- 0:19Speaker 4: This is America, Richiev.
- 0:21Speaker 3: You're on the air with the Nation of the Nation.
- 0:23Speaker 4: With America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:28Speaker 3: What's up America. I am Rich Valdez Valdees with an
- 0:31Speaker 3: assad Rich Valdest on all of the social media. Welcome
- 0:34Speaker 3: to the Wednesday night edition of the program. It is
- 0:36Speaker 3: a blessing and an honor to be here with each
- 0:38Speaker 3: and every one of you. Give me a call. Eight
- 0:40Speaker 3: seven seven Valdes one, eight seven seven Valdest one. As
- 0:44Speaker 3: we unpack everything that we're going through tonight in America,
- 0:47Speaker 3: and I want to get into a bunch of things.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Number one as we kick off our late night national
- 0:54Speaker 3: town hall conversation is what's going on with this Iran stuff? Right? Well,
- 0:58Speaker 3: obviously the Iran stuff, we reached this tentative framework, this
- 1:02Speaker 3: ten point plan. Now there's discrepancy over is the skirmish
- 1:07Speaker 3: in Lebanon part of the deal. And the Iranians are saying,
- 1:12Speaker 3: you guys are acting in bad faith. The Americans are
- 1:15Speaker 3: saying that the Iranians are acting in bad faith. Lots
- 1:18Speaker 3: of confusion, So I'm going to try and clear up
- 1:20Speaker 3: a little bit of it. But honestly, this is truly
- 1:23Speaker 3: a misunderstanding. Right. One group is seeing it one way
- 1:26Speaker 3: and the other group is seeing it another way. And
- 1:29Speaker 3: what's interesting to me about all this is that I
- 1:32Speaker 3: think I said this on Monday night, right, that we
- 1:35Speaker 3: can't trust these people. And that's the bottom line. But
- 1:39Speaker 3: here are the ten points. Let's see here. Do I
- 1:41Speaker 3: have them in front of me? Stand by? If I don't,
- 1:44Speaker 3: I will here we go. Point Number one guaranteed non aggression.
- 1:50Speaker 3: That's a permanent commitment from the United States to halt
- 1:52Speaker 3: hostilities and never resume them. Number two Iranian control of
- 1:56Speaker 3: the Strait of Hormuz is what I ran ONTs in
- 1:58Speaker 3: their ten points, asserting Iran's authority over the strategic waterway
- 2:02Speaker 3: with proposals to charge tolls on passing ships. Number three
- 2:07Speaker 3: acceptance of nuclear Richmond. They want the United States and
- 2:10Speaker 3: the world to recognize Iran's right to enrich uranium, which
- 2:13Speaker 3: has been a major point of contention for this whole war.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Number four lifting the primary sanctions, the removal of all
- 2:21Speaker 3: direct US sanctions on Iran's economy. Number five lifting of
- 2:26Speaker 3: secondary sanctions, the removal of sanctions targeting third party countries
- 2:30Speaker 3: or companies that do business with Iran. Number six termination
- 2:33Speaker 3: of UN Security Council resolutions ending all binding UN resolutions
- 2:37Speaker 3: currently in place against the Iranian regime. Isn't that nice?
- 2:40Speaker 3: Number seven termination of IAEA. That's the International Atomic Energy
- 2:46Speaker 3: Administration Agency, their resolutions ending all resolutions from the IAEA,
- 2:53Speaker 3: which would effectively stop international inspections of their nuclear facilities.
- 3:00Speaker 3: How about that number eight? War reparations. They want billions
- 3:05Speaker 3: of dollars in compensation for damages suffered by Iran during
- 3:08Speaker 3: the conflict. Number nine the United States military withdrawal, the
- 3:11Speaker 3: removal of US combat forces from all bases in the
- 3:15Speaker 3: entire Middle East. Number ten the cessation of war on
- 3:19Speaker 3: all fronts, immediate halt to fighting across the entire region,
- 3:23Speaker 3: including Israel's offensive in Lebanon against Hesbolah, which President Trump
- 3:29Speaker 3: considered a separate skirmish that was not part of the deal.
- 3:32Speaker 3: While these points are the public framework, Iran says Hey
- 3:35Speaker 3: if you're not doing that, we're going to keep blocking
- 3:37Speaker 3: the straight of horror moves. So while they said they
- 3:38Speaker 3: were going to open the straight of horror moves, I
- 3:40Speaker 3: don't think we've gotten what we want. The fighting continues
- 3:44Speaker 3: between Hesbelah and Israel in Lebanon, and we are a
- 3:49Speaker 3: couple of days away from JD. Van's meeting with the
- 3:53Speaker 3: Iranians to negotiate in Islamabad, Pakistan. So that's what's going
- 3:58Speaker 3: on with that. What do I think is going to happen?
- 4:01Speaker 3: I don't know, honestly, don't know, don't know how to
- 4:03Speaker 3: call it. I figured they're overplaying their hand, right, you know,
- 4:06Speaker 3: it's negotiations so that they're like, we want all this,
- 4:08Speaker 3: it's their wish list. But my gut tells me when
- 4:12Speaker 3: we were dealing with Hamas, same thing, right. I think
- 4:15Speaker 3: you can only bring these people to bear, You can
- 4:17Speaker 3: only get them to heal, if you will, from their
- 4:21Speaker 3: desire to fight when they run out of bullets, when
- 4:25Speaker 3: they're too tired to continue. But that's just to take
- 4:28Speaker 3: a break. And how do they take a break, Like
- 4:30Speaker 3: any good boxer, when they're up against the ropes, they're
- 4:32Speaker 3: up against the ropes. They do a little holding on right,
- 4:36Speaker 3: and they take their break. They're breathing. They try to
- 4:40Speaker 3: hold your arms so you're not hitting them, and they're
- 4:41Speaker 3: taking their break while you're in a clinch you're in.
- 4:45Speaker 3: I think it's doing the same thing. They're like, all right,
- 4:47Speaker 3: give me three four days. Let's greed group. Let's figure
- 4:49Speaker 3: out how we're going to continue doing this. Let's sell
- 4:51Speaker 3: this to our people. Let's tell the people, you know,
- 4:54Speaker 3: the ninety million Iranians that are looking to launch a revolution,
- 4:58Speaker 3: a coup against these peop people. Let's go back and say,
- 5:01Speaker 3: we got the Americans right where we want them. They
- 5:03Speaker 3: put out their videos of you know, Trump and and
- 5:06Speaker 3: Yahoo like Rose and and and her love interest in
- 5:10Speaker 3: the in the classic film Titanic, and they're doing all
- 5:15Speaker 3: sorts of stuff like that. But I think in reality,
- 5:19Speaker 3: they they just want to break, and that's why they
- 5:21Speaker 3: went the route that they did.
- 5:23Speaker 5: Right.
- 5:23Speaker 3: They went to the United States saying, look, we we
- 5:30Speaker 3: need this, we need this break. It has to happen.
- 5:32Speaker 3: So I believe, you know, Secretary Hegseth and President Trump
- 5:37Speaker 3: and others that say that they're looking to make a deal,
- 5:40Speaker 3: I believe it wholeheartedly because without a deal, they don't
- 5:44Speaker 3: get a break. Check this out.
- 5:46Speaker 1: President Trump forged this moment. Iran begged for this ceasefire,
- 5:52Speaker 1: and we all know it as a president truth. This
- 5:55Speaker 1: morning a big day for World Peace's it to happen.
- 6:01Speaker 1: They've had enough. Operation Epic Fury was a historic and
- 6:08Speaker 1: overwhelming victory on the battlefield, a capital v military victory
- 6:15Speaker 1: by any measure. Epic Fury decimated Iran's military and rendered
- 6:20Speaker 1: it combat ineffective for years to come.
- 6:24Speaker 3: And I'm just gonna jump in right here and say
- 6:26Speaker 3: this is part of the problem as well, the fact
- 6:29Speaker 3: that you've got split factions. Right if you think that,
- 6:32Speaker 3: you know, across the world, people look at the United
- 6:35Speaker 3: States and they probably say, Mark Levin, Tucker Carlson, they're
- 6:39Speaker 3: all the same, right, But if you're here on the ground,
- 6:42Speaker 3: you know that that couldn't be further from the truth. Right,
- 6:45Speaker 3: Just like there are i'm gonna call it warring factions
- 6:48Speaker 3: within the conservative movement. You have the same thing in Iran, right.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Their regime is split and fractured as well. You've got
- 7:00Speaker 3: those that are saying, look, let's make a deal with
- 7:02Speaker 3: let's have a good life, let's let's get a piece
- 7:04Speaker 3: of this pie. Maybe we can score a toll deal
- 7:06Speaker 3: with the Americans and make some money on the deal,
- 7:09Speaker 3: you know, similar to the Venezuelan deal. Were like, let's
- 7:11Speaker 3: sell some of our stuff. Get let's cut these guys in.
- 7:13Speaker 3: They're very big, we can make a lot of money
- 7:16Speaker 3: with them. It's like, you know, having a business and saying, well,
- 7:19Speaker 3: I want to sell everything out of my own shop,
- 7:20Speaker 3: and then Walmart comes to you and says, hey, look,
- 7:22Speaker 3: if you put your products in Walmart, you guys are
- 7:25Speaker 3: going to make a killing. You could say, well, I've
- 7:27Speaker 3: always envisioned having a really small boutique. I didn't really
- 7:30Speaker 3: want to be in Walmart. It wasn't what I envisioned
- 7:32Speaker 3: for my brand. You have the right to say that,
- 7:34Speaker 3: but I think you're silly. Right, Just change your business model,
- 7:38Speaker 3: change you know, the way you're perceiving your product, and
- 7:42Speaker 3: go for the gold. Let's make it here. If you
- 7:44Speaker 3: can get into all the Walmarts, you're likely going to
- 7:47Speaker 3: do better. In my opinion, maybe I'm wrong, and this
- 7:50Speaker 3: is where their disagreement is as well. You've got some
- 7:52Speaker 3: of the Uranians that are like, look that's it, that's enough,
- 7:54Speaker 3: let's make a deal. With these guys. Look at look
- 7:57Speaker 3: at all of our neighbors here that are doing so well, right,
- 8:01Speaker 3: the Kataris, the Amuradis, all of the the Bahrainis, all
- 8:05Speaker 3: of the neighbors in the Middle East doing good working
- 8:10Speaker 3: with the US. Why don't we do the same. But
- 8:13Speaker 3: then you got the guys that are like, we like
- 8:16Speaker 3: gay moshtaba kamani, right, we like you know, killing women
- 8:21Speaker 3: for not wearing their burka or their hitdhob. You get
- 8:25Speaker 3: those guys too, and they just want to keep fighting
- 8:27Speaker 3: and fighting and fighting because maybe they were born for this, right,
- 8:31Speaker 3: Maybe they were bred for this, Maybe this is what
- 8:33Speaker 3: they were raised to do. So with that type of misunderstanding,
- 8:37Speaker 3: it it comes as no surprise that we don't know
- 8:40Speaker 3: you know, who we're talking to half the time, and
- 8:42Speaker 3: that while you've got the current Minister of this mister Araghshi,
- 8:46Speaker 3: saying he wants to make a deal, you've got others,
- 8:48Speaker 3: you know, like just throw another grenade, grab another rocket launcher.
