- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to see time with Amy and BEV.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Good day, Good day.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Now me first, gosh, well, I guess I could speak
- 0:16Speaker 2: to a lot of things I've I've recently gone through
- 0:19Speaker 2: some changes.
- 0:20Speaker 3: I don't know exactly how it transpired, but recognizing in
- 0:23Speaker 3: the mind at first, I was saying, oh, that's me,
- 0:26Speaker 3: that's that's me talking, so to create discernment, that's my
- 0:30Speaker 3: conversation versus the receiving of the real information. And then
- 0:35Speaker 3: I even kind of separated more from it and called
- 0:38Speaker 3: it patterns. It's just patterns. These are patterns that I'm
- 0:41Speaker 3: familiar with, and it doesn't mean that they are true
- 0:43Speaker 3: and accurate. It just means that's my template. That's the
- 0:45Speaker 3: only patterns that I'm familiar with in order to create
- 0:48Speaker 3: other patterns. But it totally like disables the thoughts when
- 0:53Speaker 3: I when I just acknowledge it like it's a pattern.
- 0:57Speaker 3: So with all that being said, I'm noticing that I
- 1:00Speaker 3: don't have an attachment to outcomes for a lot of
- 1:04Speaker 3: things anymore that I was having before. And it's and
- 1:07Speaker 3: I find it fastening. It feels very freeing. A lot
- 1:11Speaker 3: of weight has been taken off my shoulder. I actually
- 1:13Speaker 3: I feel like my energy was bottlenecking and it wasn't
- 1:16Speaker 3: being able to go anywhere very fast, and now all
- 1:19Speaker 3: of a sudden, there's a float like I feel like
- 1:21Speaker 3: the floodgates are going to be there open now, and
- 1:24Speaker 3: now I'm just gonna wait and see how that shows up.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Even to the point where I went to a baby
- 1:29Speaker 3: shower yesterday and in winning a diaper raffle that I
- 1:33Speaker 3: didn't plan on, and it was a pretty substantial gift
- 1:36Speaker 3: card that I want on that I was like, holy smokes,
- 1:39Speaker 3: like that's freaking awesome, but wasn't expecting it had I
- 1:43Speaker 3: wasn't even paying attention to it. I was just noticing
- 1:46Speaker 3: energies and stuff while I'm at this party, because we
- 1:48Speaker 3: were sitting together Freeman night and we were noticing I
- 1:53Speaker 3: felt like all this dizzyness or this weird feeling in
- 1:56Speaker 3: my head area, and it's like we were kind of
- 1:59Speaker 3: like briefing it down and looking around and noticing how
- 2:02Speaker 3: everyone's like in these spaces and they're not. It's supery, superficial,
- 2:06Speaker 3: and then it's like then then you could feel when
- 2:09Speaker 3: it transition to some other energy. So that's been fun,
- 2:11Speaker 3: been playing with that kind of stuff, even to the
- 2:14Speaker 3: point of if I think about somebody, i'll think about them,
- 2:16Speaker 3: I'll think about my niece. I'll think about my niece.
- 2:18Speaker 3: And then she sends me a message, so I know
- 2:20Speaker 3: she's paying attention to her intuition. I'm getting ready to
- 2:22Speaker 3: send someone else a message, and I tell them I'm like, good,
- 2:25Speaker 3: good job paying the attention to your intuition. And then
- 2:27Speaker 3: I don't know someone else. I'm doing all this little
- 2:30Speaker 3: playing and stuff because this stuff is so it's very easy,
- 2:34Speaker 3: and it's just showing up, and there's the synchronicities are
- 2:36Speaker 3: showing up, confirmations are showing up. It's been kind of fun.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Yet, how girl, all the things you're just saying, I
- 2:48Speaker 1: could go multiple directions with this, but things showing up quickly,
- 2:55Speaker 1: absolutely happening. In fact, my h one of my people
- 3:01Speaker 1: that I spend a lot of time with every day,
- 3:05Speaker 1: she was thinking how She's like, this is so bizarre.
- 3:12Speaker 1: She goes, I was this morning, not today, but the
- 3:15Speaker 1: other day. This morning, was thinking about how I needed
- 3:18Speaker 1: to pick up bananas for the house. And then we're
- 3:24Speaker 1: at the office and somebody walks in with a bundle
- 3:27Speaker 1: of bananas. Things like that are happening all the freaking time.
