Bird’s electric scooter and bike service is officially exiting Green Bay after five and a half years — the only company to ever apply for a permit in the city. Citing global supply chain woes and new programs, Bird’s parent company Third Lane Mobility cites economic pressures and strained relationships as reasons for pulling out across Wisconsin, including Janesville, Beloit, and Appleton.
