- 0:00Speaker 1: Sorry, a little distracted going back and forth here with
- 0:02Speaker 1: my with my hobby about school picture day. It's gonna
- 0:05Speaker 1: be hot today, high of ninety today.
- 0:08Speaker 2: It is for Sydney lay first won kindergarten school picture day.
- 0:12Speaker 3: How you didn't forget, did you?
- 0:13Speaker 1: I did not forget, but because I am not there,
- 0:17Speaker 1: you know, she had the shirt she wanted, but it's
- 0:19Speaker 1: long sleeve, and I'm like, oh, gosh, like you're gonna
- 0:22Speaker 1: get too hot, you.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Know, because you're not gonna you don't get a wardrobe change. Honey, Wow,
- 0:27Speaker 2: you'll be fine. It's not a jacket.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Well, I know, but it's a.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Long sleeve shirt.
- 0:31Speaker 1: So I was just explaining to my husband. I'm like,
- 0:33Speaker 1: maybe she could wear a different shirt. And then he's like, oh,
- 0:36Speaker 1: but she's determined on this and she wants her hair curled.
- 0:40Speaker 4: He goes, I got this.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Let her wear the shirt.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Yeah, not to give advice, I mean, but oh, listen,
- 0:44Speaker 2: maybe she does get hot, and then maybe she realizes
- 0:46Speaker 2: that I was right. Mommy says not to wear the
- 0:50Speaker 2: long sleeve shirt in ninety degrees. And from what I remember,
- 0:52Speaker 2: maybe it's changed, but school's generally not the best air conditioning.
- 0:56Speaker 3: Oh, I feel like it was good.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I had a meeting layer last night, the first Peach meeting.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Pike. Oh, you're on the PTO aren't you. How did
- 1:04Speaker 3: that go?
- 1:04Speaker 4: It was really good? Yeah, very informative.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Did it go similar to the meetings we have here
- 1:09Speaker 2: at the radio station in that you didn't say a
- 1:12Speaker 2: lot of things?
- 1:12Speaker 5: No?
- 1:12Speaker 2: No, I didn't say much. I was there to take
- 1:14Speaker 2: it all in. Really that they get one, they get
- 1:17Speaker 2: one free one next meeting.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Aman is not shutting the hell up?
- 1:20Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I had so many great ideas though, did you really? Oh? Good?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Well some things I was thinking, I haven't divulged that
- 1:27Speaker 1: that's cool that school you would be involved that way
- 1:29Speaker 1: because at last I checked, you don't get paid?
- 1:32Speaker 3: No, okay, but it was.
- 1:33Speaker 1: In fact I had to pay a babysitter to watch
- 1:36Speaker 1: the kids while I was.
- 1:37Speaker 2: To be on the PTO. No, but that's the price
- 1:40Speaker 2: of making change in our youth.
- 1:42Speaker 1: But it was so cool to hear about all the
- 1:44Speaker 1: things that go on in this is a new chapter
- 1:47Speaker 1: for me. Where their money is coming from? How can
- 1:49Speaker 1: you help? How can you fund?
- 1:50Speaker 5: Or is?
- 1:51Speaker 6: I mean?
- 1:51Speaker 1: Those are really important things that we need to be
- 1:54Speaker 1: doing as community members and or parents.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Absolutely, So school picture day, do you do? You still
- 2:01Speaker 2: get the option of like wallet size and magnets and
- 2:04Speaker 2: all the fun stuff, all of it.
- 2:05Speaker 1: It is still shirling photography. So I did it online yesterday.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Isn't that what it's called?
- 2:10Speaker 3: Was it sterling shirling? I think it's Shirley.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Oh I'm old enough to remember gross Studio and more
- 2:16Speaker 2: Head and that might still very well exist, but that's
- 2:19Speaker 2: the one we went with anyway.
- 2:21Speaker 1: So you get to pick between a million different backgrounds.
- 2:25Speaker 1: They have different colors, and it wasn't just like even
- 2:27Speaker 1: pink or purple. Then they have like pinkish kind of
- 2:29Speaker 1: purple and all this, I mean it is wild.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Is it an AI or like digital background or they
- 2:34Speaker 2: literally are swapping out a backdrop between every kid.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I would assume it's a digital background lame. I don't
- 2:41Speaker 1: know for sure.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know.
- 2:43Speaker 1: But in addition to that, then it is they have
- 2:45Speaker 1: like a whole bunch of different packages and then the
- 2:48Speaker 1: ones where you can hand out to your.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Friends all of that. Yeah, the friend ones.
- 2:52Speaker 2: You got to get the big one form grandma and
- 2:55Speaker 2: your divorce parents and their spouses. Yeah, yeah, you got
- 3:00Speaker 2: the works. That's awesome. How exciting for Sydney. Did she
- 3:03Speaker 2: get a little comb to bring? Didn't they pass out
- 3:05Speaker 2: to home?
- 3:06Speaker 4: They did pass out.
- 3:07Speaker 3: I still do that.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I don't know if they do that or not. I
- 3:09Speaker 1: forgot about that. I still remember, and it wasn't in
- 3:13Speaker 1: the moment I did. It was after I took the picture.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Do you remember when Ralph Lauren Polo was really hot?
- 3:20Speaker 1: Of course you had to show that you were wearing
- 3:21Speaker 1: a ralfl Polo shirt. Brand was Ever and it was
- 3:24Speaker 1: bright yellow. Well, that summer I had decided that it
- 3:28Speaker 1: was a great idea. A couple of my friends were blonde,
- 3:30Speaker 1: so they were using son in. I was going to
- 3:33Speaker 1: put son in in my dark brown hair, so I
- 3:35Speaker 1: basically had orange hair like this. Oh, it was terrible
- 3:39Speaker 1: that with the bright yellow shirt. That's just one of
- 3:42Speaker 1: those pictures I look back on and I go.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Or you think, what would we be doing here? I know?
- 3:46Speaker 2: And did you have, like, did any of your family
- 3:48Speaker 2: have one of those photos where you put the every
- 3:50Speaker 2: year the different school picture in it, so it's like
- 3:53Speaker 2: a it looked like a clock and every year was
- 3:55Speaker 2: your different school picture.
- 3:56Speaker 3: I don't think so those are always super fun.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Yeah, it's nice to see years as they go.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Now does she do class pictures too or is it
- 4:04Speaker 2: just individual today?