- 3:32Speaker 1: The other day, I swear to you, you know you
- 3:35Speaker 1: have I have glimpses of what I call deja vu.
- 3:38Speaker 1: To me, deja vu is that something is happening, but
- 3:41Speaker 1: I know like I've done it before, like I've already
- 3:44Speaker 1: done this, So to me, that's a deja vu. Almost
- 3:48Speaker 1: the entire day felt that way. Almost every conversation, almost
- 3:54Speaker 1: everything I did, I'm like, I have done all of
- 3:59Speaker 1: this already. It was such a weird day because one
- 4:05Speaker 1: thing after another felt like that. People just showing up
- 4:11Speaker 1: right after you think about them or talk about them
- 4:13Speaker 1: or And there are certain people, certain people's in our
- 4:21Speaker 1: community that cause us grief so to speak. They let's
- 4:30Speaker 1: let's just say, they make things difficult. So and every
- 4:40Speaker 1: once a while their name will come up in conversation
- 4:44Speaker 1: and I will immediately I'm like, stop talking about them,
- 4:49Speaker 1: just stop, end of conversation, don't mention their name, don't
- 4:54Speaker 1: give them the time and energy. Like I'm like no,
- 4:57Speaker 1: because in the past, every time and that one person's
- 5:03Speaker 1: name comes up, guaranteed within twenty four hours, something go
- 5:08Speaker 1: sideways with them. And I'm like, you guys, have to
- 5:12Speaker 1: stop making this person a topic of conversation you just
- 5:17Speaker 1: and in that is it doesn't matter if it pertains
- 5:21Speaker 1: that person or anybody else. When you are talking about
- 5:26Speaker 1: somebody in a negative way, that's what you're focused on
- 5:31Speaker 1: in that moment. So guess what They're going to live
- 5:33Speaker 1: up to your expectations and something's gonna pop up with
- 5:35Speaker 1: them involved with it. That's gonna cause discord. Guaranteed happens
- 5:41Speaker 1: more times than I can count. And so yeah, let's
- 5:46Speaker 1: talk about and focus more on the things that we
- 5:48Speaker 1: want and manifest that instead, because it's a lot more fun.
- 5:53Speaker 1: On another note, which you're talking about is like patterns
- 5:56Speaker 1: and expectations and things like that. I have a very heavy, interesting, fun,
- 6:09Speaker 1: huge responsibility at work. And one of the patterns and
- 6:18Speaker 1: it's funny that you said patterns to start out with
- 6:23Speaker 1: is me feeling inconvenienced. And yesterday was Saturday, and I
- 6:32Speaker 1: worked for six hours because of this project. I went
- 6:36Speaker 1: to work to work on this project, and in communicating
- 6:42Speaker 1: with people about this project, and I was like, not
- 6:48Speaker 1: like angrily, but in frustration, just pick up my phone,
- 6:51Speaker 1: send a text and like toss it down a little
- 6:54Speaker 1: more aggressive than I would usually because I was just
- 6:57Speaker 1: like fuck you guys, come on, you know, getting super
- 7:01Speaker 1: frustrated and irritated. And yes, every time I start feeling
- 7:06Speaker 1: those heavy emotions like that, I will take the time
- 7:09Speaker 1: to kind of dissect, analyze, review what where is this
- 7:13Speaker 1: really coming up from? What is this really actually triggering?
- 7:17Speaker 1: And it It's one of those patterns or subconscious programmings
- 7:25Speaker 1: that when I was younger, I had a stepdad who
- 7:31Speaker 1: was a complete jerk mentally emotionally abusive.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Just it was.
- 7:39Speaker 1: It wasn't physical, however, Yeah, it doesn't negate the abuse
- 7:44Speaker 1: that my mom and I did endure from him. And
- 7:50Speaker 1: there was this one particular time when he told me
- 7:55Speaker 1: to do my chores and clean up the living room,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and you know, he's very abrupt and aggressive in his
- 8:02Speaker 1: tone and stuff. And I started to do what he
- 8:06Speaker 1: told me to do, and then everything I touched He's like, no,
- 8:09Speaker 1: just leave that there. And then I go to pick
- 8:12Speaker 1: up something, No, leave that there too, don't touch that.
