Mega Edition: The Epstein Survivors Have Been Ignored For Over 3 Decades (7/17/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. For years, people have tried to shrink Jeffrey
0:08
Speaker 1: Epstein down to a Manhattan scandal, a Palm Beach scandal,
0:11
Speaker 1: or a rich man gone bad scandal. That was the
0:15
Speaker 1: lie from the beginning, because the truth was always far bigger,
0:19
Speaker 1: far uglier, and far more international than the public was
0:22
Speaker 1: encouraged to understand. Epstein didn't build a local operation. He
0:27
Speaker 1: built a transnational trafficking network that moved through airports, embassies,
0:32
Speaker 1: private terminals, elite universities, royal circles, hedge funds, modeling agencies,
0:37
Speaker 1: luxury compounds, and billionaire dinner parties with the ease of
0:41
Speaker 1: a multinational corporation. The machinery stretch from New York to
0:46
Speaker 1: Palm Beach, from New Mexico to the US Virgin Islands,
0:49
Speaker 1: from Paris to London, from Eastern Europe to South America.
0:53
Speaker 1: Girls were recruited in one country, transported through another, abused
0:57
Speaker 1: in a third, and then discarded while the most power
1:00
Speaker 1: people on earth hid behind lawyers, wealth, intelligence connections, and
1:05
Speaker 1: institutional silence. That's what made Epstein different. He wasn't operating
1:10
Speaker 1: in the shadows of society he was operating inside its
1:13
Speaker 1: highest levels in plain sight, and now, years after his death,
1:18
Speaker 1: inside the federal jail cell that somehow managed to malfunction
1:21
Speaker 1: at every critical moment imaginable. The story's not getting smaller,
1:26
Speaker 1: it's getting bigger. France is now seeing a growing wave
1:29
Speaker 1: of women step forward with allegations connected to Epstein's orbit,
1:33
Speaker 1: with roughly ten new accusers reportedly emerging and describing encounters
1:38
Speaker 1: that investigators and journalists are now once again being forced
1:42
Speaker 1: to examine under an international lens. And that matters because
1:46
Speaker 1: it blows apart the fairy tale that Epstein's crimes were
1:49
Speaker 1: isolated to a handful of locations in America. The allegations
1:53
Speaker 1: coming out of France reinforce what survivors, investigators, and even
1:58
Speaker 1: core documents have said for decade. This operation moved through
2:02
Speaker 1: Europe with the same confidence and protection it enjoyed in
2:05
Speaker 1: the United States, the same social circles, the same money,
2:10
Speaker 1: the same access, the same culture of intimidation and silence,
2:14
Speaker 1: And every new accusation raises the same haunting question that
2:18
Speaker 1: nobody in power has ever adequately answered. How does a
2:21
Speaker 1: man accused of trafficking girls across continents for decades, continue
2:25
Speaker 1: to gain more influence, more access, more protection, and more
2:29
Speaker 1: elite connections instead of less. Well, I'll tell you why,
2:34
Speaker 1: because this was never about one predator. That's another comforting
2:37
Speaker 1: myth people tell themselves. Epstein was the nucleus of a
2:41
Speaker 1: much larger ecosystem, an ecosystem filled with fixers, recruiters, facilitators, financiers, socialites, lawyers, assistants, handlers,
2:51
Speaker 1: and powerful friends who all benefited in one way or
2:54
Speaker 1: another from proximity to them. You don't move vulnerable young
2:58
Speaker 1: women across borders through luxury properties, ont to private jets,
3:02
Speaker 1: and into circles occupied by billionaires, royalty, celebrities, politicians, and
3:07
Speaker 1: academics without infrastructure. Human trafficking on this scale requires logistics,
3:13
Speaker 1: It requires protection. It requires institutional failures stacked on top
3:18
Speaker 1: of institutional failures until corruption becomes indistinguishable from normal business operation.
3:24
Speaker 1: And that's why every new accuser matters, not because it
3:27
Speaker 1: adds another headline, but because every testimony is another crack
3:31
Speaker 1: in the facade that powerful people spent decades constructing around Epstein. Now,
3:37
Speaker 1: the French allegations are especially significant because Europe has long
3:40
Speaker 1: existed as one of the murkier, less examined fronts of
3:44
Speaker 1: the Epstein story. London has been scrutinized because of Prince Andrew.
3:49
Speaker 1: Paris has surfaced repeatedly in social and modeling circles tied
3:52
Speaker 1: to Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. Connections to Scouts agencies, wealthy intermediaries,
3:57
Speaker 1: and elite social networks have floated around for years like smoke,
4:01
Speaker 1: without enough public pressure to force a real fire investigation
4:05
Speaker 1: underneath it. But now, as more women come forward, investigators
4:09
Speaker 1: are once again confronting the possibility that Epstein's enterprise was
4:12
Speaker 1: not merely international and travel patterns, but international in structure.
4:18
Speaker 1: A rich criminal who travels overseas is one thing. A
4:21
Speaker 1: coordinated trafficking apparatus that operates fluidly across borders is something else. Entirely,
4:27
Speaker 1: and listen, Despite all the documentaries, all the hearings, all
4:30
Speaker 1: the lawsuits, all the podcasts, all the endless headlines, were
4:34
Speaker 1: still nowhere near a full accounting of what Epstein's empire
4:37
Speaker 1: actually was, not even close. The public has fragments, flight
4:42
Speaker 1: logs here, depositions there, redacted files, sealed records, settlements, leaked emails,
4:48
Speaker 1: carefully worded denials, but the complete architecture, the full network,
4:52
Speaker 1: the financial relationships, the recruitment pipelines, the protection mechanisms, the
4:57
Speaker 1: extent of who knew what and when. That picture remains incomplete,
5:02
Speaker 1: which is precisely why these new accusations matter so much,
5:06
Speaker 1: because the story refuses to stay buried. It seems like
5:10
Speaker 1: every day more voices emerge, more document surface, more contradictions appear,
5:16
Speaker 1: more carefully maintained reputations begin to rot under scrutiny. Jeffrey
5:20
Speaker 1: Epstein's dead, but the system that allowed them to thrive
5:23
Speaker 1: for decades clearly is not. Today's article is from France
5:29
Speaker 1: twenty four dot com and the headline around ten new
5:32
Speaker 1: victims come forward and France's Epstein investigation. This article was
5:37
Speaker 1: authored by France twenty four. Around ten new suspected victims
5:41
Speaker 1: have come forward in the French probe into the network
5:44
Speaker 1: of late USX offender Jeffrey Epstein. A Paris prosecutor set
5:48
Speaker 1: on Sunday. Well, that's good, and I hope more come
5:51
Speaker 1: forward because the more people that come forward and give information,
5:57
Speaker 1: the closer we're going to get to people actually being
5:59
Speaker 1: held to count. Right, you could ignore one person, hell,
6:03
Speaker 1: maybe even two, What about ten? What about twelve, what
6:06
Speaker 1: about fifteen, France opened to human trafficking investigation after the
6:12
Speaker 1: US Justice Department in January released the latest cash of
6:15
Speaker 1: files from the investigation into the disgraced financier who died
6:19
Speaker 1: in prison in twenty nineteen while facing charges of trafficking
6:23
Speaker 1: underage girls for sex. And look, this is a probe
6:27
Speaker 1: that should have been opened from the very beginning. France
6:31
Speaker 1: played a gigantic part, and there's a lot of people
6:35
Speaker 1: who were French citizens who worked for Jeffrey Epstein. Obviously
6:39
Speaker 1: we know about Jean le Brunel, but there were others.
