- 0:00Speaker 1: Danny and Cole 97.1 Hank FM.
- 0:03Speaker 2: You have made it to Labor Day weekend. Happy Friday.
- 0:08Speaker 2: We have a three day weekend. Does that not freak
- 0:11Speaker 2: you out a little bit? Like we made it to
- 0:12Speaker 2: Labor Day weekend.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I guess it doesn't mean anything in your house because
- 0:15Speaker 1: you're celebrating a very special weekend in yours.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Yeah, we are. It's baby Josie's birthday this weekend.
- 0:21Speaker 3: It's actually on Labor Day on Monday this year. And
- 0:25Speaker 3: we have a birthday party planned on Sunday. So we
- 0:28Speaker 3: have lots of Family and friends who are coming over
- 0:31Speaker 3: on Sunday and family and friends who are in town
- 0:34Speaker 3: early and they're going to be over today and tomorrow
- 0:36Speaker 3: and it'll be a busy weekend for us.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Whatever it is.
- 0:39Speaker 1: You're up to, thank you for helping us kickstart it
- 0:42Speaker 1: with you. We've got New Country Cash back and ready
- 0:44Speaker 1: to go. 8.50, we're going to tell you what time
- 0:47Speaker 1: to win. And yes, it's going to be hot again today.
- 0:51Speaker 4: They did what?
- 0:53Speaker 3: A designer has created a new shirt with an abstract pattern.
- 0:57Speaker 2: It kind of looks like a Hawaiian shirt.
- 1:00Speaker 3: But it actually works as camouflage for AI-powered surveillance cameras.
- 1:06Speaker 2: At least for now, until they learn how to figure
- 1:08Speaker 2: it out.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10Speaker 2: For a brief moment in time, you might.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Actually get away with this. I mean, I don't know
- 1:13Speaker 3: that you would want to wear this shirt on a
- 1:16Speaker 3: regular basis. Not the best-looking shirt, but hey, you know what?
- 1:20Speaker 5: It works.
- 1:21Speaker 2: You know, I was thinking about this earlier. Like, oh,
- 1:22Speaker 2: you can.
- 1:24Speaker 1: get away with the cameras and stuff like that. My husband,
- 1:27Speaker 1: I don't know if I should say this out loud, though.
- 1:28Speaker 1: I feel like the statute of limitations has run up
- 1:31Speaker 1: because this happened a couple of years back. He was
- 1:33Speaker 1: so proud of himself one year when they did their
- 1:36Speaker 1: hunting trip to South Dakota. They had something on their tailgate,
- 1:40Speaker 1: like one of the you can put in your tailgate
- 1:42Speaker 1: and then put stuff Yeah, yeah. Coolers and stuff. And
- 1:44Speaker 1: so they had coolers on the back of their tailgate
- 1:47Speaker 1: and it blocked the license plate. And so he was
- 1:50Speaker 1: so proud that they did not have to pay a
- 1:52Speaker 1: single toll.
- 1:52Speaker 2: And I was like, is that even legal?
- 1:58Speaker 1: Do you know why we celebrate Labor Day weekend?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Well, I thought so until you asked me, and now
- 2:05Speaker 3: I'm second guessing.
- 2:06Speaker 2: It's just to celebrate American workers, right? Yeah, just for
- 2:10Speaker 2: all of our hard work.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I think basically somewhere along the line, someone was just like,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I'm tired of working.
- 2:16Speaker 2: We need a three-day weekend. Today is Labor Day, and
- 2:18Speaker 2: I have the day off. Boom, and we're going to
- 2:20Speaker 2: do this on this date, day, day, every year. Which
- 2:25Speaker 2: is the first Monday in September.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Yes.
- 2:29Speaker 3: But it's late this year. That's what threw me off
- 2:31Speaker 3: there for a second. I'm like, oh, days that fall on.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Okay. Yeah.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Because last week or this week, rather, the first was
- 2:38Speaker 3: on Tuesday.
