- 0:02Speaker 1: Now, Ron Verb on NewsRadio 570 WKBN.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Well, hidey-ho, it's 6.05. Welcome to a Tuesday evening. It's
- 0:11Speaker 2: 76 degrees. What beautiful weather we've had yesterday and today.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Just perfect temperature-wise, humidity-wise for this middle of June. It's
- 0:20Speaker 2: going quick, isn't it, June? Middle of June already? Son
- 0:24Speaker 2: of a gun. With you till 7 tonight, 330-729-9977 is
- 0:29Speaker 2: our top secret number if you want to conversate, 330-729-9977.
- 0:32Speaker 2: All right, that's the number. It's unlisted, so keep it
- 0:38Speaker 2: to yourself. 330-729-9977, and you're on the air. I want
- 0:42Speaker 2: to ask.
- 0:43Speaker 3: A question of you guys when you say this about
- 0:49Speaker 3: Israel and the United States and Donald Trump in particular.
- 0:54Speaker 3: What in the world could they have said to Donald
- 0:58Speaker 3: Trump to make him go over there and attack Iran?
- 1:03Speaker 2: I have no idea, but he did a reversal of
- 1:07Speaker 2: himself when he's talked about getting involved in regime change
- 1:12Speaker 2: and conflicts in the Middle East, just as he did
- 1:15Speaker 2: on the Epstein files. They were dramatic reversals. that disappointed
- 1:19Speaker 2: a lot of his base.
- 1:21Speaker 3: No, no, they weren't.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Yes, they were.
- 1:24Speaker 3: No, they weren't. And I'm going to tell you why
- 1:27Speaker 3: they weren't.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Okay, I'm all ears.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Okay, almost those files could not be released because the
- 1:34Speaker 3: victim said they didn't want them released. And that was
- 1:39Speaker 3: the big thing. Now they have to go through and
- 1:41Speaker 3: they have to pick apart one file from another.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Until they know what they can. So do you believe
- 1:49Speaker 2: those victims are entitled to justice?
- 1:53Speaker 3: It has nothing to do with this.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Okay, okay. So you say it has nothing to do
- 2:00Speaker 2: with this. This is nonsense. And here's why it's nonsense.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Why is it nonsense?
- 2:04Speaker 2: I'm going to explain it to you. There are victims here,
- 2:08Speaker 2: many of whom have gone public, that were basically sexually
- 2:12Speaker 2: abused as children. This is what we're talking about here.
- 2:16Speaker 2: And are you seeing anybody arrested or going to jail
- 2:19Speaker 2: or on trial for it in the United States?
- 2:21Speaker 3: Not too many.
- 2:22Speaker 4: No, no, no.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Not any. When you say not too many, there's been none.
- 2:27Speaker 3: That's not true.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Well, tell me who went to trial.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Then some of them didn't have to go to trial
- 2:34Speaker 3: because they were removed from their position.
- 2:39Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 2:39Speaker 3: They're awaiting court cases.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Who went to jail? I'm not talking civil lawsuits. Who
- 2:46Speaker 2: in this country, who in the Justice Department or in
- 2:49Speaker 2: any state issue has been prosecuted for sexually engaging in
- 2:57Speaker 2: sex acts with minors? Who?
- 3:00Speaker 3: What did they do with the prince?
- 3:04Speaker 2: That's in England.
- 3:06Speaker 3: That's not the point.
- 3:08Speaker 2: No, it is. Well, wait a minute. He didn't go
- 3:11Speaker 2: to jail either.
- 3:12Speaker 3: No, he sure didn't.
- 3:14Speaker 2: But the royalty over there relieved him of his duties,
- 3:18Speaker 2: but he wasn't put on trial.
- 3:19Speaker 3: No, he wasn't, but..
- 3:22Speaker 2: It doesn't matter, but..
- 3:25Speaker 3: He's sitting there waiting for the trial to come. Really?
- 3:30Speaker 2: Well, when is that trial going to happen? When is
- 3:33Speaker 2: that trial scheduled?
- 3:35Speaker 3: It's not scheduled yet.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 3:38Speaker 3: You know why?
- 3:39Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Because you have too many outliers. You want to be
- 3:43Speaker 3: just right all the time, but the outliers are there.
- 3:46Speaker 2: No, you're making excuses. I want you to hear me
- 3:49Speaker 2: for a second.
- 3:49Speaker 3: I'm not making it up.
- 3:51Speaker 2: That's not an excuse.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Yes, it is an excuse. Ask the lawyer when he
- 3:55Speaker 3: comes in.
- 3:55Speaker 2: I am saying to you directly. This was an intelligence
- 4:00Speaker 2: operation that was using minor girls to engage in sexual
- 4:05Speaker 2: activity with adult growing men. And I don't give a damn,
- 4:09Speaker 2: and I want to make this clear to you, if
- 4:11Speaker 2: they're Republicans, Democrats, Bill Gates, or anybody else, if you're
- 4:16Speaker 2: responsible for having sex with them, you should be on trial.
- 4:21Speaker 2: in the judicial system. I'm not talking about suing Epstein's
- 4:26Speaker 2: estate and getting a chunk of money. Neither am I. Well,
- 4:30Speaker 2: that's all that's happened because there's been no criminal cases.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Well, that's all that you see happening at this moment
- 4:35Speaker 3: because there's too many things that have to be overturned.
- 4:38Speaker 2: How long ago did this..
- 4:39Speaker 3: You're not listening.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Okay, so why don't you tell me... Ask the lawyer
- 4:42Speaker 2: when he comes in. Forget the lawyers. I'm asking you.
- 4:45Speaker 2: When are the cases coming?
- 4:47Speaker 3: I don't know because I'm not a lawyer.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Okay, I'll answer your question. I'll answer your question. There
- 4:54Speaker 2: are none. There are absolutely no criminal cases that have
- 4:58Speaker 2: taken place and are taking place. Period.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Choose to believe what you want.
- 5:04Speaker 2: You tell me where they are. I'm telling you.
- 5:07Speaker 3: I told you you won't listen.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I'm telling you they're going to get away with it.
- 5:12Speaker 3: You rejected what I just told you, Ron.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Because it's nonsense.
- 5:15Speaker 3: There's too many outliers that they have to solve before
- 5:19Speaker 3: they can. They can't take people to court if one
- 5:24Speaker 3: person doesn't want to be identified. Two people, ten people.
- 5:30Speaker 3: You can't do it.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Of all the girls that have come, of all the
- 5:33Speaker 2: girls that have come forth publicly, have any of those
- 5:36Speaker 2: people been gone, been taken to court and convicted that
- 5:39Speaker 2: were engaged in that activity?