- 8:53Speaker 3: This is the essence of conflict. Go ahead.
- 8:57Speaker 1: You see, in less than forty days, one of our
- 9:02Speaker 1: combatant commands Central Commands sent COOM, using less than ten
- 9:06Speaker 1: percent of America's total combat power, dismantled one of the
- 9:10Speaker 1: world's largest militaries, the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism,
- 9:14Speaker 1: proved utterly incapable of defending itself, its people, or it's territory.
- 9:21Speaker 1: President Trump forged this moment.
- 9:24Speaker 3: You sure did. He sure did. And kudos to Secretary
- 9:28Speaker 3: of HEG Seth and President Trump for getting us this far.
- 9:31Speaker 3: I stand here today, you know, doubling down on something
- 9:35Speaker 3: I said before, which was we wouldn't be at this
- 9:37Speaker 3: point had it not been for you freaking idiots. Open
- 9:42Speaker 3: up the freaking straight praise be to Allah. Right. If
- 9:46Speaker 3: he wouldn't have taken that tough posture, I don't think
- 9:49Speaker 3: we would have gotten the reaction out of them that
- 9:50Speaker 3: we're getting right now, because I think they know. Look,
- 9:53Speaker 3: this guy doesn't want to fight. Trump doesn't want to
- 9:55Speaker 3: make a war. Trump would love to build a building.
- 9:58Speaker 3: He would love to have a deal. Trump is just
- 10:01Speaker 3: looking to say, hold on, you mean, I got my
- 10:02Speaker 3: carrier group right now in the Middle East, and it's
- 10:05Speaker 3: costing us money. I would much rather you guys pay
- 10:08Speaker 3: us a security fee and then we're good. Just like
- 10:11Speaker 3: he's trying to get NATO to do and step up
- 10:14Speaker 3: and boy are they in for a world of hurt
- 10:15Speaker 3: if they don't change things? Right? Just imagine that. Let's
- 10:19Speaker 3: talk about that for a moment, right because I think
- 10:22Speaker 3: that's an interesting point that needs to be made and discussed.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Maybe I'll do that in the next segment. This way,
- 10:31Speaker 3: it's not I don't have any time constraints. I'll take
- 10:34Speaker 3: a pause right here. We're going to come right back.
- 10:36Speaker 3: We're going to talk about President Trump's plan and what
- 10:39Speaker 3: I think the larger goal is in the Middle East.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Keep it locked right here on Rich Valdez, don't go anywhere.
- 10:46Speaker 4: This is America. This is America.
- 11:04Speaker 3: He's got the best head of hair and podcasting.
- 11:07Speaker 4: This is America with Rich valdenis.
- 11:13Speaker 3: All right, and he goes Welcome back, Rich Valdeest. Valdez
- 11:15Speaker 3: with an ass at. Rich Valdeest's on all of the
- 11:17Speaker 3: social media. You're liberty loving Latino. I'm migo, happy to
- 11:20Speaker 3: be here with you, keeping your company this evening. And
- 11:23Speaker 3: Ed Trumpito done all this, magnus to forty fifth and
- 11:26Speaker 3: forty seventh president of these United States. He had some
- 11:30Speaker 3: choice words for the oh the little Encore on the music.
- 11:36Speaker 3: He had some choice words for the Iranians and I
- 11:41Speaker 3: thought it was it was good. It was good for
- 11:43Speaker 3: him to call him. I think what Trump does best
- 11:46Speaker 3: is calling it like it is, in my opinion right,
- 11:50Speaker 3: whether people like the way he delivers it or not,
- 11:53Speaker 3: that's fine. You rarely have to think about what did
- 11:56Speaker 3: you really mean by that? Now, some people will do
- 11:58Speaker 3: that no matter what. They're like, oh, what you really
- 12:00Speaker 3: mean by that? Let's see if you take the number
- 12:02Speaker 3: twenty seven and you cut that in half and it
- 12:04Speaker 3: becomes this, and it means that, and they start trying
- 12:06Speaker 3: to decode everything like everything is some sort of spy novel.
- 12:10Speaker 3: But usually when he says he thinks you're full of it,
- 12:13Speaker 3: typically I think he's just telling the truth. He thinks
- 12:15Speaker 3: you're full of it, And I think that's a good
- 12:17Speaker 3: trait for him, right. I think it's a good thing
- 12:19Speaker 3: that President Trump is honest. Listen to this good bullshited artists.
- 12:22Speaker 5: That's why for forty seven years they've been bullshitting other
- 12:25Speaker 5: presidents and they haven't done the job. And people are
- 12:28Speaker 5: living in hell. You live in that country, they're living
- 12:32Speaker 5: in hell. No, I think that forty seven years of
- 12:37Speaker 5: this stuff is long enough. They're very good bullshit artist
- 12:40Speaker 5: that's why for forty seven years they've been bullshitting other presidents.
- 12:44Speaker 3: YEP. I don't think there's any room to wonder there,
- 12:47Speaker 3: right President Trump calling it exactly how it is, exactly
- 12:50Speaker 3: what he's saying, what he wants to say, and I
- 12:52Speaker 3: think he's right, and I think there's a lot at
- 12:55Speaker 3: play here. You know, there's obviously this conflict with the ceasefire,
- 13:02Speaker 3: and I don't know what happens with that. Again, I tend,
- 13:08Speaker 3: unfortunately for me and for you that are listening, I
- 13:10Speaker 3: tend to see the glasses half empty on many things,
- 13:14Speaker 3: and on this one, I think we're going to go
- 13:16Speaker 3: back to what I always thought was going to happen.
- 13:18Speaker 3: That Trump is going to use everything. He's got, everything
- 13:21Speaker 3: in his bag of tricks, every last weapon that we have.
- 13:24Speaker 3: He's going to put them all on display to get
- 13:26Speaker 3: this job done. He's trying to use diplomacy, He's trying
- 13:30Speaker 3: for that legacy of his to and not for the
- 13:33Speaker 3: sake of ego or anything like that. I don't believe that.
- 13:35Speaker 3: And I think he has a huge ego and it's
- 13:38Speaker 3: probably healthy and necessary in the type of work he does.
- 13:42Speaker 3: But I think he's truly trying to use every diplomatic
- 13:46Speaker 3: channel because he's an optimist something I lack optimism. He
- 13:53Speaker 3: sees a way. You know, this man has made his
- 13:56Speaker 3: career by people saying, oh, you can't put a sky
- 14:00Speaker 3: scraper there, and I would never approve that you could do.
- 14:02Speaker 3: How would you get the concrete trucks? And he looks
- 14:05Speaker 3: at that and he goes, watch me, watch me. He
- 14:08Speaker 3: loves the challenge. And you gotta admire that about the guy.
- 14:11Speaker 3: And I think same thing here. He's like, you know,
- 14:13Speaker 3: how are you gonna get piece? This is an age
- 14:14Speaker 3: old biblical battle. How are you going to get these
- 14:17Speaker 3: people to have peace? How are you going to get
- 14:19Speaker 3: them to actually just stop killing the other side? Watch me? Right?
- 14:22Speaker 3: I think he really really gets excited by the challenge
- 14:25Speaker 3: of trying to fix things and build something. And here
- 14:28Speaker 3: it's building the board of peace, it's building, it's using,
- 14:31Speaker 3: leveraging whatever he's got. Whether you like his tactics or not,
- 14:35Speaker 3: I think they're largely effective. Now listen, I had a
- 14:38Speaker 3: friend of mine visit me recently. My friend Ruben the Cuban.
- 14:42Speaker 3: He comes by at least once a week, him and
- 14:44Speaker 3: my other buddy Murray. His real name is Juan, but
- 14:47Speaker 3: we call him Murray to be funny. And we were
- 14:51Speaker 3: all talking about all these things, and Ruben says, Donald
- 14:54Speaker 3: Trump has absolutely destroyed America. I mean, he set us
- 14:57Speaker 3: back years on end, and I I couldn't disagree with
- 15:01Speaker 3: that more. And we get into this back and forth,
- 15:04Speaker 3: and then I realized, how do you you know? And
- 15:07Speaker 3: I don't want to insult him, right, but I'm going
- 15:09Speaker 3: to use the premise of you can't fix stupid. I
- 15:12Speaker 3: don't think Ruben's stupid. I think Ruben is blinded by
- 15:17Speaker 3: a particular hate that he has for Trump because he
- 15:20Speaker 3: was making well into the six figures and when Trump
- 15:26Speaker 3: started tariffs, it destroyed his business and he's never recovered.
- 15:30Speaker 3: I think he's probably still making a third of that income.
- 15:32Speaker 3: So if I were in his shoes, I think I'd
- 15:34Speaker 3: probably be very upset with Trump too. But that being said,
- 15:39Speaker 3: and I think he's a small majority of people that
- 15:41Speaker 3: were in that line of work that just weren't big
- 15:43Speaker 3: enough to absorb the hit on the tariffs and whatnot.
