- 0:16Speaker 2: My name is Rob Shooter, I'm our host, and I'm
- 0:19Speaker 2: joined by our equally naughty friend, Donny Meacham. How are you,
- 0:23Speaker 2: Donnie Helloa lower low.
- 0:25Speaker 1: It is Wednesday, my favorite day of the week. My goodness,
- 0:29Speaker 1: Rob is naughty. It tells me his favorite thing to
- 0:31Speaker 1: do is he loves to just make me cackle. And
- 0:33Speaker 1: then he goes, all right, we're on, and I'm like, wait, wait,
- 0:36Speaker 1: I'm drug.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Five four three and you were coffing up a storm
- 0:42Speaker 2: of tickling your friend darling.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Yes, I've had this cop I'm told you a seasonal allergy, seasons, depression,
- 0:48Speaker 1: it's all the seasons happening.
- 0:49Speaker 2: You know what it is. It's la get back to
- 0:51Speaker 2: healthy New York. Yeah, it's also dirty, I know. You
- 0:57Speaker 2: know what. My theory is, if you can survive New York,
- 1:00Speaker 2: your body becomes immune to everything because this disease everywhere.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Ye it's discussing you literally, like I'm touching a handrail
- 1:09Speaker 1: on a subway that millions of people are touching a day, millions.
- 1:16Speaker 2: I love it. I love it, I love it. Okay,
- 1:18Speaker 2: let's go to the show. So you have a lot
- 1:19Speaker 2: of gossip today. What time is it, my friends? It
- 1:21Speaker 2: is tea time. Bombshells coming out of Britney's books, So
- 1:25Speaker 2: Brittany is not doing any interviews. The book is not
- 1:27Speaker 2: out yet. But what they did, and I think this
- 1:28Speaker 2: is very smart, is they did a cover of People
- 1:31Speaker 2: magazine where I believe they gave them excerpts from the book.
- 1:34Speaker 2: They're saying that they interviewed her, but I think these
- 1:37Speaker 2: are actual excerpts from the book. Maybe the biggest one
- 1:42Speaker 2: is Britney is revealing that she had an abortion because
- 1:45Speaker 2: Justin Timberlake didn't want to be a father. So she's
- 1:48Speaker 2: kept this private for twenty years, and in her upcoming
- 1:51Speaker 2: book she reveals that when she was dating Justin, she
- 1:55Speaker 2: became pregnant with his baby and had an abortion. She
- 1:59Speaker 2: said the far fllowing quote Justin definitely wasn't happy about
- 2:04Speaker 2: the pregnancy. He said, we weren't ready to have a
- 2:07Speaker 2: baby in our lives and we were too young at
- 2:10Speaker 2: the time. She was seventeen, he was eighteen. They got
- 2:14Speaker 2: together I think in nineteen ninety nine until around two
- 2:18Speaker 2: thousand and two. So a big, big bombshell since her
- 2:23Speaker 2: relationship with Justin. Britney went on to become a mother,
- 2:27Speaker 2: welcoming two sons, Sean Preston who's now eighteen can you
- 2:31Speaker 2: believe it? And Jade and James, who is seventeen, with
- 2:33Speaker 2: her second husband, Kevin fedder Lyne. The memoir comes out
- 2:38Speaker 2: nearly two years after Britney was released from her court
- 2:43Speaker 2: order conservatorship that lasted for thirteen years. Hey, what do
- 2:47Speaker 2: you think about this? Bombsheld?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Don't it really is a shaker? Like when I saw
- 2:51Speaker 1: the post, I was like, what excuse me? But I
- 2:55Speaker 1: think what's also shocking is that they were able to
- 2:57Speaker 1: keep this secret for so long. I think what I
- 3:00Speaker 1: really the deep part of me that really wants to
- 3:03Speaker 1: know is here. It talks about how she says Justin
- 3:06Speaker 1: wasn't happy, Justin wasn't ready. I want to know, Like
- 3:09Speaker 1: maybe in the book it's like, does she write about
- 3:11Speaker 1: how she felt at the moment, did she want the baby?
