- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
- 0:12genuine. Issues.
- 0:13Brought to you by The Hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:16celebrities CE OS and even royalty Adam Cox, these
- 0:21recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's world
- 0:24famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here, and you're about to listen to a futuristic
- 0:43metaphorical hypnosis session all about rewiring the brain but
- 0:48also enhancing optimal health. And it actually uses a metaphor
- 0:55of nanotechnology. And nanotechnology is a real.
- 0:58Thing it's the. Exploration of ultra small
- 1:03entities designed to enhance quite often health or biological
- 1:10changes. So it could be, for example,
- 1:14certain elements of biogenomics and editing genomes have an
- 1:18element of nanotechnology in it. But at a.
- 1:21Science fiction level, It's this idea of creating atomically
- 1:25small robots with functions that might be to repair cells to do
- 1:31things that normally the human body does themselves.
- 1:36Now, the client I was working with really liked this metaphor,
- 1:39and they wanted to help in two key areas.
- 1:42One was the idea of rewiring their brain to reduce anxiety,
- 1:46and then the second was that they had inflammation and pain
- 1:50around their knees and their hips and they were worried about
- 1:54their macular because a family member had age-related macular
- 1:58degeneration. So this has a powerful
- 2:03futuristic metaphor of using nanotechnology to enhance the
- 2:07body. Now, of course this is a
- 2:09metaphor. There is no actual tiny nanobots
- 2:12taking place, but there's a very interesting.
- 2:15Study that took. Place, and you can find it on
- 2:18Google Scholar where under hypnosis they told certain
- 2:25participants that they had a very high dose of certain
- 2:28vitamins that would boost their immune system.
- 2:31And then later when they measured their white blood cell
- 2:34count, there was an increase in the white blood cell count.
- 2:38So the body can absolutely react to hypnotic suggestions.
- 2:43And these hypnotic suggestions are all about rewiring the brain
- 2:47and the brain can rewire. It's called neuroplasticity and
- 2:50it can improve health and you know it can improve health
- 2:53because you've been sick and then recovered.
- 2:56You've had a fever and got through that.
- 2:58You've cut yourself and your skin healed.
- 3:02So you know that can happen. This is just hypnotic
- 3:04suggestions to enhance that principle.
- 3:08It was created for an individual.
- 3:09It might be that you have no issues with your hips and your
- 3:12knees, but there's other areas that you want to kind of think
- 3:15about. So I would encourage you to get
- 3:18the most out of this session to think of what would you like to
- 3:22enhance within you? What neuroplasticity benefits
- 3:25would you want? More confidence, more self
- 3:27belief? And what health benefits would
- 3:30you like to have? Let's say faster repair of
- 3:34muscles after a workout? Or would you like a more
- 3:37improved digestive system? Whatever the.
- 3:40Issue is, think about that. That's priming your brain.
- 3:43So when you hear the hypnosis about the nanobots, you can
- 3:46think about the nanobots moving to that part of your body.
- 3:50It's also a fun thing to do to just Google image nanobots that
- 3:54will give you an image of a tiny science fiction idea of what
- 3:58these nanotechnology robots look like, and then thinking of that
- 4:02picture while you listen to the hypnosis session will enhance
- 4:06the experience for you. If you are interested in
- 4:08exploring working with me, I would encourage you to check out
- 4:11my website adamcox.co.uk or look in the description for different
- 4:15ways in which you can work with me.
- 4:18For now, though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 4:20won't be distracted or disturbed.
- 4:22Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 4:56you breathe in, breathe in that resourceful feeling of calm and
- 5:02relaxation. And as you exhale, just feel
- 5:07your eyelids getting heavier and more relaxed, breathing in a
- 5:14wonderful feeling of resourceful relaxation.
- 5:19And as you release, feeling any echoes of tension, worry or
- 5:27anxiety melting away and leaving your body in your outward
- 5:34breath. Breathing in, then slow, steady
- 5:42breath and just notice that the moment you think of the lower
- 5:51part of your lungs, your diaphragm, it's almost like your
- 5:57body and brain knows what to do. You breathe out deeper, and when
- 6:04you breathe in, you notice breathing lower and because
- 6:14you're breathing in that resourceful feeling of calm and
- 6:17relaxation. The deeper you breathe, the more
- 6:23relaxed you feel, and the more relaxed you feel, the deeper you
- 6:31breathe. As your body relaxes, your
- 6:39imagination awakens, and I want you to imagine what it would be
- 6:46like to move forwards in time. Maybe that's 50 years, 100
- 6:57years, so you're able to harness the technology that exists then
- 7:06to benefit your body and your mind as it is now.
- 7:14I want you to imagine floating forwards in time to a clinic,
- 7:21and as you approach the clinic, I want you to see a logo with
- 7:29the word nano somewhere in it. Maybe it's nanobot technology or
- 7:39something else, and this looks a very modern, futuristic
- 7:47building. And when you're there in the
- 7:51waiting room, I want you to notice an absence of any
- 7:59anticipation and instead a wonderful feeling that
- 8:08everything is going to be fine. A deep inner knowing that you're
- 8:17in safe hands. But something wonderful not just
- 8:25can occur, but will occur. And just for a moment, while
- 8:34you're waiting, want you to imagine those long deep breaths
- 8:41as I countdown from 5 to 1, you will imagine each descending
- 8:46number facilitates a release, a letting go of those echoes of
- 8:55tension, enabling you to fully relax.
