- 0:08It's six Eastern.
- 0:10It's three o'clock Pacific.
- 0:11We will draw this city closer together.
- 0:13Coast to coast and around the world from the America Out Loud Talk Radio Studios.
- 0:18We will replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.
- 0:24It's time for the truth be told with Booker Scott.
- 0:28Since November 2020, there have been outbursts of outrage to steady murmur of disbelief.
- 0:36Georgia is always on our mind from a busted pipe in State Farm Arena, Ruby Freeman, voting machines, drop boxes, ballots, and no chain of custody.
- 0:47Many believe their outbursts and murmurs have been largely ignored.
- 0:52Courts said you don't have standing, meritless claims at the expense of a growing throng demanding election integrity.
- 0:59Nothing less than free and fair elections.
- 1:02Courts and elected officials have subverted the will of the people searching for answers.
- 1:09But a grassroots effort in Georgia has never stopped, never relented.
- 1:15Oh, they got some laws changed along the way, but not quite enough.
- 1:19Only to have outrage over voter ID for mail-in ballots, forcing the major league baseball all-star game to move back in 2021.
- 1:27Remember that.
- 1:29Meanwhile, characters like Secretary of State Brad Raffensburger and Gabriel Sterling denied any wrongdoing.
- 1:36Governor Brian Kemp, well, he has his own issues too, but they all refused to cooperate then.
- 1:44And they still are now, as late as this week.
- 1:47Georgia's Capitol, the Gold Dome has erupted since the FBI raid took place last week.
- 1:54And guess who was there?
- 1:55Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence.
- 1:59The DOJ has sued Raffensburger and Georgia, like many states, for failing to turn over unredacted voter roles.
- 2:08The DOJ says they want to check for accuracy.
- 2:11Well, the Georgia Senate this week passed a resolution after a couple of hours of debate urging Raffensburger to cooperate with the DOJ, but he remains defiant, saying, quote, state law is very clear that we are not allowed to turn over the voters' complete social security number, day, month, year of birth.
- 2:30He went on to say, quote, we will see you in federal court, unquote.
- 2:37Names like Leonardo, SPA satellites from Italy, Smartmatic, Hammer and Scorecard, Dominion, Serbians in Ukraine, ballots from China.
- 2:48Those would seem like good reasons to have the director of all 18 U.S.
- 2:52intelligence agencies involved in that search.
- 2:55And we have learned that President Donald Trump requested her, Tulsi Gabbard, to be there on the ground.
- 3:02And not only that, he asked her to pass her phone to the FBI so he could speak to them directly while they were there.
- 3:09Tulsi Gabbard posted this on X.
- 3:13My presence was requested by the president and executed under my broad statutory authority to coordinate, integrate and analyze intelligence related to election security, including counterintelligence, foreign and other malign influence, and cyber security.
- 3:32They said the voting machines couldn't connect to the internet.
- 3:36It's funny.
- 3:54And that's why some of us today still have questions still.
- 3:58The FBI raid, Tulsi Gabbard, Raffensburger, all of it has yanked the band-aid off that steady Georgia murmur as outbursts from both political sides begin to rage.
- 4:10And that is why Georgia is always on my mind.
- 4:17I'm Booker Scott, and this is The Truth Be Told on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 4:22If you're listening live tonight, thank you for doing that.
- 4:24If you found us on one of the many platforms, thank you so much for doing that and taking that extra effort.
- 4:30Garland Favorito has appeared on this program a couple of times.
- 4:34It's been a couple of years since he's been here.
- 4:36He is here tonight, and we also have an all-star crew of grassroots ground crew from the state of Georgia.
- 4:43They have been in this fight for five years now.
- 4:46There is new information coming out, and we're going to get into that.
- 4:49We're going to start the conversation with Garland.
- 4:52Garland, great to have you back on the program.
- 4:54I really do appreciate you making the time to come and do this.
- 4:57I know you don't have a whole lot of time, but let's get started and see where this will take us tonight.
- 5:03It's great to be back on America Out Loud again with you.
- 5:07Well, let's get people caught up on the latest.
- 5:10What has been going on recently in Georgia?
- 5:13It's been a couple of years since you've been on the program.
- 5:14I know a lot of things are happening.
- 5:16It seems to be blowing up in Georgia right now, and that outburst, that rage of the last five years is coming.
- 5:23We see the left, the Democrats now are uh they are complaining about what's happening.
- 5:28They think Donald Trump has overstepped his bounds by going and getting 700 boxes there from Fulton County.
- 5:35What do you make of all of that as we begin?
- 5:37Well, it's it's a long story just to give everybody a little bit of background.
- 5:41Um, this whole thing started back on November 14th of 2020 when Fulton County conducted a hand count audit, and uh Susie Voyles and Barbara Hartman found counterfeit ballots while they were conducting the audit.
- 5:58They were two of the auditors, um, and they were confirmed by um two other uh senior poll managers, four senior poll managers, and two uh audit monitors.
- 6:08Uh six of them uh found the ballots, they brought them to the attention of the elections officials at that time.
- 6:15It was uh Nathan Williams, who's now the elections director in um in Fulton County, and uh there was no provisions.
- 6:24The state has no provisions for uh handling uh in illegitimate ballots.
- 6:30So they were told to just keep on counting them, and they're still there in the count uh today.
- 6:35Uh, we don't know how many, but um after that day, the next day when the audit uh could uh finished up, and uh the all six of them signed sworn affidavits that they had found uh counterfeit ballots, and then they knew they were not counterfeit because uh they knew they were counterfeit because they were mailing ballots, they were not upfolded from being mailed, they were uh not written with a writing instrument.
