- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Hi, guys. Welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
- 0:12Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Tamara Judge, and Dolores. Good morning, Dolores.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Good morning.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Well, it's afternoon for me.
- 0:18Speaker 2: It's afternoon for you.
- 0:19Speaker 3: It's 1230.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Three hours ahead there. Big news today. Yes. I woke
- 0:25Speaker 2: up to a group chat and- So it wasn't the trailer,
- 0:30Speaker 2: but it was just an announcement that you guys are coming?
- 0:32Speaker 1: It was an announcement of who the new girls are
- 0:37Speaker 1: and who is back.
- 0:38Speaker 2: It was the official announcement. Now, is that your official
- 0:41Speaker 2: cast picture? You are under a freeway? There's a car
- 0:46Speaker 2: you guys are sitting on. It's very, very cool.
- 0:49Speaker 3: Did you like it? I thought it was cool too.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Did you like, was the car there? Were you on set?
- 0:54Speaker 3: The car was there.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Because sometimes it's just on a green screen and then
- 0:59Speaker 2: they piece it together. But that was super cool.
- 1:02Speaker 1: The background was amazing. It looked really good when we
- 1:07Speaker 1: were in the studio. They did a great job.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Kudos.
- 1:09Speaker 2: So that freeway sign, is that like a famous freeway
- 1:12Speaker 2: that goes through?
- 1:13Speaker 3: The Turnpike.
- 1:14Speaker 1: New Jersey is known for being by the Turnpike. Gotcha.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It's a thing.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 1:20Speaker 1: The Turnpike, New Jersey, Taylor Ham and Egg Sandwich after
- 1:26Speaker 1: a night at the Jersey Shore. It's all Jersey stuff. Like, yeah.
- 1:30Speaker 2: I love it. Now there was also an article that
- 1:33Speaker 2: came out and it had Melissa and Teresa's face on it.
- 1:38Speaker 2: And they have the spaghetti hanging from each other's mouth.
- 1:41Speaker 2: And I don't know how I feel about that.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Well, I know that they had a full day photo
- 1:50Speaker 1: shoot and then they were all together. You know, I
- 1:54Speaker 1: think that everybody wants to be, I think that they
- 1:59Speaker 1: want you to realize that that it's sincere that they
- 2:03Speaker 1: are together.
- 2:04Speaker 3: And they are. I've been with them many times.
- 2:06Speaker 2: The comments are saying different.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't see any comments.
- 2:09Speaker 2: A lot of comments about they're just doing this because
- 2:13Speaker 2: they want their job back, things like that.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Well, that's what they probably figured people were going to say.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And that's maybe why it was the, what is it,
- 2:22Speaker 1: Us Weekly?
- 2:23Speaker 2: Us Weekly, yeah. Yeah. I would have loved to see
- 2:26Speaker 2: you in the background like Because you were such a peacekeeper,
- 2:30Speaker 2: like just standing there with your arms crossed.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Something would have been.
- 2:33Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Because you guys are the
- 2:34Speaker 2: three and it's just kind of, I don't know.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Well, thank you.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I just felt like you deserve that because you're the
- 2:43Speaker 2: one that held it together or tried to hold it together.
- 2:46Speaker 2: And tried to get these girls back together.
- 2:48Speaker 1: If I would have, you know, you saying me standing
- 2:52Speaker 1: behind them going like this, I would have stood behind
- 2:54Speaker 1: them going like, thank you, God. Yeah, yeah, just something.
- 2:57Speaker 2: You doing some kind of pose praying or doing something
- 3:01Speaker 2: because I don't, it just seemed fair. But that's my opinion.
- 3:07Speaker 2: What can I say?
- 3:07Speaker 3: That's my opinion.
- 3:08Speaker 1: That's my opinion.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Do you know how many times a day I say that?
- 3:12Speaker 1: Well, you must give a lot of opinions then.
- 3:15Speaker 2: No, it's not. It's Cameo.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Oh, shit.
- 3:18Speaker 3: So they ask you to do it on Cameo.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Good for you.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I say that a lot. So today we are going
- 3:25Speaker 2: to be recapping the Golden Life Season 1, Episode 1.
- 3:28Speaker 2: But before we get into it, I noticed that Dorinda,
- 3:31Speaker 2: who I texted this morning and did not text me
- 3:33Speaker 2: back yet. She's probably flooded. She's probably on her radio
- 3:37Speaker 2: show or something. Dorinda was on Threads. During the premiere,
- 3:42Speaker 2: and she was kind of live, I want to call
- 3:44Speaker 2: it tweeting, but what do you call it, threading? What
- 3:46Speaker 2: do you call it on thread?
- 3:48Speaker 3: Yeah, X-ing?
- 3:49Speaker 1: Threading? I don't know.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Threading?
- 3:51Speaker 2: So it says, sad. Please move on, Sonia. You're becoming scary.
- 3:58Speaker 2: The next one, liar, liar, liar. As it continues, don't
- 4:04Speaker 2: believe a word she says. Then the next one, sick.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Sick.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Thank you. I am everything. Jealous, Sonia Morgan. Cover. The
- 4:14Speaker 2: next one. It's ugly and degrading, Sonia Morgan. The next one.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Sad that the start is with degrading women in truly gross,
- 4:26Speaker 2: ugly words against our feminine pride.
- 4:30Speaker 1: So let's talk about this because I saw in our
- 4:36Speaker 1: group chat, I did see the thread of this. However,
- 4:38Speaker 1: what prompted it?
- 4:43Speaker 3: Did Sonya say something?
- 4:45Speaker 2: Well, I think she was like live, you know, remember
- 4:48Speaker 2: how we used to live tweet?
- 4:50Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Okay. So I don't think she was responding to something.
- 4:52Speaker 2: She was just responding to what people were, you know,
- 4:56Speaker 2: what was happening on the show at the time. Oh,
- 4:58Speaker 2: that makes sense now.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Yeah, because at first I'm like, who's she talking to? Yeah.
- 5:02Speaker 2: That's the only thing I think of.
- 5:03Speaker 3: So I don't want to do that.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So she.
- 5:06Speaker 2: She's not very happy. Dorinda's not very happy. And Sonia
- 5:10Speaker 2: was a bit exhausting in this first episode.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Sonia is being Sonia. Do we know her to ever
- 5:17Speaker 1: be any different?
- 5:18Speaker 2: No, I think because she's been off screen for a
- 5:20Speaker 2: little while. And then she came back and we're like,
- 5:23Speaker 2: oh my God, she's exhausting. So it starts out where
- 5:27Speaker 2: the OG ladies are of New York are back on
- 5:31Speaker 2: our screens. And Dorinda, Ramona, Luann, Sonia, and Kelli enjoy
- 5:35Speaker 2: their golden years in Palm Beach, Florida.
- 5:38Speaker 1: And the golden years. And this was an extended version.
- 5:43Speaker 3: For myself, I say.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I know.
- 5:44Speaker 2: It's an extended version. It was like over an hour long.
- 5:49Speaker 2: It was cute how they came on and they're in
- 5:52Speaker 2: their confessionals and talking about what they're up to and
- 5:55Speaker 2: how things. And they don't, from what I recall, they
- 5:58Speaker 2: don't say Bravo's name. They said when we filmed the
- 6:02Speaker 2: other show. Mm-hmm. Did you catch that?
- 6:05Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 6:07Speaker 2: So Sonia does confirm in her confessional, or I don't
- 6:10Speaker 2: know if it's a confirmation, but she says, or a lie,
- 6:13Speaker 2: she says that she's sober and looking for a simple life.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Right. I think there was one part that we'll get to,
- 6:21Speaker 1: and I'm not going to say what I have to
- 6:23Speaker 1: say until then, because we'll talk about it. But there
- 6:26Speaker 1: was one part where I felt bad. I felt bad
- 6:31Speaker 1: for Sonia.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Really? Really.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I do.
- 6:35Speaker 2: I do.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Okay.
- 6:35Speaker 2: I think I know what part is, but we'll get
- 6:37Speaker 2: to it. So Sonia reveals that she ended up paying
- 6:40Speaker 2: $ 17 million in her Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I didn't know
- 6:44Speaker 2: Sonia had that kind of money.
- 6:46Speaker 3: She was married to JPMorgan Chase.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Yeah, but she couldn't pay her townhome.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Because she lost it all in bad decisions with her money.
- 6:57Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 6:59Speaker 3: She had a French chateau.
- 7:03Speaker 2: I understand that, but she had to auction it off
- 7:06Speaker 2: because she didn't have the money to keep it up.
- 7:08Speaker 2: So saying she paid $ 17 million opposed to maybe she
- 7:14Speaker 2: lost $ 17 million? Is that what she's saying in assets?
- 7:18Speaker 3: Well, I don't get details.
- 7:20Speaker 1: I think that she had to pay whatever, whether it
- 7:24Speaker 1: was in assets or money. She lost millions and millions
- 7:28Speaker 1: of dollars. She should not be in the.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Position she's in.
- 7:31Speaker 3: From her bad decisions.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Yes.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Yeah. The girls haven't filmed since 2021. And I was like,
- 7:39Speaker 2: it's only been that long since they've been gone?