- 15:47Speaker 3: But that's what happened for him, and he has he's
- 15:52Speaker 3: just he's got it in for Trump. He hates him now,
- 15:55Speaker 3: he says, I will rock a red Maga hat with
- 15:58Speaker 3: pride if Trump will stay true to his word and
- 16:02Speaker 3: topple the regime in Cuba. This is his hope, his dream,
- 16:06Speaker 3: and every day that that doesn't happen, he just you know,
- 16:09Speaker 3: he taunts Trump. He's like, oh yeah, another day. And
- 16:12Speaker 3: yesterday or day before he said he was optimistic and
- 16:16Speaker 3: he said, look, we need this thing that in Irana.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Hurry up. These guys got to open up that straight.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Let's go. Let's go, because the quicker they get that done,
- 16:23Speaker 3: the quicker they move on to Cuba. And he's believing
- 16:26Speaker 3: that this is the next step. So even he is
- 16:29Speaker 3: becoming a somewhat of a believer, but he believes that
- 16:32Speaker 3: to date, nothing good has happened, nothing good has happened,
- 16:36Speaker 3: that we're doing badly. He's got a job where he
- 16:39Speaker 3: has overtime. He's like, let's see when I do my taxes,
- 16:42Speaker 3: if I can get my overtime back, because you know,
- 16:45Speaker 3: last I checked, I wasn't he was supposed to be
- 16:47Speaker 3: taxed on overtime. Now I'm getting taxed on it, but
- 16:49Speaker 3: I can get back some of it. He's like, that's
- 16:51Speaker 3: a far cry from what he claimed on the campaign.
- 16:53Speaker 3: TRN just on and on and on about these things.
- 16:56Speaker 3: And again, listen, I understand I'd rather if I had
- 16:58Speaker 3: an overtime paying job, I want all of it back
- 17:01Speaker 3: or to not be tax period. I've been calling for
- 17:03Speaker 3: no taxation forever. I don't want taxes. I don't think
- 17:07Speaker 3: we need them. I think we can go towards a
- 17:09Speaker 3: tariff and sales tax type of economy. And you know,
- 17:14Speaker 3: get a guy like Elon Musk and Big Balls and
- 17:16Speaker 3: those guys that were part of Doge Committee to just
- 17:19Speaker 3: keep cutting and slashing and cutting and slashing, finding fraud,
- 17:22Speaker 3: prosecuting people, ending the gravy train. We don't have to
- 17:26Speaker 3: be this massive government. We really don't. But I said
- 17:31Speaker 3: all of this because I wanted to say that as
- 17:36Speaker 3: the preconditions seem to not be med and all this
- 17:39Speaker 3: stuff is happening, you know, over in Iran. Trump has
- 17:44Speaker 3: been saying a lot of things about NATO, right signaling
- 17:48Speaker 3: a potential withdrawal of troops from Europe, from the European Union,
- 17:53Speaker 3: where we have troops all over I think something like
- 17:55Speaker 3: eighty thousand troops since NATO isn't stepping up to help
- 17:58Speaker 3: the United States secure the Strait of Hormose. Now, of course,
- 18:02Speaker 3: the head of NATO over there, he's just like, oh, yeah,
- 18:05Speaker 3: we're trying to do it. He likes Trump. He always
- 18:07Speaker 3: says nice things to Trump. That's his strategy. He's just like,
- 18:10Speaker 3: be nice to Trump. Yeah, yeah, yeah, be nice to Trump. Okay,
- 18:14Speaker 3: but I think the proof's in the pudding. And since
- 18:16Speaker 3: they're not doing anything, all the people that are getting
- 18:20Speaker 3: oil from Iran via the Strait of horm moose either way,
- 18:25Speaker 3: they might be better off paying the US troops directly.
- 18:28Speaker 3: So now Trump's in a position again to say, hey,
- 18:30Speaker 3: look I got eighty thousand troops in Europe. I could
- 18:32Speaker 3: easily move them over to the Strait of Hormos. Who's
- 18:34Speaker 3: going to be the bigger payer, NATO or you. You
- 18:37Speaker 3: guys all want your oil and nobody else will secure
- 18:40Speaker 3: the strait. I'll do it, but here's what it's going
- 18:42Speaker 3: to cost you. And then he'll turn around and say, look,
- 18:43Speaker 3: I need the troops from Europe to do it because
- 18:45Speaker 3: you guys aren't doing anything. NATO doesn't do anything for us.
- 18:49Speaker 3: He's going to say, I respect Vladimir Putin, I have
- 18:51Speaker 3: a good relationship with vlad Vladimir. Come on and He's
- 18:56Speaker 3: going to say, you know who's got a problem with
- 18:57Speaker 3: that Poland you know who's got a problem with that
- 19:00Speaker 3: Ursula vander Land, All those people have a problem with Putin.
- 19:05Speaker 3: But in Trump's mind, he can say, you know what,
- 19:07Speaker 3: you guys are having trouble getting oil, buy it from
- 19:10Speaker 3: me in the US, or guess what, buy it from Putin?
- 19:14Speaker 3: You hate him so much that you want to have
- 19:15Speaker 3: a whole NATO against him. Right Trump's playing hardball here.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Good for him. I just sometimes wish it wasn't playing now.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I'm not calling for NATO to be disassembled, but I've
- 19:28Speaker 3: been calling for the United States to withdraw from the
- 19:31Speaker 3: United Nations ever since. I took an interest in the
- 19:37Speaker 3: United Nations some years ago and joined a group called
- 19:39Speaker 3: the United Nations Association, learned more about it, went to
- 19:43Speaker 3: a couple of conferences at the UN, and realized that
- 19:47Speaker 3: it really just isn't in the best interest of the
- 19:49Speaker 3: United States, and we didn't really need them to do
- 19:54Speaker 3: what we do across the world. Perfect example, right now,
- 20:00Speaker 3: we are in a combat theater in the Middle East
- 20:02Speaker 3: and the United Nations is not doing anything to help anybody.
- 20:07Speaker 3: So if anything, they get in the way look at
- 20:09Speaker 3: their organization, unrah you n r wa. I believe that
- 20:14Speaker 3: was they were horrible. They were in bed with the
- 20:17Speaker 3: terrorists helping Hamas. So what's the bottom line of all this. Well,
- 20:23Speaker 3: I think there's an interest in having the United States
- 20:28Speaker 3: secure the strait of horror moves. And I don't know
- 20:32Speaker 3: what a deal like looks like there? Right? Is that
- 20:34Speaker 3: Trump turning around or jd Vance and Jared Kushner and
- 20:38Speaker 3: Envoy Witkough on Saturday in Islamabad saying hey, listen, we
- 20:45Speaker 3: don't like you guys, and that is your neck of
- 20:46Speaker 3: the woods. But obviously we kicked your ass and we
- 20:50Speaker 3: have the firepower that you don't have. So rather than
- 20:53Speaker 3: us giving you all these reparations, maybe we will secure
- 20:57Speaker 3: the straight with you. We'll secure the straight and well
- 21:02Speaker 3: we'll kick back a little bit in the form of,
- 21:04Speaker 3: you know, helping you rebuild a little bit. But we're
- 21:07Speaker 3: a permanent partner and we're here. Call it colonialism, call
- 21:11Speaker 3: it whatever you want, right, call it our new military
- 21:16Speaker 3: base in Iran, you know, whatever you want to call
- 21:19Speaker 3: it new port if you will, maybe that's the.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Way to do it.
- 21:23Speaker 3: How else, what better way I should say than exuding
- 21:27Speaker 3: global strength then to say, hey, look, check out our
- 21:33Speaker 3: new base right here in Iran or something like that. Right,
- 21:36Speaker 3: our new port authority, our new security site run by
- 21:42Speaker 3: the United States on a lease, and you guys are
- 21:44Speaker 3: going to pay us. Right, every boat that comes to
- 21:46Speaker 3: that is going to pay the United States. How about that?
- 21:49Speaker 3: And you know, if you're lucky, in a couple of years,
- 21:52Speaker 3: we'll train some of your guys to do this. But
- 21:54Speaker 3: we're not going anywhere. I don't know what Trump's going
- 21:56Speaker 3: to do here, but I know the alternative is to
- 22:00Speaker 3: continue to destroy what they have, to position them in
- 22:09Speaker 3: a spot where they can't fight anymore. No more bridges,
- 22:13Speaker 3: so you can't get to the destinations you need to
- 22:16Speaker 3: get to in order to hit our planes.
- 22:19Speaker 4: No more.
- 22:20Speaker 3: You know, power facilities, You're not going to have the
- 22:22Speaker 3: electricity you need to fly your drones or to keep
- 22:25Speaker 3: your drone factories going or whatever and what have you.
- 22:27Speaker 3: You get the point, right, These will all be legitimate
- 22:30Speaker 3: war related military targets, that won't be war crimes. And yeah,
- 22:34Speaker 3: it will hurt people. And that's why I think at
- 22:36Speaker 3: the end of the day, Trump, he's a builder. I
- 22:39Speaker 3: think that escapes people all too often he doesn't want
- 22:43Speaker 3: to destroy anything. He likes building. He likes making big,
- 22:48Speaker 3: beautiful buildings. You know, I went to mar A Lago
- 22:51Speaker 3: once twice actually, but the first time I went there,
- 22:55Speaker 3: someone might have been who's now Ambassador Sergei or someone
- 23:01Speaker 3: that was part of that little welcoming crew when we
- 23:03Speaker 3: walked in, told us about how the tiles in that
- 23:09Speaker 3: first entryway when you walk in were observed by then
- 23:15Speaker 3: mister Trump before he was president, in a castle in Spain,
- 23:20Speaker 3: somewhere like a fourteenth century castle, and he said, oh,
- 23:24Speaker 3: I need those That's exactly what I need for the
- 23:27Speaker 3: foyer in the foyer in mar A Lago. And they
- 23:32Speaker 3: chiseled them out and brought them from Spain to the
- 23:35Speaker 3: United States. At least that was the story I was told.
- 23:38Speaker 3: And it is beautiful. It's great, beautiful tile. The point
- 23:43Speaker 3: I'm making is he's got an eye for what he likes,
- 23:45Speaker 3: and he builds these beautiful things. He really does. Whether
- 23:48Speaker 3: you like the design or not is irrespective of the
- 23:52Speaker 3: point I'm making. My point is that he likes to build,
- 23:55Speaker 3: not to destroy, and he's adamantly against it. And to
- 23:59Speaker 3: get him to a point where he's going to start
- 24:01Speaker 3: breaking stuff. It really, you're really pushing a man that
- 24:05Speaker 3: this goes against his inner constitution. So I think that
- 24:09Speaker 3: hopefully if we can make it, you know, through the
- 24:12Speaker 3: next couple of days without this escalating back into a
- 24:16Speaker 3: hot conflict, and we get to the Saturday meeting in Islamabad, Pakistan,
- 24:23Speaker 3: then yes, perhaps we might get to a deal or
- 24:27Speaker 3: a little bit closer to a deal than we have now.
