- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Let's do it.
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: So, but we're gonna first off by saying we missed New Zealand last week.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: So yes.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, that was a lot.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: That was a lot.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: There were a lot all over the place.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Like five bikini, two fit model, and the masters 40 plus.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Now there's yeah, now we got like one.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: And I even looked, there's actually been no US shows for the past two weeks.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: Is that correct?
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: I think so, yeah.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: I think you're right.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: And there's been there's been no actual like US-based shows.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Um obviously there was Kentucky, but that was That was two weeks ago, surely, was it?
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: Or a week and a half ago at least.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah, a week and a half, yeah.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Two two weekends, yeah.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: So You know what I love on that app?
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: Did Suki make that app?
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Like, is that like his development?
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Like his ideas?
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: I think so.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: I love how it does like the not necessarily like power rankings, like sports do, but like the rankings in a sense.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Like when the show list comes out and it's on there, it lists them from like the highest qualified down.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Like someone that has three career wins, five seconds, two thirds, they're at the top of the list.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's really cool to kind of see the rankings in that sense.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: And they do like the head-to-heads and stuff like that as well, which I think is pretty cool.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Those are cool, yeah.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Like how many times they've each beat each other in their career and stuff.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's really cool.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: So generally, the last the last US show was Hurricane in Kentucky, which was two weekends.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: That was 10 days ago.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: So, and then there's nothing this weekend either with from the US, apart from this, there's obviously the Spain show this year, uh, this weekend.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: Um there's a Fit Model pro show this weekend too.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Uh in Florida, I think.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: Okay, that's the same.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: Fit model's gonna.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm curious to see if after next year's Olympia, if Tyler in the I don't know if it's Tyler, if it's the Olympia committee that makes the decision on that or both, but I'm curious to see what the qualification standard uh changes to.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Because with a full year, this is the first full year we'll have a Fit Model pro shows.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Because this past year it didn't start until Japan.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: And now we already have like five or six qualified, or five qualified, and then the the top three from the Olympia.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: And so that's and we still have all the way to December to go, and then it picks up like it did this past year in January.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: So they're gonna be like 30 plus, 40 plus.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: How many, how many qualified this year again?
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: 18, like 16, yeah, 18, something like that.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: Okay, so then technically you've got three that's already done it, then you've got obviously what three months, four months of extra shows.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: There's already five extra shows, and then depending on what shows add more Fit Model next year, too.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because I reckon there's gonna be quite a lot that will add it as well.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a big it's a big draw.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Like you're if you add Fit Model Pro to your show, you can guarantee that you're gonna get a decent roster.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's true.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Well, I think that'll be well, if I reckon that'll probably bump it up to at least 25.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: I reckon I would think so.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: I think if it then surpasses that, if it surpasses more than 30, like if there's more than 30 people next year, I feel like they'll probably do point system.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Because they don't want it to get out of control, I'm guessing they don't want it to get out of control like it has done for other divisions and stuff like that, which makes sense, you know?
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: So 100%.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: But but we can start with that if you wanted to.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: Um I was gonna say too, um, wow, I just blinked on it.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Shit.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: It'll come back to me.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Keep going.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: She's like, uh, can't remember.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: I just woke up.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: It's fucking 10 30.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: How have you just woke up?
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: I caught up like 45 minutes ago.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: I just ate and came in here to do this.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: As as no, if no one already knew this, Corey's not a morning person or morning, morning, I am a I'm a huge night person.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Me and Phoebe had to flip this week.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: She's on nights and I'm doing this in the morning.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: So it's usually way better the other way around.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: I'm a morning person and he's a night person, so this is weird for me right now.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's what I was gonna say.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: Um, since it's slowing down a little bit, guys, and we had your attention in the beginning of the podcast, physique assessments.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Um, if you're doing we we've had comments in the YouTube every single week asking to bring them back.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: Um, with nationals coming up in December.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Um, you don't have to be doing nationals, but with it coming up, feel free to send in your your check-ins or whatever you want, and we'll we'll do a couple physique assessments each episode again to like kick it off.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: So I feel like there needs to be a better way of how we do this because I feel like there's so many when we say when we've now got we're gonna get like we there was one point where we were behind because we were doing like two and three, two or three at the beginning, right?
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then we get so behind we're looking at stats from like uh uh five weeks ago.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: They're like, I can I'm competing in three weeks, and I'm like, Yeah, and then we go to their page, they're like, Hey, they turned pro.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and like, oh wait, they're already turned pro, cool, amazing.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: So we'll try our but again, we will try our best, and it is just a pick like first come, first serve basis.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: So if you're literally hearing this now, send in send in a message now and we'll see if you get if you're at the top of the list.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: Um, but we're gonna kind of restart and just kind of start from scratch because I feel like we've gotten too many that are like from like ages ago.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: If we go click it now, we have like dozens that are back from like July and August.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so we try we can't really do that.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: We'll try and like just open it up and just like pick at random, and then each week you got a message and we'll pick it random again.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: But we'll that's the best way I think we can do this at the moment.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: Because otherwise, we don't want to make the whole you know podcast about physique assessments because I know you guys want to hear our opinions and stuff.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: So um so this show, really quick.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Let's touch on this, guys, because firstly, can I just say a huge, huge congrats to my posing client?
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: She got second.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: This is a pro debut.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: This is her third ever show.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks great.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Third ever show.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: That's all I think.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: So she did a she did a region.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure she did a regional pro qualifier pro show.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: She looks great.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's like killer physique.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: I knew as soon as I posed her, I was like, I didn't want to hype her up too much, but then I messaged her after, like, this is what I've wanted to tell you for so long.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: You are literally making this division.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go to the Olympia, yeah.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: Like, literally, like, keep going, do another show, like, please, just to because you like will happily easily win a show.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: Like, she just she just flows very, very well, and yeah, very, very proud of her.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: So, but also the winner and all this top four looks very, very good here.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: But there's been a lot of controversy.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: Did you see the the reels that I sent you?