- 7:01Uh, they were looked like they were toner copied, and they were not on the correct paper stock for a ballot, and they were voted the same way down ballot for a dozen ballots in a row.
- 7:10So it was pretty obvious uh that they were in, you know, actual uh forgeries or copies.
- 7:17So anyway, they filed the sworn affidavit, they went into a case, uh Lynwood case the next uh morning on Monday, which would have been the 16th of November, and uh that case was kicked out by the uh U.S.
- 7:30district uh court judge who didn't really want to uh look at the evidence, and then we filed the case on December 20th, 23rd, excuse me, of 2020.
- 7:40Uh, and then we uh went to case that was an equal protection and due process case.
- 7:46And the argument is that if counterfeit ballots were inserted into the count, it diluted the votes of all the other uh voters, plus it was a due process problem, so it was both due process and equal protection uh violation under both federal and state constitutions.
- 8:04So we had a pretty uh rock solid case, and um we went to court.
- 8:09The very first hearing we had was I guess what day?
- 8:13January 6th of 2021, and we got a protective order on the ballots on the next day.
- 8:20Um after the hearing, uh that was kind of interesting because Fulton County was panicked, and they had to stop the hearing.
- 8:27Oh, it was a remote hearing, and we had to go home.
- 8:29They had to go home to their uh w homes because they were afraid they were going to be attacked down at uh Fulton County government center.
- 8:37So anyway, the that was when the the ballot uh preservation order got put on.
- 8:42We uh and that actually made maintained that order till this day, but uh uh there was a lot of ups and downs uh along the way.
- 8:50Um we um after 10 months and and seven rulings in our favor, uh the judge finally decided that we suddenly we didn't have standing.
- 9:01We knew that we did.
- 9:01We appealed that to the Georgia uh Supreme Court.
- 9:05Supreme Court said, yes, of course, uh anyone, uh any citizen has standing to sue a government agency or official who violated the law.
- 9:15Uh, we they made that decision unanimously without even a hearing.
- 9:19I was kind of looking forward to going to court.
- 9:21Um so uh uh unfortunately hadn't been in Supreme Court um you know for a long time.
- 9:27But anyway, so that uh decision for the Georgia Supreme Court, um, you know, reinstated the the order.
- 9:33The protective order and and the previous orders, and uh then Fulton County became a you know, started to be a shell game.
- 9:42Uh suddenly, uh, you know, the one judge transferred the case to another judge uh who we knew was biased, and we filed a motion to recuse him.
- 9:51Uh that another judge uh uh in Fulton County uh denied our motion.
- 9:57And um basically.
- 10:00It just went to be, it came, it was a shell game for another couple of years.
- 10:04The case was put on on hold.
- 10:06Uh, and then the order was still in place, though, when the FBI um conducted their search warrant last week and uh got uh virtually pretty much everything that Fulton County had for the 2020 election.
- 10:22So that's kind of the backstory uh for what happened uh last week there at the warehouse.
- 10:28Well, Garland, let's talk a little bit about standing and the court cases, because in total there were 60 court cases that were filed around the 2020 election.
- 10:37That's not just Georgia, that's every state.
- 10:40The result of that is Donald Trump won one and he lost five.
- 10:44The rest of them were thrown out because most of the time they didn't have standing.
- 10:48And sometimes it was on merit, but not many times.
- 10:51I think there are now five cases that are continuing, maybe six.
- 10:55But talk about that standing and why so many of these court cases really never had any evidence before a judge or especially a jury.
- 11:04Well, right.
- 11:05Um, and you know, if you talk to attorneys, what they'll tell you is that the standing is kind of a a joke of an issue of uh of uh issue.
- 11:13It's what judges use when they don't want to hear a case.
- 11:17And they come up with this uh standing issue, you know, like you saw in the U.S.
- 11:22Supreme Court uh with Texas v Pennsylvania, uh the U.S.
- 11:26Supreme Court said that Texas uh you know didn't have uh standing the you know, the the the uh voters of Texas don't have standing in a federal election in which Pennsylvania could have uh influenced the their vote.
- 11:41I mean, it's just crazy stuff.
- 11:43Uh so but you know, you do have to show a personal um uh an injury, a personal injury.
- 11:50So it can't be just theoretical, uh, but it has to be real.
- 11:54Uh but once it you if you've established some a real injury, then you should continue.
- 12:01But um this is the excuse um that judges are using to get out of handling cases that are too much of a hot potato.
- 12:12Uh so if um, you know, basically it's just uh a way out for them because they don't have enough courage to do the right thing.
- 12:21You mentioned Lynn Wood's lawsuit that was November 20th, 2020.
- 12:25The district court stated that the claims of Lynn Wood, a registered voter.
- 12:30He could be dismissed either for a lack of standing or um for other reasons, but the court did rule on the merits of that.
- 12:38But that doesn't mean they ever saw any evidence.
- 12:41And I think sometimes the left uses that the fact that there were all these court cases, and none of them went the way to prove that there was uh election fraud.
- 12:51Um, but that's just not the case.
- 12:53That's not really happened.
- 12:54It didn't really happen that way.
- 12:55Let's uh go to some sound here.
- 12:57This is John Solomon from just the news.
- 12:59He's gonna tell us about what this uh warrant was that the FBI served on Fulton County last week.
- 13:06About 700 boxes of ballots were collected there by FBI agents.
- 13:10Our reporting here in Justin News has uncovered that the FBI search warrant approving that raid cited a law that perhaps fraud by election workers.
- 13:18The search warrant for the Fulton County election hub near Atlanta, which is the major city in uh Georgia was signed by a federal magister, and it's specifically cited two sections of Title 52 of the U.S.
- 13:30Code.