6:43
Speaker 1: He had a whole network, and every single person that
6:47
Speaker 1: accepted any of his largests, anybody that accepted his money,
6:50
Speaker 1: they should be hemmed up. A French magistrate are seeking
6:55
Speaker 1: to investigate possible offenses committed in France or involving French
6:59
Speaker 1: perpetrators who facilitated his crimes, although they should have a
7:02
Speaker 1: problem finding those, plenty of those out there. Top Paris
7:07
Speaker 1: prosecutor Loura Bacau set around twenty suspected victims had made
7:11
Speaker 1: themselves known after she urged potential victims to speak up
7:15
Speaker 1: in February. Well, look again, there's going to be people
7:19
Speaker 1: that come forward, and of course there's going to be
7:23
Speaker 1: people that don't. And I think when people come forward
7:27
Speaker 1: and they have allegations against a guy like Jeffrey Epstein,
7:31
Speaker 1: we should probably listen to what they have to say. Now,
7:34
Speaker 1: that doesn't mean that everybody is going to be truthful,
7:37
Speaker 1: that there's not going to be people looking to, you know, benefit,
7:40
Speaker 1: that's always part of it. But I think we have
7:43
Speaker 1: to go in with an open mind and we have
7:46
Speaker 1: to listen to all the allegations for what they are.
7:49
Speaker 1: Because I'm telling you, the vast majority of the people
7:51
Speaker 1: that have come forward have told the truth. Some were
7:56
Speaker 1: already known to investigators, she told RTL broadcaster, But we
8:00
Speaker 1: also had new victims come forward, ones we didn't know
8:03
Speaker 1: at all. There are around ten of them, she added,
8:06
Speaker 1: So that's significant, right, ten people with a story to tell.
8:10
Speaker 1: What that story's going to be, who knows. The choice
8:13
Speaker 1: that we've made for the time being is to listen
8:16
Speaker 1: to these victims, she said, a certain number of them
8:18
Speaker 1: are abroad, so the investigators are trying to set up
8:21
Speaker 1: meetings to suit when they're able to come to Paris.
8:24
Speaker 1: Investigators were also scouring through the so called Epstein files
8:28
Speaker 1: and would be searching them for any names mentioned by
8:31
Speaker 1: alleged victims. She said, Yeah, they're going to have to
8:34
Speaker 1: do the whole entire thing groundwork from the very bottom up.
8:40
Speaker 1: And I don't know much about the French system or
8:43
Speaker 1: French law enforcement, but I'm guessing that they're going to
8:47
Speaker 1: take it serious. You would think that something like Epstein
8:51
Speaker 1: would get people going, but as we've seen in America,
8:55
Speaker 1: that's not always the case, especially when you have powerful
8:58
Speaker 1: people that have, you know, something to lose, and I'm
9:02
Speaker 1: pretty sure all these people that were around Epstein have
9:04
Speaker 1: plenty to lose. We have also got to go back
9:09
Speaker 1: out to mister Epstein's computer, his telephone records, his address books,
9:13
Speaker 1: she said, adding her team would be making a requests
9:16
Speaker 1: for international assistance. Well, I wouldn't count on that. I mean,
9:20
Speaker 1: it is the Epstein administration, after all. French investigators searched
9:27
Speaker 1: Epstein's luxury Paris apartment in September twenty nineteen, more than
9:31
Speaker 1: a month after he was found hanged in his New
9:33
Speaker 1: York jail cell after allegations that he procured young women
9:37
Speaker 1: to abuse in France. I don't even think it's allegations
9:40
Speaker 1: at this point, we've heard from the women who got
9:42
Speaker 1: abused by him and Weinstein in France, We've heard from
9:46
Speaker 1: how many women about Jean lup Brunel, about Daniel said
9:51
Speaker 1: about all of the other people that were involved in France.
9:54
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, there's a story to tell here, and I'll
9:57
Speaker 1: tell you what. You know, what else France should look
9:58
Speaker 1: into the death of our When you go through the emails,
10:03
Speaker 1: there was a bunch of emails of al Secyl and
10:05
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein arguing about money. Then al Secyl meets his
10:10
Speaker 1: demise in France falls off a cliff. Okay, I guess
10:18
Speaker 1: none of the people who could potentially be implicated have
10:20
Speaker 1: been questioned so far, but cow added, however, Epstein pleaded
10:24
Speaker 1: guilty in two thousand and eight to procuring for prostitution
10:28
Speaker 1: a girl under the age of eighteen and served thirteen
10:31
Speaker 1: months in prison before being released on probation. All right,
10:35
Speaker 1: so things are heating up in France, and we'll keep
10:38
Speaker 1: an eye on it and we'll see what comes of it,
10:41
Speaker 1: and when we have some more information, we'll get it
10:43
Speaker 1: added to the catalog. All the information that goes with
10:46
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
10:50
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In a story
10:55
Speaker 1: that we have heard over and over again, two more
10:58
Speaker 1: survivors have come forward to sue Jeffrey Epstein's estate. Now,
11:03
Speaker 1: how many more women are out there who were abused
11:06
Speaker 1: by this sick bastard and all of his buddies who
11:10
Speaker 1: still have not come forward? My guess is a whole
11:13
Speaker 1: hell of a lot, folks, considering the scope of what
11:17
Speaker 1: they were up to, considering the money that they had,
11:22
Speaker 1: and considering the access to underprivileged women that they had. Yeah,
11:28
Speaker 1: you know that the numbers are a lot higher than
11:31
Speaker 1: what we have heard. And while we have heard some
11:36
Speaker 1: very very disturbing stories, my guess is there are some
11:40
Speaker 1: stories that are still unearthed that are just as disturbing,
11:44
Speaker 1: if not even more disturbing, than what we have heard previously.