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: I'd like to burn your little rants about this, if I'm honest.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Let me let me rant a tiny bit on this first.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: And James are James uh I texted him.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: He he made a post before we did this, and I told him this is exactly what I wanted to talk about.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: So, and I have another way of showing this to everybody.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: So, for anyone that didn't see James's post, the lighting at this show is insane down lighting.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: These girls, and what I'm getting at, guys, is the controversy about this top four or this show is that this is bikini glutes.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Look at the tie-ins, look at the conditioning, look at the hardness in their delts and their abs.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: So it was all lighting.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: So you gotta do, yeah, perfect.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: So when you go and look at them in check-ins or off stage or on another stage, go to um go back and go to um the winners page.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, go to Martina's.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: So I want to show everyone something here.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: So look at the picture here of the Coliseum Pro and then scroll down.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Keep going.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Keep going.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Uh nope, yeah.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: This one, right here.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: This show.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, this one.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: That one.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: So this was only a week apart.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Now go to the back poses.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: Look at her in fourth place.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: That's the girl that just won this week.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Do you really think that in a matter of seven days her glutes changed to that?
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Or was it the lighting?
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: It was 100% lighting.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: There's not too much of a difference that's gonna be made in a seven-day period doing back-to-back peaks, other than maybe you come in a tiny bit tighter if you needed to, a tiny bit fuller if you needed to, but a seven-day period, especially in fit model, where we're not talking like high PEDs or anything of the sort, there's not that crazy a change that's gonna happen.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: It is all lighting.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: It it the shadow that was cast on their lower gluten tie-ins made this look bikini.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: But the controversy behind this is the whole comment section, people are tagging me and Phoebe.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Hey, can you guys talk about this on the podcast because of X, Y, and Z?
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: Like, what is this?
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: How is this?
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: How is this fit model?
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: And I didn't want to get into comment sections about it, but James made a good post kind of explaining what we're saying, and then talking about it right now.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: It was all lighting, like 100% attributed all of this to lighting.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: Their abs aren't that hard, their glutes don't look like that.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Um, they're they're all criteria.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: And the lighting comes across worse, quote unquote, in pictures, right?
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: When you're in the judges deaf pictures are they bring out more detail, they make the girls look a lot bigger than they actually are.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Even if the lighting isn't like that, the the high quality photos are already gonna make them look a little harder.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Now add this lighting to it, and it's just another level.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: The judges that are five feet from them, right below them on the stage, they don't see it like this.
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: They see what's in front of them with like and it looks perfect to them.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: It's like this is the winner, and this is second place for a reason.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: Phoebe pose is second place, and I guarantee you she'd say that her tie-ins are not like that.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: Oh no, they're not.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: They are they're not.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: And to be fair, like I like you said again, like she's probably got the least amount of quote unquote showing tie-ins like in this picture.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of like without this high quality downlighting, she probably doesn't, she doesn't have that develop like the development there.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: She probably actually needs a little bit more development in in general, anyway, for the fit model division.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: But this is a good starting point for her.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: But I do think that I think a lot of people are jumping on the train of like, oh, you know, um fit model's growing quickly now.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: And I really I don't see that happening.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: I think they they have the thing is fit model is about variety.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: You see the top five of Olympia, top six of Olympia, for example.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: Let's go here.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: Like, all of them, all their physiques are very, very different, but there's a good variety.
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: It's the exact same with bikini.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: We all have a good variety because all of our bodies are different, so it's not every not everyone's gonna look like Shaylen.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: Everyone's like, oh, I'm confused because Shaylen and Gabby, Gabby has more muscle, Shaylen is more petite.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: That's because on their frame it looks better.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: If Shaylin had more muscle and more like fullness, don't get me wrong, she probably needs a little bit more size just for development and stuff like that in general as the division develops and evolves.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: But where she's at right now is perfect.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: And I do feel like people think that each body has to look exactly the same, and it's that that's not bodybuilding.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: Um, no, 100%.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Like you nailed it with like Shaylin and Gabby comparison, like the two of them are opposites in terms of structure and overall size.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: But when you break it down, like kind of like when you look at someone like uh like you next to Maria, right?
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: It's not going, oh, Phoebe's too big or Maria's too small.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: It's basing it on what is the criteria and how does it fit their physique?
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: And Gabby and Shaylin are two perfect examples of this.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: They're the top two in the world, and they're completely opposite of each other, even if Gabby carries a little bit more muscle because she has more volume that it needs to fill out.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: She's a taller competitor, she's a slightly bigger competitor.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: But when you look at this front pose here, do you see quad separation?
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Do you see crazy tie-ins in the back pose?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Do you see crazy cap delts?
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: No.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: When you look body part by body part, her and Shaylin are very comparable body part for body part.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: It's just a difference in like size and shape.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: But they're within the criteria of conditioning, they're within the criteria of like pound for pound muscle on their frame.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Then that's what you have to look at.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: So, and then you take someone like Jane, for instance, who her front pose was pushing for first place, and then she turns to the back, and you go, Oh, she needs a little bit more glutes.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: And so everyone here fits the criteria in like in their respective way of their physique.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Like Misty, for example, fifth place right there.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: In in a certain lighting, you might be like, holy tie-ins, like, look how low her glutes go.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: That's just genetics.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: That's just how it's just her glute assertions.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: It's not a matter of like she's too conditioned and you see tie-ins, it's literally just long glutes.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: So you can't help that.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: If she fits within the criteria for what um, for conditioning, for muscle separation, etc., you can't blame her.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: You can't disc like you can't knock her for oh, well, the way your glutes are shaped, like, no, they are longer glutes, but she's not showing overdeveloped tie-ins.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: So the thing is, it's harder because, and I think the hard part is there is so many for you.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: It's the the the reel that I sent you the other the earlier about there's a lot of guys that are jumping on the train.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: And not, I'm not hating on the guys or anything like that because they can do what they want, but I think there's a lot of guys that are jumping in and being like, you know, fit model is not a division, or fit models this, fit models that, regardless, if you what whatever your opinion is, it's in the Olympia, it's in the division, it is a category.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: So we treat it like every other category that's already part of bodybuilding, and you it's the exact same, you know.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: So I do think you know what example I want to give to this.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: This here's my fucking rant for the day, okay?