- 7:42Speaker 3: Because we go a season, right?
- 7:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:44Speaker 1: We film a season, but then it doesn't film till
- 7:47Speaker 1: a year later. It doesn't air till a year later.
- 7:50Speaker 2: But doesn't it feel like other than the Ultimate Girls
- 7:54Speaker 2: Trip legacy?
- 7:54Speaker 3: It was like 10 years.
- 7:55Speaker 2: 10 years.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Doesn't it seem like they've- Since I've seen them.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:59Speaker 2: It seems like 10 years.
- 8:00Speaker 1: That is a long time. Does it, I mean, we've
- 8:02Speaker 1: been off for two years. It feels like longer, doesn't it?
- 8:06Speaker 1: It does.
- 8:07Speaker 2: And housewife years, it seems really long.
- 8:10Speaker 1: It's like dog years.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Yes. But except for it's called housewife years now.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I just like enjoy listening to them. Their lives are
- 8:25Speaker 1: so colorful.
- 8:27Speaker 2: So I was, this is what I was thinking. People ask,
- 8:30Speaker 2: do you like it?
- 8:30Speaker 1: Did you like it?
- 8:31Speaker 2: And I'm like, Yeah, I did like it. I liked it.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I liked it because I know these women. These women
- 8:37Speaker 2: are the OGs. These are women that I met 16, 17,
- 8:41Speaker 2: whatever years ago. I used to sit in Ramona's kitchen
- 8:45Speaker 2: or living room with Mario and Simon, and we would
- 8:50Speaker 2: hang out. Then we'd go out to dinner. I've lost
- 8:54Speaker 2: touch with Ramona, but there's so much history there.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I know.
- 8:57Speaker 2: I'm still in contact with Luann. Um, Sonia, I mean, I'll,
- 9:03Speaker 2: when I see her, I'll, I'll say hi. And we,
- 9:06Speaker 2: you know, whatever.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I've done shows with Sonia.
- 9:08Speaker 3: She's extremely entertaining.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I saw Sonia at a Bravo con. We were going
- 9:13Speaker 2: to do like some stage thing and she was very intoxicated.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Yes. But people know what they're signing up for. When
- 9:23Speaker 1: you get what you get from Sonia, here's what, here's what,
- 9:26Speaker 1: if this is, if you're looking for somebody raw, um,
- 9:30Speaker 1: somebody real, somebody who's not putting on airs. Maybe she's
- 9:34Speaker 1: not telling the truth because her life is very scattered
- 9:36Speaker 1: right now. Maybe when she speaks, maybe when she speaks,
- 9:42Speaker 1: it's kind of frazzled. Like, I don't want to say, oh,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you lied about that because I don't know that she
- 9:47Speaker 1: always knows what she's saying.
- 9:49Speaker 2: She lives in Florida. She's been living there for a while, right?
- 9:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:53Speaker 1: She's got a little place. Some girls move.
- 9:55Speaker 2: There just for the show for a few months and
- 9:58Speaker 2: some girls live there. So Ramona lives there, right?
- 10:03Speaker 3: Ramona lives there.
- 10:04Speaker 2: I don't know if she lives there full time. She
- 10:05Speaker 2: probably still has a house in New York, don't you think?
- 10:07Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know her to have been
- 10:10Speaker 1: coming back. Kelly lives in New York. Yep.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Kelly lives in New York. Luann's apartment on this show
- 10:19Speaker 2: is pretty amazing.
- 10:20Speaker 3: I've heard she's doing so well with the cabaret.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Oh, I bet. She's been doing it for a while.
- 10:25Speaker 1: She's been, she's.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Making a lot of money, but she works hard. They've
- 10:30Speaker 2: rent these houses. Some of them just to our production.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I don't mind that. I don't mind that because listen,
- 10:37Speaker 1: in this area, everybody wants to be a snowbird. You
- 10:40Speaker 1: grow up knowing someday I'm going to live, have a
- 10:43Speaker 1: beautiful place in Florida.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I'm going to spend my winters in Florida.
- 10:48Speaker 1: That's what the goal is when you grow up in
- 10:50Speaker 1: New York and New Jersey. A lot of the goals,
- 10:54Speaker 1: I want to say. But then, you know, my mother's like,
- 10:56Speaker 1: how could you leave your grandchildren? Ma, because there's sun
- 11:00Speaker 1: over there and a beach.
- 11:01Speaker 2: It's three months, Ma. Leave me alone.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Oh, God, Valerie.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Luann, Ramona, and Sonia meet at Ramona's place. where Sonya
- 11:09Speaker 2: shares that not only is she a recluse, she's also
- 11:14Speaker 2: still mad at Jorinda for excluding her from Bluestone Manor
- 11:19Speaker 2: in season eight, which aired in 2016, claiming it cost
- 11:25Speaker 2: her money.
- 11:25Speaker 3: That's 10 years ago because that's the year I came on.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Now, the Bravo universe is the universe of, what do
- 11:33Speaker 1: we say, double standard?
- 11:35Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
- 11:36Speaker 1: A lot of hypocrisy, if that's the same thing as
- 11:38Speaker 1: double standard, I don't know. But it's also the land
- 11:43Speaker 1: and the universe of holding grudges.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Well, let me just throw this at you. Okay. While
- 11:50Speaker 2: they were filming back then at Bluestone Manor, Sonya actually
- 11:56Speaker 2: didn't miss an episode because they showed solo scenes of
- 12:00Speaker 2: her while the other women were filming in Bluestone Manor.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Oh, so- She thinks she remembers that she was not
- 12:11Speaker 1: paid for that, but she was because she still was
- 12:14Speaker 1: in the episode.
- 12:14Speaker 2: And here's another thing I thought.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Because she's imagined it.
- 12:18Speaker 2: So Bluestone Manor, what was it? One, maybe two episodes
- 12:22Speaker 2: at the most? In her claiming she lost hundreds of
- 12:27Speaker 2: thousands of dollars. I'm all, sweetie.
- 12:31Speaker 1: You weren't making that much money. Don't think that that
- 12:35Speaker 1: didn't get past me.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I'm like, because you missed an episode, you lost hundreds
- 12:40Speaker 2: of thousands of dollars.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Bullshit.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Bullshit. No.
- 12:47Speaker 3: I don't think that's the case.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Yeah. So Sonia says Jarenda needs to stay away from
- 12:52Speaker 2: the alcohol because who gets drunker than Jarenda and gets obnoxious?
- 12:57Speaker 2: And I'm like, that would be you, Sonia.
- 13:01Speaker 3: She's a character, this one.
- 13:05Speaker 2: There's nothing worse though. Somebody that's sober. And now all
- 13:08Speaker 2: of a sudden they're the sober police.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Do you know what, um, do you know what they
- 13:14Speaker 3: call it?
- 13:14Speaker 1: My friends used to call it the reformed whore, the
- 13:17Speaker 1: whore that's like all of a sudden finds God. And
- 13:19Speaker 1: she's like, you're fucking whore. You sleep with everybody.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Like, you know what I mean?
- 13:24Speaker 1: It's like, you look down at the people that do.
- 13:26Speaker 3: What you used to do.
- 13:28Speaker 2: So she's a reformed drunk.
- 13:31Speaker 1: I don't know that she's reformed.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Well, that's the question. That's the million-dollar question because I
- 13:36Speaker 2: don't think the cast is believing that she's not drinking.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not believing that. I'm not so sure. But
- 13:46Speaker 1: who am I to say? I haven't seen her drink
- 13:48Speaker 1: a drink yet.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Wait, didn't Sonia and Luann, weren't they the two that
- 13:53Speaker 2: did Crappy Lake together?
- 13:55Speaker 1: Yes.
- 13:56Speaker 2: And now all of a sudden they haven't spoken in
- 13:58Speaker 2: a few years? Yes.
- 14:00Speaker 3: I thought they were great together on Crappy Lake.
- 14:02Speaker 2: You know what, by the way? I think they should
- 14:04Speaker 2: do more of that.
- 14:06Speaker 3: The Crappy Lake? Yes. Everyone loved it. I don't know
- 14:08Speaker 3: what happened.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, she said that she only comes around, Sonya
- 14:13Speaker 2: only comes around when they're filming. So she's like one
- 14:17Speaker 2: of those cast members that, and it happens all the time,
- 14:20Speaker 2: but I just thought that they were better friends. Like
- 14:23Speaker 2: there's cast members I have that I don't talk to
- 14:26Speaker 2: when we're off season.
- 14:28Speaker 3: We see each other enough, Doreen.
- 14:30Speaker 1: You know, it doesn't mean you're not a real friend
- 14:33Speaker 1: because you don't see them on the time that you're off.
- 14:35Speaker 1: You could still talk. You could still be there if
- 14:37Speaker 1: they needed you. There's, but like Tamara, you haven't been
- 14:43Speaker 1: home in four days. You've been driving from.
- 14:46Speaker 2: I haven't been home in a week.
- 14:47Speaker 3: In a week.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 14:48Speaker 3: You haven't been home in a week. Our, our lives
- 14:51Speaker 3: are very busy.
- 14:52Speaker 1: There's no lunching.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I know.