- 13:30Specifically the sections that were cited, ban someone who knowingly and willfully deprives the frauds or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a state of a fair and impartially conducted election process, uh, either through the procurement or submission of voter registration applications that are known by a person to be material false, fictitious or fraudulent under the laws of the state in which the election is held.
- 13:53Now, Georgia is suing the federal government and the Department of Justice.
- 13:57They want their boxes back, Garland.
- 13:59Are they going to have any success with that?
- 14:01Uh obviously not.
- 14:02Uh, you know, the the FBI is conducting a criminal investigation.
- 14:07I mean, there were there was crime scene tape all over there.
- 14:09I think there's a picture of Jason and me standing in front of it.
- 14:13Uh uh, but you know, it's it's a criminal investigation.
- 14:16They're gonna use the normal chain of custody procedures that they use and you know, make sure everything's locked down tight, and um they'll reach some investigative conclusions.
- 14:26And uh it's I I think it's kind of hilarious that uh they're trying to get their um uh ballots back.
- 14:33But you know, who knows?
- 14:34They can find a corrupt judge in Fulton County if they can file that case in Fulton County.
- 14:39I don't think they can.
- 14:40I think it's a federal matter now.
- 14:42Uh, but they they could easily find a corrupt judge in Fulton County to rule in their favor.
- 14:46But I I think they're they're gonna have to put that in federal court if I understand it correctly.
- 14:51What do you make of the information John Solomon just shared about the warrant?
- 14:55Have you seen that?
- 14:56And does that make sense?
- 14:58Is this bigger than just people at Fulton County doing something?
- 15:02Is their outside interference?
- 15:04And maybe that's the reason why Tulsi Gabbard was there last week.
- 15:07Yeah, it's a great question, but and I don't think we really know if there's out outside interference.
- 15:13I think that we have been able to put together what happened uh from the electronic records, um, it which are just absolutely fascinating.
- 15:23Um the but uh we don't really know if that was outside interference or whether or not it was just an inside job.
- 15:30But I think we're gonna find out that the results just don't add up.
- 15:34They don't have ballots for the number of votes that they certified.
- 15:39Um there's a lot of things, a lot of electronic records are missing.
- 15:43Uh uh actually, I testified uh a couple of weeks ago.
- 15:46It's over one million uh electronic records are missing.
- 15:50For you know, there were half a million ballots certified, and for each ballot, you have to have a ballot image, uh, an authentication file, a scan log entry, um, you know, if it's in person, you have to have a tabulator tape that's signed.
- 16:07Uh, and you know, there's so there's a lot of this is missing, hundreds of thousands of missing uh images, and you have to have those both for the recount and the original count, none of which ever added up.
- 16:20Neither the neither the count nor the recount nor the hand count audit ever added up.
- 16:27There was uh a 4880 vote difference between the original and the recount.
- 16:32And then there was 6,691 one double reported ballots in the audit.
- 16:38Uh so it's just um it's just a hodgepodge of confusion.
- 16:43Uh it looked like um they really had to kind of backfill um cast vote records to make everything add up.
- 16:51Uh that would be my my guess.
- 16:52Um you think there's evidence in those boxes to prove that?
- 16:56Will it be able to be proven?
- 16:58Well, I think the main thing they're going to be able to prove is they don't have the correct number of ballots for what they certified, and they probably don't have the envelopes for those ballots either.
- 17:08I don't know, maybe uh those are I would imagine those are two really high-level uh, I guess what you call the low-hanging fruit that that anyone could could pick off, particularly the FBI.
- 17:20So I think we should get answers on those pretty quickly.
- 17:24Um I and there's probably more complicated things they can look at.
- 17:28They'll probably be looking for number of counterfeit ballots, and uh, there's certain ways that you can detect that um with paper experts and with the appropriate high resolution scans.
- 17:40Well, Harry Hari is the chairman of Unite for Freedom.
- 17:44They are with us tonight.
- 17:45I'm not sure that Harry is, but hopefully we're gonna find out during the commercial break.
- 17:50But what I am gonna do is play this clip of him talking about the 2022 election in Georgia, because it wasn't just 2020, it has continued since then.
- 17:59Listen to this.
- 18:00What we find here across the whole country is a lack of reconciliation or control points.
- 18:07Anyone that has an experience in auditing, and I have both financial auditing experience and cyber forensic auditing in experience.
- 18:18Knows that you have to have control measures so that you can figure out what happened when there's an error.
- 18:25Most people don't understand this, but in 2022, the official election results in Georgia still have a 39,000 vote discrepancy between the official number of voters and the official number of votes.
- 18:40I am not saying that that was an error in the count.
- 18:44I'm saying that the control systems are not working.
- 18:48What do you make of that there, Garland?
- 18:51And it sounds like he's talking about the same thing that you're talking about there.
- 18:54Yeah, so and for folks who don't know Harry, Harry literally was co-wrote the Hava Act in 2002.
- 19:03Uh so this this gentleman knows what he's talking about.
- 19:07Um, and and by say Hava, I'm talking about the Help America Vote Act.
- 19:11So he had a hand in in and authoring that.
- 19:15So he certainly does know uh what he's talking about.
- 19:18And he's right there is, I think I I didn't hear the exact number, but I think it's like 25,535 is the number I've got, which was about the same as his number of uh votes difference between what was the number of ballots cast and the number of voters who voted.
- 19:37So in other words, uh number of voters who voted are short by 25,535.
- 19:43Uh, and that was in a race that was um, you know, decided by 11,000 and uh 779.
- 19:52And the U.S.
- 19:53Senate race uh was decided by I think less than 25,000.
- 19:57So uh that uh, you know.
- 20:00David Purdue had to go into a runoff.
