- 0:08Speaker 1: Welcome to the Favorites, the podcast presented by BET three
- 0:13Speaker 1: sixty five, part of the Action Network. I am Chad Millman.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Today is our NFL Week two Sunday recap episode. I'm
- 0:26Speaker 1: joined after a glorious, glorious day by my bff, my companion,
- 0:32Speaker 1: my compadre, my co host, professional better Simon Hunter. Hello, Simon, dude,
- 0:43Speaker 1: What a difference a week makes. At this time last
- 0:45Speaker 1: week we were waiting to start the show, sweating the
- 0:49Speaker 1: end of the I can't even remember the other pastry game,
- 0:53Speaker 1: Patriots game, to go one and three for the day,
- 0:57Speaker 1: needing the Jets on Monday night to go two and three.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Today we had a winning record. Oh my god, that
- 1:04Speaker 1: we have an exciting early window.
- 1:06Speaker 2: We're back, Chad, back to five hundred. It's like it's
- 1:09Speaker 2: a new season.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Listen. I would honest to god like, and we had
- 1:13Speaker 1: said this on the podcast on Tuesday. The Jets winning
- 1:17Speaker 1: allowed us to sort of evaluate the two and three
- 1:21Speaker 1: record and realize, as you had said, we had made
- 1:26Speaker 1: good decisions at the end of the day. What kept
- 1:30Speaker 1: us from being three and two in week one was
- 1:33Speaker 1: some bad luck with the Patriots, right, and so we
- 1:36Speaker 1: made good decisions again. This week we went three and two.
- 1:39Speaker 1: I'm going to recap all of that, plus our Foxhold
- 1:43Speaker 1: Big Balls, et cetera, et cetera, plus our money line
- 1:46Speaker 1: round robin parlay. We'll do some leans for Sunday Night
- 1:49Speaker 1: Football for Monday Night Football as a reminder of the Favorites.

- 2:54Speaker 1: and a half. We had the Jags plus three and
- 2:57Speaker 1: a half. Ugh, we had the Titans plus two and
- 3:00Speaker 1: a half. Count on, Mike Rabel, Baby. We had the
- 3:04Speaker 1: Seahawks plus four and a half. What a freaking miracle.
- 3:08Speaker 1: We had Buffalo minus seven and a half. That was
- 3:12Speaker 1: never in question, never in question. Our last out were
- 3:16Speaker 1: the Falcons, which we would have lost because is two
- 3:18Speaker 1: and a half in the contest and the past plus
- 3:20Speaker 1: two and a half, which we don't know it plays
- 3:22Speaker 1: later tonight. Let's start with the Bears.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Boy, they stink, yeah, and it stinks where you have
- 3:30Speaker 2: the false hope, that's the worst part. Like I told
- 3:32Speaker 2: you that, the way to go is always the death,
- 3:34Speaker 2: the quick death. Where it's like the Giants last week
- 3:37Speaker 2: getting blown out against a good team. We knew that
- 3:39Speaker 2: Giants bat was dead. That's nice. Where the Bears, that's
- 3:43Speaker 2: the worst kind of loss. Where I was in I
- 3:45Speaker 2: was like, they got the ball back. I think they're
- 3:47Speaker 2: on there eleven down three yep, And I was like,
- 3:50Speaker 2: all right, here's Justin Field's moment. This is when he
- 3:53Speaker 2: can become that guy for this Bears team. But it's sadly, Chad,
- 3:58Speaker 2: the same old Bears. And I'm not gonna go too
- 4:01Speaker 2: hard on you about the Bears team, but man, you
- 4:05Speaker 2: don't know what to do. It's you want to blame coaching,
- 4:08Speaker 2: you want to blame the offensive line and all this.
- 4:10Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, if we go
- 4:12Speaker 2: back and watch that, it's gonna be on Fields. Like
- 4:14Speaker 2: I watch a lot of that game, Fields hold onto
- 4:16Speaker 2: the ball for too long, him not making the right reids.
- 4:19Speaker 2: It was all there like that that Tampa Bay team
- 4:24Speaker 2: Baker played well and it was only twenty seventeen, like
- 4:26Speaker 2: they were letting them into that game. And yeah, the
- 4:30Speaker 2: worst possible play that could happen was a pick six
- 4:34Speaker 2: and Fields through one. So really, really tough, especially for
- 4:38Speaker 2: people that the Bears plus three is. You're just you're like, okay,
- 4:40Speaker 2: worst we'll push here, and now he throws that pick,
- 4:44Speaker 2: you get the back door on Tampa. So uh, definitely
- 4:47Speaker 2: one of those tough games where they was all there,
- 4:50Speaker 2: we were back in it, and it just fell short.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Don't forget the Bears opened at four, so there was
- 4:55Speaker 1: a shot. If the Bears just sort of drive down
- 4:58Speaker 1: the field and they fail miserably and Tampa gets the
- 5:02Speaker 1: ball back, they run it out, the Bears could cover there.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I mean, this was a just crushing back door loss
- 5:10Speaker 1: for Bears plus four betters, and there were a lot
- 5:13Speaker 1: of them, because this line moved quite a bit from
- 5:15Speaker 1: four down to two and a half. Justin fields was terrible,
- 5:19Speaker 1: truly terrible, not anything close to what anyone expected him
- 5:24Speaker 1: to be in the preseason hype. The defensive backfield, though,
- 5:29Speaker 1: it's like they're high school kids. They every single time
- 5:34Speaker 1: Baker needed a play, he got a play. Somebody was
- 5:38Speaker 1: wide open, somebody was creating space, somebody in the Bear's
- 5:42Speaker 1: orange uniform was just trying to catch up to someone
- 5:48Speaker 1: playing receiver for the Tampa by Buccaneers. I mean, they
- 5:50Speaker 1: were dreadful. The Bears play the Chiefs next week. The
- 5:53Speaker 1: line's fourteen, Like, I don't know how the Bears are
- 5:56Speaker 1: going to keep up with receivers that aren't even top
- 5:59Speaker 1: flight for the Chiefs because Patrick Mahomes is so good.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah, but again, we'll get you can get to that game.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Now that Chiefs and Jags game, something's wrong with this
- 6:08Speaker 2: Chiefs team chat like that, In what world do we
- 6:12Speaker 2: not cover in a game where Mahomes only gets seventeen points,
- 6:15Speaker 2: Like it's just heartbreak. I'm just so pissed at Trevor
- 6:17Speaker 2: where it was all there, that moment was there for
- 6:20Speaker 2: the Jacks to take. Their defense played so well and
- 6:24Speaker 2: they had their turnovers and everything, and they completely laid
- 6:27Speaker 2: an egg in the first half, putting up six points
- 6:29Speaker 2: when they had a bunch of short turnovers and you know,
- 6:32Speaker 2: Trevor just kept throwing guys out of the back of
- 6:33Speaker 2: the end zone. I mean, I think we had three
- 6:35Speaker 2: different plays where they had one foot in and one
- 6:37Speaker 2: foot out and we didn't get the touchdown and that's
- 6:39Speaker 2: all we needed to cover this number. So one of
- 6:42Speaker 2: those where I'll always play this number where it's like
- 6:45Speaker 2: the read was right. Something's not right with this Chiefs offense.