- 14:54Speaker 3: I know.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Here's the thing. I have two people to lunch with
- 15:02Speaker 2: this week. I have a lot of people that have
- 15:05Speaker 2: reached out to me that have been estranged from their
- 15:09Speaker 2: daughter or son, and they want to talk. And I
- 15:14Speaker 2: have a neighbor that I just reached out to that
- 15:17Speaker 2: left a note in my mailbox about it.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Oh, that was very nice.
- 15:21Speaker 2: And she's my priority right now, too. I just texted
- 15:24Speaker 2: her this morning. I want to meet with her, even
- 15:26Speaker 2: if we meet at the park. Very upset, very heartbroken.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Over her situation? Yeah, yeah. And so there's always something going.
- 15:38Speaker 2: And Eddie will say, on the way home from Big Bear,
- 15:41Speaker 2: what do you have to do when we get home?
- 15:44Speaker 2: And I said, I will say, oh, not much. And
- 15:47Speaker 2: then it takes up my whole day.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 15:49Speaker 2: It's like I got two shows to watch. I got
- 15:51Speaker 2: to take notes on both shows. I got 10 cameos
- 15:54Speaker 2: to do.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I have this to do, that to do.
- 15:56Speaker 2: And then before I know it, it's like 9 o'clock
- 15:57Speaker 2: at night.
- 15:58Speaker 3: Yeah, I know.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I know.
- 16:00Speaker 3: It's crazy.
- 16:01Speaker 2: It's hard to get away.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Then I'm not going.
- 16:07Speaker 2: That's how it's been for me. And I've been so busy.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I haven't been in a week.
- 16:11Speaker 2: So I told Eddie, I go, I am going to
- 16:13Speaker 2: the gym today. If it kills me, I will go
- 16:15Speaker 2: at eight o'clock tonight. If I have to, this is
- 16:18Speaker 2: not like me. I don't either. If I don't go
- 16:21Speaker 2: at eight in the morning, I'm not, usually I'm not going.
- 16:25Speaker 2: I'm not going.
- 16:26Speaker 1: So, yeah. So that's been the case for me. Life
- 16:30Speaker 1: is crazy. You don't get anything done.
- 16:32Speaker 3: And then And the truth is, you know, I.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Feel like for some reason there's a lot of wasted
- 16:40Speaker 1: time scrolling sometimes.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Oh, for sure.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And I need to stop that. And there's actually a
- 16:46Speaker 1: saint you could pray to for help with that.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Send me, send me out so I can see.
- 16:52Speaker 1: He's the youngest saint. He was just canonized recently and
- 16:56Speaker 1: he was the saint for social media. And I'm going
- 16:58Speaker 1: to reach out to him. Wow.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Wow. Okay. Well, another thing is, back to Sonia not
- 17:03Speaker 2: talking to the girls when they're not filming. Now, it's
- 17:07Speaker 2: a little bit different situation because they've been off the
- 17:09Speaker 2: air for a while. But in my situation, and probably
- 17:11Speaker 2: your situation, it's overstimulating the amount of time that we
- 17:16Speaker 2: have to spend with these girls. Now, you might have
- 17:18Speaker 2: a best friend, and at times she might bug the
- 17:21Speaker 2: shit out of you. Other times, you know, whatever. You
- 17:23Speaker 2: don't have to see her every single day. For three
- 17:26Speaker 2: months out of the.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Year, You're together and talking and traveling the world every
- 17:33Speaker 1: single day.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Yes.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Yes.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Sometimes more than three months.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:39Speaker 2: And off season, I'm like, get the fuck away from me.
- 17:43Speaker 2: I'm good. Just leave me alone. Catch you next year.
- 17:46Speaker 3: The truth is I do. We do.
- 17:48Speaker 1: We have a nice group and we do spend time
- 17:52Speaker 1: out and we do do a lot together, but it's
- 17:57Speaker 1: not something I need to do.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:00Speaker 3: A lot of people want the picture, the.
- 18:03Speaker 1: This, the, that we have about that. Like, like, like, um,
- 18:09Speaker 1: like Sonia says, we cry together. We laugh together. We
- 18:12Speaker 1: were there for each other. We fight with each other.
- 18:14Speaker 1: We do a lot of things together that we don't
- 18:18Speaker 1: have to prove. And I feel like there's no, we
- 18:20Speaker 1: don't have to prove anything. Yeah.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Well, Jarenda, Kelly, and Luann meet for lunch. And Luann
- 18:25Speaker 2: tells the ladies that Sonia is now sober, but Jarenda,
- 18:28Speaker 2: she's not buying it. And I have to give Jarenda
- 18:31Speaker 2: credit because when she is around Sonia, you can tell
- 18:37Speaker 2: Jarenda is biting her tongue. Like when they leave, when
- 18:41Speaker 2: they're at lunch and they leave. So Luann brings up
- 18:45Speaker 2: how she attended Sonia's show, Incognito. We see a picture
- 18:48Speaker 2: of her in a blonde wig. She had sunglasses on.
- 18:52Speaker 2: And she claims that, you know, Sonya didn't want her there.
- 18:56Speaker 2: So she's like, screw that. I want it.
- 18:59Speaker 3: I think she really went there.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Let's face it. She went there to see what she's
- 19:01Speaker 1: saying about her.
- 19:03Speaker 2: You think so?
- 19:04Speaker 1: Yeah. She didn't want to see the show that bad.
- 19:07Speaker 1: She wanted to see what was going on over there.
- 19:09Speaker 2: How would you feel if somebody said on stage in
- 19:11Speaker 2: front of more than a hundred people, you're unfuckable?
- 19:15Speaker 3: Oh, I'd be really upset. Like really, really upset.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I mean, that's mean on so many levels. Like, what
- 19:23Speaker 2: are you saying? I'm ugly. I'm not desirable. I'm gross.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Nobody wants to fuck me.
- 19:28Speaker 1: It is a hurtful thing to say. Is that what
- 19:30Speaker 1: Dorinda meant by saying?
- 19:31Speaker 2: It's probably the worst thing you can say because you're
- 19:34Speaker 2: basically saying everything about you is gross.
- 19:38Speaker 3: And that's not true. Dorinda's a beautiful woman.
- 19:41Speaker 1: I know.
- 19:41Speaker 3: She's got a great body.
- 19:42Speaker 2: She has a great body. Those legs.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Oh.
- 19:45Speaker 2: I'm sure a lot of guys want those legs wrapped
- 19:48Speaker 2: around her.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Oh, for sure.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:51Speaker 2: So then Sonia arrives late for lunch and Dorinda and
- 19:54Speaker 2: Luann leave soon after. I think as soon as she
- 19:58Speaker 2: started talking, they're like, we're out of here. Like, I
- 20:01Speaker 2: can't put up with this.
- 20:02Speaker 1: You know what? This is on the heels of them,
- 20:05Speaker 1: of Dorinda finding out she said she was unfuckable. Maybe
- 20:08Speaker 1: she knew it before, but like The wound gets cut
- 20:11Speaker 1: open again. And then here Sonia walks in and they're like,
- 20:16Speaker 1: let me leave before this gets ugly.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Yes. But I will say this is where you can
- 20:22Speaker 2: separate a real reality star from maybe a newbie. She
- 20:28Speaker 2: knew to hold on to that information. She wasn't just
- 20:32Speaker 2: going to go after her at that moment, at that lunch.
- 20:35Speaker 2: She was going to let it brew for a while
- 20:37Speaker 2: before she brings it up.
- 20:39Speaker 3: That's a talent.
- 20:40Speaker 2: That's talent. That's reality talent.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Patience is a virtue.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Yeah, it's timing. It's all in the timing.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Let me tell you, no one's better at that than me.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Timing?
- 20:52Speaker 3: No one.
- 20:54Speaker 1: I can hold something in. Well, my dad always said,
- 20:58Speaker 1: fuck them with a smile.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Your parents gave you so many great.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Thank you, but it's so true.
- 21:05Speaker 2: The advice they gave you is just.
- 21:09Speaker 1: But like, that's how they spoke to me when I
- 21:10Speaker 1: was five.
- 21:11Speaker 2: There's my mom. Something was wrong. Mom says, ah, go
- 21:14Speaker 2: fuck them.
- 21:15Speaker 1: They can go fuck off.
- 21:16Speaker 2: That would be my mom's advice.
- 21:18Speaker 1: The fucking assholes.
- 21:20Speaker 3: I love your mom.
- 21:21Speaker 2: She's great. Luann reminds the ladies of her yacht party
- 21:26Speaker 2: to which she's bringing, of course, no other than Harry Dubin. Wow.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Was that a, hmm.
- 21:34Speaker 1: You think that wasn't to stick it to Sonia at all, right?
- 21:37Speaker 3: I think they are truly friends.
- 21:38Speaker 2: I mean, it's kind of an iconic moment. I mean,
- 21:43Speaker 2: he was a big part of Bravo, even though I
- 21:46Speaker 2: think just one person mentioned Bravo. I think it was Dorinda.
