- 0:00Speaker 1: It's the Mark Simone Show, Live from the w R
- 0:03Speaker 1: Life Back studios.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Well, hey, the rain coming to an end today. It
- 0:14Speaker 2: should be a better day. I'd be a little shower later,
- 0:16Speaker 2: but that's about it, and it should be nice tomorrow.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We got a lot to get to. We'll get to
- 0:19Speaker 2: Graham Platner looks like he's out. We'll get to the Ukraine.
- 0:24Speaker 2: We'll get to We'll get to Iran. We'll get to
- 0:27Speaker 2: the president's trip. He's in Turkey right now. We'll get
- 0:30Speaker 2: to Crazy Mom Donnie. He's found a way to defund
- 0:33Speaker 2: the police. We'll get to the view. We'll get to
- 0:36Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman. He's catching up. He's closing in poll wise
- 0:40Speaker 2: on Kathy Hokel. I'm talking about the real polls, not
- 0:43Speaker 2: the fake public polls. But the President in Turkey right
- 0:47Speaker 2: now for NATO talks. It's the NATO summit where all
- 0:51Speaker 2: the NATO leaders get together and accomplish absolutely nothing. They
- 0:57Speaker 2: talk and talk and talk and nothing changes. President Trump
- 1:02Speaker 2: meeting with the Turkish president Air Towan Bbnet Yahoo warning
- 1:08Speaker 2: him not to not to trust Air Towan, not to
- 1:12Speaker 2: sell them planes, not to do any of that stuff.
- 1:16Speaker 2: We'll see what happens today. Hey, yesterday with the Trump.
- 1:20Speaker 2: President Trump rang the opening bell with the Stock Exchange
- 1:24Speaker 2: and then launched the Trump Accounts. It's a great idea.
- 1:27Speaker 2: A lot of people have talked about this for years.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Social Security just doesn't work. I mean, it's always broke,
- 1:33Speaker 2: it's always about to go out of business. This current state,
- 1:37Speaker 2: it has about seven years left before it goes bankrupt.
- 1:41Speaker 2: A better system is you create these Trump accounts. Every
- 1:45Speaker 2: child that's born gets one thousand dollars. It goes into
- 1:48Speaker 2: an account that's carefully wisely invested in you know s
- 1:53Speaker 2: and P five hundred index sort of stuff, and one
- 1:57Speaker 2: thousand dollars in your account. If you're a kid, well,
- 2:00Speaker 2: the time you're eighteen, it could be hundreds of thousands
- 2:02Speaker 2: of dollars, and by the time you're ready for retirement,
- 2:05Speaker 2: it could be millions of dollars. So it's a great system.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Michael dell Is kicked in many, many, many millions to
- 2:13Speaker 2: help start this OFFUL lot of other people will, so
- 2:16Speaker 2: it's a great thing. The President talking about it yesterday.
- 2:19Speaker 1: On Saturday, July fourth, administration deposited one time seed contributions
- 2:25Speaker 1: one thousand dollars each into the Trump accounts of over
- 2:29Speaker 1: five hundred thousand American children. It's a lot and millions
- 2:34Speaker 1: more will be getting additional contributions from generous owners.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Well, hey's first. Of the Ukraine. I think even Putin
- 2:45Speaker 2: is starting to realize he's not gonna win this war.
- 2:48Speaker 2: He can keep fighting it. He's got enough men and
- 2:50Speaker 2: money and resources to keep it going, but it's a total,
- 2:54Speaker 2: absolute stalemate. Ukraine has been brilliant in the last year
- 3:01Speaker 2: in all of this, actually the last few years, because
- 3:04Speaker 2: they were totally dependent on us for weapons for money, well,
- 3:08Speaker 2: they started to make their own weapons. They started a
- 3:10Speaker 2: few years ago. They figured out what they needed, drones,
- 3:13Speaker 2: the most deadly sophisticated, high powered drones, distance long distance drones,
- 3:20Speaker 2: and they figured out how to make them, and they
- 3:22Speaker 2: built their own factories. And in the Ukraine they've got
- 3:26Speaker 2: these big factories turning out drones by the hundreds. They
- 3:29Speaker 2: just keep turning out these drones, and they've been using
- 3:32Speaker 2: them very effectively against Russia. They make so many drones
- 3:38Speaker 2: in these factories. In fact, at some point, we're going
- 3:40Speaker 2: to be buying drones from the Ukraine. I mean, it's
- 3:42Speaker 2: brilliant what they did. It's turned the whole thing around.
