty bailed a
- 17:42Speaker 4: kid candy slow pasts producer Pooh, This is awesome because
- 17:45Speaker 4: you know what TV shows do I always watch like consistently.
- 17:48Speaker 6: Can its the Cops?
- 17:49Speaker 7: You know me cops? What else? One more?
- 17:54Speaker 6: In Practical Jokers?
- 17:55Speaker 7: You literally that's it? Really, Yes, that's it. Guess who's
- 17:59Speaker 7: on the phone. One of my favorites from Impractical Jokers.

- 18:21Speaker 4: But I just found out that you do something so
- 18:23Speaker 4: cool during your show. You do like an Impractical Jokers
- 18:27Speaker 4: live scenario where you send somebody out on the streets.
- 18:30Speaker 9: Dude, it is wild with without any permission whatsoever or anything.
- 18:34Speaker 9: I choose somebody when you're on it is put an
- 18:35Speaker 9: ear piece in their ear, send them out on the
- 18:37Speaker 9: streets of Plano, Texas. We watch on screen in the
- 18:40Speaker 9: club and love on the spot. They've got to do
- 18:42Speaker 9: and say whatever I tell them to, and oftentimes the
- 18:45Speaker 9: police get called.
- 18:45Speaker 7: On the show.
- 18:46Speaker 9: I'm najoke.
- 18:49Speaker 7: See that's worth it right there. That's I mean, that's
- 18:52Speaker 7: so much fun.
- 18:54Speaker 9: The other game I do is I borrow three audience
- 18:57Speaker 9: members cell phones and I start texting people bum.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Their phone on their their half.
- 19:02Speaker 9: Oh lord, it's infably all end up the person that

- 19:12Speaker 7: Now do you volunteer?
- 19:14Speaker 4: Do you just pick somebody, because this is why I
- 19:15Speaker 4: don't sit in the front row at comedy shows.
- 19:18Speaker 9: You have to you have to opt in. I can't
- 19:20Speaker 9: forcibly take your phone.
- 19:21Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, fine.
- 19:22Speaker 9: They'll want criteria the game.
- 19:23Speaker 7: I always ask the.
- 19:24Speaker 9: Audience three criteria. The first one is if you're cheating
- 19:27Speaker 9: in your spouse, don't give me your phone.
- 19:31Speaker 4: No, that's awesome, man, I can't wait to see it.

- 20:16Speaker 9: last one season to gone. You know it's certainly because
- 20:19Speaker 9: of our good looks.
- 20:20Speaker 2: I don't know why.

- 20:34Speaker 4: And I know one that I think it stands out,
- 20:36Speaker 4: But is there one that you're just like?
- 20:38Speaker 7: I wish I could. I would have never done that,
- 20:40Speaker 7: never accepted it.
- 20:41Speaker 2: I mean, I'll tell you what.
- 20:42Speaker 9: Like like I just posted and the post blew up.
- 20:44Speaker 9: It's got like sixteen million views already. Right, For the
- 20:47Speaker 9: past ten years, my driver's license has had no eyebrows.

- 21:00Speaker 9: had a new one in my wallet, got a new one,
- 21:02Speaker 9: and I posted both pictures I thought on my social media,
- 21:04Speaker 9: me with no white brows, where I look like Lex
- 21:06Speaker 9: Luthor's you know what, my new one where I look
- 21:12Speaker 9: like I can give you a prescription for his epic
- 21:14Speaker 9: for ten right, for.
- 21:15Speaker 7: Ten years you had that picture with no eyebrows.
- 21:19Speaker 9: I look like I see something, say something.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I know.
- 21:23Speaker 7: What would you be doing if it wasn't this?
- 21:27Speaker 9: Tell you what, man, I would get your text returns
- 21:29Speaker 9: in early I would save I would save you fifteen
- 21:34Speaker 9: percent of your car is short?
- 21:35Speaker 7: That's what every day and I think something, Thank god
- 21:38Speaker 7: you're doing this? Then? Thank god? No, I think it's

- 22:37Speaker 7: So hook that up. We'll do it after dirty Little Secret.
- 22:39Speaker 7: Cannis Lopez, what's going on?
- 22:41Speaker 5: Well, two data center firms are expected to spend almost
- 22:43Speaker 5: a billion dollars to.
- 22:44Speaker 6: Expand in South Dallas.
- 22:46Speaker 5: One will be a two story data center that will
- 22:48Speaker 5: start construction in September and finished by the end of
- 22:51Speaker 5: next year. These will be located near the border of
- 22:54Speaker 5: Wilmer and Lancaster. So this is going to be right
- 22:57Speaker 5: next door to stream data centers already. You know, seventy
- 23:00Speaker 5: seven acre campus there in Lancaster, but DFW one of
- 23:03Speaker 5: the nation's largest and fastest growing data center markets already.
- 23:08Speaker 5: I also know that Grandberry just rezoned two thousand acres
- 23:12Speaker 5: for a data center power plant, despite everybody showing up
- 23:15Speaker 5: at that city council meeting to say, like, we have
- 23:18Speaker 5: concerns about this, Please.
- 23:19Speaker 6: Don't do this.
- 23:20Speaker 5: And the Cities Planning and Zoning Commission also said they
- 23:24Speaker 5: advised against this as well, but they're moving forward with
- 23:26Speaker 5: it in Granbury.
- 23:27Speaker 7: That's such a random place to put a data center.
- 23:30Speaker 6: Yeah, isn't that close.
- 23:31Speaker 5: To where the bitcoin mining place was that everyone was
- 23:34Speaker 5: complaining about.
- 23:34Speaker 4: I don't know, But what is there to complain about.
- 23:36Speaker 4: I'm sure there is, don't get me wrong. But is
- 23:38Speaker 4: it the lights or is it you know, I heard
- 23:40Speaker 4: there's so much light, Like there's a lot of light
- 23:42Speaker 4: pollution around these places, and they take a lot of
- 23:45Speaker 4: obviously energy and resources.
- 23:47Speaker 7: So people don't want them in their neighborhoods. But I
- 23:49Speaker 7: guess we got to have them somewhere.
- 23:50Speaker 6: I guess so, But I mean, I wouldn't want it
- 23:53Speaker 6: close to me.
- 23:53Speaker 7: We just went to the moon. Can we put them there? No?
- 23:56Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 23:56Speaker 6: Can we do the data there and they just send
- 23:58Speaker 6: it here and leave it all alone?
- 24:00Speaker 7: I don't know. I don't know how it works. I'm
- 24:01Speaker 7: not smart enough.
- 24:02Speaker 6: But it's a lot those seventy seven acres. Guys Home
- 24:05Speaker 6: Depot is.
- 24:05Speaker 5: Already selling Halloween decorations. They're halfway to Halloween. Drop was
- 24:10Speaker 5: released yesterday. They say, it's bigger, boulder and spookier than ever.
- 24:14Speaker 6: I knew you were going to sigh. What I told
- 24:16Speaker 6: this story, gosh, Halloween stuff. Yeah, halfway.
- 24:19Speaker 5: So these oversized animated decorations include a nine foot t
- 24:23Speaker 5: Rex and eight and a half foot Led Night, and
- 24:26Speaker 5: then there's this like six and a half foot animated
- 24:29Speaker 5: led what they call Snarling Snowman, among other things.
- 24:33Speaker 6: They're legit.
- 24:34Speaker 5: I looked at these and I was like, these look
- 24:35Speaker 5: like full on, like you know, hanted house style decorations,
- 24:39Speaker 5: which you were pretty bad at decorating last year.
- 24:41Speaker 6: So maybe you do want to take advantage of this
- 24:43Speaker 6: early situation.
- 24:44Speaker 7: Are you thing me?
- 24:45Speaker 6: Well, I remember last year you.
- 24:46Speaker 5: Didn't put your tree up until the last minute, and
- 24:48Speaker 5: I don't remember if you put your skelle up.
- 24:49Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 24:50Speaker 4: I put my skeleton on, but it took forever. Yeah,
- 24:53Speaker 4: it's hard, I know. I mean I don't even know
- 24:55Speaker 4: where to store that skeleton. I love the twelve foot skeleton.
- 24:58Speaker 6: That's a good point.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Where do I put it? To put in my attic?
- 25:00Speaker 4: And it's just it's a whole process.
- 25:02Speaker 6: Well, if you want to sell it on Facebook Marketplace
- 25:04Speaker 6: and get this.
- 25:05Speaker 5: New one, listen to this because the twelve foot scaley
- 25:07Speaker 5: now has an upgrade where you can record your.
- 25:10Speaker 6: Voice and do lines with sound effects.
- 25:12Speaker 5: You use an app on your phone. Yeah, so maybe
- 25:16Speaker 5: you want.