- 5:41Speaker 3: And like I said, I don't know if I don't
- 5:44Speaker 3: think so, but I'm telling you they can't just do it.
- 5:47Speaker 6: Well, I'm here to tell you, listen, I don't care
- 5:54Speaker 6: whether you like or dislike Trump or make excuses for him.
- 5:58Speaker 3: It has nothing to do with Trump.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Yeah, it does. It has everything to do with the law.
- 6:03Speaker 2: It does not.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Once again.
- 6:04Speaker 2: It has to do with the Justice Department.
- 6:06Speaker 3: If it wasn't due to the law... Then tell me
- 6:10Speaker 3: how in the world that you're going to take.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Them to court and convict.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Them and send them to jail if it has nothing
- 6:19Speaker 3: to do with the law. Everything has to do with
- 6:22Speaker 3: the law.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Did Trump run on releasing the Epstein files and getting..
- 6:28Speaker 3: I don't care. He ran on a lot of stuff.
- 6:31Speaker 3: When he gets in there, he can't just..
- 6:33Speaker 2: And did he then reverse himself? Did he mysteriously reverse
- 6:37Speaker 2: himself when he said one day..
- 6:39Speaker 3: No, he doesn't reverse anything until the end of his presidency.
- 6:42Speaker 3: That's what I'm trying to tell you.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Boy, you make excuses for him. You know what? Here's
- 6:49Speaker 2: my problem. I voted for Trump. I'd vote for him
- 6:51Speaker 2: again overall. I think he's doing a good job. But
- 6:54Speaker 2: if you don't think for a minute that he disappointed
- 6:57Speaker 2: people on his reversal on where he stood on Epstein
- 7:00Speaker 2: during the campaign, in addition to his total reversal on
- 7:04Speaker 2: regime change wars in the Middle East... and you don't
- 7:07Speaker 2: ask yourself the question, why did that happen, then you're
- 7:11Speaker 2: sticking your head in the sand because he reversed him
- 7:13Speaker 2: on both of those.
- 7:14Speaker 3: I'm not sticking my head in the sand that you
- 7:15Speaker 3: don't listen.
- 7:16Speaker 2: I'm listening.
- 7:16Speaker 3: I told you, I don't think he doesn't intend to
- 7:19Speaker 3: have those people go to trial. You can't just not
- 7:28Speaker 3: pay attention to the victims that don't want to be identified.
- 7:32Speaker 3: You can't do it. So what do you want to do?
- 7:36Speaker 3: You think that that's fine, they should be able to
- 7:39Speaker 3: do it?
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah, the victims can be unidentified. And incidentally, I go
- 7:43Speaker 2: back to you once again, get it through your thick skull.
- 7:46Speaker 2: There's plenty of victims that have come forth. Have you
- 7:48Speaker 2: not seen them? And identified themselves. Are there any cases
- 7:52Speaker 2: involving them? Yes or no? You keep..
- 7:55Speaker 3: Until you met GQ..
- 7:57Speaker 2: I'm asking you specifically.
- 7:59Speaker 3: Until you met GQ..
- 8:00Speaker 2: I'm asking you specifically. I was telling you this stuff
- 8:02Speaker 2: all along.
- 8:03Speaker 3: And you wouldn't listen to me, but soon as GQ
- 8:05Speaker 3: said it, oh, GQ said it, so it's good.
- 8:09Speaker 2: I'm saying because you are making excuses.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Get into your speaks, Paul Ryan.
- 8:13Speaker 2: You are making excuses.
- 8:14Speaker 3: It's about the law. Well, that's the law. Do what
- 8:18Speaker 3: it does.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Well, where's the justice for the victims? Well, no, it
- 8:24Speaker 2: looks so funny. Do you think a 14-year-old girl being
- 8:29Speaker 2: sexually abused, let's say, by Prince Andrew is acceptable?
- 8:33Speaker 7: No, why would.
- 8:35Speaker 3: You say something stupid like that?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Because we're, we're, we're, well, then where's the criminal case?
- 8:41Speaker 2: Then where is it?
- 8:42Speaker 3: You have to wait, Ron. You have to wait until
- 8:46Speaker 3: all of it.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Oh, for God's sakes. You, you, you are just an
- 8:50Speaker 2: excuse maker. Honest to God. I didn't make no excuse.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I think they should be taken out.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Let me ask you this. How long are you supposed
- 8:57Speaker 2: to wait? Another 10 years?
- 8:59Speaker 3: No, it's been how long since the first dump happened?
- 9:04Speaker 2: Yippee, years and years and years. These were 14-year-old girls
- 9:09Speaker 2: at the time. They're now 24, 25, and older. It's
- 9:14Speaker 2: been a decade.
- 9:15Speaker 3: When the files came out, I'm here with a friend
- 9:23Speaker 3: of yours, by the way. Dave Sondra said to tell
- 9:27Speaker 3: you hello.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Who did? But anyway..
- 9:29Speaker 3: Dave Johnson.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Oh, Dave Johnson. Okay. But no, no, I do not
- 9:34Speaker 2: agree with it.
- 9:35Speaker 8: How the hell are you, Ron?
- 9:36Speaker 3: You troublemaker? How are you?
- 9:38Speaker 2: Dave, I'm doing well, but I'm in a big argument
- 9:40Speaker 2: with that guy sitting there, and I'm telling you what,
- 9:43Speaker 2: I'm going to arm wrestle him when this is done,
- 9:46Speaker 2: and it's going to get ugly.
- 9:47Speaker 3: We're eating sushi. We don't have time for this. What
- 9:50Speaker 3: do you mean you're eating sushi? I miss you, man.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I've got to get back on your program.
- 9:54Speaker 8: All right.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Well, you come on back sometime. I have no problem with.
- 9:57Speaker 9: That, David.
- 9:59Speaker 3: All right. Thank you. Anyway, listen. I wanted to tell you,
- 10:03Speaker 3: first of all.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Why are you eating sushi?
- 10:04Speaker 3: Stop. I don't eat sushi. I'm saying that because we're
- 10:12Speaker 3: in an upper crust. You know that. Not him. But anyway, anyway,
- 10:21Speaker 3: check it out. Ron, you have to listen.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I don't have to listen.
- 10:25Speaker 3: We are not in that war because of Israel. We're
- 10:29Speaker 3: in the war because Iran said in a form that
- 10:34Speaker 3: they had so much nuclear fission material. And if they
- 10:41Speaker 3: had got there, which we have been told by, no
- 10:45Speaker 3: doubt about it, Israel did tell us that before that
- 10:48Speaker 3: they were on their way to it, blah, blah, blah. Yes,
- 10:52Speaker 3: that's one way you can say.