- 2:39Speaker 1: They asked a bunch of people in the United States
- 2:41Speaker 1: these questions. Only 66% of Americans knew when Labor Day
- 2:45Speaker 1: would be celebrated. 4% didn't even think we had one
- 2:49Speaker 1: this year.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Why not? We didn't deserve it, I guess. We didn't
- 2:53Speaker 2: work hard enough. I don't know. And a lot of
- 2:56Speaker 2: people didn't know why we had Labor Day.
- 2:58Speaker 1: But everyone did agree that we should always have three-day weekends.
- 3:02Speaker 2: We should always have three-day weekends.
- 3:05Speaker 4: It's Good Review Friday with Annie and Cole. If you got.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Someone who wowed you this week, 317-663-9797 is our phone number.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Call or you can text. Stick with me on this
- 3:19Speaker 2: story for a second.
- 3:20Speaker 3: So baby Josie is going to be taking her first
- 3:25Speaker 3: international flight in March and she needs a passport as
- 3:30Speaker 3: a baby, which seems kind of silly. And we looked
- 3:34Speaker 3: it up and it basically says that because passports take
- 3:37Speaker 3: so long to get, you should start getting it about
- 3:40Speaker 3: six months before you're going to take your trip, which
- 3:42Speaker 3: is about now.
- 3:43Speaker 2: She's going to change so much in six months anyway.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Do they last for as long as ours last? They
- 3:47Speaker 2: do not.
- 3:48Speaker 5: Okay.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I was going to say, cause man, could you imagine
- 3:50Speaker 1: 10 years? You take a picture right now.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Still a baby.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Yeah. Okay.
- 3:54Speaker 3: So now we have to get her a passport photo, right?
- 3:59Speaker 3: Cause like the passport photos got to be real specific
- 4:02Speaker 3: and all these things. And so after I picked her
- 4:04Speaker 3: up from daycare yesterday, I took her to the CVS
- 4:08Speaker 3: in Speedway and she, They were so nice to me
- 4:12Speaker 3: there because I walk up and I say, oh, can
- 4:14Speaker 3: we do a passport photo? They say, yeah, no problem. Like, well,
- 4:17Speaker 3: it's for her. And I hold up the car seat
- 4:20Speaker 3: and they're like, oh, yeah, OK, we can.
- 4:23Speaker 2: We can do that. And so they have one of
- 4:25Speaker 2: these like pull down seats.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Canvas things for an adult to stand in front of,
- 4:30Speaker 3: but for a baby, it's not high enough. So I
- 4:32Speaker 3: am sitting on the ground in the CVS trying to
- 4:35Speaker 3: hold her above my head as high as I can
- 4:37Speaker 3: so that she.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Meets the like criteria for it.
- 4:42Speaker 3: They're taking pictures and taking pictures and they're like, I
- 4:45Speaker 3: think your hands in the picture is probably not going
- 4:46Speaker 3: to work. Let's try to lay her down on this
- 4:48Speaker 3: white poster board, lay her down on this white poster board.
- 4:51Speaker 2: She was not having any of it.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Just big tears, big screams. There are other people waiting.
- 4:56Speaker 3: And so I just scooped her up. I was like,
- 4:58Speaker 3: help those other people. I'll try to calm her down.
- 5:00Speaker 3: We walk around the store.
- 5:01Speaker 2: We come back. Let's try again. Back down on the
- 5:04Speaker 2: poster board. More screams, more cries.
- 5:07Speaker 3: We try the other thing again and it wasn't happening.
- 5:11Speaker 3: And this all took like 15 minutes of her crying.
