Predestination Sickness
In this episode, Paulson identifies the worry that all religion tries to answer "Am I chosen by God?" Specifically, he identifies problematic answers to this question, some by fellow Christians and others by people like Charles Darwin. The problem of predestination sickness ultimately sets up two different solutions, one apart from Christ and one in Christ.
