- 0:00Speaker 1: This time for stacks and hacks. Perfect segment on this
- 0:02Speaker 1: beautiful Friday. Uh, it is stacks and hacks. I have
- 0:06Speaker 1: stacks of information and Rich has life hacks. Here is
- 0:09Speaker 1: some information to take with you all day. Anybody ever
- 0:12Speaker 1: been in a tanning bed?
- 0:14Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 0:14Speaker 3: Long time ago. Yeah, I've never been in a tanning bed.
- 0:17Speaker 3: It's my second job I ever had. Oh that's right
- 0:19Speaker 3: after a Figel knash. Anybody ever get hurt in the
- 0:21Speaker 3: tanning bed? Not that I witness, just the final destination
- 0:25Speaker 3: episode or movie? Or oh what happened? What happened? Then
- 0:28Speaker 3: I got stuck or the girl got stuck in a Yeah.
- 0:31Speaker 1: The average of three and thirty four Americans go to
- 0:35Speaker 1: the emergency room every year from tanning bed injuries, including burns, fainting,
- 0:39Speaker 1: and eye injuries. Florida rejected one hundred and thirty vanity
- 0:44Speaker 1: plate requests last year for being too racy. Creative spellings
- 0:48Speaker 1: of their word are on that list. Here's a question
- 0:53Speaker 1: for the room. Are you more afraid of looking older
- 0:56Speaker 1: or feeling older?
- 0:58Speaker 3: Call you first looking rich? How about you feeling older? Yeah?
- 1:06Speaker 3: What about you Peyton? Probably looking yeah?
- 1:09Speaker 1: Okay, what about you feeling I don't want to feel older.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Seventy percent said feeling older is scarier. A teenage girl
- 1:17Speaker 1: in the UK fell from the back of an ambulance
- 1:19Speaker 1: on a highway off.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Ramp, but it sounds like she's okay. Holy I don't know.
- 1:24Speaker 3: I didn't read the rest of the story. The other day.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I think Kyle was talking about exercise and how you
- 1:29Speaker 1: haven't done it yet you should try, right Belave. This
- 1:33Speaker 1: article says, do you ever have one of those days
- 1:35Speaker 1: where you're thinking about exercise and it feels exhausting. You're
- 1:37Speaker 1: not alone. There are a few small tweaks you can
- 1:41Speaker 1: do to fix that. Find an exercise you enjoy, like pickleball,
- 1:46Speaker 1: you'll enjoy pickable.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Hey, sure, have you played pickaball?
- 1:50Speaker 2: I've played it, not like fully, you know a little bit.
- 1:54Speaker 1: What about fix your sleep? That's something else better sleep
- 1:56Speaker 1: habits cann be a game changer. Feel up smart. Have
- 2:00Speaker 1: a quick snack and a little caffeine before a workout.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It can boost your energy. Try a power nap, change
- 2:06Speaker 1: your scenery and be kinder to yourself.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Kyle, life is tough, You're doing great.
- 2:10Speaker 2: You're a lover.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I mean, the nap sounds pretty good.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Anybody you've ever been to the Leaning Tower of Pisa
- 2:16Speaker 1: in Italy?
- 2:17Speaker 3: I have. Did you go inside it?
- 2:20Speaker 2: We did, actually, and how was it? It was fine?
- 2:24Speaker 2: It was hot that day, so we didn't stay in long,
- 2:26Speaker 2: but got enough to go get some picks. But I
- 2:28Speaker 2: don't think they allow people in there anymore, but after
- 2:31Speaker 2: you went, because I think at some point maybe around
- 2:34Speaker 2: because we went right before COVID. I don't think after
- 2:36Speaker 2: COVID they allow people in there anymore.
- 2:38Speaker 1: The inside of the Leaning Tower piece is completely empty.
- 2:40Speaker 1: It says, just a hollow cylinder from bottom to top.
- 2:43Speaker 1: And I went when I was in college, and I
- 2:46Speaker 1: have video of it, and I went all the way
- 2:49Speaker 1: outside and walked all the around to the top.