- 25:16Speaker 8: A new one weird stuff on there.
- 25:22Speaker 7: I am going to so do that and just I'm
- 25:24Speaker 7: gonna just I don't know, record poo saying something.
- 25:27Speaker 5: I mean that one isn't part of the Halfway to
- 25:29Speaker 5: Halloween collection.
- 25:30Speaker 6: It's gonna come out later this year. You know, they
- 25:31Speaker 6: usually put out the Halloween stuff like.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Late July or early August. But good tip, Halloween is
- 25:36Speaker 5: on a Saturday this year. We're only like six months away.
- 25:39Speaker 5: We're halfway there.
- 25:41Speaker 6: Uh, guys, Joey Fatone is talking about.
- 25:43Speaker 5: The possibility of a long awaited n Sync reunion.
- 25:46Speaker 6: Listen to this.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Do I see anything in the near future?
- 25:49Speaker 1: No, I don't.
- 25:49Speaker 10: Jac just said that there was a zoom call, was
- 25:52Speaker 10: it with everybody?
- 25:53Speaker 11: Just in include all of us were there talking, just
- 25:55Speaker 11: talking to each other. What I want to do it? Yes,
- 25:57Speaker 11: some of the other guys, I'm sure some of the
- 25:59Speaker 11: other guys maybe not. I can only speak for myself.
- 26:02Speaker 10: The general consensus think that Justin may be the whole.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Now, you're not wrong.
- 26:06Speaker 11: In a sense I'm thinking that, But honestly, it is
- 26:08Speaker 11: a group thing because they think all of us have
- 26:10Speaker 11: that doubt as well.
- 26:11Speaker 7: No, no, it's not. It's a Justin thing. At this point.
- 26:15Speaker 4: They always said JC was the one that was stopped
- 26:17Speaker 4: at the reunion, right, which you know more than me,
- 26:20Speaker 4: was that the case?
- 26:20Speaker 5: I heard that rumor also, But it's hard not to
- 26:23Speaker 5: think Justin's the one holding it up.
- 26:24Speaker 6: He's the one that's been on.
- 26:25Speaker 5: A world tour, Ben Pull, you know, arrested, He's been
- 26:28Speaker 5: the one that's been doing everything, but focusing on an
- 26:31Speaker 5: INSANCT reunion.
- 26:32Speaker 7: It's got to be just It's not Chris kerh Patrick.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Oh no, he's out still performing legacy, Yeah doing, Yeah,

- 26:40Speaker 4: Oh really, I think of this summer. Yeah, in the fall.
- 26:42Speaker 4: Either way, they do the big pop tour.
- 26:44Speaker 6: Yeah, you know two two K or Pop two.
- 26:46Speaker 7: K and yeah he's on those so.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Yeah, that's so fun.
- 26:50Speaker 7: Make this happen.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Re union needs to happen, and they need to tour
- 26:53Speaker 4: with the Backstreet Boys, right and just do one massive
- 26:56Speaker 4: stadium tour.
- 26:57Speaker 7: Oh, that would be huge.
- 26:58Speaker 5: It would be huge with the Backstreet Boys don't need them.
- 27:00Speaker 5: They're crushing it at the sphere and it's.
- 27:02Speaker 7: Like in sync at the sphere.
- 27:03Speaker 6: I agree, like, don't worry about it not.
- 27:05Speaker 5: Being successful or being as big as BSB.
- 27:07Speaker 6: Who cares? Because we don't want it. It would be here.
- 27:09Speaker 7: You were a massive fan.
- 27:10Speaker 5: Still are still Yeah, but I'm only going if it's
- 27:13Speaker 5: all five, So y'all figure it out.
- 27:15Speaker 7: We're not gonna go if Justin's not there, No.
- 27:17Speaker 6: Come on, sorry, Joey, I love joe would make no sense.
- 27:21Speaker 6: I love Chris It.
- 27:23Speaker 7: I don't like seeing Joey fittoning completely gray hair.
- 27:25Speaker 6: Though that's a lot for me to process.
- 27:27Speaker 7: He looks like Sanna Oh and I love him. I
- 27:30Speaker 7: do too, but.
- 27:31Speaker 4: Good for him owning his age. I just don't like
- 27:33Speaker 4: it because it makes me feel old, right.
- 27:35Speaker 6: Same for sure?
- 27:35Speaker 5: All right, I'm Candislopez. Those are your Texas hop stories.

- 27:53Speaker 7: rain pretty much every day for a week. What is
- 27:56Speaker 7: going on?
- 27:57Speaker 6: Spring?
- 27:57Speaker 7: Should we build an arc?
- 28:00Speaker 8: Right?
- 28:01Speaker 7: Either way?
- 28:02Speaker 4: All right, what's your secrets? Let us know eight three
- 28:04Speaker 4: three seven eight seven one o two nine. Whatever your
- 28:06Speaker 4: secret is, bring it, big secret, little secret.
- 28:09Speaker 7: Also Bruno Mars tickets coming up next. Uh, now you've
- 28:12Speaker 7: got a secret? What's up?
- 28:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 28:14Speaker 12: Man, I mean I've kind of been carrying this around
- 28:16Speaker 12: and for years now and nobody really knows about it
- 28:20Speaker 12: because I was kind of like born into it. But
- 28:23Speaker 12: you know, my family is openly racist, like you know,
- 28:27Speaker 12: that's just kind of how I was raised.
- 28:30Speaker 7: Did you say, like I'm racist?
- 28:32Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 28:32Speaker 7: Oh oh openly racist. Wow.
- 28:35Speaker 12: You know, I'm from one of those like small towns
- 28:38Speaker 12: where like even though like it's twenty twenty six, like
- 28:41Speaker 12: in this town, like everything's still divided like it used
- 28:44Speaker 12: to be.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Like I mean, you know, like the black the black
- 28:46Speaker 1: people stay on the east side, right.
- 28:49Speaker 7: No, you know what I hate that there's all these
- 28:50Speaker 7: cities actually still exist. First, so they do. Second of all,
- 28:54Speaker 7: like what do they call it?
- 28:55Speaker 8: Sunset sundowntown? Sundowntown Like that to me is wild? Just anyway,
- 29:02Speaker 8: So well.
- 29:03Speaker 12: I mean the part that messes with me is that,
- 29:05Speaker 12: like you know, even though like things are new, like.
- 29:07Speaker 2: You know, the mindset never changes around that town, right
- 29:10Speaker 2: you know.
- 29:11Speaker 12: And I guess because I was living in it like
- 29:14Speaker 12: most of my life, I didn't really like question it.
- 29:16Speaker 12: You know, It's just how things were, which is no
- 29:18Speaker 12: longer an excuse ever now the beliefs, like I started
- 29:24Speaker 12: to like absorb certain beliefs without even realizing it that
- 29:27Speaker 12: or realizing that I kind of had a choice. And
- 29:29Speaker 12: so like a couple of years ago, I went to
- 29:32Speaker 12: like I went to therapy for something that had nothing
- 29:34Speaker 12: to do with this, and you know, as I was
- 29:37Speaker 12: sitting there and talking like, that's kind of when it
- 29:39Speaker 12: hit me, like I finally saw how much of like
- 29:42Speaker 12: that kind of thinking was in me, and like how
- 29:44Speaker 12: it was like dangerous. And I mean especially because like
- 29:47Speaker 12: I've got a job that puts me in the public eye.
- 29:49Speaker 2: I mean, but not just that like it's wrong.
- 29:52Speaker 7: Of course, I don't want to ask what you do
- 29:55Speaker 7: or anything like that, but so this is something you
- 29:57Speaker 7: think you were kind of subconsciously being racist for a while.
- 30:02Speaker 12: Wow, right, you know, I just during that therapy session
- 30:05Speaker 12: I kind of realized, like part of my past mindset
- 30:08Speaker 12: should like never be in that position, and so like
- 30:11Speaker 12: you know, I'm I'm in this process of kind of unlearning,
- 30:14Speaker 12: which I mean it's been super slow and it's been
- 30:17Speaker 12: really uncomfortable. But like, you know, I had to make
- 30:20Speaker 12: that decision like either I can keep my family clothes
- 30:23Speaker 12: and like continue how I was raised, or I could
- 30:25Speaker 12: like walk away and be the person that I wouldn't
- 30:28Speaker 12: be ashamed of being.
- 30:29Speaker 2: And so you know, I kind of chose to walk away.
- 30:32Speaker 12: And I mean, you know, I don't really talk to
- 30:34Speaker 12: my family anymore, which you know sometimes can be a
- 30:36Speaker 12: little isolating.
- 30:37Speaker 7: So you don't talk to your family anymore.