- 6:48Speaker 2: And maybe it's because the OC left, maybe it's because
- 6:52Speaker 2: Kelsey's not fully healthy, but you can just see it's
- 6:54Speaker 2: different on third downs, like you're not as confident as
- 6:57Speaker 2: you always were like last year and previous seasons. Mames
- 7:00Speaker 2: on THURSDA down So yeah, pains for me to say, Chad,
- 7:03Speaker 2: but I'm going to be on the Bears in the fourteen. Like,
- 7:06Speaker 2: that's a good number for a Bears team that I
- 7:09Speaker 2: do think they'll be able to move the ball, And
- 7:10Speaker 2: I'm just maybe it is a perfect spot for Mahomes
- 7:13Speaker 2: and to get right with this offense. But to me,
- 7:16Speaker 2: that's way too many points for this offense to be
- 7:17Speaker 2: catching next week. So that's definitely going to be a
- 7:20Speaker 2: pros versus public game where everyone's like you, they're just
- 7:24Speaker 2: off this bearss team. They've just looked dreadful through two weeks.
- 7:27Speaker 2: But that's a big number for this Chiefs team that
- 7:29Speaker 2: they just they have question marks to me right now.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Well, look I did make in my notes, is something
- 7:36Speaker 1: wrong with Mahomes and the Chiefs because they did look
- 7:41Speaker 1: completely discombobulated. There were so many plays where even Kelsey
- 7:47Speaker 1: was sort of not as they would normally be in
- 7:52Speaker 1: rhythm for the way they would normally be playing. But
- 7:56Speaker 1: also the Jags, look, we watched Trevor Lawrence last year
- 8:00Speaker 1: early in the year really miss a lot of these
- 8:03Speaker 1: red zone throws that you're talking about. And as the
- 8:06Speaker 1: year went on, in the second half of the year,
- 8:08Speaker 1: he had four multi touchdown games, right, and then against
- 8:12Speaker 1: the Chargers in that playoff game, he was so extraordinary,
- 8:15Speaker 1: playing exactly the way Doug Peterson had been trying to
- 8:19Speaker 1: get him to play. So you really thought he'd come
- 8:21Speaker 1: out this year and be special. He wasn't that great
- 8:24Speaker 1: against the Colts in Week one, and then this past
- 8:28Speaker 1: week in that red zone he was awful, like he
- 8:32Speaker 1: was just throwing guys out of bounce. It was truly
- 8:36Speaker 1: painful to watch the Jacks because you're right, that should
- 8:39Speaker 1: have been a seventeen fifteen game.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and they just they left somebody plays in the
- 8:44Speaker 2: field and it would have been, you know, probably the
- 8:49Speaker 2: biggest storyline of the week, right, Chiefs zero and two
- 8:51Speaker 2: to start the season. Whatever could have happened if Trevor
- 8:53Speaker 2: had played that good game, and he would been the
- 8:55Speaker 2: talk of the league, right, because everyone wants to crown
- 8:57Speaker 2: the new next guy. So that was definitely one of
- 9:00Speaker 2: those games where Trevor had all the hype leading into it.
- 9:03Speaker 2: He thought he was gonna take a big step, and
- 9:05Speaker 2: you know, the Jaguars defense showed up and the offense
- 9:08Speaker 2: just did not. So, yeah, those those two picks, you know,
- 9:14Speaker 2: I regret it obviously afterwards, but it's like, even looking back,
- 9:17Speaker 2: I probably would have been in on the Bears with you.
- 9:20Speaker 2: It was just like all the things were there for
- 9:22Speaker 2: us to want to back to Bears. It was like,
- 9:23Speaker 2: we have a team that's gonna be able to move
- 9:25Speaker 2: the ball, and I just didn't think Baker was gonna
- 9:27Speaker 2: have that kind of game. I mean, Baker threw for
- 9:28Speaker 2: three hundred yards and no turnovers. That was probably the
- 9:31Speaker 2: most shocking part of that Week two where Baker. The
- 9:35Speaker 2: pros were on that Like pros all summer, we're talking
- 9:38Speaker 2: up this Bucks team. You know, they could fizzle out.
- 9:41Speaker 2: We always see teams start three and oh and then
- 9:42Speaker 2: fizzle out as the season goes along. The Bucks, you know,
- 9:45Speaker 2: they got some players on that team with Godwinning, Mike Evans,
- 9:48Speaker 2: So if those guys stay out with you, I can
- 9:49Speaker 2: just see that team continue un successfully. So yeah, those
- 9:53Speaker 2: two were bad losses, Chad, But let's get to the
- 9:55Speaker 2: three winners.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Well. The one thing I do want to say though
- 9:57Speaker 1: before we get to that, is Evans and god Win,
- 10:01Speaker 1: and they are a good example of something the Bears
- 10:05Speaker 1: have never had and still might not have, even though
- 10:10Speaker 1: DJ Moore should have been a bigger part of the offense,
- 10:12Speaker 1: which is a Pro Bowl caliber receiver, and it showed
- 10:18Speaker 1: up today. There was that tweet going around and this
- 10:21Speaker 1: is like, to me an indication the Bears don't get
- 10:24Speaker 1: enough credit for being so pathetic for so long, and like,
- 10:28Speaker 1: only if you're a real Chicago Bears fan do you
- 10:30Speaker 1: recognize how bad they've been. There was this tweet you
- 10:34Speaker 1: and I talked about it this morning before we went
- 10:35Speaker 1: on the air with Convince Me. Justin Jefferson at twenty
- 10:39Speaker 1: four has more career yards than any player who's ever
- 10:45Speaker 1: played receiver for the Bears in their history. He would
- 10:49Speaker 1: be the Bears all time leading receiver right now. Mike
- 10:52Speaker 1: Evans Chris Gotwin another good example of guys who could
- 10:55Speaker 1: be the Bears all time leading receivers. And look what
- 10:59Speaker 1: I say about Baker, is is it possible? He is
- 11:03Speaker 1: good and never had good receivers.