- 4:05Speaker 3: Oh? I guess I think it's a different.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Day when they did the class but like the yearbook
- 4:09Speaker 2: photo for elementary yearbook or whatever.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I felt like that was just for senior year,
- 4:12Speaker 1: that you would go off site and take a big grill.
- 4:14Speaker 2: I don't remember classroom in elementary. Every year we took
- 4:17Speaker 2: a classroom photo, really, and I remember. I remember it
- 4:20Speaker 2: so clearly because one year and I'm so embarrassed, like
- 4:23Speaker 2: literally cringe seeing or thinking about the photo I took
- 4:27Speaker 2: in second grade. So mind you, I'm thirty four today,
- 4:29Speaker 2: by the way, Happy birthday, Happy birthday, Fike. So I'm
- 4:32Speaker 2: in second grade in probably nineteen ninety eight and the
- 4:37Speaker 2: peak of WWF wrestling attitude era Undertaker, Stone Cold, Steve Boston,
- 4:44Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Draine the Rock Johnson. So I'm like obsessed.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I've never been more obsessed with it. As much as
- 4:49Speaker 2: I love Blanklin eighty two and golf and Seinfeld, I've
- 4:51Speaker 2: never been more obsessed with anything. Okay, So I love
- 4:54Speaker 2: the Undertaker, And if you remember, the Undertaker did this scary,
- 4:58Speaker 2: horrifying thing where he he would roll his eyes into
- 5:02Speaker 2: the back of his head. Oh so creepy. So all
- 5:04Speaker 2: you saw was the whites of his eyes. And so,
- 5:07Speaker 2: of course, me, an impressionable child, taught myself how to do.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Oh that is giving me the UBGB.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I remember a kid in our school that did the
- 5:17Speaker 1: same thing, and that was like to creep out the girls.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Yeah, so creepy.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I was that weird kid, and so I could do
- 5:23Speaker 2: it really well, like big white eyeballs. And so right
- 5:26Speaker 2: before they about hit the flash on this school class picture,
- 5:30Speaker 2: I had a crazy idea that wouldn't be wild if
- 5:33Speaker 2: I did the undertaker eyeballs, and so I rolled him
- 5:36Speaker 2: into the back of my head. And there's a photo
- 5:38Speaker 2: in the yearbook from nineteen ninety eight Dialwarth Gwynnon fell
- 5:40Speaker 2: in the elementary of me with my eyes in the
- 5:42Speaker 2: back of my head.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Because you don't retake those, and I don't even know
- 5:45Speaker 1: if they do picture retakes. I assume that there's maybe
- 5:50Speaker 1: that option in elementary.
- 5:52Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 5:54Speaker 2: It was one and done, like they didn't get to
- 5:56Speaker 2: show everyone everybody like how they look. Everybody smile right, No,
- 5:59Speaker 2: it was like that picture just showed up one day
- 6:01Speaker 2: and everybody was like what the hell are you doing?
- 6:05Speaker 2: All the parents probably going, who is this? Why did
- 6:08Speaker 2: he kill her? Why did he ruin my child's photo?
- 6:12Speaker 2: For the rest of their life they have to look
- 6:13Speaker 2: at this weird out. Oh yeah it was, but as
- 6:17Speaker 2: we do, and you just look back on him when
- 6:19Speaker 2: you're committed to the game, you know, WWF for life.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Let us know it goes. I'm sure it's gonna be
- 6:23Speaker 2: adorable either way. So share the exactly she I know
- 6:26Speaker 2: she doesn't have many photos of her over the universe.
- 6:28Speaker 1: I haven't taken one in at least five hours, Like.
- 6:32Speaker 5: A minute in the morning, Big naty eight point seven.
- 6:35Speaker 3: The day we've all been waiting for.
- 6:39Speaker 2: It is the presidential debate, the first show nown and
- 6:43Speaker 2: possibly the last, we're told between Donald Trump and Kamala
- 6:46Speaker 2: Harris tonight on probably on what network.
- 6:49Speaker 4: It's on ABC, yep, okay.
- 6:51Speaker 2: So in honor of that, because you know, debate is
- 6:53Speaker 2: a good, healthy thing. Although it can get out of
- 6:55Speaker 2: hand and hostile, I think it is a good part.
- 6:58Speaker 3: It's an important part of democracy.
- 7:00Speaker 2: And so Amanda, you and I, in honor of the debate,
- 7:03Speaker 2: are going to have our own Pike and Amanda in
- 7:05Speaker 2: the morning debate.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Okay, okay, do you have the topics? How do you
- 7:09Speaker 3: have the topics?
- 7:09Speaker 2: We are going to bypass any serious, hard hitting political topics,
- 7:13Speaker 2: although that would be fine. I was really hoping to
- 7:16Speaker 2: get after it today, I know, but instead we've bypassed
- 7:19Speaker 2: that and I've gone to artificial intelligence. I've got to
- 7:22Speaker 2: chat GPT and asked it to give us three not
- 7:26Speaker 2: serious debate topics, and that is what we shall debate.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Okay, thank you producer chat GPT. Yeah, I appreciate you
- 7:33Speaker 1: chime in this morning.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Have you paying them zero dollars? They're coming for our jobs? No,
- 7:40Speaker 2: but now in it's time. So Manda, here's the deal.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I don't even know what they are yet, so it's
- 7:42Speaker 2: gonna be a total surprise. It'll give us one at
- 7:44Speaker 2: a time. First you'll be up and you'll get to
- 7:47Speaker 2: decide which side of the argument you'll take for that
- 7:49Speaker 2: first one, and then I'll have to take the other side, okay,
- 7:53Speaker 2: and then for the yes right and no swearing still
- 7:58Speaker 2: abiding by FCC.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Appreciate it.
- 8:01Speaker 2: So Amanda, first topic in the pike and Amanda in
- 8:04Speaker 2: the morning debate, and if you care to weigh in
- 8:06Speaker 2: in this debate, seven one two eight one ninety eight
- 8:08Speaker 2: seven call us or text us. The topic is chat
- 8:11Speaker 2: GPT says which is the superior holiday, Halloween or Christmas?