11:49
Speaker 1: And that's saying a lot considering the disgusting nature of
11:52
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and his behavior. Today's article is from The
11:58
Speaker 1: Daily Beast and the author of this article is Kate Bricklett. Headline,
12:03
Speaker 1: two more women through Epstein's estate for sex abuse at
12:07
Speaker 1: opulent mansion. The lawsuits are the latest to arrive under
12:11
Speaker 1: new York's Adult Survivors Act, which gives a one year
12:15
Speaker 1: window to file claims over alleged past sexual abuse. And
12:20
Speaker 1: this was something that was put on the books in
12:22
Speaker 1: the wake of Me Too. Now it gives people that
12:25
Speaker 1: one year window to come out and seek retribution against
12:30
Speaker 1: who they say abuse them. And I don't think it's
12:33
Speaker 1: that bad of an idea, honestly, considering how many of
12:36
Speaker 1: these people have been able to get away with their
12:38
Speaker 1: bullshit for all of these years. If you have the
12:42
Speaker 1: evidence that proves what you're saying, I would be coming
12:45
Speaker 1: forward right now to Two women are suing the co
12:51
Speaker 1: executors of Jeffrey Epstein's estate, claiming that the late sex
12:55
Speaker 1: trafficker violently assaulted them at his Manhattan mansion in the
12:59
Speaker 1: two thousands. The lawsuits are the latest to arrive under
13:03
Speaker 1: New York's Adult Survivors Act, which provides a one year
13:06
Speaker 1: window for adult survivors of sexual abuse to file claims,
13:10
Speaker 1: regardless of whether the statute of limitations has expired. That
13:14
Speaker 1: window closes next November. So if you're in New York
13:18
Speaker 1: and you were out here diddling people at some point,
13:21
Speaker 1: don't think you got away with it. There's a window
13:24
Speaker 1: now for people to come after you. So if you're
13:26
Speaker 1: out there in New York and you think you got
13:28
Speaker 1: away with some shit, I wouldn't be so sure of it.
13:34
Speaker 1: One of the accusers, referred to under the pseudonym Naomi Doe,
13:38
Speaker 1: alleges that she was recruited into giving Epstein massages at
13:41
Speaker 1: his Upper East Side townhouse in two thousand and five,
13:45
Speaker 1: the same year Epstein was under investigation for molesting miners
13:49
Speaker 1: in Florida. Epstein, for those of you who might not
13:52
Speaker 1: be aware, continued to molest and abuse people even while
13:55
Speaker 1: he was under supervision, even while he was out on house.
14:01
Speaker 1: And that's not some conspiracy, that's not made up. That's
14:05
Speaker 1: just the facts. And when we're talking about Jeffrey Epstein
14:09
Speaker 1: and Glenn Maxwell, a lot of the stuff we hear
14:12
Speaker 1: it sounds like it has to be pure fiction. But
14:15
Speaker 1: the truth is all of that stuff is just a
14:17
Speaker 1: scratch of the surface. This rabbit hole is so deep,
14:21
Speaker 1: I don't even know if there's a bottom to it.
14:25
Speaker 1: The complaint says Naomi, then twenty, was enlisted under the
14:28
Speaker 1: false pretense that she would be providing a legitimate body massage,
14:33
Speaker 1: and that she was offered three hundred dollars for the visit,
14:36
Speaker 1: despite having no experience with massage therapy. This is what
14:40
Speaker 1: he did. He would go get women from wherever the
14:42
Speaker 1: hell he wanted to get him from New Biles, as
14:45
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell called them, malls, schools, whatever, and then he'd say, look,
14:51
Speaker 1: I want a massage. You're gonna come learn how to
14:53
Speaker 1: be a massage therapist. But the reality was massage was
14:57
Speaker 1: code word for sex. That's why anyone involved with Jeffrey Epstein,
15:01
Speaker 1: who's ever talked about massages, well, in my opinion, anyway,
15:05
Speaker 1: they were talking about something else. Once Naomi was inside
15:10
Speaker 1: Epstein's room, the filing states the financier pedophile began to
15:14
Speaker 1: assault her and ignored her when she voiced discomfort with
15:17
Speaker 1: his actions. Throughout the duration of the sexual encounter, the
15:21
Speaker 1: lawsuit says, Naomi found herself trapped in Jeffrey Epstein's large
15:25
Speaker 1: mansion under the impression that there was no feasible or
15:29
Speaker 1: safe means of escape. And there are so many women
15:32
Speaker 1: who have had the same story who have said the
15:34
Speaker 1: same thing, Oh, there's no means of escape. I couldn't
15:37
Speaker 1: get away. I was scared, I was intimidated. Look at
15:40
Speaker 1: all the powerful frends. He has Naomi observed the opulence
15:45
Speaker 1: of the mansion and the appearance of individuals with authority,
15:49
Speaker 1: which collectively facilitated her further cooperation with Jeffrey Epstein. The
15:53
Speaker 1: lawsuit continues, adding that Epstein assaulted Naomi ten more times
15:58
Speaker 1: over a span of months. The assaults escalated from forcible
16:02
Speaker 1: touching to rape, the complaint says. Meanwhile, in her own suit,
16:06
Speaker 1: a woman identified as Mia Do says that she was
16:09
Speaker 1: eighteen in two thousand and three when a friend recruited
16:12
Speaker 1: her into giving Epstein a massage, and that's what he did.
16:15
Speaker 1: It was a sexual Ponzi scheme. He would get these
16:18
Speaker 1: girls to come in, he'd get them caught up in
16:21
Speaker 1: his atmosphere, and then from there he'd have them go
16:24
Speaker 1: out and bring more friends in for him to abuse.
16:28
Speaker 1: And for every friend you brought in, you got pieced
16:31
Speaker 1: off a few bucks. The complaint says that when Mia
16:36
Speaker 1: arrived at Epstein's lair, because of its grandeur and opulence,
16:40
Speaker 1: she believed that the building was likely some type of
16:43
Speaker 1: professional massage parler. Once inside of the massage room with
16:47
Speaker 1: her friend, Jeffrey Epstein entered and removed his clothing the
16:50
Speaker 1: lawsuit says, according to the filing, Mio was immediately uncomfortable
16:54
Speaker 1: and got upset and asked her friend what was going on. Yeah,
16:58
Speaker 1: that would probably be there reaction for most people. Look
17:02
Speaker 1: over at your friend and say, what the fuck? Kind
17:04
Speaker 1: of nonsense did you walk me into? The friend then
17:08
Speaker 1: begged mea to massage Epstein and to comply with whatever
17:12
Speaker 1: she or Epstein told her to do. The suit alleges,
17:15
Speaker 1: I wonder who the friend was, because that's no friend
17:17
Speaker 1: at all. Any adult who was out here telling somebody
17:21
Speaker 1: to do this sort of thing is unconscionable, and I
17:25
Speaker 1: don't want to hear. Oh well, I had no idea.
17:28
Speaker 1: That's just crazy. You ain't somebody's friend if you walk
17:31
Speaker 1: them into something like this. The lawsuit says Epstein grew
17:38
Speaker 1: outwardly angry with MIA's friend when Mia refused to obey
17:41
Speaker 1: Epstein's orders and demanded the friend do something to force
17:44
Speaker 1: her to comply. Epstein was so irate that Mia was
17:48
Speaker 1: concerned for her friend, the filing ads Epstein allegedly then
17:53
Speaker 1: began sexually touching Mia and refused to stop. After a struggle,
17:58
Speaker 1: the lawsuit says, Mia was finally able to break free
18:00
Speaker 1: from his grasp and run for the door of the
18:03
Speaker 1: massage room to leave, as Epstein continued to yell at
18:07
Speaker 1: her and her friend. After Mia escaped from the mansion,
18:10
Speaker 1: she never returned. The filing states, unlike a lot of
18:14
Speaker 1: these women, Thankfully, Mia was able to get away and
18:18
Speaker 1: was never back in the web of Jeffrey Epstein. A
18:21
Speaker 1: lot of these other women, unfortunately, they didn't have that luck.
