- 2:06Speaker 1: Slipping away from me, away from me, and you didn't
- 2:11Speaker 1: know tell him not get the home for God, get
- 2:15Speaker 1: a hold yea m hm do do do do do
- 3:21Speaker 1: do do do do.
- 4:30Speaker 2: So on.
- 4:34Speaker 3: This evening, I have cordnet. Yeah, and we're gonna.
- 4:50Speaker 4: Talk about a little but a little about blo some
- 5:01Speaker 4: things has.
- 5:15Speaker 3: It's been weighing on my heart since, you know, the
- 5:23Speaker 3: situation with that's going on to Texas with the two
- 5:31Speaker 3: young men where the one young man.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Stabbed the other young man. Hopefully I'm able to say.
- 5:50Speaker 3: That.
- 5:53Speaker 4: And I see a lot of h m hm, different.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Mhm sayings out there, you know, putting the blame on
- 6:26Speaker 3: different scenarios or.
- 6:38Speaker 4: But it made what.
- 6:41Speaker 2: It may be like d.
- 6:59Speaker 5: And then I don't even that, you know, immediately getting
- 7:05Speaker 5: out society and our issues and.
- 7:16Speaker 2: School of this.
- 7:17Speaker 5: However it may be trying to label a certain ethnic
- 7:21Speaker 5: group that's being you know, especially African Americans, as being
- 7:35Speaker 5: more violent than Kuhite American and this is not you know,
- 7:42Speaker 5: like that, you know, people being stereotypes of being you
- 8:00Speaker 5: know something that did enough.
- 8:02Speaker 2: So, you know, are we here to do around to
- 8:22Speaker 2: see truth man.
- 8:23Speaker 5: To hope that everybody gets justice and what we're talking
- 8:26Speaker 5: about tonight.
- 8:27Speaker 2: And good evening ladies and gentlemen, And thank you very
- 8:32Speaker 2: much for generous on another exciting episode of Let's Talk
- 8:36Speaker 2: about It. My name is going out a drummer, the
- 8:39Speaker 2: host of tonight's show, And I would like to go
- 8:42Speaker 2: ahead and say that I will apologize for the uh,
- 8:49Speaker 2: the second that you have just heard and just showed that.
- 8:52Speaker 2: You know, we will go ahead and we'll continue in
- 8:53Speaker 2: to lay in the fact relating to that situation that
- 8:58Speaker 2: you have just heard about. According to that situation, that
- 9:01Speaker 2: case that then defines the fact that African American Mail
- 9:06Speaker 2: staffed another individual and the other individual and some other
- 9:10Speaker 2: kids a bully and this individual who stabbed him, and
- 9:14Speaker 2: that now here it is the process of the attorney's
- 9:18Speaker 2: officers trying to charge this African American Mail with a
- 9:22Speaker 2: murder case went in back complaints will bove with school
- 9:26Speaker 2: of issues and parents and other of dishs about him
- 9:29Speaker 2: being bullied. So now the question is what is wrong
- 9:34Speaker 2: with our system and how are we am classifying the
- 9:37Speaker 2: process of the bully in and our communities and our
- 9:41Speaker 2: schools and institutions. But that being said, I would like
- 9:46Speaker 2: to go ahead and say that you know, tonight topic
- 9:49Speaker 2: is going to pay about the process of bullying and
- 9:53Speaker 2: the cause of the think that bullion can have on
- 9:55Speaker 2: our kids and our teams within our communities and our schools.
- 9:59Speaker 2: And I am pclucis the topic is one where people
- 10:03Speaker 2: of all ethnic groups and backgrounds have been made victims
- 10:06Speaker 2: to the many forms of bullian And with that being said,
- 10:11Speaker 2: this issue right here that we're defining right now is
- 10:14Speaker 2: that a fast to this case have been brought to
- 10:17Speaker 2: the attention of all involved, the parents, the school officials,
- 10:22Speaker 2: the district attorney. But still it seems to be one
- 10:26Speaker 2: sided into a situation of whether happencan Americans have been
- 10:29Speaker 2: charge required that only he became the victim. So under
- 10:34Speaker 2: these circumstances right here, I would like to shed light
- 10:39Speaker 2: on the side. Okay, as we all know, brillian is
- 10:43Speaker 2: real and the mental ramifications of it can be devastated
- 10:48Speaker 2: and surprising, can lead to suicidal results as the same
- 10:53Speaker 2: as Monroe. But what is brilliant brilliant is a farm
- 10:58Speaker 2: another person through with our physical behavior because French another
- 11:03Speaker 2: person being hoodied. This fear of being inflicted upon the
- 11:07Speaker 2: victim can cause them to isolate, become depressed, being welcome
- 11:12Speaker 2: art to cause home to another person and hear of
- 11:16Speaker 2: being hoody for self defense reasons. So, with this process
- 11:21Speaker 2: being laid out tonight, I want to point out something else.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Statistics that shows that after the American males used to
- 11:30Speaker 2: be the highest percentage number of kids teams being HOODI.