- 21:50Speaker 2: They're not talking about Bravo, but they are talking about
- 21:53Speaker 2: things that happened. However, they're probably not allowed to get
- 21:56Speaker 2: flashbacks because it's a different network. They have to. It's
- 22:00Speaker 2: no longer under NBC umbrella, is it?
- 22:02Speaker 1: No, no, no, no. But they have to. talk about
- 22:08Speaker 1: past Bravo because that's their lives.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Yes, they have to.
- 22:11Speaker 1: That's what made them be on this show.
- 22:14Speaker 2: But do you think it would be their possibility that
- 22:19Speaker 2: they are not talking about Bravo the entire time?
- 22:24Speaker 1: I don't know, but maybe Bravo made it some type
- 22:26Speaker 1: of deal now because I know Bravo wasn't happy. I
- 22:29Speaker 1: don't know if Bravo was happy about it. I don't
- 22:31Speaker 1: know for sure. I just assumed they weren't, but they're
- 22:34Speaker 1: airing it.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Well, I'm sure they paid them big money for that
- 22:38Speaker 2: advertising spot.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Well, then they're probably giving them the flashbacks.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Bravo's like, really? You want to advertise? Okay. It's going
- 22:44Speaker 2: to be $ 50 million. You know what I mean? I
- 22:48Speaker 2: doubt it's that much. And they're going to do it.
- 22:51Speaker 2: That's advertising money.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Everything has a price.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Yeah. So then Sonia says she hasn't had a drink,
- 22:57Speaker 2: but the only thing tricky about being sober is when
- 23:00Speaker 2: you have sex with someone new.
- 23:03Speaker 1: And this is what I love about.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Women who've lived.
- 23:11Speaker 1: What does Ramona say to her? Then don't sleep with
- 23:14Speaker 1: them so fast. That wit, even though it was something
- 23:18Speaker 1: simple and it was just like a quick, but that
- 23:21Speaker 1: wit and that answer comes quick and I like it.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I know. So then before Sonia arrives at the yacht party-
- 23:30Speaker 2: Harry tells Luann, Jarenda, and Ramona that he sees her
- 23:37Speaker 2: at table 26 every night.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Every night? Is it every night?
- 23:42Speaker 2: I don't know, but Harry's no spring chicken.
- 23:45Speaker 1: How are these.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Elderly people out at bars every night?
- 23:51Speaker 1: I think they're living a better life in Palm Beach.
- 23:53Speaker 1: I should start looking into this because I've been guilted into...
- 23:58Speaker 1: Staying in New Jersey for the rest of my life
- 24:00Speaker 1: in case, God forbid, my kids need me.
- 24:03Speaker 2: From your mom, maybe? Or your kids?
- 24:06Speaker 3: But Palm Beach seems like the way to go.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I mean, I always think about, remember that movie, What
- 24:16Speaker 2: About Mary? Yeah.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 24:19Speaker 2: With the old lady in there. And when I think
- 24:21Speaker 2: of like Palm Beach or Boca or whatever, I always
- 24:23Speaker 2: think of women that look like that.
- 24:26Speaker 3: The highest rate.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Of STDs is in old senior homes.
- 24:29Speaker 3: You do know that.
- 24:30Speaker 2: I do know that. I warned my mom about that
- 24:32Speaker 2: when I put her in a senior apartment building one time.
- 24:36Speaker 3: And what about the like the swinger? Hold on.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Variety just broke the news that Golden Life will be
- 24:43Speaker 1: streaming on Hulu, not Peacock, starting in November. Wow.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Everyone's fighting over it.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Jeez.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Wow.
- 24:53Speaker 3: It's nice to be wanted, huh?
- 24:55Speaker 2: Yeah. So is Hulu and E like in the same?
- 24:59Speaker 3: I don't know, but Hulu's international.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Hulu's under Disney. Huh? That's interesting.
- 25:07Speaker 1: It is, which means it has a much bigger base
- 25:12Speaker 1: for people to watch. Audience, yeah. Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Well, at least we know when we're, who knows, it
- 25:19Speaker 2: might be next year for me if they fire me.
- 25:21Speaker 2: I was going to say when we're hitting 70, we
- 25:25Speaker 2: can go to E.
- 25:26Speaker 3: We could go to E, exactly. Or Hulu.
- 25:28Speaker 2: They could take us.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Before Sonia arrives at the yacht party, Harry tells Luann, Dorinda,
- 25:42Speaker 2: and Ramona that he sees Sonia at table 26 every
- 25:45Speaker 2: single night drinking.
- 25:47Speaker 3: He said the word drinking. I mean, I watched it.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I don't remember hearing him say that.
- 25:51Speaker 2: I don't remember. Well.
- 25:54Speaker 1: But the girls said, oh, she's drinking.
- 25:57Speaker 3: She's at table. She's not drinking.
- 25:58Speaker 2: So maybe it was the girls that said she was drinking.
- 26:01Speaker 1: That's what I think it was more like.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Yep. Harry and Sonia had a love affair 30
- 26:08Speaker 2: years ago.
- 26:09Speaker 1: And he cheated.
- 26:10Speaker 2: And Luann is now trying to hook them back together. Like,
- 26:13Speaker 2: why would you want to hook? This guy is a player.
- 26:17Speaker 3: He's rich because she's being a good friend.
- 26:19Speaker 2: I don't care. He still has saggy balls.
- 26:21Speaker 3: He's rich.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Well, Sonia's not in the best position right now. So
- 26:27Speaker 1: her friend is saying it was 30 years ago. He's
- 26:30Speaker 1: an eligible bachelor. He's down to a hundred grand a
- 26:34Speaker 1: month off his whatever.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Inheritance.
- 26:37Speaker 3: Inheritance. He's not an ugly man.
- 26:40Speaker 2: But then Sonya's like, I can get naked in front
- 26:44Speaker 2: of Harry because he's got a belly and he's going bald.
- 26:48Speaker 3: Right.
- 26:48Speaker 1: She feels good about herself. She feels good about herself.
- 26:51Speaker 1: I think, honestly, I think that if there is a
- 26:54Speaker 1: chance for her and Harry to be together, he's a player, right?
- 26:57Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I kind of felt like Luann was, her intention behind
- 27:02Speaker 1: that was to have somebody watch over Sonya. or to
- 27:06Speaker 1: be with someone, not that Harry would be doing it.
- 27:08Speaker 2: She's worried. She's worried about Sonia.
- 27:10Speaker 3: She's worried about her. I did see that.
- 27:12Speaker 1: And I feel like, I don't know that Harry would
- 27:15Speaker 1: be the guy to watch over her, but maybe, you know,
- 27:19Speaker 1: I just feel like her intentions, Luann's intentions weren't in
- 27:23Speaker 1: a bad way.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Yeah, but he's a recycled dick. He's dated Sonia, Luann,
- 27:27Speaker 2: made out with Ramona. He was married to Aviva.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Where's the suitors, though? Tamara, let's not get picky.
- 27:35Speaker 1: He's not the only guy in Florida. I don't know
- 27:39Speaker 1: about the male ratio to women in Florida right now.
- 27:45Speaker 3: But I feel like.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Listen, I think a lot of people need help here.
- 27:50Speaker 1: I think there's a lot going on.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Yeah. So, Sonya arrives in a swimsuit and a cover-up
- 27:56Speaker 2: while everyone else is in a cocktail. In her defense,
- 27:59Speaker 2: Kelly was... telling her she was going to wear a
- 28:02Speaker 2: swimsuit and this is a party at 5 p.m so
- 28:05Speaker 2: i think after kelly figured out what time it was
- 28:08Speaker 2: at he she's like you know i'm not wearing a
- 28:10Speaker 2: swimsuit by the way a yacht party is not you're
- 28:14Speaker 2: not really swimming.
- 28:18Speaker 1: At this point i mean they're lucky that sonia's showing
- 28:21Speaker 1: up with clothes on period let's not let's not complain.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Yeah But I'm like, if you just like, remember on
- 28:30Speaker 2: Ultimate Girls Trip, this past one, they, the first episode,
- 28:34Speaker 2: they all go on a yacht that probably wasn't even,
- 28:37Speaker 2: I think it was docked the entire time. But they
- 28:39Speaker 2: were not all like, like, Teresa had a bathing suit on.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Vicky was dressed like she was going to the office.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Lisa Barlow had a pair of jeans with a jacket.
- 28:49Speaker 2: And Kyle had, I'm like, how do you dress when
- 28:53Speaker 2: you go to a yacht party? I don't go to
- 28:55Speaker 2: yacht parties.
- 28:56Speaker 1: I would wear, I, you're not going to see me
- 28:59Speaker 1: in a bathing suit. So that's out and it's easy
- 29:02Speaker 1: for me, but I would bring a nice little shrug,
- 29:05Speaker 1: a nice little sweater gets chilly on a boat and
- 29:08Speaker 1: a nice flowy dress. And you know, you don't usually,
- 29:12Speaker 1: you aren't usually allowed to bring your shoes on the yacht.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Oh, that's terrible for short girls.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Terrible. Terrible. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So I would wear that.
