- 1:39Speaker 4: been we have to do.
- 1:41Speaker 6: Yeah, and we'll start your car for you, so the
- 1:42Speaker 6: seats get all nice and water.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Speaking of other than John Chilly starting the thirties, some
- 1:49Speaker 2: in the twenties, and it's this trend's going to continue
- 1:52Speaker 2: all the way through.
- 1:54Speaker 4: At least Sunday. Sundays did like the bear of the day.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Yeah, that's Saturday night. It looks like there's things coming through.
- 1:59Speaker 1: It could be up in our northern the northern area
- 2:02Speaker 1: of our listening radius is the ass word snow, Yeah,
- 2:06Speaker 1: up like maybe Savannah and like that little ridge right there.
- 2:09Speaker 4: I mean, we're at at the.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Tippy top of our listening area, but there could be
- 2:13Speaker 1: some On Saturday, we're going to get a little bit
- 2:15Speaker 1: of rain that.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Looks like yeah, fifty six and sunny again today. It'll
- 2:18Speaker 2: be sixty two tomorrow and partly sunning. So we do
- 2:21Speaker 2: have some decent temperatures in the afternoon. It's been nice
- 2:22Speaker 2: in the afternoon.
- 2:23Speaker 5: Actually, it has been really nice.
- 2:25Speaker 6: And I think we should take a field trip so
- 2:27Speaker 6: that we can all make stumming.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I'm to say that Savannah, as far as we get,
- 2:31Speaker 1: or wherever far as we have to go, snow further
- 2:34Speaker 1: than you think to get two hours of snow man
- 2:36Speaker 1: two and a half hours.
- 2:37Speaker 5: Oh, that's kind of far.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm I'm not sure about that. But we do
- 2:40Speaker 2: also have to get into Megan. Yesterday, you were abducted.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Almost I was forcefully grabbed.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Yes, is this my bumble bff date?
- 2:49Speaker 5: No, it wasn't it. Yes, it was in a cat sweater.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Okay, So we have so much to cover today. You
- 2:55Speaker 2: can't go anywhere you miss a moment, You're going to
- 2:57Speaker 2: miss everything, that's for sure. Well, first we'll get into
- 2:59Speaker 2: Megan the three things you need to know to get
- 3:01Speaker 2: you through your jacks Thursday.
- 3:03Speaker 4: What is going on?
- 3:03Speaker 6: Well, eighties babies are going to be really excited if
- 3:06Speaker 6: you like retro toys and retro happy meals, because McDonald's
- 3:10Speaker 6: bringing back a happy meal from the eighties called the
- 3:13Speaker 6: Changeable Happy Meal, and the retro toys that they originally have,
- 3:17Speaker 6: they're kind of recreating them and putting them out again.
- 3:20Speaker 5: Which is kind of neat intuition.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Ailworks is closing after fifteen years in business. Their last
- 3:26Speaker 6: day is April twenty fourth. The two of you were
- 3:28Speaker 6: talking about loving this place.
- 3:30Speaker 1: It's a really cool place, and they used to be
- 3:32Speaker 1: over on King Street, I mean I think on King
- 3:35Speaker 1: in Riverside, and then they moved. When they moved downtown,
- 3:38Speaker 1: I thought, wow, man, they're really kind of jumping into
- 3:40Speaker 1: this Downtown hadn't been really developed. And unfortunately they stayed
- 3:44Speaker 1: there there as long as they could, and unfortunately downtown
- 3:46Speaker 1: hasn't grown around that area as much as they were hoping.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I think it will in a few years. I guess
- 3:51Speaker 1: they just couldn't hold out and write it out.
- 3:53Speaker 6: Yeah, well, maybe we can give them some love and
- 3:55Speaker 6: you know, stop by before the twenty fourth and enjoy
- 3:58Speaker 6: it while their doors are still a. Delta Airlines unveiled
- 4:02Speaker 6: that there's a new airbus model that they're launching to

- 7:15Speaker 2: I believe, So it's the first round.
- 7:18Speaker 4: Quick question.