- 10:55Speaker 2: We were involved with Israel. So what about our own
- 10:58Speaker 2: intelligence department, which said that isn't true?
- 11:02Speaker 3: Well, I can't explain that because they said they did.
- 11:09Speaker 2: But our own intelligence department said that isn't true. And
- 11:12Speaker 2: do you remember that bunker buster where it's all buried underground?
- 11:16Speaker 2: I thought that was the end of it. And frankly,
- 11:18Speaker 2: I do think it's the end of it. It's buried
- 11:20Speaker 2: deep underground. You know, the bomb that went right down
- 11:22Speaker 2: the tunnel and took care of it. That's the end
- 11:24Speaker 2: of it.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Okay.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Yeah. And what now they say, oh, we want the dust.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Let's dig on down there and try to recover it,
- 11:32Speaker 2: which is ridiculous.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Why is it ridiculous?
- 11:36Speaker 2: Because did you see the explosion? Did you see what happened?
- 11:41Speaker 2: I mean, come on. You're going to drill down into
- 11:43Speaker 2: that mountain, and who's going to pay for all of
- 11:46Speaker 2: that and go down and get it? They're not going
- 11:48Speaker 2: to go down and get it.
- 11:49Speaker 3: That was the whole point. We would have been in
- 11:52Speaker 3: a hell of a fix had they come up and
- 11:56Speaker 3: produced a bomb. We would have been in a hell
- 11:59Speaker 3: of a fit.
- 11:59Speaker 5: Really?
- 12:00Speaker 2: How so?
- 12:00Speaker 3: I'm telling you, it would have been worse than the
- 12:03Speaker 3: straight-up hard moves.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Well, I tell you what, we'll see what the outcome
- 12:08Speaker 2: is of the deal.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Yes, sir, we will.
- 12:11Speaker 2: I've had enough of you.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Let's all take care of Epstein-Fowler. They will.
- 12:14Speaker 2: I've had enough of your excuses.
- 12:17Speaker 3: I'm not excused.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Yes.
- 12:18Speaker 3: And that has nothing to do with Trump. It has to.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Do with the law. You know what? When will these
- 12:25Speaker 2: victims get justice?
- 12:28Speaker 3: As soon as they get enough of the evidence together
- 12:33Speaker 3: to make sure these other people get arrested.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I'm going to make a prediction to you. You will
- 12:39Speaker 2: never see anybody go to jail over this. That's my
- 12:42Speaker 2: prediction to you right now. You're right, because I don't
- 12:45Speaker 2: know what the statute of limitations is. So if I'm right, then,
- 12:49Speaker 2: the adult men that sexually abused those children got away
- 12:53Speaker 2: with it because there's a double standard of justice. Because
- 12:57Speaker 2: they're either influential political people or rich people. Do you
- 13:01Speaker 2: support that?
- 13:03Speaker 3: No, I don't support that.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Well, that's what's happening. Well, that's what's happening.
- 13:08Speaker 3: We're going to take Bill Clinton out and shoot him.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I'm not saying Bill Clinton did or didn't do it.
- 13:13Speaker 2: But the reality is it should be looked at and
- 13:18Speaker 2: dealt with.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Absolutely. I totally agree.
- 13:21Speaker 10: But I'm telling you, they can't just do it until
- 13:25Speaker 10: they have all the evidence, one, and they have, number two,
- 13:30Speaker 10: that somebody.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Said it in a.
- 13:34Speaker 2: You disgust me today. No, it's not my beliefs. Listen,
- 13:45Speaker 2: Trump reversed himself, and you know it, but won't admit
- 13:49Speaker 2: to it. He reversed himself on regime change. No, he didn't.
- 13:54Speaker 10: He reversed himself.
- 13:58Speaker 2: He reversed himself on Epstein, and he reversed himself on Trump.
- 14:03Speaker 2: regime change in the Middle East.
- 14:05Speaker 7: Okay.
- 14:06Speaker 3: All right, Ron. I still love you, man.
- 14:09Speaker 2: And I still love you, too. Thank you. You're on here.
- 14:13Speaker 8: Ron, Billy Goat. Hey, I wanted to, I appreciate the
- 14:16Speaker 8: kind words after I got off the phone Wednesday.
- 14:19Speaker 2: I really appreciate it. It means a lot. Did you
- 14:21Speaker 2: have your hernia dealt with?
- 14:23Speaker 8: No, July 14th is my scheduled surgery. They're still doing
- 14:28Speaker 8: their thing, but that is my.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Scheduled date for the surgery.
- 14:32Speaker 8: So I got a little under a month to go now.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Okay. I mean, I'll make sure I say a prayer
- 14:39Speaker 2: for you.
- 14:40Speaker 8: Well, I appreciate it. And, you know, catching all that
- 14:44Speaker 8: nice go back and forth, quite frankly, waiting on the bureaucracy,
- 14:47Speaker 8: you might be dead before any of that gets solved,
- 14:50Speaker 8: quite frankly, because that's about how much I really, you know.
- 14:53Speaker 2: You're right.
- 14:54Speaker 8: And quite frankly, you know what? No matter if Trump
- 14:59Speaker 8: reversed himself or somebody.
- 15:02Speaker 2: 570 WKBN. And your fearless leader, Ron Verbier, on the air.
- 15:07Speaker 2: You're on the air.
- 15:10Speaker 7: Yeah, hi, Ron. Please don't yell at me. You've been
- 15:13Speaker 7: yelling at a lot of people today.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Well, they got it coming.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 15:20Speaker 7: Well, maybe I will, too. So many, let's see, many
- 15:26Speaker 7: weeks ago when we were talking about Epstein, and sometimes
- 15:30Speaker 7: what I like to do is when you mention things,
- 15:35Speaker 7: and I don't want to say necessarily fact-check things, But
- 15:38Speaker 7: I check my phone, I Google AI to find out
- 15:43Speaker 7: more information about what I hear from the people on
- 15:47Speaker 7: the radio, including you. And I just want to say
- 15:52Speaker 7: that from months ago, I mean, there is the claim
- 15:59Speaker 7: that Trump campaigned on releasing the Epstein files has frequently
- 16:05Speaker 7: been repeated by critics of the president. And despite viral
- 16:10Speaker 7: posts and opinion articles from the left, commentators and politicians,
- 16:16Speaker 7: as Trump having to pledge to release the Epstein client list,
- 16:21Speaker 7: the president never mentioned the issue in any major campaign speech, rally,
- 16:27Speaker 7: or policy announcement before the 2024 election. Now, Chuck Schumer said.