- 24:30Speaker 3: And ceasefire is more like we're going to fight a
- 24:33Speaker 3: little less until we formalize this deal. But I get it.
- 24:36Speaker 3: I've seen how it works. It's not always pretty. And
- 24:40Speaker 3: there's a reality that if this were President Clinton or
- 24:44Speaker 3: President Obama and they announced the ceasefire, the media would
- 24:48Speaker 3: stop looking. It stops, they would stop sniffing around. They
- 24:52Speaker 3: would say, that's it, the war is over, everything was done.
- 24:56Speaker 3: He did an amazing job. And that's just the reality
- 24:59Speaker 3: of how reporting works. It's a very liberal leaning, liberal
- 25:03Speaker 3: favoring media that we have. But for you know, the
- 25:06Speaker 3: handful of people in talk radio and in the podcast world,
- 25:09Speaker 3: excuse me, so, mam wah wad, we will see. We
- 25:16Speaker 3: are gonna see for sure. Anyway, I want to talk
- 25:18Speaker 3: to you about a couple of crazy cases that I
- 25:20Speaker 3: saw in the media. There's a couple of court cases
- 25:24Speaker 3: that are coming up that are, you know, related to
- 25:28Speaker 3: crime and whatnot, and just things that are going on.
- 25:31Speaker 3: That again, an alarming trend that whenever I see three,
- 25:34Speaker 3: four or five articles in a row or videos news
- 25:37Speaker 3: reports that start to highlight a particular trend, it's definitely
- 25:42Speaker 3: something we got to look at. So we're gonna we're
- 25:44Speaker 3: gonna get into that straight ahead. If I have some
- 25:49Speaker 3: let's see, do I don't know, if I do or
- 25:51Speaker 3: I don't. If I have some calls, I'm going to
- 25:53Speaker 3: go to those in a little bit, maybe in after
- 25:55Speaker 3: the next segment, and we're going to continue continue discussion.
- 25:58Speaker 3: There's a lot to talk about, not only these legal
- 26:00Speaker 3: cases and these domestic issues in different states that I
- 26:03Speaker 3: want to cover, but other stuff that I want to share.
- 26:06Speaker 3: So keep it locked right here, don't go anywhere. I'm
- 26:08Speaker 3: Rich Faldez, this is America.
- 26:22Speaker 4: This is America.
- 26:30Speaker 3: President Donald take Frus, mister President, welcome to the program.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Service. Well, thank you, Rich, and thank you for everything.
- 26:36Speaker 5: I know you very well, and I have I listen,
- 26:39Speaker 5: but I have a lot of people that listen and
- 26:41Speaker 5: they love your show.
- 26:42Speaker 4: And I appreciate it very.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Much, all right. I mean, he goes, welcome back, happy
- 26:46Speaker 3: to be here with you. And I want to get
- 26:48Speaker 3: into a few other things. Right When I say that
- 26:52Speaker 3: is because I just had it at the tip of
- 26:53Speaker 3: my tongue and it just escaped me. But there was
- 26:56Speaker 3: a call that the President made to the ship that's
- 27:00Speaker 3: up there, the Artemis two, and I thought it was
- 27:04Speaker 3: a nice thing that he did that. And then I'll
- 27:07Speaker 3: talk a little bit about the bigger picture with Artemis two.
- 27:12Speaker 3: But interesting to say the least, listen to the call
- 27:16Speaker 3: with the crew of the Artemis two and Trumpito did
- 27:19Speaker 3: all this. Magnus the forty fifth and forty seventh President
- 27:22Speaker 3: of these United States, El President.
- 27:25Speaker 5: Obi, what is the most unforgettable part of this really
- 27:29Speaker 5: historic day.
- 27:30Speaker 4: The whole world is watching and listening.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Please tell me.
- 27:35Speaker 2: This call is certainly special all of us and we
- 27:38Speaker 2: really have a lot of faith in our administrator Jared Isiacan,
- 27:40Speaker 2: who's with you. We appreciate his leadership in NASA and
- 27:43Speaker 2: in the international community. We are doing great things and
- 27:46Speaker 2: we are proud to be a part of I have
- 27:49Speaker 2: to tell you. As we came around the near side
- 27:52Speaker 2: of the Moon, seeing all the sites that we've seen
- 27:54Speaker 2: from Earth for all of our lives, but we're seeing
- 27:56Speaker 2: them from a different perspective. And then we started to
- 27:58Speaker 2: get a glimpse of the and we saw sites oriental,
- 28:02Speaker 2: sites that no human has ever seen before, not even an.
- 28:05Speaker 4: Apollo, and that was amazing for us.
- 28:07Speaker 2: And then the surprise of the day. We just came
- 28:09Speaker 2: out of an eclipse where the sun Moon and the
- 28:13Speaker 2: entire dark moon about that big. Right out the window
- 28:17Speaker 2: that we were watching, we could see the corona of
- 28:19Speaker 2: the Sun, and then we could see the planet train lineup,
- 28:22Speaker 2: and we Fitt Mars and all of us commented how
- 28:25Speaker 2: excited we are to watch this nation and this planet
- 28:28Speaker 2: become a two planet species.
- 28:30Speaker 5: Tell me what is the most unforgettable part of this,
- 28:34Speaker 5: all right?
- 28:34Speaker 3: He just answered that, so two planet species. Whatever. Listen,
- 28:41Speaker 3: I am not sharing the excitement that these guys are sharing.
- 28:44Speaker 3: As I mentioned earlier, I see the glasses half empty.
- 28:47Speaker 3: I love President Trump's optimism, com bless them. But I
- 28:49Speaker 3: am going to say this decades or at least a
- 28:53Speaker 3: decade or close to a decade before I was born, right,
- 28:56Speaker 3: because it was sixty nine, then it was seventy two,
- 29:00Speaker 3: I had people walking on the Moon, and then we
- 29:04Speaker 3: take a break for I don't know, fifty years, and
- 29:07Speaker 3: we decide we're going to send somebody up there. But
- 29:10Speaker 3: they're not going to get out, they're not going to
- 29:12Speaker 3: walk on the moon. They're not even gonna take really
- 29:16Speaker 3: good pictures of the moon. But we're going to have
- 29:18Speaker 3: the president call them and they're going to say, yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 3: you know, we saw some really nice stuff, the four
- 29:23Speaker 3: or five of us that are up there, and it's
- 29:25Speaker 3: stuff no humans seen, not even the guys that were
- 29:28Speaker 3: on the moon, and it's just great, and just take
- 29:32Speaker 3: my word for it. Excuse me, I think this thing
- 29:35Speaker 3: costs four billion dollars four point one if I'm just
- 29:39Speaker 3: this mission right, not all the R and D that
- 29:41Speaker 3: led to it and all that. Excuse me. I gotta
- 29:44Speaker 3: tell you, I want my money back if I could
- 29:47Speaker 3: get a refund when President Trump decides to give his
- 29:51Speaker 3: tariff dividend checks, I would like a refund check on
- 29:55Speaker 3: whatever I contributed towards this NASA bust of a mission.
- 29:59Speaker 3: I'm going to say, and yeah, I'm not on board.
- 30:01Speaker 3: I'm not on board. You're not gonna tell me that
- 30:03Speaker 3: we're going to go to the moon way back when
- 30:05Speaker 3: twice right, we're gonna go to the moon. Then we're
- 30:07Speaker 3: gonna go to moon, get out and have a lunar
- 30:10Speaker 3: land rover thing that they use, and plant our flag
- 30:14Speaker 3: and do all these cool things. And we're gonna do
- 30:17Speaker 3: that a million years ago. But we're now in twenty
- 30:21Speaker 3: twenty six where we can fight wars without soldiers, and
- 30:27Speaker 3: while and I'm being tongue in cheek, I realized there's
- 30:29Speaker 3: a lot of brave and valiant soldiers, aaron and seaman
- 30:32Speaker 3: marines that are doing their thing. But my point here is,
- 30:37Speaker 3: come on, we've got to do better. Now. I know
- 30:39Speaker 3: their logic is, well, first we got to get up
- 30:41Speaker 3: to the moon. Make sure we can go. You know,
- 30:43Speaker 3: it's limited space. I say, bs, you did it wrong.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Whoever is in charge, this man, administrator, Isaacson or whatever
- 30:51Speaker 3: his name is. Now I understand why Elon Musk was
- 30:55Speaker 3: not in favor and that whole drama broke out, because
- 30:59Speaker 3: let me tell tell you, I'm not in favor either.
- 31:01Speaker 3: I think this guy's missing the mark here, missing the
- 31:05Speaker 3: mark big time. We need to get the photos. We
- 31:09Speaker 3: need to get this man, the first black man in space,
- 31:12Speaker 3: the first woman in space. The left loves that stuff.
- 31:15Speaker 3: How you're not going to have them in a little
- 31:16Speaker 3: space suit doing a moonwalk? Come on, well, listen. I'm
- 31:21Speaker 3: speaking from a position of deep ignorance when it comes
- 31:24Speaker 3: to space exploration, but I am speaking from a position
- 31:28Speaker 3: of skepticism and common sense. And common sense tells me
- 31:34Speaker 3: if you were able to go to the moon and
- 31:36Speaker 3: plant your flag and walk around with a helmet on
- 31:39Speaker 3: fifty years ago, today, you should be walking your dog,
- 31:43Speaker 3: driving a car, you know, sitting in a tanning bed
- 31:47Speaker 3: because you're so close to the sun. That's my thinking,
- 31:51Speaker 3: and the fact that we're not doing those things to
- 31:53Speaker 3: me is an incredible waste. It's an wasted opportunity. I'm
- 31:57Speaker 3: sure some scientists, some nerd, some geeks, some gene will
- 32:00Speaker 3: come back and insult my IQ and say, hey, you
- 32:03Speaker 3: don't know nothing. You don't know just because we did
- 32:06Speaker 3: it in sixty nine doesn't mean we could do it again.