- 7:18Speaker 1: I know I haven't never asked you this. Do you
- 7:20Speaker 1: know how many people come from out of town to
- 7:22Speaker 1: come to that? It's a lot. They say that every
- 7:24Speaker 1: year they have they have people from all fifty states
- 7:26Speaker 1: at the Players. Okay, wow, that's cool. And every year
- 7:28Speaker 1: I always wondered about that, how much tourism goes on
- 7:30Speaker 1: because I know all of us try to get there
- 7:32Speaker 1: and you know they sell out, So it is.
- 7:34Speaker 5: That's incredible.
- 7:35Speaker 6: Brad Paisley, He's going to be coming in as a

- 7:46Speaker 6: but three country artists the other cool.
- 7:48Speaker 5: That's Megan's music city minute.
- 7:50Speaker 2: All right, you are not allowed to get into an
- 7:51Speaker 2: accident on John Scott's birthday, so you got to drive
- 7:54Speaker 2: good today. So let's get a quick check on your
- 7:56Speaker 2: traff because I don't want John to have to see
- 7:57Speaker 2: it here in.
- 7:58Speaker 1: W Q I K the big show rolling you on
- 8:00Speaker 1: a Thursday. It's Froggie, John and Meghan, thanks so much
- 8:03Speaker 1: for taking us with you.
- 8:04Speaker 2: So while we're playing the songs that you're you're you here,
- 8:07Speaker 2: you know, like Luke Bryan singing, are you here right,
- 8:09Speaker 2: Scotty McCrary right there, Curry singing, you have no idea
- 8:13Speaker 2: the conversations that we're having here in the room, and
- 8:15Speaker 2: they really are like, like this conversation right here is
- 8:18Speaker 2: what literally the conversation we were just having. So when John,
- 8:22Speaker 2: when John had growing up, he grew up near tim
- 8:25Speaker 2: Quana Country Club.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Well, yes, I mean, let'm saying my first ten years
- 8:28Speaker 1: of my life I lived off sutel Okay, which ain't
- 8:31Speaker 1: which ain't Timaquana country Club, right, and then we moved
- 8:34Speaker 1: over and but a half mile away from Timaquona Country
- 8:36Speaker 1: Club is still very middle class, right, and so we
- 8:39Speaker 1: moved over to that area, right. And then, but we
- 8:41Speaker 1: would I could ride my bike to the Timiquana Country
- 8:44Speaker 1: Club to where the rich people lived, right, And I
- 8:46Speaker 1: felt just like the I used to say, it's a
- 8:47Speaker 1: half a mile and ten million dollars away from where
- 8:50Speaker 1: we live, right, and I would, we'd ride over there.
- 8:52Speaker 4: I just thought, Wow, who are these people?
- 8:55Speaker 8: And look at this this one lady that the lady
- 8:58Speaker 8: like next door to the twin had indoor pool, and
- 9:01Speaker 8: I'm thinking, what in the heck, what what kind of
- 9:04Speaker 8: hogh cotton are we in here?
- 9:05Speaker 4: That's rich? I mean, it was the craziest feeling as
- 9:08Speaker 4: a ten year old.
- 9:09Speaker 2: When you're a kid, you always have in your mind
- 9:11Speaker 2: like if this family or these people or this person
- 9:14Speaker 2: has that they're rich, they got it. They did it
- 9:17Speaker 2: for you, Megan. What was it?
- 9:18Speaker 6: It was the refrigerator that had the water where you
- 9:21Speaker 6: just put it up and the water comes out.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:23Speaker 6: Door, yeah, I mean, because they always had double doors.
- 9:26Speaker 5: On him too, right.
- 9:27Speaker 6: And we always had a white nineties garage fridge in
- 9:30Speaker 6: the house.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Oh I had a Harvest gold a.
- 9:33Speaker 5: Yellow Oh yeah, okay, they ultimate garage.
