- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war War. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Welcome back Waynew Roots.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Humpy is when we always go over the news all
- 1:02Speaker 3: the hot stories to day, or usually I lead off
- 1:05Speaker 3: for the commentary, which I write most days when I
- 1:08Speaker 3: get up in the morning around five to six in
- 1:09Speaker 3: the morning, I write a commentary. But today we've got
- 1:12Speaker 3: a guest that was held over from the last two segments,
- 1:15Speaker 3: doctor Simone Gold. She's a fantastic guest and I wanted
- 1:18Speaker 3: to get her story in. We talked about the COVID vaccine,
- 1:21Speaker 3: but we didn't talk about her story and her time
- 1:23Speaker 3: literally in prison because of her beliefs trying to stop
- 1:28Speaker 3: the COVID madness and the COVID lockdowns and the COVID vaccines.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So we're bringing her back. One of the only three.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Time or I should say three segment guests I've had
- 1:38Speaker 3: other than President Trump, I haven't had many three timers.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So doctor Simone Gold is with US.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Twenty year Board certified emergency physician, founder of America's Frontline Doctors,
- 1:50Speaker 3: author of the upcoming book Selective Persecution, The Legalization of
- 1:54Speaker 3: American Fascism. Doctor Simone Gold, welcome back to the Wayne
- 1:58Speaker 3: el Rout Show.
- 1:59Speaker 4: We got you, Thank you so much.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Good good, we got her. Okay, good. So let's get
- 2:05Speaker 1: to your personal story.
- 2:06Speaker 3: You were one of the first outspoken critics of the
- 2:09Speaker 3: COVID nineteen treatments and the vaccines back in twenty twenty
- 2:13Speaker 3: and early twenty twenty one, and.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Ultimately you were persecuted.
- 2:17Speaker 3: You were prosecuted, you were imprisoned, and then pardoned by
- 2:21Speaker 3: President Trump.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Tell us your story, right.
- 2:26Speaker 5: I was working in the emergency rooms for more than
- 2:28Speaker 5: twenty years. I had a stellar reputation, never had a
- 2:31Speaker 5: patient complaint, never had a medical malpractice, never had anything negative.
- 2:34Speaker 5: It was very non controversial, quite frankly, but the lies
- 2:37Speaker 5: were too extreme in twenty twenty. Anybody with open eyes
- 2:40Speaker 5: anybody who could read the futilize. Certainly as a doctor,
- 2:43Speaker 5: I could futilize. I'm also a Stanford educated attorney. So
- 2:46Speaker 5: I saw the unconstitutional mandates, the lockdowns. You know, this
- 2:51Speaker 5: concept of remember the concept of essential jobs and unessential
- 2:55Speaker 5: jobs or locking up.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Hell fee people. This is all illy legal. So I
- 2:59Speaker 4: was very alarm that we were losing our freedoms, and
- 3:01Speaker 4: we organized them.
- 3:02Speaker 5: We became America's frontline doctors, and we said no, no, no,
- 3:05Speaker 5: And so I right away became very targeted by the government.
- 3:08Speaker 5: So I was invited to be at the capital on
- 3:10Speaker 5: January sixth. I spoke all over the nation for about
- 3:13Speaker 5: two years. I had traveled the nation and one of
- 3:15Speaker 5: those episodes I was invited to was six. I had
- 3:18Speaker 5: a government issue permit. I was to stand along side
- 3:21Speaker 5: at least there were three other congressmen. I think there
- 3:24Speaker 5: was you to be amongst the twenty different.
- 3:25Speaker 6: Speakers, and there, of course the day one very sideways.
- 3:28Speaker 5: And being swept into the building. I have to just
- 3:31Speaker 5: say for the record, of course, I'm not violent. All
- 3:33Speaker 5: I do is try to save people's lives. And you
- 3:35Speaker 5: can see you around the Capitol, you know, And I'm
- 3:38Speaker 5: giving my speech, and that's what I do because I
- 3:39Speaker 5: was I was on a mission to save lives and
- 3:42Speaker 5: that was it.
- 3:43Speaker 4: But I was in the government's crosshairs at this point.
- 3:45Speaker 5: And then what happened to me after that is just
- 3:49Speaker 5: like a John Grisham novel. It is just like it's
- 3:52Speaker 5: like it's like, maybe not in fact, Jason Bourne has endured,
- 3:55Speaker 5: but I mean the government came after me hard, the DOJ,
- 3:58Speaker 5: the California Medical Board cos Once chapter in the book
- 4:02Speaker 5: you'll hear is that the federal government tried to plant
- 4:04Speaker 5: narcotics on me because that would be a good way
- 4:06Speaker 5: to take down the good doctor. I mean, it's pretty
- 4:08Speaker 5: dramatic stuff, and it ends up with me being sentenced
- 4:11Speaker 5: to prison for a misdemeanor trespass, which is insane. And
- 4:15Speaker 5: then not only that insanity, I was sent to a
- 4:18Speaker 5: maximum security prison.
- 4:20Speaker 4: So I served time with pretty hard poor people.