- 20:02So it's that's very, very uh suspect there that it could have actually impacted both the Senate and presidential race.
- 20:10We're gonna keep this conversation going in a few minutes.
- 20:12I want to get into Senator David Perdue in the fact that Judge Scott McAfee has released the grand jury testimony, and uh Senator Purdue was in there.
- 20:22And um, we're gonna get into that coming up after the break.
- 20:25But before we get to the break, I want you to listen to this speaker that spoke in Fulton County on Wednesday.
- 20:31He has some great points here, and I think this is the way we probably all feel.
- 20:36I'm hearing a lot of issues going on in Fulton County, and it seems as if nobody on this panel is actually doing their jobs.
- 20:43You were elected as public servants.
- 20:45It's not about lobbyists, whatever, whoever wherever money is coming from, you're supposed to do your jobs.
- 20:50That lady came up here and talked about what's going on in College Park.
- 20:53How many of you actually been there?
- 20:54You ask somebody else to come up and talk about those jails.
- 20:57How many have been there?
- 20:58And we start talking about election integrity.
- 21:00That's a major, major thing for anybody.
- 21:03I don't care about a Democrat, I don't care about a Republican.
- 21:06I care about election integrity.
- 21:08Stop blaming people.
- 21:10People always complain about politics and everything like that.
- 21:13Politics does not trickle down from the president.
- 21:15Stop blaming the president for everything.
- 21:17Every single issue that was talked about today ain't got nothing to do with Trump.
- 21:21Has everything to do with every local official elected here.
- 21:24What exactly are you doing for your constituents?
- 21:29That's a problem.
- 21:30I'm so sick of partisan every I don't want to hear about liberal conservative, none of that.
- 21:35We are American citizens.
- 21:36If you're not protecting them, you're not doing your job.
- 21:39If you're not doing your job, you shouldn't be here.
- 21:47That's a major problem.
- 21:48It's a major issue.
- 21:49And if you don't want to do your job, just step down.
- 21:52We pray for rain.
- 21:53Thank you when it's falling because it brings a grain in a little bit of money.
- 21:58We put it back in the plate.
- 22:00I guess it's why they call it God's country.

- 25:14We're visiting with Garland Favorito and the ground crew from the state of Georgia, who has worked their rear ends off for five years since the election in November.
- 25:24Maybe they feel like things are starting to turn after the FBI raid that took place last week.
- 25:30Let's go now to Jason Frazier.
- 25:31Let me get your thoughts on the FBI raid.
- 25:34Did you feel a sense of maybe something is starting to happen here?
- 25:38I don't think Jason's got as a mic yet.
- 25:40Well, Garland, I'll come back to you.
- 25:41Let's let's pick up where we were with uh what's going on there in Atlanta.
- 25:46Um the the other thing that we haven't uh mentioned, and maybe we'll do this for another show was we do also uh are tacking on the voting machines as well.
- 25:55The um we have a federal lawsuit against the EAC to vacate Dominion uh democracy suite 5.5 voting system on the grounds it was never legitimately certified.
- 26:08It stores encryption keys and clear plain text, and it has hard hard-coded uh passwords that are used.
- 26:16Um, so that's a whole nother issue uh that uh we were hoping to get a hearing on, maybe even this month.
- 26:24Um, so we're we're going after every conceivable angle we can to try to clean up elections in Georgia.
- 26:30Well, let me ask you the same question that I posed there to Jason that he couldn't answer.
- 26:35What do you think with this FBI raid?
- 26:38Does it feel like you're getting somewhere finally after all the work that you've done?
- 26:42Oh, yeah.
- 26:43Um uh not only with the uh you know the FBI search warrant that was executed, but the other thing, place where we're making tremendous progress is with the state election board.
- 26:54The state election board has turned over, and we now have three uh, you know, election integrity-minded uh individuals.
- 27:04And so we have a majority who really care about election integrity.
- 27:08Uh, Dr.
- 27:09Jan Johnston, you've probably seen in different clips, as well as Janelle King and uh and uh formerly Rick Jeffries, now Sally Grubbs.
- 27:19But we've these three people really care.
- 27:22Uh, and we have been able to put a lot of evidence, particularly about Fulton County, uh, on the record.
- 27:29And uh Dr.
- 27:30Johnston is is an absolute heroine.
- 27:32She has had to fight the Secretary of State's office, the Secretary of State's legal counsel, the attorney general, and the even the chair of the state election board, uh, multiple chairs in fact, just to get some of the uh, you know, that of what happened in Fulton County.
- 27:52It's unbelievable the complicity of officials in the state, and most of these officials claim to be Republicans.
- 28:01I think the officials in Fulton County are starting to feel the heat.
- 28:05Like there may be some accountability coming.
- 28:08Let's listen to this Fulton County official.
- 28:10This is what he had to say about that this week.
- 28:12Well, I'm told that I mean I've got enough.
- 28:14I I received a call on Monday before last Wednesday before the raid that there were going to be arrests uh in Georgia.
- 28:22Secretary of State, uh, his deputy, uh Sterling, I believe his name is, me and two or three others.
- 28:29Uh that did not happen on Monday.
- 28:32It didn't happen on Tuesday.
- 28:34But lo and behold, on Wednesday, the FBI shows up.
- 28:38And in addition to the FBI showing up, when uh Tulsi Gabbard showed up, and we'd heard a rumor that she may be coming.
- 28:44I couldn't believe it.
- 28:46But I didn't meet her, didn't talk to her, but she was in fact uh there.
- 28:50So that leads me to believe, and any rational thinking person that there's something sinister going on here.
- 28:57There's something bigger than just the FBI uh uh confiscating the record records that they took.
- 29:04So that's why I say that.
- 29:07But nothing happened.