- 5:15Speaker 3: very upset in this store. And I was just like,
- 5:17Speaker 3: it's okay. We will try again another time. Thank you
- 5:20Speaker 3: so much. And I left, but I want to say
- 5:22Speaker 3: a big thank you to CVS there in Speedway, because
- 5:26Speaker 3: although we didn't get the picture when I was there,
- 5:29Speaker 3: they were so nice and so patient and they were
- 5:33Speaker 3: very helpful, even though, uh, we, we weren't, Well, you
- 5:36Speaker 3: have to say thank you on there because there's no
- 5:38Speaker 3: way you're ever going back.
- 5:39Speaker 2: No, no, no, no.
- 5:40Speaker 3: We actually we went back out when my wife was
- 5:43Speaker 3: with me so that we had two people to try
- 5:45Speaker 3: to like distract her as we got the pictures. We
- 5:48Speaker 3: went to another CBS and got it finally because it
- 5:51Speaker 3: has to meet all these specific rules.
- 5:53Speaker 2: But thank you to that CBS and Speedway. We didn't
- 5:57Speaker 2: get to this one last week.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Lucy had texted and said, my good review Friday is
- 6:02Speaker 1: the Franciscan Physicians Network office on County Light Road in Greenwood.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I was there to establish care, get back on track,
- 6:09Speaker 1: and they made me feel welcome.
- 6:10Speaker 2: And I feel like good health is in my future.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Good.
- 6:15Speaker 2: That's one of those things. You need to find a
- 6:16Speaker 2: doctor that you like.
- 6:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Because if you don't, you're not going to go back.
- 6:22Speaker 5: Yes.
- 6:22Speaker 2: You're not going to listen. They're not going to listen.
- 6:24Speaker 2: It's got to be a good relationship.
- 6:26Speaker 3: I do like my doctor I've got right now, but
- 6:29Speaker 3: it took me some time and I wasn't going.
- 6:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:32Speaker 3: And now that I have a doctor I like, I'm like,
- 6:33Speaker 3: oh yeah, I got to, I got to schedule my
- 6:35Speaker 3: yearly checkup.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Mostly because like, I feel like for.
- 6:41Speaker 3: The longest time, it was just as simple as like,
- 6:43Speaker 3: lose weight, stretch, stuff like that.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Oh man, when you're a woman, all you hear is,
- 6:47Speaker 1: when was the last day of your period? That's always
- 6:50Speaker 1: number one question. Two, drink water, and three, lose weight.
- 6:54Speaker 1: That's always the three.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Three magic things you hear every time we go to
- 6:58Speaker 1: the doctor. So if you find one that says more
- 6:59Speaker 1: than that, congratulations. We have another one on the Armory
- 7:03Speaker 1: Air text line.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Not a doctor. It says, shout out to the Pizza
- 7:07Speaker 2: King in Lebanon. I mean, I love Pizza King. I
- 7:10Speaker 2: haven't had Pizza King in a hot minute. I just
- 7:13Speaker 2: want to go back to the one with trains.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Yes.
- 7:16Speaker 2: They bring me drinks.
- 7:17Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure that one on Bluff on the south
- 7:19Speaker 3: side still has that.
- 7:21Speaker 1: When I lived in Conardville, I would always go to
- 7:22Speaker 1: the one in Rushville, and they had the train, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: they had tacos.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Do all of them have tacos? Or only some of them?
- 7:28Speaker 4: Do you really want to know? Annie and Cole want
- 7:31Speaker 4: to know.
- 7:32Speaker 3: I think this is one of those targeted things that
- 7:34Speaker 3: I stumbled upon this list because my parents... just within
- 7:39Speaker 3: the last month, have decided that they are, for the
- 7:43Speaker 3: first time in their lives, moving out of central Indiana
- 7:46Speaker 3: and they are moving to Florida.
- 7:48Speaker 2: This is crazy.
- 7:49Speaker 1: When you told me that your parents were looking at this,
- 7:51Speaker 1: I thought that they were bluffing. I thought that there
- 7:53Speaker 1: was no way. Because they've been here.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Yeah, their entire life. They got their grandkids here.
- 7:59Speaker 3: They've been here their entire lives and they're like, hey,
- 8:01Speaker 3: we love Florida.