- 4:22Speaker 5: And I write about all of this in the book
- 4:24Speaker 5: and it's really really not believable, except I bring all
- 4:28Speaker 5: the receipts.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Simone, my mouth is open. You were in a high
- 4:31Speaker 3: security prison. They put you with murderers and drug traffickers.
- 4:37Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, the only same grace is it was women, right,
- 4:40Speaker 5: So it was I'm sure less violent male high security,
- 4:45Speaker 5: but yes we were. I was with HI, I was
- 4:48Speaker 5: with maximum and minimum. They call it like an administrative facility,
- 4:54Speaker 5: so you treat it as though you're maxim from lockdown
- 4:57Speaker 5: for a little more than fifty percent of the day.
- 4:59Speaker 5: And I was with very hardcore people. And one of
- 5:02Speaker 5: the cool things I did with it, I mean I
- 5:04Speaker 5: did the only cool thing available to me, which was
- 5:07Speaker 5: I interviewed the other women who would talk with me.
- 5:09Speaker 5: And that is one whole chapter. It deserves its own book.
- 5:12Speaker 5: But I just didn't have the bandwidth. And that is
- 5:15Speaker 5: fascinating too, Like why are people in prison? What's going
- 5:18Speaker 5: on with our prison system? This is stuff that you
- 5:21Speaker 5: have probably not even experienced, or your viewers. I mean,
- 5:25Speaker 5: we think of ourselves as law abiding people, but when
- 5:27Speaker 5: you see what the federal government is done to our
- 5:30Speaker 5: Bureau of Prison and putting people in prison for days
- 5:34Speaker 5: for things that they shouldn't be in prison for, it's
- 5:36Speaker 5: very shocking.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Stuff, incredible.
- 5:39Speaker 3: I mean, thank god, I can't tell you simone that
- 5:41Speaker 3: I was sent to prison, but I will tell you
- 5:44Speaker 3: in two thousand and ten through twenty fourteen, I suffered
- 5:49Speaker 3: four years of IRS attacks because Obama became president and
- 5:54Speaker 3: guess who his classmate was at Columbia University. Me and
- 5:57Speaker 3: I was on Fox News all the time saying that
- 6:00Speaker 3: Obama was never there. I didn't see him. He said
- 6:02Speaker 3: he was my classmate. He said he graduated on the
- 6:05Speaker 3: same day as me. He said he was pre law.
- 6:07Speaker 3: I was pre law. He said he was a political
- 6:09Speaker 3: science major. I was a political science major. It's impossible
- 6:13Speaker 3: that I didn't know him, but he wasn't there. So
- 6:15Speaker 3: I merely stated the truth on Fox News, and within days,
- 6:20Speaker 3: the IRS was knocking at my door and calling me
- 6:22Speaker 3: on the phone. That's not supposed to ever happen. They
- 6:25Speaker 3: were threatening to destroy my life, and then they they
- 6:27Speaker 3: literally audited me like I was al capone for four years,
- 6:32Speaker 3: and I just couldn't sleep at night. I literally thought
- 6:35Speaker 3: they were going to put me in a prison cell,
- 6:36Speaker 3: even though I'd done nothing wrong.
- 6:38Speaker 1: So I do empathize with him, even though I was
- 6:40Speaker 1: not in prison.
- 6:42Speaker 3: I really felt like my world was ending, and it
- 6:45Speaker 3: was a four year persecution of me or probably you know, sick, sick,
- 6:50Speaker 3: you know this is what we're dealing with.
- 6:52Speaker 1: They're like Nazis.
- 6:54Speaker 5: I want to share with you what you said something
- 6:56Speaker 5: in the last hour, which is you had a phone,
- 6:57Speaker 5: but you know your contacts, and there's all these people
- 6:59Speaker 5: that had the shots and died, and these people that
- 7:01Speaker 5: didn't have the shots didn't die, and you said something
- 7:03Speaker 5: like it's an anecdote of one.
- 7:04Speaker 4: But there you go.
- 7:05Speaker 5: So in the book, there's a chapter and it includes
- 7:07Speaker 5: with the irs persecution of people and I call them
- 7:10Speaker 5: political conservatives, but it's not actually an anecdote. It's proof
- 7:15Speaker 5: the IRS made a big settlement when they admitted that
- 7:18Speaker 5: they were doing so. Obama had conservatives and they had
- 7:23Speaker 5: to pay a lot of money. Like this is not
- 7:26Speaker 5: a conspiracy, correct, So it is one in chapters. You'll
- 7:30Speaker 5: appreciate that. And I'm sorry, I'm going to go through that.
- 7:32Speaker 5: It's terrible.
- 7:33Speaker 1: It's terrible, it really is. But I didn't spend time
- 7:35Speaker 1: in prison. How long were you in prison? By the way,
- 7:38Speaker 1: I don't even know.
