- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:40Hi, it's Adam here. And in this episode of The
- 0:43Hypnotist, you're going to be listening to a hypnosis session
- 0:47that is designed to tap into very useful resources when it
- 0:52comes to two key things. One is the confidence, the
- 0:57tenacity, the persistence to apply for jobs, particularly
- 1:02after a period of being out of work.
- 1:04And that can really not people's confidence if they haven't had
- 1:09recent experiences, if people have never had a period of
- 1:12unemployment, then there is this feeling of invincibility.
- 1:16But if there has been a period, whether it's down to physical
- 1:20issues or just economic issues, that could really damage
- 1:25people's. Belief and.
- 1:25Their ability to find a job. The second key element is that
- 1:30this particular client grew up in a house where it was
- 1:35difficult to ask for financial help.
- 1:38That actually it was linked to a lot of shame and arguments and
- 1:41frustrations or strings attached, and that was affecting
- 1:45their ability in their romantic relationship to seek help while
- 1:50they needed it, while they were finding something new.
- 1:52So at its core, this is about trust.
- 1:54It's about. Self trust or?
- 1:56Value, capability and tenacity, but also this ability to
- 2:02gratefully accept help when it's offered while using that as a
- 2:06runway to become financially independent.
- 2:10And I think financial independence given the choice is
- 2:14much better than financial dependency.
- 2:16Because if you're dependent on other people, then it means that
- 2:20there is an element of vulnerability.
- 2:23Because if that person or government or institutions stops
- 2:28helping out, then you know, they they could be an issue with
- 2:33that. So it is a vulnerable position.
- 2:36So that's why it's good to be grateful.
- 2:38If there is. Assistance.
- 2:39Financial assistance. But.
- 2:41Not becoming entitled or dependent on that.
- 2:44So there's a bit going on. It links to the idea of what it
- 2:48takes to be in a financially strong position.
- 2:52It's about financial well-being and also links to some of the
- 2:57things I talked about in my Hypnotic Wealth course, that the
- 2:59core to it all is security. If you're not financially
- 3:02secure, then you can't do investments, you can't take on
- 3:05risks. But once you have that security,
- 3:08once your income covers your basic needs and you've got a bit
- 3:12more coming in, then you can improve the quality of your life
- 3:15through comfort. And then actually you can get to
- 3:18a point where, and I call it financial freedom, is when
- 3:22either your net worth and your assets are appreciating in value
- 3:25more than the cost and overhead of having your lifestyle.
- 3:31Or even better, is a cash flow element of that, which is that
- 3:34your passive income exceeds your lifestyle costs and then
- 3:38effectively doesn't really matter what happens.
- 3:40Because. You've got this flywheel of
- 3:43financial resources to keep. You in a good place, but.
- 3:47That's. For more.
- 3:49Let's say future things if the core right now is finding a
- 3:52source of income or accepting help when it's.
- 3:55Needed. Then this would be the right
- 3:57session for you. So find a quiet.
- 3:59Comfortable place where? You won't be disturbed.
- 4:01Relax and. Enjoy the session.
- 4:32Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe in, just imagine
- 4:43you're breathing in a feeling of calm relaxation.
- 4:50Imagine breathing in that calm relaxation, and as you exhale,
- 4:58get a sense that you're releasing something in your
- 5:02outward breath. Maybe stress, maybe tension,
- 5:08maybe anxiety, but just feel the sense of release.
- 5:18And on the next inward breath, breathe in just a tiny bit
- 5:23deeper than before, feeling like you're breathing in more of that
- 5:29relaxation. And as you exhale, get a sense
- 5:36of releasing any tension in your eyelids, your forehead, and your
- 5:42jaw, like your whole face is just letting go, releasing.
- 5:52And as you feel that release, notice the tension leaving in
- 5:56that exhale. I wonder if you can notice that
- 6:04as you breathe deeper, it requires less and less effort.
- 6:15Just imagine that your body is doing the breathing for you.
- 6:19Breathing and relaxation and exhaling tension.
- 6:29So scan your body for any clues of that tension.
- 6:34It could be there in the neck or the shoulders, the jaw or the
- 6:38forehead. Perhaps even a sensation of
- 6:43anxiety in the gut. But just get a sense, as you
- 6:50breathe out for longer than you normally would, those sensations
- 6:57are leaving your body, enabling you to feel deeper and deeper,
- 7:06relaxed. As your body relaxes, your
- 7:12imagination awakens. And I'd like you to imagine the
- 7:20most relaxing park that you could imagine.
- 7:26Imagine a park on a sunny day, blue skies, maybe there's a park
- 7:33with green grass and maybe water, like a stream or a river
- 7:39or a pond nearby. And I want you to imagine that
- 7:44somewhere in this park is a big comfortable chair.
- 7:52The kind of chair that really should be indoors.
- 7:56Except it isn't. In your imagination, just
- 8:00imagine a picturesque park with a comfortable chair, and just
- 8:08imagine how it would feel to place yourself in that chair.