- 8:24Speaker 1: Amanda, it is hands down Christmas because that is the
- 8:28Speaker 1: birth of Jesus Christ.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Well, I disagree. I don't care about that at all.
- 8:36Speaker 2: I think Halloween is the superior one. It's still decently
- 8:41Speaker 2: nice outside congeniality, and there is no better esthetic than
- 8:47Speaker 2: the fall. The fall spooky Halloween aesthetic. Leaves are falling.
- 8:54Speaker 2: It's prime football season. Getting to dress up as something
- 8:59Speaker 2: else for one night, you get to escape your own
- 9:02Speaker 2: personal hell. Halloween is the better. How holiday?
- 9:07Speaker 4: Can I counter?
- 9:08Speaker 6: Of course?
- 9:09Speaker 3: Yea's a debate, back and forth. In fact, you could
- 9:11Speaker 3: loudly interrupt.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I guess I could have Hallmark movie channels. The Christmas
- 9:17Speaker 1: is on, we have beautiful light snow falling Christmas.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Yeah, that's yes, the movies they do it, all of.
- 9:25Speaker 1: The lights around your home. Talk about aesthetics, are you
- 9:28Speaker 1: kidding me? Nothing like the glimmer of the Christmas tree
- 9:31Speaker 1: with the fireplace, the kids waking up Christmas morning and
- 9:34Speaker 1: running down to see what Santa brought.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Them and it's forty below wind chill, Yeah, exactly, candy Halloween,
- 9:39Speaker 2: there's Reese's Peanut butter cups everywhere you turn, Oyster stew,
- 9:45Speaker 2: Halloween night out with friends, candy canes, Trick or treat.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Christmas cookies, Missus claws.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Elves, missus claws. And that's the other thing har than
- 10:00Speaker 2: the Yeah, you know, I'm more of a ghost and goblin.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I won that one. Okay, next.
- 10:09Speaker 4: You get to enter.
- 10:10Speaker 3: I Actually I'm the moderator too, so I get to.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Decide next topic chat GPT will give us to debate
- 10:16Speaker 2: on Pike and Amanda in the morning's presidential debate.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Okay, what should homework be banned in schools?
- 10:28Speaker 3: Amanda?
- 10:28Speaker 2: It's funny, Uh, it's funny you should ask that moderator GPT.
- 10:32Speaker 2: I do think homework should be banned in schools because
- 10:35Speaker 2: if you can't get it done in the already very
- 10:39Speaker 2: extensive amount of time you spend at the school, well,
- 10:42Speaker 2: it shouldn't be sent home with the child because once
- 10:45Speaker 2: you get home and you get home from work, how
- 10:46Speaker 2: much time do you truly have to enjoy as a family.
- 10:48Speaker 2: And what's more important the Pythagorean theorem or valuable time
- 10:53Speaker 2: with your loved ones that might, I remind you, is
- 10:57Speaker 2: not infinite.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Man.
- 10:59Speaker 1: I'm excited to take this one on as a new
- 11:01Speaker 1: member of the Legacy PTO, and after going to a
- 11:04Speaker 1: curriculum meeting, I believe that there should be some homework
- 11:08Speaker 1: being sent home and that should be reading. You should
- 11:11Speaker 1: be reading with your loved one every night ten to
- 11:13Speaker 1: twenty minutes, because reading not only helps them be creative,
- 11:18Speaker 1: helps them read, but it's just a time to spend
- 11:21Speaker 1: together one on one, and then you can talk about
- 11:23Speaker 1: the books, and you're really just helping them with their
- 11:27Speaker 1: overall well being in stuff.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Hard disagree, hard disagree. If you can't get it done
- 11:36Speaker 2: in the eight hours you have at school, do not
- 11:38Speaker 2: waste the time of the family.
- 11:41Speaker 3: The family unit to be.
- 11:42Speaker 4: You can make it a family's activity.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Family unit is well the one and only thing that
- 11:47Speaker 2: will allow America to survive.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Now you can bring up the reading. Just don't bring
- 11:51Speaker 1: home any math. As long as the math stays at school,
- 11:54Speaker 1: I'm good.
- 11:56Speaker 3: I think it's as lazy, just lazy. What is lazy homework?
- 12:01Speaker 3: I don't want to do this here. I'm taken home kids.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Oh stop it, that's not even the case.
- 12:04Speaker 2: All right, well I won that one too, actually, And finally,
- 12:07Speaker 2: our final debate topic here on Pink and Amanda in
- 12:09Speaker 2: the morning's debate chat GPT giving us the topics randomly,
- 12:13Speaker 2: and this one is, Oh god, we really need to
- 12:19Speaker 2: do this.
- 12:19Speaker 3: I'm excited.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Is pineapple a fruit that belongs on pizza or should
- 12:25Speaker 2: it be banned forever?
- 12:28Speaker 1: Well, as a person that my favorite pizza is pepperoni
- 12:33Speaker 1: sausage pineapple, but you have to add halapinos to it.
- 12:37Speaker 3: You always have to have the sweet and spicy.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Then you can put pineapple on pizza all day, every day.
- 12:43Speaker 1: There's no reason that you could not have pineapple on pizza.
- 12:46Speaker 3: There absolutely is a reason. It's trash for some No,
- 12:49Speaker 3: it is not.
- 12:49Speaker 2: It is it shouldn't even be allowed because now you've
- 12:52Speaker 2: got people ordering pineapple at like for a party, for example,
- 12:55Speaker 2: and it ruins it for everyone, you know, it's fine. Like,
- 12:59Speaker 2: here's my stance is that, yeah, it tastes fine. It's
- 13:02Speaker 2: kind of for me, like mint chocolate chip ice cream.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Oh don't even that is the best ice cream. It's fine,
- 13:07Speaker 2: but only because it's pizza. Still, it's just the worst
- 13:10Speaker 2: kind of pizza. So no, just ban it all together.
- 13:14Speaker 2: In that way, you don't have to risk ruining another
- 13:16Speaker 2: get together because some loser wanted pineup on their pizza.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you just said loser during a debate. That
- 13:24Speaker 1: is ridiculous. You've been disqualified.
- 13:27Speaker 2: You don't think either of these candidates, and I'm thinking
- 13:29Speaker 2: of one in particular, has ever said something derogatory to
- 13:35Speaker 2: describe the other candidate.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I think they've been practicing.
