- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is our 100th episode of Just Enough Joy. Woo, yay! It's so exciting to be on this journey with you all. Today makes 100 episodes of Just Enough Joy. When I first set out... on this journey, I said, you know what, I want joy to be tangible for folks. I want joy to be something that we can access easily. I don't want joy to feel like something we have to work for or we have to earn a degree in. We have to bend over backwards just to get a little bit of, we have to swim our way through or get ourselves all dirty in joy so we can finally clean ourselves up in our joy. No, joy is yours. You just have to be present to it. And guess what? Just enough is more than enough. So this quest, this mission for me is about bringing joy to you in a way where you understand and know that just enough is more than enough. You don't need a life transformation. You don't need to clean out your whole closet. You don't need to read 20 self-help books to access some joy. Now don't get me wrong, doing a 180 with your life might benefit you. cleaning out your closet might be a good pivot. And reading 20 self-help books, I'm sure you'll get something from it. But joy? You don't have to do all of that to get joy. You don't have to do all that to get joy. Just enough is more than enough. Every single day, you can do one small thing to tap into your joy. Every single day, you can do one small thing to be present to it. You can just turn your head in one direction at a slight angle and open joy and bring joy into your life and invite it in and welcome it in. It is yours. It is yours. It is yours. It is yours. It is yours. Just enough is more than enough. You know, I want to give you a few things that I've learned about joy on this journey. The first thing, joy is a journey. Whether it's a journey of one step, a thousand or a million, joy is a journey. The second thing I've learned about joy, joy can be multiplied. It can be added up. can be subtracted or divided. Joy can even be lost and found, but joy always. lives no matter where it is, no matter, even if you can't find it, it's in the crevice of something is tucked in the corner of the, of the, of the smallest little compartment in your head or in your heart or in your hands, but it is there and joy, joy, joy is yours unapologetically. Joy is your birthright. You don't have to work for it. You don't have to earn it. is yours. So I want to celebrate joy on this 100th day of just enough joy. Yes. Applause. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, God for 100 days of just enough joy. And I want to end off by sharing my favorite Bible verse. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace. The mountains and hills will burst into song before you and all the trees of the field. will clap their hands. Come on now. Yes, they will clap their hands and celebrate you. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