- 8:04Speaker 2: That's where we go to vacation. Your mom does love Florida.
- 8:06Speaker 3: And If we're ever going to do it, now's the
- 8:09Speaker 3: time to do it. So they're doing it, and they
- 8:12Speaker 3: just bought a place, and they're going to be moving
- 8:14Speaker 3: here in about five or six weeks down to Florida full-time.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Now, my dad is retired.
- 8:19Speaker 3: My mom probably has a couple more years, but that's
- 8:22Speaker 3: the plan is to retire in Florida, right? And I
- 8:25Speaker 3: got this list of the best places to retire. Florida,
- 8:29Speaker 3: obviously a popular answer on here. And it's not just
- 8:32Speaker 3: like what people have voted. They studied it based off
- 8:36Speaker 3: of affordability and activities and golf and museums and theaters
- 8:40Speaker 3: and things to do, basically.
- 8:42Speaker 2: The number one spot... Let's see, actually, how many were there?
- 8:46Speaker 3: One, two.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Three of the top ten were in Florida, including the
- 8:50Speaker 2: number one spot, which is.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Orlando. No!
- 8:55Speaker 3: That part was kind of surprising to me. They also listed... Oh, no.
- 8:59Speaker 3: So four of the top ten. Sorry, I missed Miami,
- 9:02Speaker 3: which one is kind of interesting to me. Tampa. I've
- 9:04Speaker 3: got a buddy that lives in Tampa, and that one
- 9:06Speaker 3: makes sense. And Fort Lauderdale. Orlando is interesting to me, though,
- 9:10Speaker 3: because of Disney.
- 9:11Speaker 2: It is a tourist spot. Why do you want to
- 9:14Speaker 2: retire in.
- 9:14Speaker 4: A tourist spot?
- 9:15Speaker 2: That's exactly what I thought.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Also, in Miami, there's only a couple of professions that
- 9:20Speaker 1: I could think would might retire.
- 9:21Speaker 2: None of them legal. The other two, yeah. You're right.
- 9:27Speaker 2: The other couple makes sense.
- 9:29Speaker 3: And cause I would have guessed you would have wanted
- 9:32Speaker 3: like a little bit slower pace and not like less
- 9:37Speaker 3: people too.
- 9:39Speaker 1: What's that town everyone in Arizona retires to?
- 9:41Speaker 2: Where's that one fall?
- 9:42Speaker 5: Scottsdale.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Scottsdale is yeah. Number three, four, number four on the list.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Cause you wouldn't want to go to some place. Like
- 9:52Speaker 3: obviously all these places have a pretty high, like Orlando, Miami,
- 9:58Speaker 3: probably Tampa, even Scott. because it's right there next to
- 10:01Speaker 3: phoenix probably a pretty high tourism but especially orlando.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I'm not i don't even want to go to orlando
- 10:10Speaker 1: let alone retire there is there a place though that
- 10:13Speaker 1: you're like yeah that'd be A cool place to retire.
- 10:16Speaker 2: If I had the money. Text or give us a call.
- 10:18Speaker 4: 317-663-9797. Annie and Cole on Hank FM. Do you really
- 10:23Speaker 4: want to know? Annie and Cole want to know.
- 10:27Speaker 1: The fantasizing has started. If money is not a factor,
- 10:31Speaker 1: where would you retire?
- 10:33Speaker 2: Do you have an answer? Pacific Northwest. Yeah, that would
- 10:38Speaker 2: have been my guess for you. I would have guessed
- 10:39Speaker 2: either Northwest Pacific. Yeah. Northwest or Northeast.
- 10:43Speaker 6: Northeast.
- 10:43Speaker 2: I feel like we get too cold.
- 10:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I feel like Northwest is going to get a little cold,
- 10:47Speaker 2: but not as cold as like Maine. That's true.