- 8:14Speaker 1: And then I go to pick and it was like
- 8:16Speaker 1: that over and over and I just I lost. I'm
- 8:20Speaker 1: talking nine years old, I lost my shit. Man. I
- 8:25Speaker 1: was pissed, Like I threw the F bomb at nine
- 8:30Speaker 1: years old. Because I was that mad. I won't tell
- 8:35Speaker 1: you what happened, and there was no abuse that happened
- 8:36Speaker 1: after that, but there was there's stuff that happened after that,
- 8:40Speaker 1: But that memory came up for me. I'm like, Yeah,
- 8:46Speaker 1: when I'm feeling inconvenient, inconvenienced by other people like that,
- 8:53Speaker 1: it stirs that up in me and I get I
- 8:56Speaker 1: just I start to push that edge of starting to
- 8:59Speaker 1: feel angry about it. I've reached frustration and irritation, which
- 9:03Speaker 1: is super good. There's still more work to be done
- 9:06Speaker 1: within myself, but going along with patterns. Patterns will keep
- 9:12Speaker 1: as long as it's stored in our body, will keep
- 9:14Speaker 1: showing up. And when we recognize that and take the
- 9:19Speaker 1: time to do whatever healing modalities that it takes for
- 9:25Speaker 1: us to release that or soothe it, or bring love
- 9:29Speaker 1: and compassion to it, then yeah, then you start to
- 9:33Speaker 1: feel that sense of freedom. It's no longer controlling or
- 9:36Speaker 1: consuming us. And then you also get to that point,
- 9:40Speaker 1: like I will get to the point with this project
- 9:43Speaker 1: where I don't have any expectations anymore, Like right now,
- 9:48Speaker 1: I have expectations. People are going to follow rules, They're
- 9:50Speaker 1: gonna let us know what they need in a timely
- 9:53Speaker 1: manner so that we can you know, prepare and plan
- 9:56Speaker 1: and do our part in a organized way like this
- 10:02Speaker 1: is my thought process, and then things go sideways. Somebody
- 10:08Speaker 1: throws a wrench in the you know, just makes it
- 10:10Speaker 1: all wonky, and it's just super frustrating, and that's all
- 10:14Speaker 1: on me and remembering that things happen for a reason,
- 10:21Speaker 1: and maybe it's going to turn out because this happened
- 10:23Speaker 1: because people are being inconveniencing me. But however, it could
- 10:28Speaker 1: turn out better than expected the way I wanted it
- 10:31Speaker 1: to be done, right. So there's different modalities to that
- 10:36Speaker 1: space of no expectations and freedom because of what we
- 10:41Speaker 1: already have stored within our brain, our body, our subconscious
- 10:45Speaker 1: mind that we have to re unwind. We have to
- 10:50Speaker 1: unwind it, we have to reprogram it. We have to
- 10:53Speaker 1: be flexible, learn learn to see things differently, learn to
- 10:58Speaker 1: go with the flow, learn to be more mindful of
- 11:04Speaker 1: how we show up with our own emotions and our
- 11:06Speaker 1: own thought processes. So there's just so many, so many
- 11:10Speaker 1: components to us that we would love to say it's
- 11:13Speaker 1: a one and done, but it's not. Because this story
- 11:17Speaker 1: I just told you about my stepdad has many layers
- 11:22Speaker 1: to it, and every once in a while it ops
- 11:26Speaker 1: up and there's still more clearing and cleansing and healing
- 11:29Speaker 1: to be done around it. So, yeah, that's so much around.
- 11:35Speaker 3: That nice And then it goes to the being the
- 11:39Speaker 3: master creator, right, recognizing how we can play with it
- 11:42Speaker 3: if we think about whoever we want to think about,
- 11:44Speaker 3: Like you were saying, am I thinking about that person
- 11:48Speaker 3: and fondness? Or am I thinking about that person and angst?