- 11:35Speaker 2: The same statistics, however, now indicates the white of being
- 11:38Speaker 2: more likely than the African American being hoodie. But what
- 11:44Speaker 2: our society is going to correct the issues to another
- 11:47Speaker 2: battle problem as opposed to the racial barriers being upon
- 11:53Speaker 2: our community kids and you know, our school and our teams.
- 11:59Speaker 2: It has been was that twenty thirty percent of hiss
- 12:02Speaker 2: reporting being bullied to Soular officials and nothing has been
- 12:06Speaker 2: done to correct the problem. Okay, And with that now
- 12:11Speaker 2: here is policies have been put in place in order
- 12:14Speaker 2: to try to correct these problems by legis last lawmakers.
- 12:19Speaker 2: The legislative lawmakers have process is the policy that defines
- 12:23Speaker 2: the fact that here it is formal policy is available
- 12:28Speaker 2: to school websites and distributions to school handbooks which must
- 12:33Speaker 2: be signed by student parents and guardians, and every school
- 12:37Speaker 2: has our identifis fact that these sep are being notified
- 12:40Speaker 2: on how to correct problems. He had been bullied. The
- 12:44Speaker 2: individual in this particular case, he followed complain with school officials,
- 12:49Speaker 2: He fothered, complain with his families. He told him that
- 12:52Speaker 2: he was being bullied, but didn't nobody do nothing to
- 12:55Speaker 2: try to save him or try to correct them and
- 12:57Speaker 2: stop them from bullet in this individual. So now he
- 13:01Speaker 2: took maths into his own hands. Why because didn't nobody
- 13:04Speaker 2: listen to him. He was isolating, he was dequessed. He
- 13:08Speaker 2: was even committed thinking about committing suicides. So when these
- 13:12Speaker 2: individuals came to him and kept bullying him, with witnesses
- 13:16Speaker 2: knowing that he was being bullied, saw what was going on,
- 13:20Speaker 2: he took a knife out and protected himself, and that
- 13:23Speaker 2: one of the individens. So the issue now is that
- 13:28Speaker 2: this process was going before a district attorney's office, who
- 13:32Speaker 2: are now trying to claim that this individual intentionally and
- 13:37Speaker 2: normally called the deaths of the sale, when in fact
- 13:41Speaker 2: he was. The policy states that a pologies defined bully
- 13:48Speaker 2: in has if he didn't used by want of more
- 13:51Speaker 2: sooners all of our member of school staff or eris
- 13:55Speaker 2: verbal or electronic expression or a princhul k act or
- 14:00Speaker 2: sure are any combinations that are directed at a target's death.
- 14:12Speaker 2: The property it places the target and reasonable fear of
- 14:17Speaker 2: harm to himself or to herself are of images to
- 14:21Speaker 2: himself or herself as property. It creates hospital environments as
- 14:25Speaker 2: schools of the target. It in frames upon the rights
- 14:29Speaker 2: of the target at school, or materially and substantially disrupt
- 14:34Speaker 2: the educational process or just on the operations of the school.
- 14:39Speaker 2: With this being said, school of officials are provided with
- 14:43Speaker 2: policies in order to be able to correct themselves, you know,
- 14:47Speaker 2: when complaints have been bold with them about the and
- 14:51Speaker 2: then this particular case nothing was of a doctor. And
- 14:55Speaker 2: now the community of taking silence with the white family
- 14:59Speaker 2: or with the other American family and supporting them by
- 15:03Speaker 2: giving dull nations that provide an information to the district
- 15:06Speaker 2: of Chinese officer crosses even to African America. But that
- 15:11Speaker 2: doesn't correct the problem. The problem still exists about kids
- 15:16Speaker 2: being body. And the statement being made is that that
- 15:20Speaker 2: here it is if the community see that if the
- 15:23Speaker 2: African American it takes harm upon bully of a white
- 15:27Speaker 2: individual that the public will supported to write individuals family
- 15:31Speaker 2: more so as trying to correct the problem than this
- 15:33Speaker 2: statement is being made that it's okay to kids the
- 15:36Speaker 2: body and that's not the way we should be trying
- 15:40Speaker 2: to teach our kids. So as of right now, and
- 15:44Speaker 2: you know the facts of this case of being disproportionably
- 15:47Speaker 2: you know, misplaced. Why because it ain't nobody listening to
- 15:51Speaker 2: our kids for a claiming and showing that they're being hooded.