- 32:08Speaker 3: We took extraordinary risks back then, risks that we didn't
- 32:10Speaker 3: even know we were taking, and now that we know
- 32:12Speaker 3: we can't put people at that risk, then shut up, bro.
- 32:14Speaker 3: I will find you somebody. I will find you somebody
- 32:17Speaker 3: that wants to go up there. I can bet are astronauts.
- 32:20Speaker 3: I can guarantee I can find you some astronauts that
- 32:22Speaker 3: are willing to be that guy. So whatever song and
- 32:26Speaker 3: dance this guy is peddling, I'm not buying it. I'm
- 32:28Speaker 3: not saying I think it's fake. I'm not saying anything.
- 32:31Speaker 3: I'm saying. I think it's dumb. I think it's a
- 32:34Speaker 3: bad move for America. I think this puts us in
- 32:37Speaker 3: a position where, you know, Putin loves to take shots
- 32:41Speaker 3: at America. What do you think Putin is saying about this.
- 32:43Speaker 3: I'm sure he's saying something like this. Well, the Americans
- 32:47Speaker 3: claim they went through the moon back in nineteen sixty
- 32:49Speaker 3: seventy two. But what's interesting is that they did it
- 32:53Speaker 3: at that time, and now they kind of do it
- 32:54Speaker 3: fifty years later. They kind of do it. They come
- 32:56Speaker 3: with the DEI they come. The only thing they were
- 32:59Speaker 3: missing was LGB. Think you right, because he sounds like
- 33:02Speaker 3: countraculate to me, and he would, and he would gain
- 33:06Speaker 3: lots of fans, including the pro Putin populist in America.
- 33:11Speaker 3: This is how he gains that traction in America by
- 33:15Speaker 3: making comments like this. But this one's a glaring opening
- 33:18Speaker 3: for him. I don't see the benefit. And again, if
- 33:21Speaker 3: you're doing it, do it, don't publicize it, and you know,
- 33:23Speaker 3: stop media traffic to talk about this. You know, I
- 33:27Speaker 3: was all on board until I actually looked in a
- 33:29Speaker 3: little deeper the other day. I did that thing, and
- 33:31Speaker 3: I kept reading, and then I was thinking about it
- 33:33Speaker 3: the next day and I said, you know what, why
- 33:35Speaker 3: would we go to the moon, traverse the moon, orbit
- 33:39Speaker 3: the Moon and not get out and say hello. They
- 33:41Speaker 3: got to come up with a better reason than that.
- 33:43Speaker 3: And I had a guy on the show. I think
- 33:46Speaker 3: his name was doctor Charles Kamard, kid from Queens. I
- 33:50Speaker 3: say a kid because he was once a kid. He's now,
- 33:52Speaker 3: you know, a man of age who's an astronaut. He
- 33:56Speaker 3: worked for NASA. And I'm going to see if I
- 33:58Speaker 3: could track him down and get his thoughts on this,
- 33:59Speaker 3: and maybe he could school me and put me in
- 34:01Speaker 3: my place and tell me why I'm off. I'm off
- 34:04Speaker 3: my rocker. But it seems to me that this whole
- 34:07Speaker 3: thing was unnecessary or overhyped. We should have made this
- 34:11Speaker 3: big deal America two fifty and all that when you
- 34:14Speaker 3: had the Artemist two crew walking on the Moon, right
- 34:17Speaker 3: or wrong. I want to know, let me know what
- 34:19Speaker 3: you think. I want to know if you think if
- 34:20Speaker 3: I'm missing the mark here or not like I think
- 34:23Speaker 3: Administrator Isaac Minh or Isaac Sin whatever his nay miss.
- 34:26Speaker 3: And I don't mean to be flip. I just don't
- 34:28Speaker 3: have it in front of me anymore. And I forgot
- 34:29Speaker 3: so for all the people that have called me Vasquez,
- 34:32Speaker 3: there you go, just paid you back. All right, I'm
- 34:34Speaker 3: taking a pause right here. We're going to come right back.
- 34:35Speaker 3: I got more to come straight ahead. Don't go anywhere.
- 34:39Speaker 4: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 34:54Speaker 4: and he's breaking it down.
- 34:55Speaker 3: Oh he still has some what's his tame?
- 34:57Speaker 4: Rich Valdez? All right?
- 35:00Speaker 3: I mean he goes, welcome back, Rich Valada is keeping
- 35:02Speaker 3: your company this Wednesday night. And I wanted to lighten
- 35:07Speaker 3: things up with a little bit of humor. I got
- 35:09Speaker 3: this clip of a comedian. He goes by Guy Gully
- 35:13Speaker 3: g u y g u l y and very very funny.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 35:20Speaker 4: I'm a liberal, I'm a Republican. I just identify as liberal,
- 35:23Speaker 4: all right.
- 35:23Speaker 3: I sawry with this liberal comic and I wanted to
- 35:27Speaker 3: piss him off.
- 35:28Speaker 2: So I told him that I think that trans women
- 35:30Speaker 2: are men.
- 35:31Speaker 3: Now obviously I'm joking right right, And he's like, that's
- 35:38Speaker 3: not true.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Trans women identify as women, so that's just your opinion.
- 35:44Speaker 4: I was like, what have I told you that.
- 35:46Speaker 3: My opinion identifies as a fact. And he's like, in
- 35:58Speaker 3: your opinion wants to be a fact, I'm not gonna
- 35:59Speaker 3: tell it. Where arm be.
- 36:03Speaker 4: Fact.
- 36:05Speaker 3: It is the nerve to ask you, how do you
- 36:07Speaker 3: prove that your fact is in fact the facts?
- 36:10Speaker 4: I was like, oh my god, this is fact.
- 36:11Speaker 2: Phones I'll tell you.
- 36:15Speaker 6: My opinion used to be an opinion and now it's
- 36:18Speaker 6: an opinion replaced the therapy, and now it's a trance fact.
- 36:24Speaker 3: It's just like a biological fact. It just can't have
- 36:27Speaker 3: fat babies. Oh man, you gotta love it when you
- 36:34Speaker 3: use their logic against them. And I wanted to do
- 36:38Speaker 3: that because I find so many good things on social media,
- 36:41Speaker 3: because you know, there's such a trend going on now.
- 36:44Speaker 3: And I don't know why. I don't think I've done
- 36:47Speaker 3: it many times. I may have done it once or twice,
- 36:49Speaker 3: and not because of frustration or angst, but more so
- 36:53Speaker 3: because I needed to say something and I happened to
- 36:55Speaker 3: be in my car. But there is like, like I
- 36:58Speaker 3: almost feel scared when I'm scrolling and I see somebody
- 37:03Speaker 3: making a video in their car. Goh boy, here we go.
- 37:05Speaker 3: They're about to unleash on something, because they typically do.
- 37:08Speaker 3: But this one was an interesting one. This woman here,
- 37:11Speaker 3: she is unleashing on on feminism. And I don't know
- 37:17Speaker 3: if we're gonna have time to bleep everything, so I
- 37:19Speaker 3: might have a few curse words in it, but she
- 37:24Speaker 3: I think the message here is a good one. And
- 37:27Speaker 3: it seems that the new therapy is your car. Right
- 37:29Speaker 3: you want to have a therapeutic moment, bust out your
- 37:32Speaker 3: cell phone and start recording and go straight to social
- 37:35Speaker 3: media because this is how we now have Catharsis everyone
- 37:38Speaker 3: anyway listen to this? This is from iron Prime on Instagram.
- 37:44Speaker 3: Check this out.
- 37:46Speaker 7: Okay, I'm gonna make this quick because I have to
- 37:48Speaker 7: go into a meeting. I have three meetings today. I
- 37:51Speaker 7: have been in the corporate life for almost half my life.
- 37:54Speaker 7: For contact, I'm forty.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Years Oh can we get her back? Well, while we
- 38:03Speaker 3: work on getting her back and her soliloquy on her
- 38:09Speaker 3: life and we got her back?
- 38:12Speaker 4: All right?
- 38:13Speaker 7: Guard ahead, Okay, I'm gonna make this quick because I
- 38:16Speaker 7: have to go into a meeting. I have three meetings today.
- 38:19Speaker 3: Oh great.
- 38:19Speaker 7: I've been in the corporate life for almost half my life.
- 38:22Speaker 7: For context, I am forty years old. I have two
- 38:24Speaker 7: children who are eleven and seven.
- 38:27Speaker 3: And I fell for it.
- 38:29Speaker 2: I fell for this.
- 38:32Speaker 7: This thing where you know, go to college, get your degree.
- 38:37Speaker 7: You know, if you want to have kids, you can
- 38:39Speaker 7: do it all. You can have a career, you can
- 38:41Speaker 7: have kids, you can just do do everything.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Well.
- 38:44Speaker 1: I don't.
- 38:44Speaker 7: I don't want to do everything. I don't. I don't
- 38:46Speaker 7: want to do that anymore. I fell for that shit.
- 38:48Speaker 7: Do not fall for it. Do not fall for that shit.
- 38:53Speaker 7: I want to take my kids to school. I want
- 38:55Speaker 7: to pick them up from school. I want to be
- 38:58Speaker 7: there when they get home. I want to chaperone for them,
- 39:02Speaker 7: volunteer at school. I just want to go to the gym,
- 39:06Speaker 7: clean my house, do laundry, go to the grocery store,
- 39:09Speaker 7: and just be home.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Don't we all want to be unemployed and yet have money.
- 39:13Speaker 3: I think that's called being rich, right or independently wealthy guarded?
- 39:18Speaker 7: So do me a favor. Okay, I'm gonna make this quick.
- 39:24Speaker 7: Because I have to go into a meeting. I do
- 39:27Speaker 7: not fall for that shit because it.
- 39:31Speaker 4: Is not worth it.
- 39:32Speaker 7: It's a joke.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Feminism, it's a joke.
- 39:40Speaker 7: Don't do it.
- 39:40Speaker 3: She's crying.
- 39:41Speaker 7: Now, be home, find a way to be home, be
- 39:44Speaker 7: with your family, be with your kids. Just it's not
- 39:49Speaker 7: worth it. None of this is worth it.
