- 0:00Coming to you live from deep within. Now very snowy, radioactive wasteland suddenly
- 0:06snowy, which is why we were having some technical difficulties completely outside of our
- 0:11control prior to the start of the show. We are the survivors of the
- 0:15Altright Keck Apocalypse, the few, the brave, the bitchy, once more
- 0:19wading into battle against the lawyery hoards, the litigacious hordes, the just,
- 0:29the defamatory hoards, the vexatious hordes. With rant Zurker number two eleven Crowder
- 0:40versus Doctor Chad, A tale of two strategies and how both failed. I
- 0:46am your host, Alison, and with me is Brian and Karen, the
- 0:49ineffable Karen, and we are going to be discussing two cases that have been
- 0:56in the news. The first is that of I hope I get this right,
- 1:03Stuart Lucas Lauris, Yeah, Lucas Murray, who was basically defamed by
- 1:12a bunch of women who I think he was in contact with through a da
- 1:18dating site and apparently he incurred their displeasure for reasons that sound like are incredibly
- 1:26petty, and they proceeded to make up stories about our allegedly makeup stories about
- 1:33him on a Facebook group, spread rumors make his life more difficult, and
- 1:40he decided to sue them for defamation. And I've been looking at the court
- 1:45case and some of the latest proceedings, and yeah, it's very interesting.
- 1:49I have thoughts on this case. So that's doctor Chad. I think one
- 1:56of the things that happened was that he was maybe expressing interest in multiple women
- 2:00at the same time. It's a little bit obscure, but we do have
- 2:05a video of their own testimony. Like the women will not their testimony,
- 2:08but they're a press release that they have and responsible for defamation, which we
- 2:13can look at and give our very very aerodyite opinions on. And then also
- 2:20also related well in terms of being about relationships we have, we're going to
- 2:24be talking about Crowder's divorce because that's pretty much something that's been on everybody's lips
- 2:30and we have our own opinions on it and what it means. And the
- 2:35reason why I made this title is because essentially these two men pursued two very
- 2:39different strategies to try to succeed with the ladies, Right, doctor Chad went
- 2:45the strategy I'm suspecting from all of the hubbub and the smoke and what's going
- 2:50on. He went the strategy of, you know, not being interested in
- 2:54monogamy, maybe peak keeping about you know, however many side pieces the field.
- 3:01Yeah, I mean I've seen a picture of him. He's good looking,
- 3:05he's got a good job, he know, his doctor just summing as
- 3:07wild oats. Maybe he didn't want to settle down with any of them,
- 3:10maybe he didn't even want to do anything with any of them. And uh,
- 3:15but unfortunately, despite not committing to a woman, he still got sort
- 3:20of screwed by them, allegedly because together, because they were unhappy with him
- 3:25not committing perhaps or not even being interested in them at all, and uh,
- 3:30they decided to make his life a living hell. Yeah, I have
- 3:32a story for you guys personally, Okay, Yeah, is it is?
- 3:38It? Is it? Mike? Is it your husband? It is Mike?
- 3:42And all I'm gonna say, whose day? Yeah, all I'm gonna
- 3:45say is, if you're fucking two different women who live across the hall from
- 3:50each other and who both were the ones who initiated the trying try lateral relationship,
- 4:00let's say you made it. Yeah. Yeah, And you made it
- 4:05clear that you were just not down for a relationship. You've just been through
- 4:11a horrific breakup whatever. Right, but you know you really like ass okay,
- 4:17and and you'd like to have something casual, and they're like, oh,
- 4:23they even can convince you to have a threesome with them, right,
- 4:28Okay if you knock on one of their doors and say, hey, would
- 4:33you like some company, which is code for can I fuck you? And
- 4:39she says no, I don't really feel like it tonight. Whatever you do,
- 4:46do not go knock on the other woman's door across the hall and fuck
- 4:51her instead. That that's gonna get you kicked out of the house and maybe
- 4:58get maybe a threat. We have danced around the R word while the manager
- 5:04of the co op was like deciding whether to a victim. Right, yeah,
- 5:09yeah, that's just it is despicable behavior in this case. I don't
- 5:12even think that he had sex with any of these women. Probably nothing.
- 5:16You don't need to You don't need to have sex with a woman to make
- 5:19her feel like she was raped. Alice in well, they didn't know,
- 5:25they didn't let any any kind of rape. They just alive met harassment.
- 5:30They feel like they were raped alas, and sometimes when a man doesn't have
- 5:36sex with a woman, that's what makes it feel like she was raped.
- 5:44Yeah, she was taken advantage of because he didn't have sex with her.
- 5:49Yeah. I think that's more more along the lines of what I'm seeing with
- 5:53this one. But that's one of the stories. Then we'll go through Crowder,
- 5:56and the reason why I brought them both up is like two very different
- 5:58strategies, playing the field, not settling down, not getting into legal entanglements.
- 6:03Crowder apparently saving himself for the one so super monogamous super case strategy,
- 6:11neither of which really ended. Well. Yeah, apparently he was a virgin
- 6:15until marriage. I remember him being on a Fox News panel like when he
- 6:20was very young with Amy Schumer and they were debating this very thing. He
- 6:26was like he believed very strongly and saving himself for marriage. And Amy Schumer,
- 6:30of course famous for being a slug. Oh yeah, and you know
- 6:33they had a little back and forth and yeah, yeah, I mean,
- 6:39and now they're both miserable. So yeah, the break is not there.
- 6:45That's all I will say. If there is something broken, it's not there.
- 6:48Well, I got two strategists, both of whom did not result in
- 6:54positive, positive situation and I'm not even exactly sure what what okay, but
- 7:00anyway, sorry, well I should do the things. So before we start,
- 7:02I would like to start with did you want to start with Crowder or
- 7:06with doctor whatever you want to do, It's fine for me. The Crowder
- 7:11thing is everyone and are still doing this on Twitter now. Everyone is talking
- 7:16about who is to blame and what makes who you know like a piece of
- 7:21shit for this or that reason. But I think that there is a lesson
- 7:26in how the in the bias in people that are sort of chiming in because
- 7:32I know the same thing that most people know, and I haven't made any
- 7:38conclusive anything on it. And it's just really interesting to see because ultimately what's
- 7:44happening with crowders is that there is there is team women. That's what it
- 7:49is. It's not left or right, it's team woman. And when this
- 7:55shit happens, team woman. They circle the wagons and no matter who they've
- 7:59advocated for in the past, whether it's Sidney Watson or Lauren Southern, they're
- 8:03just like, okay, fuck men, right, Like I don't want to
- 8:05hear anything. I saw what I needed to see I've made my judgment.
- 8:09That's it, and I think that it's a good idea to look at that.
- 8:13But well, we can start with whatever you are more comfortable with.
- 8:16So all right, then queue up the video from k K Cow and we'll
- 8:24look at that, and we'll have call Terry and we may have So this
- 8:28is the news reports, like five minutes long. Yeah, we should be
- 8:31able to get through quickly because it's a news report. They tend to be
- 8:33more concise. Yeah, hopefully not a whole bunch of bullshit, but we
- 8:37might have to be very careful about the copyright, so be aware of people.
- 8:43There may be Banana's incoming. But yeah, and before we get into
- 8:48it, let me do the things. So I just want to remind everyone
- 8:50if you want to send us a message, the best way to do so

- 10:22to everybody who has supported so far, very much appreciated. We do still
- 10:26need to get to that goal to make sure we cover all of our costs
- 10:28for the month. Feed the Badger dot com slash support. I might do
- 10:31some arm twisting if there's no movement, so you know, be prepared for
- 10:35that. All right, let's go, Okay, let's play some of this
- 10:39video. Well, can a bad date land you a court date after you
- 10:43post about it online? Well, a group of local women say they are
- 10:48now forced to defend themselves in court after they took to social media to warn
- 10:52other women about a potential suitor. Tonight, on your sides, Christine Lazar
- 10:56takes a look at the case and what it could for our free speech.
- 11:03I don't know that they're going to be too bad about like us playing this
- 11:07our free speech. Suddenly we're talking about our free speech when you're talking about
- 11:11actionable claims against a person or lies that your potential lies that you're spreading against.
- 11:20That's what information is in free speed. You see, That's where game
- 11:24or Gate went wrong. What they should have done is is I guess fielded
- 11:26a whole bunch of women making false claims against somebody, against the games journalists.
- 11:33And then when they were like, well, but these are actionable claims,
- 11:35they could have said, well, don't take away their free speech.
- 11:39They have every right to make claims, lie about people and affect their business
- 11:45dealings and their relationships and their mental health. This is an absolute right,
- 11:48except it isn't. That's why we have defamation laws right now. It's also
- 11:54it's why we have laws against fraud and laws against defamation, and laws against
- 12:03lying to police, and laws against perjury, you know, like laws against
- 12:13all kinds of speech. You know, the First Amendment protects you from any
- 12:20laws meant to limit your speech. Say, he doesn't prevent someone from taking
- 12:26you to court because they don't like what you said about them online. Now
- 12:30a group of women say they're being really I don't know, I don't know.
- 12:33I have never heard of that. How well could anybody take somebody to
- 12:37court over something that they said and they get ninety three fucking million dollars because
- 12:46the guy said, I'm true social Oh she's a total nut job. She's
- 12:52crazy and I never met her. Yea million dollars. She's she's a public
- 13:05figure. Too, right, She's definitely, she's definitely well, I don't
- 13:09think she's a public figure public figure, but she's definitely a limited purpose public
- 13:13figure. So she became a public figure when she went with she went public
- 13:20with her accusation of sexual assault, and so any any conversation about that,
- 13:30right, about the sexual assault that she's alleged, Right, she is a
- 13:35public figure in light of that, right, and so you have to prove
- 13:39actual malice. So literally a man saying I never met that bitch, I
- 13:48think she's crazy, all right, that is that is the unlawful speech.
- 13:58Okay, all right, didn't think I had to say about it. It's
- 14:03a matter of uh rules for thee for but not for me. Oh yeah,
- 14:07No, It's a matter of perspective. It's always a matter of perspective,
- 14:11right, Egene Carrol can say he she maybe even lyne, you know,
- 14:16and I don't buy her story for a second, birddorfs an entire floor
- 14:20empty. They don't even have any like loss prevention personnel there, right,
- 14:26let alone any sale commissioned salespeople tripping over each other and like pulling each other's
- 14:31hair out to get to Donald Trump and try and sell them thousands of dollars,
- 14:37and there's a there's a dressing room unlocked in the lingerie section where you
- 14:43could walk away. You could walk out of this door with like ninety thousand
- 14:48dollars worth of merchandise under your clothes. Really, Oh yeah, yeah,
- 14:54no, that that totally happened. Totally happened, Okay, yep. But
- 15:05because you can't prove it didn't happen, she can't be sued for lying,
- 15:13but he can be sued for doing it, and then he can be sued
- 15:16for denying that he did it. I'm sorry. Anything is possible, really
- 15:28when you meet strangers off the internet, but most don't think comments about a
- 15:31bad date will lead to a defamation lawsuit filed by the guy they wish to
- 15:37forget. I felt like I was being punked, honestly, just by the
- 15:41things that were coming out of his mouth. Back in twenty twenty one,
- 15:43Olivia Berger had a single date with a guy she met online. She says
- 15:48she ended that date early and didn't think about him until years later, when
- 15:52she saw this post in a private Facebook group called are We Dating the Same
- 15:58Guy? It was Tad's photos of com posing it there for the banana,
- 16:02but we've talked about this website before. Karen, are you there? Yeah?
- 16:08Okay, Alison says, is there some she's got problems with her computer.
- 16:15Alison, restart or something, get on a different machine, stop supporting
- 16:22Apple. I don't know she's going to come back, so we're just going
- 16:23to continue without her for now. So, yeah, we've covered this.
- 16:27I don't know much about it. Are we dating the same guy? It's
- 16:30like a group of women that they basically like, I guess, you know,
- 16:36they form a whisper network around the men they've dated. I guess I
- 16:40don't know, Like, are we dating the same guy? If you think
- 16:41your guy is cheating, you would maybe post that on a group. Oh
- 16:45so you share a picture of the guy. Oh I see, yeah,
- 16:48yeah, and you'd be like, Okay, is anybody else dating this freaking
- 16:52guy? Because I feel like I'm being cheated on whatever? You know?
- 16:57That's yeah, But I mean, uh, I'm curious if anyone has met
- 17:10so and so in person. I'm not sure if that's even his real name.
- 17:15Okay, m h, all right, let me play her former date
- 17:22and read Tea in comments asking if others had met him in person. Olivia
- 17:26weighed in I want to emphasize I had never had a date like this.
- 17:30Ever, years before Olivia met him, Vanessa Valdez matched with him on a
- 17:34dating app. She also commented on the post that I said, how is
- 17:40this? What is this? Gossiping? Apps? Harassed? No, but
- 17:44Vanessa says their first Okay, but she says, she says, I've never
- 17:47had a date like this. Elaborate. Yeah, right, they're not.
- 17:53They're not even saying anything else on Are you back? Suspicious? Yes,
- 17:56I'm I'm back. But isn't that not suspicious? I mean I just feel
- 18:00something, but no actual well, what happened? Well no, I mean
- 18:03maybe something did I got the it's the Well, no, he wasn't actually
- 18:08you know what happened, well, at least according to him, who actually
- 18:11explained what happened. They met for like fifteen minutes, according to him,
- 18:17and he left because he wasn't interested. Oh he's not attractive, that's it.
- 18:23So he's an autist. What do you mean he's an autist? Well,
- 18:30you ask a woman out for a date, you spend at least you
- 18:33have to put in at least an hour, and then say, well,
- 18:36you know, I'm I'm sorry, but I'm not interested or whatever and then
- 18:38leave, right. You wouldn't. You wouldn't be like, okay, fifteen
- 18:42minutes. Fifteen minutes impressed me, right, yeah, no, I'm out
- 18:48of here. I know it was fifteen minutes. She didn't impress him,
- 18:52so he fucked off, right, Yeah. Yeah, that's a little rude.
- 18:56It's hiss piroga, I'm sure, but it's still not very courteous.
- 19:03It's what I'm saying. So I'm saying, Okay, so he's an autist,
- 19:08all right. Either that or he's like so high status that he can
- 19:11just let go from you know, it's like speed dating and I don't know,
- 19:15well, yeah, if you're going to speed date, you go to
- 19:18a speed dating thing, like, Okay, it's unusual. I did a
- 19:25lot of dating. I never had any man just basically up and leave after
- 19:30fifteen minutes. And I have had men who I got. We managed in
- 19:37the parking lot after we decided that okay, this is just not going to
- 19:41work. We managed in the parking lot to be like, okay, you
- 19:44know, I actually like you better now that I'm not trying to date you.
- 19:51You could have saw some red flags right off the bat too. Yeah,
- 19:53exactly, I mean, honestly, she could have like opened up with
- 19:57you know, how many kids do you want? And whoa, oh god,
- 20:03yeah no, how many kids do you want this week? Yeah?
- 20:07And or or just like uh, maybe she took out a picture of her
- 20:11mother and he looked into his fucking future. You never know for sure.
- 20:18All right, let's play some more. We don't know something about routine.