- 10:50Speaker 3: I feel like it mostly stays a pretty like regular temperature.
- 10:54Speaker 3: It's a little cold, but like it.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:56Speaker 2: I would just have to talk my husband into that one.
- 10:58Speaker 2: I don't know how he, although I say seafood all
- 11:00Speaker 2: the time, he'd be probably good with it.
- 11:02Speaker 4: You know?
- 11:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:02Speaker 3: That makes sense. I, that's all I would really need
- 11:05Speaker 3: on the armor. Text line three, one, seven, six, six, three, 97, 97.
- 11:07Speaker 3: This one, I don't know if I'm saying this right.
- 11:11Speaker 3: dolphin island in alabama d-a-u-p-h-i-n okay i have never been
- 11:18Speaker 3: no but would like to check it out now rex
- 11:20Speaker 3: said ireland you're going there i'm going in march so
- 11:24Speaker 3: maybe my answer would change here in a couple months
- 11:27Speaker 3: chris has a good answer san diego i love san
- 11:30Speaker 3: diego i.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Had some of the best fish tacos i've ever had
- 11:33Speaker 1: in my life in san diego did you say where
- 11:35Speaker 1: you would go.
- 11:38Speaker 3: I think I would go northeast right now.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Or, I mean, Hawaii. Yeah, that's a good one, too.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Annie and Cole, Friday Friends, 97.1 Hank FM.
- 11:52Speaker 1: We got two of our favorite guys on the phone
- 11:53Speaker 1: with us, Preston and Chris from Locash.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Back home again in Indiana.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Let's go, baby. New EP dropped beginning of August, new single,
- 12:03Speaker 1: talking about out now.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Y'all have had a busy summer. How are you doing?
- 12:07Speaker 4: It's been crazy, man.
- 12:08Speaker 6: We have been nonstop. The EP coming out, talking about
- 12:11Speaker 6: now on the radio.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I am just reading through all of our notes
- 12:15Speaker 3: here of the things that you guys have been up to,
- 12:17Speaker 3: not just over the summer, but the last year. I
- 12:19Speaker 3: see Grand Marshals for our NASCAR race, performed on a
- 12:22Speaker 3: Thursday night of an NFL game, Savannah Bananas, like everything.
- 12:26Speaker 2: A lot of like sports related things there.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Is there anything else that would be on the bucket
- 12:29Speaker 3: list of sporting events that you would like to be
- 12:31Speaker 3: a part of?
- 12:32Speaker 5: You know, just did the Daytona race, uh, down in Florida.
- 12:37Speaker 5: It was the Daytona Coke zero 400. And, you know,
- 12:40Speaker 5: I kind of went into it thinking that this was
- 12:42Speaker 5: just going to be, uh, another great experience, fun, um, NASCAR.
- 12:47Speaker 5: We love NASCAR. I, I mean, it's just crazy how
- 12:52Speaker 5: a show like that can immediately become one of your
- 12:55Speaker 5: favorites of your entire career.
- 12:56Speaker 4: There was this moment where I was.
- 12:58Speaker 5: Like, this is it.
- 12:59Speaker 4: This is what we do. This is awesome.
- 13:02Speaker 5: Those events, sometimes they sneak up on you and you're like,
- 13:05Speaker 5: we're really in a moment here.
- 13:07Speaker 4: You just never know.
- 13:07Speaker 5: Chris and I try to embrace every opportunity like it's
- 13:11Speaker 5: the most special one ever. And sometimes they turn out
- 13:14Speaker 5: to be that way.
- 13:15Speaker 1: You know, we've got a pretty big race here in
- 13:17Speaker 1: Indy that we now need to get you before.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Kind of what I was thinking.
- 13:19Speaker 5: Let's go. Let's go.
- 13:22Speaker 1: The song of the summer really has been what you
- 13:24Speaker 1: did with Parmalee. What was it like working with them
- 13:28Speaker 1: on Let the Country Music Play?