- 11:52Speaker 3: And it's like recognizing, how do you feel well? If
- 11:54Speaker 3: you're feeling inks, probably don't think about that person so much.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Maybe send them some love at that point, and maybe
- 11:59Speaker 3: send yourself some love at that point. But there there's
- 12:02Speaker 3: pretty much not much more I think that needs to
- 12:04Speaker 3: be done at that point, just being aware of or
- 12:07Speaker 3: what feels good it doesn't feel good. I have an
- 12:10Speaker 3: interesting little story one of my clients, she was trying
- 12:13Speaker 3: to find the you know those little telescoping wands or
- 12:16Speaker 3: whatever that have like magnet on the end of it
- 12:18Speaker 3: so you can pick something up. Well, she couldn't find hers,
- 12:21Speaker 3: and she knew she had it, so she sat there
- 12:23Speaker 3: and she kept envisioning it and she's like like noticing
- 12:26Speaker 3: it whatever, well, she ends up remembering it, finds it.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Then the next day someone's walking by this she sees
- 12:33Speaker 3: a man out in a dressed nice and she thought
- 12:35Speaker 3: someone was gonna come to solicita at her front door
- 12:37Speaker 3: walking their dog. And he comes up to the front
- 12:39Speaker 3: door and he says, hey, I found this in your
- 12:41Speaker 3: front yard. And she said it was exactly what she saw,
- 12:43Speaker 3: like within less than twenty four hours later. So the
- 12:46Speaker 3: manifestation how we can create it? She said, I just
- 12:48Speaker 3: sat there and I just thought about it, and I
- 12:50Speaker 3: could visually see it in my eye, mine's eye, like
- 12:54Speaker 3: the whole thing. And then that I said, that's how
- 12:57Speaker 3: fast we can create. That's us being master creators. Now,
- 13:00Speaker 3: it's mastering that information that you just supplied, and like,
- 13:03Speaker 3: what else do you want to create? But a lot
- 13:06Speaker 3: of times I think we get into these tendencies of
- 13:08Speaker 3: getting wrapped up in our environments or our patterns, and
- 13:14Speaker 3: we can stay there for a long time and it
- 13:15Speaker 3: doesn't feel good. And I and I, yes, you're right.
- 13:18Speaker 3: There are layers to it. There are so many layers
- 13:20Speaker 3: to it, and each time you get through those layers,
- 13:22Speaker 3: you get more freedom, But and it gets less and
- 13:24Speaker 3: less and less, like it gets less heavy. It doesn't
- 13:26Speaker 3: feel so heavy as we're walking through it, and I've
- 13:29Speaker 3: been asking questions, you know, and myself like where did
- 13:32Speaker 3: that come from? That come from my mom or my dad?
- 13:34Speaker 3: Like why is that there? Is it?
- 13:35Speaker 1: What?
- 13:35Speaker 3: So I'm looking at patterns. I'm looking at a lot
- 13:37Speaker 3: of that stuff because it's I don't want something. I
- 13:40Speaker 3: don't want to feel like I'm controlling myself or trying
- 13:43Speaker 3: to motivate myself in a different way from patterns. So
- 13:47Speaker 3: it's like really looking at a lot of the things
- 13:49Speaker 3: and really just wanting to feel good. I don't want
- 13:51Speaker 3: to If I start noticing I'm doing that walking down
- 13:54Speaker 3: that path, I'm like, no, no, this doesn't feel good.
- 13:57Speaker 3: It just doesn't feel good. Why am I putting myself
- 13:59Speaker 3: in this in a place that doesn't feel good? Why
- 14:01Speaker 3: am I trying to make myself feel these things that
- 14:03Speaker 3: don't feel good? Who freaking cares about that? I mean,
- 14:08Speaker 3: I don't in my mind, because it's like I've been
- 14:11Speaker 3: going through this process probably a big majority of my
- 14:13Speaker 3: whole life with my mind talking saying all kinds of things.
- 14:16Speaker 3: But now I'm in such an awareness of it. Occasionally
- 14:19Speaker 3: it gets a little can get a little bit wonky,
- 14:22Speaker 3: but it's like I can rule it back in a
- 14:23Speaker 3: lot faster, I can recognize it. Sometimes I might have
- 14:27Speaker 3: to throw a temper tantrum in my privacy, at my
- 14:29Speaker 3: own head, but it happens, And then burning up papers
- 14:34Speaker 3: happened again right after that. So because I don't want to,
- 14:37Speaker 3: I want to feel good, and there's no reason we've
- 14:40Speaker 3: been I think we've been trained to, you know, think
- 14:43Speaker 3: that we have to be a certain way or feel
- 14:45Speaker 3: a certain way about things. And I don't think that
- 14:47Speaker 3: that's true. It's not. All it was is patterns that
- 14:50Speaker 3: we watched around us, from other people, how they manage
- 14:53Speaker 3: things or how did they feel. And with this whole conversation,
- 14:56Speaker 3: it's all intuition. We were filling all this intuitive steps
- 14:59Speaker 3: since children. We've always felt it, since a baby, since
- 15:03Speaker 3: we were before we were even born. We've always felt it.