- 7:40Speaker 5: I took a plea for a trespass, which is a misdemeanor,
- 7:43Speaker 5: and normally that.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Of course, never got to prison. I got sixty days
- 7:47Speaker 4: in prison.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Well, thank god it was sixty days and not you know,
- 7:50Speaker 3: like three years. But still I've never heard of anyone
- 7:54Speaker 3: go to prison for a misdemeanor. In my whole life,
- 7:56Speaker 3: I've never heard of anyone actually be sentenced to prison
- 7:59Speaker 3: for a misdemeanors. So that's in of itself unbelievable, the
- 8:02Speaker 3: persecution that people who fought that vaccine. And by the way,
- 8:06Speaker 3: they did not come after me over the vaccine, Nicole simone.
- 8:10Speaker 3: But but what they did do to me was I
- 8:13Speaker 3: lost a job at one TV network, I lost a
- 8:17Speaker 3: major newspaper syndicated column. I lost one hundred opportunities. I
- 8:23Speaker 3: would say millions of dollars were lost by me because
- 8:26Speaker 3: I stuck my neck out for the first day and said,
- 8:29Speaker 3: there's no need for lockdowns, doesn't make any sense, no
- 8:32Speaker 3: need for mass they don't work, no need for social distancing.
- 8:35Speaker 1: It's ridiculous.
- 8:36Speaker 3: And then I started telling people, don't take the vaccine
- 8:38Speaker 3: because you're gonna be a crash test dummy and you
- 8:41Speaker 3: have no idea if it's going to kill you or not.
- 8:43Speaker 3: And then very quickly I started saying, look at the VARs.
- 8:47Speaker 3: People are dying. This thing is deadly. It's a mistake.
- 8:50Speaker 3: And every station wanted to get away from me. Nobody
- 8:53Speaker 3: wanted me to be on TV, radio, newspaper columns, and
- 8:57Speaker 3: it's just incredible what you get when people like you
- 8:59Speaker 3: and me stick our necks out to tell.
- 9:01Speaker 1: The truth and they don't want to hear the truth.
- 9:05Speaker 4: It's a difficult road.
- 9:07Speaker 5: I like to encourage people to still take that road
- 9:10Speaker 5: and not to self censor, because living with the self
- 9:12Speaker 5: censorship is actually very crushing to your soul. And I
- 9:16Speaker 5: know that you lost millions. I'm sure of it. It's
- 9:19Speaker 5: been very financially punishing to all of us who speak
- 9:22Speaker 5: the truth. It's so unfair, and I think that's maybe
- 9:25Speaker 5: why you mention it, because it's not even it's that
- 9:28Speaker 5: they take, or your advertisers and your opportunities and all
- 9:30Speaker 5: that is fairly invisible.
- 9:33Speaker 4: So I empathize with your situation.
- 9:35Speaker 5: And all I can say is that your soul is
- 9:36Speaker 5: intact and you end up in a way more.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Joyful.
- 9:42Speaker 1: That is true. And listen, I can live with myself.
- 9:45Speaker 1: That's good. You can live with yourself. That's good.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Oh and I left out that the even though I
- 9:49Speaker 3: live in Las Vegas, the Attorney General of New York,
- 9:52Speaker 3: Letitia James, who has Trump arrangement syndrome, literally sent the
- 9:56Speaker 3: letter to my TV network, threatening the network and threatening me.
- 10:00Speaker 3: We didn't throw our advertiser off the air who was
- 10:02Speaker 3: selling colonial silver.
- 10:04Speaker 1: To boost your immune system.
- 10:06Speaker 3: And literally that's one of the reasons I lost my
- 10:08Speaker 3: job at that network. It's stunning what I had to
- 10:11Speaker 3: do with New York.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Nothing.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Why the Attorney General in New York decided to target me.
- 10:16Speaker 3: I know why because I had written an article about
- 10:18Speaker 3: George Soros and George Soros funded Media Matters, and within
- 10:22Speaker 3: days of my mentioning George Soros, Media Matters wrote a
- 10:25Speaker 3: vicious article about me, and then within a day of that,
- 10:29Speaker 3: Letitia James, the Attorney General in New York, tried to
- 10:32Speaker 3: destroy my career. So it's just incredible what people go
- 10:35Speaker 3: through who literally disagree with the government to send for
- 10:39Speaker 3: the government. You feel like it's Nazi Germany or the
- 10:41Speaker 3: Soviet Union or East Germany with the Stasi. I'm sorry
- 10:45Speaker 3: you spent time in prison, Simone. It's shocking to me
- 10:50Speaker 3: what we've gone through. But I love you, I appreciate you,
- 10:53Speaker 3: thank you for being on the show.

- 11:27Speaker 3: and spent sixty days in a hardcore, high security prison
- 11:31Speaker 3: for her heroism. You just can't believe this stuff, But
- 11:36Speaker 3: you know what it was like under Joe Biden and
- 11:38Speaker 3: Barack Obama.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Now we got Trump. Hopefully things have changed. We'll be

- 14:47Speaker 3: hundred and four or five oh twenty five sixty six.
- 15:01Speaker 1: All right, way, Root is on fire. Welcome back to
- 15:04Speaker 1: the show.