- 39:51Speaker 3: So there it is. None of this is worth it.
- 39:56Speaker 3: This forty year old mom, she's been in this corporate
- 39:59Speaker 3: race and and she realized that she fell for it.
- 40:02Speaker 3: Go to college to listen. It's not that any of
- 40:04Speaker 3: those things are bad. It's that she's getting smacked in
- 40:07Speaker 3: the face with reality that she was built and called
- 40:11Speaker 3: to be a wife and a mom, and she's figured
- 40:14Speaker 3: out that her personal preferences. She wants to be there
- 40:17Speaker 3: for small children. And listen, I could not imagine, you know,
- 40:23Speaker 3: raising kids in this day and age. Not that I
- 40:25Speaker 3: did it that long ago. And I did it with
- 40:27Speaker 3: the help of a church based daycare for when my
- 40:31Speaker 3: kids were small, because my wife wanted to work. And
- 40:36Speaker 3: I'll tell you it was difficult. It presents its challenges,
- 40:39Speaker 3: and those challenges are eating away at her. Maybe because
- 40:43Speaker 3: she grew up that way, maybe because she came home
- 40:46Speaker 3: and her mom chaperoned her trips, and her mom was
- 40:50Speaker 3: there making her snacks at three o'clock in the afternoon
- 40:52Speaker 3: when she came home from school, and those might be
- 40:55Speaker 3: some of the best memories she's ever had. And she thought, well,
- 40:58Speaker 3: let me do all this stuff and get all corporate
- 41:00Speaker 3: and let me do whatever. And again, I'm not pooh
- 41:03Speaker 3: poohing corporate, because a lot of people that balance corporate.
- 41:06Speaker 3: I know some corporate people making two three hundred thousand
- 41:08Speaker 3: a year. They work from home and they're doing all
- 41:10Speaker 3: this stuff. They're with their kids, and they're they're making bank.
- 41:14Speaker 3: So I'm not trying to cast any aspersion on women
- 41:20Speaker 3: working per se. Right, if it's your preference that you
- 41:24Speaker 3: marry a woman that doesn't work, that's fine too, because
- 41:27Speaker 3: it's a double edged sword. Right, If I may, you know,
- 41:30Speaker 3: enter the realm of what I'm going to sure is
- 41:33Speaker 3: surely be called a misogynist here, But women working. I've
- 41:39Speaker 3: heard women, I've heard feminists make this argument to me,
- 41:43Speaker 3: saying that women working has been the leveling of the
- 41:47Speaker 3: playing field where we don't need men anymore. Right, I
- 41:50Speaker 3: had one woman tell me I can get my own credit.
- 41:53Speaker 3: I don't need you anymore. I don't need to be
- 41:55Speaker 3: missus or the property of missus, rich falde is or whatever. Right,
- 42:00Speaker 3: my ex wife said this. It wasn't her with someone else,
- 42:02Speaker 3: But the bottom line is she was saying, if I
- 42:05Speaker 3: can go to school, if I can get my own loan,
- 42:09Speaker 3: if I can make my own money and have my
- 42:11Speaker 3: own salary, why do I need you? What is the
- 42:16Speaker 3: need of This is the utilitarian argument that this particular
- 42:20Speaker 3: feminist was making with me. And I said, if that
- 42:23Speaker 3: is what you view as men, then yeah, you don't
- 42:27Speaker 3: need one, right because clearly you're looking at it the
- 42:30Speaker 3: wrong way. And she's like, well, you know, if we
- 42:33Speaker 3: take all the god construct and everything else out of marriage,
- 42:36Speaker 3: you know, really what else is there? And I just thought, well,
- 42:39Speaker 3: how do you talk to someone again? Not to insult,
- 42:42Speaker 3: And I'm not saying she's stupid, but the premise of
- 42:44Speaker 3: the argument, or the saying the adage you can't fix stupid,
- 42:49Speaker 3: that's it right there. You can't change someone's mind on
- 42:53Speaker 3: certain things. Right. If people say, look, I'm looking up
- 42:57Speaker 3: and I see a tree coming right out of the sun.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Guess what, It's not going to work. You're not going
- 43:05Speaker 3: to be able to say, no, you're not seeing a
- 43:07Speaker 3: tree come out of the sun. That's a tree coming
- 43:09Speaker 3: out of the ground, and it's in front of the sun,
- 43:12Speaker 3: and it looks like it's, you know, coming out of somebody.
- 43:14Speaker 3: It's really coming out of the ground. You can try that,
- 43:17Speaker 3: but after one attempt it's pretty clear they want to
- 43:22Speaker 3: believe what they want to believe. And this poor woman's
- 43:25Speaker 3: having her own reckoning. So I say kudos to her.
- 43:27Speaker 3: Good for her, and I'm not poo pooing women working,
- 43:30Speaker 3: although if I had my way, I would probably want
- 43:33Speaker 3: my wife to not work. If I ever had to
- 43:34Speaker 3: marry again, that would probably be my case. If there
- 43:37Speaker 3: were children, right, if there's no children in yet, whatever,
- 43:40Speaker 3: But interesting, right, is this a trend? Are we seeing
- 43:45Speaker 3: a reckoning coming? Is this the beginning of people having
- 43:50Speaker 3: buyers remorse? On feminism? So another clip where a woman says, listen,
- 43:54Speaker 3: I am as feminist as they come. But I believe
- 43:57Speaker 3: that because we are subjected to live in this patriarchical society,
- 44:02Speaker 3: that the patriarchy must pay some sort of reparation to me.
- 44:08Speaker 3: So if a man wants to take me on a date,
- 44:10Speaker 3: then the man must pay the entire bill, something feminists
- 44:14Speaker 3: fought against for a long time, saying that it's not chivalrous,
- 44:17Speaker 3: it's not generous, it's not the man in his role
- 44:21Speaker 3: of wanting to provide. No, no, no, none of that.
- 44:24Speaker 3: This is now, you know, back then, or no, let's
- 44:27Speaker 3: split the check, let's go Dutch, blah blah blah. Now
- 44:30Speaker 3: it's it's it's reparations. So they've gone so far to
- 44:38Speaker 3: the left they bounced back to the right. It really
- 44:40Speaker 3: is funny. Anyway, if you have an opinion on that,
- 44:43Speaker 3: you could let me know. If not, we can we
- 44:45Speaker 3: can keep it moving. But I thought that was really, really,
- 44:48Speaker 3: really funny because ultimately, you know, come on, is this
- 44:56Speaker 3: really it is this what society has come to car
- 45:01Speaker 3: rants about wanting to stay to be a stay at
- 45:04Speaker 3: home mom. Listen, a lot of people want to stay
- 45:06Speaker 3: at home and not work. That would be lovely if
- 45:08Speaker 3: you can afford to do it, do it. And she's
- 45:10Speaker 3: got a wedding ring on, so I think this is
- 45:12Speaker 3: a question for her husband. I would love to be
- 45:14Speaker 3: able to interview couples like this and really get this
- 45:16Speaker 3: this take, and get his take, you know, and see,
- 45:19Speaker 3: you know, what kind of guy is she married to,
- 45:21Speaker 3: and she married to the type of guy that says,
- 45:22Speaker 3: all right, now, listen, i'man do what I got to do.
- 45:24Speaker 3: I've got a second job. I'll go back and get
- 45:26Speaker 3: my masters in that that'll get me, you know, another
- 45:28Speaker 3: thirty percent of my income. What's he willing to do?
- 45:31Speaker 3: Or is it that she's you know a little overbearing
- 45:34Speaker 3: and you know, doesn't really let the guy live a little?
- 45:38Speaker 3: Oh maybe it's a combination thereof you know, I'm curious.
- 45:40Speaker 3: I'd love to know, but I don't think we get
- 45:42Speaker 3: the answer here anyway. More to come straight ahead, a
- 45:46Speaker 3: couple more things before I let you go, And I
- 45:49Speaker 3: want to remind you make sure you're subscribed to the
- 45:52Speaker 3: Rumble page, to the YouTube page. We're not posting very
- 45:56Speaker 3: actively all the time, but looking for those numbers to grow,
- 45:59Speaker 3: and once I see the right amount of subscribers, will
- 46:02Speaker 3: be cranking out more stuff there. So please make sure
- 46:05Speaker 3: you're there, and we are posting, just not as quickly
- 46:08Speaker 3: as I would like to. There's a lot involved in that,
- 46:11Speaker 3: and we'll do more. We'll definitely be doing more. So
- 46:14Speaker 3: that's rumble dot com. I think it's rumble dot com
- 46:17Speaker 3: slash Richfeldest go to This is America page, make sure
- 46:20Speaker 3: you're subscribed and you can get the notifications, and of
- 46:24Speaker 3: course on whatever podcast app you use. And a few
- 46:26Speaker 3: people this week told me that they had trouble accessing
- 46:28Speaker 3: the show on iHeartRadio. That's an iHeartRadio issue. We're going
- 46:32Speaker 3: to look into that, see why you're not getting the
- 46:36Speaker 3: show or why the links weren't working online. But I
- 46:39Speaker 3: recommend using Spotify if that doesn't work, or Apple Podcast
- 46:43Speaker 3: if you have an Apple devices. Many different ways to
- 46:45Speaker 3: get the show. And my intention is to make sure
- 46:48Speaker 3: that you're getting it. So anyway, coming right back, don't
- 46:51Speaker 3: go anywhere. I'm Rich feldesk this is America.
- 47:05Speaker 4: This is America. He's making podcasting great again. This is
- 47:13Speaker 4: America with Rich Valdez.
- 47:28Speaker 3: All right, amigos, welcome back and check this out. This
- 47:32Speaker 3: is a good one. The well, let me see if
- 47:35Speaker 3: I can which one I'm gonna do first. There's a
- 47:37Speaker 3: couple here, a couple of thefts I wanted to talk about.
- 47:40Speaker 3: I saw these interesting stories about people stealing stuff right now.
- 47:46Speaker 3: My brother used to work for the Department of Online Security.