- 15:55Speaker 2: So tonight, I would like for anyone who was listening
- 15:58Speaker 2: to this shottle to be able to you know, I
- 16:01Speaker 2: understand the fact that bullying is serious and it's a
- 16:04Speaker 2: process and wish that our kids and our teams are
- 16:08Speaker 2: being victimized by processes that they don't have no control
- 16:11Speaker 2: over them if they don't nobody listen to them. So
- 16:15Speaker 2: now I would like to say that tonight I would
- 16:19Speaker 2: like to invite anybody who listening to this show to
- 16:22Speaker 2: call in and to show and show their support for
- 16:25Speaker 2: this type of situation, to shed light on the fact
- 16:28Speaker 2: that you know, our school of visuals, our legislators, our families,
- 16:32Speaker 2: and our communities need to do more in order to
- 16:35Speaker 2: protect our kids kids right now, being bullied, they tend
- 16:39Speaker 2: to isolate more, they tend to lose hope and school.
- 16:44Speaker 2: They tend to figure that they're not welcome and I
- 16:47Speaker 2: wanted it, and that ain't nobody listening. And with this
- 16:51Speaker 2: being said, it's very sad that you know, we see
- 16:55Speaker 2: that kids are committing suicides from being bullis a higher
- 17:00Speaker 2: rate of bullying than any any place in America. Earlyant
- 17:06Speaker 2: is serious, and I would like to show you know
- 17:09Speaker 2: with these statistics that you know, we don't want nobody
- 17:13Speaker 2: to commit suicide or we don't want nobody to cause
- 17:16Speaker 2: nobody's death behind being bullied. But it's sad to see
- 17:21Speaker 2: that our communities and our school officials and our legislator
- 17:25Speaker 2: is not doing enough. And in this situation, I just
- 17:28Speaker 2: the attorney's officer in this case is being biased because
- 17:32Speaker 2: they're trying to convict an Emerson man or Amerson's little
- 17:35Speaker 2: boy or Anison kids from protecting themselves from being bullied,
- 17:40Speaker 2: when in fact complaints were fouled, with the school officials
- 17:45Speaker 2: now trying to up the information that witnesses were made
- 17:49Speaker 2: available to say that this individual kid had been bullied.
- 17:54Speaker 2: So now this individual kid don't have nobody supporting him
- 17:59Speaker 2: that he was a and that he's not a perpetrator
- 18:02Speaker 2: and that he's not a murderer. So tonight I would
- 18:06Speaker 2: like to say that whoever is listening to this general,
- 18:08Speaker 2: please support this African American and see that he get
- 18:12Speaker 2: a fair trial, see that he gets the facts presented
- 18:16Speaker 2: it to the port officials that they need to see
- 18:18Speaker 2: and artist to prove that he's not a murderer and
- 18:20Speaker 2: that he was the victim because if not, because he's
- 18:25Speaker 2: an African American, when he received a fair trial, that's
- 18:29Speaker 2: the question. Can he receive a fair trial when the
- 18:32Speaker 2: public is showing more support for the white a Nable Knight,
- 18:36Speaker 2: white individual family as opposed to the African American family
- 18:41Speaker 2: because the race player made his role into our society
- 18:44Speaker 2: is a bullion because the fat is the case, and
- 18:47Speaker 2: then we're all misunderstanding the realness and effects of the situation,
- 18:54Speaker 2: when in fact we should actually take a step back
- 18:57Speaker 2: and we're love that of our skins be a factor
- 19:01Speaker 2: when somebody is wrong, the bullying somebody and end up
- 19:06Speaker 2: being the person who get affected the harm uphone if
- 19:10Speaker 2: they ain't called the issue to be inflicted upon and
- 19:13Speaker 2: that's what they did, and they should not be, you know,
- 19:16Speaker 2: the person to be held up classified as the evil
- 19:20Speaker 2: when in fact they are the perpetrators because they have
- 19:24Speaker 2: to want who bully somebody and the pan defended themselves.