- 15:05Speaker 3: You know it's it's only fitting that doctor Smolle Gold
- 15:09Speaker 3: was my guest for the last three segments. And I
- 15:12Speaker 3: bring up this news story Japan issues alert as.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Vaccinated child deaths surge.
- 15:19Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know how many times I've said this.
- 15:21Speaker 3: I don't know how many times I've tried to save
- 15:23Speaker 3: your life. If you're listening to me or watching me
- 15:25Speaker 3: right now, I don't matter how many lives I actually saved,
- 15:28Speaker 3: but I'm sure it's in the thousands. And I wonder
- 15:32Speaker 3: why the mainstream media won't cover this story in the
- 15:36Speaker 3: United States. Why is it impossible to hear. You won't
- 15:40Speaker 3: hear in the mainstream media that in Japan there's an
- 15:43Speaker 3: emergency issued because vaccinated children are dying in record numbers.
- 15:48Speaker 1: You won't hear that.
- 15:49Speaker 3: But even more importantly, you don't think the same thing's
- 15:52Speaker 3: happening in the United States.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Of course it is. Of course it is.
- 15:57Speaker 3: It's happening in England, it's happening in and it's happening
- 16:00Speaker 3: in Australia, New Zealand, and.
- 16:02Speaker 1: It's happening in the United States.
- 16:03Speaker 3: All the countries that made sure everyone vaccinateds happening in Germany,
- 16:07Speaker 3: I guarantee you. But the mainstream media won't cover in
- 16:11Speaker 3: any of those countries, let alone cover the fact that
- 16:14Speaker 3: Japan is saying we've got an emergency on our hands.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Only vaccinated children are sick or dying, not unvaccinated.
- 16:22Speaker 1: And they won't cover. You know why, because here's the deal.
- 16:26Speaker 3: They all had immunity from liability, right, so you can't
- 16:31Speaker 3: sue the vaccine company.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Although I think you can. I think you can.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Break the immunity if a good lawyer or class action
- 16:40Speaker 3: lawsuit argues that the minute you committed fraud and covered
- 16:44Speaker 3: up debts in the trials, you were committing fraud and
- 16:48Speaker 3: mass murder and crimes against humanity. The minute you did that,
- 16:52Speaker 3: you gave up your immunity. Say fraud gives up immunity.
- 16:56Speaker 3: You don't have the immunity anymore. But let's just assume
- 16:59Speaker 3: you can't sue the vaccine maker. And don't forget, the
- 17:04Speaker 3: covid vaccine is not even a vaccine they called a vaccine.
- 17:07Speaker 3: It's a jab, it's a shot. It does not meet any.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Definition of a vaccine.
- 17:11Speaker 3: But okay, let's call it the covid vaccine because everyone
- 17:14Speaker 3: else calls the co vaccine. And let's assume you can't
- 17:17Speaker 3: sue them because they have immunity, which I think could
- 17:20Speaker 3: be broken.
- 17:20Speaker 1: But let's assume you can't guess who you could sue.
- 17:23Speaker 1: The media.
- 17:25Speaker 3: See that's why I think the media is so scared.
- 17:27Speaker 3: They took billions of dollars in payoffs.
- 17:31Speaker 1: I call them bribes from the.
- 17:33Speaker 3: Government, from many different gouvernment ahcs. But I think USAID
- 17:40Speaker 3: was involved, I think HHS was involved, I think Homeland
- 17:44Speaker 3: Security was involved. And they took bribes from big pharma
- 17:48Speaker 3: in the way of certainly in the way of advertising.
- 17:52Speaker 3: They accepted their ads in the billions, and all the
- 17:55Speaker 3: salaries in the newsroom were paid by those ads, so
- 17:58Speaker 3: everybody was afraid to say no bad word about the
- 18:01Speaker 3: COVID vaccine. But the money they took from the government,
- 18:04Speaker 3: the government said, if you take the money, you're not
- 18:07Speaker 3: allowed to ever have a guest daughter who says anything
- 18:08Speaker 3: bad about the COVID vaccine. And your hosts cannot say
- 18:11Speaker 3: anything bad about the COVID vaccine.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Well, guess what, they don't have immunity.
- 18:16Speaker 3: So if your family watched the news ABCNBCCBS, PBS, MSNBC, CNN,
- 18:25Speaker 3: if your family watched conservative media like Fox News or
- 18:28Speaker 3: newsbas and they took the money. I read that both
- 18:31Speaker 3: Fox News and Newsbacks took millions of dollars to silence
- 18:35Speaker 3: any criticism of the COVID vaccine, but in return they
- 18:38Speaker 3: got millions of dollars which kept them afloat during COVID
- 18:41Speaker 3: Guess what if your relative died, or you're really sick
- 18:45Speaker 3: now you had a massive heart attack, a massive stroke, cancer,
- 18:48Speaker 3: you have a lawsuit against the news media because if
- 18:52Speaker 3: they had shown both sides of the story and shown
- 18:55Speaker 3: critics and shown dissent, you would have not taken the vaccine,
- 19:00Speaker 3: but they covered it up and only showed people saying
- 19:02Speaker 3: how great the vaccine was. So you went and got it,
- 19:05Speaker 3: and when you went and got it, you killed yourself.