- 29:08Now, after the uh F FBI raid on Wednesday, on Friday, I received another call.
- 29:17Actually, it was Monday, this Monday.
- 29:19Uh same source saying that uh you guys can't relax, even though the FBI has been there and they've confiscated uh the 700 boxes.
- 29:30Arrests are coming.
- 29:31So what do you think of that, guys?
- 29:34He's gonna have to wait and see.
- 29:36What do you think?
- 29:36Is there some accountability?
- 29:39Uh uh, yeah, I think there's definitely gonna be accountability.
- 29:42I mean, I don't know that he really had any inside information, but certainly the FBI and well, at least the DOJ and that I think they have plenty of evidence that there was complicity.
- 29:56It's not just the problems in Fulton County, but there is complicity.
- 30:00Uh in this whole thing.
- 30:02One of the other things I want to know is uh why was the elections group, uh, a CTCL funded group handling the logic and axis testing, signature uh verification, the audit, and even the ballot reconciliation when they with the final certification numbers.
- 30:21Uh, and they were doing this without anyone's knowledge on the Fulton County election board.
- 30:27So that was something that's incredibly shady.
- 30:30That needs to be um uh investigated deeper.
- 30:33And uh the you know, CTCL Center for Technology Civic Light is a group that was funded by Mark Zuckerberg, and we all know that Mark Zuckerberg spent 330 million dollars essentially trying to buy the 2020 election, and his policy director at CTCL was David Pluth, who wrote the book as Citizen's Guide to Beating Donald Trump.
- 30:55In Wisconsin, he did the same thing by with a guy named Michael Rubinstein.
- 30:59I don't know if you remember him, but this happened in Wisconsin.
- 31:02It happened in Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, probably Nevada, um, Pennsylvania.
- 31:09I don't know.
- 31:10There's five or six states there that I think that every one of those states needs to be looked at.
- 31:15Garland, if you don't mind, could you introduce Jason Fraser to everyone?
- 31:19He has a microphone now, and he's ready to join the conversation.
- 31:23I I am so glad you asked me that.
- 31:26Jason, uh, I love Jason to death and his wife Lucia.
- 31:29They have um Jason has just been a bulldog on the voter rolls.
- 31:35That is his specialty.
- 31:37And um, he has found uh so many problems.
- 31:41You might have seen him uh on uh on uh social media videos, race and uh going around with David Kate.
- 31:48But uh he has got uncovered so much.
- 31:52And I think just to summarize it, I would say approximately 20% of Georgia's uh voter roles have had invalid registrations, despite the fact that the Secretary of State says it there we've got the cleanest voter rolls in the nation.
- 32:08So uh Jason Frazier and Lucia have made uh the Secretary of State and Gabriel Sterling look awfully, awfully bad.
- 32:16Um he is a real patriot.
- 32:18He is he is he's done this as a volunteer.
- 32:22Uh he doesn't get paid.
- 32:24Uh, and you know, they they are petrified.
- 32:27They want to they we they was nominated for the state election board by the Fulton County GOP, and they um the Fulton County did not want him on the board.
- 32:37They have fought uh tooth and nail, even uh at the threat of $10,000 a day pines to keep Jason off.
- 32:44Uh, and all he's done is just simply try to get invalid registrations off of the voter rolls.
- 32:51And uh, so I consider Jason an incredible patriot.
- 32:55I'm just really uh uh proud to serve uh right alongside of him.
- 33:00Thank you, Garland.
- 33:01Jason, come on in and join the conversation.
- 33:04What are your thoughts after the FBI raid?
- 33:07Do you feel like there's some accountability coming?
- 33:10I sure hope so.
- 33:11I mean, the biggest thing that uh I'm sure you've been hearing other folks uh talk about is is number one.
- 33:17We just need to know what happened.
- 33:18We need to make sure it doesn't happen again.
- 33:20That's that's primary.
- 33:22And we've got the uh the midterm elections coming up very quickly.
- 33:26So my hope uh initially is that they can get those ballots.
- 33:31I mean, they've got the ballots now.
- 33:32My my understanding is they're in Virginia.
- 33:35I have heard the team looking at them are top-notch folks.
- 33:39So my hope, like Garland was saying, is they get the ballot scanned, they understand what was real, what wasn't real, what are assumptions, and how do we patch this, fix this election coming up, moving forward, and make sure this never happens again.
- 33:54And I mean, we've seen this is more than a Fulton problem.
- 33:58It's more than a Georgia problem.
- 33:59I mean, we have the the quote unquote water main break, but other states stopped counting the exact same time.
- 34:06So, I mean, that leads me to believe that it is more than just a uh a corrupt administration in Fulton County.
- 34:12It is it is has to be bigger than that.
- 34:15What have you found in your work on the voter roles there in Georgia?
- 34:19Have you had the success that you want to have?
- 34:22Have you found a lot that should just not be there?
- 34:25Can you even have access to what it takes for you to actually be able to answer those questions?
- 34:31Well, I mean, I've got the same access that uh that the federal government has right now in for Fulton County is we can you can buy a voter roll in the state of Georgia for 485 dollars for the entire state.
- 34:44Uh, but that voter roll does not have full date of birth, which is fine.
- 34:47Some states give you that, and that makes it easier to find duplicates or people that have moved out of state because you can you can have a tighter match.
- 34:55But part of the problems are we you are supposed to have full legal name on the voter rolls, and you'll find a ton of people with a middle initial, no middle name at all.
- 35:05They'll have typos in their names.
- 35:08And when there's a typo, you'll see people listed two, three, four, as many as you know, sometimes it's five times or more, and they have slight typos within their name.
- 35:18Any anybody with a hyphenation in their name or a double last name are almost always registered multiple times.