- 20:22He took issue with her having a male friend in one of her profile photos,
- 20:26and in a message, called her a moron and wrote, it's fun
- 20:30watching you burn. And at that point, my stomach dropped the frick hearing
- 20:37someone say it's fun watching you burn some stranger from the internet, it was
- 20:41very what the hell? Okay, so this is this is the entire thing
- 20:48that they they're hanging this on a testy interaction online. Have they ever been
- 20:53online? Also? What was the stuff that was before that? Like an,
- 21:00I'd like to see the whole context it is, Yeah, I'd like
- 21:02to see the whole context. I guess I don't know. I have the
- 21:07feeling he's trying to be like he's trying to go full on Andrew Tape,
- 21:11but he's actually not good at it. No, he's not here's the problem,
- 21:18Karen, He wasn't. But no, but when you have when you
- 21:22have someone who's trying to neg their way into a relationship with a woman and
- 21:26they're just not charming, they're just not charismatic, they're just not good at
- 21:32actually negging it, actually leveraging those psychological I guess tools, right, It
- 21:41just it comes off as clunky and retarded. And this guy is coming off
- 21:45as clunky and retarded. Is he coming off as criminal? No? Well,
- 21:51first of all, he wasn't interested in her like this is this is,
- 21:55at least from her his point of view, he had if this indeed
- 22:00the person he was supposedly dated for fifteen minutes, No, no, no,
- 22:03this is a different person, Allison. The person that he dated for
- 22:08fifteen minutes was a different person. And then this one is like, oh
- 22:12yeah, okay, well I have I was missing part of this because I
- 22:17wasn't. But she was, Yeah, she was just she just interacted with
- 22:21him online and complained about the fact that he had a man in her profile.
- 22:23She had a man in her profile? Pick? All right, okay,
- 22:26so this is all right, fair enough? So what this is just
- 22:30a nasty online internet or inter exchange yeah, okay, those things should never
- 22:37happen, Alison. Women's women's experience on the internet should always before are you
- 22:41going to how can you preserve women's free speech and oppose nasty online internet interactions?
- 22:51Because I can tell you all ninety five percent of the nastiness I've seen
- 22:56received online has been from women. Oh yeah, okay, let's keep going.
- 23:03Aser responded that he should stay away from women and get help before reporting
- 23:08him to the dating app. And that's the info, she says, she
- 23:12relayed on that Facebook post. But in my post, I redacted his phone
- 23:17number and just tell the truth and share my experience. But her version of
- 23:22the truth will now be put to the test. The guy she and Olivia
- 23:26and ten other women claim to have dated and later dissed in the Are We
- 23:30Dating the Same Guy Facebook group are now being sued for defamation, sex based
- 23:34discrimination, and invasion of privacy. Bye uh huh base, What are they
- 23:42doxing him by putting his picture out there? They already did. Well,
- 23:48this is now probably public record, like they've a well, it's a matter
- 23:52of public record. You're looking at a court filing exactly exactly, So I
- 24:00mean, like he can't he's he's not a rape victim. There's no publication
- 24:04ban. We and if he's suing them for defamation and he generally feels defamed,
- 24:11genuinely feels the same, he would want his picture out there. Yeah,
- 24:18that's true. I a man named Stuart Lucas Murray. I think my
- 24:22initial reaction is this can't go anywhere. This is there's nothing I said that
- 24:26wasn't true. But yeah, I felt silenced. I felt like I was
- 24:34being intimidated into silence, and that could be a problem. According to defamation
- 24:40attorney Jeff Lewis in First Amendment World, we call that a chilling effect,
- 24:45meaning when people fear they're going to be sued, they either stop talking or
- 24:48they change what they're going to say because they're worried they're going to be sued.
- 24:52Lewis says, anyone you guys want to respond to that? Okay,
- 24:57Okay, this is the United States, it's here, yeah, no,
- 25:02Los Angeles. Okay. There is a chilling effect on free speech when people
- 25:08when people get overly litigious on defamation claims and stuff like that, right vexatious
- 25:15in their litigiousness. But that does not have any bearing on whether this case
- 25:23was a case of defamation or or not. I mean like it. I
- 25:33have the feeling it will probably be dismissed free trial due to that. But
- 25:47but I, you know, like I just I I would have to know
- 25:52exactly exactly down to the freakin' letter what they said publicly about him in order
- 26:03to know if But I can predict it's going to be dismissed pre trial on
- 26:10a summary judgment. One can sue another person for what they say about them
- 26:15online, but that doesn't mean they'll win. Well, you know, the
- 26:18best way to avoid being sued for saying things on the internet is to say
- 26:22things that are true or that our opinion. And if you step outside of
- 26:25truth or opinion, there's a good chance you might get sued if it's something
- 26:29negative. In this case, the women say that you mean fraud for defamation.
- 26:36So laws exist Women most affected basically, Yeah, basically there is a
- 26:41legal system women most affected. No, that's what they did. They spoke
- 26:48their truth. Marie Disapo their truth, lawsuit her truth. This is where
- 26:53we are now. They can just put this on the news. Nobody questions
- 26:56it. She spoke her truth. They're in these favors. They're true we're
- 27:02just lying about that's called a lie. Yeah, No, okay, no,
- 27:07no, no, no, no, it's not necessarily a lie.
- 27:08There's the truth, there's opinion, and there's lies. Well, no,
- 27:14there's the truth, there's opinion, there's false statements, and then there's lies.
- 27:22And yeah, like you might you might think, okay, that a
- 27:30false statement is a lie. No, No, if I repeat something that
- 27:34I believe that I was told that I believe to be true, I have
- 27:38no intent to deceive. Therefore I'm not lying. I'm making a false statement,
- 27:45right, But I'm not lying. And so it's I have no malice,
- 27:51I have no no intent to deceive, and therefore I can't well I
- 28:00shouldn't be sued over that, right. So it's it's like this, you're
- 28:06getting into like really murky legal territory here. This guy, I don't know
- 28:11who his lawyer is not a very good lawyer to even well, I mean,
- 28:18I guess he's a good lawyer if he's being paid to do something that's
- 28:25you know, that his client wants. But okay, so I mean,
- 28:30but I can't, I can't. I just I just can't see this lawsuit
- 28:36ending well for uh, mister Murray murray here. Yeah, well I believe
- 28:45that it has. It hasn't been dismissed, so there must be some some
- 28:52merit to it. There has there has There has to be some kind of
- 28:56factual statement that was false. Yeah, yeah, it can. It can't
- 29:03be a matter of oh he's creepy or oh I'm scared of him, right
- 29:07like, because that's that's subjective, that's opinion, right, it has to
- 29:11yeah, I mean it has to be. But I'm pretty sure that they
- 29:15alleged harassment. So so they did actually allege something that's potentially criminal. You
- 29:22can't accuse people of engaging in criminal acts. Yeah, you can't accuse people
- 29:26of engaging in criminal acts. That's that is, or being criminal. Oh
- 29:32yes, actually they he they did. They said that he was, oh
- 29:36he was part of or he may have been complicit with his mother, his
- 29:40wife's murder or a murder of a previous partner, and that he was convicted
- 29:44of domestic violence. So they know they were actually talk I'm pretty sure mis
- 29:48according to him, they were. They were alleging actual criminal on his part.
- 29:53Yeah, that they are in the crosshairs for that. Now, that
- 29:59is you can go into that when we get into his his gofund memes.
- 30:03Yeah. No, but but it's like I'm I'm looking at I'm looking at
- 30:07what's in this news report, and I'm thinking, well, you know,
- 30:11if that's all there is, they're not. They're not showing what they're The
- 30:15news typically is not showing you the whole story because they're on Team one.
- 30:21They're not showing you the most important parts of the story. They're they're massaging
- 30:25this. Now, like I said, he's going to have to prove that
- 30:29they they accused him of criminal activities. But that is definitely against the law.
- 30:36I don't know if people you know that, you know you cannot.
- 30:40It's actually, Alison, it's not against the law to accuse someone of criminal
- 30:45activity. No, to say no, to say that they did it,
- 30:49or to say that knowing to knowingly make a false accusation, right, is
- 30:56not the same as no, no, no, no, no. That
- 30:57doesn't know what I'm talking about. I'm talking about they said he did this,
- 31:02so they said he was convicted of it so, or that he was
- 31:06you know, we'll get into it when we get into his herbs, all
- 31:08right, statements keep going, Bran. One of the women falsely said he
- 31:17was involved in the murder of his ex wife. Another said he had STDs.
- 31:22Both Olivia and Vanessa say they never posted that or saw any other women
- 31:26make comments of that nature. In a statement in Portup it has never met,
- 31:30much less dated some of the women posting about him. He went on
- 31:33to accuse the women of catfishing him, saying they posted highly filtered and enhanced
- 31:38photos on their dating profiles, concluding perhaps these women are not successful at dating
- 31:45for obvious reasons. Lewis believes this case with I'm just I'm just pausing there.
- 31:52Well, I thought that happened the first woman I could, I could
- 31:56see her cat fishing you. Well, I think what happened is the woman
- 32:00she had her cleavage out, like in the freakin' interview, Like, okay,
- 32:05the first woman who he actually the one who's spent fifteen minutes with ye,
- 32:09yeah, I bet what happened was a solid sor Yeah, but she
- 32:15was presenting herself as much higher. Also, they're using really unflattering photos of
- 32:19him. Okay, let's keep going that's true. Will make it to court
- 32:23because a judge at this early stage can't believe one side or the other.
- 32:30That's a jury question. So this case will likely go to trial if it
- 32:32doesn't settle, and without representation and not a lot of expendable some damage the
- 32:38women, this could Okay, I'm pretty sure Women's Legal Aid has gotten involved.
- 32:46So they have, Yeah, of course they have. And on the
- 32:50pockets and all of the feminist NGOs whose bread and butter is these kinds of
- 32:54allegations made against men, they're going to be chipping into. Everybody who's defended
- 33:00Ember heard, they're gonna be chipping in. Believe me, these women have
- 33:02an ocean of money to draw on. And let's let's not forget Gion Gomeshi
- 33:08please, Okay I did forget him, but but I don't know. He
- 33:15was like the uh Canadian celebrity guy that this would like have like really what
- 33:23like weird kind of shows to freaking yeah radio guy and he would have like
- 33:29BDSM sex with women, like choking them and ship yeah yeah he uh.
- 33:37He was found not guilty because they lied like fucking rugs and they played Yeah
- 33:45there were email. He kept all his receipts, oh yeah, every I
- 33:51mean I think he's lucky because of that, honestly, but including the receipt
- 33:54for the flowers that the one woman sent him. The day after they supposedly
- 34:00spent the weekend together, she flew home and immediately ordered him flowers and had
- 34:07them sent to his house, and he kept the receipt for that. And
- 34:12then ten years later, she's like, halfway through the weekend he assaulted me,
- 34:17and then I didn't spend any more time with him. He kept the
- 34:20photos, everything, like, he kept everything, and it's like, well,
- 34:28you know, and then the Canadian the women just lied and lied and
- 34:31lied and lied and lied, and then the Canadian judicial system said, we're
- 34:36never going to let that happen again. Well, the Canadian now that oh
- 34:44god, no, no, no, that was r v JA in twenty
- 34:52ten. Was that the condem poking one. Oh no, that's a completely
- 35:00that's a totally different one. R VJA. R VJA was a judgment where
- 35:08okay, so you got these two BDSM enthusiasts, right, and they've been
- 35:14in a relationship for like, I don't know, eight years or something like
- 35:16that. Right, they're live in common law, they have a five year
- 35:21old son, and uh and in the course and this is actually from the
- 35:29judgment, I'm trying to remember the exact quote. During the course of conjugal
- 35:34relations. Okay, one night h r and oh sorry ja right and and
- 35:45his his wife right he he he choked out his wife okay and and tied
- 35:54her up once when she was unconscious. He tied her up, and it
- 36:00is a finding effect before the court that she was unconscious for about three minutes.
- 36:05He tied her up, and he inserted a sex toy into her bomb
- 36:09okay and uh and then she uh, she woke up, and he removed
- 36:19the toy and untied her and they continued to have sex throughout the course of
- 36:24the evening. Okay, uh and uh. Every everything was totally consensual,
- 36:31right and and then uh. A couple of months later, they have some
- 36:38epic end of the relationship fight and he yells at her that he's going to
- 36:45seek custody of their son, and then she accuses him of raping her.
- 36:52Okay and uh and so he's he's uh, he was convicted of rape.
- 37:01And then he appealed because she lied on the stand. Mind you, she
- 37:07lied on the stand. She said, well, yeah, okay, so
- 37:09I agreed to have sex with them, and I agreed to be choked choked
- 37:14out, but I and I even agreed to be tied up. But I
- 37:19didn't agree to that whole dildo up my bum thing. Okay, didn't agree
- 37:24to that, right, did not consent to that, and that was like
- 37:29he just sprung that one on me while I was unconscious, and yeah,
- 37:35hey, and so he was convicted. Right. Then it comes out,
- 37:42okay during the appeal that she actually lied about it, right, But she
- 37:49had agreed, She had agreed to all of these things, and she only
- 37:53had made the accusation because he threatened to seek custody of their son. Was
- 38:00the Canadian government do so then? Okay? Then the the the conviction was
- 38:07overturned. Okay, But because we don't have double jeopardy laws in Canada,
- 38:14right, the prosecution went after him again. Okay because the oh I guess,
- 38:21because one of the appeal court judges pose the question, but wait,
- 38:27can you consent in advance to sexual activity that will happen when you're unconscious?
- 38:37Right like this? This is this is a significant legal question. And so
- 38:44it went up to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court said, Nope,
- 38:46you can't. And so yes, you can agree before you go under the
- 38:53frickin' gas to have surgery, you can agree to all kinds of things.
- 39:00Right, oh, if there's an emergency, you if we accidentally nick an
- 39:04artery. Ooh, if like we notice that your appendix is inflamed while we're
- 39:07in there, right ooh, if we spot cancer in other spots in your
- 39:14abdomen, you know, uh? Or or ooh, Alison, you and
- 39:22I are going to a party and I'm planning on getting really drunk. Can
- 39:25you make sure I get home safe? Okay? And I go unconscious and
- 39:32you pick me up and take it into a that's kidnapping now right, Okay,
- 39:40yeah, no, because you can't consent in advance to anything that will
- 39:45happen while you're not conscious. Because in our patriarchy, we need to be
- 39:51able to like when a woman needs a religious false accusation against a man heaven,
- 39:57and ours needs to change a law to make it so her accusation is
- 40:02true in principle, and the guy went back to prison, right and she
- 40:09didn't get prosecuted for perjury or nothing. So yeah, that's that's basically it.
- 40:19You know the thing patriarchy. Patriarchy oppresses women. And I'm thinking of
- 40:25I'm thinking of myself, like if I was a BDSM enthusiast in Canada,
- 40:35I'd be moving to fucking Antigua. Okay, Well, anybody, any men
- 40:40who are bds and m enthusiasts in Canada, you might want to consider this.
- 40:45Be very careful. Apparently even prior consent is irrelevant at any point in
- 40:51time, You're going to jail if you had no like the court accepted that
- 41:00at no point during the events of that night, while she had a state
- 41:06of mind, was her state of mind not one of full consent, enthusiastic
- 41:13consent. She was enthusiastically consenting before she was rendered unconscious, she was enthusiastically
- 41:21consenting when she was roused from unconsciousness, and she continued to be enthusiastically consenting
- 41:28for hours afterwards. Right, at no point in that evening was did she
- 41:36have a state of mind that was unconsenting? Okay? Yes, and and
- 41:45and he literally said, right consent law exists to protect women, Okay,
- 41:54And this is this is why it's so frickin' guinocentric. Right consent law exists
- 42:00to protect women from acts that they do not want to engage in. Okay.