- 29:23Speaker 1: That's what I would wear. I've been on a yacht party.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I've been on, what did I wear? Oh, I wore
- 29:27Speaker 1: a beautiful dress. What last time we filmed on a yacht,
- 29:31Speaker 1: I got it at Marshall's. I think it's on my
- 29:34Speaker 1: Depop now. It might've sold. And it was like a
- 29:37Speaker 1: very beautiful Sophia Loren off the shoulder dress.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Cute. That sounds appropriate.
- 29:43Speaker 1: That or like a flowy pants outfit with matching.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Yeah. So Sonia and Luann talk about how Sonia should
- 29:52Speaker 2: be with Harry. And that's when Sonia says to her,
- 29:56Speaker 2: I think he cheated on me with you. And then
- 30:01Speaker 2: Luann's like, but you're the one who introduced me to Harry.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Well, if you, so she goes, oh yeah, that's right.
- 30:07Speaker 1: And then she was okay with it.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Unbelievable. I could watch it all day. I'm sorry. I
- 30:14Speaker 3: can't turn away.
- 30:14Speaker 1: You know what comes after me saying that. It's like
- 30:17Speaker 1: a bad car wreck.
- 30:19Speaker 2: But you know who can't watch it is Dorinda.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Dorinda has no time for this.
- 30:23Speaker 2: She's like, I have no patience for Sonia anymore. She's
- 30:26Speaker 2: getting on my last fucking nerve.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Well, if you'd say that somebody's unfuckable, that is, that stings.
- 30:35Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 30:35Speaker 1: We, you know, as older women, things hurt. We need
- 30:40Speaker 1: to get.
- 30:41Speaker 2: Dorinda on the pod.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:44Speaker 2: To see how she feels about that.
- 30:45Speaker 3: It cuts deep.
- 30:47Speaker 1: It does. It cuts deep because we're already insecure. Aging
- 30:52Speaker 1: for women isn't easy. And she actually, Dorinda speaks so well.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I could listen to Dorinda. I've always looked up to
- 30:58Speaker 1: how she's able to articulate herself and how she does things.
- 31:04Speaker 1: She always has such good advice. She's got amazing advice.
- 31:07Speaker 1: I always ask her for advice. Yeah, I love her
- 31:10Speaker 1: sayings and everything. So does her daughter.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Her daughter's awesome. In Harvard.
- 31:14Speaker 2: I know. When I got fired, I think, Jarenda, I
- 31:18Speaker 2: think that's when their show ended.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Maybe.
- 31:20Speaker 2: I can't remember. And so we would talk on the phone.
- 31:23Speaker 2: And sometimes Hannah would get on the phone and give advice. Because,
- 31:26Speaker 2: you know, we were pretty devastated. We had been on
- 31:29Speaker 2: TV for so many years. And all of a sudden,
- 31:31Speaker 2: it's like, bye. See you later.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not an easy thing. Everyone's day comes. Yeah.
- 31:39Speaker 1: And not everybody gets asked back, as you did, thank God. Right.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Right.
- 31:43Speaker 1: But how long were you off for?
- 31:46Speaker 2: But I also filmed Ultimate Girls Trip. And then right
- 31:48Speaker 2: after that, I filmed Traitors.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Right.
- 31:52Speaker 2: So you were busy. I had a year of nothing.
- 31:54Speaker 2: But it's also the year of the pandemic.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Doesn't count.
- 31:58Speaker 2: So it's probably like God was looking after me going,
- 32:00Speaker 2: you know what? You just stay home right now until
- 32:02Speaker 2: the pandemic's over. Yeah.
- 32:04Speaker 1: And then you won't have any time to yourself.
- 32:07Speaker 2: But yeah, so... You know what made me sad is
- 32:11Speaker 2: Dorinda saying she isn't interested in dating.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Because I don't know that I totally believe that. I
- 32:19Speaker 2: think if she found somebody that she really liked, that
- 32:24Speaker 2: she would want to settle down.
- 32:26Speaker 1: I know.
- 32:27Speaker 2: It's been a while. What was that one guy's name
- 32:31Speaker 2: that she was with for a while that had like
- 32:33Speaker 2: a dry cleaners or something like that?
- 32:35Speaker 1: John.
- 32:35Speaker 3: John.
- 32:35Speaker 2: John. That's like the first long-time relationship, I think, publicly
- 32:41Speaker 2: that we know about.
- 32:43Speaker 3: Dorinda's lived a lot of lives.
- 32:45Speaker 1: She's been through a lot. She misses Richard terribly.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Yes.
- 32:50Speaker 1: But I feel like somebody could come along and mend
- 32:55Speaker 1: that hurt. But it hasn't happened for her yet. I
- 32:59Speaker 1: hope it does.
- 33:00Speaker 3: I hope it does, too.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Soon.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:03Speaker 2: So Sonia brings up the Bluestone Manor to Dorinda. And
- 33:07Speaker 2: how she lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, which is
- 33:12Speaker 2: complete fucking bullshit because she doesn't make that much per episode.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Can somebody tell me how many episodes Bluestone Manor was?
- 33:21Speaker 1: Maybe two? And she said it took, I mean, but
- 33:25Speaker 1: in her mind, she believes that.
- 33:28Speaker 2: But she didn't miss any money. You were still in
- 33:32Speaker 2: the episodes. You just weren't on the trip. You don't
- 33:35Speaker 2: get docked because you're not on a trip. Whatever episodes
- 33:37Speaker 2: you're in, you get your episodic rate.
- 33:42Speaker 3: I honestly, I don't know.
- 33:45Speaker 1: I just don't, I don't know what goes on in
- 33:48Speaker 1: her mind. I think it would be hard for anyone
- 33:51Speaker 1: to really understand what goes on in Sonia's mind.
- 33:53Speaker 3: It was two episodes.
- 33:55Speaker 1: She's saying that You know, she was down and out.
- 33:58Speaker 1: She needed the money at the time. If she makes
- 34:00Speaker 1: $ 100, 000 in an episode, that's $ 200, 000. Let's just say that's
- 34:06Speaker 1: what she's alluding to.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not buying that.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:10Speaker 2: But also she was on the episode. So she got paid.
- 34:14Speaker 3: In her mind, she didn't.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Okay.
- 34:18Speaker 2: So if she believes it, it happened, right?
- 34:20Speaker 3: That's what exactly.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Luann gives a speech thanking her friend Kimberly for hosting them.
- 34:28Speaker 2: As the speech ends, Sonia screams, we always have a
- 34:31Speaker 2: great time and smashes her hand down, breaking a wine glass,
- 34:36Speaker 2: almost falling over. If this is Sonia sober, I can't
- 34:42Speaker 2: imagine what she's like drunk nowadays.
- 34:47Speaker 1: Yeah. I feel like there's a lot going on. I
- 34:50Speaker 1: think that You know, if the girls are worried for her,
- 34:55Speaker 1: they're seeing more than we're seeing. But we're going to
- 34:57Speaker 1: get to the place where I'm going to talk, the
- 35:00Speaker 1: scene that I'm going to talk and say more. I
- 35:03Speaker 1: don't want to talk before then.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Luann's getting ready with her gaze. And Roger says Ramona
- 35:08Speaker 2: introduced herself to him for the 100th time. This is
- 35:11Speaker 2: not unusual for Ramona.
- 35:13Speaker 1: That is Ramona. It's not personal. I took it very
- 35:16Speaker 1: personal when I first met Ramona. I was very offended
- 35:20Speaker 1: by it. Do you know who else is like that? Who? Vicky. Yeah, no,
- 35:25Speaker 1: I see the resemblance.
- 35:26Speaker 2: She has met my friend Pam so many times.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Pam, the Pam I met?
- 35:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:32Speaker 1: I love Pam.
- 35:32Speaker 2: And every single time she'll go, wait, what's her name?
- 35:37Speaker 2: I'm sorry, nice to meet you. Or, oh, I've never
- 35:40Speaker 2: met you before. And she just looks at me and
- 35:41Speaker 2: she goes, yeah, you have. Like, I can't tell you
- 35:44Speaker 2: how many times we've actually filmed together.
- 35:47Speaker 1: But that's just Ramona.
- 35:49Speaker 2: That's how she is.
- 35:51Speaker 1: That's Ramona. And if you don't know her, it's very offensive.
- 35:54Speaker 1: It's very kind of like degrading. It makes you feel
- 35:56Speaker 1: like less than.
- 35:57Speaker 2: I mean, can I say I've never done that before?
- 36:00Speaker 2: I've done it before. I've met somebody, didn't remember and
- 36:03Speaker 2: met him again. So there's one thing I've learned in
- 36:05Speaker 2: this industry. I mean, we meet so many people all
- 36:09Speaker 2: the time. If somebody comes in with somebody I know,
- 36:12Speaker 2: I now don't go, oh, nice to meet you. Because
- 36:14Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, shit, have I met?
- 36:16Speaker 3: No, you talked to them for a while.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Have I met.
- 36:18Speaker 2: Shannon's friend before? Have I met so-and-so's friend before?
- 36:21Speaker 3: You talk to them for a while until you figure
- 36:23Speaker 3: it out.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Dorinda and Luann meet for lunch and discuss
- 36:29Speaker 2: Sonia and her lying. They say maybe her financial struggles
- 36:33Speaker 2: have contributed to her delusion and they don't feel as
- 36:37Speaker 2: close to her.