- 35:26So what that kind of leads me to believe is if they're not checking names, and we see data birth errors all the time, so they're not checking dates of birth.
- 35:36I see people registered at wrong addresses.
- 35:39A lot of times they're typos.
- 35:41It might be there's a house at 252 Main Street, but they have them at 525, and you look at tax records, and you can find that it's a typo.
- 35:50But there's no house where they put them, which means they're not checking addresses either.
- 35:54So if they're not checking name, date of birth, or address, how in the world do they know that they're a citizen?
- 36:00So that's that's one of the biggest things.
- 36:02And why I'm so happy that the uh the DOJ is trying to get nationwide voter rolls, is because then with social security numbers, they can verify all of this.
- 36:12They can see did Bob move to Florida with the name of Bob, but he's Robert in Florida, it's the same guy.
- 36:20They can clean that up.
- 36:22That's the only way to do it, isn't it?
- 36:23That's really the only way to do it.
- 36:24You have to have the social security number.
- 36:26You gotta have the source number.
- 36:28And Brad Raffensberger keeps saying we can't give the feds our their social security number because of you know security.
- 36:35But, you know, I don't think you were born yesterday either.
- 36:39That the feds give us our social security number.
- 36:41Yeah.
- 36:41So it's just nonsensical.
- 36:43Well, thank you, Jason.
- 36:44And Garland, I know that you have to go.
- 36:46So thank you so much for joining the program tonight.
- 36:49We're gonna get to a few more voices in Georgia to talk about this here in just a few minutes.
- 36:53We're up against a break, but before we go to that, I think that election integrity is important for everybody.
- 37:00It really doesn't matter whether you're left, right, conservative, liberal, can Republican, or Democrat.
- 37:05You heard that speaker in Fulton County on Wednesday that I played earlier in the hour.
- 37:09He said that.
- 37:10I don't know that he's a Republican or Democrat.
- 37:12I don't know what he is, but he's a concerned citizen, and most of us feel exactly like he does.
- 37:17And that's what the polls show.
- 37:19Here is CNN.
- 37:20Take a look here.
- 37:21Favor photo ID to vote.
- 37:2285% of white people favorite, 82% of Latino, 76% of black Americans favorite.
- 37:29So the bottom line is this voter ID is not controversial in this country.
- 37:33A photo ID to vote is not controversial in this country.
- 37:37It is not controversial by party, and it is not controversial by race.
- 37:40The vast majority of Americans agree with Nicki Minaj that in fact you should have a photo ID to be able to vote.

- 40:37This is The Truth Be Told.
- 40:38Thank you for joining us tonight and every night.
- 40:40I really do appreciate it.
- 40:41We're digging into Georgia now.
- 40:43We have the ground crew, the grassroots people that have been trying to bring the truth, and really that's all they're searching for.
- 40:50I don't think they're making any large accusations.
- 40:53I don't know that they ever have.
- 40:54I think they're like me and maybe like you.
- 40:57They have questions.
- 40:58Why can't we get these questions answered after five years?
- 41:02And as Jason said a few minutes ago, so that we can fix it so that this doesn't happen again because it should never happen again.
- 41:08What other happen whatever happened?
- 41:10But I think most of us know that something did happen.
- 41:13I want to go to Kathy Latham.
- 41:15Kathy, if you could come in here and kind of share your story and what you've been through there in the state of Georgia.
- 41:22Well, hey, all you Georgians.
- 41:25Um my name's Kathy Latham.
- 41:27I was one of the uh 19 indicted with President Trump, or 18 indicted because he was 19.
- 41:33Um I now live in Texas.
- 41:37Um, but it has been a ride.
- 41:40Let me tell you, it's been a ride, just you know, doing all this.
- 41:43Um, I was gonna let y'all know that uh Sunday I spent a few hours with the FBI talking about Fulton County.
- 41:51Really?
- 41:52So I'm still fighting for y'all.
- 41:54Can you talk about that, Kathy?
- 41:56Well, I mean, they're just um, you know, they're curious of what was going on, you know, and that they are looking at what possibly could have been maybe a conspiracy or something.
- 42:11They're trying to find out the players that they're trying to find, you know, that what is gone on.
- 42:18One of the funny things that the guys told me, he says, I understand the guy looked at me, he goes, I understand you were indicted, and you were one of these indicted conspirators.
- 42:29He says, But now you are a material witness.
- 42:32Interesting.
- 42:32I started laughing.
- 42:33That's interesting that he called you a material witness, though.
- 42:36Were these were these local Texas FBI agents, or did they come from Washington, D.C.
- 42:41They came with orders from DC, but they were they were Texas guys.
- 42:45Okay, they were Texas guys, yeah.
- 42:47Well, let's visit your case real quick, if we could.
- 42:49I talked about it earlier in this hour with the judge that was over your case was Scott McAfee, and he released the testimony from the grand jury.
- 42:59Have you seen that about uh Senator Purdue and what he claimed in that testimony in that hearing?
- 43:06I'm looking to get all my hands on all of the grand jury testimonies.
- 43:12Um I'm waiting to get my dump of all of my um discovery from my lawyer, and uh that that's in the process because there it's like terabytes of information.
- 43:24Sure, well we have about half of it.
- 43:26So let me tell you what what he said, and I'll tell you and everybody else that's listening.
- 43:31He said that uh under oath in the grand jury, he said that Governor Brian Kemp halted the investigation into the 2020 Fulton County election, even after the Georgia Bureau of Investigation saw compelling evidence.
- 43:46Now, Senator Purdue claimed that he received a phone call in November 2021 from Vic Reynolds, who was the head of the GBI investigation, and in that call, Reynolds told Purdue, uh, according to the grand jury testimony that we're not going to investigate.