- 30:40Speaker 12: No, because I had that conversation where I was like, hey,
- 30:43Speaker 12: you know, this kind of stuff is wrong, and they
- 30:45Speaker 12: were like, well, this is how it is.
- 30:46Speaker 2: I was like, well, that's not how it has to
- 30:48Speaker 2: be now.
- 30:48Speaker 12: You know, it's not the Only real person I talked
- 30:51Speaker 12: to is my older sister, who like moved up north
- 30:53Speaker 12: a couple of years ago.
- 30:54Speaker 7: But she's not she doesn't have those believe those awful beliefs.
- 30:57Speaker 12: No, she left first, and like you know, and now
- 31:00Speaker 12: I'm kind of understanding why she left, you know, And
- 31:05Speaker 12: I mean the reason I wanted to like call in
- 31:06Speaker 12: and share this is, like, you know, silence is kind
- 31:09Speaker 12: of what keeps this cycle alive, and like anybody else, listening,
- 31:14Speaker 12: like choosing differently is really the only way that these
- 31:18Speaker 12: inleft cycles are ever going to actually truly end. And
- 31:21Speaker 12: so I really felt compelled.
- 31:22Speaker 7: To like, oh, I'm glad you did.
- 31:25Speaker 8: Yeah, because I got a lot of friends when I
- 31:26Speaker 8: was growing up whose grandparents thought like that.
- 31:29Speaker 7: They always they would.
- 31:32Speaker 8: Refer to me to those derogatory names, and you know,
- 31:36Speaker 8: you know how I am, like refer to.
- 31:38Speaker 7: You as that.
- 31:38Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, they what they would tell they would tell
- 31:41Speaker 8: their you know, their grandson. I remember Bubba Hort and
- 31:44Speaker 8: this guy grew up with his his granddad, would you know,
- 31:47Speaker 8: call me the in word?
- 31:48Speaker 1: But he said I was a good in word, I swear.
- 31:51Speaker 8: And I'd be like what And Bubba was like, you
- 31:55Speaker 8: can't say that, And I told him, like I understand,
- 31:58Speaker 8: Like I don't condone it, but I understand why his grandfather,
- 32:02Speaker 8: you know, because he was in his late set.
- 32:03Speaker 7: Doesn't I get it? But I don't get it. It's
- 32:06Speaker 7: just crazy.
- 32:07Speaker 6: You can't.
- 32:07Speaker 8: I mean, I'm glad he admitted it, right, And he
- 32:10Speaker 8: got away from it and that sense, and no, but
- 32:13Speaker 8: that's not acceptable.
- 32:14Speaker 7: I don't care what, oh whatever context, it is not acceptable.
- 32:18Speaker 5: No, But sometimes I wish people like you would stay
- 32:21Speaker 5: in those communities to try to be the change, you know, Right,
- 32:24Speaker 5: at the same time, it's so difficult, though, when you're
- 32:26Speaker 5: that person to be surrounded by it.
- 32:28Speaker 7: That's what I was gonna asking.
- 32:29Speaker 4: But it sounds like you did have the conversation with
- 32:31Speaker 4: your family, and you can't force people to change once
- 32:34Speaker 4: you get that effort. I get why you're exhausted by it. Like,
- 32:37Speaker 4: as long as you try to me, that's what matters.
- 32:39Speaker 4: You try to make a difference. You try to go
- 32:41Speaker 4: this is not right. But then I don't want to
- 32:43Speaker 4: be around it.
- 32:44Speaker 7: I get it.
- 32:45Speaker 12: Oh, it's difficult to like continually have those conversations over
- 32:50Speaker 12: and over and over.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Right, right, yeah, yeah, it's especially when you don't believe
- 32:55Speaker 4: that you're so far removed from that world mentally, right.
- 32:58Speaker 5: And we need to teach critical thinking, yeah, because if
- 33:02Speaker 5: we don't, we're this continues.
- 33:04Speaker 4: Well, and I didn't grow so to me, like I
- 33:06Speaker 4: didn't grow up here. I grew up I've spent the
- 33:08Speaker 4: last twenty six years here but for you know, my
- 33:10Speaker 4: child that I was in Detroit, where to me, I
- 33:12Speaker 4: didn't experience racism like some people did. Hear and because
- 33:17Speaker 4: I mean I grew up where I was, maybe it
- 33:19Speaker 4: was fifty to fifty black kids, white kids, you know, Yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 4: we were mixed. It was a mixed group. I didn't
- 33:24Speaker 4: even look at race like that. Yeah, Honestly, until I
- 33:26Speaker 4: moved here, I realized people still make note of it.
- 33:29Speaker 8: Remember there was an instance when me and Billy were
- 33:32Speaker 8: right across the street at the mall and a guy
- 33:34Speaker 8: threw his keys to me.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Oh yeah, like I was valet. He goes parking up front,
- 33:38Speaker 1: and like.
- 33:39Speaker 8: Before I could even say anything, Billy jumped on and
- 33:41Speaker 8: he's like, what are you doing, dude?
- 33:43Speaker 4: He assumed because he was the black guy standing at
- 33:45Speaker 4: the valet stand that he was the one valet in. Yeah,
- 33:48Speaker 4: and I said, no, we're actually here to eat, and
- 33:50Speaker 4: I threw his keys back at him. It's sickney, But hey,
- 33:54Speaker 4: props to you. I'm glad you came out and said
- 33:56Speaker 4: something about it.
- 33:57Speaker 7: And you know, I mean, I do understand why you
- 34:00Speaker 7: you wouldn't be proud of your family rightfully, So yeah.
- 34:02Speaker 12: I mean I just realized how much of it, like
- 34:05Speaker 12: I was holding in that I didn't even realize that
- 34:07Speaker 12: that was my mentality.
- 34:08Speaker 2: And I just think the discussion needs to be had more.
- 34:11Speaker 4: Good for you, well, thank you, and yeah, I'm glad
- 34:14Speaker 4: you did what you did and you're and you're breaking
- 34:16Speaker 4: a cycle that that I think people don't realize it's
- 34:18Speaker 4: so important when you're not just this. But in any case,
- 34:22Speaker 4: like you know, with me, my dad wasn't around. I
- 34:25Speaker 4: was not gonna let I was not going to be
- 34:27Speaker 4: a bad father to my son. I want to break
- 34:29Speaker 4: that cycle. Yeah, right, generations to come be like, hey, no,
- 34:33Speaker 4: no my dad was around. You're breaking a different type
- 34:36Speaker 4: of cycle that's just as important, honestly. Yeah, So good
- 34:39Speaker 4: for you, and thank you for calling up.
- 34:41Speaker 2: You got it, man, You've agreed with you today, you too, and.
- 34:44Speaker 7: You got to talk about this stuff sometimes.
- 34:45Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, I'm just also surprised that Poo hung
- 34:48Speaker 4: up with a guy.
- 34:49Speaker 7: Named Bubba Horton. Yeah, is that real?
- 34:52Speaker 8: Yeah, he was in the ffa's Future Farmers of America.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Of course, of course he was. If you if you
- 35:02Speaker 4: if your name is Bubba Horton, Yeah, oh, Bubba and
- 35:05Speaker 4: Neil see I just picture a huge dude wearing overalls.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Yeh, yeah, that's it.
- 35:10Speaker 7: You still talk to Bubba.
- 35:11Speaker 8: No, I haven't seen Bubban years man, Bubba Horton eight
- 35:14Speaker 8: three kid, He's.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Done for Kenni's court.
- 35:21Speaker 7: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning,
- 35:24Speaker 7: All rise for the Honorable Judge. Candislow tests the Queen
- 35:28Speaker 7: of Cale, the Brussels Sprouts, Battie, the mesquite, Mamacita, whatever
- 35:34Speaker 7: you want to call her. She's on the band Sheep
- 35:36Speaker 7: will see this case.
- 35:37Speaker 4: And if you have a problem at candasan Air on
- 35:40Speaker 4: Instagram at candas on Air on Instagram, send it to her.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Do it.
- 35:43Speaker 7: Yeah, it's mixed one or two point nine. Hopefully having
- 35:44Speaker 7: a good day. Let's get to court. Here we go.
- 35:46Speaker 4: So I guess I've gotten myself into a little situation
- 35:49Speaker 4: with my girl. That's what this guy writes, and he
- 35:51Speaker 4: says all because of something so simple. We've been together
- 35:55Speaker 4: for two and a half years, and I've called.
- 35:57Speaker 7: Her wifey for a while now, wow, because our relationship
- 36:01Speaker 7: is so easy and comfortable. Well, her birthday just passed
- 36:04Speaker 7: and I wanted to make it special for her, so
- 36:06Speaker 7: I threw her a surprise party. And I thought it
- 36:09Speaker 7: all went pretty well well.