- 11:06Speaker 2: M I don't know. I still think he'll turn it.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I think I think eventually he'll turn back into a pumpkin.
- 11:11Speaker 2: It's just he's just playing smart right now, where even
- 11:14Speaker 2: the stupid things like he got stripsack and fumble and
- 11:16Speaker 2: they got the ball back and then he had to
- 11:18Speaker 2: pick right into a guy's hands on the Bears, in
- 11:21Speaker 2: classic Bears fashion. He started running for a pick six
- 11:24Speaker 2: before you even caught the ball, so he's like leaving
- 11:28Speaker 2: him out there. But again, he's not hurting the team.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Like my biggest takeaway from Baker was in the red zone.
- 11:33Speaker 2: He had a play where old Baker would have thrown
- 11:35Speaker 2: it into like three guys to force it. He threw
- 11:38Speaker 2: it out of the back of the end zone. It
- 11:39Speaker 2: took the three, and it's like, I can't believe this
- 11:42Speaker 2: is the new Baker. So yeah, it's it's pretty crazy
- 11:46Speaker 2: Baker ball.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Boy Tennessee.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Did they hit the Matt Mitchell Phillison, what's happening right
- 11:53Speaker 2: now Denver?
- 11:54Speaker 1: The Denver Broncos have thrown a hail Mary to the five.
- 11:58Speaker 1: It was deflected backwards, caught in the end zone, and
- 12:01Speaker 1: they are now attempting the two point conversion.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Take it to overtime? Holy are you kidding me?
- 12:07Speaker 1: All right, well, Matt Mitchell, keep us posted on that.
- 12:10Speaker 2: If they go to overtime, it doesn't matter. I still
- 12:13Speaker 2: think the state troopers on the sideline should arrest Russell
- 12:16Speaker 2: Wilson and coach Peyton and send them straight to jail
- 12:18Speaker 2: after the game. It has failed. It has failed.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Send them to jail, Straight to jail, folks. Broncos are
- 12:25Speaker 1: now zero and two. They have lost to the Washington
- 12:28Speaker 1: Commanders and Raiders. Wow, not to start anyone was expecting.
- 12:33Speaker 1: But this is interesting because look, we let's talk about
- 12:37Speaker 1: Buffalo for a second. Buffalo dominated. We were all over
- 12:41Speaker 1: that from last Sunday. Alert.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Here for Josh Shall.
- 12:50Speaker 3: He's he's a football player through and through, and there
- 12:56Speaker 3: we go.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Excuse me, touchdown?
- 13:02Speaker 4: How many quarterbacks have you ever seen hurdle anyone? Goodness,
- 13:05Speaker 4: there's no fears, no way, o God, the demands to
- 13:24Speaker 4: do something about this out the reaches and man making.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Louder and louder.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Everybody loved Buffalo. It was at eight and a half,
- 13:34Speaker 1: it was your simon, says bet at eight and a half.
- 13:37Speaker 1: On Tuesday, it climbed a nine and a half. It
- 13:39Speaker 1: got lower because some injuries in the secondary. You and
- 13:42Speaker 1: I were never worried about it for a second. We
- 13:44Speaker 1: were both pounding Buffalo a little bit more so. That
- 13:47Speaker 1: was a big win for us today. Never in doubt.
- 13:49Speaker 1: They played exactly the way we expected them play. So
- 13:52Speaker 1: here's what gets interesting. The look aheadline for the Bills
- 13:56Speaker 1: on the road at Washington was minus six. I played
- 14:00Speaker 1: it for half a unit today because I was so
- 14:03Speaker 1: convinced Washington would be terrible. Let's see if I can
- 14:06Speaker 1: find that number it. I don't have it updated right now,
- 14:10Speaker 1: but what was your take on the Bills today?
- 14:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it was went exactly how we predicted. That's those
- 14:15Speaker 2: are the dream scenarios where you have a game plan
- 14:17Speaker 2: in mind of what the game is going to go like,
- 14:18Speaker 2: and you make a number. And I kept saying, like,
- 14:21Speaker 2: I make the number ten. I know a couple of
- 14:24Speaker 2: smart pro guys actually that came in on the Raiders team.
- 14:27Speaker 2: They were like looking at from the standpoint of they
- 14:30Speaker 2: thought that Jimmy was gonna be able to keep up
- 14:32Speaker 2: with Josh Allen. I just I just never saw that
- 14:34Speaker 2: as a possibility. And you know the fact that we
- 14:38Speaker 2: joke about all the time, Jimmy led a drive in
- 14:40Speaker 2: that fourth quarter and they won the game in Denver,
- 14:43Speaker 2: and that's why people were like, you know, believing in
- 14:46Speaker 2: this Raiders team while fading this Bills team because they
- 14:49Speaker 2: had one bad game in a primetime spot. So that's
- 14:52Speaker 2: just a classic overreaction spot. We came back to their
- 14:56Speaker 2: side and we were couldn't be more than happy. We
- 14:59Speaker 2: both said to each other it was seven and a half.
- 15:00Speaker 2: It's like we have to have this one in. So
- 15:03Speaker 2: that's always nice where you nail that. And what was it?
- 15:06Speaker 2: Twenty one to ten and a half? Like we were
- 15:08Speaker 2: just never, never really worried about that number. So yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 2: one of the few easy sweats today.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Seattle plus four and a half not an easy sweat.