- 36:38Speaker 1: See, I don't think she's lying. I think it's more
- 36:41Speaker 1: that she believes these things happened.
- 36:45Speaker 2: I've had this conversation with somebody before. I'm like, that
- 36:48Speaker 2: girl's a liar. And they said to me, but she
- 36:52Speaker 2: believes what she's saying. And I said, so if you
- 36:54Speaker 2: believe what you're saying, is that not a lie?
- 36:57Speaker 1: For me, no, it's not an intentional lie. I don't
- 37:01Speaker 1: believe it is.
- 37:02Speaker 2: You just think they don't remember things correctly?
- 37:05Speaker 3: Yes.
- 37:08Speaker 2: I guess. I don't know.
- 37:09Speaker 1: A lie is a lie is a lie. I know
- 37:12Speaker 1: you have a very detailed mind, Tamara.
- 37:15Speaker 2: I do?
- 37:16Speaker 3: Yes.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Don't give me that much credit.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Well, I'm just saying like you're very, I don't know
- 37:22Speaker 1: what the word is, but it's like very structured when
- 37:27Speaker 1: you're saying something, right?
- 37:28Speaker 3: Yes.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Yes.
- 37:29Speaker 3: Not everybody speaks like that.
- 37:31Speaker 1: So somebody like you, because I've had this problem because
- 37:34Speaker 1: I am not a a very detailed structured person when
- 37:37Speaker 1: I'm repeating something can accuse you. You can think that
- 37:41Speaker 1: the person that's speaking to you because they are not
- 37:43Speaker 1: so detailed in that is lying or because they see
- 37:46Speaker 1: something different. That's what I think. Cause I've dealt with
- 37:50Speaker 1: people who I, like I, I remember someone would be
- 37:54Speaker 1: like that with me and I'd be like, you should
- 37:55Speaker 1: have been a surgeon because you're so detailed.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Like everything has.
- 37:59Speaker 1: To be just right. And not everybody is different. Like,
- 38:02Speaker 1: I guess I'm, I'm type C. Your type A. Oh.
- 38:07Speaker 2: So you know what's sad? They talk about Sonia's financial struggles.
- 38:12Speaker 2: And this is a woman. She's married to a Morgan.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:17Speaker 2: Very wealthy family. And all the stuff she had and
- 38:21Speaker 2: all the stuff she lost, it's just so sad. Is
- 38:25Speaker 2: it just because she just mismanaged her money and just
- 38:28Speaker 2: spent everything she had? And that's the problem with people
- 38:32Speaker 2: that don't work for their money, but get their money
- 38:35Speaker 2: other ways, they have no value of the dollar.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Well, she also is ignorant to how to handle it. Yeah.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Which a lot of people are. And that was like
- 38:48Speaker 1: so much money. She didn't have someone, a mentor or
- 38:52Speaker 1: somebody watching over her on what to do with that money.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Yeah. And she had no one.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Yeah. Dorinda says so.
- 39:01Speaker 1: You know how she lost a lot of money. She
- 39:03Speaker 1: invested with Sylvester Stallone or something like that.
- 39:06Speaker 3: Did you not know that?
- 39:06Speaker 2: I didn't know that.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Is there a book that she wrote about that? She
- 39:11Speaker 1: didn't want to talk about it.
- 39:12Speaker 3: It came up.
- 39:13Speaker 2: She's very, very- For a movie or something? So I
- 39:18Speaker 2: am very scared to invest because I did something and
- 39:21Speaker 2: lost $ 400, 000.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:22Speaker 2: I would die.
- 39:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:26Speaker 2: So for the longest time, I would not and now
- 39:31Speaker 2: eddie does it i don't want to hear about it
- 39:34Speaker 2: i don't want to see it just show me you
- 39:36Speaker 2: know how much is made not how much is lost.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Well, that's the thing.
- 39:40Speaker 2: I don't like losing money.
- 39:42Speaker 1: But you have Eddie now to help you. He's good
- 39:46Speaker 1: at it. He's knowledgeable. Yeah.
- 39:49Speaker 2: He made a lot of money last year doing that.
- 39:51Speaker 2: So I'm like, okay, just don't tell me with stock
- 39:53Speaker 2: market stuff. Yeah, it's scary. It's very scary. Today's a
- 39:57Speaker 2: horrible day. Lost 50,000. I don't like that at all.
- 40:00Speaker 2: But did you notice they were doing joint confessionals? Kind
- 40:08Speaker 2: of like that.
- 40:10Speaker 3: I did, but hold on.
- 40:11Speaker 1: There's an explanation to a lot of the money people
- 40:14Speaker 1: don't realize. Through her company, Sonya Productions, she agreed to
- 40:20Speaker 1: help finance a movie called Fast Flash to Bang Time,
- 40:24Speaker 1: which was supposed to star John Travolta. Reports and court
- 40:27Speaker 1: records say the deal contemplated roughly $ 18 million in financing.
- 40:32Speaker 1: The movie ultimately fell apart, and the production distribution company,
- 40:36Speaker 1: Hannibal Productions, and Sonia and her company, a jury ruled
- 40:43Speaker 1: against them in 2009 and awarded Hannibal about $ 6. 8 million
- 40:47Speaker 1: plus $ 250, 000 in punitive damages against Sonia personally. The judgment
- 40:54Speaker 1: was a major reason she filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
- 40:58Speaker 1: in 2010. I didn't know that. Yes. When she listed
- 41:02Speaker 1: approximately $ 19. 8 million in liabilities in and $ 13. 5 million in assets.
- 41:09Speaker 1: The whole thing in a nutshell is apparently Sonya got
- 41:13Speaker 1: involved with producing a movie, promised a bunch of money
- 41:18Speaker 1: to produce it, and didn't have the money she said,
- 41:20Speaker 1: so got sued for what she had, which was roughly
- 41:23Speaker 1: about $ 6.
- 41:23Speaker 3: 8 million.
- 41:25Speaker 2: So they actually went to court over this?
- 41:27Speaker 1: Yes, and she lost. Oh, shit.
- 41:30Speaker 2: Was that the downfall then?
- 41:32Speaker 1: I feel like it was her downfall.
- 41:34Speaker 2: What year was that?
- 41:35Speaker 3: 2010.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Okay.
- 41:37Speaker 2: That makes sense. Reckless.
- 41:41Speaker 1: So she's been trying to come back from that forever.
- 41:44Speaker 2: It's hard to come back from losing that kind of money.
- 41:48Speaker 1: And that's when she joined Housewives. You never come back
- 41:52Speaker 1: from that if you didn't have it in the first place. Yeah. Yeah.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Now, this kind of broke my heart. Dorinda says Sonia
- 42:00Speaker 2: always had her looks and charisma to rely on, and
- 42:04Speaker 2: they show pictures of her when she was younger. Beautiful.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Beautiful.
- 42:09Speaker 2: And as we get older, it becomes harder to use
- 42:12Speaker 2: that as her saver.
- 42:14Speaker 1: See what I mean about Dorinda? See what I mean
- 42:16Speaker 1: about the wise words of women who have lived a life?
- 42:20Speaker 2: Wise.
- 42:20Speaker 1: This is what I want to see. This is what
- 42:22Speaker 1: I want to watch. This is what I want to hear.
- 42:25Speaker 1: I can watch a whole show for that one statement alone. Yes.
- 42:30Speaker 2: Thank you, Dorinda, for your services.
- 42:32Speaker 3: Yes.
- 42:33Speaker 1: But, and you know, she even said something for me,
- 42:37Speaker 1: very nice about Sonia after Sonia said she was unfuckable.
- 42:41Speaker 1: She said she's beautiful and she always relied on her
- 42:45Speaker 1: beauty for living. And for all of us, it gets
- 42:49Speaker 1: harder for that.
- 42:51Speaker 2: For sure. I mean, as we age, we.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Moral of the story, don't depend on your looks to
- 42:57Speaker 1: get by in life.
- 42:59Speaker 2: Couldn't have said better myself. Mm-hmm. It's true. Amen. I mean,
- 43:04Speaker 2: it only gets you so far. Like, you know, I
- 43:06Speaker 2: was telling Sophia, we were talking about it, and we
- 43:08Speaker 2: were talking about modeling and this and that and different careers.
- 43:13Speaker 2: And I said, okay, girls can be models. Beautiful girls
- 43:17Speaker 2: can be models. But it's the ones that are smart
- 43:21Speaker 2: that become supermodels and do the things. Like, talk about
- 43:26Speaker 2: the Kardashians all you want. Kim Kardashian's a smart girl.
- 43:30Speaker 2: She's a smart girl. She might come off like, oh,
- 43:33Speaker 2: people say, oh, she's not that smart and everything. But
- 43:35Speaker 2: you don't get to that being dumb.
- 43:39Speaker 1: She has a work ethic bar none. So does Paris Hilton.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Has two phones on her at all time, working like
- 43:45Speaker 1: she's not a Hilton, working like she's broke.
- 43:47Speaker 3: Those girls have never stopped working.