- 36:11Speaker 4: The next day I could tell something was up with her,
- 36:13Speaker 4: and when we talked about it, she called me out
- 36:16Speaker 4: for telling her things like this is going to be
- 36:18Speaker 4: an extra special birthday. I thought it was, but she
- 36:22Speaker 4: said she's devastated because I didn't propose to her.
- 36:26Speaker 7: Oo oh oh. She said I always call her WiFi
- 36:33Speaker 7: and that getting her hopes up was an a whole move. Okay,
- 36:39Speaker 7: if you call your girlfriend WiFi, are you expected to
- 36:43Speaker 7: just propose? I thought it was a term of endearment
- 36:47Speaker 7: and I'm just not ready for that yet. What do
- 36:50Speaker 7: you think, Candice? Please help? She's acting much different towards
- 36:54Speaker 7: me now.
- 36:55Speaker 6: Oh all right, Well see why you can Yeah I
- 36:59Speaker 6: kind of can't.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Why.
- 37:01Speaker 6: Well, words have power?
- 37:02Speaker 9: Right?
- 37:02Speaker 5: Why are you calling her wife if she's not your wifey?
- 37:05Speaker 5: I mean, you know, girls, Yeah, but girls take that
- 37:08Speaker 5: stuff serious. You know, after two and a half years,
- 37:11Speaker 5: she clearly, you know, expected more out of this if
- 37:13Speaker 5: you're telling her this is gonna be what did he say,
- 37:15Speaker 5: like an extra special birthday? If he's dropping little hints
- 37:19Speaker 5: about it, I see what he meant. He was throwing
- 37:21Speaker 5: a surprise party, and that's extra special. Because surprise parties
- 37:24Speaker 5: are right.
- 37:25Speaker 7: But she's in a different mindset.
- 37:28Speaker 6: Yeah, her mind being called wifey?
- 37:31Speaker 4: Okay, Now I thought that was it at first, somethinking
- 37:33Speaker 4: to myself, what does she have to be upset about for?
- 37:35Speaker 4: That's that is a term of endearment. I think if
- 37:37Speaker 4: you're calling you know, your girl wifey, Oh, that's my wife.
- 37:40Speaker 4: But I see what you're saying now, you're saying that
- 37:43Speaker 4: he probably subconsciously got her hopes up.
- 37:46Speaker 7: He's not on that planet. He's like, I'm not proposing yet, right.
- 37:48Speaker 7: She's like it might happen soon. We've been together for
- 37:50Speaker 7: two and a half years. It's going to be an
- 37:52Speaker 7: extra special birthday. She's putting things together. She's telling her girls, Oh,
- 37:55Speaker 7: you know what, why is it extra special?
- 37:57Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 37:57Speaker 7: You know, I'm not turning like a landmark number birth day, right,
- 38:01Speaker 7: So what is it?
- 38:01Speaker 1: Oh?
- 38:01Speaker 8: He might pop the question on my birthday? How about
- 38:04Speaker 8: this extra special? Because I put this thing together, I
- 38:07Speaker 8: got all your friends, all my friends.
- 38:11Speaker 6: Special special.
- 38:13Speaker 8: I mean, what's wrong with this? Hey, you're my wife,
- 38:16Speaker 8: that's my girl. I've never called a girl a girlfriend WiFi.
- 38:19Speaker 2: What right?
- 38:20Speaker 6: Why would you? They're not your wife?
- 38:21Speaker 7: Right? I don't do that.
- 38:22Speaker 9: You do you have?
- 38:24Speaker 4: You have, of course, yes, yeah I have. I don't
- 38:26Speaker 4: call nicknames though, I don't know, or maybe like babe.
- 38:30Speaker 7: Or something like that. Yeah, totally, but wife. I've never
- 38:32Speaker 7: called the girl wife.
- 38:33Speaker 4: I could hear guys doing it there are not married, right,
- 38:36Speaker 4: and you are kind of setting yourself up if you're
- 38:38Speaker 4: not gonna propose.
- 38:39Speaker 5: Don't don't do that, right, don't even go there. It's
- 38:41Speaker 5: like a mind trick. It's a game, like you don't
- 38:44Speaker 5: realize you're doing you know what I mean. I don't
- 38:47Speaker 5: know if you don't introduce someone as wifey, no, you know.
- 38:50Speaker 1: No, you don't do that.
- 38:52Speaker 8: I don't think i'd introduce them, but I'd just be like, yeah,
- 38:54Speaker 8: that's my wife, that's my girl.
- 38:55Speaker 7: But it's not.
- 38:56Speaker 5: No, that's your girl, that's your girlfriend. That's not even
- 38:58Speaker 5: your fiance, much less your wife. You skip right over
- 39:00Speaker 5: us getting engaged.
- 39:02Speaker 7: That is true. You know, I'm kind of seeing your point.
- 39:05Speaker 1: She's just reading into girls do that, though sometimes read into.
- 39:08Speaker 6: Well, yeah that's all we do, we exhausting.
- 39:12Speaker 7: What at what point?
- 39:13Speaker 4: Though it is two and a half years. I mean,
- 39:15Speaker 4: I do see your point now. At first I didn't
- 39:18Speaker 4: but two and a half years in you are starting
- 39:21Speaker 4: to think. I mean I would assume, yeah, that's.
- 39:23Speaker 6: Going on with already saying wifey. I mean I don't know.
- 39:26Speaker 5: I think it's just a trick, okay, and she just
- 39:29Speaker 5: got you know, really disappointed or devastated, as he said.
- 39:32Speaker 7: You think she has a valid reason to be upset.
- 39:34Speaker 9: I do.
- 39:34Speaker 6: At first, I.
- 39:35Speaker 5: Thought, oh, she's just being you know, emo about this,
- 39:38Speaker 5: But no, I don't think so.
- 39:40Speaker 7: Okay, you think it's it's legit. So but what does
- 39:42Speaker 7: he do about it? Now?
- 39:43Speaker 9: Right?
- 39:44Speaker 7: He doesn't propose? Now, well, I feel bad. So here's
- 39:46Speaker 7: a ring.
- 39:47Speaker 9: Yeah do that.
- 39:49Speaker 5: Don't do that if you're not ready, you're not ready,
- 39:51Speaker 5: don't just do it because she's upset about the surprise party.
- 39:53Speaker 6: Yeah, absolutely, I.
- 39:54Speaker 7: Think you're right. Okay, Canvas slow Pez, there is a verdict.
- 39:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I just feel so bad for her. This guy's guilty.
- 40:00Speaker 5: In a no kneeling, Nick, come on, no kneeling, Nick,
- 40:09Speaker 5: call her WiFi until she's wifey. Do I think she's
- 40:12Speaker 5: over reacting slightly? Maybe just a tinge I can see,
- 40:15Speaker 5: but calling you wifey, telling you like this is gonna
- 40:17Speaker 5: be an extra special birthday getting her hopes up and stuff.
- 40:20Speaker 5: Plus like, I hate when people drop hints about surprises.
- 40:22Speaker 5: If there's a surprise.
- 40:23Speaker 6: Party going down, don't drop a single hit.
- 40:25Speaker 7: Don't.
- 40:26Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm getting overly excited and ruined this thing.
- 40:28Speaker 7: Okay, that's verir. He is guilty of being a.
- 40:31Speaker 6: No kneeling nick.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Tough stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid.
- 40:36Speaker 6: In the morning only on the new Mix one or
- 40:39Speaker 6: two point nine.
- 40:40Speaker 4: A chance to see Bruno Mars. These tickets coming up
- 40:42Speaker 4: eight forty will do it. We do it on the forties.
- 40:44Speaker 7: Every hour.
- 40:44Speaker 4: You'll not only get sold out floor seats, you also
- 40:46Speaker 4: get dinner, hotel, little staycation on us to see Bruno Mars.
- 40:50Speaker 7: CANi Slopez, what's up?
- 40:52Speaker 5: Well, Taylor Sheridan's Frisco King is casting extras here in
- 40:55Speaker 5: the Metroplex. The show started production in Fort Worth a
- 40:58Speaker 5: few weeks ago. So this is the whole Sick King
- 41:00Speaker 5: spin off. It was originally called No Licking. Remember it
- 41:04Speaker 5: stars Samuel L.
- 41:05Speaker 6: Jackson.
- 41:05Speaker 5: The show is going to go for eight episodes, but
- 41:07Speaker 5: Legacy Casting did post the notices for filming and what
- 41:11Speaker 5: some of the options are that they're looking for. And
- 41:13Speaker 5: I know who's always wanted to be an extra in
- 41:15Speaker 5: one of the shows, so maybe you could apply. I
- 41:18Speaker 5: just found the link, so I'll post it on our
- 41:20Speaker 5: Instagram at Mix one O two nine FM. This first
- 41:23Speaker 5: one that they need, though you don't qualify for Pooh unfortunately,
- 41:27Speaker 5: April fourteenth, they need female cheerleaders washing cars.
