- 0:09Speaker 3: Well, we're coming to your city.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We're going to play our guitars and sing you a

- 0:23Speaker 4: And if you want a little bang in your yin-yang,
- 0:26Speaker 4: come along.
- 0:27Speaker 3: In the new Congress, we're going to have to do
- 0:28Speaker 3: something about this Supreme Court.
- 0:30Speaker 5: And let me be very clear.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Everything is on the table.
- 0:33Speaker 6: Everything to deal with this corrupt MAGA majority.
- 0:38Speaker 1: No, but you don't have excuse me.
- 0:40Speaker 7: You do not have the right to say climate change
- 0:43Speaker 7: does not exist, that it's a hoax.
- 0:45Speaker 1: And that's where this administration is coming from.
- 0:47Speaker 8: Do you not believe them when they say death to America?
- 0:49Speaker 7: Listen, our adversaries use rhetoric all the time.
- 0:53Speaker 6: Freedom is back in style.
- 0:56Speaker 8: Welcome.
- 0:58Speaker 6: Revolution.
- 0:59Speaker 1: More behind-the-scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired
- 1:07Speaker 1: solutions for America.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Our news roundup and information overload hour. Here's our toll-free
- 1:27Speaker 1: telephone number if you want to be a part of
- 1:29Speaker 1: the program. It's 800-941-SHAWN if you want to join us.
- 1:33Speaker 1: I'm not upset at all that the UAE is getting
- 1:36Speaker 1: out of OPEC. As far as I'm concerned, it was
- 1:39Speaker 1: a price-fixing syndicate, but that's my own thoughts on it.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Here's the president talking about UAE getting out of OPEC
- 1:47Speaker 1: and saying, yeah, it's a good thing. I know very.
- 1:50Speaker 9: Well Mohammed and very smart. And he probably maybe wants
- 1:57Speaker 9: to go his own way.
- 1:58Speaker 1: That's a good thing.
- 1:58Speaker 9: I think ultimately it's a good thing for getting the
- 2:02Speaker 9: price of gas down, getting oil down, getting everything down.
- 2:06Speaker 1: They have it all.
- 2:08Speaker 9: He's a great leader, actually, so no, I'm okay. They're
- 2:11Speaker 9: having some problems in OPEC.
- 2:13Speaker 1: They're having some problems there. Yeah, but I think ultimately
- 2:17Speaker 1: the president has built up, especially in Gulf states, a
- 2:21Speaker 1: strong enough relationship that I think whatever the president needed
- 2:25Speaker 1: from them that they would do, I think there's going
- 2:28Speaker 1: to be, as a result of all of this, in
- 2:31Speaker 1: the end, a reconfiguration. I think the Strait of Hormuz
- 2:34Speaker 1: probably over time will become obsolete as all these oil-producing
- 2:38Speaker 1: nations now find alternatives to how to get their oil
- 2:42Speaker 1: to market, including building pipelines. There's discussions now going on
- 2:45Speaker 1: of the Saudis actually building a pipeline through Israel as
- 2:49Speaker 1: a means of transporting oil. Anyway, here to weigh in
- 2:53Speaker 1: on all of this, and I know it's difficult. Nobody
- 2:56Speaker 1: wants to pay more for a gallon of gasoline than
- 3:00Speaker 1: they have to, but need I remind a lot of you,
- 3:03Speaker 1: that you're paying a lot less now than you were
- 3:05Speaker 1: paying under Joe Biden. People seem to forget the $ 5
- 3:09Speaker 1: an hour gasoline that they were paying back in the day.
- 3:13Speaker 1: But anyway, it's hovering a little over $ 100 a barrel today.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Tim Stewart, president, U.S. Oil Gas, is with us. Daniel Turner, founder,
- 3:22Speaker 1: executive director, Power of the Future, a national nonprofit that
- 3:26Speaker 1: advocates for American energy jobs, unpacking. You know how effective
- 3:31Speaker 1: the president's blockade has been. It's costing Iran four to
- 3:35Speaker 1: five hundred million dollars a day. That's a lot of money.
- 3:38Speaker 1: That is the the bulk of their entire economy. Anyway,
- 3:42Speaker 1: welcome back, both of you. Tim Stewart, let's analyze where
- 3:45Speaker 1: we are. I know the president because I discussed it
- 3:49Speaker 1: with him. The president very clearly says, I can put
- 3:52Speaker 1: an end to all of this tomorrow and I can
- 3:54Speaker 1: obliterate all of their infrastructure. I believe the only reason
- 3:58Speaker 1: he is showing any hesitancy to do that is there's
- 4:02Speaker 1: 90 plus million Iranians that will be impacted long term
- 4:05Speaker 1: by that decision. That's the easy part for the president.
- 4:09Speaker 1: And I would expect, though, as effective as the blockade
- 4:13Speaker 1: has been, And the damage it's doing to their economy
- 4:16Speaker 1: and the likelihood that they'll soon have to cap their
- 4:19Speaker 1: oil wells, which will dramatically reduce production, that the president
- 4:24Speaker 1: is going with a longer-term strategy that would allow for
- 4:27Speaker 1: the potential economy to reemerge for the people in Iran,
- 4:31Speaker 1: which I don't think is a bad decision for them
- 4:33Speaker 1: and the world either. Thoughts?
- 4:36Speaker 6: No, I agree with you.
- 4:36Speaker 10: I think this president's been really smart about this. I mean,
- 4:39Speaker 10: if you take out the Iranian infrastructure, they still have
- 4:41Speaker 10: the capacity to take out the Gulf producers' infrastructure as well.