- 19:08Speaker 3: That means the news media is liable.
- 19:10Speaker 2: You know.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Fox News lost.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Walk close to a billion dollars for talking about the
- 19:15Speaker 3: twenty twenty election in the lawsuit that they were sued
- 19:18Speaker 3: by Dominion.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Well, this is much bigger than that.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Anyone who ever watched Fox News and did not see
- 19:25Speaker 3: a single negative word about the COVID vaccine. If they
- 19:28Speaker 3: sued them, they could take over Fox News.
- 19:31Speaker 1: This would be like twenty billion.
- 19:33Speaker 3: This would not be seven hundred million, this would be
- 19:36Speaker 3: twenty billion. Fox News could lose Fox News, Okay, all
- 19:41Speaker 3: the media could lose their entire companies.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So that's why they won't talk about it to this day.
- 19:48Speaker 3: It's a cover up to this day, and it's a
- 19:50Speaker 3: cover up of their cover up. The only guy in
- 19:53Speaker 3: the media's saying this is me and this is why
- 19:55Speaker 3: I'm shadow band and censored in silenced all over the media.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Risto is the sponsor of this segment of the show.

- 24:21Speaker 3: He's an attorney, bestselling author of the Atheism Kills series.
- 24:25Speaker 3: He's a constant guest on the show and a great
- 24:27Speaker 3: friend of mine. His website is Barackluriy dot com. He's
- 24:32Speaker 3: born in Israel, so we love to talk to him
- 24:34Speaker 3: about everything happening in the Middle East and Israel and
- 24:37Speaker 3: Gaza and all of that, as well as legal questions
- 24:40Speaker 3: because he is a fantastic lawyer and litigator.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Barack Luriy, Welcome to the WAYE Dolan Route Show. How
- 24:46Speaker 1: are you?
- 24:48Speaker 6: Thanks Wayne? Great to see you again.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Great to see you.
- 24:52Speaker 3: So the ceasefire is over and Israel struck Gaza yesterday
- 24:57Speaker 3: after Hamas has refused to release the hostages. I gotta
- 25:00Speaker 3: tell you, you know, look as a Jewish American and I
- 25:02Speaker 3: know you are born in Israel. You're a Jewish American now,
- 25:05Speaker 3: and you're proud of Israel. I've always been proud of Israel,
- 25:09Speaker 3: and I'm glad the ceasefire is over because they were
- 25:12Speaker 3: being made to look like fools.
- 25:14Speaker 1: They never should have agreed. I know people want the
- 25:16Speaker 1: hostages back.
- 25:17Speaker 3: I know it's easy to say if it's not your mother,
- 25:19Speaker 3: your father, your husband, your wife, your son, your daughter.
- 25:23Speaker 3: But the reality is you should never negotiate with terrorists.
- 25:26Speaker 3: It just doesn't work. They don't keep their word. A
- 25:29Speaker 3: lot of those hostages were dead and are dead, and
- 25:33Speaker 3: I just don't think Israel should have ever agreed to
- 25:36Speaker 3: any ceasefire with a terrorists.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Holding the hostages. You don't win. There's a no win
- 25:42Speaker 1: in that situation. Just my two cents.
- 25:46Speaker 6: I think you're one hundred percent right about that. The
- 25:48Speaker 6: only way to deal with this is just to keep
- 25:49Speaker 6: on pounding them until they beg for mercy. They released
- 25:52Speaker 6: the hostages. You know, Wayne, that this was going to
- 25:55Speaker 6: happen in November of twenty twenty three, just months after
- 26:00Speaker 6: the initial less than two months after the initial attack
- 26:03Speaker 6: in October seventh, they had no money, But it was
- 26:06Speaker 6: only because the infusion of approximately billion dollars in cash
- 26:10Speaker 6: from the Body and administration that they suddenly had a
- 26:13Speaker 6: new lifeline and they decided to really make more mischief
- 26:16Speaker 6: as they have. So Look, money really does talk, and
- 26:20Speaker 6: when you bring a lot of pressure to bear, then
- 26:23Speaker 6: it really does make. It moves the needle. And that's
- 26:26Speaker 6: exactly what it should have happened here. You're one hundred
- 26:28Speaker 6: percent right, just keep on pounding them until they begged
- 26:30Speaker 6: for mercy, and they didn't. They didn't then that was
- 26:35Speaker 6: probably because of the body pressure there and also to
- 26:38Speaker 6: some extent Israel's own public pressure.