- 3:44Speaker 2: They're not only holding off the Russians, they're actually they're
- 3:48Speaker 2: advancing into Russia. They're taking back territory that Russia had,
- 3:51Speaker 2: so Putin it's beyond the steelmate. Now Putin is actually
- 3:55Speaker 2: losing this again. He's got enough men and money and
- 3:58Speaker 2: losing like thirty thousand truths some month. But he can
- 4:02Speaker 2: keep that up. He can keep forcing people to serve,
- 4:05Speaker 2: to go into the army, to be on the front lines.
- 4:08Speaker 2: For all those years that we were terrified of the
- 4:10Speaker 2: superpower Russia and it's mighty army, we now know it's
- 4:13Speaker 2: just a ragtag bunch of idiots, totally ineffective, can't even
- 4:18Speaker 2: get past the Ukraine army. So President Trump thinks that
- 4:22Speaker 2: it's at the point now where Putin knows it's never
- 4:25Speaker 2: going to win this, and maybe he wants a deal.
- 4:27Speaker 1: He wants to end it, and Ukraine wants to end it,
- 4:31Speaker 1: and we're in talks and we'll see if we can
- 4:32Speaker 1: get it ended.
- 4:33Speaker 2: It's a terrible thing. Yeah, So he may actually make
- 4:35Speaker 2: a deal, may actually get it. May be a ran
- 4:38Speaker 2: kind of situation. You have these flimsy ceasefires for a
- 4:42Speaker 2: while at least to stop the fighting for a while,
- 4:46Speaker 2: and of course if you're watching MSNBC, it'll be a
- 4:50Speaker 2: total corruption. It's a Russian collusion. It'll be all kinds
- 4:53Speaker 2: of crazy things. Speaking of Iran, it's not great and
- 4:57Speaker 2: it's not bad. I mean, the ceasefire is it's kind
- 5:00Speaker 2: of a holding measure for us. We're a little short
- 5:04Speaker 2: on missiles, drones, everything ourselves and are restocking, so this
- 5:08Speaker 2: couple of months helps a lot. But Iran, as weasley
- 5:14Speaker 2: and evil as those Iranian leaders are, have been up
- 5:17Speaker 2: to no good. There's a place called Pickaxe Mountain that's
- 5:20Speaker 2: one of their big nuclear sites. Iran has now been
- 5:23Speaker 2: seen through satellite photos doing recovery work, trying to dig
- 5:28Speaker 2: down there and get some of that nuclear material, total
- 5:30Speaker 2: violation of the cease fire at the Pickaxe Mountain. Vehicle
- 5:36Speaker 2: activity can be seen on the roads leading up to
- 5:39Speaker 2: the tunnels that go in there, indicating that construction inside
- 5:43Speaker 2: the tunnel complex is going on as well as hardening
- 5:46Speaker 2: the tunnel entrance. Inspectors from the Atomic Energy Agency not
- 5:52Speaker 2: been allowed in to visit the site. Experts from the
- 5:55Speaker 2: institute that studies all this argue that halting work at
- 5:59Speaker 2: Pickax out and allowing the investors inspectors in would be
- 6:03Speaker 2: a very important thing. Iran has so far not done that.
- 6:08Speaker 2: They continue their pattern of deception. It says so not good,
- 6:14Speaker 2: and that's not the worst thing in the world. But
- 6:16Speaker 2: at some point we're going to have to go back
- 6:17Speaker 2: in there and finish the job, finish them off at
- 6:21Speaker 2: some point. FIFA, what is There's a big game today, right,
- 6:24Speaker 2: I don't watch this. I don't play any attention to it.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I don't know. It's when you try to watch it.
- 6:30Speaker 2: It's Uruguay versus Paraguay. Well, who am I supposed to
- 6:33Speaker 2: root for? It's apparently a big thing, a lot of
- 6:36Speaker 2: betting on this. See what's what I'm talking about today?
- 6:40Speaker 2: It's Switzerland and Columbia. Switzerland and Columbia. Now who am
- 6:45Speaker 2: I supposed to be for? I like watches, so I
- 6:48Speaker 2: like Switzerland. I like coffee, so I like Columbia. I
- 6:52Speaker 2: don't know what the hell am I supposed to do?
- 6:54Speaker 2: Apparently it's big, big money being bet so. Now, of course,
- 6:58Speaker 2: anything President Drug does is anything Bresident Trump does is wrong.
- 7:02Speaker 2: It's outrageous, it's corrupt. They try to go after everything.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Now with this FIFA thing where he called the FIFA
- 7:10Speaker 2: and told him the reinstate that player, asked him to
- 7:12Speaker 2: read it, requested that they reinstate that player. I guarantee
- 7:16Speaker 2: you Donald Trump is not following soccer, doesn't know a
- 7:19Speaker 2: damn thing about it. But apparently what happened there where
- 7:23Speaker 2: the guy was removed was against the rules and was wrong.