- 15:19Speaker 1: I take notes. I take notes on all of our games,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and I'll like have columns and columns of notes. But
- 15:28Speaker 1: this Seattle Detroit game kind of went exactly the way
- 15:32Speaker 1: we expected it to go. Like there was nothing in
- 15:34Speaker 1: the game that made me think, oh, we got this
- 15:37Speaker 1: handicap wrong, or you know, they were doing something different
- 15:41Speaker 1: than we expected. I think we expected Seattle to be
- 15:44Speaker 1: able to move the ball. We expected Detroit to go
- 15:48Speaker 1: up and down the field. Everything we expected. I have
- 15:50Speaker 1: one note, which is thinking back to the Seahawks had
- 15:56Speaker 1: third down late in the game and Gino has a
- 16:03Speaker 1: chance to get rid of the ball, they can punt
- 16:06Speaker 1: the Lions deep into their own territory. He goes back,
- 16:09Speaker 1: he goes back, he gets sacked. So Instead, they basically
- 16:13Speaker 1: give the Lions at mid the ball to the midfield,
- 16:14Speaker 1: so they're fifteen years from a field goal. My only
- 16:17Speaker 1: note is gino throw the ball now.
- 16:20Speaker 2: That was a great game. I'm not gonna lie. When
- 16:22Speaker 2: I went through rooytime, Chadow was terrified because we had the
- 16:24Speaker 2: four and a half. So I was like, we got
- 16:26Speaker 2: no worries in this game right now, like it's going
- 16:28Speaker 2: perfectly to plan. When they went to TEA, I was
- 16:31Speaker 2: scared because I was just like, this is gonna land
- 16:33Speaker 2: six and then me and Chatter can be back in
- 16:34Speaker 2: the two and three dumpster. Yeah, just another game of
- 16:40Speaker 2: you know, the Seahawks are not as bad as we
- 16:43Speaker 2: all perceive offensively, you know, they laid an egg in
- 16:46Speaker 2: the second half, but their defense, something's wrong there, and
- 16:51Speaker 2: we'll see maybe that's just they had a bad you know,
- 16:53Speaker 2: Stafford looked great again today and you know golf, we
- 16:56Speaker 2: can say everyone about him. He's looked really well these
- 16:59Speaker 2: last I guess a year and a half now. So
- 17:02Speaker 2: it could just be the Seahawks mashups wise, but yeah,
- 17:06Speaker 2: that their offense. You know, blow for blow stayed in
- 17:09Speaker 2: that game with Detroit and whoever read the ball first,
- 17:12Speaker 2: you kind of felt like they were going to score
- 17:13Speaker 2: in that overtime. Luckily for us it was the Seahawks.
- 17:16Speaker 2: So yeah, that that came big on our round robin.
- 17:19Speaker 2: We went four and one in it, and the Seahawks
- 17:21Speaker 2: were one of the big legs in it. So that's
- 17:24Speaker 2: that's always nice to hit those dogs outright, Thank you Seahawks.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Yeah, that one. You know, it's funny. I never felt
- 17:32Speaker 1: nervous in overtime. I actually felt like this was going
- 17:35Speaker 1: to be a game that went our way. The Titans. However,
- 17:40Speaker 1: my head is spinning on the Titans, like I don't
- 17:43Speaker 1: know what to do with this team I have. I
- 17:45Speaker 1: have so many thoughts, Like I think a Vrabel is
- 17:50Speaker 1: a genius. Ryan Tannehill is not as bad as everyone
- 17:55Speaker 1: says he his Yeah, the problem is this offensive line
- 17:59Speaker 1: is dangerously bad, like he could end up debt kind
- 18:03Speaker 1: of bad, and it's it's making it almost impossible for
- 18:08Speaker 1: him to keep this team in games. And it's only
- 18:10Speaker 1: through sort of some miracle plays that they that they
- 18:14Speaker 1: stayed in this game that we got to win this game,
- 18:16Speaker 1: plus some unbelievable play calling by Vrabel. But my question
- 18:21Speaker 1: is this team good? Are they lucky? Are they just
- 18:25Speaker 1: really patient? And Rabel is so good at coaching that
- 18:28Speaker 1: he knows how a game is going to play out.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Give me your read on the Titans right now.
- 18:32Speaker 2: The best team to have in a dog fight as
- 18:34Speaker 2: a dog, like every time we get him as a
- 18:36Speaker 2: dog chatting yell, we just we have to take Rabel.
- 18:39Speaker 2: And everything in my body is fighting it, and I
- 18:41Speaker 2: just I just couldn't see this Chargers team starting oing too.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Now they're staring down zero three, because I mean, you'll
- 18:47Speaker 2: see next week's line against the Vikings. The books are
- 18:50Speaker 2: daring you to take them. They're only they're had to
- 18:52Speaker 2: pick them pretty much in most books. So you could
- 18:55Speaker 2: take them as a small favorite, you could take them
- 18:57Speaker 2: as a small dog. You take it as a pick.
- 18:59Speaker 2: It's it's pretty crazy this team might be standing at
- 19:01Speaker 2: zero three. There's Chargers team with all this talent and
- 19:03Speaker 2: this incredible quarterback Herbert. So yeah, I was honestly never
- 19:09Speaker 2: worried about it because I just trusted the number chat.
- 19:11Speaker 2: I just kept thinking to myself, the Chargers are going
- 19:13Speaker 2: to shoot themselves in the foot eventually, and they did
- 19:16Speaker 2: by not scoring that touchdowns on the game. They kicked
- 19:18Speaker 2: that field goal. We went there overtime. I just felt
- 19:20Speaker 2: so confident in this Tennessee team to you know, to
- 19:23Speaker 2: get get the ball, go down the field and somehow
- 19:25Speaker 2: kick a field goal, and that's what they did. So yeah,
- 19:27Speaker 2: that that's like one of my favorite things. We bet
- 19:29Speaker 2: these games and everyone you're with is just like there's
- 19:32Speaker 2: no chance, Like, there's no chance. Taniel was going to
- 19:34Speaker 2: keep with Herbert and he just had one of those
- 19:36Speaker 2: games and he did, so, Yeah, that was a really
- 19:38Speaker 2: fun cover.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Well, look, the problem is Brandon Staley's is not a
- 19:42Speaker 1: good coach, and like you are giving yourself an advantage
- 19:45Speaker 1: anytime you are betting on Mike Rabol against Brandon Staley.
- 19:50Speaker 1: There's not even a comparison. That to me was the
- 19:53Speaker 1: main driving factor at the end of this, no matter
- 19:56Speaker 1: how uncomfortable, we were going to be betting on what
- 19:59Speaker 1: we don't think is a very good offense with the Titans.