- 19:29Speaker 2: So that's what we need to look at, whether or
- 19:31Speaker 2: not this individual will defending itself from being bullied, because
- 19:37Speaker 2: that is true that he is justified and defending himself
- 19:42Speaker 2: and that he's not a murderer. So our society needs
- 19:46Speaker 2: to take a look at these processes of what we
- 19:49Speaker 2: la suppie being, what is it, how do we get finding,
- 19:55Speaker 2: how do we recognize the effect that it has upon
- 19:58Speaker 2: our kids, and can we do more to protect that
- 20:03Speaker 2: kids from being buddy. Once a complaint has been involved,
- 20:08Speaker 2: the school officials are required to say and go and
- 20:13Speaker 2: get the individual who's doing the bullying and to contact
- 20:16Speaker 2: their family and to report an answer then to their
- 20:19Speaker 2: family and to either this move we moved them from
- 20:24Speaker 2: the school, ought to take other leisures in order to
- 20:27Speaker 2: protect the person who's been fudy. But in this particular
- 20:31Speaker 2: case that didn't happen because the indistitual kids can't reford
- 20:35Speaker 2: the fact he had been putty. And you must never happen.
- 20:39Speaker 2: So now that he come outed into his own hand,
- 20:42Speaker 2: we's wrong according to school officials, according to the District
- 20:47Speaker 2: Attalion's office. So that's not the way that we should
- 20:52Speaker 2: be looking at this process. So we should blame the
- 20:55Speaker 2: SOOL officials who are not doing this ours to try
- 20:59Speaker 2: to protect that kids and our teens from being bullied
- 21:03Speaker 2: and maybe victims of problems that they don't have. Nothing
- 21:05Speaker 2: go wrong. He made a report and he expected it
- 21:11Speaker 2: for them to do more and this did. So it's
- 21:14Speaker 2: the soul officials who are filling our kids under situations
- 21:18Speaker 2: lin and causing them to be causing them to isolate,
- 21:22Speaker 2: causing them to lose into some school and causing them
- 21:26Speaker 2: to also committed suicide. So, with this process to life
- 21:30Speaker 2: being spoken to you about bullying, from action to anyone
- 21:35Speaker 2: who is listening to his topic tonight, he didn't bother
- 21:38Speaker 2: with your life, with your kids' lives to find out
- 21:41Speaker 2: if they're being bullied and if a complaint has been
- 21:43Speaker 2: fouled by your players, with anybody from any source that's
- 21:47Speaker 2: bringing his mouth to someone's attention, take action, sending up
- 21:51Speaker 2: for your kids and try to get them to help
- 21:53Speaker 2: that they need. Before it's too late because some kids
- 21:57Speaker 2: will take and defend themselves against these types of but
- 22:01Speaker 2: are they wrong? Why should they be judged when they're
- 22:04Speaker 2: the ditis. That's what our society can do. It judges
- 22:08Speaker 2: us for being made through the crime that he did
- 22:10Speaker 2: not commit. And this is not right. So tonight I
- 22:15Speaker 2: would like to share and say that you know this
- 22:17Speaker 2: individual that's being charged with this crime, and that the
- 22:20Speaker 2: districer and his office trying to process and medicate against him,
- 22:24Speaker 2: The DA's officer look at this stage from all levels
- 22:28Speaker 2: with all the fact on the teamble and that his
- 22:31Speaker 2: lawyers should follow complaint and a process against the fool
- 22:35Speaker 2: joos and bring them forward for failing to do they
- 22:38Speaker 2: die and not the whole is the key accountable for
- 22:41Speaker 2: a crime he did not commit. Don't nobody condone nobody
- 22:45Speaker 2: taking the life of no one. But once you're justified
- 22:49Speaker 2: and defending yourself, according to the United States Institution, you're
- 22:53Speaker 2: testified and that you shall not be held liable for
- 22:57Speaker 2: defending yourself. That's why we out of law called self defense.
- 23:02Speaker 2: And that's what this little boy did. He defended himself
- 23:04Speaker 2: against individuals trying to get harm against him. So being
- 23:10Speaker 2: said who would like to ask for anyone who's listening
- 23:13Speaker 2: to this podcast night and who's familiar with the case
- 23:16Speaker 2: to go on support this individual team and to bring
- 23:20Speaker 2: some course for him to stand up against this brother's
- 23:23Speaker 2: district attorney's officer who will try and process him either
- 23:26Speaker 2: be because of his end or because the fact that
- 23:29Speaker 2: he's too poor to high the restentation of the trying
- 23:31Speaker 2: to protect him, and that this attorney's office is showing
- 23:35Speaker 2: more support for the white neighbor, white individual as opposed
- 23:39Speaker 2: to trying to get the back straight in order to
- 23:42Speaker 2: make sure that this little boy is not held alive
- 23:44Speaker 2: for something he didn't do. Only to defend this though,
- 23:49Speaker 2: So with that being said, I would like to go
- 23:52Speaker 2: ahead and say that, you know, we have a lot
- 23:56Speaker 2: of works to do when it comes to situations like this,
- 24:00Speaker 2: because as we know, a lot of kids have committed
- 24:02Speaker 2: tou stide from being bullied, and we don't like that.