- 3:13Speaker 1: Did she want to try and do it? And was
- 3:16Speaker 1: it something that he wanted her to do? I think
- 3:18Speaker 1: that's the interesting part.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Yeah, we've not seen the book yet, so we don't
- 3:22Speaker 2: know that. I'm sure her editors, her ghostwriter pushed her
- 3:27Speaker 2: to tell that side of the story. These books are
- 3:29Speaker 2: the best after they release a bombshell, when they followed
- 3:33Speaker 2: that up with how it made them feel the bombshell itself,
- 3:38Speaker 2: that's the headline, that's the clickbait that's going to get
- 3:40Speaker 2: us all talking. But I find that interesting too, and
- 3:43Speaker 2: I hope the book. I'm sure the book does jump
- 3:45Speaker 2: into this. How did she feel she was only seventeen,
- 3:48Speaker 2: biggest pop star in the world at the time. Would
- 3:52Speaker 2: having a baby back ben have changed everything? Yes, even
- 3:56Speaker 2: today it can be quite shocking. I broke that Jamie
- 4:00Speaker 2: Lynn Spears was pregnant on the cover of Okay magazine.
- 4:03Speaker 2: That was a bombshell, But that was many years later.
- 4:07Speaker 2: This really was back in nineteen ninety nine. In the
- 4:11Speaker 2: year two thousand, had Britney come out with the fact
- 4:14Speaker 2: that she was pregnant, would have her career disappeared, would
- 4:18Speaker 2: have her young fan base turned on her, would have
- 4:21Speaker 2: the parents of those young's fans turned on Britney. Because
- 4:25Speaker 2: although Britney was a little naughty, she was also squeaky clean,
- 4:29Speaker 2: and that's why she became such a big star. She
- 4:32Speaker 2: appealed to so many different people. Now, justin has not
- 4:36Speaker 2: responded yet. I sent out an email a comment call
- 4:39Speaker 2: to his PR people. He has not responded, which brings
- 4:43Speaker 2: us to our pole question of the day. Britney Spears
- 4:47Speaker 2: revealed that she had an abortion because Justin Timberlake wasn't
- 4:50Speaker 2: ready to be a father. Should Justin respond? This is
- 4:55Speaker 2: a bombshell. He's part of this story. I don't want
- 4:58Speaker 2: to take this story away from the person and that
- 5:00Speaker 2: was pregnant. I don't want to take this story away
- 5:02Speaker 2: from Britney Spears. But Justin's name? Was he vote? She
- 5:07Speaker 2: brought up Justin? Should he respond? I think that's a
- 5:11Speaker 2: legit question. It's a tough one. But should he respond?
- 5:15Speaker 2: As of now he hasn't, but should he? Hey? Go
- 5:18Speaker 2: vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Knights rob facebook
- 5:21Speaker 2: page is noughdy gossip and be sure to check back
- 5:24Speaker 2: tomorrow to hear your result. Hey, Donnie, what are you
- 5:27Speaker 2: working on?
- 5:28Speaker 1: I've got more Britney Spears news. But going back real
- 5:31Speaker 1: quick to Justin. Do you think he told Jessica bial
- 5:34Speaker 1: before this book came out?
- 5:35Speaker 2: And do you think I think would care? I think
- 5:38Speaker 2: if he's smarter than the years he feared the worst.
- 5:41Speaker 2: My reporting was he was trying to get hold of
- 5:43Speaker 2: an advanced copy of this book and he couldn't. It's
- 5:45Speaker 2: like the Harry Potter book. You can't get hold of
- 5:48Speaker 2: this book. So if I was justin, I would have
- 5:51Speaker 2: told my wife everything, assuming the worst is going to
- 5:56Speaker 2: come out. And so I hope he did. The trouble
- 6:00Speaker 2: when you don't know what's going to come out, do
- 6:03Speaker 2: you want to reveal too much? And then Britney actually
- 6:06Speaker 2: never mentioned that. It's awfully complicated. When you know you've
- 6:10Speaker 2: done something bad, you don't have to be Britney Spears.
