Today I am joined from Vanessa who is from Canada, she has Ulcerative Colitis. Vanessa has had Colitis since she was 15 she was diagnosed in 2016. Vanessa thinks it's always important to advocate and educate others who are unaware of the condition. Vanessa explains her journey with diet and speaks about nutrition too.