- 9:36Speaker 4: We had avocado. Yes, I understand, yes, yeah.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I always thought that if somebody had a Mercedes, it
- 9:45Speaker 2: didn't even have to be a nice Mercedes. If you
- 9:47Speaker 2: drove even an old, beat up, jankiny Mercedes, you're rich.
- 9:50Speaker 4: That was it. I didn't care.
- 9:52Speaker 1: There was a dude I lived on Hicktory. No, there
- 9:53Speaker 1: was a dude that had a Jaguar. It was like
- 9:55Speaker 1: an old sports car Jaguar, and I just thought, oh
- 9:58Speaker 1: my gosh, he's having to fix that thing the whole time.
- 10:02Speaker 4: You know. Yeah, I feel.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Like I still would look at people that have a
- 10:06Speaker 6: Mercedes or a Jaguar and be like, oh dang, like
- 10:08Speaker 6: you're living it up.
- 10:09Speaker 2: But when you're a kid, like if I saw somebody
- 10:11Speaker 2: in a sport coat like dressed up, I'm like, oh,
- 10:13Speaker 2: they got they got money, they're rich.
- 10:16Speaker 6: And when you go in their houses and you see
- 10:17Speaker 6: what they have, like the name brand snacks, for me,
- 10:19Speaker 6: it was it and the pack the small packaged snacks
- 10:23Speaker 6: as we were super pored when it was a kid,
- 10:25Speaker 6: So I was like, wow, you have cheese. It's and
- 10:27Speaker 6: they're in an individual pack, Like, oh my gosh.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:30Speaker 2: When I went to house, we had hydrocks on my grandma.
- 10:32Speaker 2: That's those aren't oreos. I'm sorry, I mean, spend the
- 10:36Speaker 2: extra eight cents to get yourself some more of his grandma.
- 10:39Speaker 4: I know it.
- 10:40Speaker 1: That's funny because it was like, do you have that
- 10:42Speaker 1: level like sometimes your private label where all you do
- 10:45Speaker 1: is buy private label. We had mostly private label stuff, right,
- 10:48Speaker 1: We didn't. We couldn't get the name brands at all. No,
- 10:50Speaker 1: but usually we had like you know, pick Sweet or whatever,
- 10:53Speaker 1: what the when Dixie brand was. But then and we
- 10:56Speaker 1: certainly didn't get Green Giant.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Clarence's house and he had Green Giant are like these
- 11:02Speaker 2: people are exactly we'd get middle of the road.
- 11:05Speaker 3: You know.
- 11:05Speaker 1: You're like, I didn't know know they made green beans. Yeah,
- 11:09Speaker 1: we got Piggley Wiggily brand. Where I lived, the grocery
- 11:12Speaker 1: store was Pickley Wiggly.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Yeah, we would buy Pickley Wiggily brand things or like
- 11:15Speaker 2: Thrifty made I think that was When's brand.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Yeah, we'd buy that because that was that we had.
- 11:21Speaker 6: Yeah, you see people in the fridge. They'd have like
- 11:23Speaker 6: a whole jug of orange juice. And I'm like, we
- 11:26Speaker 6: have to thought from the little canned cylinder.
- 11:29Speaker 5: From the water.
- 11:31Speaker 4: And everybody's got their level. That's funny. Man.
- 11:35Speaker 2: My friend Jonathan Davis man, his dad, they had everything.
- 11:38Speaker 2: They had jets keys.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Oh oh wow.
- 11:40Speaker 2: I mean I thought they were going to be the
- 11:41Speaker 2: next president of the United States, right, I'm like, who's
- 11:43Speaker 2: richer than these people? Nobody jets keys exactly. So when
- 11:46Speaker 2: you were a kid, what did you think made somebody?
- 11:49Speaker 4: You saw.
- 11:53Speaker 1: With Country ninety nine one w Q y K. We
- 11:55Speaker 1: go all the way down to Oakalla. This guy goes
- 11:58Speaker 1: to a taco bell. Go up to the window at
- 12:00Speaker 1: the taco bell. Okay, he wants to hold the place up.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Oh through the drive through. It was in order of
- 12:06Speaker 2: the nacho's bed. No no, it's a little cash. No no,
- 12:09Speaker 2: no combo.