- 41:32Speaker 7: He was a male cheerleader in high school.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Mascot.
- 41:35Speaker 6: Yeah, he was the Duncanville Panther mascot.
- 41:37Speaker 7: I was a cheerleader, and that's fine. There's male cheerleaders.
- 41:39Speaker 7: Oh yeah, I'm they were.
- 41:42Speaker 4: Wait, now, Pooh wasn't just a mascot. This cracks me
- 41:45Speaker 4: up every time I hear it. He was the backup mascot.
- 41:50Speaker 8: He broke Wait, how are you the backup mascot just
- 41:55Speaker 8: in case something happens.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Yeah, he broke his ankle.
- 41:57Speaker 7: Yeah, it was third string.
- 41:59Speaker 8: It was third string mask and hey, I got to
- 42:01Speaker 8: go to national No, listen, you're you're incredible.
- 42:04Speaker 7: What were you?
- 42:04Speaker 6: What was the mascot?
- 42:05Speaker 1: The black panther? I was the original black panther.
- 42:11Speaker 6: Oh my gosh. That's scene by the way, films in
- 42:13Speaker 6: South Lake.
- 42:14Speaker 5: So you'll make three hundred and fifty dollars for twelve
- 42:16Speaker 5: hours of work if you want to be a part
- 42:18Speaker 5: of that. Lord, I know April twentieth, they need baseball
- 42:21Speaker 5: game attendees with vehicles that one films and Keller You
- 42:26Speaker 5: could try that one maybe, And then there's you know,
- 42:28Speaker 5: the people at a gas station warehouse.
- 42:31Speaker 6: Background vehicles, and then also a sheriff's deputy, which I
- 42:34Speaker 6: think I'm gonna sign you up for that one.
- 42:36Speaker 7: Yeah, Or do they need a guy with a tattoo
- 42:38Speaker 7: of a hot dog in his butt?
- 42:40Speaker 1: Oh?
- 42:42Speaker 7: Because I got I know a guy.
- 42:44Speaker 6: Yeah, I too.
- 42:45Speaker 7: Okay, Well, yeah, we'll keep our eye out.
- 42:47Speaker 6: Yeah, we'll let you know what happens, guys. A rep
- 42:50Speaker 6: for Michael J. Fox says he's doing great after.
- 42:53Speaker 5: CNN accidentally posted a memorial article and video for him.
- 42:57Speaker 5: The tribute was quickly taken down and see and in
- 43:00Speaker 5: apologize to Michael J.
- 43:02Speaker 6: Fox and his family, saying this was published in error.
- 43:06Speaker 5: But I guess he was just at Paileyfest on a
- 43:08Speaker 5: panel doing interviews Tuesday.
- 43:10Speaker 7: How do you accidentally do that?
- 43:11Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 43:12Speaker 4: I swear they do this on purpose, yea for just
- 43:14Speaker 4: press yes and for clicks, and that's sad and sick.
- 43:17Speaker 4: But they get a ton of clicks. No, you're right,
- 43:20Speaker 4: because why else would they do it? How do you
- 43:21Speaker 4: how do you think somebody died?
- 43:23Speaker 13: Right?
- 43:24Speaker 7: How do you accidentally post a whole post a memorial
- 43:27Speaker 7: about somebody who passed away who's not dead.
- 43:29Speaker 6: That's super weird.
- 43:30Speaker 7: They want the clicks.
- 43:31Speaker 6: No, you're right, and it's sad.
- 43:33Speaker 5: But you know, the media outlets do have memorials on
- 43:35Speaker 5: standby for certain people that are already produced just in case.
- 43:39Speaker 6: The news stations everyone.
- 43:41Speaker 7: Yeah, I didn't know they did that, Yeah, for sure,
- 43:43Speaker 7: all of them.
- 43:44Speaker 6: So there's a have this on ready like a death watch, right.
- 43:48Speaker 7: That's sad.
- 43:49Speaker 5: Might be the first to break the news and have
- 43:51Speaker 5: it ready to go. I mean, I mean I don't
- 43:54Speaker 5: know clearly, Michael J.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Fox unfortunately, Yeah, so wrong.
- 43:58Speaker 7: Yeah, they're just like on stand by. Yeah, I mean,
- 44:01Speaker 7: job is that to be like.
- 44:02Speaker 5: Political people and just people in high you know, risk
- 44:06Speaker 5: jobs and celebrities.
- 44:08Speaker 7: If you're the guy who's like, well, you've got to
- 44:10Speaker 7: figure out who you think should be on the death list.
- 44:13Speaker 7: Who do you think is gonna know, Well, let's put
- 44:14Speaker 7: their mof just in case.
- 44:17Speaker 1: Sad music and the bad.
- 44:21Speaker 5: But glad that that story was not for sure guys,
- 44:25Speaker 5: a Kitcat delivery truck got a presidential level escort with
- 44:28Speaker 5: four unmarked SUVs flanking that truck as it drove on
- 44:32Speaker 5: a highway in Canada. This was a marketing stunt they
- 44:35Speaker 5: did after that twelve ton shipment was stolen in Europe.
- 44:38Speaker 5: Do you remember that a couple of weeks ago, right
- 44:39Speaker 5: before Easter, they said that this truck full of you know,
- 44:43Speaker 5: race car shaped kit Cats had been stolen because that
- 44:46Speaker 5: was like an exclusive drop they made for Formula one,
- 44:49Speaker 5: like the Formula.
- 44:49Speaker 6: One cars in the shapes kit Cats in the shape
- 44:52Speaker 6: of the cars, and.
- 44:53Speaker 5: It got stolen and they've never been able to locate
- 44:55Speaker 5: where those kit Cat went.
- 44:57Speaker 4: I don't believe anything anymore. I'm such a bad person
- 44:59Speaker 4: because any that happens and like that was set up. Yeah,
- 45:02Speaker 4: that was set up. They want clicks too, Yeah you think, really,
- 45:04Speaker 4: someone hijacked kit Cat truck and it's gone and they
- 45:07Speaker 4: can't find it.
- 45:08Speaker 5: Actually, now that I processed that, not as much as
- 45:10Speaker 5: I did want those F one kit Cats for my son, yeah,
- 45:13Speaker 5: because he loves Formula One.
- 45:15Speaker 4: No, if you're a criminal, the last thing I'm gonna
- 45:18Speaker 4: do is hijack a Kitcat truck with a bunch of chalcolate.
- 45:20Speaker 1: They can melt.
- 45:22Speaker 3: You know.
- 45:22Speaker 6: It's a high maintenance grab for sure.
- 45:24Speaker 7: And who's yeah what who's buying kit cats in the
- 45:27Speaker 7: black market?
- 45:28Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 45:28Speaker 6: I mean people will the Formula one shape cars. Yeah,
- 45:32Speaker 6: they will well on the market. Yeah, somewhere someone will pay.
- 45:39Speaker 7: I was a kit cat dealer for real. Yeah, do
- 45:44Speaker 7: in life peract the.
- 45:46Speaker 5: Kit cat at all costs. All right, I'm Cana Slowpez.
- 45:49Speaker 5: Those are your Texas top stories.
- 45:50Speaker 6: Oh that's a hot TAKEE let us know what you think.
- 45:53Speaker 6: Here's today's hot take.
- 45:54Speaker 4: All right, it's makes one or two point nine, hopefully
- 45:56Speaker 4: having a good morning. My name is Billy, the kid
- 45:58Speaker 4: can of Slowpez. Right there, she's got her stinky eggs
- 46:00Speaker 4: right now she's eating. So if you could only smell
- 46:03Speaker 4: this studio, it smells like hard boiled eggs. I don't know,
- 46:07Speaker 4: coffee and regret all mixed together. Producer Pooh's here, he
- 46:12Speaker 4: smells good. I already sniffed him earlier. All right, I
- 46:15Speaker 4: take it the day now. I do not agree with
- 46:17Speaker 4: Poo on this. So he ands me this story and
- 46:18Speaker 4: he's like, you got to read this. This is crazy thinking.
- 46:21Speaker 4: I'm gonna be all hype and be on board with him. Yeah,
- 46:23Speaker 4: and you just never know which way it's gonna go.
- 46:25Speaker 4: So this Chick fil A employee, he's working doing his thing.
- 46:28Speaker 4: I think his name is Jaden, good kid. Everybody's like, oh,
- 46:31Speaker 4: he's the best. Whatever he's doing, you know, his rounds
- 46:34Speaker 4: or whatever. Check in the bathroom making sure they're clean.