- 6:13Speaker 2: You don't have to be justin Timberlake to know this.
- 6:15Speaker 2: When you've done something naughty in your own life and
- 6:18Speaker 2: you think it's going to leak, do you reveal everything?
- 6:21Speaker 2: Or do you reveal just a little bit? Very complicated
- 6:25Speaker 2: another Britney Spears story. What else is she revealing?
- 6:28Speaker 1: So we all know when she shaved off her head
- 6:30Speaker 1: it was a wild time in two thousand and seven
- 6:33Speaker 1: and she was acting out, but Brittany had really kind
- 6:35Speaker 1: of stayed quiet on the situation. Now she's speaking out.
- 6:39Speaker 1: She goes basically explaining why she shaved her head off,
- 6:41Speaker 1: and she goes, I'd been eyeballed so much growing up,
- 6:44Speaker 1: I'd been looked up and down, had people telling me
- 6:47Speaker 1: what they thought of my body since I was a teenager.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Shaving my head and acting out were my ways of
- 6:54Speaker 1: pushing back. It's like, wow, it makes you almost like
- 6:59Speaker 1: I remember that we were all worried about Britney, but
- 7:01Speaker 1: we all called her crazy. We are like, oh, she's
- 7:04Speaker 1: gone crazy, she's doing this and that, And now I
- 7:07Speaker 1: look back on it and I go it was a
- 7:09Speaker 1: cry for help, cry for help. It was her way
- 7:11Speaker 1: of saying screw you, basically like I'm tired of you
- 7:15Speaker 1: judging me. I so judge me for you know, stop
- 7:18Speaker 1: looking at me. If I shave my head, maybe you'll
- 7:20Speaker 1: stop looking me. I think it worked against her.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Amazing how you can look at the same event in
- 7:26Speaker 2: a very different way when you have all the information.
- 7:30Speaker 2: At the time we thought she was crazy. Now it
- 7:34Speaker 2: seems it was a cry for help, and to be honest,
- 7:37Speaker 2: Britney is implying that she was more crazy when she
- 7:41Speaker 2: had long blonde hair than when she shaved her head.
- 7:44Speaker 2: She didn't want to be Britney Spears anymore. She didn't
- 7:47Speaker 2: want those extensions. She didn't want to sit in her
- 7:49Speaker 2: hair and makeup chair. She didn't want to be perfect.
- 7:52Speaker 2: We were sold a false bill of goods on Brittany
- 7:55Speaker 2: by her record label, and in the end that backfired.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Not necessarily for the label. They made a ton of money,
- 8:03Speaker 2: but for Brittany, she wasn't that perfect, perfect person that
- 8:09Speaker 2: we were told she was, and she had to live
- 8:12Speaker 2: with that every day. And so her shaving her head
- 8:15Speaker 2: was her way of breaking free. In fact, it was
- 8:19Speaker 2: her being truth. This was her truth. She didn't want
- 8:23Speaker 2: to be Britney Spears anymore.
- 8:26Speaker 1: It's wild. And then she goes on to talk a
- 8:27Speaker 1: little bit about the conservatorship, and she says that, you know,
- 8:30Speaker 1: when she was put out of the conservatorship, you know,
- 8:32Speaker 1: her dad made her grow her hair back, get back
- 8:34Speaker 1: into shape. She had to go to bed early, she
- 8:36Speaker 1: had to take whatever medication they told her to take.