- 26:41Speaker 3: You know, I'm just a guy who likes police shows,
- 26:43Speaker 3: likes the police kind of a you know, wished I
- 26:46Speaker 3: was a cop in many ways, except I was a
- 26:47Speaker 3: little too a little too money oriented to become a cop.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I wanted to make a lot of money in the
- 26:52Speaker 3: business world. But you know, if I had my dream
- 26:54Speaker 3: job in life, I would have become a police officer
- 26:57Speaker 3: or FBI or something like that, you know. And so
- 27:00Speaker 3: I watch a lot of police shows, right, and every
- 27:02Speaker 3: time the criminal has a gun to someone's head, a
- 27:05Speaker 3: hostage's head, and they say to the cop, put your
- 27:08Speaker 3: gun down or I will blow her head off, and
- 27:11Speaker 3: the cop puts the gun down, and then the criminal
- 27:14Speaker 3: kills the cop, and then they could kill the girl too,
- 27:16Speaker 3: And I just go, why would you ever put your
- 27:19Speaker 3: gun down when a hostage says put your gun down?
- 27:22Speaker 1: I feel the same way.
- 27:23Speaker 3: About this, you know, this negotiation and cease fire with Hamas.
- 27:27Speaker 3: They are the scum of the earth. They are the
- 27:30Speaker 3: most horrible animal savages that we could ever face their
- 27:34Speaker 3: like Nazis, would you negotiate with Hitler?
- 27:37Speaker 1: I mean, it just doesn't make sense to me.
- 27:39Speaker 3: When someone puts a gun to your loved one's head,
- 27:42Speaker 3: never put your gun down, Aim it right at the
- 27:44Speaker 3: criminal's head and say.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Well, if you kill my wife, you kill my kid, guess.
- 27:49Speaker 3: What, I'm gonna blow your brains out. I'm the one
- 27:52Speaker 3: who's got the gun on you. Seems to me that's
- 27:55Speaker 3: the way to handle the negotiation.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Don't you think.
- 27:59Speaker 6: I do. I'll take you one step further away. And
- 28:01Speaker 6: by the way, I also agree with you when it
- 28:03Speaker 6: comes to those cops. I always think to myself, take
- 28:05Speaker 6: the shot. You know you're gonna do fine, right, so
- 28:09Speaker 6: get the purp, rescue the hostage, and you'll be all good.
- 28:12Speaker 6: But anyway, that's what Israel should be doing because and
- 28:15Speaker 6: as I said, I'll take you one step further One
- 28:17Speaker 6: thing we know about Hamas is that they've never done
- 28:20Speaker 6: anything good. They've never honored anything past. They've always broken truces,
- 28:26Speaker 6: they've always broken the seaspires. They will never ever honor
- 28:31Speaker 6: their dealings. They just see you as weak if you
- 28:33Speaker 6: honor your end of the bargain as well, so they
- 28:35Speaker 6: keep on changing their bargain whatever they're bargaining for. So
- 28:40Speaker 6: it's a big deal. And if you know that, then
- 28:42Speaker 6: you might as well keep on punting because you know
- 28:45Speaker 6: that they will never relent, they'll never be honest brokers
- 28:48Speaker 6: with you ever, So go for it all the way.
- 28:51Speaker 6: I think that's what Israel is now doing. By the way,
- 28:53Speaker 6: they're doing a massive attack right now as we speak.
- 28:56Speaker 6: They've already killed five of remaining Moss leaders. These are
- 29:01Speaker 6: the temporary leaders that they had to find, and they
- 29:03Speaker 6: kill them all already. They also killed for him, Yes,
- 29:07Speaker 6: but this is after Israel told them ahead of time.
- 29:10Speaker 6: These are the buildings that we're gonna bomb, and if
- 29:12Speaker 6: you stay, that's on you, and I think that's only fair.
- 29:16Speaker 6: No other country does that, but Israel does that, and
- 29:18Speaker 6: they can't be blamed. And when there are a collateral
- 29:21Speaker 6: damage like that.
- 29:23Speaker 3: I'm also not a fan by the way of the
- 29:24Speaker 3: two state solution. I don't think we've ever discussed this.
- 29:26Speaker 3: The two state solution could never work. It's like living
- 29:30Speaker 3: in New York and saying, all my enemies can live
- 29:32Speaker 3: in New Jersey and they could be looking right at
- 29:35Speaker 3: me across the border and lob missiles at me across
- 29:38Speaker 3: the border. It makes no sense to me. I wouldn't
- 29:40Speaker 3: let my enemies live in New Jersey. If I lived
- 29:43Speaker 3: in New York, I wouldn't mind them living in California.
- 29:45Speaker 3: As a matter of fact, my enemies do live in California, but.
- 29:49Speaker 1: That's a long way from Las Vegas. That's my point.
- 29:52Speaker 3: You can't have enemies on a border right against each other,
- 29:55Speaker 3: lobbing missiles into your cities and killing your citizens at
- 29:59Speaker 3: two states ALLUS has.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Never made any sense to me. Tell me your thoughts.
- 30:05Speaker 6: Okay, I've never been for a two state solution ever,
- 30:08Speaker 6: and it never will work with the Palestines in particular,
- 30:12Speaker 6: they're speaking Wayne. It doesn't work with any dictatorships. It's
- 30:17Speaker 6: the same thing with North Korea, for example. You can't
- 30:20Speaker 6: expect that there'll be a two state solution with them.