- 4:45Speaker 10: And that just exacerbates the problem, Sean. This whole OPEC
- 4:50Speaker 10: fracture is really interesting, though, because right now we're running
- 4:53Speaker 10: about a 500 million barrel shortfall coming out of the Gulf.
- 4:58Speaker 10: And I think UAE is looking at the ability to
- 5:02Speaker 10: fill that shortfall quickly, as quickly as they possibly can.
- 5:05Speaker 10: But they can't do it as a member of OPEC,
- 5:08Speaker 10: who will sort of continue to expect sort of production
- 5:15Speaker 10: limits on each of their member companies, those quotas. And
- 5:18Speaker 10: so I think UAE is actually... Them walking away is
- 5:20Speaker 10: interesting because it's a structural fracture to OPEC. This is
- 5:23Speaker 10: the first time that the major top-tier producer has quit.
- 5:26Speaker 10: This isn't just some smaller country. They have a capacity
- 5:29Speaker 10: to push towards 5 million barrels a day, but they're
- 5:32Speaker 10: not going to do that. They're not going to be
- 5:34Speaker 10: able to do that if they're still tied to the
- 5:35Speaker 10: OPEC quota. I think they're done sort of subordinating their
- 5:39Speaker 10: sovereignty to a quota system that's really dominated by Russia's
- 5:43Speaker 10: revenue needs and, in this case, Iran's survival. We have
- 5:47Speaker 10: a different world in front of us, that's for sure,
- 5:49Speaker 10: both on the infrastructure, how crude it actually gets to market,
- 5:52Speaker 10: but also who prices that. And I think if you move,
- 5:56Speaker 10: it gives them greater latitude. So what that's going to do,
- 5:58Speaker 10: that's going to bring, as rapidly as crude has gone up,
- 6:01Speaker 10: it's going to bring it down pretty quickly as well.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Yeah, and if you look at where we are today, Daniel,
- 6:07Speaker 1: the average price for a gallon of gasoline, yeah, I
- 6:10Speaker 1: want it at $ 2 a gallon myself if possible. although
- 6:14Speaker 1: I'm driving my electric car more, although I'm probably paying
- 6:16Speaker 1: more for energy anyway. But putting that aside, under Joe Biden,
- 6:20Speaker 1: if you go back, Biden's all-time high was $ 5. 01 per gallon.
- 6:24Speaker 1: That was the nationwide average at that point. And I
- 6:28Speaker 1: don't know what excuse he had, except Kamala Harris saying
- 6:31Speaker 1: that it's the cost of democracy.
- 6:34Speaker 8: Yeah, what we were seeing during the Biden years was
- 6:36Speaker 8: a genuine market concern about futures production. And we don't
- 6:39Speaker 8: have that now. We don't have a production problem. That's
- 6:41Speaker 8: why after the president comes inaugural in 2025, it's why
- 6:45Speaker 8: oil prices fell so precipitously. that by the time he
- 6:48Speaker 8: did his first address to Congress, he was able to
- 6:51Speaker 8: spike the football on it. Markets are desperate for a
- 6:54Speaker 8: sign of military resolution, and that's why we've been seeing
- 6:58Speaker 8: sometimes $ 25 a barrel swings in prices in the same day.
- 7:02Speaker 8: I mean, that's insanity. You know, this market clearly goes
- 7:06Speaker 8: up and down. Prices go up and down, but they
- 7:08Speaker 8: do so gradually.
- 7:09Speaker 6: And just this..
- 7:10Speaker 8: Crazy fluctuations are signs that the market is desperate to
- 7:14Speaker 8: have some assurances, and they don't have them yet, and
- 7:18Speaker 8: that's the frustrating thing. But once there is that certainty
- 7:21Speaker 8: that all the tankers are getting through the blockade, it
- 7:23Speaker 8: has been successful for Iran, but it has not prevented
- 7:27Speaker 8: any of our allies, et cetera, from getting support. oil
- 7:32Speaker 8: prices will drop back to their regular level fairly quickly.
- 7:35Speaker 8: I think it could be in a matter of weeks.
- 7:39Speaker 8: So they're just looking for that guarantee. They don't have
- 7:41Speaker 8: it yet. And I know the president knows that. He's
- 7:43Speaker 8: well aware of that. But you know what? He's also
- 7:45Speaker 8: not going to use this for political reasons. He has
- 7:49Speaker 8: a much larger objective And he's willing to risk, quite frankly,
- 7:53Speaker 8: his approval ratings. People are saying even the midterms. It
- 7:57Speaker 8: shows you how seriously he takes the threat of radical
- 8:01Speaker 8: Islam and how he wants to end it once and
- 8:02Speaker 8: for all.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Well, I mean, there is short-term pain. I'm not going
- 8:06Speaker 1: to do what Democrats do and lie to us and say, oh,
- 8:09Speaker 1: Joe's cognitively as strong as he's ever been when he's not.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm not going to lie and say the border's open.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I'm sorry, the border's closed and the border's secure when
- 8:17Speaker 1: it's not. Oil prices are going up. It is a
- 8:20Speaker 1: direct result of the president seeing a long-term strategic national
- 8:26Speaker 1: security threat to our country, and that is a nuclear-armed Iran. Now,
- 8:30Speaker 1: earlier in the week, Tim Stewart, the president, met with
- 8:33Speaker 1: oil executives at the White House, and they were talking
- 8:36Speaker 1: specifically about the Strait of Hormuz. We have Secretary of
- 8:41Speaker 1: State Marco Rubio saying as well that the blockade on
- 8:44Speaker 1: the Strait is the equivalent to an economic nuclear weapon.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I think they have determined anywhere between one and four weeks,
- 8:53Speaker 1: the Iranians will have nowhere to store their oil, which
- 8:56Speaker 1: would mean they'd have to cap those oil wells shut.
