Shooting Suspect Arrested in Milwaukie | Portland News
Milwaukie police, with Clackamas County SWAT backup, arrested 36-year-old Kevin C. Derrick Wednesday night after he was linked to a June 27th shooting that left one man grazed by a bullet — and investigators believe the two incidents are connected. Derrick now faces multiple serious charges including unlawful weapon use, menacing, reckless endangerment, and felon in possession of a firearm.