- 16:33Speaker 8: That he did.
- 16:34Speaker 7: But he really hadn't. Now, during a podcast interview, he
- 16:39Speaker 7: said he would probably be open to releasing the Epstein-related documents.
- 16:45Speaker 7: But it was the Democrats that pushed that narrative that
- 16:50Speaker 7: he said that he would do it and that he
- 16:52Speaker 7: campaigned on it. He did not. But he did decide
- 16:57Speaker 7: after getting pressure from both Democrats and Republicans, he said,
- 17:03Speaker 7: signed legislation compelling the Department of Justice to make the
- 17:08Speaker 7: Epstein files public. I don't know what you want the
- 17:11Speaker 7: guy to do besides go in there and dig them
- 17:15Speaker 7: out himself. So what they did is, following the legislation,
- 17:19Speaker 7: the DOJ released millions of pages of documents, flight logs,
- 17:24Speaker 7: FBI interview summaries, multiple references to Trump, social circles, I mean,
- 17:31Speaker 7: even though he said that he didn't do any wrongdoing.
- 17:34Speaker 7: But the fact is, he did not make the Epstein
- 17:38Speaker 7: Files a core, prioritized platform of his 2024 presidential campaign.
- 17:44Speaker 7: So he did express openness. So I just wanted to...
- 17:49Speaker 7: say that, because I know you've said that a lot.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Well, not only do I say that, I stand by that,
- 17:57Speaker 2: because that is exactly what he stood for, and that
- 18:01Speaker 2: is exactly where things were heading when Pam Bonney said,
- 18:03Speaker 2: I have the files, they're on my desk, we're going
- 18:06Speaker 2: to release all of this stuff.
- 18:07Speaker 7: Yeah, but that's after he was president.
- 18:10Speaker 2: I understand that, but I'm also talking about when he
- 18:12Speaker 2: was running. It was one of his platforms that he
- 18:15Speaker 2: talked about And it..
- 18:18Speaker 7: AI and Google said differently.
- 18:20Speaker 2: Well, AI and Google are wrong on that because... Oh, okay. Well,
- 18:24Speaker 2: this isn't... history from 20 years ago. We were around
- 18:29Speaker 2: during that time when he was talking about the Epstein files.
- 18:32Speaker 7: So it's really easy to go through all of his
- 18:36Speaker 7: campaign speeches, do his rallies, his campaign speeches.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Well, I tell you what, let me back up with you.
- 18:43Speaker 2: What do you think, what was his stand on the
- 18:46Speaker 2: Epstein files when he was running?
- 18:50Speaker 7: When he was running during a podcast interview, somebody asked him,
- 18:55Speaker 7: And he said he would be open to releasing the
- 19:01Speaker 7: Epstein files. But it was, supposedly, it was a July
- 19:06Speaker 7: 29th speech by Chuck Schumer.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Okay, no, wait a second. Don't read to me. He
- 19:12Speaker 2: said he would be open to releasing them. Now, he
- 19:15Speaker 2: released some of them, but he hasn't released all of them,
- 19:17Speaker 2: has he?
- 19:19Speaker 7: I don't know. I don't know that anybody..
- 19:22Speaker 2: Okay. Let me back up. Let me back up with you.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Do you think these girls deserve justice? Do you think
- 19:32Speaker 2: the 14-year-old girls that were raped by these guys deserve justice?
- 19:36Speaker 3: Well, yes, I do.
- 19:38Speaker 7: But I do believe that many of them may have
- 19:40Speaker 7: signed their rights away when they accepted the money.
- 19:44Speaker 8: Okay?
- 19:45Speaker 7: That happens all the time.
- 19:47Speaker 2: No. They can't sign their rights away. That's a civil case.
- 19:51Speaker 2: What rights would they sign away?
- 19:55Speaker 7: Stand by.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Stand by. News Radio 570 WKBKBN.
- 19:58Speaker 1: 634 76 degrees Tuesday, June 16th. We're on verb till 7.
- 20:08Speaker 1: At 7, Guardian's pregame, 7.30, first pitch. You're on NewsRadio 570, WKBN.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I think I was talking to you.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Wasn't I?
- 20:16Speaker 7: Yeah, you were talking to me.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Now, this is, I mean, this is simple. And I
- 20:24Speaker 2: want to make this perfectly clear, as Tricky Dick Nixon
- 20:27Speaker 2: used to say. It doesn't matter if I voted. Okay,
- 20:32Speaker 2: I voted for Trump. I think he's done a good job.
- 20:35Speaker 2: But I will sit here and I will say time
- 20:37Speaker 2: and time again, Trump did two things that I'm not
- 20:41Speaker 2: part of a cult that says everything he does, I'm
- 20:44Speaker 2: OK with. OK, just hang on. I'm not part of that.
- 20:49Speaker 2: He did a reversal. This whole situation with Iran was
- 20:52Speaker 2: a big mistake. He reversed his own position. on this,
- 20:56Speaker 2: and I think he did so because of Israel. I
- 21:00Speaker 2: am the bunker buster, mission complete, boom, the stuff is
- 21:04Speaker 2: down there, and you're not going to go down and
- 21:06Speaker 2: get it. So let me just start with that when
- 21:09Speaker 2: it comes to this Israel situation. I will be very
- 21:12Speaker 2: interested in seeing what this deal is when it's done
- 21:16Speaker 2: and signed off and what was agreed to. I'm troubled
- 21:20Speaker 2: by that we don't have any of the information yet.
- 21:23Speaker 2: It hasn't been made public enough that we keep hearing
- 21:26Speaker 2: there's a deal, there's a deal, and it's been electrically
- 21:30Speaker 2: signed off on. But I want to know what is
- 21:32Speaker 2: the deal. And this is... You know, Schumer's asking as
- 21:37Speaker 2: a Democrat, but I want to know as a citizen,
- 21:40Speaker 2: what's fact, what's fiction? I want to know, as Marjorie
- 21:44Speaker 2: Taylor Greene, is it fact or fiction? I don't know
- 21:47Speaker 2: because I don't think any of these people know. Are
- 21:49Speaker 2: we going to give them $ 300 billion to rebuild their
- 21:51Speaker 2: country of our tax dollars? I certainly hope that's BS.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Are we going to release some of their money? Maybe
- 21:59Speaker 2: we are if they meet certain conditions. I don't have
- 22:01Speaker 2: a problem with that. That's cool if they meet these
- 22:04Speaker 2: certain conditions. But what is the deal? What's the ramifications?
