- 0:00Speaker 1: Did I did I tell you that there's a litter
- 0:02Speaker 1: bag shortage.
- 0:03Speaker 2: A litter bag like kitty litter.
- 0:06Speaker 1: No car for cars, you know, the little litter bags
- 0:10Speaker 1: that you hang in your in your car. I went, So,
- 0:14Speaker 1: I got a new car and I don't have any
- 0:16Speaker 1: litter bags for it. So I'm looking for litter bags.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It was a fool's errand I went to the O'Reilly
- 0:24Speaker 1: autoparts store. They had one, and it wasn't the kind
- 0:28Speaker 1: I wanted. Do you mean like a disposable one, the
- 0:32Speaker 1: kind that you keep in your car and you put
- 0:35Speaker 1: you know, you put garbage in and then you empty
- 0:37Speaker 1: them Kate, Okay, when they get full. That it's uh,
- 0:41Speaker 1: you know that's keeps things from going on the floor
- 0:44Speaker 1: of the car, and that's the sort of thing. And uh,
- 0:47Speaker 1: there are pretty nice ones. But the so the guy
- 0:51Speaker 1: at the autopod store, I said, uh, this little bag,
- 0:54Speaker 1: I might have bought it, I said, but I want to.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I need to one for each side of the car
- 0:58Speaker 1: and I and I said, uh, there's just one here. Yeah,
- 1:02Speaker 1: that's all I have, Just the one you don't you
- 1:05Speaker 1: don't have any more, No, just just the one when
- 1:08Speaker 1: you buy it. I won't have anymore.
- 1:11Speaker 2: So okay, well I'm not going to order anymore.
- 1:14Speaker 1: That's it. Well I think you probably would order them,
- 1:16Speaker 1: but I so I thought, okay, well no. So a
- 1:19Speaker 1: day or so later, I know I'm at I'm at
- 1:22Speaker 1: the stabbing Smith's, the one, you know, the big one,
- 1:25Speaker 1: the fred Meyer. I met the fred Meyer and they upstairs.
- 1:29Speaker 1: They have all kinds of stuff like that, you know.
- 1:32Speaker 1: So I went up there. I went up and I
- 1:35Speaker 1: looking looking around through all the auto auto park stuff,
- 1:38Speaker 1: and I don't it's not there. There aren't any There
- 1:41Speaker 1: aren't any litter bag. And so a guy what ahead.
- 1:46Speaker 1: So they a guy, a guy who works there. I
- 1:49Speaker 1: was happening to be right there on the island. I said,
- 1:51Speaker 1: do you have any litter bags for the car? And
- 1:54Speaker 1: he said, uh no, I've been trying to get them
- 1:56Speaker 1: for months. I've been trying to get some in for
- 1:58Speaker 1: months and they just, uh I have I don't know
- 2:01Speaker 1: if they just haven't sent them. Okay. So I went
- 2:05Speaker 1: across the street to the hardware Ace Hardware. I go in,
- 2:11Speaker 1: I say, have any litter bags for the car? Litter
- 2:13Speaker 1: bags for the car? Oh yeah, let's say, uh oh no,
- 2:16Speaker 1: wait a minute, no, we don't. We're completely out. You
- 2:19Speaker 1: might try over there. It's the fred Meyer at the
- 2:21Speaker 1: at the Smith's. Try try over. I said, I was
- 2:24Speaker 1: just just there and they said that they haven't they
- 2:27Speaker 1: haven't had any for months. And the guy at ay said,
- 2:30Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on. It's weird.
- 2:33Speaker 2: It's Joe Biden's fault, clearly, it's weird.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I'm curious, what because I don't have a litter bag
- 2:41Speaker 3: in my car. I what what sort of litter do
- 2:43Speaker 3: you find that you need to put in the.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Litter bag in your car?