18:28
Speaker 1: The pair of lawsuits alleged sexual battery, sexual assault, negligent
18:32
Speaker 1: infliction of emotional distress, and intentional infliction of emotional distress
18:36
Speaker 1: and named the co executors of Epstein's estate, Darren Endick
18:40
Speaker 1: and Richard Kahn, as defendants. Thanks to the New York's
18:44
Speaker 1: legislature decision to do the right thing for sexual abuse survivors,
18:48
Speaker 1: young women who were victimized by Jeffrey Epstein have one
18:51
Speaker 1: more chance to receive the justice that they deserve, said
18:55
Speaker 1: Brittany Henderson, a partner at the firm Edwards Pottinger LL's,
19:00
Speaker 1: which represents the accusers. Now, Britney Henderson's one of the
19:04
Speaker 1: good people in this whole escapade. She's one of the
19:07
Speaker 1: lawyers over there at brad Edwards firm, and she's done
19:10
Speaker 1: great work throughout this whole case, and she doesn't get
19:12
Speaker 1: a lot of recognition because she's not out in the front,
19:15
Speaker 1: but she's one of the people working behind the scenes
19:18
Speaker 1: to make sure shit happens. We have filed these lawsuits because,
19:23
Speaker 1: regardless of your age at the time of the abuse,
19:26
Speaker 1: sexual predators should always be held accountable, Henderson told The
19:30
Speaker 1: Daily Beast. For the next year, we will continue to
19:33
Speaker 1: stand beside our clients in their quest for justice, and
19:36
Speaker 1: we encourage all other survivors of Jeffrey Epstein or any
19:39
Speaker 1: other predator in the state of New York to do
19:42
Speaker 1: the same. And with all of the rich goofballs in
19:46
Speaker 1: New York who have women signing NDAs and all kinds
19:49
Speaker 1: of crazy shit, my guess is there's a lot of
19:51
Speaker 1: people out there who suffered at the hands of a
19:53
Speaker 1: lot of these scumbags. Naomi, Doe and me as those
19:58
Speaker 1: illegal actions aren't the only one filed under the Adult
20:01
Speaker 1: Survivors Act to accuse Epstein of sexual abuse. Last month,
20:06
Speaker 1: Cherry Pearson filed the complaint, alleging Epstein arranged for a
20:10
Speaker 1: billionaire Leon Black to raper at Epstein's New York townhouse.
20:14
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate as well as Black are defendants in the case.
20:18
Speaker 1: The complaints come on the heels of a recent settlement
20:21
Speaker 1: between the US Virgin Islands and Epstein's estate, which has
20:24
Speaker 1: agreed to pay the government one hundred and five million
20:27
Speaker 1: dollars to make up for the millions and tax benefits
20:30
Speaker 1: his financial companies received while running a sex trafficking operation
20:34
Speaker 1: on his private island. Such a joke, that is absolute garbage.
20:40
Speaker 1: Denise George should be called out a lot more for this,
20:42
Speaker 1: but nobody in the legacy media seems to want to
20:45
Speaker 1: do it. So basically, what happens here is she takes
20:49
Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty five million for the USVII, who remember,
20:54
Speaker 1: they were the ones who let Epstein do this in
20:55
Speaker 1: the first place. They gave them all of these benefits,
20:58
Speaker 1: They gave them all of these breaks. Did anyone go
21:01
Speaker 1: to jail for that? Oh no, But let's take one
21:03
Speaker 1: hundred and twenty five million dollars out of the kitty
21:07
Speaker 1: and give it to the USVII instead of giving it
21:09
Speaker 1: to the survivors, because that makes a lot of sense.
21:13
Speaker 1: So the USVII and Denise George I said it from
21:16
Speaker 1: the beginning and I remember people were like, Nah, she's
21:19
Speaker 1: looking for justice. No, she wasn't. She was looking for
21:22
Speaker 1: a payday. They also arrived. The same day, a Manhattan
21:27
Speaker 1: federal court unsealed another cash of records related to the
21:31
Speaker 1: Epstein sex ring. The secret filings, which are part of
21:35
Speaker 1: a lawsuit Virginia Roberts filed against Epstein's accomplice Gland Maxwell
21:40
Speaker 1: in twenty fifteen, have been released to the public and
21:43
Speaker 1: installments since twenty nineteen. On Tuesday, the document included a
21:48
Speaker 1: deposition from Sarah Ransom, a survivor of Epstein's abuse, who
21:53
Speaker 1: detailed how the financier pedophile lent out girls in his
21:56
Speaker 1: orbit to his powerful male friends. He sam the girls
22:00
Speaker 1: he has friends come over to New York or the Island,
22:03
Speaker 1: and they get to pick one which they want to
22:05
Speaker 1: be with. And that's exactly what he would do. See,
22:09
Speaker 1: people are under the impression when they say trafficking, that
22:12
Speaker 1: it was like a money making operation for Epstein. That
22:15
Speaker 1: wasn't the case. This was about information, This was about
22:19
Speaker 1: creating compromid, This was about blackmail. It was not about
22:23
Speaker 1: the money. They had plenty of that. And when you
22:26
Speaker 1: get to that level and you have this kind of money.
22:28
Speaker 1: You know what's more important than money. You know what's
22:30
Speaker 1: more important than all of that information. If you have
22:34
Speaker 1: information on people, it leads to more power. And what
22:37
Speaker 1: does more power lead to. It leads to more money.
22:41
Speaker 1: You can have all the money in the world, but
22:43
Speaker 1: if you don't have the right connections and you don't
22:45
Speaker 1: know the right people, that money is not going to
22:47
Speaker 1: save you. And Jeffrey Epstein understood this, and that is
22:51
Speaker 1: why he did what he did, and that's why he
22:54
Speaker 1: conducted the operations he was conducting. All Right, folks, that's
22:59
Speaker 1: gonna do it for this one. If you'd like to
23:01
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at

Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. Can also find me on Twitter

Speaker 1: at bo bbuy underscore c ap you Cci. The link
23:19
Speaker 1: that I discussed can be found in the description box.
23:23
Speaker 1: What's up, everybody, Let's get right to it. So we
23:26
Speaker 1: have a new report out today that two more women
23:30
Speaker 1: are suing Jeffrey Epstein's estate, and both of these women
23:36
Speaker 1: have allegations of the same sort of thing that we
23:41
Speaker 1: have seen time and time again in this case over
23:44
Speaker 1: and over and over again. This isn't a case of
23:51
Speaker 1: one person coming forward or he said, she said, or
23:55
Speaker 1: anything like that. Folks. What we have here is criminal
24:00
Speaker 1: enterprise that was in operation for literally decades and spanned
24:08
Speaker 1: not only the continental United States, but also reached across seas.