- 30:23Speaker 6: Now South Korea has to deal with them, but it's
- 30:25Speaker 6: not as if they live in harmony in any sort
- 30:27Speaker 6: of real sense there. So you've got these monsters to
- 30:31Speaker 6: the North and South Korea, and you've also got monsters
- 30:33Speaker 6: to the south of Israel, and that's a big deal.
- 30:37Speaker 6: It will never work. They We've talked about this just
- 30:39Speaker 6: now where they really have shown their true colors. They
- 30:42Speaker 6: are monsters. They will not ever honor a piece with Israel.
- 30:47Speaker 6: Their only goal is to destroy Israel. It doesn't matter
- 30:50Speaker 6: how much of Israel they take. Even if they took
- 30:54Speaker 6: seventy percent of what is now Israel proper, they would
- 30:57Speaker 6: still say we need to take the remaining thirty percent.
- 31:00Speaker 6: Will never end.
- 31:01Speaker 3: I mean, knowing what happened on October seventh, can you imagine,
- 31:07Speaker 3: you know a lot of liberals in America have said,
- 31:09Speaker 3: you know.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Oh, you got to negotiate with him, you gotta to
- 31:11Speaker 1: cease fire.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Let's just say that enemies of America. I don't care
- 31:15Speaker 3: who it is, China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, enemies of
- 31:20Speaker 3: America landed a boat in the middle of the night,
- 31:23Speaker 3: and two thousand enemies ran into you know, New York
- 31:26Speaker 3: Harbor and ran into Manhattan, and they gang raped and
- 31:30Speaker 3: murdered and cut the heads off of women, and murdered
- 31:33Speaker 3: entire families, set them on fire, and killed thousands of
- 31:37Speaker 3: Americans on the streets of New York. They went wild
- 31:40Speaker 3: and used machetes, chopped their heads off, put babies inside
- 31:44Speaker 3: microwaves and killed them, shot their heads off, gang raped
- 31:48Speaker 3: the women, then shot them in the head.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Would we say, let's negotiate with them?
- 31:52Speaker 3: So why is anyone telling Israel to be nice and
- 31:55Speaker 3: play nice and negotiate with people that literally did that
- 32:00Speaker 3: the Israel's people on October seventh, twenty twenty three.
- 32:03Speaker 1: It makes no sense to me.
- 32:06Speaker 6: You know, Wayne, isn't it a shame that you have
- 32:08Speaker 6: to give an example a geographic analogy as New York,
- 32:13Speaker 6: you know, in order to make it real to somehow,
- 32:15Speaker 6: to the people of America, Los Angeles, Mexico, whatever it
- 32:19Speaker 6: might be. That's that's what you have to do to
- 32:21Speaker 6: make it make sense to them. It doesn't to me,
- 32:24Speaker 6: and make that's very sad. Anyone should be able to
- 32:27Speaker 6: immediately recognize, regardless of where the geography is, that the
- 32:31Speaker 6: kind of butchery that we saw in October seven is
- 32:33Speaker 6: completely unacceptable, completely evil. And that's the way it is.
- 32:38Speaker 6: And there is no way that this can ever work.
- 32:40Speaker 6: Look be left to Will say, well, if you can
- 32:43Speaker 6: only make peace with your enemies, not so much. You
- 32:46Speaker 6: make peace with the enemies after you completely destroy them,
- 32:49Speaker 6: and then you eventually force them into it.
- 32:52Speaker 1: And in Germany in World War Two, after we destroyed.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Them and killed almost every one of their invading forces,
- 32:59Speaker 3: then we made peace with them on our terms.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Exactly. All right, hey, Barack, we are headed to an
- 33:05Speaker 1: ad brake.
- 33:05Speaker 3: And this is often where I say thanks for coming on,
- 33:08Speaker 3: but I'd like you to stay for another segment because
- 33:10Speaker 3: I want to get your legal your brilliant legal mind,
- 33:13Speaker 3: to talk about President Trump's call for the judge to
- 33:17Speaker 3: be impeached and the judge trying to stop many of
- 33:21Speaker 3: Trump's actions. Let's talk executive actions. Let's talk about all
- 33:25Speaker 3: that we get back. Put your lawyer's aut on. We'll
- 33:28Speaker 3: be right back with Barack Lauri Abwayne Alaruye.
- 33:32Speaker 5: Hi.
- 33:32Speaker 3: This is Wayne Allen Root for Advantage Gold. Let me
- 33:35Speaker 3: tell you something I've learned from decades of studying American politics.

- 38:45Speaker 3: luri l u r Ie dot com.
- 38:48Speaker 1: Born in Israel. But for this segment of the show.
- 38:51Speaker 3: Let's worry about him being a great lawyer and litigator
- 38:54Speaker 3: and constitutional expert. Barack, Let's talk about the judges. What
- 38:59Speaker 3: you know, who in there right mind would be a
- 39:01Speaker 3: judge and order a plane should be turned around because
- 39:05Speaker 3: you're so desperate to get the world's biggest slime balls
- 39:08Speaker 3: and scumbags and murderers and rapists with tattoos on their
- 39:12Speaker 3: face who kill people and rape people and sell drugs
- 39:16Speaker 3: and intimidate people in our country, and you want them
- 39:20Speaker 3: back so badly you demand the planes be turned around
- 39:23Speaker 3: in mid air and come back to America and defend the.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Lowest savage of savages.