- 13:38Speaker 1: By the way, because we are doing this in light
- 13:40Speaker 1: of the debate I heard and I don't know if
- 13:42Speaker 1: this is true that Kamala has like somebody who looks
- 13:44Speaker 1: like Donald Trump, that she's like practicing, Oh really, and
- 13:47Speaker 1: who is acting as though it's him, The demeanor.
- 13:50Speaker 3: All of it.
- 13:50Speaker 2: This does surprise me. Practice squad, Donald Trump, I don't know.
- 13:55Speaker 2: You gotta respect it. That is commitment.
- 13:58Speaker 4: I don't care what part you line you're on. This
- 14:01Speaker 4: is going to be glorious.
- 14:02Speaker 3: It is going to be good. Whatever you do. Do
- 14:04Speaker 3: not put pineapp on your pizza.
- 14:06Speaker 2: And that's coming from a guy who might, in my
- 14:08Speaker 2: fruit hierarchy might rank pineapple number one.
- 14:10Speaker 3: I love Oh pineapple is so good, so good, just
- 14:14Speaker 3: not with rag ousauce like.
- 14:15Speaker 5: An Amanda in the morning. Big ninety eight point seven trending. Now,
- 14:20Speaker 5: here's what you need to know.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Jaden Pickett, now a former NDSU linebacker, appeared in court
- 14:26Speaker 1: yesterday on felony charges of terrorizing, reckless dangerment, and theft
- 14:29Speaker 1: of a firearm. The judge said his bond at fifty
- 14:31Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Court documents give some more details about what happened.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Shortly before one am on Sunday. Witnesses told police at
- 14:37Speaker 1: Logan Matthew and NDSU junior who does hurdles for the
- 14:40Speaker 1: Bison men's track and field team, got into a physical
- 14:43Speaker 1: altercation and argument with Picket and a football teammate. This
- 14:46Speaker 1: happened on the boulevard, and that's when Pickett pulled out
- 14:49Speaker 1: a handgun from his waistband and fired it into the house.
- 14:51Speaker 1: The single bullet nearly hit another NDSU applet athlete. Now,
- 14:55Speaker 1: Pickett denied shooting the firearm. He went on to say
- 14:58Speaker 1: yesterday that he does not deserve to be charged, adding
- 15:01Speaker 1: that anyone who talks to the judge would say that
- 15:03Speaker 1: Pickett is a good guy.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Tonight is the night you just heard our debate.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Well, tonight, it'll be interesting to see how heated against
- 15:11Speaker 1: ABC News is set to hosts Vice President Kamala Harris
- 15:14Speaker 1: and Donald Trump. Both candidates have been working to spend
- 15:17Speaker 1: their expectations for what might be the only debate that
- 15:20Speaker 1: we get to hear before the election on November fifth.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I imagine it'll be heated, of course, can't imagine it
- 15:25Speaker 2: would be anywhere near as intense as we just got
- 15:28Speaker 2: in our debate with the Halloween versus Christmas.
- 15:31Speaker 1: That was pretty hard. It starts at eight o'clock tonight again,
- 15:35Speaker 1: it's on ABC. David Meir and Lindsay Davis will be
- 15:38Speaker 1: the moderators. The rules agreed to by both candidates are
- 15:42Speaker 1: that they will have to have their microphones muted while
- 15:45Speaker 1: the other opponent is speaking.
- 15:46Speaker 3: That seemed to help glasco around.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Yeah, it's still kind of weird that they can't directly respond,
- 15:51Speaker 2: but then again, it's like it's either that or they're
- 15:54Speaker 2: just talking both at the same time the entire night,
- 15:57Speaker 2: which is insufferable to listen to.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Man, how about some positive news from the royal family.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Kate Middleton announced yesterday that she completed her chemo treatments.
- 16:06Speaker 1: This video is just it's beautiful, but it's also just heartbreaking.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Listen to what she had to say, Doing what.
- 16:12Speaker 7: I can to stay cancer free is now my focus.
- 16:16Speaker 7: So I finished chemotherapy. My path to healing and full
- 16:21Speaker 7: recovery is long, and I must continue to take each
- 16:24Speaker 7: day as it comes.
- 16:25Speaker 2: She did mention that, and this is the exact quote,
- 16:28Speaker 2: that she'll be getting back to work or going back
- 16:32Speaker 2: to work.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Which what does she do for a living? Again?
- 16:34Speaker 4: I think it's uh, that's just like the Royal family
- 16:37Speaker 4: pike they.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Make is like a.
- 16:41Speaker 2: She like manages a grocery store. You're ridiculous what she
- 16:46Speaker 2: said work. It can't just be being a royal family member,
- 16:49Speaker 2: is it.
- 16:49Speaker 3: That's exactly what I say. Well, somebody's got to do it.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Nobody has gotta.
- 16:54Speaker 4: All Right, today it is going to be hot and
- 16:56Speaker 4: sticky high of ninety.
- 16:58Speaker 3: The Princess of Wales. Yes, that's what it is. Yeah,
- 17:03Speaker 3: and Wales is a place, Yeah it is. Yes. Yeah.
- 17:06Speaker 2: One of my favorite bands is Welch, which one neck Deep,
- 17:10Speaker 2: you know, neck Deep.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Not not familiar.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Withounk check him out, check him out by all means,
- 17:17Speaker 2: but yeah, I know that.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Of course. Kate what's her name, Kate Middleton, She's in
- 17:23Speaker 3: charge of me.
- 17:24Speaker 4: I'm gonna We're gonna go.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna get him up to date on the royals
- 17:27Speaker 1: and the family and everything, and hopefully this never happens.
- 17:30Speaker 3: And I'll play you a couple of choice neck deep tunes.
- 17:33Speaker 5: Okay and Amanda in the morning on.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Pig Amanda told me that you're today sending your son Briggs,
- 17:41Speaker 2: who's now just turn four yep out for well one
- 17:46Speaker 2: of the greatest activities a man or woman can participate in,
- 17:51Speaker 2: not only for their confidence, but for their just future
- 17:54Speaker 2: success in life and all around likability. Amanda Briggs is
- 17:58Speaker 2: wrestling today. He's gonna be a little matt rat today.