- 20:01Speaker 1: It's just Brandon Stateley's not that good.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Great staff from my guy, Ivan Abrams. Mike Vrabel is
- 20:06Speaker 2: now twenty three and twenty two straight up as an
- 20:09Speaker 2: underdog in his coaching career. He's the only coach above
- 20:13Speaker 2: five hundred straight up as an underdog minimum games, twenty
- 20:16Speaker 2: games played last twenty years. So Vrabel right there. We
- 20:19Speaker 2: say it all the time. We take the number and
- 20:21Speaker 2: we throw a little on the money line. It's just
- 20:23Speaker 2: he's been an incredible coaches winning as a dog.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Oh my god, he's so good. So, by the way,
- 20:29Speaker 1: Mike Vrabel, next week he is a Let me look
- 20:33Speaker 1: at this right now, I think he's a five point underdog.
- 20:38Speaker 1: What was that game? Hold on? Could I miss it?
- 20:42Speaker 2: No, it's dropping down. It's down to four now. I
- 20:44Speaker 2: see a lot of books. Three and a half. They're
- 20:46Speaker 2: at the Browns. At the Browns, right, So if you
- 20:50Speaker 2: want to play it safe, you take that number. If
- 20:52Speaker 2: the Browns lose to the the Pittsburgh Monday night, you
- 20:55Speaker 2: got great value on this this Verbel defense.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Yeah, it's an interesting one. We'll talk about that when
- 21:01Speaker 1: we get to our leans in a second. So we've
- 21:07Speaker 1: run through every single game. There's one more team I
- 21:11Speaker 1: want to talk about. You could say everything we just
- 21:13Speaker 1: said about the Tennessee Titans about the Atlanta Falcons. Love
- 21:18Speaker 1: this team. He makes the right calls, he takes the
- 21:21Speaker 1: right risks, He puts his players in really good positions.
- 21:27Speaker 1: It's a really good example, by the way, the Falcons
- 21:31Speaker 1: winning by one of needing to listen to this show,
- 21:33Speaker 1: because remember on Thursday we were talking about the Falcons
- 21:35Speaker 1: and we like them as underdogs, and Evan told us
- 21:38Speaker 1: in the chat while we were recording the show, they
- 21:41Speaker 1: flipped to one point favorites, and then by the time
- 21:43Speaker 1: the game kicked off in our contest today they were
- 21:46Speaker 1: two and a half. Kudos to you because we talked
- 21:49Speaker 1: for a second about taking them and decided not to
- 21:52Speaker 1: because the number was too big. They are decent sized dogs.
- 21:58Speaker 1: In Detroit next week, I think I was at four
- 22:00Speaker 1: and now was closer to five.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Yeah, interesting number. That was definitely a good avoid and
- 22:06Speaker 2: our best avoid was I told you a game I
- 22:08Speaker 2: couldn't lived with myself would have been the Giants. So
- 22:11Speaker 2: thank god we didn't take Giants there minus three and
- 22:13Speaker 2: a half. We stared at it for a while and
- 22:15Speaker 2: we were just like I just could not bring myself
- 22:18Speaker 2: to do it, and thank god we didn't like the
- 22:21Speaker 2: We choke all the time. Vegas Lazy's trap lines Man
- 22:25Speaker 2: was that line Fishy going down from six to four
- 22:28Speaker 2: and a half to four to three and a half
- 22:29Speaker 2: before kickoff on this Cardinals team. So another ugly dog
- 22:34Speaker 2: that has been performing really well, that Cardinals team. So yeah,
- 22:38Speaker 2: another team I need to reevaluate where they are coaching.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Pretty the coaching there isn't as terrible. I thought it
- 22:45Speaker 2: was going to be on this Cardinals team. But what
- 22:48Speaker 2: a total meltdown to me and Chad still alive in Survivor.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Seriously unbelievable. I mean, we got so lucky with the
- 22:55Speaker 1: Giants that is insane. A reminder for the Favorites podcast,
- 23:00Speaker 1: the sign up reopens on Tuesday morning, so the sign

- 23:33Speaker 1: the drill. Go to Favorites dot actionnetwork dot com to
- 23:36Speaker 1: sign up for free when it reopens on Tuesday. The
- 23:41Speaker 1: one other game I want to talk about before we
- 23:42Speaker 1: get to our recaps is the rams. Why didn't you
- 23:47Speaker 1: push us harder to put the rams in the contest?
- 23:51Speaker 2: Me?
- 23:52Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know, just that's just how it goes,
- 23:58Speaker 5: because I don't even think we mentioned them honestly, and
- 24:00Speaker 5: you're you're the one reading off all the numbers and
- 24:02Speaker 5: the contest, So like, I guess if you would have
- 24:05Speaker 5: said it would have popped in my head.
- 24:06Speaker 2: But I just for some reason never crossed my mind.
- 24:09Speaker 2: I just because I guess we didn't mention it. So
- 24:12Speaker 2: you know, maybe I should start open up the lines
- 24:14Speaker 2: as well when you're going through it. But for some reason,
- 24:17Speaker 2: they never popped in, like we never mentioned them. So
- 24:19Speaker 2: that was one of those where like, yeah, afterwards, I
- 24:21Speaker 2: was kicking myself. It's like, how do we not have
- 24:23Speaker 2: the seven and a half on the rams? So, oh,
- 24:26Speaker 2: you know, it's interesting. It was a tough miss.
- 24:28Speaker 1: It is a tough miss. You know why we talked
- 24:31Speaker 1: about it NonStop. We love about it.
- 24:33Speaker 2: I know that's what I hate when that happens. But
- 24:35Speaker 2: it just you know, it is Sunday morning. I mean,
- 24:37Speaker 2: you have a lot going on. It's just we missing
- 24:39Speaker 2: there sometimes we do.
- 24:41Speaker 1: I think we like it was, and I tried to
- 24:43Speaker 1: be so much slower and like before I called you,
- 24:46Speaker 1: you know, we got off the air for convince me,
- 24:48Speaker 1: and before I called you, like, I went through my
- 24:50Speaker 1: notes to make sure that I had everything in front
- 24:52Speaker 1: of me from our conversations on Tuesday and Thursday and
- 24:55Speaker 1: like and even in like the film session video we did.