- 22:09Speaker 2: Will a straight be open? And does that mean there
- 22:12Speaker 2: won't be any tariffs? I want to see where this
- 22:17Speaker 2: all goes. That's all I'm interested in.
- 22:21Speaker 7: Well, I was getting a little bored with all the
- 22:25Speaker 7: financial stuff because I know you have two financial shows.
- 22:29Speaker 7: So I was getting a little bored with that, so
- 22:31Speaker 7: I decided to turn on The Five. And The Five
- 22:36Speaker 7: actually had J.D. Vance as one of the five. They
- 22:40Speaker 7: asked him the questions about that. First off, and I
- 22:45Speaker 7: knew he said on Just Eat Waters, absolutely, positively, zero
- 22:50Speaker 7: tax dollars, not the $ 300. billion or million or whatever
- 22:55Speaker 7: none of that is tax money is is there's zero
- 22:59Speaker 7: u.s tax dollars going to iran that's the first thing
- 23:03Speaker 7: good second thing is because they had to work with
- 23:07Speaker 7: and i can't remember qatar and one of the other
- 23:11Speaker 7: pakistan i don't know who were also the go-betweens this
- 23:15Speaker 7: is kind of the way they wanted to do it
- 23:19Speaker 7: all right don't ask me why i'm wasn't part of
- 23:21Speaker 7: it but That was what he said. And Trump had
- 23:25Speaker 7: said that, you know, we'll we'll. In fact, they asked
- 23:31Speaker 7: him today and he says, well, you know, maybe I'll
- 23:34Speaker 7: have a press conference and I'll read it word for
- 23:38Speaker 7: word verbatim so that there are no questions. So the
- 23:44Speaker 7: media doesn't spin it or lie about it or whatever.
- 23:49Speaker 7: And that's what they're worried. He said, I don't understand.
- 23:53Speaker 7: There's leaks. There's from this newspaper. All these newspapers in
- 23:58Speaker 7: the Middle East act like they know what's going on.
- 24:01Speaker 7: None of them do.
- 24:03Speaker 8: All right?
- 24:03Speaker 7: So they're kind of keeping it under wraps so that
- 24:06Speaker 7: we don't have the, you know, it's going to be this,
- 24:09Speaker 7: it's going to be that. Marjorie Taylor Greene. is a
- 24:12Speaker 7: lot like Tucker and a lot like some of these
- 24:14Speaker 7: other ones who are kind of like bomb throwers anymore, okay?
- 24:19Speaker 7: They throw out these things. They get their attention. They
- 24:23Speaker 7: get their clicks. They get that. And they maybe have
- 24:27Speaker 7: to rein it in later when it's not.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Well, I don't think they know either.
- 24:30Speaker 7: That's how they have to make money now.
- 24:32Speaker 2: I don't know that's how they make money. She's just
- 24:37Speaker 2: expressing her opinion on it based on what she's heard.
- 24:40Speaker 2: I don't know if she has any inside information that
- 24:45Speaker 2: she knows.
- 24:45Speaker 7: Do you really think that these people are phony? giving
- 24:49Speaker 7: Marjorie Taylor Greene the inside scoop.
- 24:53Speaker 2: I don't know. If you listen to her commentary today,
- 24:57Speaker 2: as I did, she said if that's accurate or not,
- 25:01Speaker 2: I hope J.D. Vance is right. I don't know. Everybody
- 25:04Speaker 2: that's talking about this, the only people that I'm listening
- 25:07Speaker 2: to that actually have the facts would be J.D. Vance
- 25:11Speaker 2: and Iran. They're the two parties involved in it. If
- 25:16Speaker 2: you get a chance.
- 25:18Speaker 7: Well, he was on, Tucker, I get this, not to
- 25:21Speaker 7: Jesse Walters last night, but he was on with the Five,
- 25:26Speaker 7: and I don't know, maybe in the rerun, I know
- 25:27Speaker 7: it comes on kind of late. Maybe, what is it?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Don't you think you have a right to know, as
- 25:34Speaker 2: an American, what is this agreement? I mean, we should
- 25:38Speaker 2: all know the details. When's that going to come out?
- 25:41Speaker 2: That's all I'm asking.
- 25:43Speaker 7: Exactly. And I also believe, though, that So many things
- 25:47Speaker 7: come out. They get leaked. They cause problems. They are
- 25:52Speaker 7: not accurate. And they will do anything to... There's no
- 26:01Speaker 7: way a Democrat is ever going to say, yeah, that's
- 26:04Speaker 7: a good deal. Okay? None of them are ever going
- 26:07Speaker 7: to say that. There's always going to be some kind
- 26:10Speaker 7: of problem. And what JT was talking about is... That, yeah,
- 26:16Speaker 7: they'll say, oh, they get this and they get that.
- 26:18Speaker 7: It's like Obama. Well, not exactly. They have to meet
- 26:23Speaker 7: all these criteria. They step out of line, they don't
- 26:27Speaker 7: get anything. That $ 300, 000 is from sanctions, you know, where
- 26:33Speaker 7: they did sanctions. And it's not even the United States,
- 26:37Speaker 7: but also the other Arab countries, okay? They're kind of all...
- 26:44Speaker 7: involved with this as well. I think everybody wants this
- 26:49Speaker 7: to work. Nobody wants... It also has to do with
- 26:54Speaker 7: Lebanon and Hezbollah, okay? And they're trying to stop that.
- 26:59Speaker 7: But right now, you know, he said, hey, we... They
- 27:04Speaker 7: don't have the money to be, you know, funding Hezbollah
- 27:10Speaker 7: and they don't have the... Navy, they don't have an
- 27:14Speaker 7: Air Force. They step out of line. We can keep
- 27:20Speaker 7: an eye on them. And I believe it's going to
- 27:23Speaker 7: end up being a good thing in the long run.
- 27:27Speaker 2: All right, listen, I don't know what to make of it.
- 27:34Speaker 2: I've heard 30-something times that we got a deal as close,
- 27:37Speaker 2: a deal as close. I hope that this deal comes through.
- 27:41Speaker 2: I hope we can get the hell out of there
- 27:44Speaker 2: and we can get things fixed economically. That's what I'm
- 27:49Speaker 2: hoping for. Listen, I don't know what..
- 27:51Speaker 7: If you listen to the business people, if you listen
- 27:55Speaker 7: to them, they're all..
- 27:57Speaker 2: They don't know what's in it either. All of these
- 28:00Speaker 2: people don't know.
- 28:01Speaker 7: They're thinking..