- 43:49Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian used to go into her father's office. Show
- 43:52Speaker 1: them a picture of a bag, a Chanel bag online.
- 43:55Speaker 1: It was $ 4, 000. Make them buy it so she could
- 43:58Speaker 1: resell it for more.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Resell it. Yeah.
- 44:00Speaker 3: She started out cleaning Paris Hilton's closets.
- 44:03Speaker 2: I know.
- 44:04Speaker 1: So she's very- Give it to her.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Say what you want. I don't think she's stupid. My
- 44:09Speaker 3: mom actually said- And they seem to be very nice.
- 44:10Speaker 2: I was with my mom a couple of days ago.
- 44:12Speaker 2: We were at her house and I had to do
- 44:14Speaker 2: the podcast in her bedroom, our spare bedroom. And then
- 44:18Speaker 2: she said, God, you just are nonstop. You're going all
- 44:21Speaker 2: the time. She goes, I hate when people say, oh,
- 44:24Speaker 2: she makes easy money. She just films. And she goes,
- 44:27Speaker 2: people don't really realize what you girls actually go through.
- 44:30Speaker 1: It's never ending.
- 44:39Speaker 2: Sonia and Kelly take reformer Pilates together. And Kelly tells Sonia,
- 44:45Speaker 2: she saw Harry on her way there. And he was
- 44:48Speaker 2: with a girl.
- 44:49Speaker 3: I mean, shocker.
- 44:51Speaker 2: And I'm sure the girl was like 18.
- 44:54Speaker 1: But wait, but so Sonia gets pissed off.
- 44:57Speaker 3: Like they've been dating for 30 years.
- 44:59Speaker 1: It's like, Sonia, I would get less mad if I
- 45:02Speaker 1: heard Paul was with somebody. Calm down.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Yeah, but he just invited her to dinner. So I
- 45:07Speaker 2: don't know.
- 45:08Speaker 3: So what?
- 45:09Speaker 2: I know. I mean, they're not a girl.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Yeah, but not before she tells Kelly that she has
- 45:15Speaker 1: a huge camel toe.
- 45:17Speaker 2: I know. Sonia thinks the girls are ganging up on her.
- 45:21Speaker 2: Do you?
- 45:24Speaker 3: I think there's a lot of bad feelings.
- 45:26Speaker 1: I don't know. I wouldn't say they're ganging up on
- 45:28Speaker 1: her unsolicited.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Well, why wouldn't Sonya go up to them and say, listen,
- 45:32Speaker 2: I was on stage. I know I said some things.
- 45:35Speaker 2: I regret them. I'm sorry.
- 45:38Speaker 3: Does she remember saying it?
- 45:41Speaker 1: She knows.
- 45:41Speaker 2: She's the one that brought it up originally. Oh, I
- 45:44Speaker 2: said Dorinda was unfuckable. Well, that's not nice. No.
- 45:51Speaker 1: And I really think that Dorinda's not over it.
- 45:55Speaker 2: No, of course she's not. I don't, I don't think
- 45:56Speaker 2: it was that long ago.
- 45:58Speaker 1: There's a lot of things you could say to me,
- 45:59Speaker 1: but that one at this point right now in the moment,
- 46:03Speaker 1: the way I feel about myself, the way I'm looking,
- 46:07Speaker 1: you know, in the mirror, like that would hit, hit home.
- 46:13Speaker 1: And I think she hit Dorinda home. Yeah.
- 46:17Speaker 2: And then Kelly was the voice of reason at that
- 46:19Speaker 2: moment and was telling her like, yeah, you need to
- 46:22Speaker 2: let it go. You need to let it go. And
- 46:25Speaker 2: she's like, I want to let it go. I want
- 46:27Speaker 2: to move past it. Well, then go and apologize.
- 46:30Speaker 1: I feel like Sonia does not have a filter. And
- 46:33Speaker 1: she says it herself. She goes, at this age, I
- 46:36Speaker 1: have earned the right to not have a filter.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Well, all older people don't have filters.
- 46:42Speaker 1: It used to be back in the day, old people
- 46:45Speaker 1: used to not say goodbye and hang up. back when
- 46:48Speaker 1: we had phones that were attached to the wall. And
- 46:50Speaker 1: instead of saying goodbye, it's click. And they would, and people,
- 46:53Speaker 1: you know, it would be so rude. And they'd be like, no,
- 46:56Speaker 1: they are in the right. If they don't want to
- 46:57Speaker 1: say goodbye, they can hang up on you.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Let's talk about Michael, Luann's boyfriend.
- 47:02Speaker 3: He's cute.
- 47:04Speaker 2: So cute.
- 47:05Speaker 1: And very nice.
- 47:06Speaker 3: I've met him several times.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Is he good looking?
- 47:10Speaker 3: Yes.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Yeah, he's very good looking.
- 47:12Speaker 2: Looks very tall because Luann's tall.
- 47:16Speaker 1: She loves him.
- 47:17Speaker 2: They've been together two years.
- 47:19Speaker 3: She can't even smell bacon.
- 47:21Speaker 1: She's in love. Yep.
- 47:23Speaker 2: So he arrives to the house with Flowers. She said
- 47:25Speaker 2: she hadn't seen him in a few weeks, so she
- 47:26Speaker 2: was excited to see him.
- 47:28Speaker 1: I hope he doesn't hurt her.
- 47:29Speaker 2: They've been together two years, but then there's some talk
- 47:34Speaker 2: coming up that he is married.
- 47:37Speaker 3: Oh, it's coming up.
- 47:38Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Yeah, but so, I mean, if he's not with the wife, clearly,
- 47:43Speaker 1: so what? He's not divorced. He's not hiding Luann. He's
- 47:46Speaker 1: on a damn ass TV show with her.
- 47:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:48Speaker 1: Same thing with Paul.
- 47:50Speaker 3: Paul was separated for many, many years.
- 47:53Speaker 1: Yeah. No, I know.
- 47:54Speaker 2: I know. But you know how they always make it
- 47:55Speaker 2: so scandalous when they talk about it. Mm-hmm.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Well, they are.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Exclusive with each other. Although we did, didn't we see
- 48:02Speaker 2: Luann flirting a lot on Ultimate Girls Trip?
- 48:08Speaker 1: Did we? With who?
- 48:09Speaker 2: I felt like we did. Oh, maybe I'm wrong.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Then he should get divorced.
- 48:15Speaker 2: So Ramona is hosting an exclusive trunk show and kicks
- 48:19Speaker 2: out a few women for crashing because she had selected
- 48:23Speaker 2: the attendees.
- 48:24Speaker 1: The balls of her. Oh my God. The woman's face
- 48:28Speaker 1: was so red.
- 48:29Speaker 2: She was like humiliated. Up until this scene right here,
- 48:32Speaker 2: I thought, oh, wow, Ramona's really changed and she's really
- 48:35Speaker 2: calmed down. I was dying. No, you have to leave.
- 48:40Speaker 2: This is a private event. You are not invited. You
- 48:42Speaker 2: need to go now. Now, did you see the cameras
- 48:44Speaker 2: right there? And the woman's like.
- 48:46Speaker 1: Is like Kathy here or something? She said, and Ramona's like,
- 48:50Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. I didn't invite you.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Special people. In fact, you have to leave.
- 48:55Speaker 1: I have never been spoken to like that in my
- 48:58Speaker 1: fucking life.
- 48:58Speaker 2: But the woman wouldn't leave.
- 49:00Speaker 1: She was like in shock. She didn't know what to do.
- 49:02Speaker 3: What is she supposed to run away?
- 49:03Speaker 1: No one knows how to handle that situation.
- 49:07Speaker 2: We all have seen people walk into filming. They see
- 49:10Speaker 2: the cameras. They know what's going on. There's a sign
- 49:13Speaker 2: on the door that was pointed to. They see it.
- 49:16Speaker 2: They know what they're doing. But to actually come out,
- 49:19Speaker 2: usually I don't know, a producer or something won't let
- 49:22Speaker 2: them in or say, you have to go. But Ramona,
- 49:28Speaker 2: I think she did it multiple times.
- 49:31Speaker 1: I don't know how to do that. I would be
- 49:34Speaker 1: making room for the people.
- 49:36Speaker 2: I wouldn't, unless the woman gets right in the middle,
- 49:39Speaker 2: and then I would just be like, hey, somebody get
- 49:41Speaker 2: her out. Make this stop. It's like the same as
- 49:44Speaker 2: you're filming in a group scene, and somebody walks up
- 49:47Speaker 2: to your table and just starts filming you. And you're like,
- 49:51Speaker 2: this is stuff that can- No, that's different too. They
- 49:54Speaker 2: can be leaked. That can be leaked. This is private stuff.
- 49:57Speaker 1: This woman in her Dolce & Gabbana flowered outfit did
- 50:01Speaker 1: not look like she's much- older, not much older. She's
- 50:08Speaker 1: clearly not there to film. I just didn't see it.
- 50:11Speaker 1: I didn't look at that woman like she was there
- 50:14Speaker 1: as an opportunist.