24:18
Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article from the New York Post
24:21
Speaker 1: and let's see what else is going on. This article
24:26
Speaker 1: was authored by Priscilla de Gregory. Headline two more women
24:32
Speaker 1: sued Jeffrey Epstein's estate over sexual abuse claims. So again
24:38
Speaker 1: we have seen this time and time again here. Now
24:42
Speaker 1: we know what the fund that a lot of women
24:45
Speaker 1: chose to go that route. They chose to use the
24:50
Speaker 1: fund to get compensated. And like I've said from the beginning,
24:54
Speaker 1: you know, hey, they have to choose what they're going
24:58
Speaker 1: to do. If the survivors choose to go after the
25:02
Speaker 1: estate in a single lawsuit kind of like what we're
25:06
Speaker 1: seeing here, then great. If they choose to be compensated,
25:10
Speaker 1: then that's good too. At the end of the day,
25:14
Speaker 1: what's really important is that the estate is taking blame
25:21
Speaker 1: for what happened, and every single time they pay out money,
25:26
Speaker 1: it just cements that fact more and more two more
25:33
Speaker 1: women have sued Jeffrey Epstein's estate, claiming they were sexually
25:37
Speaker 1: abused by him multiple times when they were underaged. New
25:40
Speaker 1: court papers show, so again, we have seen this so
25:45
Speaker 1: many times now, of these girls who have been abused
25:49
Speaker 1: by Epstein at some point in their life coming forward
25:52
Speaker 1: now at a later date because they're more comfortable, because
25:56
Speaker 1: the door has been kicked in, because the survivors who
25:59
Speaker 1: have before them have taken their story directly to the people,
26:04
Speaker 1: that's you, and bypassed the smarmyass legacy media. The women
26:12
Speaker 1: brought their cases anonymously in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday
26:16
Speaker 1: against the executors of the Dead Pedophiles of State, after
26:20
Speaker 1: at least thirty other women have brought similar legal claims,
26:24
Speaker 1: many of which have since been settled. So we know
26:28
Speaker 1: that a portion of the estate has been paid out
26:32
Speaker 1: via the settlement program. We know the biggest beneficiary of
26:41
Speaker 1: the compensation fund so far has been the federal government.
26:45
Speaker 1: By the way, so I believe the number was somewhere
26:48
Speaker 1: around eighty million dollars had been paid out to the
26:53
Speaker 1: survivors out of the whole entire estate so far. So
26:58
Speaker 1: where in the hell is the rest of that money,
27:00
Speaker 1: that's really the question. So it's no shock that some
27:03
Speaker 1: of these girls who are coming forward now have had
27:06
Speaker 1: a chance to see what's going on with the compensation
27:09
Speaker 1: fund and have decided they're going to go a different route.
27:11
Speaker 1: They've decided that they're going to take it to court,
27:14
Speaker 1: maybe in front of a jury that looks like what
27:16
Speaker 1: they're setting it up for here and roll the dice
27:19
Speaker 1: that way, because when you look at the mountains of
27:22
Speaker 1: evidence in this case and the fact that they have
27:25
Speaker 1: this settlement program already set up, I don't know how
27:28
Speaker 1: any jury in the land would take a look at
27:31
Speaker 1: what's going on here and not rule in the favor
27:35
Speaker 1: of the girls who are bringing the case here. One
27:42
Speaker 1: of the survivors, who lives in Tennessee, claims she was
27:45
Speaker 1: repeatedly sexually abused, assaulted, and battered by Epstein in Long Beach,
27:50
Speaker 1: New York in nineteen seventy eight when she was just thirteen.
27:55
Speaker 1: According to court papers. Now we know he was a
27:59
Speaker 1: scummy son of a bit even back then, and I
28:02
Speaker 1: would not be shocked to see more and more stuff
28:05
Speaker 1: like this come out, folks. This isn't look when you
28:08
Speaker 1: have a condition like Jeffrey Epstein had. When you have
28:11
Speaker 1: those kind of proclivities, you don't you know, that's not
28:15
Speaker 1: something that's learned. He was born a fed up, He
28:18
Speaker 1: was born with the wiring. All wacky folks and all
28:24
Speaker 1: of the people around him that pumped his tires and
28:27
Speaker 1: enabled him really set this son of a bitch on
28:30
Speaker 1: a course to be an absolute, true monster of epic proportions.
28:36
Speaker 1: And now we're seeing even more people come out, going
28:41
Speaker 1: all the way back to the seventies. So when I
28:43
Speaker 1: sit here and I say literally decades of abuse, it's
28:46
Speaker 1: not hyperbole. The other survivor, a resident of California, alleges
28:55
Speaker 1: that when she was seventeen years old in two thousand,
28:57
Speaker 1: the multi millionaire hedge funder pedophile sexually assaulted, abused, battered,
29:04
Speaker 1: and raped her on at least three separate occasions at
29:07
Speaker 1: his Manhattan townhouse. The court documents charge sounds about right.
29:12
Speaker 1: You know. Epstein liked to fly it in, right, He
29:14
Speaker 1: liked the fly girls in. He liked to have three
29:17
Speaker 1: a day. According to all of the reports, he had
29:20
Speaker 1: a huge drive. And all of the underlings around him,
29:25
Speaker 1: the galame Maxwell's of the world, the core four of
29:27
Speaker 1: the world, the indikes of the world. They all enable
29:31
Speaker 1: the behavior, didn't they They all made sure that the
29:34
Speaker 1: machine ran without a hiccup, and they all had their role.
29:44
Speaker 1: Both claim that the abuse caused them to suffer emotionally
29:47
Speaker 1: and physically, and they still feel the effects of the
29:50
Speaker 1: trauma to this day. They claim this has interfered with
29:54
Speaker 1: their regular activities and has forced them to shell out
29:57
Speaker 1: money for medical help. The filings say, yeah, we've saw
30:01
Speaker 1: this before. We've heard this same exact story, unfortunately from
30:05
Speaker 1: a lot of other girls where their lives have been ruined.
30:08
Speaker 1: They've had to go into debt to get medical help
30:11
Speaker 1: because we all know nobody's out here to help poor people.
30:15
Speaker 1: So they've gone into debt to get medical help, to
30:18
Speaker 1: get treatment or whatever it may be. Then you add
30:22
Speaker 1: the stress of that on top of the stress of
30:24
Speaker 1: what has happened, and it becomes a long, arduous road, folks.
30:28
Speaker 1: I certainly wouldn't want to trade shoes with them. And
30:31
Speaker 1: believe me when I tell you I don't have a
30:33
Speaker 1: gem of a life, right, but I certainly don't have
30:36
Speaker 1: it as bad as any of these survivors do, that's
30:39
Speaker 1: for sure. And there's no amount of money on the
30:41
Speaker 1: planet by the way that could fix it. The women
30:47
Speaker 1: claim that Epstein and his co conspirators intimidated and threatened
30:51
Speaker 1: them and their families if they spoke out, preventing them
30:54
Speaker 1: from filing suit before is August twenty nineteen suicide alleged suicide.
31:00
Speaker 1: So we know that's also well within the typical mo
31:05
Speaker 1: of Epstein and his group. Intimidation threats the whole mind.