- 8:17As you acknowledge that this is a chair of calmness and
- 8:23relaxation. And by imagining yourself in
- 8:27that chair, feel that any remaining tension is just
- 8:34melting away. Any inner dialogue is quieting,
- 8:41any tension is releasing as you feel a feeling of fluidity,
- 8:52particularly around your neck and your shoulders.
- 8:58I want you to imagine your head being like a helium balloon on a
- 9:02string, Light, effortless, not requiring any tension in your
- 9:11neck at all. So imagine a womb, a feeling of
- 9:21warm sensation almost trickling down from the top of your head,
- 9:29down your cheeks to your neck and your shoulders, all the way
- 9:33down your body. Allow this warm sensation to
- 9:37feel like it's taking you even deeper.
- 9:43Relaxed. Each breath deepens your
- 9:49relaxation, and with every exhale, feel yourself slipping
- 9:56into a state of deep calm. I want you to imagine what it
- 10:06would feel like to keep your physical body in that chair, in
- 10:11that part, but for your imagination to float.
- 10:17Imagine floating upwards like you're levitating.
- 10:21It's just your imagination, just the essence of you.
- 10:25As you look down, you can see your physical body there in that
- 10:28chair, but the essence of you is floating.
- 10:34Feel yourself floating up into the clouds, finding a particular
- 10:40fluffy white cloud, and just imagine laying on that fluffy
- 10:48white cloud like the softest pillows and softest mattress
- 10:54you've ever experienced. And imagine how good it would
- 10:58feel to imagine having a nap on a fluffy white cloud hovering
- 11:06over a picturesque park. Feel cozy and relaxed and tired,
- 11:17but also imaginative. I want you to feel calm and
- 11:29empowered on this fluffy white cloud and allow yourself to feel
- 11:36a sense of deep inner strength, almost like there is a reservoir
- 11:43of confidence within you. Consider this a reservoir of
- 11:49resourcefulness that you can utilize all of these resources
- 11:57whenever you need it. And then just imagine a glowing
- 12:04warm light surrounding you, almost like a protective aura
- 12:09that shield you from any negativity or doubts, any
- 12:15rejection, any judgement. You are protected like a force
- 12:20field because this light is powerful and supportive, and it
- 12:30represents your true worth, all of your capabilities, and all of
- 12:36your potential. And as you feel protected and
- 12:43warm in this glowing light around you, like it's a
- 12:47protective blanket while you relax in the clouds, you
- 12:53acknowledge that you are deserving of all of the
- 12:58opportunities that are coming your way.
- 13:08As you relax even deeper, perhaps you can remember a time
- 13:12in the past where you felt truly safe and comfortable.
- 13:21Feel that. That feeling of self trust but
- 13:26also the ability to trust other people is growing stronger and
- 13:32stronger. Be ordered.
- 13:40You don't care what people say. You judge and assess people on
- 13:46what they do, and I want you to think of the face of someone
- 13:52that has demonstrated time and time again that they are worthy
- 13:58of trust because you have seen their actions.
- 14:07And if you can create an image of that face feeling that they
- 14:11are worthy of trust, let me know by nodding your head.
- 14:16That's it. And then imagine staring into a
- 14:20mirror, seeing you at your most capable, most enthusiastic, most
- 14:28tenacious, the version of you that you can count on to find
- 14:35any solution to any problem. And when you see that version of
- 14:40you looking back, let me know by nodding your head.
- 14:53This may be even a version of you in your future, but you are
- 15:00seeing a version of you that you can count on.
- 15:06Someone tenacious, confident, and capable.
- 15:10And when you see that version of you, let me know about nodding
- 15:15your head. That's it.
- 15:22As you come to an irrefutable conclusion that you with those
- 15:29resources are also completely worthy of trust to do whatever
- 15:38is necessary. I want you to get a Sands then
- 15:49this feeling of self trust and trusting others is unleashing
- 15:57new feelings of excitement and enthusiasm.
- 16:04I want you to get a sense then sometimes looking for a job or a
- 16:09new source of income is like looking for treasure.
- 16:17I want you to imagine that you have the treasure map, and the
- 16:22treasure map is not a specific job in a specific place.
- 16:28It's when you unlock the resources that are there deep
- 16:32within your reservoir and you harness them because you and
- 16:39your most resourceful would be given job offers in many
- 16:47different areas. You and your most resourceful
- 16:52are capable of high incomes from running your own business.
- 17:02And since looking for a new source of income is like a quest
- 17:07to find buried treasure, I want you to feel a sense of adventure
- 17:14and possibility that it comes with every application you send,
- 17:21every job you research, and every opportunity that you
- 17:25explore. Because they all create the
- 17:32possibility of you finding something valuable for you, but
- 17:39also valuable for them. If you were to approach each
- 17:48step of the job search process like a quest, each application
- 17:55you fill out is a quest. Each interview you attend is a
- 18:01quest. I want you to get a sense that
- 18:07they all bring you closer to a new opportunity as you feel
- 18:14empowered and confident knowing that each step is part of an
- 18:20exciting adventure that will bring you new learning
- 18:23experiences, new skills, new opportunities for growth, and
- 18:32feel that trust that every effort is leading you closer to
- 18:40your own buried treasure, The right path for you.