- 18:01Speaker 2: He's heading over to wrestling. I'm so excited. This is
- 18:03Speaker 2: your little birthday surprise. I was like, you know what,
- 18:05Speaker 2: we're gonna get him going. Let's do it on Pike's birthday.
- 18:08Speaker 2: That is a special that they would. Where's he going?
- 18:11Speaker 2: Where's he wrestling?
- 18:12Speaker 4: We're going out to Horace to the wrestling Club.
- 18:14Speaker 2: That's very kind of the Horse Wrestling Club. You start
- 18:16Speaker 2: the season on my birthday for that reason. So that's awesome.
- 18:20Speaker 2: Four years old. I mean, that's that's getting after it,
- 18:23Speaker 2: like you know what I mean, Like I didn't know
- 18:25Speaker 2: four year olds could wrestle.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Well, and I think a lot of it is they
- 18:29Speaker 1: are doing more of like the tumbling kind of learning
- 18:32Speaker 1: a little technique, but really just letting them get a
- 18:35Speaker 1: feel for what's going on.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Get on the mat right And you know, my nephew Liam,
- 18:40Speaker 2: he wrestled last year he was five. But so I'd
- 18:42Speaker 2: go to the practice and it's a lot of games.
- 18:44Speaker 2: It's really hard to wrangle these kids. Like I really
- 18:47Speaker 2: respect the coaches out there because it is a task. Like, hey, kids,
- 18:51Speaker 2: you all run, You can run around and tackle each other,
- 18:53Speaker 2: but oh don't when we tell you not to.
- 18:54Speaker 1: You know, yeah, I don't know how many littles are
- 18:57Speaker 1: going to be there. He just said there was a
- 18:59Speaker 1: there was a couple of them and let's just get
- 19:02Speaker 1: them aft get going after it.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Well, that's really cool. Are you ready for what you
- 19:06Speaker 2: know this will bring? If it is something he decides
- 19:08Speaker 2: he likes, ready for the next twelve years? I am
- 19:11Speaker 2: ready for it. I grew up having a lot of
- 19:14Speaker 2: friends that wrestled, So I you were pretty close to
- 19:16Speaker 2: the team, weren't you. Were you like a stat girl
- 19:20Speaker 2: or what was your relationship? Friend, friend, friend of the team.
- 19:24Speaker 2: That's great. It's good to have support because sometimes.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Girl, you know, because I was on the I was
- 19:29Speaker 1: the captain of the dance team, so I didn't have
- 19:31Speaker 1: to tie him for all of that. It was the
- 19:33Speaker 1: same season. I couldn't be at the stat girl to
- 19:36Speaker 1: do that. Yeah, it's good because it's a small community.
- 19:39Speaker 1: You know a lot of times the basketball team and
- 19:42Speaker 1: this and that they get all the love and the
- 19:44Speaker 1: fans show up.
- 19:45Speaker 3: But you know, then there's the wrestling team. I had
- 19:47Speaker 3: to be the chosen.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I had medical actually over the weekend, and she was
- 19:52Speaker 1: talking about her son, who's four, is already like full
- 19:55Speaker 1: on skates doing the hockey stuff, and we had kind
- 19:59Speaker 1: of talked about that as well.
- 20:00Speaker 4: So this is kind of his first little dabble into anything.
- 20:02Speaker 1: He did do soccer for a couple of minutes, but
- 20:05Speaker 1: he's still young.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I know, maybe I'm biased, but you are just go
- 20:09Speaker 2: ahead and skip those sports.
- 20:11Speaker 3: And they're very competitive.
- 20:12Speaker 2: And that's the thing too, so many not saying wrestling isn't,
- 20:14Speaker 2: but you know, you can really like succeed early. You know,
- 20:18Speaker 2: he could get to seventh grade and be a stud
- 20:20Speaker 2: on varsity, especially in Horace.
- 20:22Speaker 4: Wow, I don't know what the lands you go just
- 20:25Speaker 4: really hot in the wrestling.
- 20:26Speaker 3: I'm just saying.
- 20:27Speaker 2: I saw so many friends who like wrestled as kids,
- 20:29Speaker 2: and they were pretty good, like promising, but everybody played basketball,
- 20:33Speaker 2: so they just kept playing basketball. And come senior year,
- 20:36Speaker 2: when you're coming off the bench in the fourth quarter,
- 20:38Speaker 2: you know what I mean. Like, meanwhile, wrestlers have been
- 20:41Speaker 2: on varsity since they were you know, so there's a
- 20:44Speaker 2: lot of opportunity.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I mean, you still have to be good, but.
- 20:47Speaker 4: Do you have private lessons that you offer, Pike?
- 20:50Speaker 2: I mean, I'll be happy to share some wisdom with
- 20:52Speaker 2: the kid. You know, it's been a long time for
- 20:54Speaker 2: this old steed.
- 20:57Speaker 4: How old are you today?
- 20:58Speaker 3: By the way, Well, I just turned their thirty five.
- 21:01Speaker 3: It's easy to remember because it's a three and then
- 21:02Speaker 3: it's four.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I can remember that. Thank you for laying that out
- 21:05Speaker 1: for me. I will tell you. Last night, before bed,
- 21:09Speaker 1: we were just kinda like all right, because that's when
- 21:11Speaker 1: I say goodbye to them, and you know, love you.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I'll pick it from school tomorrow. I can't wait to
- 21:15Speaker 1: take you to wrestling, And he did the I don't
- 21:18Speaker 1: want to go to wrestling, So he was starting to
- 21:20Speaker 1: get cold feet.
- 21:21Speaker 3: A little oh no. See, this is what I tell people.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Maybe it's bad advice because I don't have kids, but
- 21:26Speaker 2: don't let them make that decision.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Well, and we'll bring him and just like let him
- 21:31Speaker 4: feel it out.
- 21:32Speaker 3: I don't know what he's going to do.
- 21:33Speaker 1: He might be scared, or he might hop in there
- 21:35Speaker 1: and get really excited about it.