- 28:03Speaker 2: But I mean, let's be realistic. They don't know. Iran
- 28:06Speaker 2: supposedly would know. And the administration would know. Chuck Schumer
- 28:11Speaker 2: doesn't know. And none of these other people. The market
- 28:15Speaker 2: and the business people.
- 28:16Speaker 7: Margaret Taylor Greene doesn't know.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Okay. All I'm saying to you is the market reacts
- 28:22Speaker 2: to the hope that there's a signed deal that this
- 28:25Speaker 2: thing is over. That's why the business is going up
- 28:28Speaker 2: and the market goes up and oil prices are done.
- 28:31Speaker 2: If it doesn't materialize. What will happen to the market
- 28:35Speaker 2: in a price oil? The market will come down and
- 28:38Speaker 2: a barrel oil price will go up because it's based
- 28:41Speaker 2: on the belief that there's a deal. I hope there
- 28:45Speaker 2: is a deal and we can get the hell out
- 28:48Speaker 2: of there and be done with it and be done
- 28:50Speaker 2: with this. This has been a disaster. Now, Obama, I
- 28:55Speaker 2: don't know what he knows or doesn't know. I mean,
- 28:58Speaker 2: he was a former president. I don't know that he
- 29:00Speaker 2: knows anything. But, you know, he's making a claim that
- 29:03Speaker 2: this deal won't be any better than the one he did,
- 29:05Speaker 2: and it could be worse.
- 29:06Speaker 7: Of course he is. He still wants to be relevant.
- 29:10Speaker 7: He doesn't want anything.
- 29:13Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 29:13Speaker 7: That was more successful than what he did. But Obama's deal,
- 29:17Speaker 7: what they said is different. Obama's deal still gave them...
- 29:23Speaker 7: opportunity that they could get a nuclear thing going within
- 29:28Speaker 7: ten years.
- 29:29Speaker 5: Okay?
- 29:30Speaker 7: Trump said absolutely not. Not a bomb, no buying bombs,
- 29:35Speaker 7: no doing this, no doing that. And his I think
- 29:40Speaker 7: that his is different. But, you know, Obama still wants
- 29:45Speaker 7: to be relevant because there aren't a whole lot of
- 29:50Speaker 7: relevant Democrats right now, people that you would believe would
- 29:54Speaker 7: know what they're talking about. Oh, and one other thing,
- 29:58Speaker 7: just quickly back to the Epstein, and you said, wow,
- 30:00Speaker 7: these people aren't going to jail. Did you by any
- 30:02Speaker 7: chance watch Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton when they were
- 30:07Speaker 7: deposed and they were asking them about Epstein? Well, if
- 30:13Speaker 7: anybody should have had information, if anybody should have been
- 30:19Speaker 7: looked at hard, it would have been those two. You
- 30:24Speaker 7: flat out asked Hillary about her relationship. I don't remember
- 30:29Speaker 7: meeting him. Then they have to show her pictures where
- 30:32Speaker 7: there they are all together. You ask her about Ghislaine
- 30:36Speaker 7: going to her daughter's wedding. Oh, she was somebody's plus one.
- 30:40Speaker 7: I mean, this is all you will get. And Bill,
- 30:43Speaker 7: Bill is one step better than what Biden was. I
- 30:48Speaker 7: don't recall.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Well, I didn't.
- 30:50Speaker 7: Oh, yeah, I guess that is me in the picture.
- 30:53Speaker 7: That's what you're going to get. from all these people.
- 30:56Speaker 7: And as far as..
- 30:57Speaker 2: Well, what do you expect? I mean, tell me, what
- 31:00Speaker 2: do you expect? Bill Clinton said, I didn't have sex
- 31:02Speaker 2: with that woman, with Monica Lewinsky. He clearly lied about that.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I'm saying to you, what do you expect? Both of
- 31:08Speaker 2: them are lawyers. Do you think that they're going to
- 31:11Speaker 2: come in front of the committee and say, well, you
- 31:13Speaker 2: got us now? Well, I mean, we..
- 31:15Speaker 7: Oh, no, never.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Okay, so..
- 31:16Speaker 7: And not any of the others. Not any of the...
- 31:19Speaker 7: Not any of the other ones.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Who can afford... Here's my problem with what you're saying.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Here's my problem with what Jeff was saying. Here's my
- 31:28Speaker 2: problem with the whole damn thing. I don't give a
- 31:33Speaker 2: damn about Trump, Biden, or any of these political people.
- 31:38Speaker 2: I don't care. What I care about is that this
- 31:42Speaker 2: took place in the first place. What I care about
- 31:45Speaker 2: is if this was the intelligence community, and this is
- 31:47Speaker 2: what you should care about, that had this take place
- 31:52Speaker 2: where you had adult men, politicians or influential men in
- 31:56Speaker 2: the world of business, engaging in sex with underage women.
- 32:01Speaker 2: That is what you should be concerned about.
- 32:05Speaker 5: No, no, no.
- 32:06Speaker 2: I need you to be quiet for a minute.
- 32:09Speaker 7: And I'm concerned about what happened to Justin Bieber. And
- 32:12Speaker 7: I'm concerned about what they do in Hollywood.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 32:15Speaker 7: And what they have done.
- 32:17Speaker 2: I'm going to get nowhere with you. You're not getting it.
- 32:21Speaker 2: You're not getting it because you keep interrupting. Who has
- 32:25Speaker 2: this information that can have influence over people to get
- 32:28Speaker 2: them to do things? With threat of exposing it. Is
- 32:32Speaker 2: that of concern to you? I'm not worried about Diddy
- 32:36Speaker 2: and what he's doing. Diddy actually went on trial. And
- 32:41Speaker 2: Diddy had to face a judicial system. You are just
- 32:45Speaker 2: there trying to... Go in a million directions without the
- 32:50Speaker 2: real direction. You should be concerned that the intelligence community
- 32:54Speaker 2: would launch an operation that had minor girls, people's daughters,
- 33:01Speaker 2: that would be engaging in sex with adult men that
- 33:05Speaker 2: should know better than it. You should be concerned.
- 33:08Speaker 7: I am concerned.
- 33:09Speaker 2: No, you're not. You are absolutely not.
- 33:12Speaker 7: And I couldn't find any.
- 33:14Speaker 2: All right. Then I tell you what. When's the trial
- 33:17Speaker 2: going to be?
- 33:19Speaker 7: Well, the trial would have been, but they killed him.
- 33:23Speaker 7: Epstein was there. He was in jail. He was getting
- 33:26Speaker 7: ready to go to trial.