- 46:36Speaker 4: He works at Chick fil A, goes in there and
- 46:39Speaker 4: he finds two envelopes. Ten thousand dollars in both these envelopes,
- 46:43Speaker 4: so together there's ten thousand dollars he finds by the
- 46:46Speaker 4: toilet at Chick fil A.
- 46:48Speaker 7: First of all, why I don't know. So he's like, well,
- 46:52Speaker 7: what is the first thing Jayden does? First thing he does,
- 46:56Speaker 7: like a responsible young man. He goes to his man
- 47:00Speaker 7: and he turns it in.
- 47:01Speaker 4: Oh, good for him, that's what I said. I said,
- 47:03Speaker 4: good for him. Yeah, he's done the right thing. That's
- 47:06Speaker 4: what you should do. It's not your money, no matter
- 47:08Speaker 4: what the case is, you know. So they're like, cool,
- 47:11Speaker 4: we'll figure out who got it. They checked the cameras.
- 47:14Speaker 4: Turns down, it turns out they tracked down the person
- 47:16Speaker 4: who left this. I guess he was going to the bank.
- 47:17Speaker 4: To make a deposit whatever, Yeah, dropped it and yeah
- 47:21Speaker 4: that's a big loss.
- 47:21Speaker 7: So he was looking for it.
- 47:24Speaker 4: The guy says, thank you so much for finding this
- 47:26Speaker 4: ten thousand dollars, and he offers Jaden a reward. Now
- 47:31Speaker 4: what reward do you think, Candice, Because I don't think
- 47:33Speaker 4: you know the amount that this guy offered would be appropriate,
- 47:37Speaker 4: or do you offer a reward at all?
- 47:40Speaker 6: I think I would offer a reward.
- 47:42Speaker 5: Yeah, if it's like a young kid and you're just like, yeah,
- 47:44Speaker 5: let's make sure that we seal this into this child
- 47:47Speaker 5: or kid that you know this is the right thing
- 47:49Speaker 5: to do, I'd probably give him a couple hundred bucks. Yeah, okay, Yeah,
- 47:58Speaker 5: so this guy maybe too, if you're feeling generous.
- 48:05Speaker 4: So this guy says, thank you for finding the ten
- 48:08Speaker 4: thousand dollars, I'd like to offer you a reward of
- 48:11Speaker 4: five hundred dollars.
- 48:12Speaker 7: Oh wow, And I thought, okay, cool, And I was like, well,
- 48:15Speaker 7: what's wrong with that?
- 48:16Speaker 6: That's awesome?
- 48:17Speaker 7: Who was going off?
- 48:18Speaker 3: No?
- 48:19Speaker 4: I can't believe this guy. I should have kept the money.
- 48:22Speaker 4: I should have never seen it.
- 48:24Speaker 8: You want to instill some value in me at least
- 48:27Speaker 8: a thousand, Homie, ten ten thousand, ten thousand. Just think
- 48:33Speaker 8: how hard how long it took you to get that money,
- 48:36Speaker 8: and I find it, and I'm being honest.
- 48:39Speaker 1: You should be I know you should be.
- 48:42Speaker 7: I know you shouldn't do it. But here's the best part,
- 48:45Speaker 7: the best part of this story for me that I
- 48:47Speaker 7: thought was so special because I love this kid and
- 48:50Speaker 7: it's not even about the money.
- 48:52Speaker 4: It's about his morals and the character. And obviously he
- 48:54Speaker 4: was raised right. Yeah is this guy says, here's five
- 48:57Speaker 4: hundred dollars and this teenage boy who works at Chicken
- 49:00Speaker 4: Jayden says, no, don't worry about it.
- 49:02Speaker 7: I don't need the five hundred dollars.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Yeah, good for him. I'm sorry it couldn't be my kids.
- 49:08Speaker 6: Since you said no a thousand, Yeah, you ain't right.
- 49:11Speaker 4: This is the kind of stuff and the kind of
- 49:13Speaker 4: car that comes around full circle. Yeah, and ends up
- 49:16Speaker 4: you getting paid off way more than five hundred dollars in.
- 49:19Speaker 5: People that are strong in their faith about that. I
- 49:21Speaker 5: respect because you're like, this was a good thing. Good
- 49:23Speaker 5: things will come back to me when they're supposed to
- 49:25Speaker 5: or how they're supposed to be.
- 49:26Speaker 8: I'm sorry, I'm a realist, and I'm telling you if
- 49:30Speaker 8: my kids weren't in school, if I called them both
- 49:32Speaker 8: right now, my young ones, right, they would say no.
- 49:36Speaker 8: They would say, well, they would turn it in, but
- 49:37Speaker 8: they'd be expecting some money, right, and they would get
- 49:40Speaker 8: five hundred dollars. And I think five hundred dollars.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Is absolutely free.
- 49:43Speaker 5: I would definitely have as a kid working there, or
- 49:45Speaker 5: stopped in my tracks and been like, oh.
- 49:47Speaker 6: Do I accept this? He had a dilemma in my head.
- 49:50Speaker 7: Okay, he reluctantly took the money. He did. He ended
- 49:53Speaker 7: up taking it. The guy was like, no, I insist.
- 49:55Speaker 6: He's finally if you insist, If.
- 49:57Speaker 7: You insist, okay, thank you so much. This means a
- 49:59Speaker 7: lot to me and my family.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, I'm glad you said that.
- 50:02Speaker 8: So you're telling me, sixteen year old Billy in Detroit, okay,
- 50:07Speaker 8: say you're working at white Castle.
- 50:09Speaker 7: No, I wouldn't be worth with white Castle.
- 50:10Speaker 1: You're working at is it chick fil As in Detroit?
- 50:12Speaker 7: I never saw anyone there.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Weren't then when I was okay, I'll just say you
- 50:16Speaker 1: were working in a fast food place. You go in
- 50:18Speaker 1: a bathroom, you're closing up shop.
- 50:20Speaker 7: I turn it in. I mean, no doubt about it.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Oh, no question, little sixteen year old billy with year.
- 50:25Speaker 5: Old billy return to turn in one hundred dollars than
- 50:27Speaker 5: I am ten thousands, undred percent.
- 50:30Speaker 7: Yeah, you're right actually, and pooh, you know you know this.
- 50:33Speaker 7: I used to shovel snow for a woman, my neighbor
- 50:37Speaker 7: who hated me, shovel her snow every single time at
- 50:40Speaker 7: snow from when I was ten.
- 50:41Speaker 4: Years old to the time I was what. She passed
- 50:43Speaker 4: away when I was fifteen sixteen, and I never asked
- 50:47Speaker 4: for money. She never offered me money. At first, I
- 50:49Speaker 4: started doing it because my mom made me do it.
- 50:52Speaker 4: Then I did it because it was the right thing
- 50:53Speaker 4: to do. Okay, And how did it pay off for me?
- 50:55Speaker 1: You know this story.
- 50:56Speaker 7: It paid off. She never said one thing to me
- 51:00Speaker 7: ever in her life, never said thank you. Doris Schlack,
- 51:03Speaker 7: that was her name.
- 51:04Speaker 4: She hated me, had no family, husband dying in a
- 51:07Speaker 4: car accident, had no kids.
- 51:10Speaker 7: That's it she was.
- 51:11Speaker 4: We lived in a very middle class whatever neighborhood and
- 51:14Speaker 4: out of nowhere. When she died, her estate called me
- 51:16Speaker 4: and she left me one hundred and fifty thousand dollars
- 51:19Speaker 4: for college.
- 51:19Speaker 7: Amazing one hundred and fifty grand. Yeah, then I had
- 51:23Speaker 7: to go one year and drop out. You know, she's
- 51:29Speaker 7: you know, she's in heaven cussing me out. And I
- 51:33Speaker 7: couldn't use the money for anything else. I couldn't use
- 51:36Speaker 7: that money for anything but college. And if I didn't
- 51:37Speaker 7: use it, I had to pick a charity of my
- 51:39Speaker 7: choice to give the money to.
- 51:41Speaker 4: So I gave it to University of Michigan Cancer Research
- 51:44Speaker 4: because that's what she passed from. But the point is
- 51:47Speaker 4: is I did it for the right reasons, because I
- 51:50Speaker 4: knew she couldn't do it, and I did it. And
- 51:52Speaker 4: I never asked for money. And look that whatever she
- 51:54Speaker 4: would give me twenty bucks at a time turned into
- 51:57Speaker 4: one hundred and fifty thousand dollars in good karma.
- 51:59Speaker 9: You know what?
- 51:59Speaker 1: Good you?
- 52:00Speaker 8: But I know I would have went to my manager
- 52:02Speaker 8: and said, look I found three thousand dollars.