- 9:01Now, 5 on the outward breath, release any tension around your
- 9:10jaw, your forehead, any muscles in your face.
- 9:17That's it. And then four, focusing now on
- 9:23your neck, shoulders, all the way down the arms.
- 9:27As you breathe out, release. Just feel how limp and loose and
- 9:33heavy your arms are and now focus three there on your chest
- 9:41and internal organs as you breathe out, release your
- 9:47stomach, lungs, your heart all the way down to your gut relaxes
- 9:53instantly. And then two, focus on your
- 9:57legs, almost like your legs are becoming limp, loose, relaxed,
- 10:05like you couldn't walk on them if you tried that level of
- 10:10relaxation. And then one, the tips of your
- 10:14toes rippling up to the top of your head and back down to the
- 10:20tips of your fingers. Feel a wonderful feeling there
- 10:26on that soft seating area in that futuristic waiting room.
- 10:34You feel a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace, and
- 10:49as you connect without feeling of relaxation, you can scan your
- 10:55body and just know that on each outward breath you can release
- 11:00more if necessary. And I want you to get a feeling
- 11:11of what it would feel like to be in the future, living in a place
- 11:20where technology has evolved into something extraordinary.
- 11:30Because in this future there's a form of microscopic technology
- 11:38called nanotechnology. Tiny machines so small they are
- 11:49invisible to the naked eye, and they're measured in atoms rather
- 11:55than millimetres. Some people know them as
- 12:03nanobots. Millions if not billions of
- 12:09intelligent microscopic helpers, each one designed with a single
- 12:16purpose. To repair, to restore, to
- 12:27optimize. I want you to imagine that a
- 12:36clinician there has taken a blood sample and they've done a
- 12:45very rapid scan identifying all the parts of your body that
- 12:53could be improved, and then that diagnostic has been transferred
- 13:09into each and every one of these nanobots.
- 13:13The nanobots now have the first task of confirming areas for
- 13:23improvement. Imagine that you're LED into a
- 13:33room within the clinic, a comfortable chair that maybe
- 13:37looks like a dentist chair, but 10 times more comfortable.
- 13:43And you feel safe and relaxed in this chair.
- 13:48And then you're given a mask, the kind of breathing mask that
- 13:56someone might have if they needed to breathe in pure
- 13:59oxygen. And you're told that the
- 14:06nanobots will enter your body in the easiest way possible.
- 14:15And just imagine as you breathe in pure oxygen, breathing in
- 14:22through your nose, into your lungs, and that as you breathe
- 14:26in slowly, you could imagine, because they can't be seen, a
- 14:33soft glowing mist of billions of microscopic nanobots flowing
- 14:41effortlessly into your lungs and from there into your
- 14:49bloodstream. And immediately they begin their
- 14:56work, because the blood test in the initial scan, it was just a
- 15:03starting point. And these nanobots are
- 15:08incredibly intelligent, each tiny nanobot far more
- 15:13intelligent than any single human.
- 15:16And there's billions of them. And before doing anything, they
- 15:22begin by scanning. They move through your
- 15:27bloodstream, through your muscles, through tissues,
- 15:32through the nervous system. Scanning, diagnosing,
- 15:38prioritizing. Just like the most advanced
- 15:42technology available, They analyze what needs attention
- 15:48first. They're figuring out
- 15:54collectively shared intelligence across all of them, where
- 16:00healing is needed, where repair is needed, and where tiny
- 16:08improvements can be made. Because they are atomic sized
- 16:15shape shifting machines, each nanobot can transform instantly
- 16:24from a scanner to a builder to a healer to a repairer to a
- 16:32rewiring of the brain specialist.
- 16:37And I want you to imagine as you continue breathing in and
- 16:40breathing out there in that share, in that futuristic clinic
- 16:44in that room. But perhaps a few million of
- 16:50these nanobots now travel toward the brain, moving gently through
- 16:57neural pathways, scanning the networks that shape thoughts,
- 17:04emotions and behaviour. And they noticed the pathways
- 17:11connected with confidence, courage and calm.
- 17:19And they also noticed the old pathways connected with anxiety
- 17:24and avoidance. And using technology far beyond
- 17:31what exists, they begin the rewiring.
- 17:38They are strengthening the circuits of courage, enhancing
- 17:43the pathways that remind you that you have the resources to
- 17:49handle anything outside your comfort zone.
- 17:55Because confidence is not the absence of anxiety, it's the
- 18:01knowledge that even if anxiety appears, you have the resources
- 18:09to handle it. And the nanobots, through their
- 18:15rewiring, strengthen that belief.
- 18:29And some of these nanobots also connect with your breathing
- 18:34system. They enhance the simple but
- 18:40powerful ability you already possess.