- 42:08It is not there to prohibit women from from engaging in acts that they
- 42:15do. So even the dissenting judge is like, it's still all about the
- 42:23women. Yeah, yeah, there is. In Canada, there is a
- 42:30Giganta, there is a there. Since the sixties, there is law only
- 42:35protecting women. So we have a legal system in which there's law that only
- 42:39protects women. That's its only purpose, and it's it's unbelievable, and we
- 42:45keep going further and further into this. Right, the idea that we live
- 42:51in a patriarchy that puts women over men or men over women. Sorry,
- 42:55cariadean slip, is bullshit, and we never did because if you look back
- 43:01throughout history, there have been plenty of instances where women had more protections in
- 43:06law than men did, certainly against being expected to sacrifice themselves for the defense
- 43:13and protection, the defense and provision of their society. Okay, so every
- 43:17single society, going back to like freaking Mesopotamia, right, has had provisions,
- 43:25legal provisions designed to protect and provide for women and children. And who
- 43:30was expected to do that? It was men and including sexual protections. Right,
- 43:37The only thing that protected Joseph from Potiphar's wife was I guess the thou
- 43:46shalt not bear false witness. That's it, and nothing protected, nothing protected
- 43:52Joseph, I think it was no Jacob. Who is it the one that
- 43:57the Handmaiden's Tale is based on. And believe it's Jacob from his wife and
- 44:01his second wife that he didn't want and you know, all of their impositions
- 44:06on him, nothing protected him, and and and it ended up Margaret Atwood
- 44:10looked at that tale which was like wall to wall sexual abuse of and extortion
- 44:16of a man and also prostitution of a man, and turned it into the
- 44:21Handmaiden's Tale. It's astounding. They can eat Feminists can somehow appropriate stuff that's
- 44:27done to men a race that it's done to men and presented as being done
- 44:30to women. And it's it's astounding to watch the process here. But anyway,
- 44:37getting back to this problem, bring me the head of John the Baptist.
- 44:40What's interesting is that I believe this is their lawyer that's speaking, or
- 44:45maybe it's somebody who's on call for this particular news agency, but like they're
- 44:51legal expert. Extremely sleazy guy looking though so props. He does definitely look
- 44:55like a lawyer. He said, this is likely to go ahead because,
- 45:02oh, because you know, the bar of evidence is solo that's bullshit.
- 45:07Like Karen was saying, she was surprised it would go to head to go
- 45:09to trial. So the fact that it's continuing forward, well, they had
- 45:17strong had something fucked up shit, But they say they must have said something
- 45:22that they did not stay in this new short if their lawyer or this lawyer
- 45:25is saying, oh, well it's it'll go ahead to trial, but that
- 45:29doesn't mean anything. Oh it does mean something, friends, it definitely means
- 45:32something. Okay, let's keep going, all right, I got some super
- 45:37childs on to read through really quick and then we'll keep going. So I
- 45:38got one from Richard Beierre for five dollars and he says, I doubt that
- 45:45Amy is having to shell out twenty five k a month to any previous partner.
- 45:49Though every five dollars is the last five dollars we need. If everyone
- 45:52watching can kick in just five dollars is fundraising effort and be completed. Thank
- 45:57you, Richard, really appreciate that. And then another one from Richard Bierre
- 46:01for five and he says, there is a legal concept known as the doctrine
- 46:06of clean hands when engaging in civil action. I don't know if you guys
- 46:10want to say anything to that real quick before I move on to the next
- 46:13one. Let me look it up, all right, I'll read the next
- 46:16one in the meantime. FYI bought or I'm sorry, FYI sorry, I'm
- 46:22reading it wrong. FYI gives us five dollars and says Wikipedia is becoming more
- 46:27propagandaized. There is a cool site called everybody wiki dot com whose goal is
- 46:31to save pages from Wikipedia before they are deleted, censored, or memory hold.
- 46:36Thank you for that, Yes, yes we know. And then I
- 46:39got one more from Richard Bierre again. It gives us five bucks and says
- 46:44Terrence Pop wants a drinking rematch with Karen. I don't know if you guys,
- 46:47was that officially that a thing that happened. What Terence ply have a
- 46:53drinking match with? Oh no, I could drink him under the TA.
- 47:01He doesn't drink that much. I think he just holds a bottle. Yeah
- 47:07anyway, well no, he does. He does drink, but he doesn't
- 47:13drink a whole lot like beer. Not not the last time I saw him
- 47:16back in twenty nineteen. But oh yeah, that reminds me this individual.
- 47:24Stuart Murray, doctor Stuart Murray has actually also sued cheaters dot calm, and
- 47:30I think a related action which has been show cheaters no cheater cheaters dot com.
- 47:38Yeah cheaters? Is that based on the old show Cheaters? You guys
- 47:42remember that shows? So I think it's probably just a it's just like Nashley
- 47:46Madison knockoff. Oh I see, Okay, okay, so he's suing them.
- 47:52No, no, it's it's not nationally Madison knockoff. It's not a
- 47:55dating site. Sorry, it's a yeah. No, I'm going to be
- 48:00another one of these as a cheater. Yeah, that's another one of these
- 48:04rumor mills that women use to enforce these toxic social norms or social approborum or
- 48:13social punishments on men without any judicial oversight. Because we're all about no accountability,
- 48:20we should have a what there should be a website called slots dot com
- 48:23for men. It'd be like you know what I mean, like silence Silence
- 48:29whole dot com in in homage to Terence Pop Well, I mean, but
- 48:38to be fair, it really should call out women who use these kind of
- 48:43tactics to harm men, you know. And it's despicable because like again,
- 48:49there is no oversight over this. They're trying to apply punishments without any consequences.
- 48:53Well, now there are consequences. This is what they're talking about it
- 48:57being chilling. Yeah. The clean doctrine is that it's in terms of laws
- 49:05of equity, so courts of equity, which are you know, generally men
- 49:09versus women courts. If you come into the courtroom with clean hands, if
- 49:15you come in in good faith, if you're making a claim in good faith
- 49:21or defending yourself from a claim in good faith. Right, But if you're
- 49:25not, if you're acting in bad faith, if you're a bad faith actor,
- 49:31your case can be dismissed like out of okay, just all right,
- 49:37all right. So the clean hands doctrines might apply in this way because he's
- 49:40also has another pending litigation against something for something similar, So they might have
- 49:46looked at this and said, okay, well he's a vexatious litigant. They
- 49:51haven't. Okay, So there's probably something legitimate in both claims. And it
- 49:55may have been that he went after cheaters dot Com or whatever it is in
- 50:00order to try to track people down, if that makes sense, because you
- 50:06actually have to be able to know their legal name before before you can issue
- 50:10some you can actually go go, you know, issue uh sum or whatever
- 50:17it is, like a make some judgment, dismissal whatever, Well before you
- 50:23can issue a claim against them, like remember statement, a statement of claim.
- 50:28Yeah, remember we had to go through to even identify the legal name
- 50:30of the Calgary XPO. Remember that show. Yeah, yeah, that's that's
- 50:36what one. The one may have been to try to extract the names of
- 50:44the bad actors from from whatever it might have been. I don't know,
- 50:49But anyway, the courts haven't used the fact that he's started in a very
- 50:53similar claim another one as evidence that you know, clean hands doctrine, he's
- 51:00vess just vexatious liting in. I don't know if I'm correct from this estimation,
- 51:05but again, the fact that this lawyer is practicing some damage control with
- 51:13what he's saying about. Oh oh, if it goes forward, that doesn't
- 51:16mean anything, No, it does. It does mean something. Okay,
- 51:22Okay, I'm just looking. I'm just looking up this an example, right,
- 51:28So a plaintiff he okay, So the defendant opened account at a pharmacy
- 51:37for the benefit of the plaintiffs, so the plaintiff could obtain medication for his
- 51:43work related injuries. The plaintiff charged items unrelated to those work related injuries.
- 51:50The defendant closed the account, and the plaintiff sued to keep the account open.
- 51:55The court held that the plaintiff plaintiff's abuse of the account necessitated of finding
- 52:02that the plaintiff had unclean hands. So basically, if he committed if okay,
- 52:08so you're like, okay, I'm I'm suing the boss or I want
- 52:15my boss to pay for my work related injuries, and then you just use
- 52:20that account to pay for all kinds of other meds as well, and then
- 52:25your boss closes the account and then and then you sue to have it opened
- 52:32up again. And no, you were, you were actually abusing the account.
- 52:37So I mean, it's it's like it's basically, have you been an
- 52:43asshole? Yes? So what I think Richard is trying to get at is
- 52:49there is if this is going forward the courts, it's doing so because he
- 52:57probably hasn't been an asshole, he hasn't been necessarily abusing things. And also
- 53:04there's legitimacy to it. Okay, So this is this is like when the
- 53:09lawyers pooh poohing all this and like, oh, he's he's doing damage control
- 53:13here, friends. Well, he's talking about like things that are even more
- 53:19murky than clean hands, right, which is the chilling effect. And that
- 53:25ye, well that's all they got. That's all they got is an appeal
- 53:29to the general women. You know, man targeted by false rumors that harmed
- 53:34his life, of criminality, that harmed his life. Women most affected guys,
- 53:38women women. We got to save the women. It's just basically shock
- 53:43and jib All right, let's finish this off because we want to get to
- 53:45his statements, all right, but bankrupt them at the end of the day.
- 53:51These kinds of suits don't just affect me and Vanessa and our co defendants,
- 53:55And I feel that a lot of times women are still being silenced.
- 54:00In January, a similar lawsuit was filed in Chicago by a man who was
- 54:04also the subject of a post in the Facebook group are we Dating the same
- 54:07Guy? I did reach out to the moderator of that group, but she
- 54:12has not responded. That moderator, by the way, has created a fundraiser
- 54:15to help the women in Chicago being sued, But these women here in La
- 54:20says she has not offered to help them christ probably because it's a much worse
- 54:27situation. But honestly, that's that. I think that says something too.
- 54:32You don't like he's she's helping the Chicago the set of Chicago women maybecause it
- 54:38is a vexatious litigant, but she's not helping them. Maybe you know who
- 54:43knows. We should get to the actual like testimony. Shall we say?
- 54:47Oh? Uh so does that the is that like a different link? I
- 54:52don't know which one it is? Is it? Is it the go fund
- 54:55me? Yes? It is the funds the fund is it? It should
- 54:59be? Yeah? Yeah, I sent it to you, so you should
- 55:01have it handy. Yeah, I know I have it. It's up.
- 55:06I just wanted to make read it, but i'd have to switch to a
- 55:08different computer. I have to switch to my I got it. I got
- 55:10it up on the screen. I'm sharing it right now right harassments c this
- 55:15is his, This is his. This is his because he's he's making the
- 55:20claim that they're stalking him, which let's let's go through against aw d t
- 55:25s are wedding the same guy. Harassment. Yeah, hi, I'll read
- 55:29it. I'm not making this as like a you know, like a call.
- 55:32You're not promoting this this Uh, I'm just saying if you want using
- 55:37it as a source, if you want to see his GoFundMe yourselves, you
- 55:42can look up Stuart Lucas Murray. If this is all above board, which
- 55:46you have to determine yourself, don't don't don't rely on us, Always think
- 55:51for yourself. If this is above board, this is a really important case
- 55:55because it puts women on blast that they can't engage in malicious slander or defamation
- 56:05whichever. I don't want to against men for nothing because they're just feel pissed
- 56:12because their emotions are are wibbly wobbly, like it's you. You can't do
- 56:16that, and honestly, that's a good thing. You shouldn't be able to
- 56:23harm people with your words, like and legitimately like thro with the with the
- 56:30legally and I'm not talking about about insults or hate speech or what they call
- 56:35hate speech. I'm talking about things. Lying about people about their criminal actions,
- 56:42lying about their business practices, lying about things that cause them financial and
- 56:46social harm, right, false accusations in the social sphere like this is this,
- 56:52This is not acceptable behavior. It's not spilling the tea. It's being
- 56:59a creep and in many cases it's being a creep who's running a foul of
- 57:05the law. All right, let's let's read what she had, what he
- 57:07has to say. So if this is all above board, this is I
- 57:10think a very important case. So you might want to consider going there,
- 57:15checking it out and finding out for yourself if you think it's somebody something you
- 57:19want to help out. I'm not going to say whether or not. I'm
- 57:23not going to make an endorsement, but right there, figure out for yourself
- 57:29if you want to to make if you want to make, you know,
- 57:31help this situation out, Help this guy out. All right, let's go
- 57:35read it, all right? Support the cause against are We Dating the Same
- 57:39Guy? Harassment? He's at three thousand and sixty thousand. Doctor Stewart Lucas
- 57:49Murray is organized this fundraiser. Hi, my name is doctor Stuart Lucas Murray,
- 57:52plaintiff of case number two three STCV one four eight nine zero. For
- 57:58several months, he stalked and spread misinformation about me in the are we Dating
- 58:04the Same Guy? Facebook group? Like millions of people who were posted about
- 58:07in these groups, I was restricted from defending myself to explain after matching with
- 58:14one woman on a dating app and giving her my phone number. I ultimately
- 58:16blocked her when I became suspicious of her pictures and lost interest in meeting her.
- 58:22Instead of going her separate way, she posted about me in a few
- 58:24of these Facebook groups, obsessively digging for information, bumping her own original posts
- 58:30about me multiple times in a year, and later calling me a viral subject.
- 58:35Hikes to emphasize I have never met this person in my life, and
- 58:38the first time I ever really saw her face was on TV when she took
- 58:43part in a press release about me. At least two hundred and thirty eight
- 58:46Facebook accounts participated in harming me for over a year. Some of their acts
- 58:52included posting my pictures without my permission, tracking my whereabouts, conspiring to harass
- 58:58me, fabricating entire store, and sensationalizing their unremarkable interactions with me. As
- 59:04of now, I am suing ten of them who stepped over the line.
- 59:07I will be going into these causes in detail. I am not there.
- 59:14Go ahead. I just want I want to and I apologize if we talk
- 59:16over each other. It's just because it's a little difficult we can't see each
- 59:20other. But I just want to point out that you notice how he's actually
- 59:25saying what's happening. You know, he's not saying I feel and oh this
- 59:30was horrible, and then we you know, like he's not omitting details about
- 59:35the actual events and what occurred. Because what's really interesting is I found with
- 59:40women's allegations is that oftentimes women will make an allegation of nothing. You know
- 59:46what I'm talking about, Brian. It's like absolutely one hundred percent. I
- 59:51mean they'll say things like I didn't feel safe for you know, well,
- 59:55they'll make an allegation about an incident and they will omit what actually happened and
- 1:00:02then say, well, you know, like you said, I didn't feel
- 1:00:05safe, I felt like he didn't. I was afraid. They'll they'll they'll
- 1:00:13just skip what happened and go right to their emotions. And it's like,
- 1:00:19what was the allegation, What are you alleging he did? What is the
- 1:00:22actionable action here? And that there's nothing, It's just this wibbly wobbly happened.