- 2:46Speaker 1: Oh, you generally put uh, you know, receipts or like now,
- 2:52Speaker 1: I don't generally eat in the car, but if you're
- 2:55Speaker 1: eating something in the car, you put the hamburger wrapper
- 2:57Speaker 1: in the litter bag or you know, it's just what
- 3:02Speaker 1: things that need to be thrown away. And then uh,
- 3:06Speaker 1: my problem is sometimes I let them get too full,
- 3:09Speaker 1: which is you know, then it's then that's even worse
- 3:11Speaker 1: because you've you've got this junkie looking litter bag. Yeah there,
- 3:14Speaker 1: you know, but the kind I want has a has
- 3:16Speaker 1: a sort of a lid, so you and they're just
- 3:19Speaker 1: they're kind of discreet and you know, nice, a nice
- 3:23Speaker 1: litter bag. So I found someone online and I ordered them,
- 3:26Speaker 1: but I have they haven't. They haven't common I'm suspecting
- 3:30Speaker 1: that they're gonna. I'm gonna get a note saying I don't.
- 3:32Speaker 1: We're having trouble. Get it. Oh, I know what it is.
- 3:35Speaker 1: It's tariffs, the litter bag tariff. That's what it is.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Stuck in the strait of hor moves, there's a giant
- 3:41Speaker 3: ship full of litter bags that can't get through.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I just thought that was really strange that there were
- 3:48Speaker 1: that there were no litter bags. You don't most people
- 3:51Speaker 1: you have litter bag in your car? Yeah? Yeah, most.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I have one that want to sue.
- 3:56Speaker 4: His friends made for.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Me one a handmade Yeah.
- 4:00Speaker 4: It's plastic lines with cloth on the outside that it's
- 4:04Speaker 4: like a Star Trek design. It's got the Enterprise on
- 4:06Speaker 4: it and a little loop.
- 4:08Speaker 1: You know. It's like, I don't have a place to
- 4:10Speaker 1: hang it now.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Though in this other car, in my mini, I had
- 4:14Speaker 2: the place to hang it.
- 4:15Speaker 1: The ones I like, there, you can you just sort
- 4:18Speaker 1: of hang them, put them out the headrest and they
- 4:20Speaker 1: hang down into the you know, behind the front seat,
- 4:24Speaker 1: and then you can just reach reach them. Very easily
- 4:28Speaker 1: people in the back and use them. But you don't
- 4:31Speaker 1: have any litter bags in your car. I know also
- 4:35Speaker 1: don't have any trash, and I if well, so what
- 4:39Speaker 1: do you? I know you often eat in your car?
- 4:42Speaker 1: What do you do with the with the trash.
- 4:46Speaker 2: With me when I get out of the car.
- 4:47Speaker 1: But but where what do you do with it before.
- 4:52Speaker 3: It comes in a bag? They don't just hand you
- 4:56Speaker 3: a handful of fries. It comes in, well, why will
- 5:00Speaker 3: eat it? And then I will take the bag and
- 5:02Speaker 3: throw away drive around.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I'm not ga I don't I'm not stupid.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I don't know why you need another bag to put
- 5:11Speaker 2: it in.
- 5:11Speaker 3: If it comes in a bag, I'm not gonna That's
- 5:14Speaker 3: only makes sense to me if you're leaving it in
- 5:17Speaker 3: your car. Whatever trash I have, I take with me
- 5:19Speaker 3: every time I get out of the car.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Sometimes, you know, I would rather have that greasy bag.
- 5:26Speaker 1: I would rather have it not sitting on the seat
- 5:29Speaker 1: or on the floor of the car. I'd rather have
- 5:31Speaker 1: it in a litter bag.
- 5:33Speaker 2: There's a way, napkin m hm. You put it on
- 5:37Speaker 2: the seat.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Bag on the seat, and then when you're finished, you
- 5:42Speaker 3: pick the whole thing.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Up and wait, Jimmy Johnson found some Wayfair for you.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Where's Wayfair? What's the wave?
- 5:50Speaker 2: That's what's wayfair?
- 5:51Speaker 3: Hasn't he told you about He was working there and
- 5:54Speaker 3: he wants you to buy stuff.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I don't think so, I don't think so. Here's some texts.
- 6:00Speaker 4: Litter bags are too bougie in this economy. We're reusing
- 6:04Speaker 4: grocery bags.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, just a plastic grocery bags.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Litter bags. I've been using Smith's plastic bags. I thought
- 6:10Speaker 4: everyone did.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Yeah, those look really great hanging in your car. Oh
- 6:14Speaker 1: see those that Jimmy John's Uh, send a picture of those?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Are I had similar ones in my my or they're
- 6:21Speaker 1: still in my my older car? Well he sent you
- 6:23Speaker 1: the link to buy them. Well, I think I think
- 6:26Speaker 1: I already spent money buying them online. I'm sorry, Jimmy.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Now now I feel bad because I don't know what
- 6:31Speaker 1: I really haven't.