- 33:29Speaker 2: When are any of the cases going to be launched
- 33:30Speaker 2: from the Department of Justice against the perpetrators, the men
- 33:36Speaker 2: that engaged, the men that aren't dead?
- 33:37Speaker 7: I guess you have to figure out who they are
- 33:41Speaker 7: before you can.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Take them to trial. How much longer do you think
- 33:44Speaker 2: that's going to take?
- 33:47Speaker 7: I don't know. You mentioned Prince Andrew. Well, Virginia Dufresne
- 33:54Speaker 7: went after him right after Epstein died, the November after,
- 33:58Speaker 7: and she was lucky she had a photo. You see
- 34:01Speaker 7: what I'm saying?
- 34:02Speaker 2: Did he go on trial?
- 34:04Speaker 7: He denied her.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Did he go on trial?
- 34:07Speaker 7: No, but you know what? She took money from him.
- 34:10Speaker 7: She took money from him. She took money from McQueen.
- 34:13Speaker 7: She got a settlement. She got bought off. She did
- 34:17Speaker 7: not take them to trial. If anybody could have taken
- 34:19Speaker 7: anybody to a trial, it would have been her. She
- 34:23Speaker 7: chose cash.
- 34:25Speaker 2: No.
- 34:26Speaker 7: That's not my decision. I'm sure she would have liked
- 34:29Speaker 7: to have seen, but she probably thought she didn't have
- 34:31Speaker 7: the money to hire the lawyers.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Boy, I'm going to tell you something. You do nothing
- 34:38Speaker 2: but make excuses.
- 34:39Speaker 3: Who am I making excuses for?
- 34:42Speaker 2: Because there's two different things between a civil case and
- 34:46Speaker 2: a criminal case. There's two different standards.
- 34:49Speaker 8: Okay.
- 34:50Speaker 7: So you think there's a list of all these guys
- 34:54Speaker 7: and they're not being taken to trial? Is that what
- 34:56Speaker 7: you're saying?
- 34:56Speaker 2: I'll tell you specifically what I'm saying if you'll let
- 34:59Speaker 2: me speak. I will specifically say to you what I'm saying.
- 35:03Speaker 2: I'm saying it's reprehensible that the intelligence community had an
- 35:07Speaker 2: operation that would involve minor children engaging in sex with
- 35:10Speaker 2: adult men who should know better.
- 35:12Speaker 7: You heard that. I heard you say that.
- 35:14Speaker 5: Okay.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Well, Lynn, let me finish. What offends me is that
- 35:17Speaker 2: these men would engage in that activity. What offends me
- 35:21Speaker 2: is that justice is not taking place, and I can
- 35:24Speaker 2: assure you will never take place, that there is a
- 35:27Speaker 2: double standard of justice, and all of these people will
- 35:31Speaker 2: get away with it, and the victims will never see
- 35:33Speaker 2: justice because of their political connections and or their wealth.
- 35:39Speaker 2: That is exactly what is happening. What you are seeing
- 35:43Speaker 2: is a double standard of justice. Not delayed justice. No
- 35:47Speaker 2: one knows where the files are. We're going to release
- 35:50Speaker 2: everything now. We didn't release everything. The Department of Justice
- 35:54Speaker 2: was going to bring criminal charges. We haven't tried anybody
- 35:59Speaker 2: criminally on any of this. On any of this. And
- 36:02Speaker 2: we're not going to. And the problem is, it's a
- 36:06Speaker 2: double standard of justice. I don't give a damn. If
- 36:10Speaker 2: Trump was involved in it, he should be charged as well. Okay?
- 36:15Speaker 2: It doesn't matter to me.
- 36:16Speaker 7: I don't think he was.
- 36:17Speaker 2: I don't care what you think. I'm saying to you,
- 36:20Speaker 2: if he was, he should be charged. I don't know
- 36:23Speaker 2: if he was or wasn't. If Clinton was, he should
- 36:26Speaker 2: be charged. But I'm telling you, you will not see it.
- 36:31Speaker 7: What if somebody... What if... to receive their payoff, to
- 36:37Speaker 7: receive their money, they signed a document that said, I
- 36:43Speaker 7: will not press charges.
- 36:45Speaker 2: It's not up to them.
- 36:46Speaker 7: It's easier for them than to go through that.
- 36:49Speaker 2: The prosecution can bring charges without you. You can refuse
- 36:55Speaker 2: to bring charges and the Department of Justice can still
- 36:58Speaker 2: bring the case. They determine the charges, not the..
- 37:03Speaker 7: Okay, well then these victims, they know who they are.
- 37:08Speaker 7: They know who the men are.
- 37:10Speaker 9: Okay.
- 37:11Speaker 7: Or they might have a... The thing, like I said,
- 37:14Speaker 7: about Virginia, she had a photo of the prince.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Well, supposedly there are plenty of..
- 37:19Speaker 7: So why don't they just do that? Just ask them
- 37:22Speaker 7: to do it.
- 37:23Speaker 9: All right.
- 37:24Speaker 2: I think we're just going around and..
- 37:26Speaker 7: Maybe they don't want to go through that.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Well, there's a bunch of them who do, who are
- 37:30Speaker 2: demanding words of justice. Have you not seen them? Are
- 37:33Speaker 2: you oblivious to all that whole group of them that
- 37:36Speaker 2: are out there that are saying where?
- 37:37Speaker 7: No, I'm not oblivious.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Well, then all of these women that have identified themselves
- 37:41Speaker 2: are saying, where is the justice? Do you think they're
- 37:45Speaker 2: entitled to it? We'll be back. Youngstown's News, Weather, and
- 37:52Speaker 2: Talk Station, 570 WKBN. All right, NewsRadio 570, Dodie Kurian
- 38:21Speaker 2: and Ron Verb, 655. Got to go quick here.
- 38:25Speaker 7: You're on air.
- 38:26Speaker 2: You're on air. Mr.
- 38:28Speaker 11: Verb, how are you? It sounds like you're having a
- 38:31Speaker 11: dilemma here at the end of the day.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Not a dilemma. I'm just... I'm deeply troubled by people
- 38:37Speaker 2: that are making excuses over something that should be gotten
- 38:40Speaker 2: to the bottom.
- 38:41Speaker 11: I understand. What do we got here? Five minutes? Thanks
- 38:44Speaker 11: a lot, buddy.
- 38:45Speaker 7: Thanks.
- 38:46Speaker 11: I appreciate that. Five minutes. Yeah, not even five minutes. But...