- 1:00:30And then I felt I felt crushed in my women parts, in my
- 1:00:36soul, women's soul parts. Oh my oaries were so sore after that,
- 1:00:42yeah, my my my, when my brain parts were stinging I don't know,
- 1:00:49Like, no, my hippocampus really suffering. It was really like it
- 1:00:54was really ringing, you know, it was making went right into my hip
- 1:01:00campus. Uh it was agitating my gets that reference? Okay, I didn't,
- 1:01:08so I get the memory. The memory went straight into my hippo campus.
- 1:01:14Do you mean this as like a brain? Chris Christine Blasiford testimony before
- 1:01:19Congress. I was I thought I was going. I was going really like
- 1:01:25into the like the hyperbole. So they actually one of these women actually did
- 1:01:30that. She was like sometime in the nineteen nineties. I'm not sure when,
- 1:01:36and I'm not sure where Brett Kavanaugh felt me up over my under my
- 1:01:43clothes, but over on my bathing suit at a house party. And the
- 1:01:50memory of that went right into my hippo campus. Are you? And there
- 1:01:58are people who literally believe that story still to this day. I know all
- 1:02:02about the hippocampus because I'm a psychology professor. Okay, well all right,
- 1:02:10campus is aside like this any anyway? Yeah? No, Like she literally
- 1:02:15testified to that the memory went straight into my hippocampus, and everybody ran with
- 1:02:21it. It's deep in my hippocampus. I'm okay. But is it in
- 1:02:27the cockles of your heart or possibly in the subcocal region of your heart,
- 1:02:32maybe in your testes uh prostate? Somewhere and around there is somewhere in there?
- 1:02:42Is it in your colonuitary, your your fecal sack, I mean your
- 1:02:50sekul sack, your appendix, is in your appendix? Is it in any
- 1:02:55of your islets of laying her hands your sleep, Miss Christine blasi Ford.
- 1:03:02Is it somewhere there? Maybe maybe it's in your third interstitial nucleus of your
- 1:03:10anterior hypothelmus. Maybe that swear it went okay when I finished reading this?
- 1:03:21Where it would be if you thought you were actually a man? Never mind
- 1:03:25mean. At least two hundred and thirty eight Facebook accounts participated in harming me
- 1:03:35for over a year. Some of their acts included what you already read it.
- 1:03:38I am not their only victim. That's where we picked us. Oh
- 1:03:40oh oh, I am not their only victim. To give you a glimpse
- 1:03:44of how far these defendants go, please see below only viewable on tablets and
- 1:03:47smartphones. These defendants have been admonished for their acts against innocent people by others
- 1:03:53unrelated to this case, yes, screenshots, so I don't know if it's
- 1:03:58if I'm because it says unable to you. But okay, kel, this
- 1:04:02is not okay. Stop gossiping about this dead man. To be fair,
- 1:04:08I had no idea he had passed when I made the post. Just to
- 1:04:10be clear, it's okay to gossip about men who are alive and not able
- 1:04:14to see the page or any or defend anything, but not ones who unknowingly
- 1:04:17passed. This page is supposed to be a safe space to call out men
- 1:04:21who have been disrespectful. That's what he did. Him dying doesn't change his
- 1:04:28behavior in life. Here they are a mere trying to gossip mill and keep
- 1:04:33you out of the dating pool. I don't get good vibes. Sound like
- 1:04:36a high schooler a high school locker room. Gee, I don't know,
- 1:04:40liv Burger. Maybe people change. We didn't get good vibes from your comments
- 1:04:45either. Okay, those are weird posts, but okay. Citing freedom of
- 1:04:49speech, these women put their needs, in securities, and amusement over the
- 1:04:53privacy and rights of others. However, when it comes to shining a light
- 1:04:57on these cyberbullies who type in the shadows, the sentiment changes, calling herself
- 1:05:02anonymous defendant on her GoFundMe and depicting themselves with an image of women hiding their
- 1:05:08faces. The message is different. Privacy is important to these defendants. They
- 1:05:13value privacy for themselves, but do not see that it is that that as
- 1:05:17a right for others is truly disgusting. Free speech relates to government prosecution.
- 1:05:24Whereas in other countries you might get arrested for disagreeing with your government, the
- 1:05:29United States does not prosecute you for such prosecute you for such speech I mean,
- 1:05:33but they're working on that. Free speech does not relate to civil acts
- 1:05:36that harm other people, like defamation and invasion of privacy. The government does
- 1:05:41not protect your unprivileged communication, and the courts will decide if you are have
- 1:05:45harmed someone. This is a case of prosecuting people who invade privacy, skew
- 1:05:49facts about others, harass others, gang Stock, and Cybervoli. They thought
- 1:05:55they could get away with it. This is a case that must go to
- 1:05:57trial and prevail so that we all can enjoy genuine free speech without fear of
- 1:06:02being violated. I support a safe space for women to protect themselves against being
- 1:06:08star harassed or harmed, and not the other way around. These women exploited
- 1:06:12the concept of a safe space to gossip, to fame, insyparably anyone at
- 1:06:15whim. The acts of these defendants are hate, failed and unrelenting. As
- 1:06:19many of you know, the moderator Paula Sanchez allegedly banned some or all of
- 1:06:25them from these Facebook groups. They have since gone on national TV and created
- 1:06:30a GoFundMe page to ramble about me. Let me reiterate, I have never
- 1:06:34met most of them in my life. I have barely talked to, if
- 1:06:39ever any of them. I only recall meeting one of them and her and
- 1:06:44her one of them and her for less than fifteen minutes before I left.
- 1:06:48Any minimal interaction with them was abruptly cut off by my swift projection. When
- 1:06:54I saw them on TV to hold a press conference about me, it was
- 1:06:58the first time I was seeing most of their face. They are begging the
- 1:07:01nation for money. Many people have instead reached out to me to contribute to
- 1:07:05my cause. I am just one individual juggling the endless antics of several defendants
- 1:07:11who have so far flooded with me with a barrage of media inquiries and false
- 1:07:15statements. I hope to pave the way for millions of victims, most unaware
- 1:07:19they are subjects of trashy posts by tragedy women. If you support my cause,
- 1:07:24please go ahead and donate anonymously if needed. The funds will go into
- 1:07:28the vast amount of legal fees, damage, expert deposition expenses, research and
- 1:07:32time to deal with an overwhelming amount of work against multiple defendants. Did you
- 1:07:38want to say something if you want? Okay, so he's there. This
- 1:07:43is just some more statements on you know that this is important. We got
- 1:07:45a lot of work ahead of us. Yeah, yeah, we got yeah,
- 1:07:47Okay. So what I did was I actually took a look at his
- 1:07:53current lawsuit against one of the two of the women, well all the women
- 1:07:59who are speaking, and I looked at where they were in terms of documents
- 1:08:04now or what has been filed now. I would have to go back and
- 1:08:10I'd have to use the crappy mic to look much more closely at all this.
- 1:08:15You know what I'm going to do that I apologize people. My sounds
- 1:08:16about to get crappy because I've got to go to the research computer. All
- 1:08:20right, you see how it's crappy, right, Oh, God, Yeah,
- 1:08:26it's fine, It's fine, all right. So I'm looking up this
- 1:08:30stuff on Trellis. You guys can look it up to using his case number
- 1:08:35the cause send me, yeah, go ahead. Well you may not be
- 1:08:41able to, I'll send you the link. Put it in the discord if
- 1:08:45you. If you're able, If not, don't worry about it. You
- 1:08:46just tell me. I just I just sent it through the discord. So
- 1:08:50the causes of action are defamation libel. Third cause of action false invade,
- 1:08:58well false light exactly share. What that is is probably a summer as like
- 1:09:01a aggregation, invasion of privacy that privation of constitutional rights to at California Civil
- 1:09:08Court, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent interference with perspective economic advantage so,
- 1:09:15and declaratory really so essentially he's saying that they also interfered with his business
- 1:09:19or his ability to have a career, which are wad be surprised like.
- 1:09:25And what I heard that they alleged, or at least allegedly that they accused
- 1:09:30him of, was that he was involved in the murder of a former partner,
- 1:09:34which he says she died of cancer, and also that he was convicted
- 1:09:40of domestic violence. So that's definitely something that you can't do. You cannot
- 1:09:46say that people have been subjects from victions for criminal activities. All right,
- 1:09:53So I don't know if he has his own lawyer, but I will say
- 1:09:57some people have said, oh, he's a doctor, he can the legal
- 1:10:00pie. No, this is a black hole, especially because I'm looking at
- 1:10:05like the the updates. Are you able to see this stuff here? Uh?
- 1:10:13Let me share this tab instead? So uh, I'm looking at what's
- 1:10:20the thing where I can download or print the docket? But I don't have
- 1:10:24to do that, right, No, No, run mean things. You
- 1:10:27probably can't access a lot of the information because you're not locked in. But
- 1:10:30I can't actually show people what I've just seen. But you know, it's
- 1:10:35a little bit confusing because you know, it's a it's legal stuff. It's
- 1:10:39like spaghetti. But especially what I looked at is, first of all,
- 1:10:46it hasn't been dismissed, and right now the latest news is that the the
- 1:10:58one of the women. Let me let me look at what I what I
- 1:11:00sent here, So the latest is a is a declaration like a a decision
- 1:11:09or motion, and it was a the motion was a protective order requested by
- 1:11:15one of the women. Okay, Now I would actually have to ask Karen
- 1:11:20if this is this is an ongoing course court case. But essentially, what
- 1:11:26this woman did is she put in a motion for a protective order and this
- 1:11:32is this is the court statement on that it was denied by the way it
- 1:11:39was denied by the judge. Okay, what an inspection, copying, testing,
- 1:11:43or sampling of documents, tangible things, places were electronically stored information?
- 1:11:47You know what I'm going to get? Should I get on the better mic
- 1:11:49for reading this? Because this might be painful? I don't know. That's
- 1:11:53fine, Okay. Our electronically stored information has been in and the party to
- 1:11:58whom the demand has to directed, and any other party, affected person or
- 1:12:02affected person may promptly move for a protective order. The party moving for the
- 1:12:08order must make a showing a good cause to spare them from unwanted annoyance,
- 1:12:12embarrassment, or oppression, or undue burden and expense. Defendant Vanessa Badills moves
- 1:12:19for a protective order for discoveries served upon her by plaintiffs Stuart Lucas Murray.
- 1:12:25So this is she doesn't she doesn't want to actually release her information. Yeah,
- 1:12:31yeah, no, it gets even more crazy, It gets even more
- 1:12:34crazy. All right, let me continue this moves her protective order for discovery
- 1:12:41served upon her by plaintiffs. Stuart Lucas Murray, defendant, writes nominally in
- 1:12:45response to the motion for discovery file by plaintiff and argues that this discovery sought
- 1:12:48is overbroad, unduly burdened some irrelevant privilege in private. So essentially, what
- 1:12:54we have the latest information about this case is that Vanessa Valdez early, that's
- 1:13:00how you say it, has moved for a protective order. So this is
- 1:13:04where it gets really interesting. Okay, the motion is defective. It addresses
- 1:13:10a discovery motion which evidently has not been filed with this court and does not
- 1:13:14identify the discovery with which it takes issue, nor is the motion accompanied by
- 1:13:18a meet and confer declaration. She's preemptively trying to block discovery. No,
- 1:13:28it's more than that she is engaging in law fair. She is putting forward
- 1:13:34motions that have to be analyzed and decided upon. Or these women are putting
- 1:13:41forward to motions that are completely spurious. So they're saying, I motioned to
- 1:13:45stop the defendant or the plaintiffs for doing this. The plaintiff hasn't done it.
- 1:13:49They're just doing it because they have the right to do it. This
- 1:13:51is lawfair, you get what I'm saying. It's like stuff that we dealt
- 1:13:57with with the Mary Sue. Yeah, she's she's trying to preatively prevent discovery
- 1:14:04of She's basically saying, he's going to ask for things that from me,
- 1:14:15information from me, and I'm going to argue that his potential future request for
- 1:14:21discovery is overbroad, and so I want you to deny it. Just all
- 1:14:28discovery out of hand. He hadn't even issued emotion. He hadn't even like
- 1:14:33filed for discovery. Yeah, apparently not according to the According to the judge,
- 1:14:40he hadn't. So this was a he hadn't applied for. So basically
- 1:14:44the judge said, you're you're filing a protective order for something the defendant isn't
- 1:14:48even asking for. Yeah, So last why I'm saying that this is long
- 1:14:53And here's where it gets even more interesting. After Vanessa's protective protective order was
- 1:14:59denied by the judge Kelly Gibbons. The day that Vanessa's order was denied,
- 1:15:05Kelly Gibbons fires the same order against the plaintiff. Oh yeah, no,
- 1:15:12that's that Rabbi Schmooley lawyer. Sorry sorry, I'm not anti semitic, but
- 1:15:19no, that's that's a lawyer. That's their lawyer who's Yeah. Essentially,
- 1:15:27it looks like they're doing, and I could be wrong, what it looks
- 1:15:30like they're doing is they are chaining these spurious protection orders in order to extend
- 1:15:36the process, in order to delay any kind of decision or getting to the
- 1:15:42point of going to court. That's what they're They're not they're not trying to
- 1:15:45delay. They're trying to block access. Look if they were trying to block
- 1:15:50access to evidence here, they wouldn't be chaining it. This is the this
- 1:15:57is the sequence. As far as I understand, Vanessa does files emotion for
- 1:16:02protective order to prevent discovery, right, she files the motion. Okay,
- 1:16:06yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay. They know they're going to have to
- 1:16:10give it up, but they're trying to block. Listen, just listen to
- 1:16:13it. Just listen to my analysis. Then you can give your v nesveld
- 1:16:16Is files emotion to block, right, and then it's denied, And then
- 1:16:23the next one does, and then the next one is going to and then
- 1:16:26the next one's going to, Ye, why would we all find drag out.
- 1:16:30They're going to drag it, that's the point. So it's going to
- 1:16:33drag out. It's going to drag out, and he's going to drain his
- 1:16:36freaking coffer that's what they want to do. They want to drain his coffers.
- 1:16:41They're engaging in law there. Okay. But even even if they did
- 1:16:48it all at once, okay, and they all said we want to block
- 1:16:54his access to discovery, right, it would still be uh, it would
- 1:17:00be i don't know, slightly less bad, but it would still be unlawful,
- 1:17:05like these bitches need to be smacked down. Yeah, by right.
- 1:17:14It doesn't really, it doesn't really speak to let me just uh, let
- 1:17:20me get the It doesn't speak to the fact ending this in good faith,
- 1:17:26That's what I'm getting at. No, they're there, don't have they don't
- 1:17:29have clean hands. Oh my fucking god, who don't have clean hands?
- 1:17:32If they're chaining their protective orders, it may not even be an issue of
- 1:17:36blocking. It may simply be an issue of we are going to extend this
- 1:17:42as long as possible so we can drain this man's resources. Get rid of
- 1:17:46him, because we've experienced that with with our lawsuit against the Mary Calgary.
- 1:17:51Yeah, yeah, that was, ye, that was That was a freaking
- 1:17:55night It was a black hole nightmare. And you were saying, and it
- 1:17:58actually makes a lot of sense. It's that that entire lawsuit came down to
- 1:18:03they violated consumer protection. Well, I alleged they violated consumer protection in Canada.