- 6:33Speaker 2: But then doesn't it smell?
- 6:36Speaker 1: Well if you have you empty and regularly and you
- 6:39Speaker 1: put stinky stuff in there? You know, you know it does.
- 6:42Speaker 2: There's I just.
- 6:45Speaker 1: It's just you know, it's it's it's like if you
- 6:48Speaker 1: like a banana, you put the you put the peel
- 6:51Speaker 1: in the ladder bag. Well, I know that. I know
- 6:54Speaker 1: that's again, that's not a problem for you.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Problem What about like you know, straw wrappers and stuff.
- 7:01Speaker 4: You just put it back in the sack and then
- 7:03Speaker 4: throw it away when you get out.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Or what if you if you have an apple in
- 7:06Speaker 1: the car, I don't need you would never eat apple.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Apples are not for eating in cars.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Apples aren't car food.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Apples are any place food, any place food.
- 7:17Speaker 2: I have to eat my apples sliced. I can't just
- 7:20Speaker 2: bite into app I like them sliced.
- 7:22Speaker 1: So what are you afraid your teeth gonna come yes?
- 7:24Speaker 2: Well, yeah, her luck.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Do they come out?
- 7:28Speaker 2: I can't bite into things. I'm afraid.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Remember it's the dentures, isn't it.
- 7:32Speaker 3: No, I just a'm afraid you did, because she's got
- 7:37Speaker 3: a cap on one of the front ones and it
- 7:39Speaker 3: came off when she was eating bread.
- 7:41Speaker 2: And I'm going to bite into an apple.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Shaw My son just uses the passenger side of his
- 7:49Speaker 4: car to dump all of his cash, and I know
- 7:52Speaker 4: people do that. Seven to eleven has smaller grocery bags.
- 7:55Speaker 4: That is what I use for my car. They hang
- 7:57Speaker 4: on the stick shift. See I a stick shift in
- 8:00Speaker 4: my car, So I can't there's no place to hang
- 8:03Speaker 4: my little garbage bag.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Now I'm gonna have to look where is Wayfair? Is
- 8:07Speaker 1: it just online? Yeah, there's there's stores too. There are stores. Yeah.
- 8:11Speaker 1: He sets you a link right there. I yeah, I've
- 8:13Speaker 1: just like just opened it. That's cool.

- 8:24Speaker 3: little containers and they're loose. There's like two hundred of
- 8:28Speaker 3: them in and it fits.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Right in the couple.
- 8:29Speaker 1: They're like a little can.
- 8:32Speaker 2: There no wrappers, okay.
- 8:34Speaker 1: And then what do you do with the gum when
- 8:35Speaker 1: it's chewed?
- 8:38Speaker 3: I you have the window, No, I When I leave
- 8:42Speaker 3: the car, I will throw it in a garbage can

- 8:46Speaker 1: Of But if you don't, if you don't want to
- 8:48Speaker 1: chew it and you're still driving, what do you do

- 9:04Speaker 1: Listen, I don't care. I don't begrudge you this, but
- 9:07Speaker 1: you seem to think I'm crazy because I want a
- 9:09Speaker 1: litter bag.
- 9:09Speaker 3: I think it's weird to drive around with trash in
- 9:12Speaker 3: your car.
- 9:14Speaker 2: That's what I think. Take it out when you get
- 9:16Speaker 2: out of the car. The trash comes with you.
- 9:18Speaker 1: You don't. I do too, That's why I want it
- 9:20Speaker 1: contained in a litter bag. They Gina, there are all
- 9:24Speaker 1: different kinds of litter bags. They don't make them for
- 9:27Speaker 1: no reason. They make them because people use them and
- 9:31Speaker 1: they want them. Well, apparently not. You're having trouble finding. Well,
- 9:36Speaker 1: maybe that's why. Maybe everybody can stop buying them. They're
- 9:40Speaker 1: using the grocery bags. I don't know, maybe traffic kid