- 21:37Speaker 2: It's so hard because yeah, he might not like being
- 21:39Speaker 2: there because he's well four, and he might get just
- 21:41Speaker 2: I don't know, anxiety about like new kids. And totally
- 21:44Speaker 2: it's not that he doesn't like wrestling. He doesn't like
- 21:46Speaker 2: going to that specific practice. So it's I hate that
- 21:50Speaker 2: people just like end the opportunity for that kid to
- 21:53Speaker 2: you know, because it's not to say he won't love
- 21:55Speaker 2: it when he's fifteen, oh exactly. So I just encourage
- 21:58Speaker 2: people to kind of stick it out, let your kid
- 22:01Speaker 2: do what they want. But if it's backy, get him
- 22:03Speaker 2: out of it. If he says you don't like it,
- 22:05Speaker 2: get him out of it.
- 22:08Speaker 5: Like get a minute in the morning on a big
- 22:10Speaker 5: nutty eight points seven.
- 22:11Speaker 2: You ever have somebody say something to you, like just
- 22:14Speaker 2: a small passing comment or bit of wisdom that for
- 22:18Speaker 2: whatever reason, it just sticks with you well.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Sometimes things just resonate, and it probably depends on the
- 22:23Speaker 1: situation you're in when it hits right.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yeah, sometimes it's the perfect time to hear the perfect thing.
- 22:28Speaker 2: And that was exactly the case for this girl. Abby
- 22:31Speaker 2: Rutledge is her name now. She was twenty years old
- 22:33Speaker 2: back in twenty twenty two when she was driving her
- 22:36Speaker 2: car and got a little heavy in the.
- 22:38Speaker 3: Foot ooh, pulled over.
- 22:40Speaker 2: It happened by a police officer who we now know
- 22:43Speaker 2: is Alabama State Troop or JT.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Brown.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Well, he pulls her over, and Abby, of course, right
- 22:47Speaker 2: away starts thinking, oh my god, I can't afford a ticket,
- 22:51Speaker 2: like I am working this dead end job. I don't
- 22:53Speaker 2: have any extra money. Probably shouldn't have been speeding, but
- 22:57Speaker 2: sids the point. So she starts pleading with Officer Brown,
- 23:00Speaker 2: I can't afford this ticket and she hates her job.
- 23:03Speaker 2: And so instead of just saying, well, you shouldn't have
- 23:06Speaker 2: been speeding, as he signs off on the ticket, he
- 23:08Speaker 2: says I'll be right back, and you know exactly what
- 23:11Speaker 2: he's doing. He's going to his car to fill out
- 23:13Speaker 2: the ticket. No Officer Brown says to her, well, what's
- 23:16Speaker 2: going on? What are you doing for work, and she
- 23:18Speaker 2: starts explaining to him, and so he takes that opportunity
- 23:22Speaker 2: to start talking to her about, well, what else could
- 23:25Speaker 2: you do?
- 23:25Speaker 3: You know, what have you thought about doing? What other
- 23:27Speaker 3: career options might you have?
- 23:29Speaker 4: Wow, a real mentor So they're.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Sitting there on the side of the highway having this
- 23:33Speaker 2: life conversation. Well, after a couple minutes of chatting, they
- 23:36Speaker 2: decided together that she's sort of interested in nursing, and
- 23:40Speaker 2: he thought, well, you know, why don't you pursue that,
- 23:42Speaker 2: like start now, because you know, my favorite bit of
- 23:46Speaker 2: advice is like, if you think it's too late for something, well,
- 23:49Speaker 2: in two years from now, you're either going to be
- 23:51Speaker 2: two years you're gonna be two years older no matter what.
- 23:54Speaker 2: So you could either be two years older doing exactly
- 23:56Speaker 2: what you're doing now hating it, or you could be
- 23:58Speaker 2: two years from now doing something brand new that you love.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Either way, it's just never too late. So he writes
- 24:05Speaker 2: her a ticket a warning mind you, not actually giving
- 24:08Speaker 2: her a ticket, but on the ticket it said go
- 24:11Speaker 2: to nursing school, Comma and slow down. Well, let's fast
- 24:15Speaker 2: forward to now. Amana twenty twenty four. This is so inspiring.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Remember two years ago. So two years later, Abby Rutledge
- 24:23Speaker 2: graduated from the University of Alabama as a surgical technician
- 24:27Speaker 2: and got a job as a nurse at the University
- 24:29Speaker 2: of Alabama Birmingham Hospital. And you know who's in attendance
- 24:33Speaker 2: at a graduation tell me, stay trooper. It's gonna make
- 24:37Speaker 2: something up.
- 24:38Speaker 3: That's stay Trooper at JD.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Brown there to watch her graduate, and she said that
- 24:43Speaker 2: literally that conversation, as short as it was, changed her
- 24:47Speaker 2: life and she made a change because of it.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Wow, that is so incredible. I honestly kind of feel
- 24:54Speaker 1: a little speechless. I mean, that is a really really
- 24:56Speaker 1: amazing story.
- 24:57Speaker 3: How cool.
- 24:58Speaker 2: And then for even the officer, he said that seeing
- 25:00Speaker 2: her succeed like has made his career worthwhile. Like what
- 25:03Speaker 2: a gratifying feeling, so all around really cool.
- 25:07Speaker 3: My gosh.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Yeah, so he's not expecting any of this. Maybe you're
- 25:11Speaker 2: listening right now and you're in a dead end job,
- 25:13Speaker 2: and gosh.
- 25:15Speaker 4: I think we're all just kind of going, wow, what
- 25:16Speaker 4: that think in.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Yeah, should we have like a few seconds of silence
- 25:20Speaker 2: before we go to the next thing, or should we
- 25:21Speaker 2: just we.
- 25:22Speaker 3: Need to do that.
- 25:23Speaker 4: I just think we all just need to give her
- 25:25Speaker 4: or actually her but him.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, which is great a lot of people,
- 25:30Speaker 2: and I command her too, because how many people just
- 25:32Speaker 2: have these ideas of I'm going to do this, I'm
- 25:34Speaker 2: going to do that, and I'm one of them. I've
- 25:36Speaker 2: had a million ideas, get rich quick ideas, and then
- 25:39Speaker 2: you just end up not doing them.
- 25:40Speaker 4: You're right, though, you got to rip the band aid off, and.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Like Nike once said, do it, just do it like it.
- 25:46Speaker 5: Amanda in the morning from all get up on Big
- 25:50Speaker 5: seven and now Amanda Stills the sea.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Let's see, man, we lost a good one yesterday. James
- 25:59Speaker 3: ear Old Jones lived a good life.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Ninety three years old.