- 1:18:11What hands what happens when that happens. Well, well, according to
- 1:18:14the law they did. What happens is you pay seven hundred and fifty bucks
- 1:18:17and you move on. That's it. It's like it's it's like twenty minutes
- 1:18:23in and out. But it became this extended thing because if they had ruled
- 1:18:28in my favor, it may have given a precedent to start protecting citizens of
- 1:18:33Canada for their political speech. There you go, Okay, I'm not going.
- 1:18:40I have I have I have to go for a minute. Okay,
- 1:18:44Okay, So I have to phone my mother in law and tell her to
- 1:18:46stop calling. Okay, jeez, all right, Well we'll look forward to
- 1:18:51you coming back in a minute. I don't know if there's anything more we
- 1:18:54could say about this, it'll wait till the trial. So this is this
- 1:18:58is my opinion on this. This is what I'm seeing. I'm seeing a
- 1:19:01vectaate that on their side they don't look like they're acting in good faith.
- 1:19:05But again it's just pattern recognition. I might be completely wrong. Let's keep
- 1:19:10an eye on it. Okay, Brian, do you want to start all?
- 1:19:14Right? Well, I got well, I got a super chow,
- 1:19:15and then maybe we can do some thank you and I'll try to like going
- 1:19:20to the even crowd of things. So Richard Beierre gives us our dollars and
- 1:19:26says the clean hands should apply to the defendants too. If their claims don't
- 1:19:30have substance and are damaging, then it does undermine their credibility and status in
- 1:19:35the matter. Thank you, Richard, And I think that's it. So
- 1:19:41do you have any thank you to one thank you to give? I want
- 1:19:45to thank hyper Chicken for putting one hundred dollars through. Thank you, Thank
- 1:19:48you hyper Chicken. You've bumped excellent. You've bumped us up to seventy percent
- 1:19:55on the fundraiser. So we are now at seventy percent and now seventeen and
- 1:20:00ninety five left to go. So we can do this. I know we
- 1:20:03can and thank you to everybody who's supported so far, A very generous,
- 1:20:06great job doing it earlier in the month. Very much appreciate it. We
- 1:20:10still do have a ways to go, and I don't know, I don't
- 1:20:14think this constitutes arm twisting, but please do help out. It really takes
- 1:20:17a load off my mind. Makes me feel like, you know, what
- 1:20:21we are doing matters to people, and they want to invest in it and
- 1:20:25make sure we can continue to do it. So feed the Badger dot com
- 1:20:28slash support. I guess you know, if I were to say something about
- 1:20:33all of this, there is a lot of resistance to the idea that we
- 1:20:41have to change this, this narrative about men oppressing women, like everything is
- 1:20:46coming out of that. When we exist in a society where we have that
- 1:20:50as the predominant narrative, the predominant way we frame the relationship between men and
- 1:20:56women, you know, we are seeing the all out of that, like
- 1:21:01we're seeing it. We are basically destroyed in a large way our ability to
- 1:21:06pair bond, especially when it comes to people who don't meet each other through
- 1:21:13like mutual acquaintances. In our increasingly isolated and disconnected word world, people meet
- 1:21:17each other through a medium that's very much like Twitter and just sort of as
- 1:21:23angry as Twitter, you know, so that those large narratives become very important
- 1:21:28whether or not people connect. Do you do you get what I'm saying,
- 1:21:30Brian, Yeah, Because and we have constructed this toxic narrative that's impeding the
- 1:21:38process of pair bonding. We are experiencing breeding colony collapse. That's what we're
- 1:21:44experiencing. And every single time in history when a breeding colony collapses, it
- 1:21:48does the same thing inflation, right, mass immigration like unrestricted immigration, So
- 1:21:59just just unregulated immigration, that's the way to do it, that's the right
- 1:22:02word. Right. It starts to embrace bizarre low like occults, religions,
- 1:22:11golden calf religions, right, and it also does the whole castration thing.
- 1:22:17And it's like we're doing we're marching through all of those things because our breeding
- 1:22:23colony is glass. And the only way to really stop them all because the
- 1:22:27politics that created them can't really stop it. And I mean that's all of
- 1:22:31the political landscape is to restart the dying star, get the breeding colony to
- 1:22:40start turning over again and working again. And that means we have to question
- 1:22:45this overarching narrative of how men and women relate, that men oppress women because
- 1:22:50that's what's destroying our ability to connect with each other, which it then destroys
- 1:22:56our ability to form bonds, which then destroys our ability to to form families,
- 1:23:00which then destroys our ability to be a productive and prosperous society. That's
- 1:23:05where it starts. And there's not a lot of people as far as I
- 1:23:10know, there's almost nobody who says it like this, who explains it like
- 1:23:13this, And that is really critical to keep supporting and make sure that we
- 1:23:16can continue to do that because, as you can see from the response to
- 1:23:19Crowder's divorce, conservatives for the most part, like maybe there's male conservatives who
- 1:23:26aren't like this, but they will side with the woman and they will continue
- 1:23:30to blame men for the problems that they see in the world, that men
- 1:23:33simply have to man up more. Well, no, you cannot have a
- 1:23:40society if women have no interest in men, have no desire for men,
- 1:23:44and have no expectation of the virtues required to maintain a relationship. It just
- 1:23:48doesn't work. You know, you cannot tell men well, okay, so
- 1:23:54the problem is men oppress women. Okay, men's authority is terrible for women.
- 1:24:00So if men have an opinion or they want something, that's oppression of
- 1:24:03women. If men think that they know they are able to give something to
- 1:24:10women, then they're actually manipulating women to need them, which is oppression of
- 1:24:14women, which is bad. Well, how are men supposed to bring something
- 1:24:17to the table because women are the table when they aren't providing for women's needs.
- 1:24:21And then the instant they provide for women's needs, what are they doing.
- 1:24:25They're oppressing them by making them need them. So we have this entire
- 1:24:30mess around the very act of forming relationships. We've constructed a narrative that destroys
- 1:24:35the formation of relationships. There's nothing that men can do to change that or
- 1:24:41to really face it, except you know, I mean, there is things
- 1:24:44that they can do. They can question all of this and start to build
- 1:24:48in themselves the boundaries against these narratives. So, of course that's really important
- 1:24:53to do. But it's really hard to blame men for this overwhelming social message
- 1:25:00that men are terrible and say, well, you got to overcome that.
- 1:25:03Well, how how are men supposed to have the social credit of an entire
- 1:25:11society like one individual man going up to one individual woman, how is he
- 1:25:15supposed to negate the message of all society that he is a net detriment to
- 1:25:21her? Do you get what I'm saying? Yeah, Like, we have
- 1:25:27to stop this message. We can't just keep saying, well, man up,
- 1:25:30there's a limit, there is a limit, right, and man up
- 1:25:36and prove your worth even while we're telling you that you're worthless. And this
- 1:25:42is the thing that I see about conservatives. I'm gonna, I'm gonna,
- 1:25:45I'm gonna bash on them for a bit. I know, em brace yourselves
- 1:25:53men to concern. What conservatives like about men is the benefits that men's existence
- 1:26:00and virtues provide. They do not seem to care about men themselves. So
- 1:26:06the way that I would like in that is conservatives are like the people who
- 1:26:11with the golden goose, right, they like the golden egg. They don't
- 1:26:15give a fuck about the goose. Right. The problem is we now have
- 1:26:19feminists who basically say that, well, yeah, these golden eggs are great,
- 1:26:25but they don't come from the goose. The goose is worthless, right,
- 1:26:30And the conservatives don't, you know, they agree the goose is worthless,
- 1:26:32but you know he's worth something because he gives you. No, he
- 1:26:35himself is worth nothing, but the golden eggs that he provides are worth something.
- 1:26:41But how does that counter Well, I know, actually the goose is
- 1:26:44worthless because they're saying yes, but yes, but yeah, but he gives
- 1:26:47us the golden eggs, but nobody but he is worthless, you know,
- 1:26:50in and of himself, the goose is absolutely worthless, but the eggs are
- 1:26:55valuable. This is what the conservatives have to say to feminists, saying the
- 1:26:59goose is worthless, and they're failing because they can't actually argue the point that
- 1:27:03the goose is worth something. He does provide value in and of himself.
- 1:27:10He is valuable because he created not just because he creates golden eggs, but
- 1:27:14because he has the potential of doing so. If you get what I'm saying,
- 1:27:18Like, men uniquely provide these things. They are uniquely able to provide
- 1:27:25this stuff. Women cannot provide this stuff. And we can't even recognize that.
- 1:27:30Conservatives aren't even willing to recognize that that just a man sitting there by
- 1:27:35himself is valuable because he has the potential that women do not have. He
- 1:27:43has something unique he brings to the world that women do not. They're not
- 1:27:46willing to stand behind that and say that and say to feminists, no,
- 1:27:51the goose has value in and of himself, or sorry, the gander has
- 1:27:56value in and of himself. I was screwing that up, wasn't I?
- 1:27:59Oh, yeah, gander, don't lay eggs. Shit, My freaking analogy
- 1:28:01is condo crap. Okay, I don't know what you're talking about. Yeah,
- 1:28:05anyway, My point is that conservatives like the benefits from men, but
- 1:28:12you're not going to get those benefits if you don't protect men. And what
- 1:28:15men need protection from is this narrative that they are harmful to society and women,
- 1:28:20and that narrative is causing what we're seeing right now, which is the
- 1:28:26breakdown of our ability to form Paris bonds, of our ability to form families,
- 1:28:30and ultimately the breakdown of the entire breeding colony and all of the mess
- 1:28:34that results from that. Okay, and if we don't address that problem,
- 1:28:38we're not getting anywhere fast. All right, there you go, Sorry about
- 1:28:42the analogy. It broke down, All right, It's fine. Are you
- 1:28:45back? Karen? Not yet? Looks like do you want to Yeah?
- 1:28:51Do you want to watch this? Suck. The issue with Crowder or the
- 1:28:56video, well, I don't. I don't think I need to play that
- 1:28:59video. I am displaying it, so I don't. It's not necessary.
- 1:29:03I just wanted to give a little bit of a bad summary. Stummary is
- 1:29:08yeah, I'll give you some backstory. So Stephen Crowder is a former like
- 1:29:15he was a Canadian and they moved to America, and he's a you know,
- 1:29:18I guess he would call himself a conservative political commentator, comedian and media
- 1:29:23personality. He had his own show on YouTube he still does, called Louder
- 1:29:27with Crowder, and it was basically, like, you know, he wanted
- 1:29:30to do a comedy show. He wanted to work on on Fox and do
- 1:29:33sort of like a talk show type of thing, but he didn't care for
- 1:29:38the format and he left ended up leaving Fox News or Fox the station or
- 1:29:43the studio to do his own thing on YouTube. And he grew a little
- 1:29:46a little piece of the internet right all his own. He has a pretty
- 1:29:54big platform and uh he's had. I've been watching him for a number of
- 1:30:01years because I liked the quality of his format and I always said, well,
- 1:30:05man, if we had a show like this, you know, or
- 1:30:08close to it, we'd be doing really well. So I sort of like,
- 1:30:11look at the people who are doing stuff as like the thing I'm modeled
- 1:30:15on, and one of the things that I thought, and I'm this is
- 1:30:18important stuff that I have to set up. So he was the only person
- 1:30:25on the on the internet that at the time that spoke to people like Karen
- 1:30:30with the platform the size that he had. Karen was a recurring guest on
- 1:30:34there, she'd been there a few times when Cassie j was making her film
- 1:30:39The Red Pill. He had her on when like no one else either everybody
- 1:30:44else would ignore her they didn't know about what she was doing, or they
- 1:30:46were openly hostile towards her. And he was one of the people who was
- 1:30:49like like, had her on a show and talked to Cassie J. So
- 1:30:53for that, I am eternally grateful because Cassie J's movie made a massive impact.
- 1:31:00I think that we can't really measure easily, and Steven Crowder like magnifying
- 1:31:05that just like he did by talking to Karen is huge, right, And
- 1:31:13but there was always this thing where, you know, for a long time
- 1:31:17where he would occasionally talk about men's rights activists and I don't know if it
- 1:31:24was because he didn't know Karen was one or what, but he was always
- 1:31:27he was often dismissive or at least he would say, you know, yeah,
- 1:31:30they make some good points, but they're whiny or whatever, kind of
- 1:31:32like what Joe Rogan does. And then one day he did an announcement that
- 1:31:42he was in the midst of a divorce with his wife or his ex wife,
- 1:31:46Hillary Crowder. Hillary Crowder had no online presence as far as we know,
- 1:31:51she was basically, like, you know, just some that was somebody
- 1:31:55that was his wife that we we never knew who she was. We didn't
- 1:31:58even know her name or at least a while, okay, And there were
- 1:32:01two kids in this, he had twins, and Stephen Crowder, like Allison
- 1:32:08said before, he prided himself on saving himself for the one so that he
- 1:32:13would like be sure that it was gonna work and he was gonna get married,
- 1:32:16he was gonna have kids with this person, and he was totally fine
- 1:32:19with that, and he still ended up going through a messy horse while this
- 1:32:26was going on. I'm not sure about the timing on this, but while
- 1:32:29this was going on, I think this might be relevant, which is why
- 1:32:31I'm bringing it up. He was in a bit of a a let's say,
- 1:32:38a kerfuffle between his show A Lotder with Crowder and The Daily Wire.
- 1:32:44The Daily Wire was trying to set up a thing where they will work together,
- 1:32:48but they had creative differences and this turned into a big thing where,
- 1:32:55you know, for people who used to work for Crowder, they they left
- 1:32:58his show under questionable circumstances. He had a falling out with all the folks
- 1:33:02at Daily Wire. I don't know what it was about, but basically what
- 1:33:08happened after that is why this is relevant. We knew he was going through
- 1:33:11a divorce, we knew the heat, like after COVID stuff, he had
- 1:33:14to relocate his studio. He left California, he went to Texas. I
- 1:33:18think that was probably, like you know, with babies and everything, just
- 1:33:24kind of like a big old stressful event. And then he had this falling
- 1:33:28out with the Daily Wire, and then a bunch of some people quit his
- 1:33:32company. So he had this producer slash co host guy named kna Gay.
- 1:33:38Jared was his name on the show. His name is Jared Monroe, and
- 1:33:41he also had a co host named Dave Landau and I was also a comedian,
- 1:33:45and they both left him, you know, sort of unceremoniously, I
- 1:33:48guess. And then later we had this thing where Candaeell, who worked at
- 1:34:00The Daily Wire, she released a video which is the thing that I'm showing
- 1:34:04right here. Essentially it sounded like she was trying to craft a narrative about
- 1:34:11Prouder's behavior to his wife Hillary. But from what I'm understanding, Hillary is
- 1:34:16the one who reached out to Canvas Owens and this was after the Daily Wire
- 1:34:23split, Okay, And I think this is important because there's like there's like
- 1:34:28the divorce angle and the family angle and the family court stuff, and then
- 1:34:31there seems to be potentially another angle which is sort of like you know,
- 1:34:35like there are people that get in on this kind of reputation destruction because of
- 1:34:43these other differences on the business side. Right Well, I mean think about
- 1:34:47it if you, if you, because because there was a thing that hurt
- 1:34:53the reputation of The Daily Wire as well that was a consequence of the split
- 1:34:58between Crowder and the Daily win Fire which will I think it was a thing
- 1:35:01that never started, but the point is that that was a part of it.