31:11
Speaker 1: By using threats and accompaniment, and accompaniment with his wealth
31:15
Speaker 1: and power, Epstein was able to escape punishment for his abhorrent, brutal,
31:20
Speaker 1: and perverse crimes against countless young women, including these two women,
31:25
Speaker 1: for the duration of his life. The suits both alleged
31:28
Speaker 1: their lawyer, Jordan Merson, told The Post in a statement,
31:32
Speaker 1: these brave women have come forward and filed lawsuits against
31:36
Speaker 1: the estates executors to be adequately compensated for their injuries
31:41
Speaker 1: after they were sexually abused as children by Epstein. They
31:45
Speaker 1: are seeking unspecified damages. So look, these ladies are saying,
31:51
Speaker 1: we were abused by Epstein and we're demanding restitution. We're
31:55
Speaker 1: demanding that in lieu of him being here to face justice,
31:59
Speaker 1: that the estate has to provide restitution in place of
32:03
Speaker 1: that at the very least, folks, that's an acknowledgment of
32:07
Speaker 1: what Epstein and his cohorts were up to. Lawyers for
32:13
Speaker 1: the executors did not immediately return a request for comment.
32:17
Speaker 1: Over one hundred and fifty women have filed claims of
32:20
Speaker 1: sexual abuse by Epstein through a survivor's compensation fund, which
32:25
Speaker 1: has been funded by his estate with over one hundred
32:28
Speaker 1: and forty million. Others have chosen to bring their claims
32:32
Speaker 1: in court. The sixty six year old financedier pedophile hanged
32:36
Speaker 1: himself in a Lower Manhattan jail cell in twenty nineteen
32:40
Speaker 1: as he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. So
32:46
Speaker 1: here it goes, folks again, As I've said numerous times
32:49
Speaker 1: in the past, as others have pointed out, this is
32:52
Speaker 1: the pattern. When we're dealing with this kind of situation,
32:55
Speaker 1: when we're dealing with this sort of guy and this
32:58
Speaker 1: kind of group, you know that there are a lot
33:03
Speaker 1: more people out there, a lot more victims who have
33:07
Speaker 1: become survivors out there, and I think that this year
33:12
Speaker 1: twenty twenty one is going to be the year where
33:16
Speaker 1: their voices are heard. If you like to contact me,
33:21
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
33:24
Speaker 1: That's Bobby c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
33:30
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
33:35
Speaker 1: cap u Cci. All of the links that go with
33:39
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
33:43
Speaker 1: I will be back tomorrow morning for our morning update
33:46
Speaker 1: and we will rock and roll from there. Hope everybody
33:50
Speaker 1: has a good night. Another day, another alleged Jeffrey Epstein
33:57
Speaker 1: and Gilain Maxwell survivor has comb full. The new accuser
34:02
Speaker 1: says that she was assaulted sexually and otherwise by Jeffrey
34:08
Speaker 1: Epstein and Gilaine Maxwell. How many times are we going
34:14
Speaker 1: to hear this same story? Right? And for me, there
34:19
Speaker 1: are so many unnamed girls that I expect this to happen.
34:24
Speaker 1: I've said this for how long now, that it's going
34:26
Speaker 1: to be like when a damn starts to crack, right,
34:28
Speaker 1: you get one person comes forward, then another, then another,
34:32
Speaker 1: then another, and before you know it, it's not just
34:34
Speaker 1: a trickle of water. You have a gusher on your hands.
34:38
Speaker 1: And that's what I think is going to happen in
34:39
Speaker 1: this case. And it'll be up to the prosecutors and
34:44
Speaker 1: all of the other people on the inside to sort
34:47
Speaker 1: it all out. Me I'll be right here where I
34:50
Speaker 1: always am, in the studio, narrating the story, because at
34:55
Speaker 1: this point that's what I feel like I'm doing, right
34:57
Speaker 1: I feel like we're engaged in a long ass audiobook
35:01
Speaker 1: right now, and I'm the narrator. That's how I feel
35:05
Speaker 1: with this story. I mean, it's insane. It is insane
35:10
Speaker 1: how many girls were involved in this, how many girls
35:15
Speaker 1: were affected by this, and how many of them we
35:18
Speaker 1: still have not heard from. So when I see articles
35:22
Speaker 1: like this come across my desk, there's no doubt in
35:26
Speaker 1: my mind that it's expected, at least from me anyway,
35:29
Speaker 1: because you know that for every person who has spoken
35:33
Speaker 1: up so far, there are ten, fifteen, twenty girls or
35:37
Speaker 1: people who were involved or who were abused by these
35:41
Speaker 1: scumbags that have not come forward yet. So I think
35:45
Speaker 1: it's a good thing when you see these people come forward,
35:48
Speaker 1: and I think that it's important right to add that context.
35:53
Speaker 1: I think it's important that all of these girls who
35:56
Speaker 1: have lived in fear because of Jeffrey Epstein and Geelan
35:59
Speaker 1: Maxwell for so many decades, I think it's important that
36:02
Speaker 1: they get a chance to tell their story and then
36:05
Speaker 1: let the prosecutors sort it out, right, all right, So
36:10
Speaker 1: this article is from the New York Post. Headline, NYC
36:15
Speaker 1: woman claims Geelan Maxwell gagged, restrained and raped her. The
36:21
Speaker 1: author of this article Lee Brown. So right off the
36:25
Speaker 1: bat from the headline, pretty grim reading, right, gonna need
36:30
Speaker 1: a bleach bath probably after reading this, like usual when
36:33
Speaker 1: we talk about this stuff, and it's just par for
36:36
Speaker 1: the course with Geelan Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein at this point, right,
36:40
Speaker 1: every time I hear one of these stories. Look, let
36:43
Speaker 1: me tell you, before this Jeffrey Epstein case, if I
36:46
Speaker 1: didn't know what I knew about this case, i'd be
36:48
Speaker 1: highly skeptical of everything coming out. Right, How prolific could
36:53
Speaker 1: this guy possibly have been? That's what I would have
36:55
Speaker 1: been thinking. And then you spend what seven hundred and
36:57
Speaker 1: four episodes together here, that's seven hundred in four articles,
37:02
Speaker 1: and you start to see a different picture emerge. Right,
37:05
Speaker 1: you start to understand that Jeffrey Epstein was that prolific,
37:09
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Gilayne Maxwell did all of the
37:15
Speaker 1: things that they're accused of, at the very least that's
37:19
Speaker 1: what it appears to be from the evidence we have
37:22
Speaker 1: available to us. A Manhattan born woman has claimed that
37:28
Speaker 1: she was gagged, restrained, and raped by Gilaine Maxwell before
37:32
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein joined in on the attack. According to an
37:36
Speaker 1: interview published Sunday, Hey, look are we really going Are
37:40
Speaker 1: we really going to believe that Gilaine Maxwell and Jeffrey
37:44
Speaker 1: Epstein are above this sort of forcible, violent sexual assault.