- 44:03The governor wants me to tell you why we're not going to investigate.
- 44:08Purdue explained that Reynolds said he was a team player, and if the governor doesn't want to investigate, we're not going to.
- 44:18Do you believe that?
- 44:19Do you think that's probably the truth?
- 44:22Absolutely.
- 44:23Absolutely do I believe that's the truth.
- 44:26I don't believe uh Senator Purdue would perjure himself in any way to save you know, to do anything like that.
- 44:35He is 100% true.
- 44:36Yeah, I believe.
- 44:37I think he's a good guy too.
- 44:38Well, Kathy, thank you and uh keep us updated, please stay here in the speaker box and we'll come back to you.
- 44:44Let's go to Unite for Georgians, Unite for Georgians.
- 44:48Come in here and tell us what your work has been over the last five years, what you're doing there in the state of Georgia.
- 44:53Unite for Georgians or Georgians for truth.
- 44:56Uh Georgians for truth.
- 44:57I apologize.
- 44:58Okay.
- 44:59Um my name is Field Cersei, I'm the co-founder along with Sam Carnline.
- 45:04And we started in 22.
- 45:05I think Sam started a little bit before I did, but we've been in the awareness business trying to make people aware of what's going on.
- 45:12And we start Sam started a campaign called Paper Please at the Grady County Board of uh Commission, and I connected with him, and we've got a uh road show we've been going all over the state for hand counting, and um we just recently completed a seven county audit of the 2024 uh election slog files, and the slog files are the tabulator tapes, and we looked at the uh the error rate in there, and our belief is that these machines should have never been certified in the first place, that they don't meet the EAC guidelines.
- 45:57Um and um we have a website called Georgians for truth.org, and you can go download this report.
- 46:05There's a two-page flyer, and there's uh eight-page full report.
- 46:09But um, we just been going all over the state.
- 46:12We've been to almost every SCB meeting trying to rally people to be there.
- 46:16And we went to all the blue almost all the blue ribbon committee meetings that were conducted last year by the House Special Committee.
- 46:25Kind of disappointed in their report they gave Monday.
- 46:31But uh, it's been a journey, I tell you.
- 46:33Yeah, well, thank you so much for your work.
- 46:35And let me go back to something you said there a few minutes ago about the certification of the voting machines because as I recall in 2019, prior to the 2020 election, and even months before that Secretary of State Raffensburger was told that those machines were not certified.
- 46:52Yeah, I used to deal a lot with Georgia elections myself on social media.
- 46:57I even got Gabriel Rock, uh uh Gabriel Sterling to respond to me one Saturday morning.
- 47:01He told me I was lying when I said in June of 2021, there are over 300,000 ballots with no chain of custody.
- 47:08And of course, it appears that I was right in Gabriel Sterling was a big fat liar.
- 47:14Um, I want to go to Mark Davis.
- 47:15Mark Davis deals with data.
- 47:17He's an analyst and Mark, come on into the conversation.
- 47:20Let's talk about what you have found, what it means for what's going on in Georgia right now.
- 47:25Good to be on with everybody.
- 47:27I'm driving back from Orlando, so uh probably visit with you for a few minutes and then uh jump.
- 47:35Um so my name's Mark Davis.
- 47:37Um been working with voter rolls in Georgia for about 40 years, and I've been serving as an analyst and expert witness in election cases for the last 23.
- 47:48And when the 2020 election came rolling around, I uh got out a copy of the voter rolls and I started doing the same kind of normally do in some of these much smaller cases that I work.
- 48:01Um they're usually like a house district or a county or what have you, but this time I ran the analysis uh statewide and um ended up finding evidence of systemic regularities in that election.
- 48:14And when I use that term, I am referring to the Georgia Supreme Court's definition of it, uh, which can be found on page 15 of Smith versus Long County, which is uh double voting case that I was involved in down there in Long County.
- 48:32Um when I found that evidence, um, I did two things with it.
- 48:37Uh first I got it to the Trump attorneys, it became part of the Trump versus Rathensburger lawsuit, and then I also um partnered with a friend of mine who's uh a former FBI agent to do challenges to uh those voters because we didn't want them repeating residency issues in the um upcoming U.S.
- 48:59Senate runoff, and that got us sued by Stacey Abrams, Mark Elias in the uh Fairfight versus true the vote case, and that was three years of law fair.
- 49:08We eventually won it.
- 49:10But um I've been working on these residency issues for a long time.
- 49:14I first appeared before the state election board to discuss them as far back as 2002, and we still have them going on.
- 49:22And so anyway, um, the long and the short of it was there were about 110,000 voters who had moved from one jurisdiction to another.
- 49:31Um failing to re-register.
- 49:34Uh we also had the kind of issues that Jason Frazier and David Cate have been doing a fantastic job bringing public attention to with folks registered at commercial mail receiving agencies or commercial addresses or vacant lots or or what have you.
- 49:50Um but in this case, um what I was prepared to testify as an expert witness for President Trump about.
- 50:00The kind of residency violations that occur specifically when people move jurisdictions.
- 50:05And the 110,000 folks that were in that boat, most of them didn't even try to cast an unlawful ballot.
- 50:11But the data indicates that there's probable cause to investigate about 35,000 of them.
- 50:18In 2026, that I mean 2022, that number was about 26,000.
- 50:23In 2024, it was about 36,000.
- 50:27So it's interesting that the number from 2024 was almost the same as it was for 2020.
- 50:35But I've been raising these issues for a long time, and I've testified several times in various committees of the uh Georgia General Assembly.
- 50:43The last one was the Blue Ribbon Study Committee on October the 2nd.