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: When people want to talk about the intensity behind training, and fit model doesn't have to do this because what is bodybuilding if you can't get too big?
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: What is bodybuilding if you have to lay off on training, etc.?
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: They still okay.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna give two examples.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: They still had to build their physique to where it is right now.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: You cannot pull some random person off the beach and throw them on the stage right here, and they match up to these top 10.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Not even because that's what some of these guys out there are trying to say.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, I saw a girl at the pool the other day that could have hopped on there and done this.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: No, you didn't, for one.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, secondly, where's all the hate for the divisions like classic physique when C Bum had to take four months off of training or else he wouldn't make his weight cap?
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Well, how is that bodybuilding?
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: He didn't train for three, four months straight, or else he'd blow past his cap.
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: They all have to suck down to a weight cap.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: So they have to potentially not eat as much, they have to do more cardio to lose weight to actually make their physique probably less enhanced in terms of like what the muscle mass could actually be.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: Like we talk about this all the time, yet that's not the that's not the same, the same with the the girls' divisions or anything like that, you know?
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: And we have to be strategic about it because there's certain levels of things that we can't then emulate or show.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Like our waistlines, like we have to keep our waistlines so tight all the time.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: We can't obviously relax and then get into our front pose again.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: Like the men get the the benefit of doing that, honestly, quite honestly.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Men's physics don't, to be fair, but you know, men's bodybuilding, classic two-on-two, you get to relax and then hit your pose again.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: So there's specific things that we need to do to kind of keep our stamina and keep poses looking good at all times throughout when we're on stage.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I think it's it always happens to be like the in I don't see it, I see a lot of like coaches and Instagram personalities being the ones that like to use like make videos of this stuff.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: There's a handful of athletes out there that I'm sure have their ego because, like we've said before, they gatekeep the term bodybuilding.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: How can bikini or how can fit model be bodybuilding?
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: But regardless of that bullshit, um, when you're talking about people just trying to get clout online and clicks because they want to talk about the next hot topic, it is literally just that.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: It's there's nothing else going on right now.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: What can we harp on to get views?
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: And this controversy right now, or the main topic is is fit model bodybuilding?
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: Is fit model this?
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And it's like, one, why do you care?
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: And I can't stress that enough.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: I say it all the time.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Why do you care?
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Like, you're a competitor, you're a coach, like you it you shouldn't care.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: Like, it doesn't affect you at all.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: They went last at the Olympia, they went at the pre-judging stage.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: Like, what do you care?
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: It didn't affect anything about your show, it doesn't affect a single thing about your life in bodybuilding.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: But, and actually, even more so, it could positively affect bodybuilding down the road because these are the girls that are gonna end up getting like Chevy and Ford and Sports Illustrated and like these big names looking at bodybuilding and going, I want her, like we want to sponsor her, like we want her in our car commercial because it's the most like attainable model-esque, like feminine physique on stage.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Like they're they're runway models, essentially, is what it looks like, and that's going to be a draw for bodybuilding.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: And the more eyes on bodybuilding, the better, right?
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: And then the other thing I wanted to harp on is women can't fucking win in bodybuilding, and it pisses me off more and more every day.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is the thing.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: You're either your fucking women's physique competitor, and it's oh, that's masculine.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Like, where's her femininity?
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: Where's this?
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: It's her fucking choice.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: And have you seen some of the women in bodybuilding and physique?
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: They're beautiful, like they look, they kept they keep their femininity and they just have more muscle.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Like, and then on top of that, too, they what they don't walk around fucking stage conditioned every day of their life.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: When they're in their off season, they just look like a thick person.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: They look like they got some muscle on them, like that's it.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: And then on the opposite end of the spectrum, you have fit model, you have bikini, and people want to shit on it because oh, how's that bodybuilding?
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: How is that this?
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: This has no reason to be on a bodybuilding stage.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: Like, women can't win anywhere in this.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: And then you have wellness where men just want to sexualize it because they talk about having a big butt, and it's like, oh, so that one's okay because it's attractive to you.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Like, are you fucking kidding me?
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: It's it like there's no division that wins when it comes to the shit talk, and it's insane.
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: No, this is this is this is welcome to being a woman in this in a in a man's field, quite honestly.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: It's crazy.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: It's crazy, quite honestly.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: That's exactly how it is.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: And again, I laugh and obviously joke, you know, because there's not much you can kind of do about it, and you're never gonna everyone's opinion is everyone's opinions.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Like, I always say, like, whatever your opinion on on all of it, whether that be bodybuilding, whatever, uh it doesn't matter to me because I've got my own opinion about what I'm doing and everything like that moving forwards, and that's the only opinion that honestly matters.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: And the whole point of them talking about this is to get you rage bait, is to get you angry, is to get you like talking about it, commenting, so you know, getting seeing their posts more, like that's the whole point, you know?
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: And it's to strike up, like you said, controversy.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: So I do feel like it's it's all it's all for a point, but they don't care.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: They don't actually care.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: So I do feel like I know obviously some people kind of get upset about it and like get pissed off and all that type of thing, but honestly, like the the all you can do is like share your journey, keep doing what you're doing in terms of like showcasing or showing up for the sport.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: Like, I love recently I've seen Shaylen has been sharing loads of her journey on YouTube.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: Like, she's been like, This is how I do my front pose, this is how I do my glam makeup, this is how you know I've gone through she's sharing her journey through and through, which is really cool.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: And I to be fair, not just even her, I've seen loads of people do the exact same with um fit model and stuff, which is good.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: And that's what that's what you want to try and keep doing because that's just gonna elevate the division even more.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: So 100%.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: Anyway, oh anyway.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: So I last the thing when it comes to like podcasts in videos and people making these topics or coming up with these topics and pushing it out there.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: There's some stuff that's like, like you just said, people can have their opinion about things, like don't take it too much to heart.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Like, if someone is talking about, like, oh, what is this with Fit Model?