37:49
Speaker 1: I certainly don't believe it. I think I'm pretty clear
37:52
Speaker 1: with how perverse I believe Gilanne Maxwell is and obviously
37:56
Speaker 1: how crazy and disgusting Epstein was, I don't put it
38:00
Speaker 1: above them at all. The new accuser, identified by the
38:06
Speaker 1: pseudonym Samantha, told the son that she was violently assaulted
38:10
Speaker 1: after she recruited a nineteen year old friend for the
38:13
Speaker 1: notorious pedophile and told her to lie that she was sixteen.
38:18
Speaker 1: So this new accuser, Samantha said she was violently assaulted
38:23
Speaker 1: after she recruited a nineteen year old friend to bring
38:26
Speaker 1: into the scam, to bring into the sex Ponzi scheme,
38:30
Speaker 1: and then she had to tell that friend to lie
38:33
Speaker 1: and say she was sixteen. Because we all know how
38:36
Speaker 1: Epstein rolls, right, He wants them young, he wanted them
38:39
Speaker 1: that age At the very least, he wanted them to
38:42
Speaker 1: look that age and then have you lie to him.
38:46
Speaker 1: We're dealing with a very, very sick individual, folks. We're
38:50
Speaker 1: not dealing with somebody that could have rehabbed. We're not
38:53
Speaker 1: dealing with somebody that needed to sit down with you know,
38:56
Speaker 1: doctor Malfie from the Sopranos. We're talking about an absolute
39:01
Speaker 1: sociopathic psycho. There was only two ways to fix this man.
39:07
Speaker 1: One well, that's the result we have his death, and
39:10
Speaker 1: two chemical castration. She claimed. She was then summoned to
39:16
Speaker 1: Epstein's Manhattan mansion, where the British media heiress, co conspirator,
39:22
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, general all around scumbag Maxwell took her
39:26
Speaker 1: to a massage room and started screaming that she was
39:29
Speaker 1: a dirty, filthy oh ya, a horror, a lying horror.
39:34
Speaker 1: And look, I mean, do you guys, is it too
39:37
Speaker 1: far of a stretch? Honestly, is it too far of
39:40
Speaker 1: a stretch. We know how Gilane Maxwell would talk to
39:43
Speaker 1: the underlings. We know how Gilanne Maxwell would talk to
39:46
Speaker 1: people that were in Epstein's employ So why wouldn't she
39:50
Speaker 1: wanted why wouldn't she talk like this to one of
39:52
Speaker 1: these girls that she plans on assaulting. The next thing,
39:58
Speaker 1: I knew she had a ballgag in my mouth, my
40:00
Speaker 1: hands around my back, and she was raping me with
40:03
Speaker 1: a sex toy, she claimed of the alleged attack when
40:06
Speaker 1: she was a twenty one year old Parsons student. You know,
40:10
Speaker 1: it's just it's just so insane to think that after
40:15
Speaker 1: all of these decades, after all of these stories had
40:19
Speaker 1: first come out, after you know, Virginia came forward, and Maria,
40:24
Speaker 1: and you know Courtney and Teresa. You just and you
40:27
Speaker 1: name it, right, Michelle, everyone came forward, and you think,
40:31
Speaker 1: just with all of those girls that have come forward,
40:33
Speaker 1: you say to yourself, holy shit, what a prolific, sick
40:36
Speaker 1: bastard he was involved in abusing all of these girls.
40:39
Speaker 1: And then when it starts to settle in and you
40:43
Speaker 1: start to understand the true scope of what really occurred,
40:47
Speaker 1: it's almost too much to get your mind around. Right.
40:50
Speaker 1: It is absolutely deplorable that this was allowed to take
40:55
Speaker 1: place over a period of time where we went through
40:58
Speaker 1: four different presidencies. She had taken my clothes off. It
41:03
Speaker 1: all happened so fast. I was stunned. She was using
41:06
Speaker 1: the sex toy on me and on herself. Then she
41:09
Speaker 1: called an Epstein and he joined in, She said, calling
41:12
Speaker 1: it traumatizing. Yeah, you think I can't even imagine imagine
41:16
Speaker 1: being forced into relations with these two. It's just it's unbelievable.
41:22
Speaker 1: Just reading about it makes me want to drink every
41:24
Speaker 1: single bottle of bleach in the cleaner section at the supermarket,
41:28
Speaker 1: never mind having to live it. So, yeah, when I
41:31
Speaker 1: say that these girls that were abused by these sick
41:34
Speaker 1: bastards deserve every last cent in that fund, I am
41:37
Speaker 1: not messing around. I truly feel like that. And money
41:41
Speaker 1: doesn't fix everything, right, but it's a damn good start.
41:47
Speaker 1: I was terrified I couldn't do anything to stop them,
41:50
Speaker 1: she claimed. I remember her giving me three hundred dollars
41:53
Speaker 1: in saying, don't think about going to the authorities because
41:56
Speaker 1: you won't be alive to see your day in court
41:58
Speaker 1: or something like that. Samantha Towy the paper more threats
42:01
Speaker 1: Gilaine Maxwell. She excelled in that how many of these
42:04
Speaker 1: survivors had she threatened? And when you're dealing with people
42:09
Speaker 1: as powerful as Gilaane Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein, you take
42:13
Speaker 1: those threats to heart, right. That's not like some some
42:16
Speaker 1: jagof telling you, oh, yeah, this is you know, my
42:19
Speaker 1: friends are gonna put their thumb on you and you're
42:21
Speaker 1: gonna be in real trouble. No, this is people that
42:24
Speaker 1: you walk into his house and you see the kind
42:26
Speaker 1: of people he hangs out with. You see that he
42:29
Speaker 1: rubs elbows with presidents, ex presidents, senators, congressmen, ambassadors, you
42:35
Speaker 1: name it. And of course if they threaten you, you
42:38
Speaker 1: take that more seriously, wouldn't you? I know I would. Samantha,
42:44
Speaker 1: who previously ignored Epstein masturbating while she gave him a
42:48
Speaker 1: handful of four hundred dollars massages in ninety three and
42:50
Speaker 1: ninety four, said it was the last time that she
42:53
Speaker 1: saw the pair when they were done. When it was
42:56
Speaker 1: finally over, I walked out of that door a very
42:59
Speaker 1: different person than what I walked in. I was in shock,
43:02
Speaker 1: she said. And again, look, folks, I wasn't there right.
43:06
Speaker 1: You know, who knows what really occurred. But one thing
43:09
Speaker 1: is for sure, there is a pattern of abuse when
43:13
Speaker 1: it comes to Epstein and Maxwell that cannot be ignored.
43:16
Speaker 1: And we know that there are so many unnamed girls
43:20
Speaker 1: that have not come forward that every single one of
43:23
Speaker 1: these stories that comes across my desk. I take as
43:26
Speaker 1: fact until proven otherwise, right, because who knows how many
43:31
Speaker 1: girls were truly affected by this. I'll let the prosecutors
43:34
Speaker 1: and the lawyers for the survivors sort all of that out.
43:39
Speaker 1: The abuse changed her life completely and left her fleeing
43:42
Speaker 1: the Big Apple to become a sex worker in Los Angeles.