- 12:10Speaker 5: It must have been out of sour cream.
- 12:11Speaker 1: He wanted to rob the place. So he was armed.
- 12:14Speaker 1: He was yeah, so this is getting ugly, okay, but
- 12:17Speaker 1: he was armed with a rock. What does his name,
- 12:21Speaker 1: Charlie Brown. It didn't work so well for him, and
- 12:26Speaker 1: they started actually trying to chase him, and so he
- 12:30Speaker 1: even dropped his weapon and kept the big show Froggy,
- 12:33Speaker 1: John and Meghan, Welcome to your Thursday.
- 12:35Speaker 2: So I've until yesterday, I've really been a big fan
- 12:37Speaker 2: of Mega, but she did something yesterday. Then I really
- 12:40Speaker 2: don't like what. And so let me ask you today,
- 12:42Speaker 2: how many times had John and I talked about sports today?
- 12:44Speaker 2: Because yesterday you were keeping track and we didn't know it. Yeah, well,
- 12:48Speaker 2: I'm surreptitious.
- 12:49Speaker 6: I'm glad you said that, so I can write this down.
- 12:52Speaker 6: I think we're at three or four.
- 12:54Speaker 2: No, No, if you haven't, if you haven't kept track,
- 12:56Speaker 2: we're zero. So far, John and I know we're at zero.
- 12:59Speaker 8: We know you're not.
- 13:00Speaker 4: You have talking about sports one time time.
- 13:03Speaker 5: We talked about the Jags and the new assistant coaches.
- 13:06Speaker 4: You brought that up.
- 13:07Speaker 6: Yes, But instead of just saying yes or whatever, then
- 13:10Speaker 6: it's first the conversation of well, whitch coaches?
- 13:13Speaker 5: Oh the new ones? Oh, well you know this one.
- 13:15Speaker 5: Well he came to the box. We'll remember he's there.
- 13:18Speaker 2: It's that guy brought it. It doesn't count. That's what else.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Now I'm telling you, we haven't talked sports today.
- 13:22Speaker 4: We will. We haven't done it yet. On purpose, on purpose,
- 13:26Speaker 4: on purpose, because I want to see if you're a
- 13:27Speaker 4: giving track.
- 13:28Speaker 5: This is why, this is why I should.
- 13:31Speaker 6: Have kept it a secret, because I really did want
- 13:33Speaker 6: to see in the course of one day. Because when
- 13:35Speaker 6: I told you guys yesterday, you said, how much do
- 13:37Speaker 6: we talk about sports? I said, ninety percent of the morning.
- 13:41Speaker 6: I go home when my boyfriend starts talking about sports,
- 13:44Speaker 6: I'm I need a break.

- 28:12Speaker 4: It was let me see what time it was she
- 28:13Speaker 4: gave you.
- 28:14Speaker 2: I want to give one hundred percent like true facts
- 28:19Speaker 2: on this. I don't want to skew anything. Last night,
- 28:21Speaker 2: I get a text yep from Meghan. Yeah, what was
- 28:25Speaker 2: a six fifteen? Are these flashing light things tolls?
- 28:30Speaker 8: Oh?
- 28:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and it was a toll booth, and I said, yes,
- 28:37Speaker 2: I don't hear anything.
- 28:37Speaker 5: Else because John called me to help me understand Paul.
- 28:40Speaker 1: I was in the car, so I got the message
- 28:42Speaker 1: through my through the car, right, and I hit it,
- 28:44Speaker 1: and I hear her ask that question or see her
- 28:46Speaker 1: asked that question, right, So I go out and call
- 28:48Speaker 1: because I can't look at the picture.
- 28:49Speaker 4: And then she's showing.
- 28:50Speaker 6: Me that and I didn't know what it was. And
- 28:53Speaker 6: John told me they're taking pictures of my license plate
- 28:55Speaker 6: to build me. But my address, my car is registered
- 28:59Speaker 6: under it's like three addresses ago.