- 15:06Speaker 3: But we've learned how to ignore it. We've learned how
- 15:07Speaker 3: to ignore those feelings, ignore that we're being we're master creators,
- 15:11Speaker 3: but we're still creating. We just may not be creating
- 15:14Speaker 3: the things we want.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Yeah, it's all true.
- 15:21Speaker 2: I just.
- 15:24Speaker 1: As you were talking, and I was thinking about even
- 15:28Speaker 1: you saying, but the people around us. We've had these
- 15:30Speaker 1: conversations lots and lots of times, and it can feel
- 15:34Speaker 1: like a roller coaster that things are going really well.
- 15:39Speaker 1: But then something catches your attention, that like the irritation
- 15:45Speaker 1: and frustration that I've been experiencing lately, and then your
- 15:49Speaker 1: world seems to shift and nothing seems to go right. Well,
- 15:56Speaker 1: it took that one thing to get your attention and
- 15:58Speaker 1: focus on it, and then it affects your energy, affects
- 16:02Speaker 1: everything else in line with that, and people will frustrate you.
- 16:09Speaker 1: People will cut you off in traffic, people will even
- 16:15Speaker 1: maybe your finances get you know, take a hit it
- 16:22Speaker 1: until and then you want to blame all the other
- 16:24Speaker 1: people for all the situations instead of recognizing and remembering
- 16:31Speaker 1: that you're the master creator and that you have the
- 16:34Speaker 1: ability to shift that energy and change your direction of focus.
- 16:37Speaker 1: And and then you know, and then see things seem
- 16:42Speaker 1: to just magically all go well, and you get gifts,
- 16:47Speaker 1: you get unexpected gift carding it right, So we do
- 16:54Speaker 1: want to take the time to blame other people for
- 16:57Speaker 1: our mishaps, but really it's a well, I've been in
- 17:04Speaker 1: irritation and frustration for a couple of weeks now and
- 17:09Speaker 1: nothing seems to be going right and people are irritating
- 17:12Speaker 1: the fuck out of me, and like, right, so this
- 17:14Speaker 1: is this is If this is my focus, then it
- 17:19Speaker 1: affects everything else around me, and it just seems like
- 17:23Speaker 1: nothing is going well, when in fact, if I sat
- 17:27Speaker 1: with it, my life is like one hundred times better
- 17:31Speaker 1: than it was when I was younger. And then we
- 17:35Speaker 1: now we lean into gratitude, which is a whole other conversation,
- 17:38Speaker 1: and so it's like you're really taking the time to
- 17:41Speaker 1: take an internal analysis of yourself of what are you
- 17:46Speaker 1: thinking about, how are you feeling, how are you perceiving things?
- 17:49Speaker 1: And you know, going down the list of how am
- 17:52Speaker 1: I showing up in my life and how is it
- 17:55Speaker 1: affecting my world? And you know, if you listen to
- 18:02Speaker 1: anything about you know, we're living in a dream or
- 18:06Speaker 1: the matrix or anything like that, then that totally puts
- 18:10Speaker 1: the control within yourself. And then then we have choices.
- 18:18Speaker 3: We do well all of it is. And it's like,
- 18:20Speaker 3: even if you were saying gratitude, because I'm thinking while
- 18:24Speaker 3: you were saying that stuff, even the stuff when we
- 18:26Speaker 3: go through that doesn't feel good, it's thank you, because
- 18:28Speaker 3: if it, if it didn't feel bad, we wouldn't recognize it,
- 18:31Speaker 3: we wouldn't stop and look at it. We'd still carry
- 18:34Speaker 3: it around with us. We'd still have that as a
- 18:36Speaker 3: layer of mud laying on us of something, the layer
- 18:39Speaker 3: of dirt. I don't know, because it it kind of
- 18:41Speaker 3: feels a little bit heavy, doesn't feel light and fluffy.