- 8:40Speaker 1: And then she goes on to talk about, you know,
- 8:41Speaker 1: her career basically and doing the pieces of me Las
- 8:44Speaker 1: Vegas tour, which residency which we know was a little
- 8:47Speaker 1: bit of a mess, and she goes, I would do
- 8:48Speaker 1: creative stuff here and there she goes, but I just
- 8:51Speaker 1: wasn't into it. Her heart wasn't there and you could
- 8:54Speaker 1: see it in.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Her could see ze. Yeah, you could see I saw
- 8:57Speaker 2: that shadow. She was just throwing it in. And at
- 8:59Speaker 2: the time we thought she was highly medicated. She might
- 9:01Speaker 2: have been, but she just wasn't into it. I'm hoping
- 9:05Speaker 2: that now Brittany has told her story. I'm hoping that,
- 9:07Speaker 2: now this book has come out, that she gets back
- 9:10Speaker 2: into something she loves. I'm not telling her to go
- 9:12Speaker 2: back to perform. If she doesn't want to do it,
- 9:13Speaker 2: never do it again. You owe us nothing, Britney Spears.
- 9:16Speaker 2: You've given us so much in your life, you owe
- 9:18Speaker 2: us nothing. But if you do want to perform, I'm
- 9:20Speaker 2: telling you that audience is there. We want to see it.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Oh absolute, honey, I'm there. It's a four hour drive
- 9:25Speaker 1: to Vegas. I'll go there to night. What do you
- 9:27Speaker 1: need from me?
- 9:28Speaker 2: Just such amazing revelations. This book is going to be
- 9:33Speaker 2: much more impactful than I thought. What I feared it
- 9:36Speaker 2: would be a little bit dull, but that clearly is
- 9:39Speaker 2: not the case. Moving along, Christina Aguilera was asked about
- 9:43Speaker 2: how does she feel about the upcoming book. So Christina
- 9:46Speaker 2: was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and Jimmy He's so cheeky.
- 9:49Speaker 2: He asked her, do you want to be in the book?
- 9:52Speaker 2: Do you think that you will be in the book?
- 9:54Speaker 2: And Christina said do what? I don't know. Then he said, well,
- 9:58Speaker 2: do you hope to be an it? And I said
- 9:59Speaker 2: I don't No, I'm hoping that everything is all good
- 10:03Speaker 2: with her and everything's beautiful, and I think the future
- 10:05Speaker 2: should be celebrated. But Jimmy did not stop there after.
- 10:09Speaker 2: After asking whether Christina would prefer to be included or
- 10:13Speaker 2: left out of the book, the late night host joked
- 10:16Speaker 2: himself that he'd rather be featured in it if he
- 10:19Speaker 2: was given a chance, and she said, good for you.
- 10:21Speaker 2: I would rather you be featured in it than me too.
- 10:24Speaker 2: What do you think here? These two had a history together.
- 10:27Speaker 2: They were really pitted against each other when they were
- 10:30Speaker 2: coming up in their music business, all that rivalry. You
- 10:32Speaker 2: were either a fan of Christina's, you're a fan of Britney.
- 10:35Speaker 2: You couldn't like both of them. It reminds me of
- 10:37Speaker 2: what we're doing right now with Mega Markle and Kate Middleton.
- 10:40Speaker 2: But at the time it was Brittany and Christina. You know,
- 10:44Speaker 2: this is a story that has been going on a
- 10:46Speaker 2: long time. Remember when it was Debbie Gibson verse Tiffany,
- 10:49Speaker 2: we always like to pit people against each other. At
- 10:52Speaker 2: the moment, I guess it's Taylor Swift verse beyoncey Well.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Christina is saying she just doesn't really know how she
- 10:59Speaker 2: feels about this. She's lived with it for a really
- 11:01Speaker 2: long time. Do you think she would like to be
- 11:03Speaker 2: in the book or just ignore it? What do you think?