- 8:59Speaker 1: My understanding, you would know better than me, if in
- 9:02Speaker 1: fact they cap those wells, the odds of them ever
- 9:06Speaker 1: getting the production that they currently have go down to zero,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and they'd be lucky to get 50 or 60 percent
- 9:13Speaker 1: of their current capacity moving forward when they reopen those wells.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Is that about right?
- 9:18Speaker 10: Yeah, those are legacy fields. They're, you know, 40 and
- 9:20Speaker 10: 50 years old, and so they're very different than what
- 9:23Speaker 10: we have in, say, the shale fields in Texas or
- 9:25Speaker 10: New Mexico. And the Secretary is right. This is exactly
- 9:30Speaker 10: a complete straitjacket the Iranians have had to let themselves
- 9:33Speaker 10: get put in. You have pressurization issues. You have water
- 9:36Speaker 10: issues with those wells. And the other challenge they have is, frankly,
- 9:39Speaker 10: they lose market share. They literally just lose market share because,
- 9:42Speaker 10: as we just mentioned earlier... The Emirates could easily backfill
- 9:46Speaker 10: another 1.5 million barrels a day. So the longer this
- 9:49Speaker 10: goes on, it is really tough for the Iranians. They've
- 9:54Speaker 10: got a decision to make here because if you don't
- 9:56Speaker 10: have oil revenues coming in, then you don't have the
- 9:58Speaker 10: ability to.
- 9:59Speaker 6: Purchase on the market.
- 10:00Speaker 10: Exports that you need. And frankly, you don't have the
- 10:01Speaker 10: opportunity to to pay your security forces or to fund
- 10:05Speaker 10: your proxies. And the president sees the absolute big picture
- 10:09Speaker 10: in this, which is it's not just about Iran, but
- 10:11Speaker 10: it's about Lebanon. It's about the Houthis. It's about China.
- 10:15Speaker 10: And I got to hand it to him. He has
- 10:17Speaker 10: a long view on this thing. And you see that
- 10:19Speaker 10: starting with Venezuela, and you see what's going to play
- 10:21Speaker 10: out with China over the next.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Couple of weeks, I think. What do you think, Daniel,
- 10:24Speaker 1: about OPEC? Because You know, the idea that OPEC could
- 10:28Speaker 1: be fracturing and maybe maybe the UAE realizes we're probably
- 10:33Speaker 1: never going to see a hundred dollar a barrel for
- 10:36Speaker 1: oil in the future. Might as well cash it now
- 10:38Speaker 1: while we can. Is that their thinking? Is it that
- 10:42Speaker 1: they want fierce independence? I don't think they're doing this
- 10:45Speaker 1: because they want to produce less. I think they're doing
- 10:48Speaker 1: it because they want to produce more.
- 10:50Speaker 8: A hundred percent. But I do think on like a
- 10:53Speaker 8: larger world philosophical level, there are these legacy institutions that
- 10:59Speaker 8: seem to have outlived their purpose, right? We look at
- 11:01Speaker 8: our relationship with the United Nations, for example, and we
- 11:04Speaker 8: kind of scratch our heads and say, Does it serve
- 11:07Speaker 8: America's interests? Look at countries like Hungary or Poland that
- 11:10Speaker 8: are part of the EU, and they look at Brussels
- 11:12Speaker 8: and they say, our values are not aligned, right? Maybe
- 11:16Speaker 8: OPEC had, like these other bloated legacy organizations, globalist organizations.
- 11:21Speaker 8: has outlived its purpose. Remember, it was started in 1970
- 11:24Speaker 8: for the sole purpose of fighting America. It was not
- 11:27Speaker 8: meant to be friendly competition. This was meant to destroy
- 11:30Speaker 8: America's oil and gas dominance of the world. And it
- 11:33Speaker 8: was fairly successful at it for most of the Carter years,
- 11:35Speaker 8: as we all remember. But OPEC seems to have outlived
- 11:38Speaker 8: its purpose. And you have people in Dubai saying, wait
- 11:41Speaker 8: a second, we can produce 5 million barrels a day,
- 11:44Speaker 8: but a bunch of guys in Vienna, which is where
- 11:46Speaker 8: OPEC is headquartered, But the guys in Vienna say we
- 11:49Speaker 8: can only produce 3.3.
- 11:50Speaker 6: What the hell is that?
- 11:51Speaker 8: Why did they get to decide our country's future and
- 11:54Speaker 8: our country's sovereignty? And I think countries are looking at
- 11:58Speaker 8: European countries are looking at Brussels with the same head scratch.
- 12:01Speaker 8: We look at New York where the U.N. is headquartered
- 12:03Speaker 8: with the same head scratch. And I think there's a
- 12:05Speaker 8: realignment of national values. And I quite frankly think President
- 12:08Speaker 8: Trump spearheaded that on the world stage.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I mean, in a way, it's a price fixing cartel.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I mean, am I wrong in saying that?
- 12:17Speaker 8: No, not at all. That is its sole purpose. And
- 12:21Speaker 8: they want to produce enough to make it very expensive
- 12:24Speaker 8: to produce oil and gas in America. They have a
- 12:27Speaker 8: much lower profitability point than America does because they don't
- 12:31Speaker 8: have to have things like OSHA and labor unions and
- 12:34Speaker 8: diversity and awareness training. They can use slave labor, which
- 12:37Speaker 8: a lot of Middle Eastern oil fields, quite frankly, do use,
- 12:40Speaker 8: have horrible labor practices. So their profitability level is much lower.