- 24:59Speaker 1: We talked about brock Purty, but then we said at
- 25:01Speaker 1: the end of it, we're still going to be on
- 25:02Speaker 1: the Rams. We knew we liked the Rams at eight
- 25:04Speaker 1: and a half when it was higher during the week.
- 25:08Speaker 1: I didn't even put it in my notes of the
- 25:10Speaker 1: games that, like we were narrowing down from Tuesday to Thursday.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Now again it's gonna happen. We're running through contest, like
- 25:16Speaker 2: we'll just we're just gonna have some games, do.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Miss all right? Recap on the other picks, the Foxhole
- 25:22Speaker 1: was Houston minus one. It was always in doubt, it
- 25:25Speaker 1: was never it was never gonna happen. Big Balls is
- 25:27Speaker 1: New England plus three. That game is now two and
- 25:30Speaker 1: a half. We're gonna talk about that.
- 25:31Speaker 2: That game is actually down to one and a half.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Chad Wow. All right, So if you got it at
- 25:36Speaker 2: three once again, it pays the listen of the favorites.
- 25:38Speaker 2: You got the best.
- 25:40Speaker 1: You got to listen to the show. The exec decision
- 25:43Speaker 1: was Atlanta plus one and a half. Simon says, Buffalo
- 25:46Speaker 1: minus eight and a half. So look the exec decision,
- 25:50Speaker 1: and Simon says, came through for us. We'll see about
- 25:53Speaker 1: New England. As long as you were smart enough to listen.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Round robin money line, Round robin parlay, Tennessee Cash, Seattle Cash,
- 26:03Speaker 1: Jets lost, Washington Cash, Baltimore Cash. You made some money
- 26:09Speaker 1: if you play the money line Round robin parlay.
- 26:14Speaker 2: It's rare game lands on one like that Atlanta Green
- 26:16Speaker 2: Bay game, which we did. We did move pretty fast.
- 26:19Speaker 2: A couple of people say I need to eat some crow,
- 26:21Speaker 2: and Chad does too. On our hate of that Green
- 26:25Speaker 2: Bay quarterback who I shall not say his name, but
- 26:29Speaker 2: I'll give it to you. The kid made some big
- 26:31Speaker 2: throws against Atlanta. And you can just tell when a
- 26:35Speaker 2: kid can make the throws and when they can't. And
- 26:38Speaker 2: watching Ritter, that kid can't make the throws for Atlanta.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Watching the QB A green Bay has goddamn love. He
- 26:45Speaker 2: makes he's making he's making some throws, Chad, and even
- 26:48Speaker 2: on that the way the game ended, I think it
- 26:50Speaker 2: was fourth and ten, he made a big time throw
- 26:52Speaker 2: with the guy in his face and they called it
- 26:54Speaker 2: back after he got the first down. And it's like,
- 26:56Speaker 2: those are little things I look for because it's like, Okay,
- 26:59Speaker 2: this year could be a while for Green Band. They
- 27:00Speaker 2: just might not be that good, but you want to
- 27:03Speaker 2: see those little steps from Love. So fucking Green Bay fans, man,
- 27:07Speaker 2: I'm so sick of their shit. Brett fah Rogers and
- 27:10Speaker 2: Love might be a starting quarterback in this league. So yeah,
- 27:15Speaker 2: Green Bay fans, you got to be excited, like it
- 27:18Speaker 2: seems like you have a kid that he's not scared
- 27:20Speaker 2: to stand in the pocket, take hits and make throws downfield,
- 27:23Speaker 2: which that's what you want to see out of kid's
- 27:25Speaker 2: first year starting. It's like, let's see what kind of
- 27:28Speaker 2: stride just kits to make. So clearly I was too
- 27:32Speaker 2: low in Green Bay. And you know that's the classic
- 27:36Speaker 2: example of you got to get the number early because,
- 27:38Speaker 2: like you said, you had the one and a half.
- 27:39Speaker 2: If you had Atlanta was a winner and if you
- 27:40Speaker 2: got it late, you're a loser. Just during our show
- 27:43Speaker 2: and moved to minus one and a half. So yeah,
- 27:46Speaker 2: really tough game there. You really need the best number
- 27:49Speaker 2: to win that one.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Evan Abrams with a stat that's just in over twelve
- 27:53Speaker 1: and one so far in week two. It's the most
- 27:57Speaker 1: in a week since twenty nineteen. Unders last week, we're
- 28:01Speaker 1: twelve and four. All right, let's do a.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Quick Yeah, that's crazy.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Desmond Ridder. Also Matt Mitchell reminding us Desmond Ridder now
- 28:10Speaker 1: thirty and oh at home in his career college football
- 28:14Speaker 1: in the NFL. By the way, Matt Mitchell, I used
- 28:17Speaker 1: that stat on my kid today and a buddy who's
- 28:21Speaker 1: watching the games with us during the game, and they're
- 28:24Speaker 1: both like, that's good. That's really good. Also, nobody that
- 28:28Speaker 1: I was watching the games with my buddy or my
- 28:30Speaker 1: kid knew that Arthur Smith is the son of Fred Smith,
- 28:34Speaker 1: who is the founder of FedEx.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Did you know that, Simon, Yeah, yeah, I heard that
- 28:40Speaker 2: one a couple of times.
- 28:41Speaker 1: All right, Monday Night football, we got two games. We
- 28:44Speaker 1: got the Saints minus three on the road at the Panthers.
- 28:47Speaker 1: That is a right now a pros. Joe's game bets
- 28:50Speaker 1: are split. Bets are on the Saints. Money's on the Panthers,
- 28:53Speaker 1: and then the other game is the Browns visiting Pittsburgh.
- 28:58Speaker 1: We liked the Browns at minus two. That line is
- 29:00Speaker 1: now down to minus one and a half. If you
- 29:03Speaker 1: follow the numbers, you follow the history, you follow the president,
- 29:07Speaker 1: you would take the Steelers in this game. You and
- 29:10Speaker 1: I still like the Browns.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's definitely scary where I do know pros
- 29:15Speaker 2: who are on that side. There's some pros that have
- 29:17Speaker 2: come in on the Panthers, but yeah, I don't know cha.
- 29:22Speaker 2: I don't know what to do. I like the Saints.