- 18:45Speaker 3: And so it's thinking that too. It's thinking on all
- 18:47Speaker 3: those moments because because I don't want to walk through
- 18:50Speaker 3: the life carrying all that stuff. Still it doesn't feel good,
- 18:53Speaker 3: It doesn't make sense. It doesn't even make sense that
- 18:56Speaker 3: I've carried it for as long as I have. Honest honestly,
- 19:00Speaker 3: I don't. I didn't know until I knew. So it's
- 19:03Speaker 3: just part of the part of the process.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yep. And an added piece to the story about my stepdad.
- 19:09Speaker 1: It comes down to if things are not in alignment
- 19:13Speaker 1: and working well and organized and you know, working out
- 19:19Speaker 1: in orderly fashion, then that's a reflection on me because
- 19:23Speaker 1: I didn't do a good enough job. And if I
- 19:25Speaker 1: don't do a good enough job, now I'm not loved
- 19:27Speaker 1: or accepted or I'm gonna get in trouble. Yeah, right,
- 19:31Speaker 1: And are any of those three things true. No, my
- 19:35Speaker 1: boss knows I'm doing the best I can. She knows
- 19:38Speaker 1: I'm overloaded. She knows that I will do what I
- 19:42Speaker 1: can with the time and energy I have to get
- 19:45Speaker 1: it done. She knows that people are are interrupting that
- 19:50Speaker 1: process by their wants, needs and desires that creates us
- 19:57Speaker 1: to feel unorganized and out of sorts. Like, She's still
- 20:01Speaker 1: gonna accept me. Everything's gonna be okay. I know she
- 20:05Speaker 1: loves me. It's like, yeah, and that's my boss, right,
- 20:07Speaker 1: It's like to say that is easy to say because
- 20:11Speaker 1: we have a great relationship and we're both blessed to
- 20:15Speaker 1: be in each other's lives and helping each other in
- 20:17Speaker 1: this time at this time, and so and even so,
- 20:23Speaker 1: it doesn't matter if if she or anybody else outside
- 20:27Speaker 1: of me loves me or accepts me or not. So
- 20:29Speaker 1: it's a matter of do I love me, and do
- 20:31Speaker 1: I accept me? And do I honestly and truthfully believe
- 20:35Speaker 1: that I am doing the best I can at my
- 20:37Speaker 1: job with what I have. Yes, And that is what matters.
- 20:42Speaker 1: And so when I take that in and focus on that,
- 20:46Speaker 1: people can say and do whatever they want because they're
- 20:48Speaker 1: gonna do it. Anyways, I can't stop that, nor can you,
- 20:52Speaker 1: nor can anybody else. They are gonna do and say
- 20:55Speaker 1: anything they want, when they want, how they want. That's
- 21:00Speaker 1: a reflection of them, it's not a reflection of me.
- 21:03Speaker 1: They're not sitting at my desk going through what I'm
- 21:05Speaker 1: going through to be in charge of this project and
- 21:09Speaker 1: have an understanding of every detail that is involved with it.
- 21:15Speaker 1: So it's like when I take that off of me,
- 21:18Speaker 1: that pressure, that responsibility or those sensations and not feeling
- 21:22Speaker 1: loved accepted, and then I'm gonna get in trouble. Now
- 21:26Speaker 1: everything's easy. Right now I can take a breath and
- 21:28Speaker 1: be like, Okay, well, we're just gonna keep putting one
- 21:30Speaker 1: foot in front of the other and get this done
- 21:32Speaker 1: the best way we can and see how it shows
- 21:35Speaker 1: has to see how it works out whatever. Now we're
- 21:39Speaker 1: stepping into that sense of freedom like you were talking
- 21:41Speaker 1: about at the beginning. Now that sense of freedom comes
- 21:44Speaker 1: because now I'm feeling more relaxed about it.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Yeah. So I think she just walked through another thing
- 21:53Speaker 3: and it's remembering to be our I'm sure leader. I
- 21:55Speaker 3: wrote that down a while ago, and then you talked
- 21:58Speaker 3: about all this stuff basically it's the same thing is it's,
- 22:01Speaker 3: like you said, loving and accepting your self. It's being
- 22:04Speaker 3: your own cheerleaders, not being it's taking your power back.
