- Sue: Well trodden tropes. One of the things I'm aware of as a solo person living in a house with a dog, mind you, is the ease of which when I communicate with my dog or talk aloud, is the repeated patterns of words and phrases the tropes can get to be a second nature kind of expression without me engaging fully to craft a new response to something as I might do with another person in the room. And while I recognize that I'm repeating well trodden tropes, I'm just getting through my day and my mindset. Well that's not acceptable. What is acceptable is having my brain creatively engaged. Some tropes are worth repeating. One of my favorite is suffering fools gladly, mainly because those aren't my original words, so my own words tend to get a little tired. In my view, if you've listened to any of my content or And have picked up on some of my regular phrases and feel that they're tired as well, let me know. I'll work on that as well. It is that ease of which you can get into uttering the same phrases for the same responses to situations. I have a a better perception of what it must be to exist in a situation where it's ultimately emotional abuse. Crafting words and Yeah, whether you want to call it manifesting, visualizing, prayer, spell work, but otherwise using words and energy to craft a invisible field of control aro around people. And the idea that to repeat it enough times people will accept it as truth without question. 'Cause after all, I've heard that a lot. So it must be true. The idea that you ask others for advice or to answer questions that you ask of them how to do something, for example, instead of researching it. And absorbing the information. 'Cause the other thing that happens is, you know, it's just word salad in your ears. It just goes in and out because as a cosmic sponge you've heard it before, so there's no point hanging on to it. And so then it creates that environment of these words and energies swirling around you all the time that start to feel quite normal. Well, they're not, just saying. It's one of the reasons why I make these recordings. I have to edit. So I'm hearing myself speak three and four times before you see it or hear it on online. And sometimes I leave my repetitive tropes in. The occasional you know or after all, feel free to tell me what else I repeat too often, as I mentioned earlier. Confirmation with my watch. And perhaps the environment in which you're hitting hearing a word salad all the time is your perspective is not harmful. Is it codependent? Then it's harmful. Is it causing you to doubt things that are true outside that circle? Yeah, then that's harmful. To what degree is your life? Is it harmal? Harmful. You'll figure it out. In the days before people could easily record their voice or videos of themselves for whatever self-inggrandizement others view, I'm sure a lot of people were considered to be a little cuckoo. Neither are we lonely. I'm not lonely. But in a household that is filled with music, the occasional dog bark, and me streaming content, I really do enjoy hearing the sound of my Human voice, I don't attach any greatness to it. I just enjoy it. 'Cause what I hear is calm and peaceful. Contentment. I don't mind listening to that. If you're listening to this now, you probably agree for your own reasons. Confirmation with that blue jay. I blather about this mundane feature of my life 'cause I think that others do the same. Confirmation with my watch, again. And then given the happiness and joy that I convey in the words that I speak aloud, that's okay. It's good for everybody. I don't take credit for it, just saying it. And if you're in a situation where you're listening to others' words and feel in unease and anxiety, or start talking, even if it's to yourself. Patient, caring, compassionate, listening ear, find me. I'll listen. I'd love to hear your testimony. You listen to mine, so I'm only too happy listening to your story. Just know that I am grateful for you listening to me, as well as me listening to me. Thank you. I appreciate you.