- 12:45Speaker 8: So they just want profit, right? And that's how you
- 12:47Speaker 8: build the world's largest hotel and the world's largest indoor
- 12:50Speaker 8: ski resort, which are all in Dubai. So OPEC has
- 12:53Speaker 8: not been our friend and is not our friend. To
- 12:55Speaker 8: see it splinter and fracture and hopefully die is good
- 12:59Speaker 8: for the world and world peace and world prosperity.
- 13:02Speaker 1: No, I don't disagree with any of this at all.
- 13:04Speaker 1: All right, quick break. More with Tim Stewart, the president
- 13:07Speaker 1: of U.S. Oil and Gas, and Daniel Turner, founder, executive
- 13:10Speaker 1: director of Power of the Future. And then your calls
- 13:13Speaker 1: on the other side, 800-941-SHAWN, our number.
- 13:22Speaker 11: While the mainstream media is asleep at the wheel... Kennedy
- 13:28Speaker 11: Watch is on the job, bringing you the news no
- 13:33Speaker 11: one else can. Sean Kennedy.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Hey, I want to talk about Africa for just a second. Now,
- 13:49Speaker 1: hear me out. The African economies have made some very
- 13:53Speaker 1: interesting gains in recent years. They have been strengthening their
- 13:56Speaker 1: gold holdings. with all this global uncertainty and it seems
- 14:00Speaker 1: to be working they've added 50 billion dollars in value
- 14:04Speaker 1: over the last year alone that's not bad now the
- 14:07Speaker 1: truth is africa is not alone central banks across the
- 14:10Speaker 1: globe they're still buying gold and it doesn't look to
- 14:13Speaker 1: be stopping so does it make sense for you to
- 14:17Speaker 1: add some gold to your own holdings that's where my
- 14:20Speaker 1: friends at goldco come in They can help you figure
- 14:22Speaker 1: this out. They're offering you, my audience, a free gold
- 14:25Speaker 1: and silver kit, and you can educate yourself about the
- 14:28Speaker 1: power of gold and silver. And then you'll see if
- 14:31Speaker 1: you qualify for an extra 10% in bonus gold or
- 14:34Speaker 1: silver just for getting started. It's a great deal. GoldCo,
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm a customer. Give them a call, 855-815-GOLD. That's 855-815-G-O-L-D. Hey,
- 14:46Speaker 1: your friend Sean Hannity here. When you listen to my show,
- 14:49Speaker 1: you know I'm very cautious about the stock market, and
- 14:52Speaker 1: I prefer bricks and mortar. I prefer real estate. I
- 14:55Speaker 1: have the inside track on what's happening in Washington. So
- 14:58Speaker 1: what does that mean for you? I'm pretty confident the
- 15:00Speaker 1: best days of our economy will be ahead of us,
- 15:03Speaker 1: and the real estate market is going to get busier
- 15:05Speaker 1: and busier. If you want a true insider when it
- 15:08Speaker 1: comes to local real estate trends, go to realestateoptionsnow.com. That's realestateoptionsnow.com.
- 15:15Speaker 1: There you can get access to the best agents with
- 15:18Speaker 1: options that I personally recommend, and they can help you
- 15:21Speaker 1: sell your current home and help you find your next home,
- 15:24Speaker 1: and they'll make it stress-free. Now, anyone can sell your home,
- 15:28Speaker 1: but you can get the most money when you work
- 15:30Speaker 1: with someone who has a proven track record in negotiating, consultation,
- 15:35Speaker 1: and marketing. You need an agent who has options that
- 15:39Speaker 1: work for you. Go to realestateoptionsnow.com. That's realestateoptionsnow.com. Final moments,
- 15:57Speaker 1: Tim Stewart and Daniel Turner are with us. Will the
- 16:00Speaker 1: world reconfigure where and how they're going to get their energy,
- 16:07Speaker 1: you know, from like, I think one of the biggest mistakes,
- 16:10Speaker 1: and I've said this many times, Tim Stewart, is that
- 16:12Speaker 1: Europe is a continent in decline. And individually, the countries
- 16:16Speaker 1: of Europe and our NATO allies are in decline. And
- 16:18Speaker 1: Western Europe in particular is in decline. They have neglected
- 16:21Speaker 1: national security, their own defense needs. They've been reluctant to
- 16:25Speaker 1: pay their fair share to NATO. They've embraced radical socialism,
- 16:31Speaker 1: climate alarmism. And then, of course, you have unfettered illegal
- 16:34Speaker 1: immigration with no assimilation. resulting in Sharia courts in Great Britain,
- 16:38Speaker 1: no-go zones throughout Europe and France and elsewhere. And I'm
- 16:42Speaker 1: not sure that this continent at this point is going
- 16:46Speaker 1: to be able to successfully recover. I don't see the
- 16:48Speaker 1: political appetite to make the changes to do the things,
- 16:52Speaker 1: for example, Donald Trump has done in terms of illegal
- 16:55Speaker 1: immigration in our country. and deporting people that didn't respect
- 16:58Speaker 1: our laws, borders, and sovereignty.
- 17:00Speaker 10: Well, it's interesting, Sean. You know, we actually have kind
- 17:03Speaker 10: of this fortress western hemisphere opportunity now between the United
- 17:06Speaker 10: States being the largest producer in the world and our
- 17:10Speaker 10: relationship with Alberta and their production.