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: What are these, like, what is this physique?
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: This isn't bodybuilding, whatever.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: Like, we can ignore them.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: We know it's for clicks.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: The more disrespectful side of it is the ones where people are making videos at shows.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Like when they're in the audience and Fit Model comes up and they record it and they're like, What is this?
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: I thought I was at a bodybuilding show.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: Like, those are the ones that are more disrespectful.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: That stuff pisses me off.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Because, like, you're there in the audience.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: If you're a fan of bodybuilding, just fucking be a fan of it all.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Like, if you don't want to sit through Fit Model, go do something else.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Like, play on your phone, go to the bathroom, go walk the expo, like whatever it may be.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: You don't need to make a reel out of it to do like with their literal physiques on stage.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: Like, we can now see the girls you're talking about.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: So now you're putting a face to the like you're putting a name to all of it.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: It's not just you behind your computer screen with your floating head talking shit.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: Now it's you in person at their show, recording them to talk shit about them.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: That's the part that's way more disrespectful.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: I think the hard part is obviously you like the like you said, there's nothing you can do about it in the moment until you see the video or whatnot.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: And like, all you can do in that moment, if you do find something disrespectful, obviously talk about it and chat and obviously say, like, this is this is stupid.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: And the thing is, like, they know to a certain extent that that what they're doing isn't correct or isn't right, if I'm honest.
- 20:51SPEAKER_01: So it makes them look so stupid because like people are putting it up and like doing all this stuff, and like no one's laughing, no one's like enjoying it.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: Like the and the people, even if they are, are fucking losers in terms of like all the all these people that gathering together, like haha, this isn't a division.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: Like, grow up, you look stupid, you know?
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: Like, you're just making yourself look even more whiny and stupid, if I'm honest.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: So it's like big model has a million dollar prize in five years, guys.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Just please shut the fuck up.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Literally, literally, I it would honestly wouldn't surprise me, but right, ran over for the day.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: All right, bring up the shows.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: What we have this past weekend show we had one show and it were for uh for bikini and it was the Victoria, right?
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: Yes, but what show was it?
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: It was uh it was the huge show Slovakia Slovakia, Slovakia, yeah, and it there were some good ones too.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: It was it was Victoria, uh Patricia, um Sarah.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there it is.
- 21:50SPEAKER_01: Which yeah, there is cool because Sarah beat Victoria at Prague with one point, and now obviously Victoria just beat her with um.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Um, obviously, whatever points there was, but she beat her, you know, from from where she was.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: So again, it always comes down to, and I only point this out because it's always it's obvious every single time.
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: It's like people think, okay, going into this show, that means this one's the winner, or this one's this.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: And you have we have, you know, stats and stuff like that, but it can always change.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: It can always change.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: And it can change based on the slightest things that we may not even see.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Like the judges saw in person they're watching their top four callback, and they're like, Oh, she let her stomach out in that transition.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: But it could be simple things like that that make a difference when it's that tight.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: Tiny.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: And I think you messaged me and you were like, This is gonna be an interesting one for the point system because these girls are gonna still have to keep competing.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: Because obviously, now Victoria's one, because Victoria was already already 2027 qualified when she did the show.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: So regardless if she, yeah, if she did this show or not, she's qualified.
- 22:59SPEAKER_01: So now, again, she's not taking anything away from anyone, but in terms of like what these girls obviously did, Sarah needed so or Sarah needed one more win, she now has to do another show or get more points somewhere else, you know.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be keep battling out, and that's that's honestly the the fun and the hard part about the point system, you know.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it definitely pads the points for them in a sense, in like a good way.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: Like if Patricia or if Sarah have their one win already, and then Victoria wins like a couple shows that they're in, at least they have their one win, and then they're getting their four points, their three points.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: They're they're moving way up the list.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: So they're they're going into.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: I don't know if they're still going, if they're going to off-season, but at least you know going into the following 2027 year, like you're pretty safe.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: Like Savannah right now.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Savannah got her win, then she went and got a second.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: I'm going into off-season with 14 points right now.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: So, like, that's that's a good feeling.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: That is really, really good.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, Victoria definitely looked better.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: I like, I really like the blue suit on her.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: I don't know what it is.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: I like the slightly more contrasty colours on her versus the red.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: I don't know why.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: I think, especially, I don't know.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: I just think it just brings out just more like depth to her, and it just makes her look more like her first Olympia.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: She had like the dark blue, and I loved that.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: I for me, I thought that contrast was really good on her, especially with the hair and stuff.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: And I feel like the red, red was good.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: It I like red, you know, blonde and red, but I just feel like it just sat on top of her just a little too much.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: So I wanna, I I like this because I feel like this blue pops way more.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: Um, and I think she definitely came in tighter for the last kind of two shows that this show, anyway.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: It at least the last two shows she's done.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: She's come in tighter.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: You can see that, um, especially from Prague.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: So I think that's definitely been one of the reasons as to why she's been getting those pins.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: I liked this look a lot on her because her shoulders look very balanced here.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: She looks like she's not, she's changed this.
- 24:54SPEAKER_01: This arm wasn't like this as she's not flaring as much.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: I think she's not flaring.
- 24:58SPEAKER_01: I don't know if she's fully in the pose or not, but she's not flaring.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: So I feel like this is, I do like the improvement.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: I still want this arm to be just like naturally just straighter, but I think this is a huge improvement in terms of what she's doing with her lats for sure.
