Adopt a furry friend for free this fall—Rochester Animal Services is waiving adoption fees on select dates in September and October. Catch them at Red Wings games, the Verona Street shelter, the East Rochester Farmers’ Market, and even for Halloween! Fee waivers cover both shelter and foster pets—apply online for fosters.