- 17:12Speaker 6: What's happening?
- 17:13Speaker 1: What about Venezuela? I mean, we've got this great relationship.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Venezuela is the world's largest producer. We're number two, and
- 17:20Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia is a distant third, no?
- 17:23Speaker 10: Venezuela's got the largest reserves, and the interesting thing is
- 17:25Speaker 10: the U.S. oil and gas industry has gone in and
- 17:27Speaker 10: revived the Venezuelan oil industry in the latter of 90 days,
- 17:31Speaker 10: where the chattering class in D.C. was saying it was
- 17:33Speaker 10: never going to happen at all. You have Argentina, which
- 17:36Speaker 10: is now coming online as well. So literally, I think
- 17:38Speaker 10: you would have a production block of countries that will
- 17:41Speaker 10: surpass what OPEC does. And that, again, becomes more reliable
- 17:46Speaker 10: trading partners for Asia and for the Europeans because there's
- 17:49Speaker 10: no straight that can be closed and shut off the supply.
- 17:52Speaker 10: And again, this is to Trump's credit. He has completely
- 17:55Speaker 10: reordered the way we produce and we deliver energy for
- 17:59Speaker 10: the next generation. It is an amazing thing to watch.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It really is. Daniel, how do you see this playing out?
- 18:05Speaker 8: You know, the future is so bright for this industry.
- 18:08Speaker 8: You look at something like the Alaska natural gas pipeline
- 18:11Speaker 8: that the president was able to get through. It's being
- 18:13Speaker 8: paid for mostly by Southeast Asian countries. Same deal. There's
- 18:18Speaker 8: no straits to go through. There's no piracy to have
- 18:21Speaker 8: to worry about. That just puts Alaska on the map
- 18:23Speaker 8: and it builds our alliances with our allies, with reliable, abundant,
- 18:28Speaker 8: affordable industries. fossil fuels which power the world. So I
- 18:32Speaker 8: think there is a reordering happening. I think we're four
- 18:35Speaker 8: years delayed because of the Biden administration, but we're absorbing that,
- 18:39Speaker 8: and it just shows the importance of every election because
- 18:42Speaker 8: if we stop this, Sean, it's going to be very
- 18:44Speaker 8: hard to start up again.
- 18:45Speaker 1: All right. Tim Stewart, Daniel Turner, thank you both for

- 19:11Speaker 1: good news is, if it is good news, that is

- 21:13Speaker 1: in a fight for their very survival. And you see
- 21:15Speaker 1: that Iran has been targeting Israel. Densely populated areas in
- 21:20Speaker 1: Tel Aviv and elsewhere. It's been hell on earth for
- 21:22Speaker 1: a lot of people living there. You know, sirens sounding
- 21:25Speaker 1: day and night, cluster bombs dropping in neighborhoods. And it's
- 21:30Speaker 1: been hard, especially for the elderly. For example, Esther, 84
- 21:35Speaker 1: years old, elderly, fragile, alone. But for the International Fellowship
- 21:40Speaker 1: of Christians and Jews, they've been on the ground providing
- 21:43Speaker 1: all the humanitarian assistance. 888-488-IFCJ. On the web, it's ifcj.org.
- 21:50Speaker 1: That's ifcj.org. Let me go back to our top story
- 21:55Speaker 1: from earlier today. We now know that the former FBI director,
- 22:00Speaker 1: James Comey, has been indicted yet again. By the way,
- 22:05Speaker 1: I talked to Dan Bongino on my podcast about this.
- 22:08Speaker 1: We just dropped it this morning. In relation to his
- 22:12Speaker 1: 8647 seashell post on Instagram last year, I have no
- 22:18Speaker 1: idea what this means. None at all whatsoever. I mean, 8647,
- 22:22Speaker 1: I didn't know that meant anything.
- 22:24Speaker 12: When you posted this message, 8647, and I said there
- 22:29Speaker 12: are different interpretations of it, but one interpretation of it
- 22:31Speaker 12: is to end someone or something. Was there anything in
- 22:35Speaker 12: the back of your mind that said, Maybe I just
- 22:38Speaker 12: shouldn't post this.
- 22:40Speaker 13: Yeah, no.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Literally nothing. Because it seemed entirely innocent and clever to me.
- 22:44Speaker 3: I have never, and actually still don't, associate 86 with violence. But,
- 22:49Speaker 3: because I heard that some folks were, whether they do
- 22:51Speaker 3: that reasonably or not, I don't want any part of it.
- 22:53Speaker 3: And so that's why I took it down from my
- 22:54Speaker 3: Instagram account.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Okay. He's full of Adam Schiff for putting all that aside. But,
- 23:01Speaker 1: you know, in this atmosphere... where it's a death assassination culture,
- 23:07Speaker 1: it's really beyond frustrating. Here to weigh in on this,
- 23:11Speaker 1: the pending election, everything that's been going on, is our
- 23:14Speaker 1: friend Mark Halpert is back with us. I know you
- 23:17Speaker 1: were at the White House Correspondents Dinner because, you know,
- 23:20Speaker 1: after the room had long been cleared, there was a
- 23:22Speaker 1: shot of you with three people, and you were in
- 23:25Speaker 1: a circle having a pleasant conversation, which was not a
- 23:29Speaker 1: bad thing to do, but obviously not an easy night
- 23:33Speaker 1: for anybody in that room. What went on from your
- 23:36Speaker 1: vantage point?
- 23:37Speaker 6: Sean, great to be back. I did hang around afterwards.