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: Um, I will say, I think the potentially the reason Sara might not have kind of gotten into that kind of you know, second slash winning positioning, she does look quite hard and lean here.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: So I don't know if you know things you know, things happen in between.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: She looked a little bit more fuller before.
- 25:31SPEAKER_01: This one, she just looks a little too hard in terms of and just more like drawn in.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: One of the back pose, really quick.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, I was gonna say, I think this right here is what put Patricia in second, just my opinion, over third, because her front pose, her legs are, and I I can't recall every show.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: I remember her from Texas Pro, where I went, Oh, holy shit, she looks fucking insane.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: She's got very good glutes, very good glutes.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, looking at her here in her front pose, I feel like her leg density is coming up and it's almost taking away from a little bit of that glute profile.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: If you go back to the front pose, that's a lot of leg.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: A lot of leg, especially when you like look at her like core, she has it like a little bit more.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: You could probably bend her knee.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, like a soft knee would look a little bit better, I feel like.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, because it looks like she's straightening that out quite a lot.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: So a so a soft bend might might work with that one a little bit more.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: But no, I get what you mean.
- 26:26SPEAKER_01: She's got a really good back pose, though.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: She's a little narrow here, she's a little narrow, I would say.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: So if she was a little, a tiny bit wider, um, but she's got very, very good back pose.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: And I was watching the live stream.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Live stream is free on YouTube as well, um, at this show, and uh, it was really, really good quality, very good quality as well.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: And um, when she was doing like the walk to the back of the stage and everything like that, I was like, her glutes that she do not move at all.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: So she's got really good development and stuff like that.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: So I think this was definitely the reason why she kind of got into that.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: Because was the was it close?
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: No, it was 369.
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: Straight through, yeah, straight through.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: So um, but yeah, I feel like this is a good look for her.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: I wonder if I I don't I can't remember if I saw her name on Spain or not, but we'll have a look in a second.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, I have a look at this this week.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: So usually you or I send it to each other, and I just completely missed it this week.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: I know, I completely I'm the same.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: Congrats, Victoria, for getting qualified.
- 27:24SPEAKER_01: Getting three, she got three, she's got three wins in the last yeah, last like month, couple of months, yeah, since Olympia.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: Very, very soon.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: Victoria's gonna if Victoria continues on this path, I don't know about her age is or anything, but I mean you're talking about back-to-back years in the Olympia being top 15.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: Um, it was her pro debut season getting top 15 last year.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, multiple wins now.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: She's got six wins to her name, I believe.
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: Um, five or six wins to her name because she did two post Olympia last year and she's got three now.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: So five or two.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: She did two post Olympia, but she did what she won one and Jazzy beat her.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: Oh, Jazzy got the other.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: Okay, so she has four, maybe five wins.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: She did Spain.
- 28:05SPEAKER_01: Spain?
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: Spain and Prague.
- 28:08SPEAKER_01: Prague, she got second at Spain.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: I think she did she win.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: But didn't she also go and win Romania?
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 28:17SPEAKER_01: I thought she uh was that yeah, actually, no, she did.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: I think she did.
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: She did, she did too, didn't she?
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: So she's got like four or five wins, and it's only her second, it's only her second season as a pro.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: Her trajectory is insane.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: That's that's almost unheard of.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: That's all that's crazy.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited to see her future.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: Like three years from now, seeing her as like one of the most winningest bikini pros ever.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: Because you're looking at like I think Amy is Amy or uh Evie are to are number two on the list after Ashley, and they're at like 19 or 20 wins or something like that.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: And so that's like, I mean, Victoria just keeps on her trajectory right now in three, four years, she could have 15 wins.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think it's like it's crazy to think about that young.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's very young into the sport as well, isn't she?
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: So I think I can definitely see that happening for her for sure.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: 100%.
- 29:06SPEAKER_01: And then that was it for bikini.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: Also, shout out to the the non-cluttered backdrops lately.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: Like they're looking awesome.
- 29:16SPEAKER_01: I loved this look, like this just is so clean to me.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: It's awesome.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: It's awesome.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: There's nothing that like you're there's nothing that is like unfair to any competitor being somewhere different on the stage, where like if you're on this side, there's like a giant red ring behind you, or whatever it may be, or some flashy thing going on.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: It's just dark for everybody.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: Like, judges can see everything exactly how they want, pictures can be judged better.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: So and then fit model that was Kentucky.
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: That was Kentucky Fit Models, that was a while ago.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we we looked at last week's already, we just went on a rant about it.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: And then this is this week.
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: It honestly it blows my mind.
- 29:55SPEAKER_01: Obviously, the seasons are always flipped.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: So me and my my friend, my friend were speaking about this the other day.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, Europe has a lot of shows like in the summer and stuff.
- 30:04SPEAKER_01: It's still it always does, but like most of the big shows, like the big heavy hitter ones where there's loads of people at, it's always at the end, like the end of the season when there's back to back to back to back shows.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: Because I'm pretty sure after this, because we still haven't even had Romania yet, which is one of the biggest shows in that's uh next weekend.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, that's it, yeah, one week out.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: So then there's Romania, then there's nothing.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah.
- 30:32SPEAKER_01: Where's bikini?
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then in two two weeks is the next um US show, by the way, for bikini.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: In two weeks, which is crazy.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: That's the oh no, sorry, sorry, sorry.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: One week East Coast pros next week.
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, crazy.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: Like all the stuff, yeah.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: So there's loads of stuff going on for in the next kind of couple of weeks for Europe and stuff, which is cool.
- 30:55SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, Jasmine.
- 30:59unknown: Yeah.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: She won this show last year.
- 31:02SPEAKER_01: We've got Patricia, we've then got Sarah.
- 31:06SPEAKER_01: We've got Cynthia.
- 31:08SPEAKER_01: That was a wild one.
- 31:10unknown: Yeah.
- 31:10SPEAKER_01: I didn't think she'd be coming over to Spain, obviously, from China.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: Cynthia could just straight up come and upset it.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: Oh no.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: In this caption, she said I was supposed to do Spain this weekend.