- 52:07Speaker 4: Good morning and be able a kid. Candis Lopez is here,
- 52:10Speaker 4: producer who is here? Today is a day the Candis
- 52:13Speaker 4: brought up. And I didn't even know this because I
- 52:15Speaker 4: hate these days. A matter of fact, I think it's
- 52:17Speaker 4: on my hates list. It is it is national days?
- 52:20Speaker 7: What do I hate?
- 52:21Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 52:21Speaker 5: Like the quote unquote national holidays, like the National Pancake Day.
- 52:25Speaker 7: It's something like that, because there's a day for everything.
- 52:27Speaker 7: And this just proves it goes, this is awesome. You
- 52:29Speaker 7: know what today is?
- 52:30Speaker 4: And I was like, what's it's National Name Yourself Day?
- 52:34Speaker 4: It is That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard
- 52:37Speaker 4: in my life. Why do we need a National Name
- 52:40Speaker 4: Yourself Day?
- 52:40Speaker 6: I don't know, but I remember in third grade. This
- 52:42Speaker 6: is like a core memory for me.
- 52:44Speaker 5: We had a day where we could all change our
- 52:45Speaker 5: name for a day and we did, and my name
- 52:48Speaker 5: was Tiffany.
- 52:49Speaker 6: I changed my name. We all had name tags on
- 52:51Speaker 6: like the sticky ones. Yeah, so everyone had to like
- 52:53Speaker 6: call you by your name.
- 52:54Speaker 7: Okay, okay, this is you know actually I do like this.
- 52:57Speaker 4: So if we had to change your name, if you
- 52:58Speaker 4: had to change your name right now to something else,
- 53:01Speaker 4: if you could control your own name, which I think
- 53:02Speaker 4: you could, A lot of kids do ask for permission
- 53:05Speaker 4: when they grow up to change their name.
- 53:06Speaker 7: A lot of people. That's like a whole thing. People
- 53:08Speaker 7: are changing their names lately.
- 53:10Speaker 4: I don't know, it's weird stuff or whatever because they
- 53:11Speaker 4: don't like the names their parents gave them. If you
- 53:14Speaker 4: had to change your name right now to something, you know,
- 53:16Speaker 4: whatever it may be. You would be Tiffany. Yeah, I
- 53:20Speaker 4: want to know what producer? What would you change your
- 53:23Speaker 4: name to?
- 53:24Speaker 1: Devon?
- 53:26Speaker 9: What?
- 53:27Speaker 1: De Yeah, Devin, like the rapper, Devin, the dude, Like, yeah,
- 53:34Speaker 1: you know.
- 53:34Speaker 7: What else we're gonna do too. I want you to
- 53:36Speaker 7: take this piece of paper.
- 53:36Speaker 4: I want you to write down what you think we
- 53:39Speaker 4: should be named each other, Like, what would if I
- 53:42Speaker 4: think Cannas? You know, let me write Candas is down
- 53:44Speaker 4: right now. I think you would be a good this name.
- 53:47Speaker 4: I'm going to write it down and we'll hand it
- 53:48Speaker 4: to each other. Got mine and I got Pooh's name too, Okay,
- 53:52Speaker 4: so you'd be Devon.
- 53:54Speaker 7: I think I would be. I always wanted to be Lance.
- 53:59Speaker 6: Lance.
- 54:00Speaker 7: No, that doesn't have a ring to it, No, it does.
- 54:04Speaker 7: I always wanted to be a Lance. I thought Lance
- 54:06Speaker 7: was such a cool name.
- 54:07Speaker 6: Yeah, it is a cool name. It's a strong name.
- 54:09Speaker 7: I had a friend named Lance and he was cool,
- 54:10Speaker 7: and I was like, Lance is cool?
- 54:12Speaker 4: Okay, Lance a lot or Johnny? You know Johnny in
- 54:16Speaker 4: the movies in like the nineties. It was always a
- 54:18Speaker 4: Johnny was super cool. Oh that's Johnny.
- 54:21Speaker 6: Yeah, or a zach Za Morris.
- 54:26Speaker 7: Okay, all right, let's get to it now. I can't wait.
- 54:28Speaker 4: Who wants to go first? Here, I'm gonna say, I'll
- 54:30Speaker 4: send you here. I'll give you my Candis. Here's my
- 54:33Speaker 4: piece of paper. This is what I think Candace should
- 54:36Speaker 4: be named if she change her name. Go ahead, Sandra.
- 54:45Speaker 4: I don't know why I think you would be a
- 54:46Speaker 4: good Sandra because you're like to cook, you eat, don't
- 54:51Speaker 4: you eat?
- 54:52Speaker 7: Clean your health?
- 54:54Speaker 4: Sandra is a great baker. Okay, Sandra is a good baker,
- 54:57Speaker 4: saying you wow, you could be a sand.
- 55:00Speaker 8: Wow Sandra Lopez.
- 55:03Speaker 7: I here's Sandra Lopez with Texas Top Stories.
- 55:07Speaker 6: Is not the same?
- 55:09Speaker 7: Slow, okay, all right? No, allright? You want going to
- 55:12Speaker 7: hand you yours?
- 55:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 55:13Speaker 1: Yeah, give me.
- 55:14Speaker 7: Actually we'll wait till pooh lasts. I want to know
- 55:17Speaker 7: what you think Candas should be named?
- 55:18Speaker 6: Here you okay?
- 55:19Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 55:22Speaker 6: Melissa? Okay, I could maybe see me.

- 1:00:42Speaker 5: other things.
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: That Snowman is going to sell out, I guarantee you.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and then then people start selling them on
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: you know, Facebook marketplace for more. Oh really, this stuff
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: goes fast. I can't believe it's already it's not Halloween
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: time though.
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: It's halfway to Halloween, all right. Yeah, so just FYI too.
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: They did announce their twelve foot Skelly is getting an
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: upgrade where you can basically record voice lines with effects
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: on an app on your phone, and so that's a
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: real big upgrade this year that people are going to
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: look for. That One's not part of the Halfway to
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: Halloween collection yet, it's going to come out.
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: Later this year, so take notes.
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: That's cool.
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: We were talking about this earlier, Joey Fatone talking about
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: the possibility of this long awaited en syncre union We've
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: all been thinking about for I mean years at this point.
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: But here's what he had to say.
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: Do I see anything in the near future? No, I don't.
- 1:01:27Speaker 10: Jac just said that there was a zoom call, was
- 1:01:29Speaker 10: it with everybody Justin included?
- 1:01:31Speaker 11: All of us were there talking, just talking to each other.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: What I want to do it?
- 1:01:34Speaker 11: Yes, some of the other guys, I'm sure. Some of
- 1:01:37Speaker 11: the other guys maybe not. I can only speak for myself.
- 1:01:39Speaker 10: The general consensus think that Justin may.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Be the whole.
- 1:01:42Speaker 11: Now you're not wrong in a sense of thinking that,
- 1:01:44Speaker 11: But honestly, it is a group thing because they think
- 1:01:47Speaker 11: all of us have that doubt as well.
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: It's not a group thing. It Justin needs to do it.
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: Everybody else wants to do it. Trust me.
- 1:01:53Speaker 6: The tone of his voice when he said all of
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: us were.
- 1:01:56Speaker 7: There, all of us were there, but make that happen.
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: I know, Oh I don't understand. Like it's it's obviously
- 1:02:02Speaker 6: gonna work. BSB's worked for years now, they've done this.
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: That's part of what he said. Though. He went on
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: to say, like, I don't know if it would work.
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: We're worried that it wouldn't work.
- 1:02:10Speaker 5: Well, why we're telling you do it? We've been telling
- 1:02:13Speaker 5: you for years online. Y'all got together at Coachella without Justin.
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: You had our own and Grande there, you know, and
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: people went crazy over that.
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: Yeah, imagine if Justin was there, right, do it at the.
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: Sphere, Nuts in Vegas, the Residency, you.
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: Guys boys who would open up?
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: It would be amazing. I mean for me, BSP goes first.
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: Oh yeah, insincts, the headliner, the shade. All right, I'm Candaslopez.
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: Those are your Texas top stories off your chest to
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: promise you'll feel better.
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: Welcome to the dirty little Bring on those secrets.
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: We get your Bruno Mars tickets shots win those Next
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: on Mix one on two point nine, buil At a
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: Kid Canda Slopez producer Pooh, whatever your secret is, big secret,
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: little secret, get it off your chest.
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:02:53Speaker 12: Man, I mean I've kind of been carrying this around
- 1:02:56Speaker 12: and for years now, and nobody really knows about it
- 1:03:00Speaker 12: because I was kind of like born into it. But
- 1:03:03Speaker 12: you know, my family is openly racist, like you know,
- 1:03:06Speaker 12: that's just kind of how I was raised.