- 29:24Speaker 2: I think it's good value, and I think, you know,
- 29:27Speaker 2: the Browns team are good value. So yeah, two teams
- 29:30Speaker 2: that if they win these games, it's it's a big
- 29:35Speaker 2: step to what they want to be this season. And
- 29:37Speaker 2: if they lose it, you can just say same old
- 29:39Speaker 2: Browns and can say same old Saints. So yeah, this
- 29:44Speaker 2: this is pretty exciting for me, where I usually just
- 29:47Speaker 2: am really biased towards the home divisional dogs and this one,
- 29:50Speaker 2: I'm kind of like sticking my feet in the ground,
- 29:52Speaker 2: being like, no, I have these teams rate at a
- 29:54Speaker 2: certain level, I'm going to back those sides. So yeah,
- 29:57Speaker 2: if you want to. If you want to build the professionals,
- 29:59Speaker 2: they like Carolina, they like the Browns. If you want
- 30:02Speaker 2: to go chalky with me, I like the road favorites.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Professional like the professionals, like the Panthers and the Steelers.
- 30:12Speaker 1: You like the Saints and the Browns. I have no
- 30:15Speaker 1: opinion on the Saints and the Panthers. I very much
- 30:19Speaker 1: like the Browns. Simon the fastest growing ticketing app in
- 30:24Speaker 1: the United States, It's game Time, our sponsor. I love
- 30:31Speaker 1: Game Time for two reasons. One because they sponsored their show. Two,
- 30:35Speaker 1: I actually use game Time to buy tickets. You know it.

- 30:46Speaker 1: including pro and college football games, speaking of which, I'm
- 30:50Speaker 1: actually going to open Game Time right now. From my
- 30:53Speaker 1: house here in Connecticut. On Tuesday, I can get into
- 30:57Speaker 1: the city. In New York City, I can get in
- 30:59Speaker 1: to see the New York Liberty, one of the best
- 31:01Speaker 1: teams in WNBA, under fifty bucks. Get in to see
- 31:05Speaker 1: the Yankees under ten bucks. I can get into see
- 31:07Speaker 1: the Jets next week for under one hundred and fifty bucks.

- 31:15Speaker 1: cheap no matter where you live. Download the Game time app,

- 31:29Speaker 1: dollars off. Last minute tickets low is price guaranteed. We
- 31:33Speaker 1: talked about a couple of early Week three spots. Any
- 31:39Speaker 1: that are peaking your interest right now more than others.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Yeah, if we want to work through what I've already
- 31:46Speaker 2: bet on again, these are always just going to be
- 31:49Speaker 2: a little bit of feeler bets. You know what kind
- 31:53Speaker 2: of opinions want to form. So my first one was
- 31:56Speaker 2: I took a little of Green Bay Packers minus one
- 31:58Speaker 2: and a half. They're playing the Saints at home. It's
- 32:03Speaker 2: just just in case the Saints team does lose. I
- 32:07Speaker 2: could see it going up to minus three. So that's
- 32:10Speaker 2: what it was. I'm just trying to beat the number
- 32:11Speaker 2: and take this Green Bay team at home and the Saints.
- 32:14Speaker 2: You know, say what you want. Back to back road
- 32:18Speaker 2: games on a short week. It's hard for me not
- 32:21Speaker 2: to like Green Bay in that spot. It's just a
- 32:23Speaker 2: bad spot for the Saints team, especially if they win
- 32:25Speaker 2: the game against Carolina. You would just see them have
- 32:28Speaker 2: a letdown spot after winning on a Monday night primetime game.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Not saying that's why the Jets lost today, but it
- 32:34Speaker 2: did feel like the Jets didn't have the juice today
- 32:36Speaker 2: and it's just like they had such an emotional game
- 32:39Speaker 2: on Monday. It is tough for some of these teams
- 32:41Speaker 2: to turn it around on this early slate, So that
- 32:44Speaker 2: that was one of the first ones I looked at.
- 32:49Speaker 2: I wouldn't mind you talking about the game. You thought
- 32:52Speaker 2: you got good value on what you did. The Bills
- 32:54Speaker 2: are minus six, you said, right now, they're up to
- 32:55Speaker 2: six and a half.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I bet the Bills minus six this morning a
- 33:02Speaker 1: little bit because Brandon Anderson, who does a segment on
- 33:07Speaker 1: the Action Network podcast that will be recorded tonight air
- 33:11Speaker 1: late tonight out early tomorrow morning, where he talks about
- 33:15Speaker 1: his look aheadlines, and he talked about this game. He
- 33:18Speaker 1: talked about the Bills keep an eye out for if
- 33:21Speaker 1: they go out and blow out the Raiders. Depending on
- 33:24Speaker 1: what happens with Washington, this line could go from six
- 33:27Speaker 1: to seven to eight to nine, because the Bills are
- 33:30Speaker 1: so good and look the Bills when they win. We've
- 33:32Speaker 1: talked about this. I think thirty seven of fifty three
- 33:36Speaker 1: career wins for Josh Allen have been by more than
- 33:39Speaker 1: seven points. So I was just taking a flyer thinking
- 33:44Speaker 1: we both felt really good about the Bills position here,
- 33:47Speaker 1: and this line's already moving up a little.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Bit another one. I like you, but I would say
- 33:52Speaker 2: for most people here, I get if you want a
- 33:53Speaker 2: better right now in case you want to see how
- 33:55Speaker 2: the Monday Night plays out? Are you told you? I
- 33:57Speaker 2: think the Browns are going to beat Pittsburgh. So I'm
- 34:00Speaker 2: taking a position on Vegas. They're plus one and a
- 34:02Speaker 2: half right now at home against Pittsburgh next week. I
- 34:06Speaker 2: gotta do it, and it's just an early bet. I'll
- 34:08Speaker 2: throw them in a couple of early teasers got them
- 34:10Speaker 2: up seven and a half, just like I did with Atlanta.
- 34:13Speaker 2: It's just a good number to want teaser too, So
- 34:15Speaker 2: you're getting good value on taking them at seven and
- 34:17Speaker 2: a half home dog in this Raiders team, and it's
- 34:20Speaker 2: just one of those where Pittsburgh I don't know if
- 34:23Speaker 2: they should be favored against anyone on the road right now.