- 11:06Speaker 1: Ultimately? I think Christina would personally love to not be
- 11:09Speaker 1: mentioned in the book because they think, you know, the
- 11:11Speaker 1: Britney fans are going to go after anybody that's mentioned
- 11:14Speaker 1: in the book negatively. I think if Christina Aguilar is
- 11:18Speaker 1: mentioned in this book, I think, to be honest, it'll
- 11:21Speaker 1: be squashing the rumors. I think it'll be a little
- 11:23Speaker 1: blurb of her being like talking about how she was
- 11:26Speaker 1: pitted against Christina. And yet, ultimately, I don't think I
- 11:30Speaker 1: can't remember a time that either of them ever said
- 11:32Speaker 1: anything negative about each other publicly.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Yeah, we all said it on their behalf. We were
- 11:37Speaker 2: the ones that are saying it. They never did. It's
- 11:38Speaker 2: so interesting. That would be a lovely chapter paragraph in
- 11:42Speaker 2: the book if Brittany said, I really respect her, She's
- 11:44Speaker 2: got an incredible voice. She's a great musician. I've always
- 11:47Speaker 2: really liked her. I'd love to record with her. Wouldn't
- 11:50Speaker 2: it been lovely if this book could bury that bury
- 11:53Speaker 2: that drama, bury that narrative that two powerful women have
- 11:58Speaker 2: to be at each throats. Once again, we have not
- 12:02Speaker 2: seen the book yet. People Magazine got hold of an excerpt,
- 12:05Speaker 2: an exclusive excerpt, so all this is coming from that,
- 12:08Speaker 2: but it is interesting. Clearly just in Timberlake would rather
- 12:12Speaker 2: not be mentioned in the book Christina like maybe true. Okay,
- 12:17Speaker 2: moving on to a new subject. Tom Cruise is reportedly
- 12:22Speaker 2: not very happy with the Beckhams. What's going on?
- 12:27Speaker 1: So Tom Cruise, when the Beckhams kind of came to town,
- 12:30Speaker 1: moved over from England, David and Victoria, Tom Cruise kind
- 12:33Speaker 1: of tuck him under his wing and he literally, as
- 12:36Speaker 1: report says, gave them the key to the city. Now,
- 12:40Speaker 1: I mean reportedly he was trying to recruit them for
- 12:42Speaker 1: the Church of Scientology, So I mean, we might want
- 12:45Speaker 1: to point that out. But now he's feeling that he
- 12:50Speaker 1: introduced them to everybody important in Hollywood and they chucked
- 12:54Speaker 1: them like they weren't about it. They weren't fans. Now,
- 12:57Speaker 1: if this is true, and they just were like, I
- 12:59Speaker 1: think it's maybe they didn't want to be in scientology.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I think they were just like, you know, maybe there's
- 13:03Speaker 1: not for me. And if you're going to be friends
- 13:05Speaker 1: with Tom, maybe you have to be part of it.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, he really did roll out the red carpet.
- 13:11Speaker 2: So when they turned up in LA they were going
- 13:14Speaker 2: to be the big news sensations. Remember there was a
- 13:16Speaker 2: Reality Hour two on their arrival in LA and it
- 13:19Speaker 2: didn't do very well. It's a great show. Yeah, it
- 13:22Speaker 2: was fascinating to watch. You know, he's a superstar, she's
- 13:26Speaker 2: a spice girl. But they didn't quite take over America
- 13:29Speaker 2: the way that they thought they would, like the Kardashians
- 13:32Speaker 2: for instance. Tom really did try quite hard to introduce
- 13:36Speaker 2: them to everybody your boat. Let's be clear. This isn't
- 13:40Speaker 2: Tom Cruise introducing Donnie and my good self. It's David Beckham.
- 13:44Speaker 2: They don't really need Tom Cruise like David Beckham can
- 13:49Speaker 2: ring Wong Ding dong. There's somebody at the door, it's
- 13:51Speaker 2: David Beckham. The door was going to open. Remember when
- 13:54Speaker 2: we used to have a show where we sang the
- 13:56Speaker 2: somebody at the door for somebody yeah, such a great show.