- 23:40Speaker 6: You know, I'm an American, and I'm a dad and
- 23:44Speaker 6: a husband, but also a reporter, and so I didn't
- 23:46Speaker 6: really want to give up the opportunity to talk to
- 23:48Speaker 6: folks until the service kicked us out. I was sitting
- 23:52Speaker 6: in sort of the center of the ballroom, Kash Patel
- 23:56Speaker 6: was at my table, so I got to watch him
- 23:59Speaker 6: deal with the aftermath and dealing with it in the
- 24:02Speaker 6: room and then as he left the room.
- 24:04Speaker 13: And by the way, can you confirm, I mean, he's
- 24:08Speaker 13: been unfairly smeared in all of this, and I know
- 24:11Speaker 13: from other people that were with him that within moments
- 24:14Speaker 13: he was with the perpetrator and questioning him, and they
- 24:18Speaker 13: had this guy in an ambulance on the way, and
- 24:20Speaker 13: they were questioning him on the way.
- 24:23Speaker 1: And getting information intel and they had more background on
- 24:26Speaker 1: this guy within an hours time than anybody has any
- 24:29Speaker 1: idea about So.
- 24:30Speaker 6: Much so that, of course, people on the left have
- 24:32Speaker 6: all these conspiracy theories about how they allowed it to
- 24:35Speaker 6: happen or they engineered it. I can't confirm what he
- 24:38Speaker 6: did after he left the table, but he was definitely
- 24:40Speaker 6: engaged from the minute it happened. And this moment was,
- 24:45Speaker 6: for reporters, kind of a paradox because, you know, hundreds
- 24:49Speaker 6: of reporters in a room with the biggest story in
- 24:51Speaker 6: the world and very little cell coverage or Wi-Fi coverage.
- 24:54Speaker 6: And And most everybody were under the table. I didn't
- 24:58Speaker 6: go under the table. My reporter's instinct told me it
- 25:01Speaker 6: would be safe to be above, and I wanted to
- 25:02Speaker 6: look around and see what was happening. But it was intense.
- 25:06Speaker 6: And my main takeaway from the thing is, besides the
- 25:08Speaker 6: fact that the agents at that security point did a
- 25:11Speaker 6: great job, is the security perimeter should not have been
- 25:14Speaker 6: where it was. It should have been at the perimeter
- 25:16Speaker 6: of the hotel and not within feet of the ballroom.
- 25:18Speaker 6: And I really question that as just a judgment call
- 25:22Speaker 6: about how to secure that venue.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Oh, I have two criticisms, and I think that it's
- 25:28Speaker 1: time for a total, complete, top-to-bottom re-evaluation of how they
- 25:33Speaker 1: handle presidential security. If you look at Butler, if you
- 25:37Speaker 1: look at Trump International, and you look at the incident
- 25:39Speaker 1: on Saturday night, there's certainly a major failure. Now, I've
- 25:44Speaker 1: got to give props to all of the Secret Service
- 25:46Speaker 1: people in the room, and you witnessed it up close
- 25:48Speaker 1: and personal. They acted, they were all willing to take
- 25:52Speaker 1: a bullet for their respective interests, people that they were covering,
- 25:56Speaker 1: they sprung into action. They're amazing people. I have nothing
- 26:00Speaker 1: but praise for them. However, you mentioned the perimeter. That's
- 26:03Speaker 1: one part of the equation. If you go to an
- 26:05Speaker 1: RNC convention, a DNC convention, sometimes the first layer of perimeter,
- 26:11Speaker 1: and there are multiple perimeters, is a half a mile
- 26:15Speaker 1: or longer away. And to get in, you need to
- 26:19Speaker 1: show your credentials multiple times. You need to empty your
- 26:22Speaker 1: pockets multiple times. You get wanded multiple times. You go
- 26:26Speaker 1: through a mag multiple times. Okay, so the perimeter was
- 26:29Speaker 1: very short in this particular case. Many people have discussed it.
- 26:34Speaker 1: And the second thing is, in each case, they have
- 26:38Speaker 1: not effectively swept the areas where a president... former president,
- 26:44Speaker 1: presidential candidate, is going to be. Trump International, case in point. Butler,
- 26:49Speaker 1: case in point. How does a guy get on a
- 26:51Speaker 1: ladder 130 yards away from a president with a long rifle?
- 26:55Speaker 1: How is that even possible? At Trump International, those particular
- 26:59Speaker 1: golf holes where the president was headed, when this one
- 27:03Speaker 1: sharp-eyed Secret Service agent saw this guy through the bushes,
- 27:06Speaker 1: it was lucky. It was a known place where paparazzi
- 27:09Speaker 1: would congregate, Mark. and they never swept the area, never
- 27:13Speaker 1: mind sweep and hold the area, clear the area, and
- 27:16Speaker 1: keep it cleared. That never happened. They didn't do it
- 27:20Speaker 1: here either. I'm sorry, but that is a failure of
- 27:24Speaker 1: magnitude we cannot have in this country if we want
- 27:27Speaker 1: to keep our elected officials alive.
- 27:29Speaker 6: I agree 100%, and we want the best people to
- 27:32Speaker 6: be willing to go into elective office because there are
- 27:34Speaker 6: a lot of families who would say, uh-uh, I'm not
- 27:36Speaker 6: letting my family member in. The fact that the tickets
- 27:38Speaker 6: didn't have QR codes... The fact that you could get
- 27:41Speaker 6: onto the premises and within feet of the ballroom, if
- 27:44Speaker 6: you had a Hilton Hotel key envelope, and they didn't
- 27:49Speaker 6: check IDs. My ID was not checked. I simply showed
- 27:52Speaker 6: them my ticket, which doesn't have a QR code on it.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Well, everybody knows who Mark Halford is. You know who
- 27:58Speaker 1: I am, right? I'm Mark Halford.