- 34:26Speaker 2: So a little bit of an overreaction from people seeing
- 34:30Speaker 2: this Raiders team walk into a bud saw a buzzsaal
- 34:32Speaker 2: and actually get dominated by this Bills team. So a
- 34:35Speaker 2: nice Bilose spot there, and you know the next one,
- 34:40Speaker 2: it's a no brainer, and I'm shocked it's still at
- 34:42Speaker 2: six and a half. We gotta grab the Rams chat
- 34:46Speaker 2: Rams against the Bengals like Joe Burrow and by even
- 34:50Speaker 2: at halftime they put up some stat he had thirty
- 34:53Speaker 2: three yards passing, Like, we don't know what to make
- 34:58Speaker 2: of this Bengals team right now. I tell you this,
- 35:02Speaker 2: this Rams team, they're exactly what I predicted coming to
- 35:05Speaker 2: the season. It's just a gritty young team with a
- 35:08Speaker 2: great leader in Stafford. So my only hesitation is they
- 35:12Speaker 2: had an absolute miracle cover today, So I'm a little
- 35:15Speaker 2: worried the public won't be off of their stank. But
- 35:19Speaker 2: I do think six and a half is a little
- 35:20Speaker 2: too high for this number. I would bring it down
- 35:23Speaker 2: to four and a half. So yeah, two points of
- 35:25Speaker 2: value right now in this Rams team and you're crossing
- 35:27Speaker 2: a key number of six. I love that for an
- 35:29Speaker 2: early bet here against this Bengals team.
- 35:32Speaker 1: What about the Falcons plus five five and a half
- 35:38Speaker 1: in some places on the road to Detroit. This to
- 35:41Speaker 1: me feels like a field goal game. I think. I
- 35:44Speaker 1: think like Arthur Smith knows what he can do with
- 35:47Speaker 1: his running game against this Lion's defense.
- 35:52Speaker 2: Yeah, a little. I don't know. I can't. I can't
- 35:56Speaker 2: get there. I'd have to I'd have to dive more
- 35:58Speaker 2: into that one, because that that's a fishy number. Of
- 36:00Speaker 2: course I want to take it. Alanta is four and
- 36:02Speaker 2: a half and they're two and oh that that to
- 36:04Speaker 2: me is a fishy line, like there should be three
- 36:06Speaker 2: three and a half. There's a reason it's four and
- 36:09Speaker 2: a half and you're saying it's five and a half
- 36:10Speaker 2: of the book you're looking at Uh, yeah, that's fishy.
- 36:13Speaker 2: So I'm gonna I'm gonna hold out. I'm putting any
- 36:17Speaker 2: type of money on Alanta in this in the spot
- 36:19Speaker 2: here because that lot, that number doesn't make sense. So
- 36:22Speaker 2: good eye by you, Chad, Like you're you're looking at
- 36:25Speaker 2: where you think there is value, and I think there's
- 36:27Speaker 2: value two there. I just I don't want to jump
- 36:30Speaker 2: right in on it because usually that's that's that's kind
- 36:31Speaker 2: of a warning sign. There just like last week. But
- 36:33Speaker 2: the Bill is like, when that number came out, I
- 36:36Speaker 2: was like, oh my god, this is under ten. I
- 36:38Speaker 2: wanted to go crazy and jump all over it. I
- 36:40Speaker 2: waited until Tuesday, Monday night to really hammer that Bill's number.
- 36:43Speaker 2: So I'm gonna wait on this Atlanta one. Just a
- 36:46Speaker 2: little fishy to me because yeah, way too much respect
- 36:49Speaker 2: to this Lions team that I think we're both in agree.
- 36:52Speaker 2: It's like they're always gonna be able to be back door.
- 36:54Speaker 2: It just seems like they don't have the guys on
- 36:55Speaker 2: defense to really close teams out. So so don't hate
- 36:58Speaker 2: your idea, Chad. I have taken Atlanta there.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Titans plus four and a half. I see a five
- 37:08Speaker 1: out there two at the Browns who play tomorrow night.
- 37:14Speaker 2: And I think we should take it. Just another one
- 37:16Speaker 2: where you bet that number just in case it does move,
- 37:19Speaker 2: because the Browns, if they lose, this will easily drop
- 37:23Speaker 2: down to minus three minus two and a half. So
- 37:27Speaker 2: we talk at the time. Four four and a half
- 37:28Speaker 2: are such key numbers, So definitely trying to grab the
- 37:30Speaker 2: four and a half if able.
- 37:32Speaker 1: All right, what any other games? There's nothing else on
- 37:36Speaker 1: the board that I'm like ready to pull the trigger
- 37:38Speaker 1: on where I feel like it's going to move and
- 37:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a point and a half of value.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Yeah. I always tell people don't go crazy on these
- 37:46Speaker 2: kinds of things, because not only is is it a
- 37:49Speaker 2: big big deal to bed this early, but you're also
- 37:51Speaker 2: rolling the dice of injuries. And not that it would
- 37:56Speaker 2: have changed my whole opinion on Houston, but when it
- 37:58Speaker 2: came out that CJ had a bump shoulder on Friday
- 38:01Speaker 2: and they put them on the injury reports that you know,
- 38:04Speaker 2: he could have missed the game for Houston, that really
- 38:07Speaker 2: made me worry where I was like, oh my god,
- 38:08Speaker 2: I'm taking Houston now with the quarterback with a bump
- 38:11Speaker 2: shoulder who's a rookie Like that was just a bad
- 38:13Speaker 2: spot and it was obstously a big deal. He played
- 38:16Speaker 2: through the whole game. But those are just little things
- 38:18Speaker 2: where you do need to be wary of taking early
- 38:20Speaker 2: lines that guys do get hurt. So yeah, to me,
- 38:24Speaker 2: the ones we talked about, those are the feelers I
- 38:26Speaker 2: like trying to take advantage of these Monday night games.
- 38:29Speaker 1: All right, feelers For a reminder, Green Bay minus one
- 38:32Speaker 1: and a half, Vegas plus one and a half Rams
- 38:39Speaker 1: plus six and a half and probably Atlanta for a
- 38:42Speaker 1: little taste. No Atlanta, We're going to hold off on Buffalo.
- 38:47Speaker 1: I would still take the fly out at six and
- 38:49Speaker 1: a half, like but you know, and the Titans plus
- 38:54Speaker 1: four and a half maybe for a little.
- 38:55Speaker 2: Taste love it.