- 1:35:04And Hannah someone's comes out with this this camera footage and the in the
- 1:35:13in the in the footage, there's an argument between Steven and his wife,
- 1:35:16who was very pregnant. So this is while she was pregnant and not when
- 1:35:20she had her kids yet. So it's kind of can we just watch it?
- 1:35:24Can we just you want me to play it? I can play it.
- 1:35:26I'll just play the whole thing then, Okay, I do a boundary?
- 1:35:30Are you a boundary? No? You just did? You just did?
- 1:35:33I do a boundary? Rule you were not taking a car because if
- 1:35:39you refuse to do life with things, then I will go the grocery.
- 1:35:46Would us my grilled? I know it's not reasonable. How about you first?
- 1:36:00You see I don't mean to make it. No, you're not thinking,
- 1:36:06but gonna and I will ask them? Would you right? Give it
- 1:36:15a new bird? Okay, Stephen, I can't feeling some constraints like I
- 1:36:23can't see it. Listen to me. Listen to me. You want to
- 1:36:26walk out right now, Listen to me. I can't go to the gym,
- 1:36:28I can't go to my parents, I can't call my friends, I
- 1:36:30can't I can't be home. You're gonna take the car and leave me here?
- 1:36:32Just think of a box made me. What do you need me to
- 1:36:35pick it up? I'll get it. I'll be back from the back.
- 1:36:39No, that doesn't work either, or you'll be back from your back those
- 1:36:41either. I understand the difference between mone like being set to the setting and
- 1:36:46you're gonna get back. Yeah, there's something more behind this. The only
- 1:36:54way out of this. It's the only way as it because you you throw
- 1:37:03your head, you get Oh my god, this is like one of the
- 1:37:08most No, we are at it. I love him, but Stephen,
- 1:37:15he's sick. Wait wait, wait, watch it. Okay, wait,
- 1:37:23let's choose a second here, all right. So what I'm getting is that
- 1:37:26she's taking the car and she's basically leaving him without the ability to go anywhere.
- 1:37:32Yeah, he's concerned that he's got like because he's you know, he
- 1:37:35runs, he's running on a tight schedule. I know that one of the
- 1:37:39things that some of the people who left him, Dave Landau complained that,
- 1:37:43like, you know, they were just like on on ongoing, going,
- 1:37:45going, right. But I think if he is this kind of person that's
- 1:37:50sort of like it's not it doesn't make him a bad person. It just
- 1:37:54means he has this this character trait, right, and uh, yeah,
- 1:37:59so I clute in on when I was watching this, and I don't know
- 1:38:01if this has been addressed. Maybe you have heard it is he basically said,
- 1:38:10he alluded to something that was controlling that he has to be by the
- 1:38:15second so he has to account for his seconds while she gets to say I'll
- 1:38:20be back sometime. So I don't know what's behind that. I would like
- 1:38:25to know because I don't think i've heard that mentioned. To me, it
- 1:38:29sounds like she's expecting him to abide by her schedule, but not the reverse,
- 1:38:35Do you get what I'm saying? And yeah, at that, well,
- 1:38:41I'm like, I need little more information about what's going on there before
- 1:38:45I make a judgment. And I'm like, first of all, we have
- 1:38:48like about like maybe seventy seconds left. You want me to play the rest
- 1:38:53of it? Well, I did want to say one other thing, Holy
- 1:38:56shit, I hope that my arguments with my husband never get leaked internet,
- 1:39:00because, believe me, they are not this corcial. And yeah, I
- 1:39:03know that she's making this like she's making these claims of abuse, but on
- 1:39:09here, I'm not really seeing anything. I'm seeing an argument. Yeah,
- 1:39:15and yeah, it's an argument. It's an argument. She is she is
- 1:39:17claiming abuse. But let let's play the rest of it. When he says
- 1:39:20you aren't doing wifely things and then I'll go do them myself, I don't
- 1:39:26know what's what preceded that, So okay, let's yeah, well that's the
- 1:39:29thing, right, that's the thing that's a little bit fishy. But let's
- 1:39:30play the rest of it. Okay, what you need to be dead?
- 1:39:35And I need some space because you need you just stuck a maybe for a
- 1:39:39little bit. Okay. I love you. I love you getty much.
- 1:39:44I don't love that's the big buck. I've never received less. And the
- 1:39:47fact is when I don't look I need to do ABCD. You just forgot
- 1:39:50it. You know no, But I love you. Okay, put on.
- 1:39:58That's not fair. It's not fair. It's just Hillary. You're right
- 1:40:01right, then become someone what's dane and worthy, a life worth no matter
- 1:40:11the life. I didn't say, No, Hillary, don'llorry. Come on
- 1:40:14now, I'm not gonna engage. I'm not gonna gage you more. I'm
- 1:40:16gonna go. I'll get texting you need, I'll get you the t I
- 1:40:23M. I love you. I'm committed to you? Are I'm not enged.
- 1:40:33I'm not trying to committed enough to do those things. You're not committed
- 1:40:36to anything. You're not committed to anything. You just said, I love
- 1:40:41you. I'm committed to walk the dogs front and gloves, walk the dog
- 1:40:47do anyway? Are you committed to do anything? I'm gonna just the dog
- 1:40:54hold on some gloves. Are you committed enough to get the medication? Is?
- 1:40:57Do you take? Take that? Right? All? Right? Now?
- 1:41:05It says we don't hear this part, but it says as the crowder's
- 1:41:10head inside, Steven gets angrier and angrier, and by his own admission,
- 1:41:13screams I will fuck you up at his pregnant wife Hillary, who then flees
- 1:41:15their home. So you get the end. And so we have this clip
- 1:41:18three minutes, three and a half minutes long. I think out of there,
- 1:41:23there's no The thing is is that this is like a ring camera.
- 1:41:27These things are on twenty four seven, yes if I I mean I read
- 1:41:30that everything else was deleted by his wife. Yeah, so this is this
- 1:41:34is the most condemning thing that they have. So everything else that brought them
- 1:41:40to this point is condemning. And what's interesting to me is she gets what
- 1:41:44she wants at the end, like they're framing it as she flees the house,
- 1:41:47but she's been I'm going to take the car and leave, and he's
- 1:41:50like, could you do these chores? And she's like, uh, yeah,
- 1:41:54I'll do this stuff. And he's like, but you're leaving me in
- 1:41:57alert you're boxing me in because I won't have the car to be able to
- 1:42:00do the things that I need to do, and she's just like she just
- 1:42:02goes, I love you, and then she does the I'm put upon voice.
- 1:42:05But at the end of the day, she got what she wanted.
- 1:42:09She got the car, and she left, and she was using I love
- 1:42:12you as a means to stonewall. That's my analysis of the situation, Like
- 1:42:16I don't know anything else that's going on, but I need to know more.
- 1:42:19Well, okay, so we don't have it. It's so because,
- 1:42:23yeah, go ahead. It's a flawed analysis because I don't know what happened
- 1:42:27after and I only heard of this caption of I only have the word of
- 1:42:31this caption after, and I don't know what happened before. You will like
- 1:42:35to point out that if this is abuse, then me and my husband have
- 1:42:41killed each other thirty billion times since. Okay, okay, you know what
- 1:42:47I used to do when of my kids were getting slightly annoying, Can you
- 1:42:51go, honey, because everybody can hear you talking to your mother now,
- 1:42:59I used to I used to say, I will rip your fucking arm off
- 1:43:05and beat you with it, yeah, and can with it? Yeah no,
- 1:43:13And they would like be like, Okay, that's our cue to like
- 1:43:15tone it down a little, be a little less noisy, be a little
- 1:43:19less obnoxious. Okay, yeah. No. The only time one of my
- 1:43:24kids was actually really scared of me was when he turned my computer off before
- 1:43:30auto save on a word. Right, So I had just I had just
- 1:43:36written twelve thousand words that made me ball my eyes out right, twelve thousand
- 1:43:44words of fiction that had made me you shut up. I'm on the radio.
- 1:43:50I'll fucking kill you. I'll rip your arm off and beat you with
- 1:43:54it. Will you fuck him up? I will fuck you up. I'll
- 1:43:58fucking murder you. Five hundred thousand dollars, honey, that's how much your
- 1:44:03life insurance is worth. Anyway, he's talking to his mom and he's telling
- 1:44:11me to be quiet. But anyway, like I the one time and so
- 1:44:17I had just gotten done writing like twelve thousand words, right, twelve thousand
- 1:44:23words hadn't hit saved yet. I was like emotionally exhausted. He just killed
- 1:44:27two killed off two of my favorite characters, two of the in the most
- 1:44:31romantic and tragic way possible. Oh my god. They were anti heroes and
- 1:44:38they were so in love with each other, and it was just such a
- 1:44:40tragedy. And you know, he he would have died avenging her, but
- 1:44:45he didn't. He was taken captive and then some other noble woman came in
- 1:44:53and like put him out of his misery before he could be tortured. And
- 1:44:57it was just like, oh god. And I was just like I was
- 1:45:00exhausted. I was emotionally exhausted. I'd spent like five hours writing this and
- 1:45:08my youngest in a diaper, comes toddling up and turns my computer off.
- 1:45:18I would not blame you if you had I and I just looked at him.
- 1:45:25I once I realized what had happened and that I lost twelve thousand words,
- 1:45:29right, and my face is like soaking wet. I looked at him
- 1:45:32and I said, right in the eye, and I said, you will
- 1:45:39never do that. Again, and that was the only time he was ever
- 1:45:46scared of me. So I got, I got, I got like fifteen
- 1:45:53minutes max, because then I got to pick Lindsay up. But it's like
- 1:45:57it's six o'clock now here, so I'm gonna try and like sort of get
- 1:46:02to the rest of this. So this was later discovered that this was in
- 1:46:10fact the most damning like part of the video that was like used right,
- 1:46:15But but Hanna so Owans was one hundred percent behind it. She was like,
- 1:46:20he's a monster, he is abusive. She's look at how pregnant she
- 1:46:25is, look at how what she's how she's talking. But then again,
- 1:46:30you know some people think that, well, let's say I got this super
- 1:46:32child read it out really quick. ZARANX gives us five bucks. Thank you,
- 1:46:35ZARYANKX, and he says, if you listen to Hillary in the video,
- 1:46:40you can hear the clues that might have you think she had been planning
- 1:46:43this interaction to have this video. That whole I love you, your abusive
- 1:46:47or whatever it was clued me in that she knew what she was saying,
- 1:46:51affirmation of her is as the dutiful wife and Stephen being the unreasonable individual.
- 1:46:57Then the fact that the video that should not last beyond a few months survived
- 1:47:01over a year to be released to the public. Yes, because this was
- 1:47:05while she was still pregnant with twins. And those twins are they're over like
- 1:47:10a year old, they might even be two years old by now, so
- 1:47:13this is like significantly later. She never filed any reports, she didn't go
- 1:47:17to police, she didn't do anything. But everyone just bought into this.
- 1:47:21Right, then comes be possible that both parties were unreasonable. It's possible.
- 1:47:29I can guarante, I can guarantee you right that if I was pregnant,
- 1:47:33heavily pregnant with twins, I'd be really fucking cranky. Yeah, sure,
- 1:47:40right, and I would expect my partner to give me all kinds of freaking
- 1:47:45leeway to be like as bitchy and abusive and like nasty, just like you
- 1:47:51witnessed here just today. You know, when my husband is like, will
- 1:47:59you shut up? Beer, mean, you're interrupting my phone call with my
- 1:48:02mom, and it's like go to another well retard So right, yeah,
- 1:48:08so the the so then so Canas puts out this thing and it's like this
- 1:48:12big thing, and then even crowder I forgot what he said, but he
- 1:48:15put out a statement about it, and you know, but it doesn't matter.
- 1:48:21He addressed it. I just can't remember the details. It wasn't really
- 1:48:24anything mind blowing. Everyone on the internet was on was on Crowder's ass,
- 1:48:29so like, this is what I'm saying, like, this isn't a conservative
- 1:48:31liberal thing. This is a woman thing. And it was. It's a
- 1:48:34it's a ginocentric woman thing because the conservative the supposed conservative women from from Canis
- 1:48:42Owns to Sydney Watson to Lauren Chen to fucking Laurence Southern, they all like
- 1:48:45the mask falls and they're all team women and they're all against him and they
- 1:48:49don't care about the context. Nothing else matters. He was mean a meani
- 1:48:54mean mean pants. And the only woman that was actually on his side was
- 1:48:59Pearl, and she had been like she thought the whole thing was fishy from
- 1:49:02the get go. She was like, you know, why is why do
- 1:49:05we only have this one little clip? Why is it coming out now?
- 1:49:09Why does she never file any reports? Why didn't she go to police?
- 1:49:13Like you know, sempting us from that too, because I'm pretty sure we
- 1:49:15also really get well. I addressed it, but I don't think we did
- 1:49:18like a full thing on it. And I'm sure we would have. I'm
- 1:49:21not saying we wouldn't have. I'm just saying that she was the only one
- 1:49:25that was vocally talking about it. You know. It's it's because it's because
- 1:49:29you don't know, you don't know, and you don't know. Well,
- 1:49:30we don't. We didn't know. Yes, what followed from it, and
- 1:49:33it's like it's like, okay, well, uh, she was being a
- 1:49:40whiner and he was being a dick, and okay, people are whiners and
- 1:49:45people are dicks, and well, what's interesting to me is ultimately who won
- 1:49:50the encounter. She did. She won that encounter she got. That's what
- 1:49:55I'm saying. Yeah, and the month, well, that's what I was
- 1:49:59going to say, talking about the divorce, let me finish. I'm not
- 1:50:02talking about the divorce. I'm talking about the encounter we just watched in this
- 1:50:05video. She wanted to take the car. He didn't want her to take
- 1:50:10the car because he needed it for so whatever reason, you know, And
- 1:50:13she took the car. And the end of the day, she took the
- 1:50:15car. That is not the actions of somebody who's subordinate in the relationship and
- 1:50:19what I heard, And yes, he was being really red pilly and like
- 1:50:25overbearing. He wasn't doing it in a very charming He was being a bit
- 1:50:30of a dick, But he was trying to tell her that she needs to
- 1:50:34step up more. That's what I was getting from that, that he was
- 1:50:40upset because he felt like too much was put on him. Okay, that
- 1:50:44is a perfectly legitimate way of saying Now, guys don't say it like that.
- 1:50:47And I know that this is this is something that we could really improve
- 1:50:51our relationships men and women by getting away from strategies and going towards understanding.
- 1:50:56But nobody wants to do that because there's money and understanding and pain. But
- 1:51:00anyway, he approached this in a way that is only going to make it
- 1:51:03worse percent. I agree that with that, he should or could have done
- 1:51:10something of explaining how stressed he is, the emotional situation she's putting him in,
- 1:51:16sort of bring it to her level. Men don't like to do that.
- 1:51:18They like to appeal to things like hierarchy, to principle, to your
- 1:51:25wifely duties, to I don't know, this relationship with God, to the
- 1:51:29ten commandments, whatever else. That's the way men talk. They don't say,
- 1:51:32hey, dear, I'm bewhelmed. I need you to step up.