- 26:02Speaker 1: He was when he passed away, considered to be one
- 26:05Speaker 1: of the greatest actors of old time. He is one
- 26:08Speaker 1: of the few entertainers to get the egot, which is
- 26:10Speaker 1: an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony. You
- 26:13Speaker 1: kind of forget about all the things he did.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Of course, he was in field of Can we give
- 26:16Speaker 2: you a little sample of his career, not to condense
- 26:20Speaker 2: his storied career into twenty seven seconds, but know if
- 26:22Speaker 2: you've got it, some legendary voices you'll recognize.
- 26:25Speaker 6: Being brave doesn't mean you go looking for trouble.
- 26:29Speaker 5: You're not scared of anything.
- 26:32Speaker 6: I was today. I am more than the exalted ruler
- 26:35Speaker 6: of this land and the master of all I survey.
- 26:38Speaker 6: I'm also a concerned dad. I am your father. People
- 26:44Speaker 6: will come ray, They'll come to Iowa, Paris's. They can't
- 26:48Speaker 6: even fathom the turn up your driveway, not knowing for
- 26:52Speaker 6: sure why they're doing it.
- 26:54Speaker 3: Just an iconic voice, it really is.
- 26:56Speaker 1: In all, the actor had almost two hundred screen credits
- 27:00Speaker 1: during his sixty year long career, which is crazy. Last night,
- 27:04Speaker 1: by the way, if you saw this the Empire State Building,
- 27:06Speaker 1: they put it red and white as a tribute to him,
- 27:09Speaker 1: and then on Twitter they said, rest in peace.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Lord Vader. What's a red and white?
- 27:14Speaker 1: Red and white would be I believe for Darth Vader?
- 27:18Speaker 1: Not one hundred percent show.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Used to me. But that's cool. I mean, the tribute
- 27:23Speaker 3: itself is just pretty awesome. What am I trying to say?
- 27:25Speaker 3: The thought was there? The thought is there. That's very nice. Absolutely,
- 27:28Speaker 3: that's awesome.
- 27:30Speaker 1: And yesterday, in a Vanity Fair interview that was released,
- 27:33Speaker 1: Selena Gomez opened up about how she can't carry her
- 27:35Speaker 1: own children and she's had a few medical issues. Of course,
- 27:38Speaker 1: we do know that she was diagnosed with lupus in
- 27:40Speaker 1: twenty thirteen and then she had that kidney transplant in
- 27:43Speaker 1: twenty seventeen. She shared that the reality of it is difficult,
- 27:46Speaker 1: but she now of course has moved on. She's embracing
- 27:49Speaker 1: it and knows that she could have a surrogacy, or
- 27:52Speaker 1: she could have an adoption, whatever her path to motherhood
- 27:54Speaker 1: may be. And I love that this is kind of
- 27:56Speaker 1: her next chapter. She has been very open about her
- 27:58Speaker 1: relationship with Benny Blanco, and I mean so much so
- 28:02Speaker 1: where I think she's like, I'd rather get down on
- 28:04Speaker 1: one you proposed to him, and she's ready for that,
- 28:06Speaker 1: which I.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Like, maybe, yeah, good for her. Yeah that's sad. And
- 28:10Speaker 2: you said she can't carry your own children, and I'm like,
- 28:12Speaker 2: I forgot she. I didn't realize she had kids, But
- 28:15Speaker 2: you don't mean literally carrying them, you.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Know, which I'll be able to ye give birth to them.
- 28:19Speaker 2: But yeah, well it's still still certainly blessed life either way,
- 28:23Speaker 2: so hopefully she's.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Enjoying it for sure.
- 28:25Speaker 1: And I'm trying to remember the last time I actually
- 28:30Speaker 1: tuned into the MTV Video Music Awards. I don't think
- 28:32Speaker 1: they had them. What last year they took a little hiatus.
- 28:36Speaker 3: But they I'm it's not the way. It's just not
- 28:39Speaker 3: the way. This is the VMA.
- 28:41Speaker 2: So I think maybe the last time I watched was
- 28:42Speaker 2: when Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift, which would have been wow.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Prbably going on what fourteen years ago, which feels like
- 28:49Speaker 2: four years ago to us, I know.
- 28:51Speaker 1: But Eminem is set to open the VMAs tomorrow night.
- 28:55Speaker 1: He's gonna give viewers the first TV performance from his
- 28:57Speaker 1: latest album. He's up for eight nominas this year. If
- 29:00Speaker 1: he does win just one, which I think you are
- 29:03Speaker 1: alert he probably will, he'll officially be be the artist
- 29:08Speaker 1: number one artist with the most wins in the male
- 29:10Speaker 1: artist category in the show's history, breaking the tie of
- 29:13Speaker 1: Peter Gabriel.
- 29:14Speaker 3: Oh isn't that wild? Super random?
- 29:16Speaker 2: I know, Yeah, that album is so good and I
- 29:19Speaker 2: loved it when it came out, and of course, you know,
- 29:21Speaker 2: you get busy and you just kind of stop listening
- 29:22Speaker 2: to it, so it goes.
- 29:23Speaker 3: But it's a it's a banging album. He's back hosted
- 29:26Speaker 3: by making the Stallion.
- 29:28Speaker 1: I don't know if I'll tune in for it, but
- 29:30Speaker 1: the highlights I'm sure will be fantastic.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Ex eminem gonna get you.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Maybe I would have to have some sort of live
- 29:36Speaker 2: television option, which I don't. Last night, my wife's like,
- 29:40Speaker 2: aren't you gonna watch Monday Night Football? I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 29:43Speaker 2: I don't think. I don't think I have TV, So no,
- 29:45Speaker 2: is it.
- 29:46Speaker 1: I thought you just said last week you were signing
- 29:48Speaker 1: up for the NFL ticket.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Well I ended up not because Week one of the
- 29:51Speaker 2: Packers game was on Peacock, so I didn't need it.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Then Jordan Love goes down and I'm thinking season's over.
- 29:57Speaker 2: I don't need it bad and now he's coming back,
- 29:59Speaker 2: so I'm reconsidering it. But I don't know if they're
- 30:01Speaker 2: going to carry the MTV Video Music Awards on the
- 30:05Speaker 2: NFL ticket.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Well, no, but you would still sign up for YouTube TV.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Oh you're right, you know, so you'd get a.