- 7:27Speaker 2: They did it. It's I won't get into all the
- 7:29Speaker 2: complexities of the rules, but they weren't supposed to do it.
- 7:31Speaker 2: So apparently a lot of people went to him and said,
- 7:34Speaker 2: you got to fix this, so he made the call. Personally,
- 7:37Speaker 2: I don't think he cares either way anything about what
- 7:40Speaker 2: goes on in a FIFA game, but they continue today.
- 7:43Speaker 2: The betting is going on. Like hey, by the way,
- 7:45Speaker 2: the tourism in New York is through the roof. Through
- 7:49Speaker 2: the roof, there are people all over the place. There's
- 7:51Speaker 2: a Nike store on Fifth Avenue, fifty second Street. I'm
- 7:55Speaker 2: walking by there last night. It's like nine o'clock at night.
- 7:58Speaker 2: It was packed. It was there were lines. It's all
- 8:03Speaker 2: FIFA stuff. They're selling, all the jerseys and all that stuff.
- 8:05Speaker 2: So it's a huge business. People are making a fortune
- 8:09Speaker 2: off this. Here's President Trump.
- 8:10Speaker 1: If They wouldn't allow, you know, a top player, maybe
- 8:15Speaker 1: the best, maybe among the best players on the team
- 8:18Speaker 1: to play. I think it would have had a big stain.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Yeah, so he's acting on behalf of America in that
- 8:25Speaker 2: of course, that makes it even worse. If you're MSNBC,
- 8:28Speaker 2: they don't want anybody acting on behalf of America.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I asked for a review because I didn't think it
- 8:32Speaker 1: was a foul. And you know, again, I'm good at
- 8:35Speaker 1: this stuff. I didn't think it was a foul. I
- 8:37Speaker 1: thought it was two great athletes to question into each
- 8:39Speaker 1: other and got entangled.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Yeah. So, hey, Graham Platner looks like he's out. A
- 8:45Speaker 2: ex girlfriend has come forward saying she was raped. She's
- 8:49Speaker 2: a Democrat, she's a Democratic voter, she's not from the
- 8:52Speaker 2: Republican side, but she goes into excruciating detail about Platner
- 8:58Speaker 2: raping her, and Democrats are starting to turn here's row Kana.
- 9:04Speaker 2: He's like the Indian Adam Schiff row Kana Weasley guy
- 9:08Speaker 2: who's always you know, trying to be the new Adam
- 9:10Speaker 2: Shift bashing Trump lickor. But even he even he is
- 9:13Speaker 2: turned down.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Platinir obviously, look, if there was evidence of violence, I
- 9:18Speaker 3: would not support him if there was evidence of a
- 9:22Speaker 3: sexual assault, I'd have zero support Ruth.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Now Platinir lied the whole time. Oh, this whole camp.
- 9:30Speaker 2: A couple of weeks ago, he's on the CNN or
- 9:32Speaker 2: something and they asked him if there's any more that
- 9:35Speaker 2: could come out.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I'm wondering, are there other skeletons from your past that
- 9:39Speaker 3: still may emerge in this race? No, but the GP
- 9:44Speaker 3: is going to dig up everything.
- 9:47Speaker 4: And more that they can. Yeah, and probably lie at
- 9:50Speaker 4: some point.
- 9:52Speaker 5: Is there something new you want to get ahead of? No,
- 9:55Speaker 5: us people have to take you at your word that
- 9:57Speaker 5: that's true and that there's nothing else is Is that
- 10:00Speaker 5: what you are saying?
- 10:02Speaker 2: Yes? Yeah, but he was lying. There's plenty more. That's
- 10:06Speaker 2: a lot more coming out in this woman his ex
- 10:09Speaker 2: girlfriend says. She describes in detail how she was raped
- 10:12Speaker 2: by him. He is, He's basically out. He's a what
- 10:17Speaker 2: did you say? I have to reflect on this. He's suspending.
- 10:20Speaker 2: That means he's out. Here's Platiner yesterday.
- 10:22Speaker 4: I wanted to directly address the troubling, serious and false
- 10:26Speaker 4: allegations against me. Any accusation of non consensual behavior is
- 10:31Speaker 4: categorically false.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Yeah, but apparently it's not because he's suspending.