- 1:51:39Yeah, I mean women understand that. And then part of it is also
- 1:51:42because you get the wrong woman, any indication that you are overwhelmed or you're
- 1:51:48vulnerable, and she's out the door and all on the nearest cock within thirty
- 1:51:54seconds. Well. The other thing is too, is that like, in
- 1:51:58all likelihood, they've had many any arguments in the past, and none of
- 1:52:02them were as bad. And I put that in quotes as this one because
- 1:52:06otherwise we'd know about it. So like this is if this is like him,
- 1:52:11probably like and it's worse, right, But again that's like that whole
- 1:52:16thing, like we don't know, so we can't really, like, you
- 1:52:20know, say anything definitive. But I'm just I'm just gonna say I once
- 1:52:27threatened to kill my husband right in front of a bank represent we're representative.
- 1:52:31Yeah, and I will tell you this, like me and Jonathan get in
- 1:52:35periodic screaming matches with each other, you know, yeah, oh yeah.
- 1:52:41The dog just gets on the couch and he goes into the other room,
- 1:52:44and I feel bad because I'm like, are we traumatizing the dog? But
- 1:52:46we we were. It's much more animated than this, much more yeah.
- 1:52:51Oh yeah, and then no, no, you go through you get in
- 1:52:54that head one with my husband. You get in that headspace where everything goes
- 1:52:59and you're like, I'm gonna get a divorce, and you know, you
- 1:53:01blah blah blah. It's like and it and you know, you get it
- 1:53:03out of your system ten minutes later, you're fine. Yeah, my mom
- 1:53:08used to. My mom used to like stump around and threaten to divorce my
- 1:53:11dad, and my dad would like look at me and my kids, and
- 1:53:15he'd like put his hands together in prayer and look up at God and say,
- 1:53:17please let her mean it this time. Yeah, yeah, you know.
- 1:53:23And it's it's like these this generation I had the teak talking stick offense,
- 1:53:29this generation. Do you do you just be a little bit more forgiving,
- 1:53:33you know, I think you would get a lot further because I think
- 1:53:36Crowder is like fifteen years Yeah, just be a little tougher, like Jesus
- 1:53:43Christ, don't don't be porcelain. I mean, there is a point at
- 1:53:45which things become abuse. Yes, but this is not it. This is
- 1:53:49a disagreement. And I was she was really freaking annoying the crap out of
- 1:53:55me with that huffing and that Oh I'm such a martyr. It's like,
- 1:53:58oh, yeah, but you got your way at the end, So I
- 1:54:00think that says a lot. Yeah. Yeah, And yet that's the clip
- 1:54:04that gets released, right, So then okay, So then it's quiet for
- 1:54:09a bit. And this is the most recent development is one of Crowder's former
- 1:54:15employees, Jared Monroe, also known as not Gay Jared. Oh Jared,
- 1:54:19not kay Jared, Yeah, not kay Jared. He comes out with this
- 1:54:24like free Jared Monroe thing. It's like a fifteen minute video. I'm not
- 1:54:30going to play the whole thing. I'll just show you what it looks like
- 1:54:32where he talks about how Stephen Crowder was very litigious with him and did an
- 1:54:38NDA and he can't talk about stuff and and he's like worried about his family
- 1:54:44or whatever. But we don't really know the details of this. Yeah,
- 1:54:49but this is like this is a pretense to further sort of like you know,
- 1:54:58I guess you could say tack Crowder through you know, this like another
- 1:55:02it's like a I don't want to say it's a SOB story because I don't
- 1:55:05know if it's true. The truth is like this NBA thing is a completely
- 1:55:10different animal. Okay, Like there are people who have left out of Crowder
- 1:55:14and they didn't have a great experience. They've landau, I guess Jared Monroe.
- 1:55:18But then there are people who left and they they they did not have
- 1:55:23any complaints, like Quorter Black Garrett, who said, look, I just
- 1:55:27didn't want to do politics anymore. I still get along with those guys.
- 1:55:30I like them. And then you got like Owen Benjamin, who you know,
- 1:55:34dislikes Crowder as a person, but defended him in this particular case because
- 1:55:41what Pearl revealed and what what had revealed was that Jared there's like texts or
- 1:55:49conversations where Jared says, we have to get him away from those kids.
- 1:55:55So apparently Prouder wants custody of the children and in this divorce, and Jared
- 1:56:04is helping his ex wife get the kids, and Pearl is like, what
- 1:56:11the hell does that have to do with anything? And so and there,
- 1:56:14And so I wanted to like show Pearl's comments on this because they're like the
- 1:56:23among the very few that are at least I again, I'm not I'm not
- 1:56:28taking a side in this. I'm not taking a side in this, but
- 1:56:31I think that because I do think that what would be best is for crowded
- 1:56:36to like, you know, lift the nda. Let's hear what Jared has
- 1:56:41is not supposed to say. I don't know, but Jared did choose to
- 1:56:44sign it, and so you know there is there is that, but that's
- 1:56:46a different animal. But like using that to say that this, you know
- 1:56:51that he and then getting like this guy involved with you know, taking the
- 1:56:57kids away. That is kind of crazy. And on top of that,
- 1:57:00Tim Poole, let me see if I can find the thing here. Tim
- 1:57:05Poole said that Prouder is effectively paying for his ex's legal fees because he's paying
- 1:57:17twenty five grand in child support. Yeah, trying to find it. Yeah
- 1:57:27what yeah, alimony and child support he's paying twenty yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:57:33win a month, twenty five grand a month. The new story is how
- 1:57:39when women become homemakers, they become destitute because the I don't know, the
- 1:57:43courts don't award the money. Well here's your counter example, friends, twenty
- 1:57:47five grand. You know. And the funny thing is that that women will
- 1:57:51or a lot of women will turn around to talk about the wage gap.
- 1:57:55Well, here we see an example why it exists. Twenty five grand child
- 1:58:00support an alimony. Okay, I I don't necessarily disagree with this, Okay,
- 1:58:04this is this is what I got into with with people in the past,
- 1:58:10right when they like want to talk about you know, Kobe Bryant or
- 1:58:15you know Tiger Woods or or whatever. Right, these like insane divorce settlements
- 1:58:19right with these extremely and you have you know, all these conservative people who
- 1:58:25are like that's insane. Right, It's like, yeah, no, I
- 1:58:29don't care about those guys because they can afford it. I don't care about
- 1:58:33them. You care what I care about the little guy. I care about
- 1:58:38the the fry cook. Right, that's paying seven seven hundred dollars a month
- 1:58:46in child support while he's earning twenty two thousand dollars a month in income.
- 1:58:54Right, And he's paying seven hundred dollars out of his gross income, right,
- 1:58:59not even and not even after taxes. And she's not paying a freaking
- 1:59:04diamond taxes on that income. Right. Okay. So that's who I'm worried
- 1:59:10about now. And I can understand the idea of family maintenance, the whole
- 1:59:16idea of equalizing the income, because if you have one rich parent and one
- 1:59:21poor parent, and the children are in the custody of the poorer but more
- 1:59:28fit parent, and then the wealthier, unfit parent, he gets to show
- 1:59:34them a good time, and you know, he buys them all kinds of
- 1:59:36things, and he gives them all kinds of perks and all of that stuff.
- 1:59:41My sister had to go through this and she's not poor by any means,
- 1:59:46but she's less poorer than her eggs, and you know, like she
- 1:59:51wasn't able to take her their daughter, took hers friends and all this shit,
- 2:00:00right, Like, so you want to equalize the incomes, right,
- 2:00:04Okay, I can get that, but but yeah, no, the idea
- 2:00:10that this woman is like undergoing any kind of hardship right now is stupid.
- 2:00:15Yeah, well, and go for what you want. Yeah. So Pearl
- 2:00:17was trying to use this opportunity, like as an opportunity to talk about something
- 2:00:21broader, which is what I wanted to do. Like I said, what's
- 2:00:25going on with prouder specific situation? I can't speak to it. I don't
- 2:00:30know enough about it. He may very well be guilty of everything that his
- 2:00:33ex wife is claiming. It's possible, right, all of this, it's
- 2:00:36possible. No, No, I know the evidence isn't strong. But I'm
- 2:00:41saying is is that, like we if we end up, if we get
- 2:00:44caught up in trying to prove or disprove any of that, then we're losing
- 2:00:47the broader picture here, which is that marriage or men it's dangerous no matter
- 2:00:55what, right, and that this is something that people in general have to
- 2:01:00come to terms with. And a lot of this has to do with the
- 2:01:02way women act when one of the sisters are in trouble. Right, So,
- 2:01:10you know, I like Candice Owens on a lot of stuff. I
- 2:01:12do, honestly, I like like the what that she stands for stuff,
- 2:01:15But she is still a woman. And when like this whole thing broke,
- 2:01:20she immediately saw that video and was like, he's a monster. I'm gonna
- 2:01:24run with this and Pearl, you know, she actually references in one of
- 2:01:31her responses the book How to Destroy a Man. And and it's the thing
- 2:01:36like when if Hillary Crowder was thinking about getting a divorce, even if like
- 2:01:42it, like maybe she was unhappy for whatever reason, doesn't matter, and
- 2:01:45she decided to like counsel someone, maybe she was seeing a therapist, maybe
- 2:01:49she was doing marriage counseling. I have no idea, but if she like
- 2:01:55came across a lawyer that works in the family courts, that that's what these
- 2:02:00guys do. These lawyers, they will give you every Stingy'll tell you,
- 2:02:03look, you can take all of his shit, you can take his kids.
- 2:02:06All you got to do is like do this or that. Right,
- 2:02:09And I've seen it, and we know people if we've had people on the
- 2:02:13show that have talked about the predatory nature of divorce courts and what they you
- 2:02:17know that they are there to essentially do this, and there are rules and
- 2:02:23there are books. They're just like, this isn't hidden, this is out
- 2:02:27in the open, right, So if this creates an incentive, yeah,
- 2:02:32then this creates an incentive in women to just say, well, you know
- 2:02:36what, I could work on the marriage. I could you know, honor
- 2:02:41the vows and do my best, or I could just use this system that's
- 2:02:45in place. Hell, he'll be paying for my legal fees because I'll have
- 2:02:49him giving me money. Right. And so Pearl talks about this, and
- 2:02:55this is a couple of her tweets that I thought were pretty decent crafting allegations.
- 2:02:59Keep it mind that the allegations you craft for the damn online method will
- 2:03:02be presented as listings on Internet search engine results pages, the results you see
- 2:03:08when you search for something via Google or Being for example. No, this
- 2:03:12is not the right thing she's talking about, Like, how they can I
- 2:03:15just get in here for a sec. I want to point out something.
- 2:03:17That video that I saw is sort of reminiscent of remember the video that went
- 2:03:21the rounds with Amber Heard and Johnny Depp. Yeah, yeah, oh yeah,
- 2:03:26sure. A lot of people who hate Crowder politically right, they do.
- 2:03:30Yeah, well, even people on his That's what I'm saying. That
- 2:03:32Daily Wire don't like him. That's what I'm saying, even people on his
- 2:03:35side. Conservatives, no offense. The Conservatives now have an invested interest to
- 2:03:40make it his fault because then they can defend the whole process and say,
- 2:03:45there's nothing that we need to fix about this situation. We just need to
- 2:03:49tell men to man up more, because obviously Crowder didn't man up enough to
- 2:03:54prevent his relationship from imploding. And again, this is three minutes out of
- 2:03:59contact. There's whole probably hours and hours and hours of footage that didn't make
- 2:04:03the cut. So this is the highlight reel of how awful Steve Crowder is,
- 2:04:09Steve Crowders, how awful I am? Highlight reel doesn't even make like
- 2:04:14the b roll in My life. Sidn't even make the b roll of like
- 2:04:20me just screaming at my husband on air just instantly. Yeah, No,
- 2:04:26it doesn't like ago. We have now Karen has now abused her husband well
- 2:04:30more than Crowder abused his wife. This is the highlight reel of of the
- 2:04:36of the abusive crowd abusive Crowder a season or like a narrative. Like I
- 2:04:45said, it sort of reminds me of Amber heard getting her own little highlight
- 2:04:48reel of Johnny how abusive Johnny Depp is? And again everybody was like,
- 2:04:54oh, he's slamming, he's so threatening. And yet when you look at
- 2:04:58that, and you do it, look at it in contact. He's upset
- 2:05:00with her and just in general because she's her behavior, general behaviors. Well
- 2:05:06yeah, but what's really upsetting him is he's just his mother has died.
- 2:05:11He's learned that a bunch of people have stolen from him. We don't know
- 2:05:14the context of this, we don't know how much how much frustration maybe crust
- 2:05:18Cowder, Cruster cowder, crowder, God, that name is really bad for
- 2:05:25my speech. Prouder. We don't know how much frustration has been built up
- 2:05:30with it. Oh, we don't know. We don't. Well, it's
- 2:05:33like, no, I'm telling you that he it was stressful leading up to
- 2:05:38that moment because again, we had he was in California doing his shows.
- 2:05:44Then we had COVID and we had lockdowns, he had to relocate, We
- 2:05:48had the Summer of Love, like, and then he was getting demonetized on
- 2:05:53YouTube and remonetized and demonetized again. So there were all kinds of problems.
- 2:05:57I could see how he was under a tremendous amount of stress. I mean,
- 2:06:00I think it's obvious, Like and again I'm not I'm not simping for
- 2:06:03him. I'm telling you, like, you can see the timing of everything,
- 2:06:08and when you take all of that and and the fact that he just
- 2:06:10started a new family two kids on the way, twins, I mean I
- 2:06:15could see it's stressful. Right, So I will say that, Yeah,
- 2:06:20go ahead, all right, Well, I was just gonna say there's a
- 2:06:24there's a lot of stuff I disagree with Pearl about her approach. I think
- 2:06:29that she's like maybe maybe needed making needless hostility, but I appreciate the fact
- 2:06:36that she sticks up for men. Well yeah, I mean yeah, well,
- 2:06:42no one else is going to do I mean, other than exactly,
- 2:06:44there aren't many people who are going to do it, and and I appreciate
- 2:06:47that. Go ahead, I like. I like Pearl, I don't.
- 2:06:53I don't think she's perfect, but I do like her. I don't think
- 2:06:57Steven Crowder is perfect. I do like him. There are certain people who,
- 2:07:04over the last couple of years have made me rethink, you know,
- 2:07:15whether I like them or not, right, But but yeah, no,
- 2:07:21Pearl, Pearls. Pearls generally, I think I like because I think she's
- 2:07:29everything. It seems authentic at least, not be like, well, she's
- 2:07:35she's not perfect, but she's also not like displaying her cleavage and then telling
- 2:07:42people I really don't like being objectified. Mm hmm, yeah, yeah,
- 2:07:47well I think way would. I would would like sort of say I disagree
- 2:07:53with because I always bring up how this situation isn't great for women, and
- 2:07:58like, I mean, there's there's other stuff that I would bring up about
- 2:08:01the women, like the more female point of view that I hope would be
- 2:08:05giving more context for everything that's happening. And I don't think she's she doesn't
- 2:08:11have to be interested in that, because there does need to be somebody out
- 2:08:15there who's just like goes Ham for defending men, protecting men, being on
- 2:08:20men's side, and sometimes she doesn't do that, I admit too. You
- 2:08:22know, there's some some places where apparently she's been skeptical about men who've expressed
- 2:08:28concern, you know, being sexually abused. Although there might be a context
- 2:08:31that just a hold over from every all of the things that sexual abuse has
- 2:08:37suddenly consumed, like has become a huge thing. Maybe she's concerned about that.
- 2:08:41But it's good that she kept the skepticism on the claims against Crowder.