- 47:48Speaker 3: He was in charge. He was the assistant Federal Security
- 47:51Speaker 3: Director at JFK Airport, and they split that function into
- 47:55Speaker 3: two sides, law enforcement investigations and counter terrorism investigation. And
- 48:02Speaker 3: you know, one would think the main function of a
- 48:04Speaker 3: DHS investigatory or investigative body would be that of stopping
- 48:11Speaker 3: terrorists or drug trafficking, but believe it or not, there
- 48:15Speaker 3: is a whole lot of intraterminal theft going on. You
- 48:20Speaker 3: bringing stuff from wherever, packing your bags, airline employees, robbing you.
- 48:25Speaker 3: This happens so much that that does become the central
- 48:29Speaker 3: part of their law enforcement investigations. And this story. You know,
- 48:35Speaker 3: had I not known that, I would have thought, no way,
- 48:38Speaker 3: you're making this stuff up. But nope, it actually is
- 48:41Speaker 3: a thing. And I thought, man, this is wild that
- 48:46Speaker 3: people are stealing things the way they do. Now, this one,
- 48:50Speaker 3: I'm going to have to talk you through a little
- 48:51Speaker 3: bit of it because you can't see it. But what's
- 48:54Speaker 3: happening in this video is there's a gentleman. If you
- 48:58Speaker 3: want to envision this with your minds, with the use
- 49:01Speaker 3: of theater of the mind, which is why I love
- 49:03Speaker 3: the audio format. This guy is there, He's got his
- 49:08Speaker 3: roller luggage next to him. He's at the counter. I
- 49:12Speaker 3: think it's for Spirit Airlines. He's speaking with two women
- 49:16Speaker 3: and he has a smaller bag that he places on
- 49:21Speaker 3: a ledge that's just beneath the counter where they're attending him,
- 49:27Speaker 3: and let's play this tape.
- 49:29Speaker 6: Accidentally left his carry on at the ticket counter on
- 49:32Speaker 6: February nineteenth as he was flying home to Los Angeles
- 49:35Speaker 6: after attending a funeral. He filed the lost and found claim,
- 49:39Speaker 6: but when his bag didn't turn up, he put in
- 49:41Speaker 6: a public records request to the airport for security footage
- 49:45Speaker 6: at the gate.
- 49:45Speaker 8: I had a good feeling that something went wrong.
- 49:49Speaker 6: On the video, you see one spirit worker approach Brooks
- 49:52Speaker 6: bag where he left it. She then takes it behind
- 49:54Speaker 6: the counter. Minutes later, after all the passengers on his
- 49:57Speaker 6: flight had boarded, she brings the bag over to a
- 50:00Speaker 6: nearby seat where she rifles through it.
- 50:02Speaker 8: I did notice that she was stuck in some things
- 50:05Speaker 8: in her pocket. Now I don't know if there was
- 50:07Speaker 8: my jewelry on my crystals.
- 50:10Speaker 6: In addition to his jewelry, Brooks says he also had
- 50:13Speaker 6: life saving medication in his bag. The worker eventually moves.
- 50:17Speaker 3: Over hold on jewelry. I can understand somebody's stealing because
- 50:21Speaker 3: it's valuable and if you're a thief, that's what you're
- 50:23Speaker 3: looking for. Crystals. I don't know if they're worth anything.
- 50:28Speaker 3: I think people believe in those things that they heal
- 50:30Speaker 3: or they create energy or this and that, and they
- 50:32Speaker 3: come out of the ground. So maybe there is some
- 50:34Speaker 3: sort of polarity. But interesting. And again what's happening in
- 50:39Speaker 3: the news report is doing a great job here. But
- 50:41Speaker 3: this woman, she's got her uniform on. She goes over
- 50:44Speaker 3: to one of those silver trash cans. It looks like
- 50:47Speaker 3: a bullet almost, and you could see the window behind
- 50:51Speaker 3: her of the tarmac and the planes and the jetway,
- 50:54Speaker 3: and she just starts throwing stuff in this trash can.
- 50:57Speaker 3: Check this out.
- 50:58Speaker 6: We're to a trash can where she is joined by coworkers.
- 51:02Speaker 6: You can see her open one pill bottle and pour
- 51:05Speaker 6: out the contents.
- 51:06Speaker 3: Now that one she didn't do justice. Yes, she does
- 51:10Speaker 3: open a pill bottle and pour the contents, but she
- 51:12Speaker 3: literally is scoffing while she's doing it, and she twists
- 51:17Speaker 3: off the cap and then takes the pills and pours
- 51:19Speaker 3: them as if she's a bartender, pouring like one of
- 51:22Speaker 3: those flare bartenders you know where you get the long stream.
- 51:25Speaker 3: Her arm goes about twelve or thirteen fifteen inches above
- 51:29Speaker 3: her head as she's pouring out these pills one at
- 51:31Speaker 3: a time, you know, trickling down into the trash can.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Look like she was having joy pouring out these pills right.
- 51:38Speaker 6: Into the can, all while her coworker appears to be
- 51:41Speaker 6: taking cell phone video and laughing. The gate agent then
- 51:45Speaker 6: throws the bag and the rest of its contents into
- 51:48Speaker 6: the trash and casually walks away.
- 51:51Speaker 8: My heart's a song because it's like, for instance, there
- 51:54Speaker 8: was a family heirloom in there that I'll if they
- 51:57Speaker 8: don't find the garbage bag with my contents, then I'll
- 52:01Speaker 8: never get that bad Brooks.
- 52:02Speaker 6: Did reach out to Spirit and sent the airline the
- 52:05Speaker 6: video and they refunded the cost of his flight. But
- 52:08Speaker 6: he doesn't think this is an isolated incident.
- 52:11Speaker 8: And they happened to me and I got the video footage.
- 52:14Speaker 8: How many other people has this happened to?
- 52:16Speaker 6: This accident?
- 52:17Speaker 3: Yeah, now, how many people has it happened to? That's
- 52:20Speaker 3: a great question. Now the bigger thing here is this
- 52:23Speaker 3: guy forgets a bag while he's doing whatever, And all
- 52:27Speaker 3: I could say is I recently, you know, I was
- 52:29Speaker 3: doing a bunch of traveling A couple of weeks ago.
- 52:31Speaker 3: I forgot my wallet in the TSA checkpoint. I got
- 52:37Speaker 3: to the gate, they asked me for my ID, and
- 52:42Speaker 3: when I put my hand in my pocket, I realized,
- 52:44Speaker 3: oh no, that's that's a lie. I got to the gate.
- 52:47Speaker 3: I was early, so I went to go buy a
- 52:49Speaker 3: cup of coffee. I went to buy the coffee, put
- 52:52Speaker 3: my hand in my pocket to pay for it, and
- 52:54Speaker 3: realized I didn't have my wallet. And then I said,
- 52:56Speaker 3: oh shoot, I don't have my idea. I won't be
- 52:58Speaker 3: able to, you know, get on this plane, do whatever,
- 53:00Speaker 3: because they check it, you know, with your with your
- 53:03Speaker 3: your passport and whatever. And I had I had them
- 53:05Speaker 3: clip together. So anyway, long story short, I run back
- 53:10Speaker 3: over to TSA and guess what, Every single one of
- 53:13Speaker 3: those lines looks the same. Now I'm not in a
- 53:15Speaker 3: small airport with four gates. I was flying out of
- 53:17Speaker 3: Newark Liberty International. There's I don't know, I'm gonna say
- 53:21Speaker 3: a dozen TSA lines there. So I remembered the guy,
- 53:26Speaker 3: but it was so many lines it took me a
- 53:28Speaker 3: minute to do it. So I asked the first person
- 53:30Speaker 3: I described, the guy who's pretty unique looking and she
- 53:33Speaker 3: was like, hmmm, I don't know if I know him.
- 53:35Speaker 3: And at that moment, a very nice, uh African American
- 53:39Speaker 3: guy was like, hey, man, is this you? Luckily my
- 53:41Speaker 3: business cards have my face on them and there was
- 53:44Speaker 3: one right at the top of the clip on my
- 53:46Speaker 3: wallet and boom. I said, yep, that's me and uh
- 53:51Speaker 3: and he gave it back and it made my day
- 53:54Speaker 3: and I was so grateful. Why couldn't that happen to
- 53:57Speaker 3: this guy. These people know that this guy was on
- 54:00Speaker 3: that plane, that somebody that was at that counter likely
- 54:03Speaker 3: was a passenger of theirs. Why why would they do that?
- 54:09Speaker 3: And I'm all seriousness, I'm not I realize people are
- 54:12Speaker 3: due and whatever. Let's say let's say she did want
- 54:15Speaker 3: to steal the jewelry, okay, then why would you throw
- 54:18Speaker 3: away the evidence in the garbage can right next to
- 54:20Speaker 3: your Spirit airlinesing number one, number two? If you're just
- 54:25Speaker 3: going to steal this stuff, just throw the rest of
- 54:27Speaker 3: it away. Why why would you open up the pill
- 54:30Speaker 3: bottle in an extravagant fashion start pouring out all these
- 54:34Speaker 3: pills like they did something wrong to you. Moreover, why
- 54:39Speaker 3: is her friend like doing all of this? You know,
- 54:44Speaker 3: giggling and taking selfie videos of them rifling through this
- 54:48Speaker 3: guy's stuff and throwing his stuff in the trash. I really,
- 54:51Speaker 3: I don't get that. It's only going to get them
- 54:53Speaker 3: in trouble. There's cameras everywhere, like, how dumb can you be?
- 54:57Speaker 3: The only thing missing was for them to start torking, right,
- 54:59Speaker 3: which to be what people like to do when they're
- 55:01Speaker 3: on camera. This is the whole thing blew me away.
- 55:04Speaker 3: And I thought to myself, what is wrong with people
- 55:07Speaker 3: in particular these people? Right, Because I think there's a
- 55:10Speaker 3: group of people in life that they take pride in
- 55:14Speaker 3: the misfortune of others. They take joy in it. They're
- 55:17Speaker 3: happy to see you get screwed over, and they're not
- 55:21Speaker 3: like the rest of us. I don't think that those
- 55:23Speaker 3: are people having a bad day, right. I feel like
- 55:26Speaker 3: I'm pretty safe in saying that I think people who
- 55:29Speaker 3: take joy in the misfortune of others are just mean
- 55:34Speaker 3: spirited people, right. They're people that they any day of
- 55:38Speaker 3: the week, they're looking to do that.
- 55:40Speaker 7: Right.