- 31:23SPEAKER_01: Sadly, my visio is stuck with no updates.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 31:27SPEAKER_01: That's so annoying.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: Damn, I know.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: Look at her back pose there too.
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: Like that would be.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: This is probably oh, that's the best I think we've seen her.
- 31:33SPEAKER_01: Because usually from the back, she's a bit too not too lean, but a little leaner.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: And we'd want it just a little bit.
- 31:40SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm guessing you'd want it a little bit fuller.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's such a shame.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: There is, I think, one more Asia show coming up, though, right?
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: So hopefully she can happen that and we can see her.
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: Where is she on the point system at the moment?
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: Has she competed post-Olympia?
- 31:55SPEAKER_01: I don't think she has.
- 31:57SPEAKER_01: Or post-cut-off point.
- 32:01SPEAKER_01: No, I don't think she has.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: Which is surprising because she she was at the almost at the top last time.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: Oh, there she is.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: Is it Cynthia Chen, right?
- 32:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, wait, where?
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: Uh third from the top.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: She already has a win.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: Oh, well, there you go.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: There you go.
- 32:18SPEAKER_01: I'm looking for that's why I'm looking for X.
- 32:21SPEAKER_00: Oh no, yeah, John writes it in English.
- 32:23SPEAKER_01: Okay, there you go.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 32:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: Okay, so she's yeah, she's I mean, she's already pretty uh she's up there, you know?
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's fine.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: Also, question Does Ashley now have to get two wins?
- 32:38SPEAKER_00: Ashley Kay?
- 32:39SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: So she has to essentially do the same thing that Isa does if Issa didn't didn't do all the shows she did.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: So if you're outside of the five-year window of winning an Olympia title, you can petition or ask for an invite, essentially.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: And I don't know why that would ever be denied.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: Um it's supposed to be like you've won the Olympia, you're you're in the Olympia forever.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: But it is a thing where if you're outside of that five-year window of your last win, you do need to ask to go to the Olympia if you don't want to compete.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: Because that's I and I I knew that and I thought that, but I thought this is weird that I'm seeing her on the point system, you know, because John always leaves them on the list until he gets confirmation that they applied for the Olympia.
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: Okay, that's fair enough.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: I think that that's actually really helpful to be fair.
- 33:24SPEAKER_01: Because I'm just expecting them because obviously we know Laura Lee's, you know, Miss Olympia, so she's gonna be in there already, and then same with leaves automatically, like Laura Lee should be on the qualified list already.
- 33:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she only won two years ago, so yeah, Laura Lee's here, so she should be up there.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: But like that's what I mean, isn't like I see when I see them in the list, I'm like, that's so strange.
- 33:44SPEAKER_01: So um, but let's go through this list.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, you've got Patricia, Cynthia, Sara, Rayner again.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: Yep, Jules, Alessia, Jules, Valerie's back again.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: Valerio's back.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: We've got Alessia, Alina, Alina.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: It's a good list.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: This is a good lineup as well.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of Olympians in this.
- 34:08SPEAKER_01: A lot of Olympians.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: Everyone showed up.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: Sarah as well here.
- 34:14SPEAKER_01: There's a lot.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: So again, it's it's this would be a good one.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: Especially if, well, obviously, I know we just saw Cynthia's not, you know, able to make it, potentially.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: If she does, potentially she could be a threat into this.
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: Um, Patricia is, you know, she's just come Sarah, Sarah and Patricia on Patricia on paper, like that's who should be one and two.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: They've been going at it with each other like two or three shows in a row now.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so that'll be cool.
- 34:37SPEAKER_01: Is where and where's Patricia on the point system?
- 34:40SPEAKER_00: She should have one win close to the top, right?
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: This is this here, yeah.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, I thought she had a win post-Olympia.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: I guess not.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: She's got 11 points though.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: Okay, so if she wins one show, she's she's qualified for the Olympia pretty much.
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: You're at 21 points already.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: Already.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: That's that's crazy.
- 34:55SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: 11 points and no win.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: What shows has she done?
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: She's done loads.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: Well, she's done a lot.
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: She's done like three shows since, and she's gotten, I think, second, second, third.
- 35:04SPEAKER_01: But I don't think she she didn't do the Olympia this year.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: Um I is that really bad of me that I I'm 99% sure she did because she was looking insane going into the Olympia because she did like Texas Pro, and I swear she did the Olympia.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: I'm being so like, yeah, she did.
- 35:20SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, my brain.
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: I'm literally like, did she do the Olympics?
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's in the Olympia.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: There's like no way she didn't.
- 35:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she looks really good at the Olympia as well.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: She's got crazy glutes.
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: So, right, and then that's that's it for shows, which is kind of crazy if I'm honest.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: It's like it's so little, like there's so so little, but like it's not a bad thing.
- 35:44SPEAKER_01: I don't think it's it's also nice that it is kind of cooling off just a little bit because I think then we can kind of reset and be like, cool, you know, what is this season kind of been like for bikini?
- 35:54SPEAKER_01: Like, what for the from the first shows of the year to the last half of the shows, or even to the Olympia from the Arnolds to the Olympia?
- 36:02SPEAKER_01: That'd actually be really cool, like to see what everyone looked like kind of at the Arnolds versus the Olympia.
- 36:11SPEAKER_01: And what your thoughts are on how bikini is not evolved, but like how it's all kind of you know come together in a sense, you know?
- 36:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 36:20SPEAKER_01: So we'll definitely have a look into that.
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: So, right, let me should we do one or two assessments?
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, pull one up and see if there's any that are like semi-recent or maybe have a show that's coming up.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: I feel bad.
- 36:33SPEAKER_01: I'm and I'm this is literally I haven't organized this folder in God knows how long, so I'm literally just gonna click and hope for the best.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: So I love I'm gonna do this one first because she literally says, um I'm I'm a newer one.