- 13:29Speaker 6: Well, we've been friends with those boys for a long time.
- 13:31Speaker 6: A lot of similarities between us. We both get snubbed
- 13:34Speaker 6: for awards, which is hilarious. But we have fun with it, man.
- 13:38Speaker 6: They're great guys. They work as hard as we do.
- 13:40Speaker 6: They're on the road as hard as we do. And
- 13:41Speaker 6: next thing you know, Matt says, you need to come
- 13:43Speaker 6: to the bus. I've got to play you something. He
- 13:46Speaker 6: plays his Let the Country Music Play, you know, the
- 13:48Speaker 6: Rupert Pina Colada song based off that. Well, it's so
- 13:52Speaker 6: cleverly written. As soon as it's done, I look at Preston.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Preston looks at me and he's like, we got to
- 13:56Speaker 6: cut that now. We have to cut that now. In
- 13:59Speaker 6: seven days, we cut that song, put a video in
- 14:01Speaker 6: Key West, filmed it, and Let the Country Music Play
- 14:04Speaker 6: came out.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Key West for a music video. That's a solid choice there.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Do you always get to pick the locations for the
- 14:09Speaker 3: music videos? Because I would probably add Key West in
- 14:11Speaker 3: there quite a bit.
- 14:13Speaker 5: I mean, maybe it's the side of every music video
- 14:16Speaker 5: from now on. You just get a golf cart and
- 14:18Speaker 5: go for like four hours and don't turn the camera off.
- 14:21Speaker 5: And that's how we shot the video.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I don't even want to know what kind of things
- 14:26Speaker 1: you caught on camera for that long of a time
- 14:28Speaker 1: in Key West.
- 14:30Speaker 6: It was crazy.
- 14:31Speaker 4: We literally started at a bar.
- 14:33Speaker 5: This is no lie.
- 14:34Speaker 6: We started at.
- 14:35Speaker 5: A bar at like 8 a.m.
- 14:38Speaker 4: We ordered pina coladas.
- 14:39Speaker 5: We started going and then we just walked down Duval Street.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Just six of us, right?
- 14:45Speaker 5: These six dudes just walking down, hitting every single bar
- 14:49Speaker 5: and getting another pina colada. And then we ended it
- 14:52Speaker 5: like noon or one and we were done. I mean,
- 14:55Speaker 5: it was crazy. And we were, you know, a lot
- 14:59Speaker 5: of pina coladas in by the end.
- 15:01Speaker 2: That's the move, though.
- 15:01Speaker 1: You got to start early and, you know, you just
- 15:03Speaker 1: keep going until it ends.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I get tired quick now. I'm getting older. I want
- 15:06Speaker 2: to start early and end early so I can go
- 15:08Speaker 2: to bed early. It's not a bad plan.
- 15:12Speaker 1: So you two have been doing this together as a
- 15:14Speaker 1: duo for two decades now. Do you think you know
- 15:17Speaker 1: more about each other or more about your actual wives?
- 15:21Speaker 6: Oh, I'm definitely going to say we know more about
- 15:23Speaker 6: each other.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Okay. We thought we'd play a game with you if
- 15:27Speaker 2: that's okay.
- 15:27Speaker 6: I've been with my wife a long time, but it's...
- 15:31Speaker 6: You know, me and Preston have been together almost 30 years,
- 15:34Speaker 6: so it's pretty hard. You know, we know the ins
- 15:37Speaker 6: and outs, and, you know, my.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Wife knows me pretty good.
- 15:40Speaker 5: I know Chris so well that if I want to
- 15:42Speaker 5: make him upset, I just say I'm married to two wives.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:47Speaker 5: And immediately, immediately, you just know the buttons to push
- 15:51Speaker 5: when you're married, you know?
- 15:52Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 15:53Speaker 6: How did I become a female in this relationship?
- 15:58Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Okay, I got a couple different questions for you here. Like,
- 16:01Speaker 3: who is more likely of the two of you?