- 50:48And during that testimony, I I went ahead and informed the uh committee that on September the 10th, the same uh day that the shooting happened.
- 50:58Um I had gotten a call from the DOJ about a complaint that I had submitted.
- 51:04And I am told them basically what I just told you, and um that was that.
- 51:12Um I can't draw a straight line between that and the and the raid that happened.
- 51:17Um I think that line looks more like a spider web, quite frankly.
- 51:21I think there were a lot of folks in Georgia uh asking for the the feds to give our state some attention.
- 51:27I'm really glad that they finally have.
- 51:30Um I'm hoping that uh those issues will be looked into.
- 51:34I have reason to believe they probably will.
- 51:37Um I think I understand what's going on, and I'm very encouraged by it.
- 51:42I think we should all be encouraged by it.
- 51:45But I think we should all be aware that um the press is looking for um a comic book villain here.
- 51:53And um those of us that have had contact with the feds should be circumspect about um what we do and do not discuss because of that, um, and to give the feds room to do their work.
- 52:06Thank you, Mark.
- 52:07I'm gonna come back and ask you a question on the other side of the sound.
- 52:10I'm gonna play Senator Mark Warren of Virginia here, and here's what he thinks Donald Trump and the Department of Justice are up to.
- 52:18You just talked about uh the media maybe trying to find a villain or something like that.
- 52:24Maybe it is the case, but it's interesting to me to watch the Democrats and the left how they are spinning what happened in Georgia with the FBI last week and what they are saying this is all about.
- 52:36Because as you know, most of the country still watches mainstream media, that's where they get their their information.
- 52:42And unfortunately, this is what they're hearing.
- 52:45When you put all of this together, it is clear that what happened in Fulton County is not about revisiting the past, it is about shaping the outcome of future elections.
- 52:58And quite honestly, dismantling the very guardrails that were put in place to keep them free and fair.
- 53:04And Mark, I think that is what is happening right now.
- 53:07You have the left saying one thing, the right saying the other.
- 53:10But let me ask you what do you hope they find in those boxes?
- 53:14Or is there even a hope for you, or you just want the truth, whatever that is, and you feel like now that you can trust the people that are looking at it to come out and tell you this is what we found.
- 53:26I think the feds know exactly what they're looking for.
- 53:30Uh I was raised by a lawyer, and my dad used to always say a good lawyer never asks a question that he doesn't already know the answer to.
- 53:36Yeah, that's right.
- 53:38And I think the Democrats also know uh I think the Secretary of State also knows.
- 53:44Um, I think by now a lot of the issues that that are out there are well known.
- 53:50And I I think the feds know those issues, and I think they know exactly what to look for.
- 53:55And you know, when the when the FBI and uh DOJ, whoever, when when the government went into Mar-a-Lago, we were all told to trust the process.
- 54:04Okay, but now all of a sudden the Democrats are trying to front-run this thing and say, oh no, we can't trust the process.
- 54:10Yeah, okay.
- 54:11Well, I trust the process.
- 54:13I think we all should trust the process.
- 54:15I've got a lot of faith in what's happening.
- 54:17I'm very encouraged by it.
- 54:19And I've been in this fight for a whole lot of years, and in the last five years, I've seen more progress than I've ever seen.
- 54:25And I feel like um the tide is turning in our favor here.
- 54:30Um, and no matter what happens here, I think there's gonna be a lot of truth that is exposed.
- 54:35What the fallout will be from all of that truth being put on the table, that remains to be seen.
- 54:41Um I have an article coming out in the Federalist soon.
- 54:46The working title is um why election crime in Georgia is rarely prosecuted.
- 54:52Um I think uh when it comes out, you guys might want to give it a read.
- 54:56Um I don't think we'll get much justice here in Georgia, quite quite frankly.
- 55:02Uh, I think our only hope for getting it is gonna be from the feds.
- 55:07And um, I think that the folks in Fulton County and the folks in the Secretary of State's office, uh, they probably know that too.
- 55:14I mean, I think I think everybody that's a stakeholder here kind of knows what's happening, and I think it's scaring a lot of people, and some of those folks might have reason to be a little nervous.
- 55:26Yeah.
- 55:27I agree with you, Mark.
- 55:28Before we get out of here in this hour, I want to play this from Tommy Tubberville.
- 55:33He is running for governor in the state of Alabama, currently a senator.
- 55:36Listen to what he says the solution to all of these problems are.
- 55:39This is what Donald Trump wants, and this is what Tommy Tupperville is talking about.
- 55:43And then, of course, President Trump wants same-day voting, uh, mail ballots, get rid of these voting machines.
- 55:49There's a half a dozen people, whether it's the House or Senate Larry that are up here as we speak, that did not get elected.
- 55:55It was all bogus because we've seen the evidence, and if we don't straighten that out, you're gonna see a lot more of it this fall.
- 56:01And it's just gonna get worse and worse with the American people saying, Listen, we got all y'all up there, and you don't do anything to straighten it out.
- 56:08We won't close borders and we won't we won't fair elections.
- 56:12Those two things they are demanding.
- 56:14And as Republicans, we had better to listen to them and do that, or we're gonna lose uh next fall.
- 56:18And I agree with Tommy Tupperville there.
- 56:21It's really simple.
- 56:22Close the border and make sure our votes count.
- 56:25It's not too much to ask for.
- 56:26I'm Booker Scott.
- 56:27Thank you so much for joining us tonight and every night.
- 56:30And don't forget that you were told two thousand years ago that you are the salt of the earth and salt without flavor, it has no value.
- 56:37So whatever you do, keep being salty.
- 56:40Have a great night.
- 56:41There is only one truth.
- 56:43You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud.