- 36:52SPEAKER_01: She's like sending you this just in case you you do do them again, start doing a sea physique assessments again.
- 36:58SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 36:59SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, yeah, girl, you're the first one.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: So Elizabeth, you are new and you look great.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 37:09SPEAKER_01: I love how you put like the date and you've put your weight like on the pictures.
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: This is perfect.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: This is what we want to see in our physique assessment.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: So I mean, this is one thing.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: Get in anybody, and last time I said this, I got like a lot of DMs from you guys.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: Anyone that wants to message me and ask for the lighting that I like for check-ins, I will send you the Amazon link.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: Because this needs to be bright, this needs to be better lighting for your check-in photos.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: But regardless, you look amazing.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: Like if you're new.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: This is good.
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: This is a really, really good physique.
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: Now, what I would say, posing wise from front post perspective, your waistline here, I feel like you're opening up a lot here, but then this is also turning as well.
- 37:53SPEAKER_01: So I want this to be just ever so slightly more like to the side, so it's more like in tight, like a tiny little bit more.
- 38:00SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like this taper looks great, but I think because your upper body is too much to the front, this is also slightly coming with it.
- 38:06SPEAKER_01: If that makes sense.
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: So I would very, very slightly turn the upper body tiniest, tiniest, little tiniest little bit more to the side, and make sure that the the torso is a little bit more that way as well.
- 38:17SPEAKER_01: Um, because you kind of do that more here, but you don't you do that in your front pose, you're more twisted to the like almost, I would say maybe too much twisted to the front.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: So I would I would just have a look at fixing that just a slight little bit.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: But again, this could be like a one-off off time, you hit your pose or something like that.
- 38:37SPEAKER_01: But that's that's the only trick critique that I can kind of see from a front pose perspective.
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: Um I mean, back pose is great, you've got really good lat engagement, which is great, because that's actually very hard to have.
- 38:49SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: Get um work on mobility work slash getting like some deep tissue work done.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: Because when you look at your back pose, um, you can see the slant in the traps and lats all angling to the left.
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: And then when you look at your hips and glutes, your left glute is a little bit more pushed forward than the right glue.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: The right glute is projecting more to us than the left glutes off center.
- 39:11SPEAKER_00: And it's not because of your foot positioning, because your feet are perfect, like your feet are right even with each other, toes slightly turned out.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: So it's literally that structure of your hips going up, slightly tilted.
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: And then when you look at your left delt and trap, it comes down and widens out while the right one stays tucked up a bit, even though your hands are in the same place.
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: So it's literally little bunches of muscle that are kind of grouped up right now.
- 39:34SPEAKER_00: So getting some like release there will go a very, very long way.
- 39:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but this is a fantastic thought, right now.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: Fantastic all over.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's on a training perspective, or just a critique in general, like you keep doing what you're doing, like that's it.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: Like you, there's nothing where I'm like, oh, like the glutes are a little bit much in comparison to this.
- 39:53SPEAKER_00: No, everything is perfectly balanced.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: You just need like that much more everywhere.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Keep doing what you're doing.
- 40:01SPEAKER_01: And then okay.
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: This was set on Wednesday.
- 40:06SPEAKER_01: So we have Melody.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: Another good one.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: Our subscribers are killing it.
- 40:12SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 40:12SPEAKER_00: This is great too.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: Holy shit.
- 40:14SPEAKER_01: I think this was, yeah.
- 40:15SPEAKER_01: So this is her in prep, obviously, basically show day to now, I'm guessing.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 40:21SPEAKER_01: Tiana poses her.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: So she's on she's on the posing portal app.
- 40:24SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm pretty sure.
- 40:26SPEAKER_01: So, and Tiana poses her.
- 40:27SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, I I I love the the changes, like just even not even like front pose perspective, but like physique perspective, like look, everything looks elevated here.
- 40:39SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel like you're showcasing off your physique in a better way.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: Like you can see here how you're over-rotating the upper body so you don't see that S-curve shape as much.
- 40:48SPEAKER_01: And then because you're over-rotating like the upper body to the front, your hips are following that, so then you don't show off as much glue.
- 40:55SPEAKER_01: Um, and you're showing that off perfectly here, like so nicely here.
- 40:59SPEAKER_01: So, my only tiny, tiny thing, which I would I would like to see just the front, that back foot a tiny bit further away, because you do have a wide upper body.
- 41:09SPEAKER_01: So, like just to match it ever so slightly, but then also I want to see what that looks like.
- 41:14SPEAKER_01: And if it if it looks good, cool, keep it.
- 41:16SPEAKER_01: If it doesn't, then don't.
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: But I would say that's the only thing that I can kind of see that I would say, um, potentially your footwork is maybe a tiny bit close, maybe have a look at maybe moving that back foot away.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: I love this shot.
- 41:27SPEAKER_01: This is like perfect.
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: I love this, especially in comparison to how you were hitting it.
- 41:32SPEAKER_01: Like, can you see here how she's kind of got?
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: I always say chin out of your shoulder because I hate when people do this, like and do like this too much.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: She's kind of doing it here, which is but it's fine, but she's not lifting up the shoulder, so she's not like this in in the chin, you know?
- 41:49SPEAKER_01: So always try and keep your chin out of your shoulder.
- 41:54SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I think that's crazy.
- 41:59SPEAKER_01: Crazy perspective.
- 42:01SPEAKER_01: Really, really good.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: I mean, again, someone who is she's progressed, you can already see progression, so it's not like, hey, you need to do this, this, this.
- 42:08SPEAKER_01: Like you're already progressing a lot.
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: It's a case of keep doing what you're doing again.
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, everything.
- 42:14SPEAKER_00: Go to the backbose again.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, bring bring up the hamstrings a little bit.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: You have uh kind of genetically long insertions of your adductors.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: Um, and so if you're doing a lot of if you're doing anything that's like wide stance, goblet squats, leg presses, Bulgarians, etc., your adductors can end up taking over a little bit more indirectly than you would be thinking on like a person that doesn't have that primary or that secondary muscle group aiding too much in those movement patterns.