- 16:03Speaker 2: So, are you ready?
- 16:04Speaker 4: Yeah, let's go.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Show up late to a show. Preston. Start a dance
- 16:09Speaker 2: party backstage.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Me.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Yeah. Spend way too much money at a truck stop.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Chris.
- 16:19Speaker 2: And on what?
- 16:20Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 16:22Speaker 5: Nothing.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Nothing cool.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Nothing.
- 16:24Speaker 5: Nothing.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Send a risky text and immediately regret it.
- 16:32Speaker 4: You know, I'm.
- 16:32Speaker 5: More politically correct than Chris. I clean things up, so
- 16:37Speaker 5: Chris probably.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Okay, last one I got for you. Eat an entire
- 16:40Speaker 2: bag of chips without realizing it.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Chris.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I like that there also wasn't much argument between the answers.
- 16:47Speaker 6: They knew.

- 17:31Speaker 1: I know we have been talking about how first birthday
- 17:34Speaker 1: is your baby, Josie, your baby, your baby, Josie.
- 17:37Speaker 2: That sounds like so formal.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Your baby is turning one this weekend. And we always
- 17:42Speaker 1: say the first birthday parties aren't about the kids. They're
- 17:44Speaker 1: about the parents. Like you're showing off that you've made
- 17:46Speaker 1: it an entire year.
- 17:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:47Speaker 2: You did it. It was hard. This baby's still alive.
- 17:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:50Speaker 1: We're still going. I brought in a gift, though, because
- 17:53Speaker 1: I'm not sure if I'm going to make it to
- 17:54Speaker 1: the party. And the first thing you did was rip
- 17:56Speaker 1: it open.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Yeah, because I wanted to see what was inside. It's
- 17:59Speaker 2: not your gift. I rewrapped it. Okay, it's not your gift, though.
- 18:03Speaker 2: She's not going to know.
- 18:05Speaker 5: Uh-huh.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I thought, okay, I know I've been saying this first
- 18:07Speaker 1: birthday parties about you, but you're even opening the pre-opening
- 18:10Speaker 1: the gifts beforehand.
- 18:12Speaker 2: I just like barely moved a little bit of the paper.
- 18:15Speaker 1: You better fluff it up real nice how I had
- 18:17Speaker 1: it fluffed up.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not good at the fluffing part. Yeah, I
- 18:20Speaker 2: don't want it to look like I had brought a
- 18:22Speaker 2: bad fluff job over there.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Because, okay, let me look at your, you have like,
- 18:26Speaker 3: you know, two, three, four, maybe pieces of fluff.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Bring it into the camera. What does it look like
- 18:31Speaker 2: right now? Paper. Oh, that is not how I added fluff. See,
- 18:35Speaker 2: this is what I'm saying. I'm not good at this.
- 18:38Speaker 2: I'm not good at wrapping gifts in general.
- 18:40Speaker 3: This makes me think of two different things because it
- 18:42Speaker 3: comes in, you know, a big pack of this tissue
- 18:45Speaker 3: paper or whatever. I'll use like the whole pack on
- 18:48Speaker 3: one gift because I'm not good at the fluffing part.
- 18:51Speaker 2: So the more paper, the bigger it looks, right?
- 18:54Speaker 3: My wife was wrapping a gift the other night and
- 18:57Speaker 3: I was just sitting there in amazement. I was like,
- 18:59Speaker 3: I don't get how you do this. Like I have
- 19:02Speaker 3: been wrapping my own Christmas and birthday gifts or whatever
- 19:05Speaker 3: for people for, I don't know. a decade, probably longer
- 19:09Speaker 3: than that. I still can't figure it out. I've watched
- 19:11Speaker 3: all the YouTube tutorial videos and whatever. I don't know
- 19:15Speaker 3: how to do it. And she just like, boom, boom, boom.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Annie and Cole, weekday morning, six to 10 on 97.1