- 18:44I want you to get a sense then if you apply for a role and
- 18:54don't get it, it is not a personal reflection on you.
- 19:05What if there were 1000 people that applied for that and your
- 19:10application was never read? What if the company had already
- 19:17intended to hire someone they already knew, but had to
- 19:21advertise the position just because of an internal process?
- 19:28I want you to get a sense that there are so many reasons why
- 19:33something might not turn into a job offer that have absolutely
- 19:38nothing to do with you. So you can treat this quest like
- 19:44an adventure. Just because you're looking for
- 19:48buried treasure doesn't mean you'll find it every time you
- 19:50look. But if you don't find it on one
- 19:54quest, feel that you're going to increase the odds of finding it
- 20:00on a different quest as you think back on your past,
- 20:09particularly your childhood. Get a sense that so many of your
- 20:13fears about money and dependency were natural coming from things
- 20:19you just observed. But you are not that child
- 20:24anymore. I want you to get a sense that
- 20:28what if what happened there gave you wisdom rather than fears,
- 20:34Reconnaissance of what to do better rather than patterns that
- 20:39would be repeated To take that wisdom, take that learning, and
- 20:48feel that right now is the perfect time to feel the weight
- 20:53of any past doubts, guilt, or fears around money simply
- 20:57melting away. Feel the melt.
- 21:03Feel them being replaced with a feeling of trust and excitement
- 21:10around your ability to earn money and create abundance.
- 21:18Just imagine thinking about your future over the next few weeks
- 21:21and months. Imagine seeing yourself making
- 21:26empowered financial decisions. See yourself feeling worthy of
- 21:31receiving financial support and any assistance or help.
- 21:37But also see yourself achieving successes, breakthroughs and
- 21:43victories. This version of you acknowledges
- 21:48that if financial assistance is offered, it makes sense to feel
- 21:54that gratitude and appreciation but treating it like a runway or
- 22:00a stepping stone towards your own financial independence.
- 22:07If you're given support and don't do anything with it, that
- 22:12can lead to a path of dependency.
- 22:16If you give an assistance and that gives you time, energy and
- 22:19emotion to pursue something new and exciting, that is a gift
- 22:28that can lead to your own financial independence.
- 22:33So you could be grateful for the help with an intention to repay
- 22:40that help back in your own way. Feel that you no longer carry
- 22:52the burden of shame or guilt. Instead, you are filled with
- 22:58inspiration and excitement about the possibilities that money can
- 23:05bring. Money is not shame or control.
- 23:10Money is an ally in your journey and you are deserving of it.
- 23:17From this point forwards, you see money as a tool to empower
- 23:22you to open doors to opportunities and to enhance
- 23:27your life. Release feelings of echoes of
- 23:34entitlement or dependency and replace them with inspiration.
- 23:40And each day you feel more confident, inspired and ready to
- 23:46pursue your career goals because you are now determined and
- 23:54enthusiastic. You trust in your abilities and
- 23:58know that you are always learning, always growing and
- 24:04always moving forward. Feel that whatever effort you
- 24:11put into an application, an interview, or any form of quest
- 24:18will always be rewarded, sometimes through experience,
- 24:24sometimes through momentum, and sometimes by leading to the very
- 24:29outcome that you desired. I want you to feel that you
- 24:36either win or you learn and learn.
- 24:39Running can feel like a win. I
- 24:52want you to get a sands. Then, as you think about your
- 24:56path forward, it's becoming clearer.
- 25:02Every opportunity is an invitation to learn, to grow and
- 25:07to expand, to become more resilient, more tenacious, more
- 25:13unstoppable in your pursuit of the work that you desire.
- 25:20That your confidence and worthiness are undeniable and
- 25:26you trust that the right opportunities are doors that are
- 25:31willing to open if only you knock in the right way.
- 25:38And every time you take action towards finding work, you'd be
- 25:43surprised if your confidence grows.
- 25:47And every time you apply for a job, and every time you pursue a
- 25:51new opportunity, feel a sense of empowerment, expanding,
- 26:00believing that it's just a matter of time, that if you do
- 26:02the right things, you'll get the right result.
- 26:08You are worthy of success and feel that you can truly trust in
- 26:17your ability to create and manifest the life that you
- 26:23desire as you are now. These new thoughts to sink into
- 26:31your mind. Allow yourself to float down
- 26:36from the cloud, but keeping that lightness and keeping that warm
- 26:42glowing aura of positivity around you.
- 26:47Sink all the way down into a comfortable chair in a
- 26:50picturesque park so all parts are now connected as one.
- 26:57And then imagine leaving the park and finding yourself back
- 27:03into the very place where you are now.
- 27:07Step into that version of you as you get closer to returning to
- 27:12the here and the now. So take a deep breath in through
- 27:15your nose and out through your nose.
- 27:20Just wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
- 27:22Connect fully with the here and now as very soon I count from
- 27:271:00 to 10:00 to awaken you. You will awaken feeling
- 27:31confident, resourceful and calm. Feeling a sense of trust for
- 27:39yourself and the key people that have demonstrated themself
- 27:47worthy of that trust. Starting to count to awaken you.
- 27:53123 Waking up 456 More alert 7-8.