- 2:51Speaker 3: And I don't think you can do that anymore. I
- 2:52Speaker 3: don't think they let people in the can go inside
- 2:54Speaker 3: and climb the Leaning Tower of piece. Maybe the only
- 2:57Speaker 3: shut it down. Euros in person says there's no, there's
- 3:00Speaker 3: nothing inside. It's it's hollow.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Says yeah. The tower is a hollow, cylindrical structure with
- 3:06Speaker 1: a spiral staircase of two hundred and ninety six. I
- 3:08Speaker 1: gotta post a video here because you know my buddy Greg,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I talk about Greg was there and he was filming
- 3:12Speaker 1: me from outside and I was going on and I
- 3:16Speaker 1: was terrified. I'm I'm on the edge of my arms,
- 3:18Speaker 1: like you know Jim Carrey in Ace Detective, Pet Detective.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And I was being very as I walked all the
- 3:25Speaker 1: way to the top, scared the hell out, Like what's
- 3:27Speaker 1: the point.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Of the leaning tower?
- 3:28Speaker 3: I feel like it sounds like it'd be underwhelming to go.
- 3:31Speaker 2: It is, but there's like a pretty church next to
- 3:33Speaker 2: It's like astounding to walk into. Like the whole thing
- 3:35Speaker 2: is I mean pretty, don't.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Get me wrong. Great Instagram. You gotta take that picture.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And video find that. I'm gonna post it. I have
- 3:43Speaker 1: that video. I'm gonna post it. Have you guys ever
- 3:45Speaker 1: heard of a touneless choir? No. A woman on Vancouver
- 3:49Speaker 1: Island in Canada just started two of them. They are
- 3:52Speaker 1: choirs of people who suck at singing that right now.
- 3:58Speaker 1: There are thirty in England. The first one formed ten
- 4:00Speaker 1: years ago. A woman named Sharon has led three of
- 4:03Speaker 1: them and recently relocated to Vancouver Island. She says, seeing
- 4:07Speaker 1: how powerful singing is even if you can't carry a tune,
- 4:09Speaker 1: many of the members avoided singing for decades now they
- 4:12Speaker 1: just do it. It doesn't matter. I have I think I
- 4:14Speaker 1: have a clip of it. Here we go, five more.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Joke up at you.
- 4:34Speaker 2: They sound good, doesn't sound terrible, No, it sounds good.
- 4:40Speaker 3: It is fun. Yeah, all right, rich, we got for
- 4:48Speaker 3: life pacts.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Ever, wonder what photos of you are floating around online
- 4:52Speaker 2: that you have no idea about? Have you thought about that? Yeah?
- 4:56Speaker 3: Actually, especially Peyton, But there are snapchat stories. It's scared.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Well, so there's this facial recognition tool that you can
- 5:05Speaker 2: search kind of in private. It's called pim Eyes. Like
- 5:07Speaker 2: pim eyes, it lets you upload a photo of yourself
- 5:11Speaker 2: that it keeps private, but it sees where similar images
- 5:14Speaker 2: appear across the Internet. It's a fast way to spot
- 5:17Speaker 2: old profile pictures, outdated accounts, things like that. Just remember
- 5:22Speaker 2: to use a current photo, review the sites privacy settings,
- 5:25Speaker 2: and only upload images you're comfortable sharing. And what's cool
- 5:28Speaker 2: about this is you can you can take out pictures,
- 5:31Speaker 2: take out I don't know where that came from. You
- 5:33Speaker 2: can take off pictures that you don't like of yourself.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Huh.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Fascinating.
- 5:36Speaker 3: I would use it to trol people.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Well, I did it just for fun, and it showed
- 5:39Speaker 2: a bunch of guys that kind of looked like me,
- 5:41Speaker 2: but it wasn't me. There's a lot of guys that
- 5:43Speaker 2: look like me out there with their pictures up, so
- 5:46Speaker 2: it's not necessarily. It's not necessarily or maybe I just
- 5:50Speaker 2: have a duplicatable face.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Maybe a lot of people look like me, but I
- 5:53Speaker 3: did it too.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Came up a bunch of pictures of Jacob A Lordie, right,
- 5:58Speaker 1: you guys have the same s's stupid.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Software doesn't work. H what's the applical.