- 10:36Speaker 4: So regardless of the inaccuracy of the reporting, but mindful
- 10:40Speaker 4: of political reality it will inflict. We are taking the
- 10:43Speaker 4: time to reflect on the best path forward.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Yeah. In other words, he's out, he's suspending. Hey, howie,
- 10:49Speaker 2: Carl'll be with us later this hour. He is like
- 10:51Speaker 2: the official Platiner correspondent of the world. Nobody on top
- 10:55Speaker 2: of Platiner more than him. So we'll talk to him
- 10:58Speaker 2: and just remember the famous words of Elizabeth Warren.
- 11:02Speaker 5: I said to myself, that's my kind of man, because
- 11:11Speaker 5: that is a man who not only has the values,
- 11:17Speaker 5: but a man who believes in accountability.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Yeah, he has the value she embraces. He's got a
- 11:24Speaker 2: big Nazi death Camp SS tattoo right on his chest.
- 11:30Speaker 2: He's a rapist. He's the values she embraces. These Democrats
- 11:36Speaker 2: have gone so far, the so crazy with anti Semitism,
- 11:41Speaker 2: communism and Nazi tattoos. They can't even see straight. Blame
- 11:46Speaker 2: Donald Trump. He has set them off. He has driven
- 11:49Speaker 2: them nuts. A lot of this is they want Donald
- 11:53Speaker 2: Trump stopped, they want him out, they want him ruined,
- 11:56Speaker 2: they want and they just now think the old guard,
- 12:00Speaker 2: the Democratic leaders, the Schumers, those types weren't able to
- 12:04Speaker 2: do it. They were ineffective at stopping Trump. So they're
- 12:06Speaker 2: turning to these radical nutsjobs. They think if a Schumer
- 12:10Speaker 2: can't do it, these crazies can do it. The anti semity.
- 12:15Speaker 2: It doesn't bother them. In fact, I think a lot
- 12:17Speaker 2: of them actually liked that kind of stuff. Now there's
- 12:20Speaker 2: a host on the view, Sonny hostin I can't tell
- 12:24Speaker 2: one from the other. There's just a bunch of clucking
- 12:26Speaker 2: hens the view. And one of them actually said she's
- 12:30Speaker 2: talking about the Mom Donnie and I remember that candidate
- 12:33Speaker 2: Mom Donnie pushed on us that Chevalier. So she used
- 12:36Speaker 2: the word anti semitic. Apparently, the Mom Donnie people are
- 12:39Speaker 2: fuming and furious and yelling and complaining to ABC, how
- 12:45Speaker 2: dare she use the word anti semitic. Well, of course
- 12:48Speaker 2: they're anti semitic. I mean, there's no question of that.
- 12:50Speaker 2: But the fact that they're so outraged at the word
- 12:54Speaker 2: and objecting, I guess that's the only good thing is
- 12:57Speaker 2: I guess they realize it's bad. I guess they realize
- 13:01Speaker 2: anti Semitism is a bad, bad thing, that you can't
- 13:05Speaker 2: have that label. They're still anti Semits, but at least
- 13:07Speaker 2: they know how bad it is, so they're objecting to it. ABC.
- 13:11Speaker 2: I don't think we'll apologize or do anything about it.
- 13:14Speaker 2: You couldn't be or more anti Semitic than Chevalier Mom Donnie,
- 13:18Speaker 2: I mean, his wife. The things they've said, the things
- 13:22Speaker 2: they've written, the things they've posted, I mean, there's no
- 13:24Speaker 2: question about it. So hey, we'll get to Mom Donnie
- 13:28Speaker 2: coming up. He's found a way to kind of defund
- 13:30Speaker 2: the police. We'll get to that. Also, Hey, if you're
- 13:34Speaker 2: in New Jersey, other areas too, but especially in New Jersey.
- 13:38Speaker 2: You've got power outages that continue, some will continue through
- 13:42Speaker 2: tomorrow through Thursday. Power out in lots of parts in
- 13:46Speaker 2: New Jersey, and it's not getting restored as fast as
- 13:51Speaker 2: it should. You should be all over that governor. And
- 13:53Speaker 2: then you got flooding from the rain incredible downwards. You
- 13:58Speaker 2: see that BJ's Wholesale Clibu, so much rain on the
- 14:01Speaker 2: roof that the roof collapsed into the store, frightening a
- 14:06Speaker 2: lot of people in the BJ's Wholesale Club and the
- 14:09Speaker 2: roof just caves in. And I don't think anybody was
- 14:14Speaker 2: seriously injured. But drones and canine teams were searching the buildings,
- 14:17Speaker 2: and he's got these power outages that will continue all
- 14:20Speaker 2: over the place. Hey, we'll take some calls. Next. Eight
- 14:23Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