- 2:08:48That's a good thing, you know, somebody needs to anyway, Is there
- 2:08:52anything further, Brian, Well, I just want to read a couple of
- 2:08:56people's tweets about this, so we have like a sense Karen RAN's got to
- 2:09:00go so fun. Yeah, don't apologize to me. I'm desperate to leave.
- 2:09:05So okay. So, Richard Cooper tweeted, Stephen Crowder is trending due
- 2:09:13to his divorce. I don't give a fuck about drama between them. That's
- 2:09:16how I feel. But when the dust settles, watch how bad Crowder gets
- 2:09:18fucked. In family law trad con women are no different. Give a woman
- 2:09:22incentive to leverage family law for financial gain, and they will use it.
- 2:09:26John Fitzgerald, also known as Actual Justice Warrior, says, Crowder seems happy
- 2:09:31here with his lawyer. I'm curious if they settle the case through mediation.
- 2:09:35If so, I look forward to Stephen revealing how much greedy Hillary, which
- 2:09:39he puts in quotes, took from him since they were pretending the twenty five
- 2:09:43k a month is not for lawyers. I'm assuming it's way more right.
- 2:09:48Then we have Mike Cernovich, so who says, if you think Crowder's divorce
- 2:09:54is messy, go intern at a will of wills and trust law office for
- 2:09:58a week and watch adult children destroy everything over a house nobody wants to live
- 2:10:01in and isn't even worth anything to sell. Alexander Oakes says to the people
- 2:10:07defending Crowder, which is more likely not Actually more people are defending Hillary than
- 2:10:13Crowder that I've seen that Stephen Crowder is a piece of shit, or that
- 2:10:16spend computer. Dave Landau Quarter Black Garrett, not Gay Jarrett, and all
- 2:10:20of Crowder's longtime friends as a daily Wire, his wife, old friend,
- 2:10:24Owen Benjamin, and Cannie Owens are all just liars and sociopaths. But the
- 2:10:30truth is is that quarter Black Garrett and Owen Benjamin have come out in his
- 2:10:35defense, and Owen Benjamin doesn't like him, but he stands on principle and
- 2:10:41says you shouldn't come after somebody's kids, so which I had to admire.
- 2:10:46Tim Poole said that he sides with Crowder on this. He said, Roder
- 2:10:52has to pay twenty five thousand in child support that his ex wife uses to
- 2:10:56pay lawyers to go after him. He has to fund his own destruction.
- 2:10:58How fuck is us divorce court? Okay, that was sim retweeting gerald A.
- 2:11:05He got community noted for this, But I don't know if that means
- 2:11:07that it's untrue or what. I don't know what that means, but I'm
- 2:11:11not going to ignore it. And then there was one by Pearl that I
- 2:11:15thought was pretty good. Well, Tim Poole, So Laurence Southern right.
- 2:11:18Lauren Southern says, yes, he's launched extraordinary litigious lawsuits against her and family
- 2:11:24that she cannot afford because she quit her job to be a stay at home
- 2:11:26mother. They actually have a nanny though, so I don't know if that
- 2:11:30matters, but it's not like she was doing a lot of work. He
- 2:11:33also then went for full custody of the kids, but thankfully she was awarded
- 2:11:37some funds to prevent herself from becoming homeless and having her children taken. If
- 2:11:39you understood how much she's spending on lawyers, you'd know she's spending every cent
- 2:11:43of that defending herself. Should stay at home wives be able to have their
- 2:11:48children taken from them and left homeless if their husband is extremely wealthy, or
- 2:11:50should they be given a sliver of money of their husband spending that their husband
- 2:11:56is spending on lawyers to defend themselves. So, uh, you know,
- 2:12:03it would just be would be erased if we just had presumpt automatic presumption of
- 2:12:07joint custody. Yeah, well kids shared custody, and kids would cease to
- 2:12:13be a bargaining chip in relationships. And but you know like that, let's
- 2:12:20honestly, all of this fight would go away if we had that. But
- 2:12:26Anthony Bryan Logan, who is another commentator, says Stephen crowd's paying his strange
- 2:12:33wife twenty thousand dollars a month into support during the divorce is predictable. Traditional
- 2:12:37conservative guys with money who want their wife to stay at home will go through
- 2:12:41the same thing when the divorce happens, which it will fifty percent of the
- 2:12:45time. Okay, I wanted to say, abl is I'm subscribed to him?
- 2:12:52Yeah, and you see the amount. I like abl too. The
- 2:12:58amount that she's receiving is probably like a provisional support. Like it's just an
- 2:13:01order in the introm right, is that not a thing? I don't know.
- 2:13:05I don't know the details of this, so don't I don't want to
- 2:13:07say it's no, no, it's it's they haven't had their entire divorce settlement.
- 2:13:13This is just an interim order, I'm sure. So Pearl made a
- 2:13:18tweet. Pearl made a tweet saying, you guys are not going to understand
- 2:13:24till later. This was earlier. But I will bet money this is orchestrated
- 2:13:28by the ex wife. There are details missing. Why was she why was
- 2:13:31he sent the original case and ceased and to sist now he is asking for
- 2:13:35donations. Something is not adding up. And that was in response to Jerem
- 2:13:39Moro's thing where he came forward right, And then Sidney Watson also replies to
- 2:13:45Pearl and says, Pearl, what is the overall conclusion? Like, honestly,
- 2:13:50this is all Twitter drama. What is no I know? But what
- 2:13:52I get that Allison, I'm just saying that we're seeing We're seeing team woman.
- 2:13:58That That's what I'm saying, Like Sidney Watson, Lauren Southern, Lauren
- 2:14:03Chen, They're they're cannas owns. These are these are supposedly trad women.
- 2:14:07But they become feminists when when the when the when the fucking rubber hits the
- 2:14:13road, they become feminists. Ryan, they are not feminists. They are
- 2:14:16traditional women, okay, as when the man exists to protect hide for the
- 2:14:22woman. Alimony is not an invention of feminists. It's existed since Biblical times.
- 2:14:37You leave your wife, you divorce your wife. Right if you divorce
- 2:14:43her without cause, if if or if you were the cause of the divorce,
- 2:14:46right, you get to pay for her for the rest of your life
- 2:14:52in the manner to which she has become accustomed. And that's that. That's
- 2:14:58a concernervative position is conervative. It's super traditional. The idea that men exist
- 2:15:07to provide and protect them women and have no value outside of that, even
- 2:15:13as fathers, even as being involved in their children's lives. That is a
- 2:15:18conservative position, and in fact conservative states are worse for custody for men.
- 2:15:26Rick Scott interested and I and interestingly they're worse. But generally I'm generally Republican.
- 2:15:33But Rick Scott, who was governor of Florida until he ended up in
- 2:15:37the Senate as a Senator for Florida right. Two times he vetoed lifetime alimony
- 2:15:46reform right bills that had seventy to eighty percent popular support right in the state
- 2:15:56and had passed both houses and landed on his desk right as governor of Florida,
- 2:16:03and he said, no, it's too soon to end lifetime alimony.
- 2:16:07He's a Republican conservative. And you know who convinced him to do that.
- 2:16:13You know who pushed him over the edge, just gave him that little nudge.
- 2:16:16Yeah, the National Organization for Women Feminists, Right, they get in
- 2:16:22bed with each other all the fucking time. As long as you're on team
- 2:16:28woman, you can't lose yep. And then they forced The funny thing is
- 2:16:33is they've forced people to make This is something that occurred to me. You
- 2:16:37know, I was on Twitter once. Yes, I also go on Twitter
- 2:16:41and engage in drama. Brian I am, I am guilty of the same
- 2:16:46sin. So yeah, But my point is that I was going on I
- 2:16:50was like, everybody gets on my case about choosing a side when who created
- 2:16:56the sides in the first place. Who created this idea of team man and
- 2:17:01team women and forced everyone to choose team woman. Okay, we need to
- 2:17:05get rid of that mentality entirely. There is no team man, there is
- 2:17:11no team woman. There is only team failure, right, and everybody now
- 2:17:16who doesn't recognize that is on team failure and they are riding the collapse of
- 2:17:22everything because of it. There is no team woman, there is no team
- 2:17:26man, because we both have to work together to construct a society that is
- 2:17:31functional. Right, And that means that team woman needs to stop, because
- 2:17:37that's what we're seeing. We are seeing women who are insisting on there being
- 2:17:41a team woman, right, and that we cannot look at the situation for
- 2:17:46men, well, that means you are forcing the conflict and you are making
- 2:17:50it worse. And honestly, you're right if you're on team woman, you
- 2:17:56win. We've experienced that with Honey Badger Radio. We get thrown. We
- 2:18:00are not on team women. We're not necessarily on team Man. I personally
- 2:18:03am not on team Man. I'm one team. We need to we're working
- 2:18:09together again. Yeah, team civilization team. We're watching our breeding colony collapse.
- 2:18:13We need to stop this. We need to start understanding each other,
- 2:18:16start bringing their romance back in, start pair bonding, start you know,
- 2:18:20igniting this dying star. But this is yeah, this is people who insist
- 2:18:26that there is a conflict and insist that you be on one side or the
- 2:18:30other. It's interesting to me to suddenly see the rise of people who are
- 2:18:33on Team Man, like Pearl, and I'm like, you know, maybe
- 2:18:37that's necessary. Maybe My final thought on Pearl is she is necessary. Oh
- 2:18:43yeah, she is a necessary addition to the conversation because they there needs to
- 2:18:50be a balance, but there also needs to be somebody saying, hey,
- 2:18:54we need to understand each other, we need to deal with the fact that
- 2:18:56our breeding colony is collapsing, and sit not just beyond team woman, not
- 2:19:01just play these political games anyway, you really have to go. I'm gonna
- 2:19:07wrap it up because I gotta go pick up lindsay. I just called her
- 2:19:09and told her I'm running late. But find yeah, Pearl put out I
- 2:19:15got a couple of super chowds. But Pearl put out this tweet, and
- 2:19:18one of the people who sent a super child was making reference to it,
- 2:19:22so they Nova Fan no no, no, Yeah, Nova Fan gave us
- 2:19:26five bucks and says what shows a lot of perspective is when Pearl calls out
- 2:19:31the destruction of the family court. Yet Traducks still cling on to the delusion
- 2:19:37by describing Pearl's stance as anti marriage. Here's a link of that interaction,
- 2:19:43so I'll just put that up there and let me see. Well. When
- 2:19:50responded to Temple's thing, where she says, I've been trying to tell you
- 2:19:54guys, and Robert Bowen says, I don't think anyone's disagreed with you about
- 2:19:58the state of the divorce system in our country. We just disagree with you
- 2:20:01about the notion that men should avoid marriage at all costs. See, that's
- 2:20:05why you won't solve this problem, because you just want them to just deal
- 2:20:09with it. And Pearl said, I'd like to take this moment. This
- 2:20:13was a separate tweet. I wanted to read to beg conservatives to make family
- 2:20:16court reform their number one issue this election scene. Yeah, Proder is a
- 2:20:20conservative Christian who waited till marriage. Yet even he was labeled an abuser and
- 2:20:24targeted for parental alienation. This was further spread by the trad cons This shows
- 2:20:30just how bad we need divorce reform. Men are not afraid of marriage,
- 2:20:33they are afraid of divorce, I said, And in response to this,
- 2:20:39I said, no, this was like just on its own. Of course,
- 2:20:41people still, like I think they still when I mentioned the book Richard
- 2:20:46Cooper, you write up a few thousands of the Galas pearl and go protests
- 2:20:48for reform to policymakers. Yeah, let's do it. Let's do the inversion
- 2:20:52of the Handmaid's Gals, right, like, okay, so me Ellison,
- 2:20:58Hanah, Hannah, Laura, and maybe we could get the work completely.
- 2:21:03If you remember, like seven eight years ago, the women who were for
- 2:21:07leading ladies for shared custody in Canada. O, god, this fight has
- 2:21:11been so freaking long. But let me even women for shared parenting. Yeah
- 2:21:16no. And also they were killed by the Feminist Lawyers Association in Canada.
- 2:21:22Yeah, Oh, what the point I made in response to another post on
- 2:21:26this was the reason why men are walking away? In my opinion from what
- 2:21:33I'm observing, is that many of them no longer think it's possible for women
- 2:21:37to love men. And in addition to that, they have to hand their
- 2:21:43life like they have to hand their life and their legal existence over to a
- 2:21:48woman. They have to hand the leavers of every aspect of their life over
- 2:21:54to a woman. And she has been taught that they are oppressors and everything
- 2:22:01that they need in a relationship is oppression. Okay, that's that's a punch.
- 2:22:07That is a one two punch that men are facing. And what is
- 2:22:11the conservative response, man up? Yeah, no, try harder, try
- 2:22:16harder. Okay, I'm I'm done, I'm out done to I have all
- 2:22:22right? That are the ship is coming out of their ass as we speak.
- 2:22:28I know I got to go to all right, So I'll do the
- 2:22:31things. Feed them slash support by Karen feed the Badger dot com slash support.
- 2:22:37This message needs to get out there, like honestly, we cannot keep
- 2:22:41saying, oh, when men are to blame, man up, we are
- 2:22:46destroying everything with that expectation. Okay, men can't man up? Out of
- 2:22:52manhood being condemned by everyone right as oppressive, and the and the conservatives will
- 2:22:58not stand up for men. So we need to continue to push forward even
- 2:23:03though that this message doesn't get a lot of play. It doesn't get a
- 2:23:07lot of traction. It's throttled everywhere for well, it just is because you're
- 2:23:11not on team women, right. I don't think there is team anything,
- 2:23:15right. And the more you force people on team women, the more you
- 2:23:18accelerate the disaster that is unfolding around us. And you can look at the
- 2:23:24immigration, you can look at the insect intersectionality, you can look at all
- 2:23:28the LGBTQ crowd. It's all the same shit. It is a symptom of
- 2:23:33the destruction of the relationship between men and women. And we need to fix
- 2:23:37that. And we need to get rid of this idea that anybody's on a
- 2:23:41team, all right, And that does not mean silencing men. It means
- 2:23:46listening to them because they are part of the team and they haven't been listened
- 2:23:50to for however long. All right, So feed the Badger dot com slash
- 2:23:54support. We need your support to make sure we can continue with this message.
- 2:23:58The only reason why we have gotten this far is because you guys have
- 2:24:03taken the effort to support us. That's it. That is the so again.
- 2:24:09If you want us to continue, you need to help us out it.
- 2:24:11Feed the badger dot com slash support and if you want to send us
- 2:24:15a message on anything that we have said during the show, feed the Badger
- 2:24:18dot com slash just the tip. We really appreciate it. Tell us we're
- 2:24:20not screaming into the void, because sometimes it feels like it. Nobody wants
- 2:24:24to address this and I can see why, because they're cowards. And when
- 2:24:28you do address it, when you do talk about this stuff in the way
- 2:24:31that we have, you get throttled. You know, you don't get the
- 2:24:35big audience, you don't get a lot of people listening to you, because
- 2:24:39nobody wants to question these fundamental attitudes that we have. All right, I'll
- 2:24:43get off my soapbox. Back to you, Brian. All right, well,
- 2:24:48thank you for the super Child's aranks. I just reading really quick.
- 2:24:52Five bucks. He says, this is why I call feminism' Steve gottocentrism watching
- 2:24:54Phyllis Schlafley debate Betty free Dan about women keeping their privileges rather than supporting the