- 55:40Speaker 3: This is not something where they're like, oh yeah, no, no, no,
- 55:43Speaker 3: I was having a bad day that day. I made
- 55:45Speaker 3: a bad choice. Now that I don't think that was
- 55:47Speaker 3: the case. This looks like they'll do that any day
- 55:49Speaker 3: of the week they got a chance to. And to me,
- 55:52Speaker 3: that's part of the problem. And this type of theft
- 55:55Speaker 3: should never be tolerated. And there's another type of theft
- 55:58Speaker 3: I want to talk about. Been more concerning this one.
- 56:02Speaker 3: I mean truly alarming.
- 56:05Speaker 4: This one.
- 56:05Speaker 3: You got to think, like, all right, it's one thing
- 56:07Speaker 3: to steal somebody's pocket book, or their their fanny pack,
- 56:12Speaker 3: or you know, their carry on item like in this
- 56:15Speaker 3: guy's case, and it wasn't a full carry on luggage.
- 56:18Speaker 3: It was just like a small shoulder bag. But now
- 56:24Speaker 3: some people want to steal things that are more intimate,
- 56:27Speaker 3: more maybe even biologically necessary, and that, to me, is
- 56:34Speaker 3: incredibly alarming. And it's one thing to say, hey, look
- 56:37Speaker 3: I went to a bar. This's a really beautiful woman
- 56:39Speaker 3: approached me, she brought me a drink. Next thing, you know,
- 56:43Speaker 3: I woke up, I had a pain in my side.
- 56:45Speaker 3: They stole my kidney, right and I had a doctor
- 56:49Speaker 3: on who we did an interview or he'd known about
- 56:53Speaker 3: some of this that was going on, This organ harvesting
- 56:55Speaker 3: stuff where they steal people's stuff, they steal your organs.
- 57:00Speaker 3: But this This wasn't that. This was even in my opinion,
- 57:04Speaker 3: more egregious because you can't see that one coming, right,
- 57:07Speaker 3: I mean, you're like, oh, yeah, the girl was pretty.
- 57:09Speaker 3: She was buying me a drink. I was wondering. But
- 57:11Speaker 3: all right, that's you're a victim, and in this one
- 57:14Speaker 3: you're also a victim. But in this scenario I'm about
- 57:17Speaker 3: to play for you. This to me, and this happened
- 57:19Speaker 3: a few years ago, pure evil right just to me,
- 57:21Speaker 3: went right along with the idea of theft. This is crazy.
- 57:27Speaker 3: You go to a physician for help, for trust, for
- 57:31Speaker 3: a checkup, and you get this. Listen to this.
- 57:39Speaker 9: It's the private room. I got undressed, of course, and
- 57:42Speaker 9: I set a camera up and I just wanted to
- 57:46Speaker 9: make sure that I was getting the best medical advice
- 57:48Speaker 9: as possible.
- 57:50Speaker 3: I'ing now just to give you a little context. Here
- 57:56Speaker 3: this woman sharing footage of the moment that a former
- 57:59Speaker 3: OBI g G I N named Javad per Wise. I
- 58:05Speaker 3: don't know if I said that right, j A V
- 58:07Speaker 3: A I D P E r W A I Z
- 58:11Speaker 3: Javid or Javaid per Wise. Anyway, he was sentenced to
- 58:17Speaker 3: fifty nine years in prison for doing what you're about
- 58:19Speaker 3: to hear him do, and basically he promised to help
- 58:22Speaker 3: her get pregnant, but then he proceeded to remove her
- 58:26Speaker 3: uterus without her knowledge or even her consent. Freaking wild.
- 58:32Speaker 7: I apologize, I.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Don't know.
- 58:41Speaker 3: And again she's talking about trying to get pregnant for
- 58:43Speaker 3: the last three years, and he says, you cannot have
- 58:46Speaker 3: a baby? Why And she's explaining.
- 58:50Speaker 9: They got to ask me questions, have you ever had
- 58:52Speaker 9: any surgery? You know, you could tell the conversation he had.
- 58:58Speaker 5: He preppediced.
- 59:01Speaker 9: Sitting on the bed and they did a pet smear
- 59:03Speaker 9: on me.
- 59:04Speaker 4: Sometimes you can have.
- 59:05Speaker 8: These little sistem theory that come and go, but it
- 59:10Speaker 8: makes you disacoporating your prayers.
- 59:12Speaker 9: And he's like, oh yeah, ms nevill, let me just
- 59:15Speaker 9: say this. You're talking about trying to have a baby
- 59:17Speaker 9: and you're having issues. Basically, there's a surgery I can
- 59:21Speaker 9: do to help you get pregnant.
- 59:23Speaker 2: So we're gonna help you.
- 59:24Speaker 3: Have a baby.
- 59:25Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 59:25Speaker 2: Yes, yes, what I'm gonna do.
- 59:27Speaker 4: I do my part.
- 59:29Speaker 9: And I I thought to myself, like that's easy, It's
- 59:31Speaker 9: like all it takes. And he was like yeah.
- 59:33Speaker 4: He was like yeah, go ahead, go.
- 59:35Speaker 9: Home, keep trying and you know, have fun and do
- 59:38Speaker 9: what you do.
- 59:39Speaker 1: Now I'm saying, I'm just gonna warn you.
- 59:43Speaker 9: He said that the medical insurance won't pay or won't
- 59:49Speaker 9: pay to help me get pregnant. That's kind of what
- 59:50Speaker 9: he said.
- 59:51Speaker 4: We'm gonna write it as if you've had some problem
- 59:54Speaker 4: in your periods.
- 59:55Speaker 9: He said that I can help you. I'll do a
- 59:57Speaker 9: surgery on you, roll schedule it, I'll write it down,
- 1:00:01Speaker 9: I'll write it off as a DNC and you'll be
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: able to get pregnant, and I'll and I took it. Asi, Okay, Well,
- 1:00:06Speaker 9: this man knows what he's doing. So he literally set
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: me up for an appointment to have the surgerydone. I waited,
- 1:00:13Speaker 9: like i'd probably say about a few months before I'm
- 1:00:16Speaker 9: gonna go seek a second opinion from another doctor. They
- 1:00:18Speaker 9: claimed that I had got a partial just directed me.
- 1:00:21Speaker 9: I said, does that mean I can't have kids? She said, well,
- 1:00:23Speaker 9: would you like either good niggad or the bad news?
- 1:00:27Speaker 9: Cause she said, I can I already tell you there's
- 1:00:28Speaker 9: no good news. That's crazy. You put your trust in
- 1:00:33Speaker 9: somebody and for them to do you like that, it
- 1:00:38Speaker 9: was so hard.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: It was so hard.
- 1:00:42Speaker 9: She asked me who was my doctor then? And I
- 1:00:44Speaker 9: told her doctor Perez and she was just like, I
- 1:00:46Speaker 9: think you should go see.
- 1:00:47Speaker 7: The police using women's bodies to line his own pockets.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: Today's verdict the justice that many of the patients were
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: waiting for.
- 1:00:55Speaker 9: We as women, we can't take back what was taken
- 1:00:58Speaker 9: from us, to know he's not out there, you know,
- 1:01:02Speaker 9: operating on anyone else, that no one else will be
- 1:01:04Speaker 9: a victim, knowing that little bit hopefully sleep that night.
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: And I told you this man, this evil man, doctor
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: Javide her Wise, this got sentenced to fifty nine years
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: in prison. Back in twenty twenty one, he was found
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: guilty on fifty two federal counts. And I feel like
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: I remember this, but I never really got into it,
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: and realizing that her whole uterus was stolen and again.
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: The accusations included performing unneeded life changing surgical procedures, including hysterectomies,
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: tupal allegations or ligations excuse me without patient's knowledge or consent.
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: He also filed false insurance claims and bills. Ever since
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: the case started, more and more patients, especially women, have
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: been coming forward to tell their stories and thankfully this
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: woman April did this to doctor JEVI, And let me
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: tell you, this is truly disgusting. This woman thought that
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: she was getting an infertility procedure done. Meanwhile, she was
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: actually getting a partial hysterectomy, meaning he removed the upper
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: part of the uterus, which means she can no longer
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: carry a child. Why would this man do this? Honestly,
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: I don't know the answer. I do not know. I
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: don't know if somebody was saying, hey, I need that
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: body part. I don't know if it was he didn't
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: like her personally. I don't know if it was her race.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: She's African American. I don't know what he is. I'm
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: going to guess he's Middle Eastern. I have no idea,
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: and I'm not one to quickly go to the race card,
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: but I mean, there's few other options here unless he
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: just hates all women and children and doesn't want to
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: see women have children, or maybe there's, you know, to
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: play the devil's advocate. Maybe he truly believed, in some
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: weird way that by removing her uterus that she'd somehow
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: be her off and be able to still have a baby.
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: But it seems very off to me that an obg
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: yn somebody with you know, with his as an older
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: man who'd been doing this for a long time. It's
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: not like he just started would think something so stupid,
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: so foolish. So all I can do is blame this
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: on you know, Satan incarnate this guy, that that was
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: his day to fill that role. He was the Satan
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: on duty that day to ruin this woman's life. And
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: you know, God speed to her for going through that
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: and persevering and saving other people. I'm sure she doesn't
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: look at it like that every day. I'm sure she's,
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: you know, feeling horrible about this, but I'm not. Shoot,
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: I'm feeling horrible about it for her. But bottom line
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: here is, this is what's going on in America, not
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: only at night, but every day. We're seeing evil rearing
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: its ugly head. And to me, the only answer to
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: evil is good. Right, the Bible says, do not repay
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: evil with evil, repay evil with good, and so Edmund
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Burke and others say, you have to stand for something,
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: because if you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: That's why I say you got to stand on the
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: word right, the word of God. Whether you're a good Christian,
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: a bad Christian, or somewhere in between. Stand on the word.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: The word is righteous. You may not be, but if
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: you read enough of that word, you realize that it
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: says that you are the righteousness of God because of
- 1:04:19Speaker 3: the price that He paid right just last week Eastern.
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: So anyway, and of course, good Friday. So I leave
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: you with that message, and I say I start approxima,
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: take care, good night, and God bless you America. I'm
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: rich child.
- 1:04:30Speaker 4: Does this is America?