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: And so a little bit more direct hamstring work to kind of balance out like the thickness of the adductor and the overall lower posterior will go a really long way because you have good glutes, you have very upper, outer, like high round glutes.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: Um, a little bit more projection in time would be good, but a little bit more hamstring will go a long way.
- 43:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 43:03SPEAKER_01: Okay, let's do one more.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: Let me randomly click.
- 43:10SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 43:11SPEAKER_01: Did we do this one?
- 43:12SPEAKER_01: I think we did.
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: We haven't done one since September, I don't think so.
- 43:17SPEAKER_01: No, we haven't done one for a while.
- 43:18SPEAKER_01: So this is a long time ago.
- 43:19SPEAKER_01: But this was, yeah, this was literally sent in September.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: So this is what I mean.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: I we do apologize about the long delay of everything.
- 43:26SPEAKER_01: So I feel bad, like even reviewing something from September, but we will go through it.
- 43:32SPEAKER_01: Um but yeah, you can see here.
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: She, her current, this is her current physique here.
- 43:41SPEAKER_01: I mean, this looks phenomenal.
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: Looks very good.
- 43:44SPEAKER_01: That that front post projection, like the projection in her glutes and stuff like that, really nice.
- 43:48SPEAKER_01: The one thing I would say is just get your upper body twisted around more to the front.
- 43:51SPEAKER_01: So the other girls obviously were quite mobile in the sense that we were actually kind of some of uh one of them were actually rotating a little bit too much.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: I think you could just A little too profile, so it's good to see the differences.
- 44:03SPEAKER_01: I like where the width is coming from here, but we just don't see any width here.
- 44:07SPEAKER_01: So it then just looks a little bit like mismatched, in my opinion.
- 44:11SPEAKER_01: So just bring the upper body band ever so slightly a little bit more without pushing this back where it is at the moment.
- 44:18SPEAKER_00: I guess and bring that.
- 44:20SPEAKER_00: She's also tilt, she's tilted a little bit with that back arm, too.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: Like it's all slanted a little bit.
- 44:25SPEAKER_01: Well, that's what happens when you're a little bit more profile, like onto the side.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: It looks like your tilt, because actually she's kind of like she's stood up like right, but it's because she's that back shoulder isn't coming round as much.
- 44:37SPEAKER_01: It looks like she's like this.
- 44:39SPEAKER_01: So, and then I would say back foot, just make sure that it's up onto the toe a little bit more, so it's not kind of like almost like slanted on the side.
- 44:47SPEAKER_01: Um, but this looks great, great projection.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, good, pretty good balance in the back, too.
- 44:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then oh, I don't know.
- 44:58SPEAKER_01: This was was that her current so that's her current off season.
- 45:01SPEAKER_01: This was peak off season before prep.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: Or is this this is in prep.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: I'm confused.
- 45:09SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, this was her this was her peak this was peak peak prep.
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: Okay, wow.
- 45:13SPEAKER_01: I mean, she's made crazy improvements, big improvements, big improvements.
- 45:20SPEAKER_01: That's crazy.
- 45:21SPEAKER_01: Very, very good improvements.
- 45:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, I don't even know what the time span is.
- 45:26SPEAKER_01: I would love to know what the time span of this is.
- 45:28SPEAKER_01: If you see this or you're you're watching this, um, I would love to know the time span, like what the time span was, because this is a really good amount of progress, and even still, you this is the peak of off-season before that prep.
- 45:40SPEAKER_01: That's why that's that's what I think she means.
- 45:42SPEAKER_01: So this was her last off-season, and now this is her current off-season.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Big improvements, massive improvements, yeah.
- 45:50SPEAKER_00: That's so good.
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: Posing and everything, like density, posing, everything looks really good.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 45:57SPEAKER_01: That's kind of crazy.
- 45:59SPEAKER_01: Well, congrats, congrats at like improving that much, honestly.
- 46:03SPEAKER_01: Really, really good.
- 46:04SPEAKER_01: You should be really proud of that.
- 46:05SPEAKER_01: And I I mean, again, it when we do these assessments, I feel like people want us to kind of give them, yes, like something to work on, but also like you're here because you're already you probably most of the time already have a coach and you already have things that you're already doing moving forwards.
- 46:21SPEAKER_01: So it is a case of you keep listening to your coach, and we can give you advice and guidance on you know the little things on how you can improve your journey, but you're your the main person you trust is your coach, and that's the the person you should obviously always listen to, you know.
- 46:35SPEAKER_01: So 100%.
- 46:37SPEAKER_01: But yeah, good job, guys.
- 46:39SPEAKER_01: Right, we'll do a couple more of those next week.
- 46:42SPEAKER_01: And uh is there anything else that you wanted to go through at all?
- 46:46SPEAKER_01: I think that was everything, was it?
- 46:47SPEAKER_01: I think that was everything, yeah.
- 46:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was pretty much everything.
- 46:50SPEAKER_01: Touched on the main points or 50%.
- 46:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly that all the above.
- 46:54SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 46:54SPEAKER_01: So, and obviously, because it's nationals coming up soon, send over any assessments.
- 47:00SPEAKER_01: Obviously, we're gonna start completely from scratch.
- 47:02SPEAKER_01: So, obviously, if you have sent us an assessment already, resend it and we're just gonna try and pick from the bunch, you know.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: Like we'll just do as as many as we can and obviously quick, quick fire and do them quickly each each week now, um, in the lead up to nationals.
- 47:17SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 47:18SPEAKER_01: Thanks, guys.
- 47:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
- 47:20SPEAKER_01: Thank you for listening.
- 47:21SPEAKER_01: Make sure you subscribe and all that type of stuff, and we will see you in the next one.