43:45
Speaker 1: She claimed, Yeah, that shit happens, right when you suffer trauma,
43:48
Speaker 1: especially sexual trauma. A lot of times these girls end
43:51
Speaker 1: up as sex work workers, hookers, escorts, strippers, whatever it
43:56
Speaker 1: may be. And it's because they have that trauma. I'm
44:00
Speaker 1: hanging over them and they're trying to run away from it.
44:03
Speaker 1: They're trying to get away from it, and they have
44:05
Speaker 1: feelings of less worth than others, and it's just it
44:08
Speaker 1: becomes a terrible cycle. They stole my whole life. I
44:14
Speaker 1: had a bright future ahead of me, and they took
44:16
Speaker 1: that from me. Samantha, now forty eight, told the Son,
44:20
Speaker 1: I feel like they took away my ambition, my drive,
44:23
Speaker 1: and my future. The New Manhattan born accusers lawyer Spencer
44:28
Speaker 1: Couvin told the paper that he was submitting an application
44:31
Speaker 1: to the Epstein Compensation Fund and that Samantha was now
44:34
Speaker 1: willing to talk to investigators. So that's a good thing, right,
44:37
Speaker 1: anybody who's willing to go under oath, you gotta, you know,
44:41
Speaker 1: give them a nod and think that they're at least
44:43
Speaker 1: give them the benefit of the doubt. Right, It's more
44:46
Speaker 1: than any of these scumbags on the other side will do.
44:49
Speaker 1: Where's Dershowitz under oath? Where's Glenn Dubin under oath? Where's
44:52
Speaker 1: Bill Richardson under oath? Where's Les Wexner under oath? Where's
44:55
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew under oath? You get the drift, folks. And
44:59
Speaker 1: Spencer coven been involved in this case for a minute, right,
45:02
Speaker 1: It's not like he's just some you know, Johnny cum
45:04
Speaker 1: Lately lawyer that showed up. I am sure he looked
45:07
Speaker 1: into her claims. You would think, right, if he's submitting
45:09
Speaker 1: her to that compensation fund, you would think that Spencer
45:12
Speaker 1: Covin and his law firm vetted these claims and they
45:16
Speaker 1: found them legit. She said she was only coming forward
45:21
Speaker 1: now that Epstein is dead and Maxwell is being held
45:24
Speaker 1: in custody on serious sex charges, claiming she was previously
45:27
Speaker 1: too scared. Well, we know that we know how scary
45:31
Speaker 1: these individuals were. We've heard from Maria how Maria had
45:34
Speaker 1: to duck and dodge and hide from these people, and
45:36
Speaker 1: we've heard it from others. So again, I don't blame
45:39
Speaker 1: anybody who didn't come forward when this was first occurring
45:43
Speaker 1: while these people were still running around, especially when they
45:46
Speaker 1: have so much power and so much pull. She insisted
45:50
Speaker 1: that Maxwell was the real monster and said she wants
45:53
Speaker 1: to see her suffer in prison rather than die like Epstein,
45:56
Speaker 1: who hanged himself in a Manhattan lockup while awaiting trial allegedly.
46:03
Speaker 1: And look, she's not wrong, Gilainne Maxwell. I almost called
46:07
Speaker 1: her Guilayne Monster. That's funny. Maybe that should be her
46:09
Speaker 1: new name instead of Gilainne Maxwell. I'm gonna call her
46:12
Speaker 1: Gilaine Monster from now on. So she wants Gilaine Monster
46:18
Speaker 1: to really suffer while she's in jail. She doesn't want
46:20
Speaker 1: her to die in prison like Epstein. She wants her
46:23
Speaker 1: to go through the full gauntlet. And I agree, somebody
46:27
Speaker 1: has to be left holding the hot potato, right. I
46:33
Speaker 1: want to see her punished. I don't want her to die,
46:35
Speaker 1: she told the UK paper. I think that Epstein got
46:38
Speaker 1: away too easily by killing himself allegedly. I would rather
46:42
Speaker 1: have seen him suffer, and she needs to suffer like
46:44
Speaker 1: she made us all suffer. Samantha said she was recruited
46:48
Speaker 1: by another student at Parsons School of Design and feels
46:51
Speaker 1: consumed with guilt that the girl she had recruited and
46:54
Speaker 1: made lie about her age had also been sexually assaulted
46:58
Speaker 1: by Epstein. She claimed again, another story like Sarah Robson right, unbelievable.
47:04
Speaker 1: It is unbelievable what these girls had to go through.
47:09
Speaker 1: Just absolutely mind bending. This is like the kind of
47:15
Speaker 1: shit you would read in a book, right, some sort
47:17
Speaker 1: of like Gillian Flynn novel or something. How could this
47:20
Speaker 1: possibly be real life? How could we have people living
47:23
Speaker 1: amongst us that are this disgusting? And how can anybody
47:27
Speaker 1: cover up for people like this? Couban said that his
47:33
Speaker 1: client's story was backed by please searches of Epstein's mansion
47:37
Speaker 1: that found various different sexual devices that could be used
47:41
Speaker 1: in sato masochistic type sexual activities. Maxwell's lawyers did not
47:46
Speaker 1: respond to the Sun's request for comment. The paper said Maxwell,
47:50
Speaker 1: who was arrested in July, is being held at the
47:53
Speaker 1: Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges of conspiring with
47:57
Speaker 1: Epstein to sexually abuse young women. So look, there's gonna
48:04
Speaker 1: be a ton more of these stories that come out, right,
48:08
Speaker 1: and we'll report on all of them. See that's the
48:11
Speaker 1: format that I follow here. The second it hits the news, right,
48:14
Speaker 1: the second it hits the news cycle, the second the
48:16
Speaker 1: paper start reporting on it, we dive in and we
48:19
Speaker 1: look in between the lines. We take a look at things,
48:22
Speaker 1: and I break it down from my point of view.
48:26
Speaker 1: I'm not here breaking the news though that certainly is
48:29
Speaker 1: not my role within this community. Like I said, I
48:34
Speaker 1: feel like I'm the narrator of the story at this
48:36
Speaker 1: point on a daily basis, two times a day, here
48:39
Speaker 1: to bring whatever it is that they're reporting in the
48:43
Speaker 1: news directly to all of you, the most incredible listeners
48:48
Speaker 1: in the whole podcast world. So, folks, look, get ready
48:53
Speaker 1: for stuff like this to happen at a bigger clip.
48:56
Speaker 1: I've been saying it for how long and we're seeing
48:58
Speaker 1: it now, right, We're gonna see a lot more or
49:00
Speaker 1: of it. A lot more girls are going to come
49:02
Speaker 1: forward who have never been named before, who maybe you know,
49:08
Speaker 1: nobody even knows who they are, right besides their lawyers
49:10
Speaker 1: and the prosecutors. So definitely get ready for that, and
49:15
Speaker 1: tomorrow we're gonna talk a little bit more about the
49:18
Speaker 1: financial angle of this, and we're gonna talk a little
49:21
Speaker 1: bit more about Deutsche Bank and the hot water that
49:24
Speaker 1: their CEO has found himself in. If you'd like to