- 30:10Speaker 4: Little something something there. By the way, last night, Aaron
- 30:13Speaker 4: Rodgers made it.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Through the game. He did that was step one.
- 30:17Speaker 1: It was one of those moments I'm like, speaking of
- 30:19Speaker 1: feeling old or whatever.
- 30:20Speaker 4: I was like, he just compared to brock Berdy.
- 30:23Speaker 3: I was like, oof, Well he can't feel that anymore.
- 30:25Speaker 2: There was a play where he took off and I'm like, ooh,
- 30:28Speaker 2: this man is.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Not what he used to be.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Dad going to bed, honey, like a minute in the morning,
- 30:35Speaker 5: big nnty eight point seven.
- 30:37Speaker 2: You know, with AI, the you know new technology, it's
- 30:40Speaker 2: really it can be a tool. It can obviously people
- 30:42Speaker 2: are worried about it taking jobs. But for now, let's
- 30:44Speaker 2: talk about it being an effective tool. And somebody asked AI,
- 30:49Speaker 2: what the perfect relationship excuse me, relationship looks like? Okay,
- 30:54Speaker 2: and AI, the all knowing artificial intelligence said, this is
- 30:58Speaker 2: the traits these are of a perfect relationship.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Let's see where we fall.
- 31:03Speaker 2: First up, mutual respect number one, they say, absolutely, each
- 31:07Speaker 2: partner listens to each other, appreciates differences and shows consideration
- 31:12Speaker 2: and their actions and words. Now, would you say you
- 31:15Speaker 2: and Nick share a mutual respect? Yeah, that's one that'd
- 31:19Speaker 2: be hard to say.
- 31:20Speaker 3: You know.
- 31:21Speaker 2: If you're not getting that one, it's like, what do
- 31:23Speaker 2: you probably hate each other?
- 31:24Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 31:24Speaker 6: You.
- 31:25Speaker 1: I don't think you could have a successful relationship without respect.
- 31:28Speaker 2: No. Then, of course, effective communication it's a big one.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Actively listen, express your feelings needs clearly through conflicts constructively.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Yeah, you have you communicated yet today.
- 31:40Speaker 1: A few times, Yeah, yep, we're in a nice discussion
- 31:42Speaker 1: about the day.
- 31:43Speaker 3: You guys do a lot of texting, though we do.
- 31:45Speaker 1: I call him a lot mid day and he's like, honey,
- 31:48Speaker 1: what like what you know? He he could very easily
- 31:51Speaker 1: text throughout the day and then at night have a conversation.
- 31:55Speaker 1: I like to get all of that out of the
- 31:57Speaker 1: way because at night the kids take up so much
- 31:59Speaker 1: of our energy and conversation. So I like to get
- 32:02Speaker 1: a lot of that done because.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Yeah, but when you call him and you know you're
- 32:05Speaker 2: done for the day and you're not really sure that
- 32:08Speaker 2: on the other end of the phone he's got like
- 32:09Speaker 2: a task he's trying to do, he usually does.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Yep.
- 32:12Speaker 4: He's usually like, hey, honey, I'm in a meeting.
- 32:14Speaker 3: What's up? I don't know what do you want exactly?
- 32:18Speaker 2: My wife does that all the tell call If I
- 32:20Speaker 2: do call it during the day, it's all I can
- 32:22Speaker 2: just feel like she's ready to get off the phone
- 32:23Speaker 2: from the moment she answers, which then it's kind of fun,
- 32:26Speaker 2: just a so what you're doing, what you have for lunch? Okay,
- 32:32Speaker 2: this conversation's over.
- 32:33Speaker 1: And also I think that that brings a little humor
- 32:36Speaker 1: and light into your relationship.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Absolutely. Absolutely.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Next up, according to AI, perfect trait of a perfect
- 32:42Speaker 2: relationship trust and reliability. Obviously, Hey, I give me something
- 32:47Speaker 2: I can work with here, jeez. Shared values and goals,
- 32:51Speaker 2: that's a big one.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not gonna really struggle trying to move forward
- 32:55Speaker 1: in a relationship if you're not sharing the same goals
- 32:58Speaker 1: you're of course.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Especially, Yeah, that would be the biggest piece of advice
- 33:01Speaker 2: for if you're gonna get married or if you're thinking
- 33:03Speaker 2: about getting married, because some people just get real excited
- 33:05Speaker 2: about finding somebody in the idea of being married. But
- 33:08Speaker 2: it's like, that's got to I think that's number one.
- 33:10Speaker 2: You got to make sure like your paths are somewhat aligned. Yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 2: because if you're going opposite way to start, even if
- 33:16Speaker 2: it's just a little bit, even it's just slightly you
- 33:18Speaker 2: know the graph, if you just keep going, it's gonna
- 33:21Speaker 2: keep getting further away.
- 33:22Speaker 1: It is amazing to me how many people still go
- 33:24Speaker 1: into relationships thinking that, oh, this will change or this
- 33:28Speaker 1: could change. Right, Chances are it's never gonna change.
- 33:31Speaker 3: It's more than likely not.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't maybe a bet you want to make
- 33:35Speaker 2: right because there are some there's somebody out there who's
- 33:37Speaker 2: a little more aligned with what you're trying to do.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Emotional support and affection totally. Yeah, are you there emotionally
- 33:44Speaker 2: for your husband?
- 33:45Speaker 3: Probably too much, you think so. Yeah, how so.
- 33:50Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 33:50Speaker 4: I'm just like an emotional person.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Yeah, very much like my heart on my sleeve all
- 33:55Speaker 1: the time.
- 33:55Speaker 3: Yeah, that's good until it's not.
- 33:58Speaker 4: Well Yeah, I mean.
- 33:59Speaker 1: I'm not like crying all the time, but just just
- 34:02Speaker 1: in general, like my emotions, I'm very open about that
- 34:05Speaker 1: whatever it may be, like if you really happy, really
- 34:07Speaker 1: said whatever, you know, Like I share all of those
- 34:10Speaker 1: with him.
- 34:10Speaker 3: It's not like a roller coaster. I was gonna say.
- 34:13Speaker 2: I'm not a doctor, but I do have some suggestions
- 34:16Speaker 2: of things you could probably take to level things out
- 34:18Speaker 2: for you.