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: Did you say, like I'm racist?
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:03:12Speaker 7: Oh, oh openly racist. Wow.
- 1:03:15Speaker 12: You know, I'm from one of those like small towns
- 1:03:17Speaker 12: where like even though like it's twenty twenty six, like
- 1:03:20Speaker 12: in this town, like everything's still divided like it used
- 1:03:23Speaker 12: to be.
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: Like I mean, you know, like the black the black
- 1:03:26Speaker 7: people stay on the east side, right. No, you know
- 1:03:29Speaker 7: what I hate that there's all these cities actually still exist, first.
- 1:03:32Speaker 9: Of they do.
- 1:03:33Speaker 7: Second of all, like what do they call it?
- 1:03:34Speaker 8: Sunset Sundowntown Sundowntown?
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: Like that to me is wild just anyway, so.
- 1:03:42Speaker 12: Well, I mean the part that messes with me is that,
- 1:03:44Speaker 12: like you know, even though like things are new, like
- 1:03:47Speaker 12: you know, the mindset never changes around that town, right
- 1:03:50Speaker 12: you know. And I guess because I was living in
- 1:03:53Speaker 12: it like most of my life, I didn't really like
- 1:03:55Speaker 12: question it.
- 1:03:56Speaker 9: You know.
- 1:03:56Speaker 12: It's just how things were, which is no longer an
- 1:03:58Speaker 12: excuse ever, but the beliefs, like I started to like
- 1:04:04Speaker 12: absorb certain beliefs without even realizing it that or realizing
- 1:04:08Speaker 12: that I kind of had a choice. And so like
- 1:04:10Speaker 12: a couple of years ago, I went to like I
- 1:04:12Speaker 12: went to therapy for something that had nothing to do
- 1:04:14Speaker 12: with this, and you know, as I was sitting there
- 1:04:17Speaker 12: and talking, like, that's kind of when it hit me,
- 1:04:19Speaker 12: like I finally saw how much of like that kind
- 1:04:22Speaker 12: of thinking was in me, and like how it was
- 1:04:24Speaker 12: like dangerous. And I mean especially because like I've got
- 1:04:27Speaker 12: a job that puts me in the public eye.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: I mean, but not just that, like it's wrong.
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: Of course, I don't want to ask what you do
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: or anything like that, but so this is something you
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: think you were kind of subconsciously being racist for a while.
- 1:04:42Speaker 12: Wow, right, you know, I just during that therapy session,
- 1:04:45Speaker 12: I kind of realized like part of my past mindset
- 1:04:48Speaker 12: should like never be in that position. And so like
- 1:04:50Speaker 12: you know, I'm I'm in this process of kind of unlearning,
- 1:04:54Speaker 12: which I mean it's been super slow and it's been
- 1:04:56Speaker 12: really uncomfortable, but like you know, I had to make
- 1:04:59Speaker 12: that decision, like either I can keep my family clothes
- 1:05:03Speaker 12: and like continue how I was raised, or I could
- 1:05:05Speaker 12: like walk away and be the person that I wouldn't
- 1:05:07Speaker 12: be ashamed of being. And so you know, I kind
- 1:05:10Speaker 12: of chose to walk away. And I mean, you know,
- 1:05:12Speaker 12: I don't really talk to my family anymore, which you
- 1:05:15Speaker 12: know sometimes can be a little isolating.
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: Oh, I don't talk to your family anymore.
- 1:05:20Speaker 12: No, because I had that conversation where I was like, hey,
- 1:05:23Speaker 12: you know, this kind of stuff is wrong, and they're like, well,
- 1:05:25Speaker 12: this is how it is.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: I was like, well, that's not how it has to
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: be now, you know.
- 1:05:28Speaker 12: It's now the only real person I talked to is
- 1:05:31Speaker 12: my older sister who like moved up north a couple
- 1:05:33Speaker 12: of years ago.
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: But she's not she doesn't have those believe those awful beliefs.
- 1:05:37Speaker 12: No, she left first, and like you know, and now
- 1:05:40Speaker 12: I'm kind of like understanding why she left, you know.
- 1:05:44Speaker 12: And I mean the reason I wanted to like call
- 1:05:46Speaker 12: in and share this is, like, you know, silence is
- 1:05:49Speaker 12: kind of what keeps this cycle alive, and like anybody else, listening,
- 1:05:54Speaker 12: like choosing differently is really the only way that these
- 1:05:57Speaker 12: inlet cycles are ever going to actually true ended.
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: So I really felt compelled.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: To like, I'm glad you did that.
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: Yeah, because I got a lot of friends when I
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: was growing up whose grandparents thought like that. They always yeah,
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: they would refer to me to those derogatory names, and
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: you know, you know how I am, like, refer to
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: you as that. Yeah, yeah, they what they would tell
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: they would tell their you know, their grandson. I remember
- 1:06:23Speaker 8: Bubba Hort and this guy grew up with his his granddad,
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: would you know, call me the inn word?
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: But he said I was a good inn word, I swear.
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: And I'd be like, what, yeah, And Bubba was like.
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: You can't say that, and I told him, like I understand, Like,
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: I don't condone it, but I understand why his grandfather was,
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: you know.
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: Because he was in his late said I get it,
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: but I don't. It's just crazy.
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: I can. I mean, I'm glad he admitted it, right
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: and he got away from it and that sense and no,
- 1:06:53Speaker 8: but that's not acceptable.
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: I don't care what, oh whatever context it is. I'm
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: not acceptable.
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: No, But sometimes I wish people like you would stay
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: in those communities to try to be the change, you know,
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: right At the same.
- 1:07:04Speaker 6: Time, it's so difficult, though, when you're that person to
- 1:07:07Speaker 6: be surrounded by it.
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: That's what I was gonna ask. But it sounds like
- 1:07:09Speaker 7: you did have the conversation with your family and you
- 1:07:12Speaker 7: can't force people to change once you give that effort.
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: I get why you're exhausted by it. Like, as long
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: as you try to me, that's what matters. You try
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: to make a difference, You try to go, this is
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: not right. But then I don't want to be around it.
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: I get it.
- 1:07:26Speaker 12: It's difficult to like continually have those conversations over and
- 1:07:30Speaker 12: over and over.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: Right, right, yeah, yeah, it's especially when you don't believe
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: that you're so far removed from that world.
- 1:07:37Speaker 7: Mentally, right.
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: And we need to teach critical thinking, yeacause if we
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: don't were this continues.
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: Well, and I didn't grow so to me, like I
- 1:07:46Speaker 7: didn't grow up here. I grew up. I've spent the
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: last twenty six years here. But for you, my child
- 1:07:50Speaker 7: that I was in Detroit, where to me, I didn't
- 1:07:52Speaker 7: experience racism like some people did. Hear and because I
- 1:07:57Speaker 7: mean I grew up where I was.
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: Maybe it was fifty fifty black kids, white kids, you know, Yeah,
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: we were mixed.
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: It was a mixed group. I didn't even look at
- 1:08:04Speaker 7: race like that.
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: Yeah, Honestly, until I moved here, I realized it will
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: still make note of it.
- 1:08:09Speaker 8: Remember there was an instance when me and Billy were
- 1:08:12Speaker 8: right across the street at the mall and a guy
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: threw his keys to me. Oh yeah, like I was valet.
- 1:08:16Speaker 8: He goes parking up front and build. Like before I
- 1:08:19Speaker 8: could even say anything, Billy jumped on and he's like,
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: what are you doing, dude?
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: He assumed because he was the black guy standing at
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: the valet stand that he was the one valet in. Yeah,
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: and I said, no, we're actually here to eat, and
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: I threw his keys back at him. It's sickney, But.
- 1:08:33Speaker 7: Hey, props to you. I'm glad you came out and
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: said something about it.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: And you know, I mean, I do understand why you
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: you wouldn't be proud of your family rightfully, So.
- 1:08:42Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean, I just realized how much of it,
- 1:08:44Speaker 12: like I was holding in that I didn't even realize
- 1:08:47Speaker 12: that that was my mentality, And.
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: I just think the discussion needs to be had more.
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: Good for you, Well, thank you, and yeah, I'm glad
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: you did what you did and you're and you're breaking
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: a cycle that. I think people don't realize it's so
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: important when you're not just this. But in any case,
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: like you know, with me, my dad wasn't around. I
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: was not gonna let I was not gonna be a
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: bad father to my son. I want to break that cycle. Yeah, right,
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: generations to come be like, hey, no, no, my dad
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: was around. You're breaking a different type of cycle. That's
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: just as important, honestly. Yeah, So good for you, and
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: thank you for calling up.
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: You got man, you have a great risk you day.
- 1:09:23Speaker 7: It's one of two.