- 24:06Speaker 2: We don't like to see that. Can we grow by
- 24:09Speaker 2: it if nobody else is out there doing anything to
- 24:12Speaker 2: try to correct the problem. Nobody. So, like I say,
- 24:19Speaker 2: this is an individual, he's in jail, or whether or
- 24:22Speaker 2: not he's not in jail, he's now trying to figure
- 24:24Speaker 2: out what message is public sending and other kids want
- 24:30Speaker 2: to know what message is being sent by them now
- 24:33Speaker 2: trying to prosecute this individual can get for something he
- 24:37Speaker 2: only built was right to do protect herself. So now
- 24:43Speaker 2: here it is, like I said, it's twenty five to
- 24:46Speaker 2: any schedule. Kids who do file complaints, but what's being done.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Nobody is on anything to try to correct these problems.
- 24:56Speaker 2: So now here it is. I would hate to see
- 24:59Speaker 2: it's an individual kid get twenty twenty forty years within
- 25:02Speaker 2: a penal institution and have to come to prism and
- 25:06Speaker 2: not to try to figure out how it's a lot
- 25:07Speaker 2: to be possible that he was around good the club
- 25:10Speaker 2: only in themselves? Is that the message that we send
- 25:14Speaker 2: our kids? No, it shouldn't be so tonight. I would
- 25:18Speaker 2: like to ask for anybody will have any issues or
- 25:23Speaker 2: kids who have been bullied, kids who have committed suicide,
- 25:27Speaker 2: kids who have suffered from depression, isolation, had great from
- 25:31Speaker 2: being to come in to call for come in to
- 25:34Speaker 2: call and express yourself to bring away the city types
- 25:39Speaker 2: of problems. Because these types of problems are very serious
- 25:42Speaker 2: and they need to be addressed. They need to be
- 25:45Speaker 2: addressed by our lawmakers, by school of visis, by communities,
- 25:49Speaker 2: our parents, and everybody, because everybody involved suffers when we
- 25:54Speaker 2: lose the life of a kid, everybody. So don't nobody
- 25:59Speaker 2: win when we lose a key to imprisonment a situation
- 26:05Speaker 2: like this. So I would like to ask for everyone
- 26:09Speaker 2: uh listening to the show The Life, to come in
- 26:11Speaker 2: and and then and invite your sails to you know,
- 26:14Speaker 2: steak up, stand up for these types of situations because
- 26:19Speaker 2: I don't nobody to win. So thank you very much
- 26:22Speaker 2: for calling it in. If you do that, if you're
- 26:24Speaker 2: very much listening to me on tonight's show, and that
- 26:27Speaker 2: uh we're hope and pray that this process and issue
- 26:30Speaker 2: a brilliant the actressed so and uh we said, we
- 26:35Speaker 2: thank you very much for coming and uh listening to
- 26:37Speaker 2: our should tonight. So with that, I would like to
- 26:40Speaker 2: go ahead and uh close out and show that this individuals,
- 26:44Speaker 2: so this family has gone through this. We uh we
- 26:47Speaker 2: send our support to you and ask that you know
- 26:50Speaker 2: the community supports you and that you get the justice
- 26:53Speaker 2: that you deserve, that you get the states that dropped
- 26:56Speaker 2: against you. You know what I'm saying, So that this
- 26:58Speaker 2: way you do not have to come to print for
- 27:00Speaker 2: a party that I commission and we played as a family.
- 27:04Speaker 2: In this case is a victim, the individual who got stabbed.
- 27:07Speaker 2: We take our condolencence to you and your pamient hope
- 27:11Speaker 2: that you get the clothes that you need, and that's
- 27:14Speaker 2: what we do. We ask that you all get involved
- 27:17Speaker 2: in chal thanks your kids from being buddy. So with
- 27:20Speaker 2: that to talk about it tonight, we are asking from
- 27:24Speaker 2: thanks you very much for joining us, and I would
- 27:26Speaker 2: like to close out tonight and say thank you. Listen
- 27:29Speaker 2: to the show of Let's talk about it. So that's
- 27:31Speaker 2: all I have on tonight's show, and thank you very much. Dude.
- 28:00Speaker 2: All right then come now yet you done? You're done?
- 28:13Speaker 2: Cord now, all right?
- 28:16Speaker 4: I said, you've done?
- 28:18Speaker 2: Yes, fam, Yes, right,