- 39:30Speaker 3: It makes no sense this, Judge Bosburg, what are your
- 39:33Speaker 3: thoughts on this?
- 39:36Speaker 6: Well, look, it makes no sense. But it still makes
- 39:38Speaker 6: sense in the sense that they've been doing this for
- 39:41Speaker 6: a long time already, the Democrats, that they've done this
- 39:43Speaker 6: with the border for so long where they allow on
- 39:46Speaker 6: illegal aliens of all stripes and damage and violence like
- 39:51Speaker 6: these trends agua monstros So if they're doing it before,
- 39:56Speaker 6: they'll do it again. This is nothing new in that
- 39:58Speaker 6: they don't care about whether it's damage into the country.
- 40:01Speaker 6: They care about whether the damage is this is just
- 40:03Speaker 6: the ongoing thing that they've been doing since two thousand
- 40:06Speaker 6: and perhaps even before. But they never get the memo
- 40:10Speaker 6: that this is actually hurting the Democrats more than helping them.
- 40:14Speaker 6: They're not doing any favors to America by trying to
- 40:16Speaker 6: trip Trump up. In fact, they only make themselves look worse.
- 40:20Speaker 6: So that explains what this Bosburg guy is doing. He's
- 40:24Speaker 6: not very bright on this issue because he's wrong on
- 40:27Speaker 6: the law about it. It's fantastic, I mean, catastrophically wrong
- 40:32Speaker 6: on this. But I'd like to just ask you Wayne
- 40:35Speaker 6: to think about the hypothetic about this situation. Let's say
- 40:39Speaker 6: that he has some sort of jurisdiction about this that
- 40:41Speaker 6: he actually opine about this. Let's say a district court judge,
- 40:45Speaker 6: a lowly district court judge, could in fact interfere with
- 40:49Speaker 6: the president of.
- 40:50Speaker 1: The United States actual security.
- 40:53Speaker 6: Yeah, let's just say, Okay, So if that's the case,
- 40:57Speaker 6: then why couldn't a conservative, a leaning group file a
- 41:02Speaker 6: lawsuit with a conservative friendly judge and say that whatever
- 41:06Speaker 6: Judge Trump is doing is perfectly constitutional by all means,
- 41:10Speaker 6: go at it, President Trump, right, I mean, And then
- 41:13Speaker 6: you would have another district court judge and another one,
- 41:16Speaker 6: and another one, going back and forth. You would have
- 41:18Speaker 6: this cacophony of district court judges all having very different opinions.
- 41:23Speaker 6: Why is this Roseburg a judge? Why does he get
- 41:26Speaker 6: to say what the law should be on this matter
- 41:29Speaker 6: just because he's the first? Perhaps it doesn't make sense.
- 41:32Speaker 6: So for that very reason, if you actually actually had
- 41:35Speaker 6: that as a law, it would lead to utter chaos.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Chaos, right, I mean, look, look, I'm with Trump. I
- 41:42Speaker 3: think you should be impeached. I think far beyond impeachment,
- 41:45Speaker 3: I think we should consider investigating him, and you will
- 41:48Speaker 3: find out, in my opinion, he's on the take. In
- 41:50Speaker 3: my opinion, these judges like Moseburg are all bribed in
- 41:54Speaker 3: some way or another, whether it's by China or the CCP,
- 41:58Speaker 3: or Iran or the Mexican drug cartel. Their dream is
- 42:01Speaker 3: destroying the United States, and I think they're getting paid
- 42:04Speaker 3: to do it. And sure enough, Laura Lumer studied this
- 42:07Speaker 3: guy and found out he's got some sort of a
- 42:10Speaker 3: deal with his I think it's his daughter has some
- 42:12Speaker 3: sort of organization that makes money, or of bringing the
- 42:15Speaker 3: illegals into the United States. These guys are conflicted, Barack.
- 42:20Speaker 3: They have no right to be a judge.
- 42:21Speaker 1: They should be stripped of all of their authority.
- 42:24Speaker 3: They should be impeached, and I think they should actually
- 42:27Speaker 3: be sent well, I don't know if they.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Should be sent to prison. I think they should go
- 42:30Speaker 1: on trial to see if they should be sent to prison.
- 42:33Speaker 1: These are bad people, very bad people. They've got a
- 42:36Speaker 1: reason why.
- 42:37Speaker 3: They're trying to stop the illegals from coming in, from
- 42:41Speaker 3: being sent away. And they love it when the planes
- 42:44Speaker 3: bring the illegals in. They never fought that. They never
- 42:47Speaker 3: tried to stop the planeloads Biden was bringing in by plane.
- 42:51Speaker 1: It's amazing. I could talk about this for hours with
- 42:53Speaker 1: your Barck.
- 42:54Speaker 3: But the music's on and they're screaming in my ear
- 42:56Speaker 3: that we're doing account.