- 38:52Speaker 11: It's look over here, look over here, and Mr. Trump
- 38:55Speaker 11: will become a... The first president that probably made half
- 39:00Speaker 11: a trillion dollars in office. He's making... He's making more
- 39:05Speaker 11: money because look over here, look over there. Okay, you
- 39:10Speaker 11: know what I mean. All right, I just want you
- 39:12Speaker 11: to know that if you had invested $ 5, 000 in 2009
- 39:17Speaker 11: in NVIDIA, you know what that would be worth today?
- 39:20Speaker 2: In NVIDIA?
- 39:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:24Speaker 2: How much?
- 39:24Speaker 12: $ 2, 664, 000.
- 39:30Speaker 11: Two hundred and seventy eight dollars today if you had
- 39:33Speaker 11: invested and i think at oh nine you had five
- 39:37Speaker 11: grand hanging around yes okay I just wanted to throw
- 39:43Speaker 11: that out because you were doing your show. So I
- 39:46Speaker 11: was outside. I had a headset on. I had to
- 39:48Speaker 11: work outside. I couldn't sit here and wait for you
- 39:51Speaker 11: to get on the phone with me because, anyway, I
- 39:53Speaker 11: would never get nothing done. I got a lot of
- 39:55Speaker 11: things to do, a lot of places to be. Anyway,
- 39:58Speaker 11: I'm just telling you, I can't sit here all the
- 40:02Speaker 11: time and wait for you to pick up the phone. Anyway,
- 40:06Speaker 11: Netflix is up. 43,000% since 2004. Amazon is up 2,000%
- 40:11Speaker 11: since 2010. Tesla is up 19,000, 47% from November of 2012.
- 40:15Speaker 11: And what is that? Shopify is up 3,249% since July
- 40:18Speaker 11: of 2016. I, like a lot of people, I've been
- 40:38Speaker 11: too conservative in my life, and I didn't invest a freaking...
- 40:42Speaker 11: I'm sorry. I didn't invest a dime.
- 40:45Speaker 2: Right, but I mean, in retrospect, it's... I was making
- 40:49Speaker 2: a comparison between those and SpaceX, thinking, hey, listen, if
- 40:53Speaker 2: you buy it now and hang on to it, it
- 40:55Speaker 2: could be the next one.
- 40:56Speaker 11: Yeah, I get it, but, you know, which... How much
- 40:59Speaker 11: is it for one stock? How much is it for one?
- 41:03Speaker 2: It's like a couple hundred dollars a share right now.
- 41:06Speaker 11: Well, guess what? Most people can't afford that.
- 41:08Speaker 2: That's true.
- 41:09Speaker 11: You don't have money to afford that kind of stuff.
- 41:10Speaker 2: That's true, but I mean, you know, if you do
- 41:12Speaker 2: have money and you got... $ 20, 000 or something?
- 41:15Speaker 11: You know, buy it, hang on to it, maybe 10 years. <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL> <HAL>.

- 41:43Speaker 11: Do you ever read Motley Fool?
- 41:46Speaker 2: No.
- 41:48Speaker 11: It's in the Vindicator. I believe it's every Sunday. Read
- 41:51Speaker 11: Motley Fool in the Vindicator. All right, Mike. It's a Saturday,
- 41:56Speaker 11: Sunday paper.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Thank you. Have a great evening.
- 41:59Speaker 11: You too.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Be back tomorrow.
- 42:06Speaker 4: From ABC News, I'm Dave Packer, a manhunt this hour
- 42:10Speaker 4: after shooting at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware. Law enforcement officials
- 42:14Speaker 4: say preliminary information indicates a hospital employee shot two other employees.
- 42:18Speaker 4: One shot in the neck and chest. Hospital employee Brian
- 42:21Speaker 4: Pfeffer heard the shots from the ER.
- 42:23Speaker 2: It was pretty scary. It was pretty intense.
- 42:27Speaker 3: My prayers are out with everyone because it's pretty scary.
- 42:31Speaker 2: I've never been a part of anything like that. The
- 42:32Speaker 2: hospital on lockdown.
- 42:34Speaker 4: David Karras with Wilmington Police.
- 42:36Speaker 7: We still have officers from a number of agencies that
- 42:38Speaker 7: are searching the building.

- 42:46Speaker 2: Secret Service Deputy Director Matthew Quinn.
- 42:48Speaker 5: Look, it was a serious threat. We take all threats
- 42:52Speaker 5: of a large nature. Very seriously, and we investigate them
- 42:57Speaker 5: until we can validate 100% that it's no longer a threat.
- 43:00Speaker 4: Five people in custody, one person's been charged. President Trump
- 43:03Speaker 4: in Europe continuing to tout his agreement with Iran.
- 43:06Speaker 13: President Trump today during a meeting with the Emir of
- 43:08Speaker 13: Qatar on the sidelines of the G7 World Leaders Summit
- 43:11Speaker 13: called the agreement between the U.S. and Iran, quote, fair
- 43:14Speaker 13: and good. But he provided no new details of what's
- 43:16Speaker 13: in the agreement, nor provided any timeline on when the
- 43:19Speaker 13: text would be released. The president claimed that negotiations over
- 43:23Speaker 13: Iran's nuclear program to be addressed in this 60-day negotiating
- 43:27Speaker 13: window will be, quote, actually easier than getting to this point.
- 43:31Speaker 13: Karen Travers, ABC News, Geneva, Switzerland.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Inflation and the economy. Vice President J.D.
- 43:35Speaker 4: Vance on The View today saying things will get better.
- 43:38Speaker 4: We inherited an affordability problem.
- 43:40Speaker 2: We're doing a lot to make it better. It's going
- 43:42Speaker 2: to take a little bit of time. There's a lot
- 43:44Speaker 2: more work to do. But the president knows that a
- 43:46Speaker 2: lot of Americans are struggling. In fact, he ran on that.
- 43:48Speaker 4: A federal judge has struck down an Idaho law that
- 43:51Speaker 4: would have made it a criminal offense to use a

- 45:09Speaker 4: although residents are already cleaning up from storms.
- 45:11Speaker 9: After a day of flash flooding, additional rainfall is exactly
- 45:14Speaker 9: what Houston does not need.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Generally speaking, most of our streets can handle about two

- 45:43Speaker 16: The legislature can take this action, and I believe they
- 45:46Speaker 16: should take this action. If the legislature does not want
- 45:50Speaker 16: to make that decision, they can leave it up to
- 45:53Speaker 16: a vote of the people.
- 45:54Speaker 4: Other Republican leaders in Ohio have repeatedly said they disagree
- 45:58Speaker 4: with DeWine, and a state repeal so far appears unlikely.