- 22:07Speaker 3: That is taking your power back. Everything that we've talked about,
- 22:10Speaker 3: I feel like it has been. It's taking power back,
- 22:13Speaker 3: it's taking responsibility back, it's taking That's where our control is.
- 22:17Speaker 3: It's not the controlling of the things that are outside
- 22:19Speaker 3: of us. It's the maybe not even so much controlling insight,
- 22:23Speaker 3: but it's more an awareness. It is controlling a lot
- 22:26Speaker 3: of ways because we're navigating our own way. We're creating
- 22:28Speaker 3: our own path instead of instead of us throwing our
- 22:32Speaker 3: energy at things that make us feel unhappy.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, friends, Well you got things to do.
- 22:46Speaker 1: First of all, recognize what you're focused on. Let's put
- 22:48Speaker 1: it that there. And you know, if you are feeling
- 22:53Speaker 1: those heavy emotions and things that you know, we're like
- 22:57Speaker 1: Bev was talking about, I do this too, and I
- 23:00Speaker 1: shared that today. Where is this really coming from? Because
- 23:03Speaker 1: it's not the person or situation that's in front of you.
- 23:06Speaker 1: It is stirring up something that happened, most likely in
- 23:11Speaker 1: your childhood. And you know, don't don't worry about if
- 23:15Speaker 1: you don't can't pinpoint what exactly it was, maybe other
- 23:20Speaker 1: situations or experiences that may have been similar to whatever
- 23:26Speaker 1: you are experiencing right now, and just start clearing that
- 23:29Speaker 1: energy and you know, soothing and loving and yourself through
- 23:34Speaker 1: the process of maybe changing the perspective of that experience
- 23:41Speaker 1: years ago. Because what we have and guaranteed on a
- 23:47Speaker 1: regular basis is that whatever is sitting within us, good, bad,
- 23:50Speaker 1: or in different it similar situations are going to keep
- 23:55Speaker 1: showing up different name, different faces until we sit with
- 23:59Speaker 1: it and recogniz ey, oh, they remind me of my stepdad,
- 24:04Speaker 1: or they remind me of this situation, or they remind
- 24:06Speaker 1: me of and start clearing that energy up. Then your
- 24:12Speaker 1: environment starts to shift and change. And hoping that right
- 24:19Speaker 1: that it's shifting and changing in a in a better
- 24:22Speaker 1: direction when you're clearing that stuff up. So jemy, final words.
- 24:28Speaker 3: It really depends on you. It's this is your journey.
- 24:31Speaker 3: It's not just yours, ours, it's all of ours. It's
- 24:34Speaker 3: it's it all starts with you. No one else can
- 24:38Speaker 3: do it for us. We have to do it. It's
- 24:40Speaker 3: our journey.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Yeah, And that's the suck part, and it's the amazing part.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Nobody can do it for you that statement alone, right,
- 24:50Speaker 1: Like I go back to saying, it's easy to blame
- 24:52Speaker 1: everybody else, No it isn't, because now you're giving them
- 24:55Speaker 1: the power and you're taking the power out of your hands.
- 24:58Speaker 3: So it's your responsibility, it really is.
- 25:05Speaker 1: So we you we I am the one, and I'm
- 25:10Speaker 1: the person who has to change in this situation of
- 25:12Speaker 1: this irritation and frustration. That's on me because nobody else
- 25:16Speaker 1: is gonna change. They're gonna keep doing what they're doing
- 25:19Speaker 1: how they're doing it, and I have no control over that.
- 25:22Speaker 1: But I have control over me. And so that's the
- 25:23Speaker 1: point is do the things and change the things within
- 25:28Speaker 1: yourself that you have control over. Because even though you
- 25:31Speaker 1: think you have control over other people, I will tell
- 25:34Speaker 1: you you are wrong, even a two year old, you
- 25:37Speaker 1: do not have control over just saying.
- 25:41Speaker 3: And thankfully because I don't want people to mold to me,
- 25:43Speaker 3: because that doesn't that doesn't promote my growth, That just
- 25:46Speaker 3: enables me or makes me co dependent on something to
- 25:50Speaker 3: change outside of myself that I think I have the
- 25:53Speaker 3: influence over that I don't.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Yeah right, yeah, all right, friends, thanks for hanging out