- 29:02Speaker 4: So how are they going to get you the bill?
- 29:04Speaker 6: What they do is they just keep adding it up.
- 29:06Speaker 6: Then they put out a warrant for you in the state.
- 29:09Speaker 6: Because that's happened to me before.
- 29:11Speaker 5: That's how I know.
- 29:12Speaker 4: So you didn't learn from the first example.
- 29:14Speaker 6: No, I tried because I paid the toll when I
- 29:18Speaker 6: got close to a warrant because it was in a
- 29:19Speaker 6: different state, didn't know.
- 29:21Speaker 5: And then I kept getting.
- 29:22Speaker 6: Scammers mailing me, but I wasn't sure who was true
- 29:25Speaker 6: and who wasn't, So I just paid all of them
- 29:27Speaker 6: for like a year.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Can we get to the part of the story where
- 29:29Speaker 2: you've gone to the DMV since you got to Florida,
- 29:32Speaker 2: since you've been here three months, and you've got a
- 29:34Speaker 2: new tag.
- 29:34Speaker 4: This registers at the address where you live.
- 29:36Speaker 6: I didn't get a new tag because the line was
- 29:38Speaker 6: too long and I had a different appointment. So I
- 29:40Speaker 6: left and I haven't gone back. Oh so you're now.
- 29:44Speaker 5: Being a yeah, it's a lot of work to go
- 29:46Speaker 5: do that, you know.
- 29:47Speaker 4: Okay, what do you do after ten o'clock? Your outlaw?
- 29:50Speaker 6: Well, I get on bubble BFF and schedule Bingo night.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Bingo night. So that was the next thing. Then and
- 29:56Speaker 1: then what time was it? We got a picture last night?
- 29:58Speaker 1: We got to pay.
- 29:59Speaker 4: I don't even need to know how to even describe.
- 30:02Speaker 5: I think about eight thirty I was leaving the place.
- 30:04Speaker 4: That was eight twenty eight. I'll look, Can I read
- 30:06Speaker 4: the text?
- 30:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it says also this old woman grabbed me as
- 30:10Speaker 2: a human shield to walk into a restaurant. She said
- 30:12Speaker 2: she was waiting outside for someone to block this alligator
- 30:16Speaker 2: from her site.
- 30:18Speaker 4: I'm just trying.
- 30:18Speaker 6: Was it the Bingo hall was at a restaurant where
- 30:21Speaker 6: bingo was a called Gators.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Okay, now, if you remember John and I told you
- 30:25Speaker 2: that going to bingo was going to be you were
- 30:26Speaker 2: going to lower the median age. This is about fold
- 30:29Speaker 2: woman grabbed me. How many young people were playing bingo
- 30:32Speaker 2: last night?
- 30:32Speaker 5: There was actually quite a bit.
- 30:33Speaker 4: All it were. Yeah, we wondered was it a new
- 30:35Speaker 4: thing or you know, you're just jumping onto an old thing.
- 30:37Speaker 6: I mean there was definitely like the bingo goers that
- 30:40Speaker 6: were there with these bags and they were ready with
- 30:43Speaker 6: their own marker things and ready to go in the
- 30:45Speaker 6: front row.
- 30:45Speaker 4: Did you have the dots? Did they have like the
- 30:47Speaker 4: big big dot markers?
- 30:48Speaker 6: Yeah, And it's really hard not to just color with
- 30:50Speaker 6: them because they're they're all like they're.
- 30:52Speaker 4: Leaky, you know, I mean what, I'm sixteen. She's got
- 30:56Speaker 4: the whole eye row coloring lavender. So did you meet

- 31:18Speaker 5: was going to be.
- 31:21Speaker 6: It was supposed to be a safe place though, but
- 31:24Speaker 6: it wasn't safe like this.
- 31:25Speaker 4: Where was it? Because you were accosted by this old
- 31:27Speaker 4: woman and there's just stuff gator in the corner standing.
- 31:29Speaker 5: Up, yeah, like a wooden statue.
- 31:31Speaker 6: I mean she I'm just walking into this place and