- 28:00Speaker 8: Exactly.
- 28:01Speaker 6: Topper Security at Yankee Stadium, Topper Security at most urban
- 28:04Speaker 6: high schools. And there's just no excuse for that. And
- 28:07Speaker 6: I will say... based on where that guy went, if
- 28:10Speaker 6: it had been seven guys with AK-47s and they had
- 28:13Speaker 6: stormed that same checkpoint, because the mags he went through,
- 28:16Speaker 6: the magnetometers he went through, are much smaller than the
- 28:19Speaker 6: main entrance. There's a second entrance, a flight above the
- 28:22Speaker 6: ballroom that has a staircase down to the ballroom. If
- 28:25Speaker 6: it had been seven guys with high-powered weapons, I shudder
- 28:28Speaker 6: to think what would have happened.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Well, in a time where we're not funding the Department
- 28:32Speaker 1: of Homeland Security and Secret Services under that purview... It's
- 28:36Speaker 1: unconscionable to me. And if that's a hill the Democrats
- 28:40Speaker 1: want to die on, it's unconscionable. Let me go to
- 28:43Speaker 1: this issue. The former FBI director, James Comey. Now, I
- 28:46Speaker 1: dropped a podcast this morning with Dan Bongino, and we
- 28:50Speaker 1: talked about Comey. He's now been indicted for a second time. And,
- 28:54Speaker 1: you know, obviously, 86-47. Now, did you ever believe for
- 28:59Speaker 1: one second that he had no idea what that was?
- 29:03Speaker 1: I didn't believe him for a second. I think he's
- 29:05Speaker 1: a liar. That's my own impression.
- 29:08Speaker 6: Yeah, it's hard to know. I mean, it..
- 29:10Speaker 1: Is it really hard to know? What does your gut
- 29:13Speaker 1: tell you?
- 29:14Speaker 6: I don't like to just..
- 29:15Speaker 1: You're highly suspicious.
- 29:17Speaker 6: I would say I'm at least somewhat suspicious about that.
- 29:20Speaker 6: I would say more likely than not he knew, but,
- 29:22Speaker 6: you know, I think he's got bigger problems than whether
- 29:24Speaker 6: he lied about that.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Well, I think the bigger problem is this investigation into
- 29:28Speaker 1: a grand conspiracy, which is 11 years, and with all
- 29:31Speaker 1: the information that is coming out, and Bongina goes into
- 29:34Speaker 1: great detail into this, And he actually believes that people,
- 29:39Speaker 1: good people in the FBI purposely left those burn bags
- 29:43Speaker 1: they purposely left information behind and a trail behind hoping
- 29:47Speaker 1: that honest people coming in would find it he actually
- 29:51Speaker 1: told me that.
- 29:52Speaker 6: Yeah could be I mean you know the FBI is
- 29:55Speaker 6: interesting that sometimes they're cast as anti-Trump sometimes pro-Trump But
- 29:59Speaker 6: it's the culture there is is a tough one. And
- 30:01Speaker 6: I think you're going to see more revelations for the
- 30:05Speaker 6: last decade of things that have happened at the FBI.
- 30:08Speaker 1: You know, you're one of the few people that I
- 30:09Speaker 1: feel is objective in the media. You're not like me.
- 30:13Speaker 1: You're not a partisan conservative. However, you do fair analysis.
- 30:18Speaker 1: And we spoke quite a quite often before the twenty
- 30:21Speaker 1: twenty four election. And we were very much on the
- 30:23Speaker 1: same page in terms of we actually spent the time
- 30:26Speaker 1: we looked at daily. numbers that were coming in for
- 30:28Speaker 1: early voting and things that most people in our industry ignored.
- 30:33Speaker 1: You said something the other day that caught my attention.
- 30:36Speaker 1: When you speak, I kind of pay attention to what
- 30:38Speaker 1: you say. And that was that, yeah, for those people
- 30:42Speaker 1: that think that this election is over, meaning the midterms,
- 30:44Speaker 1: you're out of your mind. Because I don't think what
- 30:47Speaker 1: will define the outcome of this midterm has happened yet.
- 30:51Speaker 1: I don't think we know. I think a lot of
- 30:54Speaker 1: it will be dependant. on how the situation with Iran
- 30:57Speaker 1: turns out. I think it will turn out favorably. Yeah,
- 31:01Speaker 1: it's going on a little bit longer than maybe people anticipated,
- 31:05Speaker 1: but it's not going to be a forever war, Mark.
- 31:07Speaker 1: I can promise you that. Number one. Number two, what
- 31:11Speaker 1: drives elections? Peace and prosperity. And if we have enough
- 31:15Speaker 1: runway and the economy is able to recover, gas prices stabilize,
- 31:21Speaker 1: and the president's the economic foundation that he laid in
- 31:25Speaker 1: the first year of this presidency kicks in. I think
- 31:29Speaker 1: that the economy is going to be doing a lot better.
- 31:32Speaker 1: And I think that is a game changer. I don't think,
- 31:34Speaker 1: I don't think what it will define the outcome of
- 31:37Speaker 1: those elections happened yet.
- 31:38Speaker 6: Well, I agree with you, and Scott Betzen agrees with you.
- 31:41Speaker 6: I did a series of interviews with him the last
- 31:43Speaker 6: couple weeks, and he says the war won't be forever,
- 31:47Speaker 6: as you said, and the economic growth that will be
- 31:50Speaker 6: spread around will happen in the third quarter before the midterms.