- 50:16Speaker 2: I mean, it takes a lot of balls, but that Ramona,
- 50:18Speaker 2: that is Ramona, 100% Ramona. She's done that forever. You're
- 50:24Speaker 2: not invited. Did you see the sign on the wall?
- 50:26Speaker 2: Just get out.
- 50:27Speaker 3: I would die. I would die. And you know what?
- 50:31Speaker 1: I don't know too many people in New Jersey that
- 50:32Speaker 1: would do that unless the person was obnoxious. Then we
- 50:35Speaker 1: take them by their neck and throw them out the door.
- 50:38Speaker 1: But to a woman just coming in looking for her friend,
- 50:42Speaker 1: I don't know that anybody on my cast would do that.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I probably would not do that. Meanwhile, Dorinda and
- 50:48Speaker 2: Luann arrive an hour and 16 minutes late. Dorinda is
- 50:52Speaker 2: so annoyed with Luann getting ready and just not, that
- 50:58Speaker 2: would bother me big time.
- 51:00Speaker 3: It would bother you.
- 51:00Speaker 2: I would have left.
- 51:01Speaker 1: It would bother me too. Like she went, see, that's why.
- 51:05Speaker 1: No offense to anybody.
- 51:07Speaker 3: I love you all.
- 51:09Speaker 1: I show up myself and I lead by myself. I
- 51:12Speaker 1: don't need to walk in with someone. I would rather
- 51:15Speaker 1: be in control of my own lateness, my own earliness.
- 51:19Speaker 3: And that's it. I don't need. Thank you.
- 51:21Speaker 1: I'm good.
- 51:22Speaker 2: Yeah. So Ramona begins to give a toast at her
- 51:26Speaker 2: event when Sonia interrupts her calling her bossy.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Is she looking for attention?
- 51:35Speaker 1: Yes.
- 51:36Speaker 2: Clearly. Clearly. It was just... Then Jarenda tries on dresses.
- 51:43Speaker 2: She's like, you guys need to go shop.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Go shop.
- 51:45Speaker 2: So tries on this yellow dress and Sonia asked her
- 51:49Speaker 2: if it comes in another color because that's not doing
- 51:52Speaker 2: it for you. It's not good. And you need a
- 51:54Speaker 2: suntan and it doesn't really fit. And it's not your color.
- 51:57Speaker 2: It's like.
- 51:58Speaker 1: I don't mind that. I don't mind that.
- 52:01Speaker 3: No, I want to be told.
- 52:03Speaker 1: And you could tell me however you want, because I'm
- 52:05Speaker 1: not the most soft spoken person. So yeah, I would
- 52:11Speaker 1: appreciate that. She, and then she's like, you know, she
- 52:13Speaker 1: justified it by saying everybody tiptoes around Dorinda instead of
- 52:17Speaker 1: just being honest and letting her know. It didn't, I
- 52:19Speaker 1: didn't think it looked good on her. She didn't have
- 52:21Speaker 1: to see either. Someone's opinion matters or doesn't to you.
- 52:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:26Speaker 1: So I kind of like, want you to tell me,
- 52:29Speaker 1: like your mom would tell you that way.
- 52:33Speaker 2: My mom? No, my mom would lie to my face. Yeah,
- 52:36Speaker 2: that looks great. And then same thing she did with
- 52:38Speaker 2: my hair when I was letting it grow out. She's like, oh,
- 52:40Speaker 2: your hair is darker. Yeah, I love it. And then
- 52:42Speaker 2: I lightened it a little bit. She goes, oh, thank
- 52:44Speaker 2: God you lightened it. It looked like shit.
- 52:46Speaker 1: I thought your mom was more honest with you. My
- 52:48Speaker 1: mom just wouldn't even pay attention. I could walk in
- 52:51Speaker 1: with two different shoes on and not, and you know,
- 52:54Speaker 1: my high school scrunchie and my mother wouldn't be like,
- 52:57Speaker 1: Maybe you should do something. I always wanted the mother
- 52:59Speaker 1: that would say, can you go fix yourself? That's who
- 53:03Speaker 1: I am to my kids.
- 53:04Speaker 2: I know, but nowadays, I could say that to Sophia,
- 53:10Speaker 2: but if I said that to Spencer, he'd be so offended. Why?
- 53:14Speaker 2: What's wrong? But Sophia would be just like, okay, whatever.
- 53:17Speaker 1: I guess Sophia's used to you.
- 53:19Speaker 3: Yeah, different kids.
- 53:21Speaker 1: That means used to me giving her a hard time
- 53:23Speaker 1: about her appearance, but Frankie would be upset.
- 53:26Speaker 3: You're right. You're right.
- 53:28Speaker 2: So Ramona invites the ladies to dinner, telling them they
- 53:31Speaker 2: can bring one friend each. Luann, she wants to bring her,
- 53:37Speaker 2: who she calls, Ramona calls her workers.
- 53:39Speaker 3: Nope.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Wrong. Would you have done that?
- 53:42Speaker 1: No.
- 53:43Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't have.
- 53:43Speaker 3: No, you don't do that.
- 53:44Speaker 1: I'm not big on bringing other people to dinner. where I,
- 53:51Speaker 1: you know, especially it was more of an intimate dinner.
- 53:54Speaker 1: And she did say you could bring one friend, which
- 53:56Speaker 1: was nice enough that she could bring.
- 53:57Speaker 2: And she did say it was a dinner and Luann,
- 54:01Speaker 2: you know, she, she does.
- 54:02Speaker 1: She was mad. Yeah. She was mad.
- 54:05Speaker 2: She decides to bring her friends slash workers anyways. And
- 54:09Speaker 2: then she claims, well, you never said it was a dinner.
- 54:12Speaker 2: And she's like, yes, she did. Yes, she did. So,
- 54:17Speaker 2: But then how about Ramona, how she reacts to them,
- 54:19Speaker 2: calling them, you're Luann's employees.
- 54:24Speaker 3: That's not nice.
- 54:25Speaker 1: And Luann was red. She was seeing red.
- 54:30Speaker 3: She was mad.
- 54:32Speaker 2: So next question. Do you think Sonia saw Dorinda and
- 54:36Speaker 2: Luann at the trunk show and just decided to ignore them?
- 54:40Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 54:42Speaker 2: Because she's claiming, oh, I didn't even see them.
- 54:44Speaker 3: She saw them.
- 54:45Speaker 2: She saw them.
- 54:46Speaker 1: Make no mistake. I've spent a lot of time with Sonia.
- 54:50Speaker 1: I like Sonia very much.
- 54:51Speaker 3: She's no dummy.
- 54:53Speaker 1: She is no dummy. And nothing gets past her. She
- 54:57Speaker 1: might also think things happened that didn't, but she also
- 55:02Speaker 1: doesn't miss a trick. Yeah.
- 55:04Speaker 2: And then we see Sonia Ramona dance with Michael while
- 55:07Speaker 2: yelling at Luann to watch. Mm-hmm. I didn't like this.
- 55:11Speaker 2: Luann says Michael's getting sexually harassed and tells Michael, I'm
- 55:16Speaker 2: your queen. Don't forget.
- 55:18Speaker 1: That guy didn't ask to get sexually harassed. That was
- 55:21Speaker 1: up to Luann to say, okay, it's time to go.
- 55:24Speaker 2: But you also saw him like, I mean, his shirt's
- 55:27Speaker 2: pulled up. They're rubbing on his stomach.
- 55:28Speaker 3: He don't know what to do.
- 55:29Speaker 2: Mostly Sonia. And then he's like kind of like trying
- 55:33Speaker 2: to inch away from them until Luann pulls him out
- 55:38Speaker 2: of there.
- 55:38Speaker 3: And then he gets in trouble by Luann.
- 55:40Speaker 2: I know.
- 55:42Speaker 3: The poor guy didn't have a chance.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Was she yelling at him?
- 55:45Speaker 1: No, no. She was just mad. And I think that
- 55:49Speaker 1: it was her demeanor speaking to him that way.
- 55:52Speaker 3: But she put him in that position. She knows Luann.
- 55:56Speaker 1: What's going on. You could foresee. You know Sonia long enough.
- 55:58Speaker 1: You know Ramona long enough. You know what's going to
- 56:01Speaker 1: happen next. You know when someone's going to pop off
- 56:03Speaker 1: when you've spent this kind of time with them. You
- 56:05Speaker 1: know when they're turning that table of what's going to
- 56:09Speaker 1: happen even in a conversation.
- 56:11Speaker 2: Well, that's it for The Golden Life until next week.
- 56:14Speaker 3: It's my thing. It's my jam.
- 56:15Speaker 2: Overall, I thought it was pretty good. Let us know
- 56:19Speaker 2: what you thought, who you want to see on the.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Show. I want to see I want to see Harry
- 56:26Speaker 1: Dubin and Sonya get in a fight, a fist fight.
- 56:28Speaker 2: I meant interview. Who can we interview? I want to
- 56:31Speaker 2: get Dorinda on the pod.
- 56:33Speaker 1: I want to see Harry Dubin get beat up by Sonya.
- 56:37Speaker 2: It probably will happen. Thanks, guys, for tuning in to
- 56:43Speaker 2: another episode of Two Teas in a Pod.