- 14:01Speaker 2: And so I sort of think here, this might be
- 14:03Speaker 2: a little bit exaggerated. I think what happened here is
- 14:06Speaker 2: that Tom wanted them to become part of Scientology. It's
- 14:08Speaker 2: a really big thing for him. He would argue that
- 14:10Speaker 2: he was doing them a favor, he was showing them
- 14:12Speaker 2: the light. This is a wonderful thing. They would argue,
- 14:15Speaker 2: we don't want to give ten percent of harring Scientology.
- 14:19Speaker 2: And so they ultimately did have a I don't want
- 14:21Speaker 2: to say falling out, but it didn't quite connect. But
- 14:24Speaker 2: how many times has that happened to you? You meet somebody,
- 14:27Speaker 2: you think they're going to be your new best friend.
- 14:29Speaker 2: I've got this new person in my life. I love him,
- 14:31Speaker 2: my love of my love them, and then six weeks
- 14:33Speaker 2: from now, you're like, oh, do I have to go
- 14:35Speaker 2: for drinks with them? It happens to me quite a lot.
- 14:38Speaker 1: It happens after, especially in this business. I mean, Tom,
- 14:41Speaker 1: David and Victoria they're in the business. It happens is
- 14:43Speaker 1: you meet somebody, you're like, oh, they have a job here.
- 14:46Speaker 1: You guys should be friends. You hang out and you're like, oh,
- 14:48Speaker 1: we're going to be fabulous friends. And then after You're like,
- 14:50Speaker 1: are we really going to be friends? Like, do we
- 14:53Speaker 1: have anything in Carmon?
- 14:55Speaker 2: Did you know we were going to be friends When
- 14:56Speaker 2: we first met? It was through my job. We didn't
- 14:58Speaker 2: meet through mutual friends ends. You were my producer and
- 15:01Speaker 2: I didn't even pick you. I gotta sign to you.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Who's the skinny minute.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I knew we were going to be friends because the
- 15:07Speaker 1: second I stopped recording me and you said, girl, let
- 15:10Speaker 1: me tell you about this, and we gass them with
- 15:14Speaker 1: the matinas, and I was like, Oh, yeah, we're gonna
- 15:16Speaker 1: be friends. Oh.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I think we did the show at three o'clock, which
- 15:19Speaker 2: goes before we were we were done well, force a
- 15:21Speaker 2: little aggressive to go drinking. So we used to pretend
- 15:24Speaker 2: to have an hour break and I'm at five and
- 15:26Speaker 2: you would do whatever you'd do, twizzle those knobs and
- 15:29Speaker 2: post the show, and I'd come home and I have
- 15:31Speaker 2: to sit down and have a cup of tea, and
- 15:33Speaker 2: then would meet at two doses. Oh. I knew we
- 15:35Speaker 2: were going to be friends, but Tom beckhams, I guess
- 15:38Speaker 2: it's not meant to be. Okay, We're going to take
- 15:40Speaker 2: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 15:44Speaker 2: back to the naughty quit now show. I'm not sure
- 15:46Speaker 2: with idear friend Donny, meet him, Hey Donnie, let's get
- 15:49Speaker 2: through the poles La show. We talked about how Harry
- 15:52Speaker 2: and they go and we're spartled vacationing together in a
- 15:55Speaker 2: very exclusive place. This place is where billionaires go to
- 15:59Speaker 2: a s ape millionaires boo hoo. Is this a good
- 16:04Speaker 2: look for them? Or is this just out of touch?
- 16:07Speaker 2: Let's have a look of naughty. She's so positive seventy percent,
- 16:10Speaker 2: so it is good for them go on vacation. He's
- 16:14Speaker 2: a prince. He's got a lot of money. I don't
- 16:16Speaker 2: think he's got a billion, but he has access to
- 16:20Speaker 2: all of this. And if I had access to billionaires, Danny,
- 16:23Speaker 2: you and me would be in our thongs on this
- 16:26Speaker 2: island right now.