- 31:54Speaker 8: We'll see.
- 31:54Speaker 6: I don't know if you saw New York Times in
- 31:57Speaker 6: their piece about the midterms, and he said if the
- 32:00Speaker 6: election's in May, we'll lose. But it's not in May.
- 32:03Speaker 6: And there is time, but the war does have to end.
- 32:06Speaker 6: And I know the president wants it to end and
- 32:08Speaker 6: is determined to end it. But right now there are
- 32:10Speaker 6: a lot of smart people who support the president who
- 32:12Speaker 6: don't see how he gets out of this with the
- 32:15Speaker 6: proper result. It's not that they can't happen, but it's
- 32:18Speaker 6: not currently on offer.
- 32:19Speaker 8: So we'll see.
- 32:20Speaker 6: But but Republicans have things going for them that could
- 32:24Speaker 6: counter the historical norm of doing poorly in the midterms
- 32:27Speaker 6: when you control the White House. And we'll just have
- 32:29Speaker 6: to see if that environment of peace and prosperity can
- 32:32Speaker 6: be part of what they have going for them.
- 32:34Speaker 1: You're right. Historical trends are the party in power loses
- 32:38Speaker 1: seats in the midterm. I mean, that is a common trait. However,
- 32:42Speaker 1: you also are dealing with a different, very different Democratic
- 32:45Speaker 1: Party today, one that is quite radicalized. and i think
- 32:49Speaker 1: their rhetoric and i think they're lack of a real
- 32:52Speaker 1: motivating agenda that resonates with the american people's problematic for
- 32:56Speaker 1: them thoughts.
- 32:57Speaker 6: Well you know you you typically look at presidential let me.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Put it another way they're crazy mark they're insane they
- 33:04Speaker 1: have a.
- 33:04Speaker 6: Lot of positions that are not popular and if you
- 33:07Speaker 6: look at a presidential the idea is to make it
- 33:09Speaker 6: a referendum a choice election midterms are typically a referendum
- 33:13Speaker 6: on the incumbent james blair and the other people who
- 33:15Speaker 6: work with the president on politics Their goal is to
- 33:18Speaker 6: make it a referendum, not a referendum, but a choice.
- 33:22Speaker 6: And they want to say that the Democratic Party is
- 33:24Speaker 6: crazy on taxes. They're crazy on trans issues. They're crazy
- 33:27Speaker 6: on the border. And if they can pull that off.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Let me see if I can. Do you see any
- 33:32Speaker 1: policies that really resonate with the American people?
- 33:35Speaker 6: Well, there's one policy, therefore, not Trump. Other than that, no.
- 33:39Speaker 6: But sometimes in the midterms, historically, that's been enough to
- 33:43Speaker 6: just say you want to check on the people in
- 33:45Speaker 6: the White House. We'll see if it's enough this time
- 33:47Speaker 6: when the president's side will have a lot of money.
- 33:50Speaker 6: They've got very good coordination. I think it'll be one
- 33:52Speaker 6: of the best coordinated midterm campaigns ever by a White House.
- 33:56Speaker 6: And we'll have to see if they can make Democrats
- 33:58Speaker 6: pay a price for not having much of a positive
- 34:01Speaker 6: agenda and having some policy positions that are very far
- 34:04Speaker 6: to the left. We'll see if they can do that. Again,
- 34:07Speaker 6: that runs counter to what normally happens in the midterm,
- 34:10Speaker 6: where the out party's record and positions are usually not
- 34:13Speaker 6: the issue. We'll see, though, and that's their goal. And
- 34:16Speaker 6: we'll see some primaries where, you know, in Maine and Michigan,
- 34:19Speaker 6: where Democrats might nominate Senate candidates who are too far
- 34:23Speaker 6: to the left, I think, to probably win.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Quick break, right back more with Mark Halpern on the
- 34:28Speaker 1: other side. Toll free, it's 800-941-SHAWN if you want to
- 34:31Speaker 1: be a part of the program as we continue.
- 34:37Speaker 2: The final hour of the Sean Hannity Show is up next.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Hang on for Sean's conservative solutions.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Six thousand dollars an ounce. Some experts are predicting this
- 34:59Speaker 1: for gold in 2026. That means this year we have
- 35:03Speaker 1: all watched gold climb higher and higher over the last
- 35:06Speaker 1: few years. A lot of people are asking, OK, what's next?
- 35:09Speaker 1: I don't have a crystal ball, but here you go.
- 35:12Speaker 1: With the Iran war, rising gas prices, the economic uncertainty,
- 35:16Speaker 1: experts are seeing gold prices marching past $ 6, 000 an ounce.

- 36:10Speaker 1: kind of, you know, shoe leather, objective guy that does
- 36:13Speaker 1: a lot of the hard work behind the scenes. And
- 36:17Speaker 1: I bet you probably even get, you know, a little

- 36:58Speaker 6: So I don't mind going.

- 37:15Speaker 1: take care of you.
- 37:16Speaker 6: You mean Jeff Scarborough? Who do you mean?
- 37:19Speaker 1: Who's he? I don't know. You mean the guy that
- 37:21Speaker 1: once claimed to be a conservative from Pensacola in the
- 37:24Speaker 1: panhandle of Florida and now claims he's still the same
- 37:27Speaker 1: guy and he's working at MSDNC peddling anti-Trump hate every
- 37:31Speaker 1: second of every day, that guy? Unbelievable. I don't know
- 37:34Speaker 1: what happened to him. Anyway, we appreciate you, Mark Halperin.