- 18:45Slow, steady breathing. And they strengthen a powerful
- 18:51connection. Whenever you breathe slowly,
- 18:58whenever your outward breath is longer than your inward breath,
- 19:02your nervous system shifts towards calm, your heart rate
- 19:09slows, your body relaxes, and anxiety naturally reduces.
- 19:19So these nanobots reinforce a useful pattern.
- 19:25When something feels out outside the comfort zone, you breathe
- 19:31intentionally slowly. You do the thing rather than
- 19:38avoid the thing, and by doing it, the anxiety fades faster.
- 19:48This fuels incremental revolutionary change within
- 19:56progress, builds on progress builds on progress, compounding
- 20:01confidence so that the next time you encounter something similar,
- 20:08the anxiety is already lower because the brain learns
- 20:15quickly. This is manageable, this is
- 20:20safe. This is growth.
- 20:27And the nanobots strengthen that learning each time.
- 20:35And now other nanobots begin travelling toward the joints.
- 20:41Some are moving toward the knees, some toward the hips and
- 20:48any other joints like ankles and elbows, even the tiny joints in
- 20:53your fingers and toes. And they're scanning the
- 20:58cartilage, the tendons, the ligaments and the tissues, and
- 21:05where there is where they begin repairing, restoring cartilage
- 21:12cells, improving lubrication. They're even enhancing the
- 21:20synovial fluid that allows the joints to move smoothly.
- 21:26Tiny microscopic builders rebuilding structures that
- 21:33support strength and flexibility.
- 21:40And as they work, the joints feel lighter, more supported,
- 21:50more fluid. And other nanobots travel
- 21:58through muscles, through connective tissue, through every
- 22:05system of the body. And as they do so, they are
- 22:11repairing damaged cells, clearing inflammation, restoring
- 22:19balance. And then some move toward the
- 22:23eyes, scanning the delicate cells responsible for vision.
- 22:33Everything, everything around the optic nerve, the retina,
- 22:41even the macula. And they're supporting
- 22:46regeneration, maintenance and protection.
- 22:52And I wonder if you could imagine them strengthening the
- 22:54health of the retina and all of the surrounding tissues, so much
- 23:02so that the systems responsible for vision remains supported,
- 23:07maintained, perhaps even enhanced.
- 23:16And once the most important repairs are completed, the
- 23:21nanobots shift their function. Their work doesn't stop at
- 23:30fixing problems. They begin improving, empowering
- 23:38and enhancing, increasing energy production within cells,
- 23:46improving circulation, optimizing the nervous system.
- 23:57And as you imagine this taking place, I wonder if you can begin
- 24:00to feel a sense of revitalization, a feeling of
- 24:07being more energized, more capable, more alive.
- 24:16And before finishing, the nanobots activate one final
- 24:21program. Internally.
- 24:25They call it the Courage protocol, that whenever
- 24:30something appears that once triggered hesitation, your brain
- 24:36now asks a different question. So instead of asking, how do I
- 24:42avoid this, the brain will start to intuitively think, how can I
- 24:48handle this? And because your brain now knows
- 24:53that you have the resources, you have the breath, you have the
- 24:58resilience, you're better able to simply move forward calmly,
- 25:06steadily, confidently. And each time you do, confidence
- 25:15grows stronger and anxiety becomes smaller and smaller
- 25:24until it's negligible. And I want you to imagine the
- 25:30nanobots continue their work quietly in the background,
- 25:38maintaining, repairing, optimizing, updating your
- 25:44immunity in the same way that you could download antivirus for
- 25:50a computer. This is futuristic technology,
- 25:57no need for vaccines, inoculations.
- 26:01Just imagine the nanobots have identified all of the major
- 26:06issues and enhance your immunity for all of them, reducing the
- 26:14probability that you get sick. Even if you get sick, expect the
- 26:20healing to be more rapid. And I want you to imagine
- 26:30returning to your present with this new lease of life, with all
- 26:34of this rejuvenation, revitalization, re energization.
- 26:40And just imagine the next few days and weeks.
- 26:45Imagine you simply living your life, feeling stronger, feeling
- 26:48calmer, feeling capable of handling whatever appears and
- 26:55knowing that growth happens, not within the comfort zone, not
- 27:00within what you've always done before, but just beyond it.
- 27:08That's the big breakthrough. Just beyond the comfort zone
- 27:13changes everything, and you are unleashing a desire to
- 27:22intentionally move beyond the comfort zone rather than back
- 27:27away from it. And then imagine.
- 27:33Imagine that the procedure is finished.
- 27:39You leave that comfortable chair, leave that room, leave
- 27:44the clinic, but with a spring in your step and you found feeling
- 27:49of confidence and self belief unleashing a desire to seek out
- 27:58the very things you've been avoiding.
- 28:02And as you hold that thought, it's time to return.
- 28:08So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 28:14nose. She asked.
- 28:16Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, connect and calibrate into
- 28:20the here and the now as I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to
- 28:26awaken the rejuvenated, revitalized, re energized,
- 28:32confident version of you. Starting to count 123 Waking up
- 28:39456 More alert 7-8 Open your eyes Open your eyes 910.
- 28:45Wide awake, wide awake. Wide awake.
