  going on for the past 20 years. You would be surprised about how

  many incidences have happened where Youtubers have either been

  murdered, they've been killed, or something horrible happened,

  prank gone wrong. I'll give you a couple examples

  before we get into this incident.

  There was a big thing going on for the last decade called

  Swatting. It's where gamers would either

  prank other gamers, or gamers did this.

  Because they wanted to cause harm to another gamer or a

  YouTuber. What they would do is while

  someone was doing a live stream, whether it's on Twitch or

  YouTube, a person may think it's funny to call the police and

  tell them that there's a bunch of like serial killers or rapist
• 2:06
  and murderers or someone with a bomb and shit and they'd give

  over the address of the person and.

  The cops, of course, not knowing what the hell the context was or

  what was happening. Cops are human beings as well,
• 2:23
  so they would panic, have anxiety, and they would kick in
• 2:26
  people's fucking door and there'd be a big old mess.

  And the people who did these calls, these phone calls and
• 2:34
  pranks it, they felt like they won 10,000 points whenever they.

  They were extremely happy with themselves if they actually got

  to see the cops break into someone's home while the person

  was still on the live stream, because cops will respond
• 2:51
  quickly. If you tell that there's a bomb

  or some kind of like kidnapping or murder going on and the cops

  aren't going to play, you know, they think that's the deal, then

  that's what's going to go down. So there were people in the

  past, Youtubers, who were actually killed because of this.

  There was a man who was walking out of his mother's home.

  Apparently he lived with his mother and would play video
• 3:15
  games and was considered a very popular YouTube gamer.

  And when he came out, I guess he had something in his hand.

  It was night time and the cops killed them.

  A lot of people, of course, argued the morality of it should

  have the cops done that? Should have they've been more
• 3:35
  patient? Should have they've been this,

  Should they've been that. The cops were told that this

  person was armed and dangerous and I was killing people left

  and right. So you know, you see somebody

  come out of the shadows of the darkness or the dimness of a

  home at night carrying something well.

  It's scary. Imagine yourself just wanting to

  make video games, just wanting to make YouTube videos, and this

  shit happens. Nowadays, people in Liberal

  Democratic states are breaking into malls and stores and small

  businesses and stealing people's shit.

  And the cops are actually told don't do anything, you know,

  just stand there, don't say anything.

  And most cops are not even responding to this kind of

  bullshit anymore. Nowadays things are a lot more

  different. A lot of cops aren't

  interceding, and now a lot of citizens out there are starting

  to find themselves in a position where they now have to defend

  themselves. But our country's become really

  fucking stupid because if you shoot somebody nowadays who you

  consider a threat. You could still, even if you're

  innocent, then it was self-defense.

  You could still spend countless days, even years, on a jail

  waiting to get some kind of court thing.

  A lot of you out there. You might watch Law and Order or

  CSI or some of these court shows and you see that as soon as

  someone gets arrested. The lawyer comes in, gets them

  out, and then they go to some kind of court thing.

  And the court thing only lasts for a couple days and ATV show

  and the person goes on with their life or they get fucking

  hung out to dry in prison forever.

  Well, in reality, our system doesn't work like that.

  If you fucking simply stub your toe and shed a jaywalk, you can

  find yourself in jail forever if you've got the wrong judge, the

  wrong cops. The system is not only broken,

  but it's slow, it's soul draining, and it's usually

  fucking extremely unfair. And as far as lawyers go, well,

  it seems like the only ones that win are the people who are rich,

  who can afford extreme elite lawyers.

  But if you're one of these poor bastards who end up getting the

  lawyer who's like a, you know, fucking just out of a cracker

  You're not getting out of it, no matter how innocent you may

  But then they don't know the the stupid shit or the behavior that

  So they get fucked with nonstop and end up losing anyway.

  lot of losers out there prank me and their justification and

  So a lot of times these people commit property damage and

  nothing's done about it. You would think of a person
